　　I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks and lead my own life. With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the green grass, smelling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the fresh and cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last. Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction.

　　I am grateful for the opportunity to deliver my speech here after 7-days’ preparation with my friend Jinly. Thanks to Jinly’s strong support in our work. I think it is my way of saying thank you to you that giving an excellent presentation to all my friends here.

　　The subject of our presentation is “YOUR DREAM & YOUR GOAL”. During the next 10 minutes, we’ll give you a brief explanation of these stuff at the best of our knowledge.

　　First of all, I’d like to spent 3 or 5 minutes on discussing about the dream. When we were 5, they asked us what we want to be when we grow up. We answered like superman, princess, or in my case, a sailor moon. When we were 10, again they asked and the answer was policemen, doctors and some other high-principled jobs. But unfortunately, we finally found our dreams unrealistic as we entered a not-so-good high school, did not-so-good school works and went to a not-so-good direction in our life. I guess, many of you have thought about changing your dreams, but finally felt at a loss again. Yep! We’re *s and they are waiting for a serious answer. Well, how about this? WHO THE HELL KNOWS! Dream is only a dream. It’s unnecessary for us to think over our dreams all day long. You know, dreams always change, and this is not the time to make difficult decisions. But what do dreams do? Why do we still have an urgent need of dreams?

　　Think about it: do you have had a time when you were full of happiness just because you have made an achievement that pushes you a bit to your dream? Do you have had a time when you insist on what you were doing even the tears keep falling from your eyes? That is the power from dreams! May I equate the faith and the dream here? As we all know, aims and dreams are far from each other to some extent but close to each other on the other hand. Just like the parabola and the number line in mathematics. But it is the dream that help us to map out our aim and work out plans one after another in our life. Just like what Howard Schultz, the founder of the Starbuck said, Dreams are like the stars----we never reach them, but like mariners, we chart our course by them. And I believe that if you have a dream and make efforts step by step, some of you may extremely finish the quantitative change on the way to success and reach the qualitative change!

　　I would like to finish my part by a tongue twister: Whether the weather be fine or whether the weather be not. Whether the weather be cold or whether the weather be hot. We'll weather the weather whether we like it or not. Whatever you dreams are and however difficult it is to realize them. Reach your aim step by step and I believe your dreams will extremely come into truth!

　　Thank you for your lending an attentive ear to my point of view. Let’swelcome Jinly and she will talk about the goal, which is the other part of our presentation, during the next 5 minutes.

　　I enter tile university after years of hard study and preparation(准备). But life in the university is not as satisfactory(满意) as what I had expected. I become lazy and don't want to study.I become silcent. I become puzzled. I don't know what I can do in the future. Then I become unhappy.

　　Four years in the university is only a short period when compared my whole lifetime. Now it has passed a half. In this year, many people ,such as my parents,my friends, ask me what I want to do and tell me to map out a plan for my life. I don't want to follow their suggestion, and I want to go my style. 　　Every one has his own dream.When I was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own .But now ,when I am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot.

　　I have got quite different experience from other girls.While they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .I was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong wind.Nothing could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an athlete.Yeah ,of course ,Im an athlete,Im so proud of that all the time .

　　When I was 10 years old ,I became a shot-put athlete.The training was really hard ,I couldnt bear the heavy shot in my hands .But I always believe that god only help those who help themselves.During those hard days,I find I was growing more quickly than others of the same age.To be an athlete is my most correct choice.But,I quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse.I really didnt want to stop my sports career anyway.

　　Today I say to you my friends that even though I must face the difficulties of yesterday ,today and tomorrow .I still have a dream .It is a dream dee* rooted in my soul.

　　I have a dream that one day ,I can run,jump and pitch just like I used to be.

　　I have a dream that one day , I can go back to my dream sports and join the national team.

　　I always feel tired after eight classes a day, so my dream school starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. there are three lessons in the morning and two in the afternoon. we can choose our favorite lessons to learn. we can spend more time doing some outside reading. the students do after-school activities for one and a half hours every day. we needn’t do a lot of homework. we are all happy to stay at school.

　　Besides that, my dream school looks like a big garden. there are many kinds of flowers around the modern buildings. sweet perfumes are diffused all around. if i want to have a rest, i can lie on the grass, listen to music by the lake or look out at the flowers from the classroom windows.

　　The teachers here are kind and helpful. they are not only our teachers but also our good friends. the students are polite and friendly. we all know how to keep our school clean and tidy. there is no litter around the campus.

