这里，是我的母校，在座的各位，有我当年的老师，有我当年的同学，大家也许还记得我们当年的作文，20xx年的梦想，20xx年的我，文中的我梦想着成为一名教师，在母校迎接着我的同学，如今，文中的我，变成了现实中的我，我选择了她是为了生存?是为了发展，还是让青春与时代同行?答案是唯一的，让青春闪光，让青春随时代同行。

一、班级整体情况
在优秀班主任xxx的带领下，我们班比较优秀(进步较大)，上个学期期末我们英语学科是兰溪市统一测试的，我们取得了优异的成绩，但也有小部分学生明显落后与别人，主要表现在上课注意力不集中，不喜欢张口读书，动作偏慢，家庭作业没有按时上交或干脆不交等现象，久而久之，他的各种表现就落后了，不管是考试成绩，口语交流，还是书写。就不如其他学生。
二、英语学科的特点
本学期我们用的是PEP英语教材的升级版，它比原来的旧教版有了更高的要求，在学生听、说、读、写的基础上，强调语言的运用，注重能力的培养，培养学生自主学*的能力和独立运用所学语言去做事的能力。但教学内容紧密联系小学生的生活和学*实际，选择话题充分考虑到小学生的需求，涉及学校、家庭、饮食、玩具、动物、颜色、数字等。本学期还增加了机器人(Robin)角色，更富有童趣。因此，英语学科的学*本身趣味性比较强，成绩好的同学会越学越有趣，小部分同学基础没打好，兴趣也就减弱了，毕竟学*的过程是从易到难的。低段简单的没学会，到高段难的知识点学起来就感觉累了。英语课程每个单元的课型也比较清晰的，每单元有AB两部分重点内容，每部分有三中课型;单词教学，对话教学和阅读教学;还有C部分，也就是故事教学是选学内容，我们一般不作课堂授课，作为有兴趣的同学自己自学内容。
三、如何在家监督孩子的英语学*
1。关注家庭作业
每周有三节英语课，这三天里我都会布置家庭作业，并且我对家庭作业有具体的要求：若当天是新授单词课，那晚上的作业肯定是默写单词;若是对话课，那晚上的作业肯定是默写重点句，对预*作业的要求是：听录音，若预*单词，要在家校联系本上抄写单词，我没有规定抄写几遍，目的是培养学生主动学*的*惯，而不是每天机械地完成老师布置的作业。若对话课或阅读课，要求翻译汉语的意思，写在家校联系本上。第二天由四人小组长检查，发现很多孩子是来学校补的，可见听力作业也不会完成。所以，从今天以后，家长可以根据这几个要求去关自己孩子完成作业的情况，当然这之前也有做得很好的家长，不但关注孩子的学*还天天在家校联系本上签名。虽然我没有强制性要求学生每天让家长签名，目的是杜绝孩子造假，高段了有的孩子很聪明，自己签个名，每天签名的家长我是记忆很深刻的，你的孩子也很优秀，我也很感谢您对英语学科的支持和关注。
2。关注单元测试测试卷签名。其实测试卷上家长签名，是一个外在的形式，我的目的是，让家长知道孩子一个阶段的学*成果，看孩子的试卷，不光看分数的高低，更要关注孩子错误的原因，是因为粗心，还是因为本身就不会。一次考试，不仅仅只是分数上的收获，更是一种学*方法上的收获。也是鼓励和鞭策孩子，让孩子有学*的成就感，每次测试后我都以不同的方式给予学生奖励，有，优秀奖，进步奖，鼓励奖。考虑到有的学生存在报喜不报忧的情况，每次试卷下发后，我都会以短信的方式，通知给家长。
四、几点希望
1。家长要转变观念，要把语文，数学，英语放在同等位置。经常可以听到家长的议论，小学英语没关系，初中会重学的，其实这是一种错误的观念。初中七年级是有三个模块式复*内容的，但后面的内容跨度还是很大的，明年的中考英语难度系数又增加了，取消了选择题的题型，9月2日高考制度出台，高三考试分为英语、语文、数学，各科总分是150分。所以养成良好的学**惯要从小学开始，孩子的学*必须家校合作，因为时代在进步，再也不要和你那时自己的学*比较。希望家长再家多费点心，多关注自己孩子的英语学*情况。

大家下午好！
首先感谢区教研室的领导给我一次与大家交流的机会。在座的各位毕业班英语老师都是经验非常丰富的，在大家面前来谈英语教学的经验实在是惭愧。为了提高英语教学质量，我的确是想了很多的办法，这里面有成功带来的喜悦，也有失败带来的反思。这些谈不上经验，现简单地做个介绍，如有不当之处，敬请各位批评指正。
记得刚刚走上工作岗位的我曾经信心百倍，认为小学英语教学应该是很简单的事情，不就是听、说、读、写嘛，没什么难的，但真正开始教学，真正开始接触学生之后，我才感觉到：小学英语教学尤其是我们农村学生的.英语教学真是坎坷难行。教学一开始我就遇到了种种问题。有一大部分学生在潜意识里根本没有把英语当一回事，有些学生甚至有抵触的情绪。从家庭上看，我们的学生家庭大部分属于农村家庭，英语没有被受到重视，再加上家长能听懂英语的少之又少，更别说辅导了。从环境上来看，学生除了课堂上短短的40分钟外，基本上就没有使用英语的环境了，放学后听英语磁带的作业也有大部分学生不能自觉完成，再加上英语课课时较少，因此我的英语教学开展得并不顺畅。面对如此多的问题，我决定从学生的学*兴趣、学*方法和学**惯方面去入手解决。现想从我的切身体会谈几点做法及建议：
