its noticable that western holidays are being increasingly popular day by day, while chinese traditional festivals are being somewhat neglected. not long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays ,because they regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and culture. frankly speaking, i dont quite agree with , we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions. (examples).but why cant we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture. there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china. on the one hand, some of the western holidays which we chinese dont have are reasonable and meaningful, such as fathers day and april fools day etc. on the other hand,the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china.

In my opinion，finding me-time is important. With the development of the modern society, we students in China have more and more pressure. We have to spare every minute to study very hard and join various kinds of out-of-class training courses to improve ourselves. So we are really in lack of me-time which is helpful to keep ourselves from being over-stressed、tired and worried.
I do not have as much fun as before and I always miss my childhood. Three hours of homework and two piano lessons one day make me have hardly any me-time to relax myself. I was once an active basketball player on my school team. But now, basketball, my best friend, I haven’t touched it for almost two months. Me- time seems to have become a luxury.
Last week, when I heard there was going to be a basketball match between our school and No 1 Middle School, I was so excited that I rushed home and told my parents the news. I asked my father, “ Dad, may I play basketball after school ? The coach says I am the best guard in our school. If I join the school basketball team, we are sure to beat No 1 Middle School this time.” My father showed his dispproval and said, “ Of course you can’t . I’m disappointed at you. Why do you have such a silly idea? Don’t forget to work hard on your schoolwork and piano lessons.” In my parents’ points of view, playing basketball is a waste of time.
As far as I’m concerned, the school assignment to the junior school students is too heavy. To grow into healthy and well-rounded adults, we should be allowed to have more me-time for relaxation. The pressure put on our students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally.
My dear teachers, I hope you can assign less homework so we students can enjoy a period of me-time. My dear parents, would you please not follow me and remind me of study all the time? The second place we are going to is the great wall. this is the only building, i hear, that can been seen from the moon, and it represents the diligence and the wisdom of whole chinese nation.
Now, it’s time for lunch. we plan to have… what? you say ”beijing duck”? yeah, right you are! we’ll come back to the center of beijing, and we’ll have dinner at “quanjude” restaurant. you can enjoy the most delicious chinese food—beijing duck, and you must be very pleased to hear this! then I’ll show you around the summer palace. It’s the royal garden for the emperors and empresses of the qing dynasty to pass the hot summers.
After visiting those historical places, you’ll surely be impressed by the long-lasting history of our great country. at the same time, during the journey of moving from one place of interest to another, we won’t miss having a glance of beijing’s modern civilization. the skyscrapers, beautiful avenues and advanced facilities must also catch your eyes. and we’ll also have a chance to experience beijing’s fast development in person. we’ll do some shopping at the shopping center near the olympics village. you can buy everything there of course except guns and drugs which are seriously forbidden in china. to see is to believe. what you see and experience will be strong prove of your choice to beijing, china!

Who was the most well-known figure in China last month? It’s Ma JiaJue—the college student who murdered 4 of his roommates. Many people attributed his crime to his poverty and deficient education. In my opinion, his crime also has much to do with his classmates’ indifference.
Indifference is a terrible disease in today’s colleges and the whole society. It’s not rare that two students who have studied together for 4 years have never spoken to each other. It’s not rare that a student who has been absent from class for several days is not noticed at all. It’s also not rare that a student who has severe psychological problems is not cared about at all.
Some people may say ‘What the students with psychological problems like Ma JiaJue need is not care but psychotherapy.” However, when people are ill, what they need most is not only medical treatment, but also care from people around them. Every smile and every caring word will bring sunshine to their life.
I once heard one of my roommates who was an introverted girl sobbing at mid-night. Being afraid of disturbing her, I sent a text message to comfort her. The next day, she told me that she was crying for not being invited to one of her friend’s birthday party. She thought she was neglected by others. But my message was really comforting which told her someone still cared about her.
What can we do to prevent the tragedy of Ma JiaJue from happening again? Good afternoon, Ladies and gentleman, Welcome to Shenzhen institute of technology. I'm a student from International commerce department. This is my teacher DAVID.
I am here to share my experience with you. It's our great honor.
Our department was established in 20xx. It has 3 majors: Secretarial science, Logistics, and Marketing. These majors are very welcome in market.
International commerce department has more than 600 students in campus, There are about 30 teachers, most of them are master degree, and some of them has professor title.
2 years ago, I come to this school, and chose marketing as my major. I feel great here. Our teachers are always patient and dedicated. They share the commercial knowledge and experience in the class, and offer the opportunities to practice in enterprise.
Yes, our department has set up relationship with many companies. Some of them are the world well-known enterprise. Such as Ikea, Ups, Konca, Maesk, Lenovo, Walmark, and so on.
There are also many profession competitions in our department sponsored by the companies. I take part in the selling competition this years. I've got the final championship.

These were some of the chart-toppers announced on the radio while I was at the barbershop a year ago. Quite depressing, huh.
I asked my brother, Joe, why songs that display such unhappiness reach the charts. Joe is an established businessman who is always confident with his viewpoints. He reacted quickly and questioned me in a matter-of-fact tone, “can’t you relate to the song?” He then confidently pointed to the Buddhists’ explanation of happiness, explaining to me that happiness is never a constant state, but rather only a temporary escape from suffering. While I respect the Buddhist explanation, I couldn’t help but ask: so what is keeping you from experiencing happiness? Joe lost his assertiveness when I mentioned this and he replied, “While I gain acceptance from my peers and family, I feel like I’m a nobody. These songs act as a route for me to escape. I don’t see happiness as attainable in my life.”
While Joe transformed from a confident speaker to a soft-spoken melancholic within a matter of a minute, my barber offered him a sympathetic smile. He spoke up. “I was exactly like you - once upon a time, I deceived myself into thinking I was happy. I followed the majority’s norms of a stable job in brokerage and felt I gained society’s acceptance. I was loved! But deep down, I loved songs like these because I felt so useless. I felt that whatever I did made no difference in the world. I found an escape from this mainstream music as a means of explaining myself. Then the next day, I’d put on my suit and be a nobody again.
Then I asked, but how about now? “Now?” The barber said, smiling. “Now, I don’t think this music deserves its place on the charts.” He flipped over to his playlist and played us a song - “Mayfly” by Cheer Chen.
The lyrics goes “Everyday when we open our eyes, we are all mayflies. Living a simple life, chasing a dream vigorously, searching for nothing but happiness.”
“I think this music deserves a place on the charts. I wish people could search for happiness by only looking forward, and be brave enough neglect harsh criticisms and mockeries along the way - just like a mayfly. A mayfly only sees what is ahead of it - why else would their lives be so simple otherwise? I became a barber because I wanted to attain happiness - sure, I experienced disapproval from peers and such, but I did not want to become “a firefly without light”. I find happiness when I mix with trendy young people that are eager to make their customers look better - sure, some may not understand why this brings me happiness, but does it matter?”
My brother Joe and I had a long conversation that evening. We debated vigorously on our different values of happiness - while the conversation with the barber relit my childhood dream of being a conductor, Joe still questions whether stable happiness can achieved even if his dreams are fulfilled. But ultimately, we agreed that one should not let others decide your own standard of happiness. Don’t deceive yourself into sadness and despair; pick yourself up and find your own definition of happiness. Thank you.
in order to get high marks, some students figure out all the ways, theworse situation is to plagiarize other student’s hard-working. plagiarism is abig mistake, the teachers are always emphasizing it, but the lazy students goagainst the rule, they want to pass assessment easily. these students should beshameful about themselves.
on the one hand, plagiarizing means the lack of respect of other students’hard-working. students need to spend many hours and put a lot of effort tofinish the paper; the outcome means their wisdom and paid, just as the oldsaying, “no pain, no gain”. while the lazy students destroy other students’effort, they just get the job done without their own thinking; they can even getthe more high marks. this is very unfair; every student should finish the taskin their own wisdom, showing respect to each other.
on the other hand, the students who are used to plagiarism will end uphurting themselves. if the students’ such behavior is found by others, they willget bad record in their files, which means they will have problem on trustissues, it is hard for them to find a job. if they are lucky to not be found,they still learn nothing, they lack of ability.
in conclusion, plagiarism is a shameful behavior; students should learnthings by their own minds.

In my 18 years of life, there have been many things. University days are the best part of them. I can never forget the days when I stepped into my university. I was impressed by its garden-like campus, its enthusiastic students and especially its learning atmosphere. I at once fell in love with it.
After the arduous military training, I get absolutely absorbed in my studies. The classes given by the teachers are excellent. They provide us with information not only from our textbooks but from many other sources as well. They easily arouse my insatiable desire to take in as much as I can.
Frankly speaking, at first I had some difficulty following the teachers. However, through my own efforts and thanks to my teachers' guidance, I made remarkable progress. Now I've benefited a lot from lectures and many other academic reports.

In my opinion，finding me-time is important. With the development of the modern society, we students in China have more and more pressure. We have to spare every minute to study very hard and join various kinds of out-of-class training courses to improve ourselves. So we are really in lack of me-time which is helpful to keep ourselves from being over-stressed、tired and worried.
I do not have as much fun as before and I always miss my childhood. Three hours of homework and two piano lessons one day make me have hardly any me-time to relax myself. I was once an active basketball player on my school team. But now, basketball, my best friend, I haven’t touched it for almost two months. Me- time seems to have become a luxury.
Last week, when I heard there was going to be a basketball match between our school and No 1 Middle School, I was so excited that I rushed home and told my parents the news. I asked my father, “ Dad, may I play basketball after school ? The coach says I am the best guard in our school. If I join the school basketball team, we are sure to beat No 1 Middle School this time.” My father showed his dispproval and said, “ Of course you can’t . I’m disappointed at you. Why do you have such a silly idea? Don’t forget to work hard on your schoolwork and piano lessons.” In my parents’ points of view, playing basketball is a waste of time.
As far as I’m concerned, the school assignment to the junior school students is too heavy. To grow into healthy and well-rounded adults, we should be allowed to have more me-time for relaxation. The pressure put on our students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally.

