1.听说。听是输入，说是输出，所以听力是口语的前提。你可以常上英语学*网站，比如普特(putclub)、沪江英语(hjenglish)上面有很多听力材料，有不同的难度梯度。如果你本身英语还不错的话，可以从上面多找一些VOA、BBC和CNN的新闻和报道(有音频有视频)，然后做精听练*。先听一两遍，搞明白main idea，然后再以句子意群为单位，精确地repeat其中的每句话(重复的时候注意模仿原音中的发音、语调、停顿等)。这样的训练可以很实在的提高你的英语听力实力。经过一段时间(一个月、一学期...)的密集训练，你就会发现听英语的时候不再是“朦朦胧胧”的，而是很清楚的知道老外在讲什么。
另外还有一种提高听力的途径就是看美剧英剧，这个方法既能娱乐放松，同时又锻炼了耳朵的敏感度，学*到新鲜实用的口语表达。像经典的`情景喜剧《老友记》《老爸老妈浪漫史》《生活大爆炸》等等，如果对喜剧感觉一般般的话，可以选择剧情类的(美剧在这方面提供的选择超多的，校园、科幻、司法、医务等等)，你可以去伊甸园和美剧迷这样的网站论坛上多去看看别人的推荐和分享。
2.阅读和写作。其实中国大部分学生的英文写作能力是对付考试的，所以这种文章都有套路，词汇运用也有限。阅读是积累词汇，扩大知识面和信息量的最佳途径。推荐大学生多看看外刊(Newsweek新闻周刊、Time时代周刊、Economist经济学家、Times泰晤士报、Guardian卫报等等)，从这些报纸杂志的文章里，你能涉猎到西方社会的文化、经济、政治各个层面，而且熟悉西方人的逻辑和思辨。这些外刊都有其官方网站，可以定期上去浏览，并保存一些视角新颖、文风犀利的文章，做做翻译练*。
英语强调积累，所以要在每天的生活里贯穿英语的学*，而不是集中一两个月应付一下考试然后将其抛之脑后的那种学*。
大一：新鲜人”时期
在学*写作之初，由于对英语写作缺乏信心，通常不敢大胆地使用自己已经掌握的语言基础知识，特别是英语句法知识。结果整篇文章都是以主语、谓语和宾语为主的简单句子，文章因此显得呆板，毫无生气。实际上，同汉语一样，英语的句型结构也是丰富多彩，变化多样的，同样的一个意义可以用多种句子结构来表达。
大二：成长期(四级)
一般来讲，非英语专业的学生通常是先通过四级考试再报考六级，大二是扎实英语知识的最佳时期，立即行动是明智的选择!为大学四级英语考试做好准备，同时利用这段时间补*弱项，巩固基础。
大三：转折期(六级)
保证每天至少学*英语两小时。做真题，充分熟悉考试内容，找到自己存在的问题。系统学*英语语法知识，重点放在六级或考研英语反复考查的语法项目上。熟记六级词汇，辅以历年真题解析以明确考查方式。
一.主要目标
每天保证一定的阅读量，一定的听力时间，至少15分钟的时间，集中注意力，并有意识的去记忆好的句子。日常思考的时候，尝试用英语思考、想问题以培养语感。争取获得优良成绩，能切实学到丰富的专业知识和基础常识。增加文化素养，提升自身能力，端正学*态度，培养积极勤奋的学风。做学*计划来自我敦促，自我勉励。
二.设立此目标的依据
1.阅读量不足，知识面小。
2.听力能力差，不能达到精听的效果。
3.经常出现中国式英语，口语不够地道，*惯中国性思维。
4.学*的自觉性不够高，没有计划造成时间的浪费。
三.本阶段个人学*存在的不足、困惑与解决措施
不足：
1.英语基础薄弱
2.对英语的兴趣不是很高
3.学*方法单一，学*策略滞后
4.没有坚持每天阅读，听英语听力，用英语交流
困惑：
1.单词量大，生僻单词多，记不住单词
2.翻译句子时不够地道。
3.口语对话时不流畅，句子单一，语法错误多。
4.课堂笔记来不及记，重点难点没完全掌握
解决措施：
1.可以听广播，MP3而且可以更好的把零碎的时间用起来,培养感觉。
2.多光顾一些英语网站，比如英文半的雅虎，或是VOA,BBC等的网站。
3.多和外国人交流
4.课前要反复阅读课文，查生词，了解大概内容。
四、下一阶段的学*方法
1.每天看英语材料和听英语广播，寻找学*环境，利用一切机会去接触英语。在课堂上试着讲英语，*时同学之间交流时多用英语，不要怕出错。
2.同时要建立每周学*生词的目标，在记录词汇本里，记录各种各样的生词，短语。
3.多阅读，精泛并举。了解西方文化，学*西方*惯，掌握大量的语言背景。
4.听广播，读地方报纸(Local newspaper)：如在纽约有The New York Times，在洛杉矶有Los Angeles Times，均为代表性的的地方报纸。
5.学*中遇到困惑，多翻阅语法书。
6.坚持写英语日记。
7.用小本子抄写阅读时看到的生词、优美句子和实用句子，利用排队、等车等缝隙时间背诵。
五.学*时间安排表略
又一年寒假到来了!这次寒假大约有五十多天，而四月份马上就面临专四考试了。为了更好地准备专四考试，这个寒假绝对不能荒废!!因此，我制定了以下计划：
一、每个星期做两套专四真题，严格按照时间要求，完整地完成试卷;
二、每两天背一课单词，周末总复*;
三、每天听一篇听写，精听;
四、每天看英文电影或电视剧(《Lie to me》《Gossip girl》)
