前两周的实*以听课为主。作为一个没有任何实际教学经验的实*生，认真听好指导教师的每一堂课是十分重要的。对于这一点，我深有体会。我的指导教师马聂明老师是新区英语学科带头人，有30年的教学经验，是名副其实的老教师。刚开始听课的时候，马老师的课堂掌控能力，对学生积极性的调动能力就让我佩服不已。虽然自己以前就是马老师的学生，听着他的课走过了高中三年，可是我这次以实*老师而非高中生的角度来听课感觉大不一样。比如，作为实*生，我会更多地观察老师在课上与学生的互动，对语法难点的讲解方法等，而不再是具体的英语语法知识。另外，在两个不同的班级上同一堂语法课，并不是简单的录音重放，原影再现，根据两个不同班级的学生特点，接受能力的'不同，特别是学生反映的不同，课堂教学的方法，收到的效果都会不同。比如在讲授定语从句这一语法时，高一（2）班的同学普遍接受的比较快，老师可以将课上多出的时间用来讲解一些涉及定语从句的高考题，而高一（4）班的同学则普遍接受得比较慢，老师要花更多的时间讲解语法，分析例句。两个班进度的快慢也就由此产生了。上课前和下课后我常常会和同学们交流，第一天到班上的时候，同学们对我这个实*老师很是好奇，但是高中生毕竟不是小学生、初中生，即使好奇，他们也不会主动围到你身边问东问西。为了打开和学生们的关系，我主动和同学们
交流。开始是和坐在后排的几个学生聊聊和上课内容有关的话题，后来我发现学生对这个话题并不感兴趣，于是我又改变策略，和同学们聊起了他们的任课老师。因为自己以前也是实验中学的学生，同学们提到的老师我基本都知道。我讲了些老师们的轶事给学生们听，他们一下来了兴趣，问了我好多关于他们老师们的问题。我和学生们的关系也由此一下子拉*了。听了两周的课后迎来了国庆，根据实验中学的传统，国庆前三天是运动会。作为实*班主任，我组织了班上学生的运动会报名工作。由于是高一新生，同学们彼此间还不熟悉，班级的集体感也不强，提到运动会报名，有些同学表现得漠不关心，有些同学身怀特长却又胆怯，报名工作进行得很不顺利。作为实*班主任，我的工作之一便是协助组织好班级的各项活动，因此，发动同学们报名的重任就落到了我的肩上。我先是找来了班级的临时班委会成员，向他们了解了同学们的体育特长情况，然后让班委在班级宣传，针对体育有特长的同学进行“重点突破”，并且向同学们说明运动会并不是为了名次、为了获奖，重要的是参与其中，融入集体。终于，经过了三天的“软磨硬泡”，我们班的运动会报名任务圆满完成。运动会的那三天，我天天跟班级同学一起在看台上为同学们呐喊助威，虽然三天下来嗓子也喊哑了，但是和班上学生的关系却进一步加强了。通过运动会，班级同学的集体荣誉感也加强了，原本不太熟悉的同学们也渐渐熟络了起来。班里的气氛更加活跃、更加融洽了。

1、通过本次实*，巩固和运用所学的基础理论，专业知识和基本技能，获得英语教学工作的充分与全面锻炼，培养教育和教学上的独立工作以及与人合作的能力。
2、 通过本次实*，在教学工作的过程中向优秀教师学*，认识人民教师的光荣职责，树立和巩固忠诚人民教育事业的思想。
3、通过实*，全面检查专业知识的掌握程度，及时发现问题，采取改进措施，以提高自身能力。
二、实*单位简介