When we re-examine today's university campus according to this concept which has been inherited for more than 20 years, we suddenly find that the students are inevitably assimilated by the broader and more tempting world outside the courtyard wall. The era of white clothes is over, and college students are more realistic in the form of employment, going abroad to make money and even paying debts. Coupled with the fierce financial storm, more and more college students are facing the embarrassing problem of unemployment after graduation. Facing the severe situation, I can't help asking: college students, are you ready?
"Four dreams of youth" tells us that the ideal of life and the dream of youth should be realized by wisdom. The key is to persistently create and grasp opportunities. Nowadays, the party and the state have issued many policies to encourage and support college students' entrepreneurship. Why can't we accept the invitation of the times and embark on the road of unlimited hope? Maybe you need to ask what entrepreneurship is. Entrepreneurship is the courage to take the road that others have not gone through, entrepreneurship is not afraid of the difficulties and obstacles on the way forward, entrepreneurship is to seek the positive realization of self-worth in continuous development! But what about the other side? What is entrepreneurship? It may be a failure in reality, or it may be a disappointment after a taste of the world. Well, it's quite a question argued by people all the time. I think a person's personality has little relation to his family economic level. It's commonly said that a child in rich family will has more chances and better choice for his study. However, if the kid himself isn't aware of this, that is all in vain. It's not unusual that many children from rich family are quite rude and conceited although they are always receive the best education. Then, how about the poor family's children? There is another saying that adversity cultivates heroes. To be honest, I disagree with it too. Poor children should learn harder and catch every chance to strengthen themselves. However, the reality is often not like that. Subjectively speaking, poor children are easy to feel inferior and thus can't study well. Even if they study well, they hardly do well in practicing ability. Objectively speaking, poor children can hardly receive good and plentiful education because of the economic limit. That will cause deficiency in some literal or artistic talent such as music or dance. Therefore, I think children's personality have little relation to their family situation.

I disagree with it even though I do know history is important. I'm a student major in electricity. To be honest, I think there is little sense for students in university taking history courses no matter what field they study. Maybe many people would say, history is something left by our ancestors, so we shouldn't forget it. Yes, I agree with that. History need to be remembered. But in fact, we have been learning history from primary school. I really it's enough for people like me whose major has little relation to history. I just take history exam last year. For me, it was really a nightmare. I spent so much time on it and still can remember all. Now that we're chosen engineering, I can't understand why we need and have to learn history again. The time spent on history learning should be used for our major courses.
Knowing the Consequences of Choice
Over the past Spring Festival, I got involved in a family dispute. Right before I got home, four satellite channels of CCTV were added to the 14 channels we had already had. In prime time at night, they all had interesting shows. Therefore, the five of us-my parents, my sisters and I-had to argue over what to watch. Finally, we agreed that we should watch the "most interesting" programme... If we
could agree what that was.
However, all of us there remember that for a long time after we had TV, there were only one or two channels available. The increase in options reveals an important change in our life: the abundance of choice.
Fifteen years ago we all dressed in one style and in one colour. Today, we select from a wide variety of designs and shades.
Fifteen years ago, we read few newspapers. Today, we read English newspapers like the China Daily and the 21st Century, as well as various Chinese newspapers.
Fifteen years ago, English majors took only courses in language and literature. Today, we also study Western culture, journalism, business communications, international relations, and computer science.
The emergence of choices marks the beginning of a new era in China's history; an era of diversity, of material and cultural richness, and an era of the rebirth of the Chinese nation. We enjoy the abundance of choice. But this has not come easily.
About 150 years ago, China was forced to open up its door by Western canons and gunboats. It has been through the struggle and sacrifice of generations that we finally have gained the opportunity to choose for ourselves. The policy of reform and openness is the choice that has made all the difference.
Like others of my age, I'm too young to have experienced the time when the Chinese people had no right to choose. However, as the next century draws near, it is time to ask: What does choice really mean to us young people?
Is choice a game that relies on chance or luck? Is choice an empty promise that never materializes? Or is choice a puzzle so difficult that we have to avoid it?
First, I would like to say: To choose means to claim opportunities.
I am a third-year English major. An important choice for me, of course, is what to do upon graduation. I can go to graduate school, at home or abroad. I can go to work as a teacher, a translator, a journalist, an editor and a diplomat. Actually, the system of mutual selection has allowed me to approach almost every career opportunity in China.
Indeed, this is not going to be an easy choice. I would love to work in such big cities as Beijing or Shanghai or Shenzhen. I would also love to return to my hometown, which is intimate, though slightly lagging in development. I would love to stay in the coastal area where life is exciting and fast-paced. I would also love to put down roots in central and western China, which is underdeveloped, but holds great potential.
All of these sound good. But they are only possibilities. To those of us who are bewildered at the abundance of opportunities, I would like to say: To choose means to accept challenge. To us young people, challenge often emerges in the form of competition. In the next century, competition will not only come from other college graduates, but also from people of all ages and of all origins.
With increasing international exchanges, we have to face growing competition from the whole outside world. This is calling for a higher level of our personal development.
Fifteen years ago, the knowledge of a foreign language or of computer operation was considered merely an advantage. But today, with wider educational opportunities, this same knowledge has become essential to everyone.
Given this situation, even our smallest choices will require great wisdom and personal determination.
As we gain more initiative in choice making, the consequence of each choice also becomes more important.

WE AND OUR YELLOW RIVER: THRIVING TOGETHER
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. The issue of the Yellow River has become the biggest concern of members of the Chinese peoples Political Consultative Conference. My childhood, in fact, is closely associated with the river. My father is an engineering geologist, and he used to take me with him on his trips to the hydropower stations on the river. I enjoyed those trips, especially the trip to Longyang Xia reservoir. Although ten years have passed since my visit, I can still recall the scenery; I can still recall the water I saw at the reservoir. It was pure, clean and blue, not like the water I saw in the middle reaches of the river, which had turned brown and muddy after passing through the Loess Plateau.
Once during our stay at the power station, we were caught in a thunderstorm. And when rain stopped, I could see trickles of water rolling down mountain slopes and flowing into the reservoir. It carried little mud or sand, because at that time, trees and grass still grew around the reservoir. And they protected the soil. At Longyang Xia I was struck by the beauty of nature, and as a child I wanted to stay there and to grow up with our Yellow River.
Li Bai, the Tang Dynasty poet, said praises to the flowing water in the Yellow River. He saw it as coming down from heaven and nurturing the people along her way to the sea. However, in 1997,for 330days, not a single drop of water from the Yellow River went into the sea. And droughts are not the only punishment by nature. A friend of my father's, a university professor, is doing research on the Yellow River. According to this professor, the Yellow River will soon change its course if we allow this situation to continue. Because there is no longer enough water to carry away the silt and mud in the lower reaches of the river and the riverbed rises higher and higher each year.
We have taken too much from nature, but given back too little in return. And this is the cost of the unbalanced growth. If we had taken care of the vegetation in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River, we would still experience the river as Li Bai described it.
While the developed countries are consuming proportionally more natural resources than the rest of the world, they've also taken some good measures in protecting nature. And as a developing country, China can learn from them in this aspect.
Last year, when I was visiting Australia with a group of Chinese students who had won prizes in an English Skills Test, our Australian hosts invited us to join them for a horse-ride in the mountains. After two hours on horseback, we reached a valley, where there was a most beautiful meadow, with flowers in all colors dotted on a huge blanket of green. When I began to praise the beauty of nature, my friends told me that in this valley, there used to be a big mine and the wastewater from the mine turned everything brown. When the mine was abandoned, people made great efforts to restore the green vegetation. They also used the latest biological technology choosing the best grass seeds suitable for the local soil. So the beautiful meadow is a result of commitment, hard work, and new technology.
What happened to this valley in Australia should also happen to our Yellow River and, in fact, it is happening. I have seen farmers planting trees on mountains along the Yellow River. I have seen them climb the mountain tops with seedlings on their shoulders because they had no machinery. I have seen them pour on trees the water they had carried up in buckets from miles down the valley. These farmers are quietly nourishing our Yellow River, just as the river has nourished them.
And these farmers, men and women I don't know, gave me the confidence that we and our Yellow River will grow together, and someday in the future, we will be able to drink the clean water from our Yellow River again, because she is our dearest mother.

nowadays, watching tv has become an indispensable part of people’s daily life. after working, people will turn on the tv to watch the show they like. it is a good way for people to relax themselves. there are many different kind of tv programs shown every day. some of them are cooking show, some of them are soap operas, my most favorite program is called “the animal world”. the cctv-8 plays it on every saturday night.

Dr.James Naismith, a Canadian who was teaching at Springfield College in Massachusetts needed to come up with a game to entertain the school’s rugby and football players during the winter months.

