很快轮到我们了，我忐忑地坐上了通天塔，甚至可以清楚地感受到剧烈的心跳，随着脚的离地，我绝望地闭上了双眼。“哧——”，蒸汽阀门打开了，载着我的圆盘突然急剧上升，风在我的耳边呼呼刮过，上升过快甚至让我耳鸣了。我双手紧紧抓着把手，大气都不敢喘，紧接着上升到通天塔顶端的圆盘又飞速跌落，风驰电掣般的速度突然让我很享受。我睁开双眼鸟瞰看整个美丽的恐龙园，虽然没有“举头红日*，俯首白云低”的高度，但一起一落却真有些“飞在青云端”的感觉。最后，载着我的座位升到了通天塔的至高点，我发现我的视线从没有如此开阔：葱绿的树丛、带状的河流、五彩的巴洛克建筑群……真让人心旷神怡，我睁大双眼贪婪地欣赏着眼前的景物。上升的滑轮停止了转动，开始了最后一次跌落。我张开双臂，迎接这最刺激的时刻。随着跳楼机的急剧下落，我不禁激动地喊起来，将内心的激动愉悦宣泄了出来……等双脚重新落地，我意犹未尽地向通天塔投去最后一睹，似乎突然领悟到了些什么。

我们一家人沿着西湖边，一边闻着荷花的芬芳，一边聆听着鸟儿的语言，跑起步来像夏日的精灵一样，轻松又惬意。就这样跑啊跑，不知不觉的已经跑了六七公里了，这时候我才感觉我的脚越来越酸，越来越痛，而且有点喘不过气来，很想赶快找个地方休息一下。
这时候，爸爸妈妈给我加油打气，告诉我终点就在前方，顿时我感觉浑身有一股力量，把我往前推。
我开始冲刺起来。脚步越发快了。
终于到了终点，我大口大口地喘着气，大声地对快要升起的太阳喊道：“啊——，我终于战胜了自己，耶——!”
上周日，天气很晴朗，但是户外刮着微风，稍微有点冷。我和爸爸妈妈一起去了杜陵的亚森拓展中心。一进拓展中心就看到一个很大的圆形植物景观。虽然已经是冬天了，但是很多树还是绿色的。还有一些树的叶子的黄色的、红色的、橘色的。有一片银杏树林，许许多多的落叶铺满了地面，太阳光照在上面，像金黄色的地毯。这里的风景很美丽！
上午，所有的人在教练的带领下分成两队。我爸爸被选为我们队组的队长。我们队的名字是“猎豹队”，我们的口号是“猎豹猎豹，扑到一片！”另外一个队叫“虎鲨队”，口号是“虎鲨虎鲨，一出必杀！”两个队开始了PK，大家进行五彩帐篷，火车钻山洞，接力传递乒乓球等比赛。我们猎豹队大获全胜。通过这几个集体活动，我觉得团结就是力量。只有团队里的每个人都听指挥，认真做好自己的任务，相互帮助，团队才能表现得更加优秀。
下午有我最期待的项目，CS射击比赛。我们每个人头上都带了一个激光帽子，手拿激光枪。大家分成两队进行PK。我和一个小朋友躲在一个墙的后面。一旦有人经过，我们俩就不停的射击。我们太激动了，有时候都分不清楚是自己人还是敌人了。后来，大家就一边跑一边疯狂射击。我一直跑，觉得很累，但是我没停下，一直坚持跑、射击。我想要多为我们队多消灭几个“敌人”。所以，虽然累，但是我还是非常开心。
这次户外拓展活动真有意思，以后我一定要和好朋友再来一次！
其实，在我们人生的道路上，到处都充满了挑战。被失败所束缚了的人，将会一败到底；然而，被失败所激励了的人，则将会取得成功。
实际上，失败并没有什么可怕。可以说，没有了失败就没有了成功，正所谓“失败乃成功之母”。但是，如果一个人失败了之后，就成了一个“今朝有酒今朝醉，明日有愁明日愁”的等闲之辈的话，那便就有些许的可怕了！