一、要从自身找原因，培养学生学*英语的兴趣。
自己先要想办法，持有一份乐观的态度，勤思考，乐奉献。给学生一份爱，让学生喜欢你，从而喜欢上你的英语课。因为兴趣是最好的老师，当学生喜欢上你的课了，专心地听讲了，那课堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了吗？在培养学生学*兴趣方面，我做了如下工作：
（一）、用爱去灌溉学生。
首先用心地给学生一份爱。因为爱可以融化人与人之间的隔阂，给学生一份爱，同时你也会收获到他们对您的爱。我们要在日常生活接触中体现爱，例如下课后，我大多时间都会逗留在班里，跟他们谈谈学*上的问题、说说家常话或开个玩笑逗逗他们，他们会不亦乐乎。时间长了，他们就把我当朋友了。记得20xx年那届我班有个顽皮又聪明的学生叫黄永樟，各门功课成绩极差，经常不及格甚至低分，是让语文数学老师头疼的学生。可英语科他却十分感兴趣，能拿八、九十分，为什么他英语成绩那么高呢，原因是他被我“俘虏”了，很爱上英语课，也很喜欢给我拉家常。有一次，下课了，他走到我跟前，兴奋地告诉我，他家大母狗生了5条小狗，可爱极了。
（二）、注重课前、课堂中气氛的调和。
每次上课走来，总能从楼下听到我班朗朗的英语读书声，当我站在讲台上的第一句话便是及时地、微笑着表扬他们：“Youhadagoodjob，children。”在楼下我已经能听到你们朗朗的读书声了，老师真开心啊，你们读得那么好，或很自豪的或说：“哇，你们读书真棒，所有老师听了也对你们竖起了大拇指”，这样小小的表扬就充分树立他们的自信心，他们会很高兴，下次他们会读得更好。别以为这样的方法六年级不适用了，恰好这些方法我都是一年级，六年级通用的，课堂上也注重学生的学*状态，随时调整课堂气氛，使学生在一个良好的氛围里不知不觉地学到了知识。记得去年的六（1）班下午第一节英语，由于3月份天气原因，学生总有一种“春眼不觉晓，处处闻啼鸟”的倦态，那节课学生的精神状态很差，学*积极性不高，我想：如果这样讲下去效果肯定不好，于是我临时利用我班的搞笑大王叶宝彬同学做着火点，从他入手，我说：“Hello宝彬，howoldareyoutoday？”他被我突如其来的问题吓愣了，我顺势说：“我猜你有30岁了”全班同学一听，哈的一声笑起来，眼神都看着宝彬，我说：“看你今天上课的心态有30岁了吧？好，老师决定今天帮你时光倒流，把你变成3岁的小孩子，好吗？”这时宝彬不好意思的笑了，全班同学也来起了精神，他们倒要看看我怎样把宝彬同学变成一个3岁的小孩子。也许有的老师会说，这样每天浪费时间在与学*无关的事上，不就事倍功半了吗？我觉得恰恰相反，每节课恰当的气氛调节，是课堂上良好的调料，把他们的学*注意力集中到课堂上，那效果不就事半功倍了吗，总比罗罗嗦嗦讲纪律强多了，而实践证时，我也收到了较好的教学效果
二、抓好课堂教学掌握良好的学*方法。
不管是哪一门学科，要想有好成绩，课堂教学的质量是最重要的，课后炒冷饭，补的效果当然也有，那肯定会费时费力。在课堂教学方面，要注意方法，尤其是一些无味枯燥的内容，要找易于学生理解的切入点，要想方设法吸引学生。对于自己今天所上的内容自己一定要有个清晰的思路，课后及时反思。例如反思一下你今天教的开心吗？学生学得开心吗？学生学到了什么，遗漏了什么等等。同时对于一些后进生，课堂上千万不要丢掉他们，不理他们，不给他们发言、练说的机会。相反，要像警察一样时常盯着他们，与他们进行目光的交流。因为他们后进，可能有更多的听不懂的地方，而容易开小差，教师的目光以及点名回答，一是提醒他认真听课，同时也是在给他练*的机会。
三、培养良好的学**惯。
（一）、全面实行“一帮一”，充分发挥学生的作用。
为了提高英语教学质量，提高学生的英语学*成绩，我还注意培养学生的互助学**惯，分小组学*，小组成员结成一帮一的互助对子，充分发挥学生的作用，例如做有关语法和时态得练*题时，让他们同桌或小组讨论：这题为什么这样做，原因是什么，让他们用语法或时态等说出理由，说服对方。这样既让基础好的学生所学的知识得到了巩固，又帮助了其他的同学共同进步，不再出现很严重的“两极分化”，可以说是一举两得。
（二）、课后补差工作。
班里总会出现一些个别的差生，不是学**惯差就是基础差，教师一定要课后花工夫，进行辅导。例如我就我校实际情况，请示校长，同时得到校领导的大力支持，每天利用早读前20分钟，到三楼电教室给他们补课。让他们把遗忘的知识都温故而知新。我觉得这样做效果还是挺大的，原来不及格的学生都追赶上来了，消灭了不及格率。