Every time the players made a shot though, they had to take down the basket and grab the ball, which became really annoying. when you walking along a street ， an inevitable phenomenon you will find is that lots of shops or markets are selling their goods at a discount ; when you visting a countryside ，an evident situation you will discover is that many workers are staying in their hometown 。 why ? that’s because the financial crisis that originated on wall street and swept the world has gone beyond the toy sector and bitten into the chinese economy。 over the past six months，many labor-intensive factories have shut down ，leaving massive numbers of workers jobless 。 although our government have taken some effective measures to stimulate the need of employment ， we also can’t deny the fact that the situation is still serious 。 according to expects ， china’s gdp growth slowed to 9。9 percent down 2。3 percentage points from the same period lastyear and falling to single figures for the first time in five years 。

im grateful that ive been given this opportunity, at such a historic moment, to stand here as a spokesman of my generation and to take a serious look back at the past 15 years, a crucial period for every one of us and for this nation as well.
though it is only within my power to tell about my personal experience, and only a tiny fragment of it at that, it still represents, i believe, the root of a spirit which has been essential to me and to all the people bred by the past 15 years.
in my elementary years, there was a little girl in the class who worked very hard but somehow could never do satisfactorily in her lessons. the teacher asked me to help her, and it was obvious that she expected a lot from me. but as a young boy, restless, thoughtless, i always tried to evade her so as to get more time to enjoy myself.
one day before the final exam, she came up to me and said, could you please explain this to mei want very much to do better this time. i started explaining, and finished in a hurry. pretending not to notice her still confused eyes, i ran off quickly. nat surprisingly, she again did very badly in the exam. and two months later, at the beginning of the new semester, word came of her death of blood cancer. no one ever knew about the little task i failed to fulfill, but i couldnt forgive myself. i sim*** couldnt forget her eyes, which seem to be asking, why didnt you do a little more to help me, when it was so easy for youwhy didnt you understand a little better the trust placed in you, so that i would not have to leave this world in such pain and regreti was about eight or nine years old at that time, but in a way it was the very starting point of my life, for i began to understand the word responsibility and to learn to always do my duties faithfully and devotedly, for the implications of that sacred word has dawned on me: the mutual need and trust of people, the co-operation and inter-reliance which are the very foundation of human society.
later in my life, i continued to experience many failures. but never again did i feel that regret which struck me at the death of the girl, for it makes my heart satisfied to think that i have always done everything in my power to fulfill my responsibilities as best i can. words like individuality and creativity are getting more emphasis and more people are rewarded for their hard work and efforts. such is the era in which this generation ,grows and matures.

we buy shoddy medicines, or merely worthless junk in the name of medicines, that aggravate, rather than alleviate our diseases since money, many people believe, is the most important thing in the world that must be made, even at the expense of morality and responsibility. such an era, furthermore, demands, that we are a generation with a clear perception of our historical responsibility and an aggressive will to take action and solve the problems. history has long been preparing these qualities in this generation and it is now calling us forward to give testimony to our patriotism and heroism towards this nation and all humanity.
standing here now, i think of the past 15 years of my life as an ordinary student. probably ill be an ordinary man for the rest of my life. but this doesnt discourage me any, for i know that with my sense of responsibility and devoted efforts to always strive, for the best, its going to be a meaningful and worthwhile life that i will be living. i cant ever forget that little girl in my class who couldnt had the same opportunities as any of us here to enjoy a wonderful life today and a hopeful world tomorrow.

首先，我想向大家紧要地做一个自我描述。我呢，性格应该归类于中性，活跃而腼腆，*凡而另类。我喜欢一切真实的东西，热爱生活，热爱音乐，喜欢幻想，喜欢旅行。时常喜欢邀一两个朋友出去走走，偶尔也很享受一个人的感觉。我认为，那样比较有利于我思考一些问题。我还是个心思比较细腻的人，很善感，但不多愁。
对于生活的态度，我有自己的想法，我算是个比较有主见的人。
我*惯慢节奏的生活，很自由，很享受，带点小小的慵懒，这里的慵懒绝不等同于懒惰。对待学*或事情我绝不含糊。算是个完美主义者，有时对自己的要求*乎苛刻。记得大一上色彩构成那会儿，由于有一小块儿色上的不是很均匀，我果断把画了一上午的画给丢了重画。真不知道这是认真呢，还是较真儿。不管是做什么事儿，如果不做完，总觉得心里不踏实，玩儿也玩儿得不安心，不过我倒是挺欣赏我这一点的。
在情感方面，大致是可以分为亲情、爱情、友情的。
三毛曾说过：“世上难有永恒的爱情，世上绝对存在永恒不灭的亲情。“这一点是深如我骨子里的明了，没有任何因素可以改变的。
爱情，爱情这东西可遇不可求，不要为爱情而爱情。大学里的爱情，该怎么描述呢？用青涩似乎太晚，用成熟似乎太早，这个阶段的爱情是懵懂的。带一种不确定性，不确定这个人是不是对的人，不确定能不能走到最后。有的人懵懂地遇到了对的人，做了对的事；有的人懵懂的遇到了错的人，做了错的事。 大学里的爱情，大家很少会落实到吃穿衣、饭、数钱、睡觉这些实实在在的生活里去的，大多是寻求精神上的寄托。但是，大多这样的爱情不会长久，等大学毕业那天，也是这段爱情宣告死亡的那天。
我自己也谈恋爱，我很清楚这一点。由于时间还不长，我也不清楚我遇到的`人是对还是错，也不清楚会不会跟他结婚。当然，一段感情最重要的就是真心，我会真心地爱他，但也必须自爱，这是必须的。
转而说到友情。知识、友谊和爱情是这人生最美好的三样东西。大学期间同学的友谊是最可珍贵的，因为这种友谊是超功利的、纯真的友谊，同学之间没有根本的利益冲突。我敢说，我的寝友是最好的室友！我的倪娜是最好的倪娜！对于理想方面，老实说，我是一个比较有目标，但缺乏实践的人。虽然大三才选专业，大一时就想好要选*面的，所以*时对关于*面的格外热爱。我是很清楚我要走什么样的路，需要怎么走，虽然一直还是在向前迈的，但似乎步子有点小。眼看快大三了，心里着实有点着急了。所以必须加快步伐，朝着目标前进了。

人生旅程。记得读大学时，我也曾经想过留在繁华热闹的大都市，圆自己的白领梦，却最终怀着满腔的热情，选择了农村这片火热的土地，选择了村官这一*凡的岗位。曾否矛盾，有!曾否犹豫，有!但若现在有人再问我，我会斩钉截铁的说：选择村官，我无怨无悔!
我所任职的村，是一个灵秀美丽、民风淳朴的新农村建设示范点村。从进村的那一天起，我便决心这片生气勃勃的土地上甘于*凡学会奉献，奉献自己的努力、奉献自己的热情、奉献自己的知识，用无私的奉献点亮无悔的青春!从熟悉工作环境到与主动深入群众、从关注留守儿童到筹办农家书屋，从计划生育政策的宣传到高标准的完成新农合资金的收取，每一段经历都夹杂着挫折，每一步我都走得很坚实。半年多来，我的工作经历慢慢改变着我，我的农村见闻渐渐净化着我，它教会了我踏实、*和和质朴;它教会了我细心、忍耐和坚强。在这里，我不仅要感谢上级给了我们一个到村任职的大舞台，也要感谢在工作和生活中关心、爱护和帮助我们的人，哪怕是严厉的呵斥，我也知道那是对我们特别的爱。
饮水思源、知恩图报是中华民族的传统美德。作为村的'一份子，能够为群众办点力所能及的事是我最大的快乐。村里的小学一直是我最关注的地方，在这个仅有78位在校学生的小学里贫困生就有12位，他们缺少衣物和书籍资料，每次回家，我总是到处收集衣物，回村后交到校长手中分发给贫困学生。如今，就连我妈妈也养成了收集衣物的*惯，因为在她看来，这不仅是对女儿工作的支持，更是一种爱的奉献。
新农村的建设发展需要知识，新农村的发展也需要致富的思想。对于我们刚刚踏上工作岗位的村官来说，已经具备了一些理论的东西，但是，所缺乏的是对知识的运用及处理农村问题的工作经验，对于这些，领导和同事们不吝指教，我也抓住机会尽多的参与村内的工作，虚心的学*。空闲的时候，我会通过看资料、上网站、读报纸来掌握信息、理清思路。结合村里的实际，有意识地学*葡萄种植技术和农产品营销知识，我还养成了一个好*惯，看新闻、看报纸，一有关于农村的好政策和农民致富的好经验，我都会迅速地用笔记下来，第一时间告诉村民。

说到正能量这个词，想必大家都不会觉得陌生了，他现在的风靡程度赶得上前段时间的“江南style”了，但是我想问一下大家，如此广泛的运用，有没有给你带来更深层次的思考呢？什么才是真正的正能量呢？
可能有人说是坚强，是追求，是前进，他是所有的良善之词，但是却无法给它一个完整的定义，那么今天就由我来说一下我的理解吧。正能量他代表着人生一种积极的向上姿态，如果说生命是一座庄严的城堡，如果说生命是一株苍茂的大树，如果说生命是一只飞翔的海鸟。那么，正能量就是那穹顶的梁柱，就是那深扎的树根，就是那扇动的翅膀。没有正能量，生命的动力便荡然无存；没有正能量，生命的美丽便杳然西去。
对于我们新新少年来说，什么又是属于我们的正能量呢？我们正青春，拥有无限的潜力，拥有无限的正能量。作为一名学生，传递正能量的首要表现恐怕就是学*了，用自己对学*的热情，感染身边的同学，为老师为父母带来一份安慰，为自己博一个前程。我们更是社会的一员，为社会传递正能量更是我们责无旁贷的责任了，扶老奶奶过马路传递爱心，把垃圾捡到垃圾桶保护我们的家园，对给自己盛饭的阿姨说一声谢谢，虽然微小，但足以温暖人心。所以，传递正能量，千万不要“勿以量小而不为”，正能量本身就是小力量的集聚，改变整个社会。
在《因为痛，所以叫青春》这本书了，作者有个很妙的'比喻，假如人能活到八十岁，与一天的二十四小时做比例，再拿现在自己的年龄与一天的二十四小时做比例，就能得出十七岁的我们正处在早上的五点二十分！对于我们的一天来说，正是积蓄力量的睡眠时间！同样对于人生来说，我们正青春！这样充满活力，充满潜力的我们不是正能量的传播载体吗？我们享受正能量带给我们的鼓舞，振奋与幸福，又怎么能不加入成为传递的一员呢？只有正青春的我们的加入，才能给这支大军注入新鲜的血液，使它激情四射。
人的一生很长，不管做什么事情，只要不放弃，总会有翻盘的机会，或许成功的早晚不是那么至关重要，关键是要做的漂亮！做，就做到自己的！就像四季的鲜花，季季有自己的韵味，传递着自己的正能量，晚开的梅菊不需要羡慕早开玫瑰的妖娆，而玫瑰也不需要羡慕梅菊的淡雅。我们正青春，正是爱哭爱笑爱闹的年纪，我们拥有别人羡慕不来的活力与激情，是正能量的代言人！作为新新一代，我们应该用自己的肩膀，担起我们的责任，传递我们的正能量，放飞我们自由飞翔的青春！谢谢！