今天，我们一家去了美丽的世界之窗。
世界之窗内令我印象最深的就是印加迷城攀岩了。记得当时，我飞快的冲向攀岩处，一边排队，一边观看前面的勇士们攀岩，为他们加油。我心想：这有什么难的？我一定可以爬到那个三等奖的地方！到我了，我穿上攀岩的服装，冲了过去，用左手抓紧一个彩色石头，右手扶着一个把手，脚也踩着石头，接着，脚先往上挪动约十厘米，踏上上面的一个石头后，手再向上爬动，就这样爬了三格后，到了第一个难点——斜坡。我用手先紧握上面的一个石头的凹进去的地方，脚也往上爬。我没有放弃，继续往上，可是由于在高空，我很怕的原因，我的脚一抖，就悬在了半空中，只听“旁边，旁边”的声音传来，原来是爸爸在为我指挥，我的脚向右边挪动，踩在了一个石头上，可石头太滑，又滑了下去，幸好我的手抓住了扶手，脚也努力的找地方踩，不料手一滑，只听“呃啊”的一声，我从高空中“掉”了下来。
唉，真可惜没有爬过第一道关卡，但我以后一定多锻炼，下次再来挑战！

回到教室，我对自己的决定有些后悔。回想*时我上课的寥寥几次发言，要当着这么多听课老师的面回答问题还是第一次。可我已经答应老师了，明天只能随机应变。
第二天早晨，我早早来到学校。上课铃打响了，老师站在讲台上，后几排有许多老师在听课，我内心很紧张，担心自己回答不出老师的'问题。
课刚开始，我就开始试着发言，但举起的手每一次又都缩了回来。但想起昨天与老师的约定，咬咬牙，我又举起了手。
“来，铁金金。你来回答这个问题。”
“这篇课文主要说……”
发言时，我感觉时间无比漫长，秒针嘀嗒嘀嗒的声音在我一直脑中旋转。
“说得非常好，请坐！”
我出色地回答了老师的问题，坐下后我感觉自己的脸像是要烧着了，但依旧掩饰不了嘴角的一丝笑容。
下课后，我趴在栏杆上，今天的阳光格外温暖。
挑战，在我们的生活中每时每刻都要面临着挑战，挑战现在，挑战未来，更主要的是挑战自己。
挑战自己，就要放飞我们的生命，也许高处不胜寒，也许前方很渺茫，即使是黄昏，也必然布满歌唱的流霞。所以，只要战胜自己，就会取得胜利。
其实，更高的山并不是在人的身旁，而在人的心里。在学*、工作、生活中，迈开的第一步是挑战，改变不适当的*惯是挑战，承担自己应负的责任是挑战，承认错误也是一种挑战……
从前有四个旅行者，他们一起寻找传说中神奇的仙果，他们怀着不同的愿望，但都为了一个目的，一起出发了，他们历辛艰苦，互相搀扶，互相鼓动，艰难采着每一步。岁月的刻刀磨去了他们年少的轻狂，在他们的额头眼角刻下沧桑。他们开始衰老。他们中的.三个人都放弃了，可是只有其中的一个人一次次挑战极限，死里逃生，长的像他五十年不停追寻的漫长历程。
终于有一天，他踏上了一块*地，他的手和脸已苍老得失去了知觉，只有一颗心依然顽强跳动，他看不明听不清，只能用心细细地感觉到这片土地，闻到叶的清香，花的浓烈，果的馥郁。他吃力地摘下一枚软果，咬了一口，奇迹般出现了，他清晰地看见果树成行。只有亲自摘品采新鲜的仙果，才能是的收获。
三个人面面相觑，是后悔自己的不坚持还是懊丧自己没有挑战自己，他们失败了，好后悔！这是因为没有成功地挑战自己。
失去月亮，再不能失去星星，再努力一点，前方有梦，可追梦的脚步是艰难的，前路茫茫，有些心怯，有些迷茫，只有先挑战自己，才能够成功地挑战人生，相信风雨洗礼后，天空才能出现彩虹！
我们要欢笑地面对人生，只有经过挑战，才能磨练出自己的意志和成就。