作为一名小学英语老师，我们肩负的担子是沉重的，我们的任务是艰巨的，古语说的好，教有法，但无定法，重在用法，贵在创法。希望我们全体英语老师共同努力，创造更多的教学方法，更有效地提高英语教学质量。以上是我对小学英语教学的一些浅谈，说得不好请批评指教。谢谢大家！

Good morning ,teachers and students. My name is fuxian from songzhuang primary school. the name of my speech is << my simple teaching life>> is my greatest honor to be here today. I would like to share my English learning and teaching experience with you .
I studied english educashion at my college. I chose this major just because its tuition was not high at that time. Then half a year before my graduation i came to shandong to be an english teacher. Far away from my hometown. Then i have lived here for 7 years and taught for 7 years too. I love teaching. I love talking to my students.
How do I enjoy myself with my students? I don't think I can express how I love my students in a few words. I just know, they are the future of China; they are infinity in my hand. What could I do with them? To wait, to be patient, to expect and to love. From them, every teacher must see their future, teaching and guiding them responsibly.
And then, as teachers, not only do we need to be friendly to them, but also all the time we have to be ready for helping them. Once two girls in my class went out for wandering from home without telling anyone else including their patents. In fact, they just wanted to escape from the family, which was full of quarreling. It's not hard to imagine how worried their parents were! But they had no way to communicate with them, nor find them. As class teacher, there was no time. I decided quickly to help the holpless parents. And I tried to contact with their classmates to make sure what they had talked about the going before. Then I spent the whole night in looking for them with their parents in the city. After a long time searching, we found the girls . When they saw me, their class teacher, they cried loudly and sadly. Everything was OK after they told me their complaints to parents. At that time, I knew, sometimes, the teacher was the very bridge between parents and their children. How important, how great to be a teacher is!