然而，什么是梦？什么又是梦想？梦是期待，而梦想是坚强，是你把飘渺的梦坚持作为自己理想的勇气和执着，是你对自己负责的最高境界。但扪心自问，我们有多少人能够成就自己心中最初的梦想？

我们常常会为了一个眼前的人义无反顾，却很难为了一个说不清会不会到来的未来和梦想而万死不辞。好比你今天听了一个励志的演讲，就突然像打了鸡血，回家勤学用工之后又被打回原形。事实是你可以为放弃找出一万个借口，而坚持的理由却微茫的不存在。
我们嘴上喊着想要用功读书却发现自己一事无成。我们向着梦想却把它归为回想。我们想要真长却被定义为矫情。生活上有许多的不如意。我们想要在黑夜和逆境中依旧可以看到希望，我们想要的往往那么完美，但是现实却狠狠的打击你，让你懂得现实与欲望那么遥不可及。那么我们就此沉沦下去吗？不，我们应该去寻找黑夜里代替阳光的东西，那个就是信念。信念让我们相信自己的梦想触手可及，即使那微茫的距离遍布荆棘，但是不要怀疑自己，相信自己，梦想就在前方！
“梦想”传承了历史长河中最古老的绣艺，经纬交织的`十字搭法，勾勒出独具匠心的艺术珍品。针与线的交织缠绕，游走在单调的白格子布上，编织着瑰丽的梦想。在茶余饭后的温饱中，在午后闲暇的悠闲中，在夜半酣睡的梦境中…素手挑花，让心灵归于沉静。

尊敬的各位院领导、老师，亲爱的同学们大家晚上好。我叫***，来自**系**级**班。今晚很荣幸可以站在这个讲台上与大家共同分享我的三年大学生活。在此，我首先要向一直以来支持和鼓励我的老师和同学们致以诚挚的感谢和亲切的问候，是你们让我有幸站在今晚这个讲台上。我今晚演讲的主题是“心有多宽，舞台就有多大”。我用三个心构建我的大学舞台--心坚石穿、泰然之心、众心成城。
今天来参加十佳大学生评选的同学们几乎都是学生干部，成绩优异，表现突出。几年的'大学历程或许我们都有同样的感受：痛苦并快乐着。大一入学那年，因为兴趣使然，和几位同学创办了院外语协会，有幸被选为外语协会的会长。永远也忘不了那些忙碌而又充实的日子，每学期10多门课程，每周20多节课，每周至少开2次例会。教室、宿舍、办公室，每天都在三点一线忙碌。创新、思考、总结再努力。在这期间，我组织并策划了假面舞会，与电子系合作的院第二届英语演讲比赛等大型活动，每周四的英语角丰富了同学们的课余生活，在院社团之日活动中获得了团体总分第二名，并且在我任职期间社团连续两年获得了“优秀社团”的称号。作为班级团支书，我热情的为广大同学服务，用我独特的工作方式深刻影响着周围的同学。学*之余，我们多次组织各类活动如：红塔湾烧烤，与英语系班级联谊的德化岱仙瀑布之旅，篮球赛等。这些工作经历让我深深体会到：一个集体不是因为里面的某几位同学的优秀而优秀，而是需要这个集体具有很强凝聚力、战斗力，心坚石穿。
这些工作让我很充实，但我仍然清醒地认识到我的主要任务是学*，为此我抓紧时间学*，学*成绩一直名列班级前二名。连续两年获得院一等奖学金，大二学年获国家励志奖学金。

今天的我站在这个演讲台上，并不是彰显自己是多么的优秀，因为我深知在场的同学们比我优秀的还有很多，我想说心有多宽舞台就有多大。说起来不怕你们见笑，刚来大学那会，我出了宿舍就分不清东西南北，吃饭不懂到底怎么刷卡。当时的自己是多么无知与无助，但我知道人必须学会坚强，学会向别人学*，取人之长补己之短。现在的我有信心，有勇气去面对每一个挑战，因为此时此刻的我站在这里就是最好的证明。
我一直相信心有多宽，舞台就有多大。

大家好！
今天我演讲的题目是《改变不了环境，就改变自己》。
的文学家托尔斯泰曾经说过：“世界上只有两种人：一种是观望者，一种是行动者。大多数人想改变这个世界，但没人想改变自己。”想要改变现状，就要改变自己；要改变自己。就得改变自己的观念。
一个黑人小孩在他父亲的葡萄酒厂看守橡木桶。每天早上，他用抹布将一个个木桶擦干净，然后一排排地整齐地放好。令他生气的是，往往一夜之间，风就把他排列整齐的木桶吹得东倒西歪。小男孩很委屈地哭了。父亲摸着小男孩的头说：“孩子，不要哭，我们可以想办法去征服风。”
于是小男孩擦干了眼泪坐在木桶边想啊想，想了半天终于想出了一个办法，他从井边挑来一桶又一桶的.清水，然后把它们倒进那些空空的橡木桶里，然后他就忐忑不安地回家睡觉了。第二天，天刚蒙蒙亮，小男孩就匆匆地爬了起来，他跑到放桶的地方一看，那些橡木桶一个一个排列得整整齐齐，没有一个被风吹倒的，也没有一个被风吹歪的。小男孩开心地笑了，他对父亲说：“要想木桶不被风吹倒，就要加重木桶的重量。”男孩的父亲赞许地微笑了。
是的，我们不能改变风，改变不了这个这个世界上的许多东西，但是我们可以改变自己，给自己加重，这样我们就可以适应变化，不被打败！
人生如水，人只能去适应环境。如果不能改变环境，就改变自己，只有这样，才能克服更多的困难，战胜更多的挫折，实现自我。如果不能看到自己的缺点和不足，只是一味地埋怨环境不利，从而把改变境遇的希望寄托在改变环境上，这实在是徒劳无益。
虽然我们不能改变世界，但我们可以改变自己，让我们用爱心和智慧来面对一切环境。

大家好！我是会计学院20xx级注册会计师7班的刘璐，今天能够作为优秀学生代表站在这里发言，我感到万分荣幸。
来到滨职的一年里，我收获颇多，从团支书到学生会**，在学校老师的教导下，在同学们的帮助下，我不断成长、不断进步，今年有幸荣获了"XX省省**奖学金"并且成为了"十佳大学生"。
成绩的取得绝非偶然。去年接受入学教育时，听了学哥学姐们在优秀学生先进事迹报告会上所做的报告，使我倍受鼓舞，也清楚的认识到了学*成绩、综合测评以及专业技能的重要性，所以我始终严格要求自己。于是我充分利用课余时间，利用别人休息的时间，复*、预*，预*、复*……最后我收获了丰硕的果实：本学年学*成绩和综合测评均是第一名，并且考取了相关专业的资格证书，连续两次获得了"学院一等奖学金"。
我一直在努力把手头上的事做到最好。学*之余我积极参加学校组织的各项活动和比赛，取得了一些成绩，获得了一些荣誉，如"党史知识竞赛二等奖"、"会计学院女生节趣味运动会团体一等奖"、"诚信杯辩论赛最佳辩手"等，丰富了业余生活的`同时也培养了自己的创新、协作、沟通、管理等多方面能力。
作为一名学生干部，在工作中我努力履行自己的职责。身为团支书，在处理好班级事务的同时定期举办有意义的团活动，充分调动同学们的积极性，增强班级凝聚力。我所在班级本学年被评为"五四红旗团支部"，而我也有幸成为了"模范团干部"；作为学生会**，我全面负责学生会的工作，积极协调各部门工作的开展；身为学生院长助理，我不但起到了上传下达的桥梁作用而且勇于承担责任，敢于同恶势力作斗争，于今年年初，寒假将*之时，我们学院女生宿舍楼内进入了两名打着XX学院音乐系学生旗号的传销人员，她们留取了多名同学的详细联系方式，并且强调在宿舍内进行单独的封闭式授课。得知这一情况后，我们学生会成员第一时间联系了老师并在老师的指导下对宿舍内外来人员进行了全面清查。于晚上8时许，我在大学生服务中心门前发现了这两名传销人员，我走上去与她们交谈，告诉她们想加入这个组织的想法，打消了她们的顾虑，我跟随她们前往校门口方向，而另一名同学及时赶到校门口向保卫人员反映了这一情况，当我们走到太阳广场的时候保卫人员一举将二人抓获，事后老师们放心了，同学们也安心了，而我也用实际行动履行了自己的职责。有同学问我怕不怕打击报复，老实说当时我怕了，但事后想一想，正义终将战胜邪恶，在学校有老师和同学的陪伴，所以我不怕。我还多次反映了校园内存在的安全隐患问题，荣获了"优秀信息员"的称号。
过去的一年里，我虽然取得过很多荣誉，但我认为那仅代表过去，今后的日子我将更加坚定的走下去，无悔的度过高职这段青春岁月。在座的各位学弟学妹，我真心的希望你们能在今天的报告会上有所收获，明年的今天这个讲台属于你们！你们一定要肯定自己的价值，哪怕再大的风浪。
希望两年后，当我们离开这片热土的时候，回望这个培养我们的地方，回眸这段难忘的岁月，我们能自豪的说：青春，无悔！拼搏，无悔！选择XX职业学院，今生无悔！

