  12月18日,我们一行人一起出发,在运城市中心汽车站坐大巴出发去临汾翼城县,经历三个小时的车程,终于到达了翼城县,步行到在酒店安顿好后,我对这次培训充满了期待。

  六天的学*,每天都有专业素质过硬的教师来给我们培训,我觉得收获非常大,刚开始的两天,集中听了12节课,每天6节课,虽然安排过于密集,不过听课过程中收获非常多,尤其是郭月丽老师的听说课给我留下了深刻印象,课堂气氛活跃,课堂设计出彩,学生积极踊跃回答问题,组长与组员相互配合,出色地完成课堂任务,整堂课十分精彩,每个学生都学有所得。

  郭老师讲的是Where is my schoolbag?的Section A的听说课,首先她先让学生观看一个视频,把学生的注意力吸引到课堂上——到本节课的所学内容上。接下来听了一首歌,听完后提出了几个问题,是关于本节课话题的问题,问题设计的非常巧妙。接下来的一个活动,非常有意思,老师在PPT上展示图片,让学生抢答说单词,知道的可以直接起立抢答,因为学生已经提前记住了单词,这个活动非常高效地调动了学生回答问题的积极性,整个课堂显得很是活跃,效果很好!另一个给我留下深刻印象的是课堂小游戏guessing game,这个游戏让所有学生都参与到课堂中,一个学生提问,组内的三个学生回答,最后由老师进行补充解答。教师在整个课堂过程中只是起到了“导演”的作用,教师是主导,目的在于指导学生完成任务,而不是主体,主体是学生,要让学生更多的参与课堂,让学生说,并且让学生用英语说,在核对答案时,教师不应该直接说出答案,而是尽量让学生用完整的句子说出来,教师进行补充说明,这样学生组织句子的能力就会逐步锻炼出来。

  汇丰学校的英语课堂还有一点值得学*的地方,就是课堂分组学*讨论,学生在做group work的时候,就可以互相交流,互相学*,组长负责统筹安排,组员相互配合,并把组员编号,提问时可直接叫号即可。如此分组学*,一来锻炼组长的能力,二来锻炼组员敢于开口说英语的勇气和自信。

  我不禁想起来自己的英语课堂,很多时候我并不是“导演”,而是“演员”,对学生采取满堂灌的方法,整节课看起来内容丰富,但只是走马观花而已,还是应该把课堂还给学生,发挥学生的主体作用。

  六天的学*后,我从另一个角度审视了英语教学与学生学*。在课堂教学中,我时常觉得不可思议,因为讲过好多遍的知识点,学生还是一而再、再而三的犯错。这次听取了专家讲座,老师的一句话让我感触颇深,不要拿自己学了好多年的.东西来与学生初次接触的知识相比较。想想也是这个道理,如果现在让我接触新的语言,我就能保证绝不出错吗?对于学生,我要多一些耐心与爱心,多从学生角度出发去理解问题,而不是一味责骂。

  轻松的环境,不能让孩子在学*中感到很大的压力;正确的示范与可参与的任务也很重要,只有让学生自己参与进来,他们才会记住。除此之外,要积极做好学生的思想工作,了解他们的思想动态,激发学生学*动机,教会他们正确的学*方法,让学生体会到小小进步的自豪,激励他们不断进步。任何一个环节都是重要而不可或缺的,在教学活动中,要多花心思设计教学活动,同时谨慎而认真地对待每个问题与学生,让每个学生都学有所得,体会到学*的快乐。

  初中三年的英语学*,对于所有受正规教育的学生而言,是具有决定性作用的三年。当今学生开始学外语的年龄有逐渐提前的趋势(姑且无论其优劣),学生一般在进入初中之始已经具有一定的外语基础,但那种只能算是建立在新鲜感之上的对外语的好奇,真正开始意识到自己所学为何物的,还看初中这三年。利用初中三年充分培养对英语的兴趣,找到学*外语的感觉,对以后能自由的和各国朋友交流和顺利闯过求学路上大大小小的外语考试不无裨益。

  三年说长不长,说短也不短,应如何规划方能“兴趣考试两不误”呢?笔者建议广大初中学生不宜过早准备中考,原因有三:

  一、过早的准备初三下学期的中考没有意义,是因为备考的实质乃复*已学知识和研究考试技巧,因此在还没有掌握大量的英语知识之前何谈“复*”,又如何“复*”呢?所以过早的备考是徒有虚名的。

  二、过早的备战中考会侵蚀甚至磨灭自己对学*英语的兴趣从而丧失很多能真正提高自身英语水*的机会。人在备考和学*中的心态是迥异的:备考的心是功利的,一心想着如何战胜试题,博取高分,其他的都变得并不重要了;而学*的心是开放的,它接受自己喜欢的知识,也因此迎来了进步的机会。常言道,考试考的好并不代表水*高。考试分高但仍是英语哑巴的`学生不在少数,用大部分的学*时间备考而忽略了实际英语交际能力的锻炼,实在令人痛心!

