I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Commi*for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this isme and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story.
65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. Heoften visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there,which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted oneto keep as a treasure.
He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at havingstolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on hisconscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decidedto put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it tothe Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.

i always feel tired after eight classes a day, so my dream school starts at8:30 . and ends at3:30 . there are three lessons in the morning and two in the afternoon. we can choose our favorite lessons to learn. we can spend more time doing some outside reading. the students do after-school activities for one and a half hours every day. we needn’t do a lot of homework. we are all happy to stay at school.

一个老妇人在森林里发现了一些形状古怪的种子。她便选了三颗带回家，种在自己的花园里。

大家好！
有位名人曾说过这样一句话：我终生选择的职业它应该是这样的------首先，它是我所喜欢的；其次，它是我所擅长的：最后，它是能维持我生计的。
对照一下，权衡之后，我忽然发现竟然更倾向于第一条，原来我是这样爱幼儿教师这份职业，一种久久以来压抑的情绪在心底激荡起来。我发现，我的心境纯净如白云，我的笑容明朗如晴空。但是一个月之前我的笑容并不晴朗，内心充满了阴霾。
还记得那是一次教研活动，为了尽快的完成教研活动任务，我把教研活动中的七个环节“机智”的缩了水，省去了学课、说课环节，并胸有成竹地请园领导、教务主任和其她组的教师来听我们的课，谁知道她们一听就听出了毛病，马园长说：“你们的教学活动没有围绕问题进行。”岳主任说：“你们没有认真的分析教材，才导致活动搞成这样。”大家你一句我一句，我坐在那里，心里像打翻了五味瓶，不是个滋味。活动之后，我进行了深刻的反思：是的，七个环节环环相扣，缺一不可，如果省去了其中的任何一个环节，教研活动就是不完整的，说严重一点我这个教研组长是不负责任的。想到这里我自惭形秽，这样不完整的七个环节不扎实，徒有虚名，我怎么带领组内的教师成长？她们的进步又在哪里呢？作为一名教研组长，我事先没有认真研究方案，没有透彻地分析教材，没有认真地组织说课和议课活动，才导致这次教研活动的失败。教研活动就像是一行人在雪地里走路，如果教研组长头带的好，那么留在雪地的每一串脚印都是扎实的、清晰的，而我身后的这一串串脚印却没有留下任何印迹。
就这样，在这一次失败的打击中我很长时间都喘不过气来，我害怕听到“教研”这两个字，我害怕看到岳主任期待的目光，我害怕星期三的到来。在我驻足不前的时候岳主任问我：“舒辉丽，明天就是星期三了，你怎么还没有动静？方案呢？怎么组织？”我说：“岳主任，不瞒你说，我真的怕搞教研活动了，我心里实在没底，我真的不知道该迈右脚还是左脚。”岳主任莞尔一笑：“没事，我来带你走一遍，下次你就知道该怎么办了！”于是，在接下来的专题研究中，岳主任带我先理清思路并设计好方案，从*时活动中发现的问题开展研讨，在选课环节中我们以班级为小组去选材，之后再一起交流，认真解读、分析每个小组的教材。教师们各抒己见，积极表达自己的看法。让我吃惊的是，这次教研活动，气氛相当的热烈，与第一次教研活动的冷清截然相反。这一次，我终于开心的笑了，我知道我走过教研活动的“瓶颈”了，我带领我的组员们在雪地上已经留下了一串串浅浅的脚印，这些脚印对我是鼓励，是支持，给了我坚定不移地继续进行教研活动的决心！我一定要坚强的走下去！

大家好！今天，我讲故事的题目是《母爱》。
这是发生在十几年前的一个真实的故事。
一个村庄遭遇洪灾，肆虐的洪水横冲直撞，把无数农家冲毁，许多人在洪水中挣扎。人们在离岸20多米的一棵大树和岸边的树之间拉了一根绳子，形成一道绳坝，拦截从上游冲下来的人和物。这时，只见上游一对母女相拥着被洪水冲下，母亲50多岁，白发在浑黄的洪水中时隐时现，十分醒目。