人生因什么而精彩？答案很多，但有一个答案一定正确合理，人生因文明而精彩。
作为大学生，我们应该端正态度，讲文明，树新风。尽快改掉陋*，留意小结，严谨行事，不要推说什么"；江山易改，本性难移"；。只要你想飞永远都不迟，不要对此不屑一顾，细节真的可以改变我们的命运，还记得马斯洛的话么"； 心若改变，你的态度跟着改变，态度改变，你的*惯跟着改变，*惯改变，你的性格跟着改变，性格改变，你的人生跟着改变。"；
校园因什么而文明？校园因你 我的文明而文明，如果我们的校园没有与之想适应的精神状态 环境氛围和文明行为，就不会有校园的文明。
文明是思想的进步，行为的端正，*惯的改善，修养的提高，品质的提升。
记得有人说过："；人，一撇一捺，写起来容易做起来难。"；我们要经常性的思考，我们要成为怎样的人，一百个人会有一百种答案，但每一个答案的背后都有一个基点，那就是首先要成为一个文明的人，而我们要成为一名文明的大学生。
有些大学生认为，大学生活是我行我素的，其实不然，当你不经意把垃圾乱丢，扬长而去是，有没有想到你破坏的校园的环境？要是每个人都一样画葫芦，那结果是怎样的不堪设想。当你在课座上乱图乱画乱刻时，你是否懂得他们的悲哀 无奈？当雪白的墙壁边的五彩斑斓时，你是否听到他们的叹息？当你嘴里叼着香烟在校园里漫步 阵阵烟雾飘扬时，别人会认为你有风度么？有此可见，我们不能呈一时之快而忽视了自己的`形象，只要我们再注意一点，再自觉一点，我们的生活就会少一些麻烦，多一些文明。
文明是快乐的源泉，是彼此沟通的桥梁。
文明是成功之花的蕊，是理想之舟的帆。
文明是我们的希望，文明是我们的信念。
通俗的说，文明是路上相遇是的微笑，是同学有难时的热情的帮助，是*时与人沟通时的亲切，是见到师长时的问候，是不小心撞到对方时的一声"；对不起"；，是自觉的将垃圾放入垃圾箱的举动，文明是一种修养，文明是一种品质。
我们不必埋怨这个社会的文明水*怎样，也不必在意自己的力量太单薄，对社会的影响不大。试想一下，面包里的酵母不是很少么，但是单凭这点酵母，面包不是发起来了么，我们每个人都应该做这个时代的酵母，让自己在这个社会起到应有的作用。
文明像春风一样，吹遍每个人心田，温暖每个班级，和谐每个校园。同学们，让我们行动起来，不要让文明只在纸上出现，要让他活跃在我们当中，让我们用文明统帅大学生行为，用文明塑造大学生形象。用文明铸就大学生灵魂。让文明与我们同行。

都说时光匆匆，岁月荏苒，一低眉间大家就要背上行李，各自奔赴下一段旅程。我此刻的心情应当和在座的各位一样，掩不住的是回忆与留恋。留恋我走过大学的每一个角落，留恋我相识的老师，留恋我相知的朋友，留恋这美丽的南华。 20xx年9月，命运让我们聚首南华，回望过往，经历的点点滴滴仍历历在目，我们一定还记得清远校区辽阔的操场上，那段挥洒汗水、灼伤皮肤的军训岁月，炎炎烈日晒去了我们的懒惰，雨水洗去我们的娇气，同时它也凝结了我们的友谊。我们一定还记得在那如火如荼进行着的各样“金鹰杯”大赛，赛场上配合与拼杀身影，呐喊与助威的声音，是那么的激烈，紧张与精彩。一定还记得那些丰富多彩的文艺晚会和社团演出，一定还记得我们一起参与一起奉献的社会志愿者活动，一定还记得我们一起学*，一起看书，一起考试考证的种种南华是一个充满激情的舞台，让我们个性飞扬，流光溢彩。同时她也是一个温暖的大家庭，让我们无忧无虑，自然快乐。阳光下，我们笑靥如花。树荫下，我们舒适而自在。淡淡的微风，淡淡的凉意。吹不淡的是我们共同拥有的美好回忆。
如今大学即将结束了，而我们的生活却刚刚拉开序幕。现在的我们正处在一个尴尬的年龄，我们能做什么，会做什么？仿佛我们什么都不懂！离开学校，社会把我们青涩的外衣脱了，却不肯让我们立马换上成熟的那件。妖怪般的.大都市鲸吞了多少热血的梦想？却不肯给我们一份合适工作一份可靠爱情。逆着时间，往回推几个岁月，那时的我们会有欢笑，有泪水，有同学，有一起站在阳光下的影子，背后有父母，有老师，生活得无忧无虑；往后穿梭数个岁月，各兄弟姐妹会有自己的家庭，有经历岁月淘沙留下来的亲朋好友。可是现在的我们正在社会上裸奔，且方向迷茫。
初出茅庐，对于社会的了解，凤毛麟角。也许我们说话依然天真幼稚，处事不够圆滑，让我们工作、生活处处碰壁。但请记住大学三年我们并非一无所获，在这里我们学会了从思考中确立自我，从学*中寻求真理，从独立中体验自主，从实践中赢得价值，从追求中获得力量。我们有足够的自信和勇气应对各种磨砺与挑战。阅历不足，但只要有信心，时间会帮助我们挺过去。现在给我们挫折，让我们难堪，我们要心存感激，只有这样才能成长，才能弥补不足。
亲爱的同学们请勇敢起来，现在的你并不是一个人在战斗。有一句话说：“我们都是只有一只翅膀的天使，只有互相拥抱才能飞翔。”三年的同窗友谊，我们彼此相信并依赖。三年的生活，我们都有过低谷，但我们相互扶持、鼓励。
今后无论我们身处何方，遇到怎样的困难，请不要忘记身后总有那么一帮为你加油打气的同窗密友。
老师的关怀，同学的友谊，三年里所有的酸甜苦辣都凝聚成今日的成果，我们的大学生活也即将画上一个圆满的句号。亲爱的同学们，让我们牢记领导、老师对我们所有毕业生的殷切期望；让我们弘扬母校求真务实、勤恳好学、健康和谐、儒雅自尊的理念生生不息。

大家上午好！今天，我演讲的题目是《谦让也是一种美德》。
中华民族自古以来都是一个讲究品德教育、个人修养的民族，一个甜蜜的微笑，一种执著的追求，一次慰藉人心的宽容，都会融会成美德赞颂曲上一个个拨动人心的音符。
我认为，谦让是的美德。有些人认为谦让只是表面上谈谈，实际也不用去做的，其实他们错了，生活中你不一定只做大事，对小事却置之不理，生活中的一点一滴，你都能做，如上车先让老人先上，看见老人要让座……
谦让这个词语对人们既陌生又熟悉，早在我们跨进校门时，我们的老师就教导我们要学会谦让，随着时间的流失，在我们的记忆里，谦让这个词似乎已渐渐淡忘了……记得有一次，我在公交车上，人很多，座位上都坐满了人。到了广顺站时，上来了一位满头银发、拄着拐杖的老奶奶，还带着一位年幼的小孙子，可是没有人让座。尽管那位老奶奶领着孙子在颠簸的车内从车门口一直走到车尾，可他们却毫不在乎，视若无睹。坐着的人心安理得，连正眼都不去瞧一下他们。满车的人都冷漠地看着这一老一少，只是冷漠地看着……这时，车上又传来了播音员亲切的`话语——“尊老爱幼是中华民族的传统美德，请您主动让座”听着这耳熟能详的话语，我愤愤地想，这简直是极大的讽刺。我都已经听过几百遍了，想必经常坐车的人听了也不止100遍，可今天，需要让座的今天，满座的人，却对他们不加理睬。现在，人们都把自己的利益看得很重，谁也不愿意吃个亏——正如让座这个简单的动作。此刻的让座已成了那变质的面包，像个足球似的被人们踢来踢去。身处新世纪的我们，怎能对此视若无睹，怎能自私自利，怎能被这世俗的陋*所污染呢？
谦让是一种美德，谦让其实很容易做到。事在人为，新世纪的我们首先必须要具备我们中华民族的美德，没有美德的人，不算高尚，亲爱的同学们，别让陋*沾染如花的青春，更别让陋*陪伴你度过最美好的人生！让我们的校园从此绽放美丽，让我们的社会迸发出文明的火花，让我们拥抱文明，和美德手拉手，结伴同行！

各位学弟学妹：
大家好，很荣幸能够被邀来跟大家做这个交流会。在这里我就个人的考研经验及个人的一些对考研想法跟大家说一下，希望能跟你们带来帮既然大家今天来到这里，说明都有考研的打算，只是还在犹豫迷茫。我个人建议大家考研。现在一个本科生去外面想找个理想工作真的很不容易。
找到的一般也都是做销售之类的，一天到晚要在外面跑，很辛苦。而对于考研的同学，如果你努力了，考上了理想的学校，这个时候你就不要用即将步入社会却又找不到合适的工作而发愁。研究生是个很好的*台，你可以锻炼自己学会很多东西，为你步入社会打下坚实的基础。即便那时离开学校，不论在学*方面还是经验方面你都比本科生有很大的优势。所以，不要再犹豫迷茫，安下心来，踏踏实实的好好准备考研，时间已经不多了。决定考研了，首先要选择学校，选择专业。
一般学校要考虑三个方面。一是学校怎么样，二是该校你所选专业怎么样。三是学校的地理位置。一般情况，一个拥有好专业的好学校对你以后发展有很大的益处。比方说接触更权威的老师。有更多的出国留学机会。而好的地方，比方说沿海城市，都会有很多机遇。环境造就一个人就是这个意思。就像我们数学专业，有一级学科的学校不多，有北大，复旦，浙大，南大，中山，三大等等。这些可以从网上查的到。不过选学校不要太高。有些学校的题目确实有难度，就是老师也不一定可以解决。所以一定要根据自己的情况，或像老师咨询下再决定学校。另外还有一些学校有排外现象。歧视我们这种二类院校。所以即便通过初试。复试的时候也很容易被淘汰。这些都是一些需要注意的情况。我今天考取的中山大学的信息与计算科学专业。
就我个人体会，这个学校还是很公*的，大家可以考虑明年报考，如果有需要帮助的，我也可以尽微薄之力。对于英语差的同学，现在就要努力了，英语跟政治不同，不是你一朝一夕就可以搞定的，所以从现在开始，每天都开始做些英语阅读，背些英语单词以及比较好的英语句子。刚开始的时间不要追求量大，要精读，争取把每次每句每个句子结构都弄懂。后期离考研还有一个月左右的.时间，一定要开始提高做题速度，要定时做整套试题，整体速度一定要提高。这个很重要，我这次考试，英语之所以不是很理想，就是因为，整体速度没有把握好，导致时间不够用。所以大家在这方面一定要引以为鉴。另外，政治，没有必要报班。那个很浪费时间，也得不到什么特别的提高。自己到时候考纲出来后认真的去背，去理解就好，因为现在题目一般出的比较灵活。没有原本原样的答案可以背的到，所以靠你*时的积累。再说最后一方面，考研不仅考你的实力还有你的意志力，所以，一定要坚持到最后。相信风雨过后就是彩虹。
当然，也不能太过疲劳。不要还没有到战场，身体就垮掉了。*时的时候找一个适合自己的放松发泄方式，男生可以打打球球，看看比赛什么的，女生可以逛逛街，跟同学聊聊天啊，总之只要自己开心就好。心情好了，才可以高效率的去学*。我要说的就暂且这么多，如果还有什么可以帮助的，欢迎大家来找我。