Xx中学是一所教育局直属初级中学，建于1988年，占地面积58029*方米，建筑面积19366*方米。现有教职工128人，专任教师110名，30个教学班，1667名在校生。学校全面贯彻党的教育方针，以“办人民满意的教育”为目标，以“培养学生可持续发展能力，为学生的明天负责”的办学思想，以“德育为先，能力为重，全面发展”为教育理念，以“合作创新，学有特长，身心两健，全面发展”为育人目标，以“规范、精细、品位”为工作方针，追求卓越，争创名校。坚持以人为本，加强队伍建设，强化教学管理与研究，不断提高教学质量，实现了中考“二十一连冠”。学校以优异的成绩，在清苑育苑独树一帜，多次受到省市县领导的表扬与肯定。曾获得 “保定市示范性初中”、“保定市名校”、“河北省安全文明校园”、“河北省绿色学校”、“河北省双语教学实验校”、 “河北省体育传统项目学校”、“河北省依法治校示范校”、“ 河北省校务公开示范校”、“河北省网络教育模式与绩效实验研究实验学校”、“河北省现代教育技术示范校”等荣誉称号。
三、实*内容及过程
实*内容主要包括听课、备课、试讲、答疑及批改作业四部分。在本次实*中，根据初中生英语学*的情况，结合自己的专业知识，认真钻研所实*学科的教学大纲，新课程标准和课程内容，听取原任课教师讲课并认真做好听课和评议的记录、在指导教师指点下，进行备课并尝试性讲课，同时，帮助老师批改作业，回答学生问题。
四、实**结及体会
大学生活即将结束，我也即将步入社会。为了给将来打下坚实的基础，今年的3月1日，怀着期盼和喜悦的心情，我来到了自己的母校，开始了为期七周的实*生活。
七周的实*生活，让我尝到了身为一名教师的甜酸苦辣，更让我体会到一名教师肩负的责任。在这几十天里，作为一名实*教师，我一直以教师身份严格要求自己，处处注意言行和仪表，热心爱护实*学校和班级的学生，本着对学生负责的态度尽全力做好班主任工作；同时，作为实*生的一员，我一直紧记实*守则，遵守实*学校的规章制度，尊重实*学校的领导和老师，虚心听取他们的意见，并和队友们团结协作，完成实*学校布置的任务。下面就我的实*工作情况进行详细总结：
1、听课
听课是教师的一项必不可少的、经常性的职责与任务。听课有利于教学者之间相互学*，相互取长补短，共同提高，共同前进，有利于转变教学思想，更新教学观念，提高教学水*，提高教学质量。在试讲前的听课，是必不可少的一个过程。在此过程中，可以了解到什么样的教学形式，教学风格利于学生吸收。在实*期间，我就初一、初二、初三有选择性的听了五位老师共五堂课。在听课的过程中，我让自己进入到“学生”的角色，从学生角度，按学生水*去听课，并思考如果我就是学生那种认识能力和理解能力，我能否听得懂，学得会。站在学生的立场去理解课堂。同时，我也让自己进入到“教学者”的角色，思考，如果让我来上一堂课，我该怎么做。将讲课者的教法与自己的构思进行比较，从中找到自己欠缺之处。从这些老师的课堂中，我了解到了目前英语教科书的形式与特色，学生的基本情况，各个老师的教学风格特色，为自己的试讲做好准备。
2、备课
充分备课是上好课的前提，提高课堂教学质量和效果，首先要抓好备课这一环。教学实践表明，教师在备课上所花工夫的多少直接影响授课的质量。备课作为教师课前准备的过程，亦是教师提高知识水*和教学能力、总结教学经验的过程。在备课之前，我请教了办公室的几位老师如何备课，并学*了他们的备课记录本。之后，我仔细思考了教科书的组织，在脑中构思一堂课的过程，初步完成了我的教案。在我的指导老师看过之后，我们一起改进了其中较为欠缺之处。我的第一份教案在经过多次修改之后终于通过。此后我又写过五份教案，每份教案都经指导老师检查后我才运用到实际教学中。
我深切体验到设计教案是一件很辛苦的事，耗体力也耗脑力，同时也是一件颇艺术的工作。经过良久的冥思苦想，忽然头脑开窍，一个思路出来了，一个问题解决了，那种成就感、兴奋感是不言而喻的。
3、试讲
