那是我上小学六年级时，我参加了每天的篮球体能训练。
参加的头几天，教练李老师给我们讲了几大要素：力量、速度、协调、耐力。前三项大家都还正常，第四项也是最后的考试了。本来第四项第一次是4圈，我们轻松地跑完了。接下来几天，则是8圈、10圈，相比前次，大家都有些受不了了！不能停止，不可慢步啊！头天中午，老师安排了12圈，我们都是勉强跑完的，休息了10分钟还有些累，那一天——我自己第一次超越极限，克服了困难！
那天，太阳炙烤着大地，大家像往常一样来到场地，准备就绪。“今天不会跑14圈吧？”“应该比昨天少，今天好热······”“8圈？”李老师来了，“老师，今天跑多少——”老师举起了两个指头。“呀哈！只跑两圈——”“二十！”老师发话了，那语气好像是约我们喝下午茶一样随随便便。“让我看看你们的极限。”
“呃——”大家的脸色瞬间变得像青铁一样死青。最活跃的一人突然奔上跑道，大家“咚咚咚”地跟上了。“真不知道老师是怎样想的······”我无精打采地说道。
跟着“大部队”保持均速跑了八圈后，我们的脸上、身上都是热汗，太阳竟这么不识趣，愈发炎热，给我们火上加油。我的手往脸上一拂，汗如雨下。八圈来，两人脱队了，随着全身的疲乏，我们的速度更慢了。
“咦，你们在这儿啊！大家好啊！”我的某个同学喜气洋洋地蹦过来，面放红光：“知道么，我刚跑一千米跑赢了······”我突然想上去把他掐死，我一边擂他肩膀一边气喘吁吁地说：“知道、吗，我、们要跑、跑二十圈、整、整、四千米、啊、啊！你、跑个、五圈、瞎嚣张什、么、啊！”“不如我们赛跑吧！”他提出。我感觉头上的青筋要爆出来了，真是又好气又好笑，为他的天真。也许——我望着天，突然，我本能反应似的拍了拍他肩膀：“好、好，三、二、一、跑——噢！”我发疯似的和他一起冲了出去，将“大部队甩得远远的······我隐约地听见后面的声音：”他怎么了？“
开始赛跑，我的疲乏荡然无存。与他疯跑完整整十圈。十圈里，我根本不顾及任何事物，眼中只有跑、跑······汗融入了空气，十八圈，还剩两圈。突然，我发现自己是有多么的疲乏。全身似乎散架，汗水流入眼睛。我有些绝望了，*在咫尺的两圈对我说是多么的遥远。我感觉这个身体不是我的了······
”喂，你······“我看到他一阵无语。这小子铁打的吗？只见他擦擦汗，还颠儿颠儿地跳着跑。”我要赢了！“他喊道。”难道你不知道累么？“”累？不知道累不累，加油跑······“我感到绝望碎了，突然我看到了老师在前面对我在微笑，”啊！“呵呵，我又疯了，和他一起冲过了终点！
老师的微笑，同伴们继续努力的姿势，挑战者戏虐的目光都能成为自己前进的动力。其实，做人也是一样，你绝望时必须将所有东西做为成功的诱饵。他人的挑战、成功后的成就与优越感······这些，都能让你不断努力超越自我、克服困难。