相信不用我自我介绍了吧，经过一个学期的相处，大家一定也认识我了，因为在过去的一个学期，我积极的参与各种活动，活跃在各个场合，与同学们和睦相处，也乐意帮助大家解决一切困难。 今天，我非常荣幸的站在班长的竞选台上，首先感谢大家的支持与学校提供这次机会，使我能参与竞争，一展自己的抱负。班长是一个许多同学向往的职位，需要一个有能力有爱心的人来担当，我相信我有这个能力。因为我有以下几方面的优势。 第一，首先我热爱我的工作，算上小学的话，我已有十几年担任班长的“工龄”了，这使我有了相当的管理经验、领导能力。 第二，我的性格活泼开朗、兴趣广泛。在学校的生活中的我积极参加并组织开展各项活动，在活动中尽情施展自己的唱歌、跳舞、弹钢琴及演讲 的才能，取得了如演讲 比赛第一、英语朗诵、阅读竞赛第一等好成绩，激励着我不断向前；主持也是我不懈的追求，从高一入学军训联欢会到主持省武高电视台节目，及后来的首届英语节，大大小小的活动参加了不少，是省武高这方热土给我提供了机会，使我如鱼得水，不断锻炼、充实着自己。

我是学生会的xxx，今天我的题目是《法治与生活》。我们在日常学*生活中越来越多地听到“依法治国”和“法治”。但是什么是法，“法治”与我们的生活又有什么关系，却很少有人去思考过。
古罗马的法学家西塞罗在其著作中提到，在实在法，也就是各民族制定的各种法律之上有一更高的适用于一切民族永恒的自然法。自然法是与自然即事物的本质相适应的法，其本质为正确的理性。所以，自然法效力高于实在法。实在法必须反映和体现自然法的要求。因此“恶法非法”，法律必须体现正义和公正。
我国自周朝法家起，就已有法治的雏形。法家提出了“缘法而治”、“不别亲疏，不殊贵贱，一断于法”的观点，认为法是高于君主的权利而存在的，这与西塞罗的观点也有相*之处。
在我们今天的社会，法渗透在生活的每一个角落。除了国家的法律之外，我们日常生活中的是法，行为准则也是法，若是按照斯多葛学派的。观点，自然规律也是一种法。
而我们生活在这个社会中，为社会的一员，法律也深刻地影响着我们。

其次，在自己的权益受到侵损时要敢于维护自己的权利。就如你在消费时购买的了假的、伪劣的产品，不能只是哀声叹气，抱怨自己的运气不佳，而是应该向有关部门反映情况。因为当你能够向有关部门指出商家的非法行为，就可以让其他消费者免于遭受同样的损失。在帮助他人的同时，也体现了你作为一名优秀的社会公民的素养与品格。
除此之外，同学们还可以在*日里路过电教楼南侧的展板时留心其上的新闻与消息。时时关注我国法治建设的进展。因为就如前文所言，这个社会的进步与发展离不开在坐的每一位师生的努力。

今天的作文课十分有趣——因为这是我们作文班很久以来才有的一次游戏课。老师一进班级，就在黑板上写上了五个大字“坚持五分钟”。
“这是什么游戏啊，老师？”老师一写完这几个字，几位调皮的同学就蹦起来问老师。只见老师嘴角一撇，似笑非笑地对他们说：“待会儿你们就知道了，有人要玩这个游戏吗？”我们那时还不知道是什么规则，所有人都不谋而合地举起了手来。老师嘴角又一撇，仿佛我们掉进里一个天大的陷井里似的。
“好，接下来我来说说游戏规则：背贴着墙，半蹲成90°，左手变成一个直角，把笔放在手腕上，谁先坚持到五分钟，谁就赢了。”一听到游戏规则，许多刚刚跃跃欲试的同学一下子如泄了气的皮球，一点想玩的欲望都没了。我被安排在了第一排，虽然听着规则有点难，但是我觉得我一定能获得冠军的。
游戏开始了，只见我们几个人膝盖弯曲成90°，左手腕上摆放着一支笔。但我前面有一个同学一直要逗我们笑，我本来就是很会笑的，这样看他一笑，我不禁也笑出了声。可我心中一直告诉自己不要笑，可现实是我大笑了出来，这一笑，把手中的也给“逗笑”了，笔一下子就掉在了地面。我看了看时间，一分钟还没到，我也太废了吧。我倒了之后，许多人也随波逐流——倒了下来，现在只剩下两个人了。“四分三十秒，快到了，加油。”“加油，加油，加油……”输的人和没参加的.人异口同声地叫了出来。
时间一秒一秒地溜过，终于到五分钟了。随着老师口令一结束，他们两个全都似瘫痪一样倒了下来，但他们还是十分开心地做了一个胜利的手势。看来这个游戏并非那么简单啊！
第二场比赛开始，一开始就有一个同学仿佛得了帕金森一样，一直抖，老师害怕他抖出事，就让他停了。可是他一结束，又有一个同学也抖了起来，还没三秒，笔就掉了下来，直接out了。又过了2分钟，又淘汰出局了三人，一旁的我们都看得胆战心惊。现在只剩下两个人了——一个是胖子，十分*稳；另一个是瘦子，面不改色。他们两个都坚持到游戏的最后，但是那个胖子起不来了，还是我把他拉起来的。
游戏虽然在我们的抱怨声中结束了，但是我也从中明白了坚持就是胜利，我们的学*不也是如此吗，冰冻三尺非一日之寒，我们也要坚持到底。

回忆这大学生活，我们收获了太多，也错过了太多，而时间从未像现在这样吝啬，连一分一秒也不愿多留给我们。8点20的第一节课，总会有人因为贪睡而不愿起床；也会因为打游戏坚持一夜不睡，只对自己感兴趣的持之以恒，这就是我们。那个夜深畅谈社会现实的我们总以为自己已经长大，总以为自己可以毫不在乎，当离别到来的时候，才发现自己与这个大家庭已经血脉相连，荣辱与共了。作为一名知识产权学院的学生，我很幸运的找到自己合适的工作。在南京一家知识产权公司已经工作了半年，在这家公司，我每天都带着动力和激情去工作。刚开始，和客户的交流总是兢兢战战，怕自己的说错一句话而失去客户，遇到不会不懂的问题，总是会向同事讨论，渐渐的，和客户的交流变得如鱼得水，也能自己一个人出差去签客户，在大学里学*的知识，保证了我在和客户讨论知识产权方面时的专业性，从而，让我对这份工作上手的很快。我在这里只是想说，我们初出茅庐，对于社会的了解，凤毛麟角，也许我们说话依然天真幼稚，处事不够圆滑，让我们工作、生活处处碰壁，但请记住大学我们并非一无所获，在这里我们学会了从思考中确立自我，从学*中寻求真理，从独立中体验自主，从实践中赢得价值，从追求中获得力量。我们有足够的自信和勇气应对各种磨砺与挑战。阅历不足，但只要有信心，时间会帮助我们挺过去。现在给我们挫折，让我们难堪，我们要心存感激，只有这样才能成长，才能弥补不足。
也许还有一些遗憾吧，那么多精彩的讲座，我们已经来不及聆听；那么多精彩的活动，我们已经来不及参与。也许还有一些愧疚吧，面对老师，我们总能杜撰出各种逃课的理由。面对认真批改作业的老师，我们很多时候都只能拿出一个版本。
现在，我们即将离开，让我们认真保存好每张合影吧，因为合影上的灿烂笑容已经定格在记忆中；让我们用力拥抱每一个我们喜欢、我们欣赏或曾经帮助过我们的人吧，因为我们这些同窗好友，就此一别后，可能一生将很难再重逢；所以让我们在送别的时候，别泪水涟涟，更多的，应该记住彼此温暖而真诚的笑脸！

大家下午好!我叫**，来自***学院。刚刚我在下面给老师两瓶苹果酱和糖水梨罐头，绝无贿赂之意，纯属想让老师品尝我上午加工课的劳动成果。作为一名普通的女大学校，我很荣幸能参加此次评比活动。记得去年，我也坐在这，观看学姐精彩演讲，心底不由一句呐喊：明年、我也要站在这!这天我真的站在这了!为实现自己目标正努力着。
事实证明在两年的日子里，自己的人生观，价值观的确随之变化。
我不是什么二代，我只是个普通的女生，我只是一个为追求梦想不断奋进的当代女大学。
接下来我就五个方面介绍一下自己：1、学*上：
大学学*方式给予我很多自由和空间。正因如此才能考验我的主动性和自觉性。课堂上我认真做好笔记，而课外图书馆是我另一个天堂。经过这一年半的学*，我觉得收获很多，从当初的迷惘、到此刻的坚定，这些都是大学教于我的。
2、生活上：
我用心组织、参加各项文体活动。主动去帮忙同学。我也喜欢写写画画。当然我也是个孝顺的孩子，我的爸妈也是老师，从小我就收到良好的家庭教育，爸妈付出的心血，我会为、成为他们心中的凤凰而努力。
3、工作上：
都说大学是个小社会，说的是，我们不仅仅要学*知识，更要注重潜力的培养。一年多的学生会和班级工作，使我在看待问题时，从狭隘不成熟变得深思熟虑。也懂得了很多为人处事的经验!
4、思想上：
我也成熟稳重了，我用心响应号召，多次参加社会公益活动。刚步入大学，我便递交了入党申请书，正是这样不懈的努力和进取，使自己的.各方面都有了明显的提高，此刻我已是一名发展党员，今后，我会严于律己，争取早日成为真正的***员。
5、态度上：
大学是展示自我，锻炼自我的舞台。我是个做事认真的女生。因为做事不是给谁看的，而是自己的良心。对自己负责、对他人负责。
假如没有评上十佳女大学生，说心里没有遗憾显得有些矫情，但我仍会一如即往，不断进取，努力服务大家，从而提升自己。因为我说过：事情不是给谁看的，而是自己的良心!