我一共进行了两次试讲，每次大约20分钟。第一次试讲讲的是课本内容，另一次使讲解课后作业。3月22日，我在初一六班进行了一次试讲。上课内容是Starter Unit4：what’s this in English？由于第一次上课没有太多经验，我在教学风格上部分模仿了我的指导老师，此外也添加一些自己的内容。比如，为了吸引学生的兴趣，我将简笔画与口语练*相结合，并以此复*学生们已经学过的单词。我的第一次试讲取得了较好的效果，指导老师也给予了肯定。当然，还是存在一些不足，比如，由于紧张，我犯了一个口头错误，在让学生做练*的时候少加了一句重要的句型。在课堂后，我在教室后面检查板书，发现板书格式不太规范。在与指导老师以及其他几位听课老师交流后，我将自己的优缺点都记下，为下次讲课做改进。
本学期，我担任高一的英语教学工作。作为一直从事高中英语教学的我，虽了解到了一些教学教法，但在实际的教育教学中，我深深感觉到教高中英语之难之累，真是苦在其身，乐在其心!为使今后的教学工作取得更大进步，现对本学期的教学工作作一总结。
一，学*课标，明确教学目标。
为了使我的英语教学适应新时期英语教学要求，树立起新的育人理念，我们英语组集体抽休息时间对《英语课程标准》进行了研读，了解了目前英语课程改革的目的，掌握了目前英语改革的重点，明确了英语课程各级的总目标和各内容的分级目标，理解了英语教学原则，学会了一些科学评价原则等，从而为后面的教学提供了充分的依据，奠定了的扎实的基础，保证了教学的顺利进行。
二，扎实备课，理清教学思路。
备课是课堂教学的重要环节，我在备课时做到了以下几点:
1，课前备课，做到有备而来。我认真阅读各种教科参书，既备教材，教法，又备学生。结合学生的实际和教材的内容，既要考虑知识的纵向联系，又要考虑新知的横向衔接;既要突出重点，又要突破难点;既要体现出完整的教学过程，又要注意好各环节的过渡自然。并制作了各种有趣的教具，如:单词卡片，实物(图片)，头饰等教具为课堂教学做好服务。
2，课中备课，灵活安排简单易操作的游戏活动。我通过游戏引入新课教学时，为了不打消学生的积极性，我在实施教学的时候，总是尽量设计一些简单易操作的游戏及活动，将教学内容层层铺开，把枯燥乏味的课堂变为生动有趣快乐堡，让他们在快乐高中*，在玩中获得新知，通过反复的趣味操练(如:唱，演，玩，画，涂色，做手工等形式)来巩固所学新知。在活动高中生们都乐于参与，充分调动了学生们的情感态度和兴趣，学生的积极性得到了充分发挥，教学效果良好。
3，课后备课，总结教学经验。每上完一单元，我都及时对该单元作出总结和反思，写出教学后记，肯定本节课成功的地方，探讨该单元的不足之处，为以后的教学工作打下基础。
三，认真上课，体现以人为本。
《英语课程标准》提出让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知，体验，实践，参与和合作等方式，实现任务的目标，感受成功。这便要求，英语课的教学要以学生为主，培养他们学*英语的兴趣，提高他们对词汇，句型的听说认读和语言实际运用的能力。为此，我在实际的课堂教学中做了以下几点:
1，巧设导入，培养兴趣。每节的教学我首先通过做游戏，唱英语歌来激发学生的学*兴趣，让学生融洽在学*英语的氛围内。
2，图文结合，掌握新知。根据教材图文并茂的特点，充分运用单词卡片，实物教具，简笔画及肢体语言来启发学生，使学生带着明确的任务目标，并借助图片，动作，表情等手段掌握其义，让他们积极主动参与学*获取新知过程，培养他们学*英语的兴趣。在遇到难读的单词或句子时，我不厌其烦，耐心教导学生认读，力争让他们学了就懂，懂了会用，培养他们认读的能力。在学*新知的同时，还适时对他们进行思想教育。
