快乐的寒假到了，每年假期爸爸妈妈都会带我外出游玩，今年的目的地是清迈，听说那里有很多大象哦，我要亲自去看看。
到了象园，我跟着导游仔细听讲解，原来清迈的大象是亚洲象，大象的身体高高的，耳朵大大的像一把大蒲扇。公象有这长长的象牙，而母象是没有象牙的，象牙非常珍贵。亚洲象是非常聪明的，能够在人类的教导下学*各种本领。
忽然我听到一声响亮的鸣叫，原来大象表演要开始了。我急忙找到座位坐下来欣赏大象们的表演。大象们慢慢的踱着步子走来，到了场地中央，大象抬起了前腿，粗壮的后腿支撑着整个身体，好像金鸡独立一样，真是没想到大象这么笨重的身体居然能够做到这么高难度的`动作。大家不约而同的发出了欢呼声。接下来的节目更精彩，大象为我们现场作画，大象用鼻子当手，卷起画笔，蘸上颜料，画了几条交叉的线条，又蘸上绿色在线条上添了几笔，最后用红色在线条上点了几点，哇！原来大象画的是一束鲜花呀，大家都发出了赞叹：大象太棒了！大象是神奇的画家哦！我也为大象竖起了大拇指。

回到酒店后，我躺在床上突然想起不久以前国内新闻播报，在*云南大象报复人类，它们故意踩坏庄稼，打伤农民，撞坏农民的房子，实在是太可怕了！可是泰国大象的脾气却很和顺，甚至喜欢和人类在一起玩耍，尤其喜欢小朋友。这实在让人想不通！
很快我在泰国的假期就结束了，我也获得了答案！因为泰国人民打心里的喜欢大象，保护大象，崇拜象神。他们觉得象神代表着财富、智慧、权力、健康、成功，而大象是最有记忆力，友善和定力坚决的动物，而且很重义气。因此，凡有意企求事业顺利的人们，都喜欢预先礼敬及祈求象神的支持。认为象神是命运之神。

大象是我最喜欢的一种动物。