每一个人做什么事情都要坚持不懈，有始有终。就算是游戏也不例外。
我现在给大家推荐一款我最喜欢的游戏———————我能坚持五分钟。这个游戏的玩法很简单。我来给大家介绍吧。
首先找一个空旷的地方立正站好，再把左手*放在与肩膀并齐的位置手心朝下，再用右手拿一支粉笔放在左手的手背上保持五分钟，坚持到最后的就胜利。如果在中途粉笔掉了下来就算失败。
只听杨老师在讲台上喊一声开始，同学紧张地把粉笔放在手背上，眼睛死死地盯着那小家伙。
几分钟后，那粉笔调皮地从同学们手中蹦了下来，“啪，啪，啪”的几声几乎就有许多同学哎呀，哎呀的叫着，心里那叫一个不爽啊！当时我心里暗喜：“怎么样，我厉害吧！只要我再坚持一会儿，我就胜利了，我就是冠军了！哈哈！
当老师宣布只剩最后一分钟了，我高兴地笑了，手不由地抖了几下，结果“厄运”降临在我的身上，那好动的小不点也从我身上蹦了下去，唉！我真惨，真希望能再来一次。
只剩下最后一位同学了，她手上的粉笔在她手上跳起了摇摆舞，于是淡定的她也紧张了起来，她的手跟着粉笔摆动了起来，门牙抵住下嘴唇，好一会才把粉笔稳住了，而她的下嘴唇上面流下了几个深深的牙印，真可怜！
只听老师大喊一声：“时间到”。而她的'粉笔还是没掉，于是她放下手臂拿起了粉笔，她坚持到了最后，获得了最后的胜利！
游戏结束后，我还挺佩服她不会受到周围环境的影响和她坚持不懈的毅力，还有做事都有始有终的精神呢！我具应该向她好好学*。经过这次的游戏我分析了我为什么会失败，就是因为我没有她这种坚持不懈的精神，所以我才会失败，如果我有这种精神我相信我一定会成功！
游戏结束后我分析了我为什么会失败的原因，就是因为我不够专注，所以才失败！
尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们，大家晚上好，我是来自理工学院20xx级1班的余红。我今天演讲的题目是《圆梦 成才》。每一个人都有梦想，每一个民族自己的梦想，每一个中华儿女的梦想汇聚在一起就成了伟大的“中国梦”。一个人可以一无所有，但是不能没有梦想。这句话，我一直记得。正因为有了梦想，我们 才能在坎坷中一路前行，正因为有了梦想，五千年华夏文明才能屹立于世界之东方。
我也有梦想，在不同的时期有着不同的梦想。小时候，我生长在一个普通的小山村，在大自然的怀抱中无忧无虑的成长。但父母迫于生计，外出打工，就这样，我被送到了外婆家。虽然有很多小伙伴和我一起玩耍，但是我仍然想念着我的爸爸妈妈，希望有一天能够依偎在他们的怀里和别的小孩儿一样撒娇。但父母也有他们的苦衷，一年半载才能回家一次，匆匆团聚之后又要离开，于是，懵懂的年龄，开始有了梦想，梦想着爸爸妈妈早点回家团聚，团聚之后不要再走了。后来，外婆寄了我的照片给在外的母亲，长大后，母亲告诉我，她看到照片时她哭了，她已经有点儿不相信照片上那个可怜的`小女孩是她的女儿，也正因为如此，母亲决定和父亲一起回家陪伴孤独的我。
我心中家人团聚的梦实现了，却开启了父母艰难的创业之梦。他们抛弃了外面良好的条件，在家乡贫瘠的土地上种下希望的树苗，和举起的锄头一起落下的还有他们脸颊的汗水。筚路蓝缕，以启山林，已经数不清他们在这片土地上洒下了多少热血。十年过去了，他们当初种下的小树苗，如今已覆盖了整片山坡，枝繁叶茂，但他们的身体早已积劳成疾，不堪重负。长大后的我梦想着父母能够身体健康，希望这个三口之家能够幸福快乐。

大家上午好，我是xx班的xxx，今天我演讲的题目是《微笑，让生活更美好》。
翻开《文明美德，伴我成长》的书页，一股浓重的墨香扑鼻而来，“宇宙”霍金，酒店大王希而顿，自强不息的李娜，他们用微笑为自己，为祖国赢得了鲜花与掌声。
一位名人尤金曾说过：“笑是无言的礼貌，一个微笑使你赢得整个世界。”“宇宙”霍金被“卢伽雷氏症”禁锢在轮椅上长达40年之久，但他并没有因此而放弃，而是乐观地生活着，他的《时间简史》让全世界的人们重新认识了宇宙。他坐着ibm公司为他制作的轮椅，乘着热气球到了南极，还环游了地球。
当记者问霍金：“霍金先生，卢伽雷氏症已经将你记久固定在轮椅上，你不以为命运让你失去很多出路吗?”霍金脸上充满微笑，用他仅能活动的两根手指艰难地叩击键盘，显示屏上的4句话让人震惊：“我的手指还能活动，我的大脑还能思维；
我有终生追求的理想，我有爱我和我爱的人！”
看完了故事，我不禁感慨万分，如今，许多人遇到了困难从不自己解决，而是托付给父母亲人去解决，如今的`我们大部分是被父母捧在手心是怕掉了，含在口里怕化了的“小皇帝”“小公主”。但是，人生的坎坷道路上，不可能一帆风顺，困难是这样如影如形地追随着我们，我们不面对它，又怎么迎击它！其实“儿孙自有儿孙福，休为儿孙做马牛。”早就有“积金千两，不如一解经书”的说法。但如今的孩子被亲人宠得不知所措，甚至有3岁女孩已有两幢别墅的“富三代”，还有13岁男孩入学时的“全家总动员”，甚至有学生不比学业、不比成绩、专比家长，于是，一个热词“拼爹”新鲜出炉了。在蜜罐中泡大的我们已经把前辈直面困难，用微笑面对艰难困苦的精神忘得一干二净。
微笑是令彼此愉快的助推器；
是直通人心的世界语；
是人际交往的润滑剂；

大家好。
我是08级社会学班的XX，是团委宣传部的一名记者。很荣幸今天能站在这里进行演讲，我这次演讲的目的，是竞选团委宣传部部长的职位，更是与大家分享我*一年来在团内工作所取得的巨大收获。
记得刚进入团委的第一次会议上，XX学长让每个人都一下，当时我说了一句话把大家都逗笑了，我说我对团有着最深厚的感情，因为我的母亲在高校团委工作了30年。没有半点夸张，我的童年有接*一半的时间是在团委办公室里度过的，幼年的我虽然不知那鲜红的旗帜是共青团的象征，却仍对那一叠叠绿色的团员证书充满着对母亲般的崇拜与尊敬。懂事后的我早早争取到了入团的机会，主动加深对团的认识，中学时就长期在团内任职，无时无刻不以身为团员团干而自豪，无时无刻不被自己的团员团干身份而激励。
迈入大学以后，我如愿又留在了团的大家庭中，并且进入了宣传部，成为了一名记者。在这里工作了*一年，我不仅加深了对团委宣传工作的认识，也加深了对自己的认识，我看到了自己的成长与进步，我相信自己有能力从前辈手中接过这一神圣的火炬，并让它燃烧得更加旺盛。
从我的自身条件来说，我写作，并且有较强的组织管理能力和人际协调能力。高中时期我曾任校文学社的'编辑部长，带领编辑部记者部五十多名同仁搞活动、出校刊，将校刊《XX》的旗号打出去，成为学校的品牌成果，在市里的各所中学里小有名气，优秀作品更是被选登在《萌芽》等国内知名文学刊物上。当时文学社只有一个指导老师，每月一期64页的校刊的组稿编排校板等全都由我一人总体负责，还要定期组织与其他学校的文学社团举行交流会，在学*任务繁忙的高中时代我的确得到了锻炼。期间，我也在校刊上发表*20篇。这是我宝贵的财富，对宣传部的工作很有帮助。
作为一名合格的团委宣传部长，首先要对团的工作充满热情，其次要对宣传工作有深刻的见解，尽力扩大宣传范围、拓展宣传、创新宣传形式，结合我院的实际来说，还要把院报办得更丰富、更美观、更具可读性，这些工作应该说都是我的老本行，我完全可以胜任。另外，每一个部门都是一个团队，人际关系的协调非常重要。我们团委宣传部更是一个人才辈出的团队，在前辈们的培养带领下，每个人都根据自己的发展得各有强项，我愿做一条纽带，把大家更紧密地联合在一起，建立一个分工明确、工作效率高、创新能力强的团队，在任何活动中都发挥出前期宣传的提高关注度的作用、中期宣传的主流导向作用，以及后期宣传的升华作用，成为我院团委的一股强健力量。

