在之后的日子里，我常常会带它出去玩。我也会经常遇到我的同学，他们总会来摸摸豆豆，豆豆还不时叫一声，仿佛在说:“你看你的同学多友善啊，和他们做朋友吧。”也因为豆豆，我身边的朋友越来越多了，我也没有像以前那么的内向了。
记得一次寒假的时候，爸爸妈妈要出差一个星期，只有我一个人在家。对于当时只有9岁的我来说这是十分困难的。不过还好，还有豆豆陪伴着我。在一天晚上，我自己坐在沙发上看电视，忽然，我的眼前变成了一片黑暗，“不好，停电了。”我坐在沙发的角落，看着眼前的黑暗，我总是在想，会不会冒出一个鬼或者一个坏人跳出来把我“杀死”，我心里恐惧万分，终于，我抑制不住眼眶中的眼泪，我大哭了一场。忽然，豆豆站在了我的面前，如同一部电影中的英雄一样。它大声地叫了几声，仿佛在说:“你可是男子汉，要坚强，不能哭。”我也在豆豆的陪伴下没有那么的害怕了。
豆豆，它令我懂得了许多道路，让我从以前的内向、胆小的男孩，变成一个积极向上，勇敢的男子汉了。
变化，一种很神奇的东西，若你会运用它，你则会受用一生。让我们重新迈出脚步，去勇敢面对它。
今年春节，爷爷带着我们一家开着小车回老家大岭探亲。在车上我们谈笑风生好不开心，说的最多的是大岭变化真大！
爷爷坐在前排时不时转过身，笑着对我们说：“以前老家可不是这样的，那时候的路是羊肠小道，一下雨到处都是积水，人们在回家的路上都要赤脚走路，到了秋天稻谷收获的季节，人们都用肩膀挑回家。住的都是泥墙，最怕刮风下雨了，总担心瓦片被掀漏雨。”
“真的吗？”我将信将疑，“瞧现在的公路多好呀，又宽又大，农民伯伯把收获的食物都是直接装车运回家。而且路的两边都种上了银杏树，毛竹、桃树……秋天到了，漫山遍野的银杏树叶黄了，像给大地披了一件厚厚的黄衣裳，很多游客远道而来观赏。高兴了，来个太极、瑜伽表演，顿时整改乡村热闹了！每每这时候还有许多来自四面八方的摄影爱好者，闪动镜头留下了眼前的美景。”
爷爷看我一脸迷惑的表情，用他粗大的双手摸着我的头，眼神突然凝重起来，说：“孩子，我给你讲个故事吧。在你爸爸小时候有个小伙伴，也是我们家的亲戚，那孩子聪明活泼，人见人爱。可是有一天夜里发高烧，刚好又赶上下了几天几夜的暴雨，家里人急得团团转，想送孩子去城里的医院，可是暴雨加上泥泞的山路，而且当时已经半夜，一路上就充满危险，只能等到天亮，天放晴了，家人才深一脚浅一脚的来到城里医院，这时都已经是第三天下午了，结果孩子给耽误了，脑子给烧坏了，多好的孩子啊！可惜了。”这时爷爷的眼睛有些湿润了。
我急忙安慰爷爷说：“爷爷，别难过了。现在不是一切都变了吗？这样的悲剧再也不会发生了。”
爷爷转悲为喜说：“孩子，这都得感谢改革开放给农村带来的巨变，让我们农民也坐上了小车，住洋房，美丽乡村处处有，走出家门就是风景的幸福日子，你们生活在新时代是幸福的一代，一定要好好珍惜现在的生活，努力学*，将来为家乡和祖国的建设添砖加瓦。“
我心里暗暗下定决心，一定要让我的家乡变得越来越好。
