小院里更是非凡的热闹。各种菊花争奇斗艳，傲霜怒放。红菊如燃烧的火焰，热情奔放；白菊像飘逸的仙女，淡妆素雅；金菊仿佛“黄昏弄月”，熠熠生辉；粉菊似出水芙蓉，光彩照人；紫菊宛如紫玉莲，苍劲浑厚；绿菊恰如绿牡丹，青翠欲滴；还有的粉碧兼备，端庄凝重；更有名叫“千头菊”的，花朵簇簇丛丛，繁复庞大……真是千姿百态、五彩缤粉、美不胜收。

秋天的公园是非常漂亮的，秋的景色非常迷人。
一进公园，我首先看到的就是银杏树。我抬头望着银杏树上的一片片叶子，叶子已经发黄，在秋风的“指挥”下翩翩起舞。一片银杏叶俏皮地飞到我头上，我拿着它仔细地观察着，它的边缘有些不太规则的棱角，像一把扇子，很美。
我继续往前走，看见了高大的梧桐树。我捡起地上的一片梧桐叶，叶子发黄、干枯，和手掌一般大小。宽大的树叶是三叶形的，边缘是锯齿状。它的叶脉非常清晰，主叶脉两边分布着细细的纹路。这些叶脉是梧桐树的“毛细血管”，为梧桐树汲取大地的养分，为大自然散发新鲜的氧气。
梧桐树的旁边有两棵枫树，枫叶已随着季节变换，悄悄变成酒红色了。远远望去，红色的叶子就像一团团小小的火焰，在深秋如洗的天空映衬下，显得无比艳丽。枫叶和梧桐叶差不多大小，它有五个叶片，最靠两边的两个叶片小，靠中间的两个中等，中间的最长，也最大，特别像手掌。