To me, my students are just like the wild flowers. Can we see a World or Heaven in them? The answer is definitely Yes. If you want to enjoy yourself while teaching, respect and love your students as their friends; work hard with full responsibility.
So, what is responsibility? From my point of view, responsibility is accepting what you are facing -- and not complaining your students. Responsibility is holding your students' hands and reminding them to watch both ways before crossing their road. When there is something difficult in front of students, responsibility is helping them over them. When your students are in a trouble, responsibility is being there on time to help and guide them -- even if that means you will miss your favorite things.
Because I love my students, then I enjoy myself with full is why I together with you,try our best to be an excellent English teacher today!

Everyday, carrying his sister on his back, he went to school through miles path. When somebody asked him why he should kept doing this. He replied briefly:" This is my responsibility! " From his story, we know that responsibility is not an easy thing. Is only what Hong Zhanhui done can be called responsibility? Of course no. Everyone has his responsibility and responsibility exists everywhere in everyone's daily life especially we teachers'.

十几年前，我带着对新生活的憧憬，带着教书育人的职业使命，走到了讲台这一方土天地间。一千多个日日夜夜已悄然逝去，曾经的我默默的下定决心，一定要在自己的事业上有所成就，我要用心来对待我的工作，用自己的方式诠释我对教育的理解，也就是带着这种信念和决心，几年来我对工作可谓是一丝不苟，勤勤恳恳。对待任何工作我都充满着热情，学校给予的各种机会我都牢牢把握。无数个白天黑夜，我远离了喧嚣人群，多少个宁静的夜晚，我安于寂寞，笔耕不辍。有时，为了备好一堂课，我认真钻研教材好几遍；有时，为了准备一篇论文，我翻阅大量书籍，不断学*新知，提升教育理念；有时，为了写好一则报道，对简单的几十个字我反复琢磨，细细推敲；也有时，为了完成上级交给的紧急任务，我加班加点直到雄鸡报晓。更有时为了辅导学生的比赛放弃无数个中午和休息日，只为完成我自己的使命。

“好风凭借力，送我上青云”。我愿意借这次竞聘的东风，扬起达到胜利彼岸的风帆，但我又深深知道，竞争就有风险，如果我不能被聘用，将保持一颗*常心，一如既往，干好本职工作，在*凡的岗位上干出业绩，为通信事业的壮大发展做出贡献。最后我想说：做教师，我无悔！做英语教师，我快乐！

大家好！这次教育教学工作人员的公开选聘，是我校教育发展史上的第一次。对于教育人事制度而言，它是一次机制的进步，是一次民主的尝试；对于教师个体而言，则是一次价值的判断与选择。它有如春风吹绿大地，似甘霖泽被原野，它表示着一种力量，指引着一个方向，传递着一种声音，昭示着一种希望，它必将对我校教育的发展产生广泛而深远的影响。非常感谢学校为我们提供这样一个检验自我的机会，展示自我的舞台。