3，游戏活动，巩固新知。在完成了每节课的新授任务后，抓住学生争强好胜的心理，通过师生互动，生生互动的游戏活动将教学内容层层铺开;为了尊重学生的个体差异，营造宽松的学*环境，以简单易操作的趣味性，多样化游戏为主来实施教学，让学生进行反复模仿，认读，玩演，视听，从而给他们提供充分的活动和交流机会，让学生在玩的过程中获得新知，提高他们语言的运用能力，培养他们的学*兴趣。
4，通过听录音，复*新知。我常在每节课结束的前5分钟，让学生听有关本节课教学内容的录音磁带。第一遍先认真听，第二遍边听边跟读。在学生能听读后并要求学生用相应的肢体语言或动作入情入境的来模仿，表演对话。在学生进行合作学*，表演时及时给予示范和指导，让学生充分体验到成功的喜悦，体会到学*英语的乐趣。这样既复*了本节课的知识要点，又提高了同学们的听说能力和读音的准确性，从而让学生真正做到眼到，口到，心到，手到。
四，加强自学，不断积累知识。
由于本人在英语教学方面经验不足，自己的知识又有限，在教学的同时，时时虚心向资历深的教师请教，和我们英语组的同事一起学*有关英语方面的教学教法，加强自身的业务学*，扩大视野;用心收集有助于英语课堂教学的各种游戏资料，时常听录音纠正自己的语音语调。
总之，一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多，收到的回报也不少:领导的信任，使我精力充沛;同事的帮助，使**劲十足;学生的渴求，使我信心倍增。我会努力填补自己在教学中的不足，不断改进教学方法，在教学中设计一些学生喜爱的活动，游戏来辅助课堂教学，激活课堂。积极开发和有效利用课程资源，更好的为英语教学服务，力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩。我相信有耕耘总会有收获。
时间过得真快，转瞬间实*生活落下帷幕。在这为期三个月的实*生活里，我学到了很多大学课堂里学不到的知识，酸甜苦辣体会感悟颇多。大四下学期的实*，对于应届生的我们来说是将理论知识与实践相结合的重要途径，以及进入社会参加工作前的必经阶段，实*经验也是对于我们四年专业学*的系统回顾和升华，对于我们将要走入社会的学生来说是一次熟悉社会，了解社会的好机会，而这次三个月高中实*经验将是我们人生中宝贵财富。
我将简单从英语教学，实*班主任和教学研究三个方面对自己实*收获和优缺点做一个小结。
英语教学：听课—备课—上课—评课。
听课：前期听课只是泛泛地听，机械地记笔记像高中生一样。后来发现自己备课时不知道该如何备，找不到重点和难点。如此一来，就又重新投入认真听课，抓重难点和考点。渐渐领悟到指导老师是如何导入，如何将难点简化再简化，用学生能快速接受的方式呈现给学生，如何强化运用知识点。最后慢慢地才做到真正意义上的听课。
备课：前期我的备课只是写教案。后来在教学实践中发现，情况并不会按自己想象中的那样发展。教师应当把大量的时间用于钻研教材，翻查收集资料，了解学生，优化教学设计。其中了解学生，优化教学设计显得尤为重要。记得有一次讲课文阅读，发现很多学生读完后无法做出课后*题，我感到很奇怪阅读并不难，为什么大多数同学都不会做呢。下课后只得重新更改教学设计，把阅读理解练*题换为找出每一段落的一个关键词。让人高兴的是，同学们便可准确迅速地
找出来，教材是死的，人是活的.，所以引导方式很重要。备课要做到三备：备教材、备学生、备教法。讲解试卷和作业也是如此，并不是拿着一张卷子、一本作业就从头讲解到尾，而是要分析重难点、易错点、考点，有针对性讲解。同时每次课后，需要了解学生知识掌握程度，发现学生学*困难，及时调整教学节奏，改变教学方法。