  三、过长的备考状态反而不利于考试。考试的准备时间一般以半年时间为宜,对一些不熟悉的领域的考试可以准备九个月到一年,长于这个准备时间,人就会很自然的对这门考试产生厌烦情绪和抗拒甚至逃避心理了。中考所考的英语绝非学生所陌生的,半年的复*时间是足够的。

  因此,笔者建议学生从初三的寒假开始整理和归纳初中所学的英语知识。复*的时候先把知识形成知识网络,并适当了解初中英语和高中英语的差距以清晰为自己定位。在临考前三个月进行足够量的做题训练,边训练边检查自己的知识漏洞,然后充满信心的上考场。

  那么学生在初中三年的前两年半时间内应如何规划自己的英语学*呢?为此笔者提出三点建议:

  一、培养对英语学*之兴趣,提高实际英语应用能力。笔者遇到一些学生总是说自己对英语不感兴趣,原因是他们觉得自己不是学英语的“料”。但根据我自己的经验,我认为“天分”是在兴趣中发现的,而兴趣是可以培养的。一个人不可能在没有接触一个东西之前就知道自己在这方面“有天分”,而是因为投入了,沉迷了,再逐渐发现自己不但爱它而且能把它做好。而“兴趣”也是一个很有个性的精灵,它不会主动靠*你,只有你先亲*了它,而且是连续坚持一段时间的主动亲*,它才会慢慢地进驻你的内心,说不定到了哪天你蓦然回首,就发现你再也离不开它了。所以,如果你对英语太矜持,是无法体验“兴趣”和“乐趣”的。

  提高实际英语能力,尤其应注重英语口语和听力的提高。到了初三,课程安排日益紧凑,各科复*的任务也越来越重,学生会觉得越来越难找机会练*口语。初一、初二不多学多练,更待何时?事实上,根据中考*年频繁的改革,对初中生英语水*和能力的要求已经发生巨大变化:从以往的重语法轻应用转移为重应用轻语法,即更看重初中学生实际运用英语交流和学*的能力。以20xx年中考改革为例,取消补全对话的题目而历史性的增加英语口试考核,就明显体现出题者不再满足于考生会选择运用交际英语,更要求考生能通过自己的嘴巴把话说出来,同时对初中生英语的语音语调也是很看重的。而今年的改革还包括增加阅读理解和书面表达的分值,也体现了这种倾向,因为阅读理解是考核考生了解别人观点的能力,而写作则考核考生表达自己想法的能力。相应的,今年的语法题做了大幅削减:取消补全句子(即词性转换)的题型,单项填空也从历年的*30题锐减为只有20题。中考改革的种种迹象表明,初中学生的英语能知道多少不是最重要的,能用上多少才是最重要的。

  二、学*英语语言,就要学*西方文化。相信大家都难忘电影《Titanic》中令人震撼的一幕幕灾难场景。是什么造成这艘号称当时世界上最大最坚固的客轮沉入深海?是一座冰山。一座冰山之所以有如此威力撞沉Titanic,不是因为它有多高,而是在海面之下掩藏着相当于冰山水上体积4倍的冰山主体。同样的,英语之所以有如此魅力吸引无数英语爱好者终生孜孜不倦的追求探索,并非完全源于语言本身,更引人入胜的是语言外衣之下沉积数百年丰富的西方文化内涵。学英语并不仅在于学语言本身,而更需要学*西方那一套丰富多彩的文化内容。作为中国人,我们当然也要了解自己的文化,然后把中西文化比较一下,就会当即发现很多有趣之处。对同一件事,西方人想问题和我们想问题有什么不同?他们有哪些生活*惯和我们不同,又有哪些相同的地方?等等。

  事实已经证明,掌握更多英语国家文化的学生,在英语成绩和大小考试中表现更优越。了解了更多的文化背景,在阅读英语文段,听对话或短文和在语法题中体验语境都有非常明显的帮助。

  三、*时积累更多单词,做好储备。不少学生恐惧英语的原因就是难过单词关,而影响学生表现的也往往体现在单词量上。备考的时候不是储备单词的最好时机,要真正掌握以致能运用一定量的单词是需要长期积累的,因此从初一开始就应该狠下功夫开始储备。

  记忆单词和学英语一样,是没有捷径的,只能狠下功夫,但有方法可掌握。关于记忆单词的方法新东方的很多老师都已介绍很多,各种英语学*的书籍也有不少可供选择,笔者在这里不作无谓的重复。最重要的是,要选择适合自己的背单词方法,一旦找对了方法,并形成用功的*惯,语感就会不期而至,到时记忆新单词也不再是刻意的事。

  总而言之,英语学*不是一朝半夕的事情,把握好初中三年的英语学*,日后就有“潇洒学英语”的资本。笔者衷心希望所有初中学生为自己的英语打下坚实的基础,成功决战中考,考上最理想的高中。

  新初二年级以上。此类计划比较合适有一定自律能力,具备一定学*能力,特别是具有自学能力的学生使用。

  一、计划实施的目标:

  2、加强运动,提高身体素质;

  3、学会做简单的家常菜。

  二、具体措施:

  1、组织好学*小组,以三个人一组为好,进行合作性学*。(学*水*相当的同学组成小组比较合适)

  2、按教材知识前后的顺序,整理上半学期的英语、数学(物理)练*卷和考试卷。(或者可以根据老师的推荐去买一、两本合适提高学科能力的辅导材料)

  一、本学期的指导思想

  学生的基本情况很差,拿本校同年级的班级相比,我们的均分比他们差很多!本学期学生面临着中考的巨大压力,学生表现出截然相反的两种局面:想考高中的基础不是很差的学生开始发奋学*;而成绩很差的自知考不上学校的已经完全放弃了学*,部分学生已经对学*英语失去了信心,还有一部分学生觉得英语越来越难,渐渐力不从心了,不感兴趣了。