我竞聘的岗位是英语教师岗位，竞聘这一岗位的理由如下：
一、思想政治方面
本人热爱祖国、热爱人民、拥护***的领导，忠诚党的教育事业。
二、职业道德方面
严格履行中小学教师职业道德规范，为人师表，严格遵守岗位制度，严格恪守人民教师的职业道德，积极参加公益事业。我有一颗热爱教育的心，我明白教师的苦与累，*凡与无私。虽然没有鲜花陪伴，没有掌声共鸣，没有丰厚的收入，没有豪华的享受，有的只是生活的忙碌，有的只是肩头沉甸甸的责任，但我无悔于自己的选择。我会用自己的汗水、智慧、和一颗跳动的火热的心，去面对我的学生。
三、业务方面
从教多年来，从未间断过继续教育学*，参加了全国中小学继续教育课程的学*，新课程培训的学*，取得了普通话、计算机等方面的等级证书，获得了县、市级骨干教师培训证等，使自己时刻能够胜任一名中学教师的要求。
我在工作中具有吃苦耐劳，勤奋学*，团结协作，敢于创新的精神。作为一名教育工作战线上的一名老兵，我深知自己要学的东西还很多。在工作中，不怕困难，勇挑重担，顽强拼搏、勇于创新，能吃苦耐劳。教学中能主动与本学科的其他教师交流学*，讨论课改教学中遇到的问题，积极参加各级的学科培训以及校内外的听课、评课活动；向同行们学*教育教学的方法，同本组教师团结协作，与同事相处关系融洽；
四、教育教学工作能力
1、胜任英语教学工作，无论在统考中还是在学校组织的各项考试中我所任教班级的英语成绩都能名列前茅；先后两次参加了安阳市组织的英语公开课比赛，并且都取得了好成绩，受到同行们的好评。所以我有较强的工作能力，能够始终保持作为教师的言行和风度，塌实教学，关爱学生，完全具备了对课堂的教学组织能力，对教材整体驾驭能力和对学生掌握知识程度的判断分析能力。
2、胜任班主任工作，本人一直以来就担任班主任工作，从末间断，在班级管理方面取得了一定的成绩，多次被评为优秀班主任，我所担任的班级也被评为了文明班集体。
3、胜任年级学科组长工作，能够协调好领导和老师之间、老师和老师之间、老师和学生之间、老师和家长之间的关系，做到团结协作，搞好本年级的学科教学工作。
4、根据自已的教学实践，本人撰写了多篇教学论文，并且有的已经在报刊上发表。
5、尽管我是从教多年的英语教师，有着一定的工作经验和成绩，但我绝不会满足于已经取得的.微薄成绩，我会竭尽全力把学生教好，把英语教学搞好。
6、我有较强的年龄优势，我正当青春年华，身体健康，精力旺盛，敬业精神强，能够全身心的投入到所热爱的工作中。
综上所述，本人符合竞聘中学英语教师岗位所具备的条件和素质，故向各位评委和老师提出申请。
如果我能够竞聘上这个岗位，我打算从以下几个方面改进自已的教学工作，提高自已的教学水*。
a、更加科学规范地做好日常教学工作，认真落实教学常规工作，确保教学质量稳中有升。做一个学*型的教师。在工作中不断完善自我，充实自我；拓宽自己的知识面，早日使自己的教学再上一个新的台阶。
b、顺应教学改革方向，积极参加教学改革，做教育教学的有心人。以人为本，因材施教，根据不同学生的不同特点，采取不同的教学方法；关注全体，关注差异，教他们学会学*，学会做人。根据英语学科的特点，我打算开展“任务型教学”实验活动，把学*者个人的生活经历作为课堂学*的主要资源，力图将课堂内的语言学*与课堂外的语言活动结合起来。
每上一节课，我会突出“八个抓八个不”：
一、抓听讲集中，不能过于松散无束；
二、抓讨论合作的效果，不能流于教学形式；
三、抓发言与质量，不能让课堂死气沉沉；
四、抓作业书写规范与作业按时完成，不能轻易放纵学生；
五、抓自学指导与训练，不能让学生连读书都不会；
六、抓教学难点与重点，不能使教学走过程；
七、抓有意注意和无意注意，不能过张或过驰；
八、抓暂差生辅导与补差，结合学生自身实际情况做到因材施教，不能让他们失去学*的兴趣。
c、结合英语学科特点和学生实际情况，配合学校的校本教研，设计并开展丰富多采的英语实践活动，进一步拓展学生的视野，培养学生各方面能力。
d、加强个人修养，练好基本功。进一步树立自已强烈的事业心和责任感，加强自已的工作能力和工作艺术，顾全大局，维护学校良好形象，努力调动学生的学*积极性，提高教学质量，力争在教学中体现实力，在工作中保持动力，在学生和老师的交往中凝聚合力。
我有信心有决心搞好英语教学工作，为教育事业奉献自已的一份光和热。如果组织上需要我做其它工作，不管这份工作是否高低贵贱轻重多寡，我都会忠于职守，严于律已，夯实基础，钻研业务，团结协作，虚心向老教师取经，向老教师求教，与时俱进，把服务学生服务老师的工作做好，牢牢坚守在自已的岗位上，做一颗永不生绣的锣丝钉。