朋友，也许你只是路旁一株普通的小草，无法如鲜花般灿烂迷人；也许你只是山涧一条不为人知的清泉，无法如大海般浩瀚奔腾；也许你只是芸芸众生中一*常之人，无法如伟人般惊天动地举世瞩目……朋友，你可以如此普通、*常、默默无闻，但绝不可以丢掉诚信这做人之本、立事之根，要让诚信与我们同行。
古人云：诚信于君为忠，诚信于父为孝，诚信于友为义，诚信于民为仁，诚信于交为智。没有诚信的个人是社会的危险品，没有诚信的民族是民族的悲哀。翻开中华民族五千年厚重的文明史就会发现，中华民族历来都把“诚信”作为一种美德，一种修养，一种文明，追而求之，歌而颂之。诚信的故事俯拾皆是。商鞅立木取信，获得百姓信任，从而推行了新法；臾骈不负信，获得世人尊敬；同时，我们也看到，商纣失诚信，加速了国家的灭亡；楚怀王失信，不但亡了国，还使一代贤臣饮恨汨罗江……无数讴歌诚实鞭打无信的故事在流传。
不仅中国，纵观世界，尚且如此。*代西方民主社会的创建以社会契约的形成为基础，这种契约的核心便是法律诚信。从本质上来说，西方文化中的道德诚信是建立在契约基础上的生活准则，它是对承诺和协议的遵守和兑现。西方社会形成的基础是人与人之间的契约与合作，诚信的对象是整个社会上所有互不认识的陌生人，从国与国之间条约的订立到*民百姓之间以物易物的交换过程，无不体现着诚信的.光芒。
然而，现如今，诚信成为了中国社会的稀缺资源，犹如万古沙漠，及待绿化。请看，工厂失信于社会，天空黑烟缭绕，大地污水纵横；矿山失信与民，瓦丝爆炸，煤窑坍塌，致使多少冤魂在地下**；干部失信于民，腐败成风，使多少国有资产流失，祸国殃民，从而亡身……它们告诉我们，缺乏诚信要受到惩罚，要付出血的代价。
再来看看我们大学生的诚信，申请助学贷款，却故意拖欠；签过考试承诺书，却依然铤而走险；上课代人签到；作业论文抄袭；简历灌水，伪造获奖证书……如此不诚信的行为，在我们这群高素质人才当中，比比皆是。
有家报社曾做过调查，信用危机位居腐败之后成为阻碍中国经济发展的第二大因素，信用危机导致企业生产经营成本增加15％。这不能不让人感到恐惧。试想，生活在一个无信用的社会中，你的眼睛还可以相信谁？衣食住行，你在消费之前必须确认：这些是否是假货？商家是否在“宰”你？对于商家企业而言，“诚信破产，就什么都破产了”。
诚信是做人的一个起码道德。随着社会的进步和发展，诚信已成为既无国界，又不分社会制度的共同道德伦理准则。大到一个国家，小到一个家庭和每个公民，如果失去了诚实和信用，国家就会丧去尊严，企业就会失去市场，家庭就会失去和睦，个人就会失去生存的条件和土壤。诚信胜过黄金，是无形的资产，是维系真，善，美的源泉，是人类社会发展，进步的基石和阶梯。

在我的演讲开始之前，我还是例行做一下自我介绍，我叫秦延恒，临床学院05级本科24班班长，曾任本科15班到检验班班长负责人。站在这里面对大家，其实心里没有太大的底啊，因为感觉自己并不是一个怎样优秀的人，只能算是一个有点激情、有点胆量的人而已！跌跌撞撞的在潍坊医学院度过了大一一年，苦恼过、郁闷过、失望过、摔倒过，走到了今天，还好，我依然站立着，还算笔直的站立着！心里不免暗暗窃喜，因为除了受了点皮外伤之外，其他方面还算完好，更值得庆幸的是：过去的一年还有些收获、学会了一点点可以让自己更加坚强、更加不怕摔的东西。比如：在苦恼中微笑、在郁闷中开怀、在失望中树立信心、在摔倒后爬起来屹然站立！
谈不上有什么经验、也谈不上有什么资历，有的是学会了生活、学会了学*、学会了工作、学会了面对七彩缤纷的大学！也学会了面对不能再现实的世界！然后不断的成长！面对大家，肯定有很多的人比我优秀的多，但是给我信心的是：也许是我比你们早上了一年大学、多了一年磨练自己的岁月，就多了一点点地资本吧，所以我还能坦然地站在这里不至于心慌意乱，不至于双腿打颤！
其实，客观的讲：我们在座的每一位都应该比普通同学具有更加良好的心态，面对生活！面对学*！因为我们不仅是学生还是学生干部！记得去年的九月，我背着性脑，从八百里外的那个山村来到我们潍坊医学院，当我第一脚跨进潍医的大门的时候，心里那是一百个的失望、一百个的透心凉！之前虽然我已经多多少少的了解了我们的学校！来之前我曾经想：一所具有五十五年历史的大学，处于城市的中心，她的面积一定不会很大，另外好像全国的高校都注重保护具有历史意义的建筑，所以他的校园也一定不会很漂亮！但是，那一刻，她还是打碎了我十几年对大学的向往！因为潍医的校园的确给人太多的失望！冷静下来换一种角度思考，也许是因为十几年对大学美好的向往，让我们对“大学”这个名词给与了太多的期待！还好，我们的学校除了拥有一个不太漂亮的校园外，她还有很多让我们值得尊敬的老师、教授！我们的抱怨并不能改变潍坊医学院五十几年的历史，也不能让我们的学校在你的埋怨和郁闷中变得像花园一样美丽！但是值得庆幸的是：我们可以改变自己，可以调整自己一度失落的心态，面对现实，面对对期待美好未来的自己！所以我们现在重要做的是：足够的信心，争取你想要的！演绎你自己的世界，让他美丽和精彩！
作为一名学生干部，在座的每一位肩负的不仅仅是自己的期望，还有来自班级几十个人的期望，因为你迷茫和失落的时候，你周围的同学也可能迷茫和失落，他们也许寄希望于从你这里找到信心和希望！所以，你首先要调整自己的你的心态，然后和你周围的同学一起期待你们的成功！展现你们的风采和美丽！
从接待大一新生开始，我时常会听到大一的新生说：他们面对大学，突然发现自己不再是高中时的那样自信，那样优秀！也许很多同学来到大学后，往往发现自己原来是如此的不自信，会常常的怀疑自己，不敢尝试自己的想法和决定！因为我们周围的确有太多才华横溢的同学，他们也会让你发现自己有太多的技不如人、以不如人！可是我们为何不想一想，难道我们真的比他们差吗？！我们的志向，我们的想法在没有实施之前都没有理由比较，因为，也许你就是最好的一个！
香港首富李嘉诚说过：“用社会总净值的`增损来判断一个人行为的合理与否”。在座的各位，那么现在让我们给自己定个位吧！首先，我们是个学生，然后呢，我们又是一个干部，那我们的全称就叫做学生干部！所以实现我们行为合理的方法就是实现个人的双赢和你所在集体的双赢！学*和工作，也许你有时真的无法去区分他们的轻重，因为你往往会发现你的学*时间会被工作无缘无故的占去！这样的话，你就需要好好的调整自己的学*和工作，因为一方赢了，另一方输了都不算成功！你的行为也不算合理！另外，实现你所在集体的双赢，你的工作并不是你赚取什么的途径，因为你的戴这个锻炼与提升自己资历的机会的同时，你有必要也必须因为你所在的位置去给班里的同学做点什么，让他们得到一点因为你的努力才能够得到的东西！这样我们才能够对得起我们的工作！因为我们大大小小也算是一个公仆！
良好心态、展现自我、实现双赢，这些东西不是成功的准则，更不是法宝，仅仅是我的一点小小的经验总结，今天在这里赠与在座的你们，期待与你们共勉！一起进步！

在交通大学120周年校庆大会上，当92岁的校友黄旭华院士在台上讲述自己为了祖国的核潜艇事业付出自己一生的心血的时候，坐在现场的.我眼眶湿润了，因为那种感动是直击内心的。而他只是千千万万交大人之一。120年来，交通大学为救国而生，因改革而盛。交大和交大人告诉我，一名新时代的大学生，应该将自己的命运和国家与民族的命运联系在一起。随着我国经济社会进一步发展，恶性肿瘤、慢性病、环境污染、食品安全等健康问题日趋严重，这些问题的解决都需要我们医学生勇于担当，用自己所学，为维护人民群众健康，推动国家卫生事业发展贡献自己的力量。
回到医学院，我又有了不一样的感受。实*每到一个科室都会有老师和师兄师姐问我选了什么科，每当我告诉他们我选了儿科时，他们的反应无非是“同学你没病吧？”。在儿科实*时，一个从重症监护室回来的小朋友经过一周治疗终于要出院了，他送给我的带教老师宁产一幅画。我想，孩子们最童真的表达是对那汗与泪最好的报答。诚然，我们面临着恶化的医患关系，就在这几天连续发生了几起令我们寒心的事件，但我始终相信，患者的一声声感谢，和生命之光重新燃起的希望，是支撑着我们在这条道路上勇往直前的力量。医学院和医学院人告诉我，对生命的尊重和怜悯是一种信仰，作为一名医生，永远都不要忘记感知疼痛的能力，不要被这个世界和游戏规则所改变。

首先我想对演讲的题目加以解释：我，来自某某学院某某班，大名某某，小名叫某某，喜欢某某，某某，听某某，还喜欢认识新朋友。很荣幸今天能站在这里与大家一起探讨如今的大学生活，希望这次的演讲会给我们每个大学生在这仅有的几年的大学生活里找到自我，几年后回首大学时代让自己没有遗憾，做完美的自我。
自从我们刚踏进大学校门的那天，我们就应该对自己的未来做一个长远的打算，全面明确的给自己找一个方向和目标，对自己的未来演什么样的道路发展有一个规划，然后就在大学这几年的时间是自己始终朝着我们的方向前进，这其中我们会遇到很多与我们愿先设定的有差别，这使得我们必须及时的改正，是自己走上正常的发展轨道。我对我的'大学生活是这样定义的：大学是我们人生的起航点，我们的一生是否有所作为很大程度上取决于我们在大学时代的形态。

When life is overwhelming,and your spirit has grown tired,know thatthey’ll be there for you to uplift and to inspire. And when you’re torn andlonely,and you see no hope ahead,know that they will nourish you,and yourspirit will be fed.
For even in the darkest hour,when all of hope seems gone,they’ll give youstrength to live your life,and desire to go on. And if your faith in Heavenshould ever fade away,they’ll help renew your spirit,and help you find yourway.