星期五正好是我生日，就和同学们玩了一个晚上。第二天早上游泳过后，回家就打开书包开始做作业了。很快其它学科作业都做好了，我就开始做这张数学卷子。卷子的正面都是基本的一些计算题，我10多分钟就做好了。反面都是应用题，虽然也有几道题看起来有点难，不过都被我动了下脑筋想出来了，还剩3道题，我心想：难道这个周末练*就这么点难度?这也太容易了吧。可是正当我骄傲地以为要做完了时，我看到了最后一题。我轻轻地读了一遍，马上皱起了眉头，“这道题怎么回事，这么多未知数，根本算不出来，难道题目出错了?”我忍不住说出了声。算了，问爸爸去吧，我心想。
爸爸拿过卷子看了看题目，对我说：“这道题其实并不难，你再好好地把题目看几遍。”我愁眉苦脸地回到小房间，粗粗地又把那道题目看了几遍，也没发现个所以然。只好又到爸爸的房间去求救了，“没发现什么啊，老爸。”
爸爸就问我：“你看的是哪一道题啊?”我说：“就最后一题不会做的题目啊。”
爸爸笑着说：“没有让你看最后一题，你仔细地看下前面那道题，研究下共同点，应该就会做出来了。记住，要仔仔细细地看上个几遍。”
我只好忍住内心地急切，仔细地看了几遍前面做过的那道题，果然被我发现了方法，最后的那道原来不会做的题目也就迎刃而解了。
做好了题目，我蹦蹦跳跳地下楼去玩了。
通过自己努力之后，克服了困难的心情真爽啊。今后我一定要加油，争取凭借自己的努力，多多克服学*上的困难问题!
每当作业本发下来时，我总会按耐不住心情拿起笔来就飞快地写，可作业本上不可能一道难题都没有，每当做到最后一两题时，就会有一道难题等着我去征服它。
“这道题好难!怎么做!”我绞尽脑汁，无可奈何，这时这道题好像变成了一个高大的“弹簧”对我傲气地说:“小不点，你有本事站在我头上把我压下去，征服我吗?”我好是为难，好像真成了一个小不点似的被这道题目欺负，围得团团转!看到其他同学已经将这个“弹簧”征服时我心里就更惭愧，更有压力了，面对这个庞大无比的“弹簧”我怎样能成为一位英勇无比的勇士成功地将它征服!“我一定能站在它头上”我毫不示弱地说。
回到家我便写完分内作文后开始研究这类题，没有想到原来是书上的思考题，我不能示弱，一连研究了半个小时，中间不休息，然后去拿试卷专心致志地写这方面的题目，虽然一开始，反应很迟钝，但渐渐地已经比较快了，可回想到早上的耻辱，被那只傲慢的“弹簧”围得团团转，我又开始了认真地练*，要练到速度可以反超其他同学，要站在“弹簧”头上!
很快在一次考试中，我又一次遇到了这位庞大而又傲慢的“弹簧”，这次我可不想上次那样对它素手无策，我飞快地拿起笔，奋笔疾书，将这一类题轻松地全部搞定，这时我回头看了看钟表才用了7分钟，就将这几道题搞定!我心里好不得意，这时的我终于成为一位英勇无比的战士，踩在这个“弹簧”上，成功地将它征服，现在的它已不堪一击，是一个站在我脚下的小不点，而我却变得强大起来，什么困难都不怕，变得无比英勇。

这一下子可把我给吓坏了，没想到事情竟然会变成这个样貌。我低头往下一看，嗬，好家伙，熙熙攘攘的人群，黑压压地挤成一片，再看看自我，一条腿耷拉在窗外，还爬得那么高，我连想哭的感觉都有了。

几天后，一个小男孩胸有成竹的站在牧师。前。从头到尾背下来5~7章的圣经，竟然一字不漏，没出一点差错。并且到最后简直成了声情并茂的朗诵。牧师十分好奇的问：“你是怎么做到的？”男孩不假思索的说：“我竭尽全力。”
16年后，这个男孩成了世界著名软件微软的老板，他就是比尔盖茨。

听了爸爸、妈妈不断夸我长大了，我心里美滋滋的，我终于成功克服了恐惧！
上周六下午，我一个人去公园玩。看到五颜六色的蝴蝶飞来飞去，很喜欢，想抓一只来玩。我刚跑了几步，不小心扭伤了右脚。我突然失去了立足点，摔倒在地上。一下子，我的脚就有点肿了，泛着蓝光，还伴随着间歇性的疼痛。我该怎么办？周围没人，我也没手机。我急着哭。但是没有人来帮我。我记得那个在茫茫大海中唱歌拯救绝望的人的小女孩，还有在大火中冷静下来拯救自己、奶奶和30多名邻居的范姜。我的心慢慢*静下来。我想：“你不能指望别人，看来你只能自己想办法了。”
想起以前在课外书上看到的治疗损伤的方法。我先坐在地上，用手轻轻揉了揉，推了推。稍微松了一口气，我用左手按住左脚，用尽全力单脚站了起来。我咬着牙，一瘸一拐地走了一会儿。
终于遇到了一个心地善良的人，替我给爸爸打了电话。我父亲很快就带我去看了。我觉得，以后再遇到麻烦，一定不要哭，一定要冷静，一定要用自己的方式去克服困难，这样才能勇敢。
昨天下午，是一个天气晴朗，阳光明媚的日子，妈妈带我来到日东公园里玩，我非常的高兴。
我们来到了日东公园里，里面的树木可真多呀！有榕树、枫树、柳树和一些我都叫不上名字的树。这时，我看见有个小朋友在一棵高大的榕树上玩，我也很想上去，但又怕自己爬不上去。在这之前我还从来就没有爬过树。在我左右为难的时候，妈妈鼓励我说，要相信自己，要勇于尝试，不要怕困难。于是我开始爬树，树枝并不高，但我试了几次都没有爬上去，我很想让妈妈帮我，可妈妈却在旁边没有想要帮助我的意思，而是不停的鼓励我要自己爬，不要怕困难，要相信自己一定能战胜困难的。听了妈妈的话，我没有灰心，经过几次的努力我终于爬上了大树。
通过爬树这件事使我懂得了困难是个欺软怕硬的家伙，你只要努力去克服困难，不要被它的恐惧所吓倒，就一定能够战胜它。当我们通过自己的努力战胜了困难时，真的好高兴呀！