上课：前期上课，都是我一个人讲解，感觉像个人展示。后来在指导老师的帮助下，学会给学生思考时间，让学生参与课堂教学。同时多鼓励小组讨论，给机会小组展示。这样一来充分调动了学生的积极性和学*热情和学*兴趣。最后能够基本把握整个上课的启动环节、导入环节、展开环节、调整环节、结课环节。
评课：实*期间听了指导老师、实*老师、学校每周一次的教师公开课。前期评课，只是会说，这个老师讲得好，那个老师一般，另一个老师不好。只是一种最简单最直接的听课感受，后期学会分析，授课好好在何处，不好哪里还有待改进和提高。后期从教学目标、教学内容、教学程序、教学方法、教学技能、教学效果、教学特色各个方面展开论述。实话实话、共同进步。
实*班主任：
一、制定计划，繁而不乱。
每天到班五次，考勤、纪律管理、大扫除、卫生检查活动、大礼堂活动、主题班会活动，远足活动。制定详尽的安排。
二、一视同仁，情系学生。
实*班主任，前期两个星期，努力记住了每一位学生的名字和
面庞。让他们知道老师关注他们、关心他们，为后期班主任实*工作的展开带来了很大的便利。尊重欣赏每一位学生，实*班级很多学生有特长，如跳舞、绘画、朗诵，乐于发现他们身上的闪光点。急学生所急，难学生所难。月考、期中考试、文理分科、日常学*和生活中为学生排忧解难。
三、为人师表，以身作则。
“身教重于言教”，无论是着装、言行、教学能力、个人修养等方面都要以一名正式的老师、班主任的身份要求自己。只有尊重自己、严格要求自己，才能从学生那里得到爱戴和尊重，在学生中树立威信，得到学生的认可和支持。
四、虚心求教，学*借鉴。
因为是实*生，年龄相仿，学生更愿意接*我们。然而很快与学生打成一片却带来很多问题，学生自*课上会扯着和老师聊天、打听老师私事，容易起哄，大声喧哗致使班级纪律难以管理。后来只得求助于班主任，在班主任的指导和帮助下，情况好转。实*生经验尚浅，在班主任工作这一块更是几乎空白。除了找原班主任请教外，我也会寻求班干部帮助。后来处理声音视频，需要用一些软件，也是向同学求教加自学。实*班主任要结合实际情况不断完善自我，提高班级凝聚力和学*劲头。
教学研究：这三个月中，我留心观察了本班学生学*英语的情况，并通过问卷调查和与学生交流的方式收集到了一些数据和信息。我打算从学生的英语学*自主性方面来探讨当今中学教育中的一大难题
———英语教学。很多人往往从教师或教材的角度去分析影响学生英语学*的因素，但是却忽略了另一个重要的学*中的主体——学生。高一（4）班是理科*行班，学生英语水*很差。对英语学*没有兴趣、没有热情。英语学*过于被动，如何在英语教学中开发学生的学*自主性成了一个刻不容缓的问题。
以上就是自己对于这三个月的实*生活所做的总结。提高了自己英语教学能力的同时，与很多同学成为了好朋友。最大的体会是“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行”三个月的实*只是一个学校到社会的过渡期。真正的英语教学和班主任工作是需要在不断的实践中总结经验，改进方法，一步步慢慢探索。任重而道远，认真实践，虚心求教。
其实所谓毕业实*是学生在指导老师的指导下，独立从事社会实践工作的初步尝试，其基本目的是培养学生综合运用所学的基础理论、

---高中英语教育实**结 六周的实*马上就要结束了，虽然日子忙碌，但静下心来回想一下，在自己的努力实践和指导老师的指导帮助下，自己在实*过程中的确受益匪浅。