妈妈紧紧地把他抱在怀里，忍着眼泪对他说：“儿呀，你生下来被关进了这铁牢，妈妈对不起你，今天是你的生日，妈妈没有别的礼物送给你，只有这七颗豆子，想让你过上一天好日子，吃吧，孩子，快吃吧……”
“妈妈——爸爸——！”
一家三口把七颗豆子推来推去，谁也不愿意吃，最后在小萝卜头的坚持下，爸爸吃了两颗，“爸爸，您吃！”妈妈吃了两颗，“妈妈，您吃吧！”小萝卜头只多吃了一颗。就这样，一家人七颗豆子就过了一个生日。可怜的小萝卜头，他是在监狱里长大的，从来不知道外面的世界是什么样的，小萝卜头最希望的就是能和小伙伴们一起上学，一起读书。
今天，小萝卜头的七颗豆子变成了明媚的阳光让万物生长，他的豆子变成了和煦的春风让红旗飘扬，等我们长大了，还要继续把豆子故事，讲下去，让一代一代延续共和国的梦想。
我是一名少先队员，在我上一年级的时候，就第一批被选上了少先队员，我感到自豪，老师和爸爸妈妈也为我骄傲。
记的刚上一年级时我胆小如鼠，从来不敢举手发言，可每次上课，我眼里总是闪烁着自信的光芒。后来有老师对我的关心和鼓励，我的胆子开始慢慢地变大了，举手发言的次数也越来越多了。为了感谢老师对我的帮助，我更加努力学*，就这样我的成绩不断的提高。 到了二年级我当上了班长、组长、小老师等等的一些班委。每次上课，我都非常认真地听老师读课文，也模仿着老师的声音把一篇文章完完整整的朗诵下来。我歌唱的不错，也会弹钢琴。
现在我上三年级了，有兴趣小组的活动了，我报名参加了合唱团，学会了唱《同一首歌》还当了年段的学*委员。不管在学校里，还是在家里我都很出色。
兰兰是宁夏固原市原州区西郊小学的一名学生。开学的第一天，天刚蒙蒙亮，她就告别了奶奶，顶着冬季的寒风走了两个小时的山路。终于到学校了，这时，她的肚子早已咕咕直叫了。
早读课后，她惊讶地发现支教的小王老师端着一个大盆子走来。小王老师来自遥远的哈尔滨，她笑起来有一双弯弯的眼睛，同学们可喜欢她了。她常常会从遥远的家乡给他们带来惊喜：有可口的糖果，漂亮的橡皮，还有美妙的故事书……今天，小王老师的葫芦里卖的是什么药？同学们个个都睁大了好奇的眼睛。几个馋嘴的同学紧盯着大盆子，不住地咽口水。看样子，那东西圆圆的，是馒头？小王老师慢慢地掀开了盖在大盆子上的纱布。哇！孩子们都惊叫起来，老师简直是在变魔术嘛！盆子里放满了热腾腾的水煮鸡蛋！兰兰的眼睛更是亮得像天上的`星星。由于贫困，她从来不吃零食。鸡蛋，简直是她梦想中的美味。只有等到村里有钱的人家办喜事时，才有机会吃上。她揉了揉眼睛，发现同学们的嘴巴个个张得比鸡蛋还大。这么多的鸡蛋，该不会是一人分一个吧？大家都不约而同地咽了咽口水。
看着眼前这一群静悄悄的孩子，老师的眼睛湿润了。她清了清嗓子，说：“孩子们，党和*知道我们许多孩子都饿着肚子上学，从今天开始，送给我们每人一个鸡蛋！”这不是做梦吧？孩子们难以置信地看着老师。亲爱的小王老师总是像美丽的仙女一样，不断地带给他们惊喜。小王老师一个一个地将鸡蛋送到孩子们手里，每送一个就嘱咐一句：“趁热吃呀！”孩子们用双手捧着鸡蛋，慢慢地剥开，一小口一小口地细心咀嚼，小心翼翼地不让一点蛋屑掉落，每一口都那么珍惜，好象这是一个无价之宝一样。淘气的杨志强边吃边啧啧称赞：“香！真香！”马军则不住地用舌头舔着残留在嘴边的蛋黄，他称赞道：“啊！真是天堂的味道！”咦？兰兰怎么不吃鸡蛋？兰兰低着头，捂着口袋，她把鸡蛋藏在口袋里了。她羞涩地说：“老师，我想把鸡蛋留给奶奶吃。”小王老师掏出她的鸡蛋，说：“好孩子，把鸡蛋吃了，学*好了，长大了才能孝敬奶奶。”小王老师含着热泪剥掉了兰兰的鸡蛋，看着她一口一口地吃下去。
下午的美术课上，孩子们不约而同地画了鸡蛋，一个个充满温情、承载梦想的鸡蛋。
空中楼阁