　　初次看到细马这个名字我还以为是只马的名字，但后来才知道他是岳二爷与岳二妈从岳大爷家带来的岳大爷最小的儿子。他长的很精神，喜欢笑，十分爱说话。在油麻地小学，他变了，变的孤单，无助，没有人听的懂他满口的江南口音，他感到一个哑巴才有的压抑。他是那样的可怜。这使他不想再上学，他去放羊，以此来填空他最脆弱的地方。几次交谈，使桑桑和他成为了最好的朋友。他那顽强的品质十分令人敬佩。

　　I remember when I was young；my mother often described the beauty of the grasslands through this poem：“tian cang cang，ye mang mang，feng chui cao di xian niu yang”. it means in English “Clear skies，sweeping plains，the grass bowing before the wind，revealing grazing horses and sheep.” I could recite this even before entering primary school.

　　16years ago，my mother visited one of the grassland of Inner Mongolia. She said that no words could describe it’s stunning natural charm. With her desc ription firmly printed on my mind I began to long for a tour to the grassland.

　　Sadly，this marvelous image that I had in my mind changed completely when my mum and I visited the grassland a year ago. As soon as we got there，I couldn’t believe my eyes. What was in front of me was just a piece of land with loosely grown grass. In the far distance I saw only a couple of horses feeding lazily. I asked my mother：“Where is the lush，tall grass？” As puzzled as me，she said nothing. I was shocked to see the differences between the grassland in my dream and what was in front of me.

　　On the way home，I thought a lot and tried to find answers.

　　Now I am old enough to bring awareness to other people and share my dream for the grasslands. Overgrazing and extensive farming have ruined the grassland and so taken away the charm of our homeland. But I am confident that one day the grasslands will recover and its true wealth and beauty will be realized as long as everybody gives his contribution to restore our homeland.

　　Good evening, dear audience ：I am happy that I can have such kind of opportunity to stand here to give you a speech. What I am going to talk about today is “my dream to shine”.

　　We all want to believe that we are capable of great feats , we can call the potential to reach our fullest dream.

We look round in this world, full of life, and motion, and ceaseless progress, as in setting out on delightful journey, we strain our eager gaze forward . 　　About my dream, it can be traced back to my childhood, I just want play more ,when I grew older, I was convinced that I would be a physicist or a psychologist. 　　I see that there’re many problems caused by urban development and the lack of deliberate planning, such as environmental pollution, slums, urban sprawling etc. cities establish the kind of housing, industrial, and retail facilities which can be built in it. Others evaluate the impact of proposed residential or commercial development and suggest ways for communities to respond. And I want to protect open space and

　　agricultural land in the face of increasing demands for new homes and business.

　　the urban planning system should be complete and can run itself and most cities have developed and there’re much experience and many cases to learn. I want to commit.

　　Finally, planners usually can find a decent job and get good paid and I want to have a house, facing the sea with flowers in the future. I will take every effort to accomplish my dream .I won’t let it become a fantasy , it is just my dream .maybe some years later , it will become true .

　　I grew up in ages and also in thoughts. It was that time I began to know that life is a difficult journey. And it was that time I began to think about my life. I asked myself what a life I want to live, and what a man I want to be. But it was hard to give myself a satisfactory answer. but maybe that is the best answer ,we are growing better in this process. In the journey of life, only our dreams are permanent, and only the spirit of pursuing dreams is permanent. Classical is something not fade, but grow more precious with time pass by , so is dream. 　　i have got quite different experience from other girls.while they were playing toys at home，while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .i was running in the hard rain，jumping in the heavy snow，pitching in the strong wind.nothing could stop me ，because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an athlete.yeah ，of course ，i'm an athlete，i'm so proud of that all the time .

　　when i was 1 years old ，i became a shot-put athlete.the training was really hard ，i couldn't bear the heavy shot in my hands .but i always believe that "god only help those who help themselves".during those hard days，i find i was growing more quickly than others of the same age.to be an athlete is my most correct choice.but，i quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse.i really didn't want to stop my sports career anyway.

　　today i say to you my friends that even though i must face the difficulties of yesterday ，today and tomorrow .i still have a dream .it is a dream dee*** rooted in my soul.

　　i have a dream that one day ，i can run，jump and pitch just like i used to be.

　　i have a dream that one day ， i can go back to my dream sports and join the national team.

　　i have a dream that one day ，i can stand on the highest place at the olympic games.with all the cameras pointing at me.i will tell everyone that i'm so proud to be a chinese athlete!

　　this is my hope .this is the faith that i continue my steps with!!!

　　with this faith ，i will live though the strong wind and heavy rain ，never give up !

　　so let victory ring from my heart，from all of you.when we allow victory to ring .i must be the one!

　　in my imagination，i'm a bird ，a magical bird.i carry my dreams all with me by my big wings. i fly though the mountains ，though the forests ，over the sea，to the sun ，the warmest place in the aerospace!

　　every night ，i have a dream ，i see a girl ---smiling
