1、“凡事预则立，不预则废”。预*是首要的环节。预*的目的在于对将要学*的知识有个总体的了解，以便上课时有目的的听讲，集中精力解决好新课的重点和难点。所以，学*新课前必须预*。预*时要逐词逐句阅读相关学*内容，联系以前所学过的相关知识，深刻理解本节课知识的重点和难点，画出哪些地方不会，并及时做好记录，为下一节上课做好充分的思想基础。良好的预**惯的养成，并不是一朝一夕的努力就行了，需要每天坚持预*。同时，在预*的时候应做到看、做、思相结合，做到眼到、手到、心到，不能把预*当作任务来完成，而要将它看作是学*新知识的一个重要环节来看待。
2、上课是学生掌握知识的主战场。上课的时候，课前要准备好所需用的课本、笔记本、作业本、工具书等，课上要认真专注地听老师的讲解和同学们的发言，要积极和老师配合，随时跟上老师的思路和节奏，积极回答老师提出的每一个问题，对分组讨论的问题要积极踊妖，敢于发表自己的意见和见解。同时，要养成一个善于记录课堂笔记的.*惯，要记录学*的要点、学*新得、以及老师对教材的补充和延伸，以便逐步加深和更正自己对新知识的理解，不断提高自己的自学能力。

I believe in the 50—percent theory. Half the time things are better thannormal；the other half，they are worse. I believe life is a pendulum swing. Ittakes time and experience to understand what normal is，and that gives me theperspective to deal with the surprises of the future.
Lets benchmark the parameters：Yes，I will die. Ive dealt with the deathsof both parents，a best friend，a beloved boss and cherished pets. Some of thesedeaths have been violent，before my eyes，or slow and agonizing. Bad stuff，andit belongs at the bottom of the scale.
Then there are those high points：romance and marriage to the right person；having a child and doing those Dad things like coaching my sons baseball team，paddling around the creek in the boat while hes swimming with the dogs，discovering his compassion so deep it manifests even in his kindness to snails，his imagination so vivid he builds a spaceship from a scattered pile ofLegos.
But there is a vast meadow of life in the middle，where the bad and thegood flip—flop acrobatically. This is what convinces me to believe in the50—percent theory.
One spring I planted corn too early in a bottomland so flood—prone thatneighbors laughed. I felt chagrined at the wasted effort. Summer turned brutal—— the worst heat wave and drought in my lifetime. The air—conditioner died，thewell went dry，the marriage ended，the job lost，the money gone. I was livinglyrics from a country tune —— music I loathed. Only a surging Kansas City Royalsteam，bound for their first World Series，buoyed my spirits.
Looking back on that horrible summer，I soon understood that all succeedinggood things merely offset the bad. Worse than normal wouldnt last long. I amowed and savor the halcyon times. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is still languishing in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. So we have come here today to dramatize an appalling condition.
In a sense we have come to our nation's capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check which has come back marked "insufficient funds." But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.
So we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to lift our nationfromthe quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.

如何来解释未来呢? 也许那只是一个美好的愿望。让我们下定决心，坚持到底，那我们的人生一定能过得很精彩。
Hi everybody.
Back in the years when I was only six years old or so, I had my first taste of English. It seemed very strange to me. At the very beginning, I was not so interested in this strange language. Moreover, the English TV program always took time awayfrommy cartoon shows. As a result, I started to hate English.
Time flies. Things completely changed at theendof my primary school life. In the last exam of the whole primary school period, I did so well in English that I got a full mark. I found that I could do a perfect job in English if I put my heart on it. This exam seems to be a turning point on my road of studying English and has really inspired me. Although there are still many challenges waiting for me, these setbacks won’t hurt my confidence and will push me to study harder.
Nothing is impossible for willing hearts and I believe, in the future, I can fly as high as I wish to.

Somebody says"Time is money".But I think time even more important than money.Because when money is gone,we can get it back.But when time is gone,it'll never be back.
Every day we have 24 hours.We sleep,we have meals and we rest.They are necessery and will take a lot of time.Then how can we spend the rest of the time?
Someone do the reading,do exercises and learn a lot of things.They never waste(浪费）any time.They live happily and healthily.
However,someone just waste hour after hour doing nothing useful.They get up very late.They spend all day playing com*r games.They hate to learn knowledges.Don't they know that they are wasting part of their own lives?
So please,please save time for ourselves,Our life is limited（有限）,and remember:we have no time to lose.

Man’s life is a process of growing up, actually I’m standing here is a growth. If a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up along with these choices. Once I hope I can study in a college in future, however that’s passed, as you know I come here, now I wonder what the future holds for me.
When I come to this school, I told to myself: this my near future, all starts here. Following I will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind, intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfect job.
Once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist; never forget which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” I will put my personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these process I will combine learning with doing. If I can achieve this “future”, I think that I really grow up. And I dee*** believe kindred, good-fellowship and love will perfection and happy in the future.
How to say future? Maybe it’s a nice wish. Lets make up our minds, stick to it and surely well enjoy our life.

Since I go to school, my parents always tell me that I should study hard, so that I can find a good job in the future and earn a lot of money. To most people, the purpose of reading books is to make money. But as I study more, I realize that making money and reading books don’t have the directly connection. The children should know more about the world by reading more books, at the same time, they need to sense the great joy of reading. When they are equipped with knowledge, they can solve problems by the skills they learn, the most important thing for them is to face difficulties with positive attitude.

During my staying there, my father’s boss once invited my family to dinner. My home village is a small one. It’s in Yuxian county of Shanxi Province. Small as it is， it’s very beautiful.
There are many hills around my home village and they are more beautiful than some big mountains. In spring， we can fly kites which are made by ourselves on the top of the hills. The kites fly very high.In summer， the trees are green and the grass is green， too. It is green everywhere on the hills. There are so many wild apple trees on the hills. The wild apples are nice to eat. In autumn， the corns under and around the hills are ripe. So we eat them almost every day. In winter， when it snows， all the ground is covered with snow. We can play with snow and sometimes we eat the clean snow with sugar. In my hometown the sky is blue， the air is clean， the water is sweet and the people are very friendly. I love my hometown!