从前，有个有钱人，他生来愚蠢，又不愿意读书学*，却自以为是，骄傲得很，常常干出一些让人哭笑不得的事来。
有一次，他到另一个有钱人家里去做客，见到人家的府第是一座三层的楼房，高大威风，宽敞壮丽，看上去很是阔气，站在三层楼上，还能看见远方美丽的景致，真是妙极了。他心下不禁十分羡慕，想道：要是我也有一幢这样的三层楼房，那该多好啊！我也可以站在我的三层楼上，喝茶观景，要多惬意就有多惬意！
要盖楼房，钱自然是不愁的。他回到家里，马上叫人请来泥瓦匠，吩咐道：“给我建一座三层楼房，越快越好！”
于是泥瓦匠立刻开始动工，打地基、和泥、垒砖头，开始修建楼房的第一层。
有钱人天天跑到工地上去看，头几天地基打好了。又过了几天，垒了几层砖。再过几天，砖垒高了一点。有钱人想楼房都快想疯了，而今过了这么些天，他的楼房还没影子，实在等得不耐烦了，就跑去问泥瓦匠：“你们这是建造的什么房子啊，怎么一点也不像我要的楼房呢？”泥瓦匠答道：“不是照您的吩咐在建楼房吗？这就是第一层了。” 有钱人又问：“这么说，你们还要修第二层啰？”
泥瓦匠奇怪地回答：“当然了，有什么问题吗？”
有钱人暴跳如雷，勃然变色道：“蠢东西，我看中的是第三层，叫你们修的也是第三层，第一层、第二层我都有，还修它作什么？”
这个有钱人真是可气又可笑，没有第一、第二层楼房，哪里来第三层呢？做事情要踏踏实实，打好基础，否则我们的理想就好像这个有钱人的空中楼阁一样，永远是虚幻的东西。 小 精 灵 儿 童 网 站]
怪师傅
有一位怪师傅，他的脾气很古怪，做的玩具也总是古里古怪的：
他给木头兵安上一颗兔子的心，弄得木头兵个个胆小如鼠，一有风吹草动就吓得抱头逃窜。
他又给兔子安上勇士的心，搞得兔子一个个不知天高地厚，雄赳赳、气昂昂地去找狗熊比武，当然免不了送命。
布娃娃呢，本该打扮得漂漂亮亮的，怪师傅偏给她们蒙上一层青蛙皮，害得她们陷在泥沼里无法脱身。
而青蛙呢，反倒穿上了美丽的衣裳，跑进歌厅“呱呱呱”乱叫，闹得大家都不得安宁有一天，马蹄“嗒嗒嗒”，敌人来攻打怪师傅居住的这座城市了。木头兵吓得魂飞魄散，丢刀弃枪，从城里纷纷逃往大森林。路上，他们遇见了一群兔子，被兔子狠狠嘲笑了一通。兔子说：“你们哪像什么士兵啊，简直是一群胆小鬼!”木头兵感到很羞愧。这下，兔子们神气了。他们做出威风十足的样子，高声喊道：“嗨嗨，我们什么都不怕!嗨嗨，我们的勇气比天大!”
“不过，光有胆量也不行啊!”其中一只兔子终于说了实话，“我们身材太小，力气也不够，终究打不过身强力壮的敌人。要不，我们把勇士的心还给你们吧!”换回心的木头兵一下子成了斗志昂扬的勇士，他们挥舞着大刀和长枪冲进敌人的阵营，把敌人打得落花流水。木头兵大获全胜，高高兴兴地跑回家去看未婚妻布娃娃。咦，怎么前来迎接他们的却是穿着漂亮衣服的大嘴青蛙呀
怪师傅知道了这一切，心中好后悔啊!他赶紧把青蛙们带到泥沼边，让他们“扑通扑通”跳下去，又给布娃娃换上了漂亮的衣裳。
勇敢的木头兵和美丽的布娃娃手拉手回家了，青蛙在泥沼里快活地唱起了歌，兔子一个接一个从灌木丛中蹦了出来，一切都显得那么和谐美妙怪师傅自言自语道：“看来，还是这样好啊!”
神奇的种子
一个老妇人在森林里发现了一些形状古怪的种子。她便选了三颗带回家，种在自己的花园里。
可是一天早上，老妇人养的一只***其中的一颗吃掉了，第二天一场大雨又把其中的`另一颗冲走了。剩下的最后一颗种子沉睡了很长时间，终于在老妇人的精心照料下发芽、长大、绽放花蕾。邻居们纷纷前来观看，每个人都期待着这棵罕见的植物究竟会开放出什么样的花儿。
一天早上，老妇人惊奇地发现花蕾开放了，小小的枝条上缀满了五颜六色的盒子。“噢，我的上帝。它是一棵礼品树，这真的太棒了！”老妇人又惊又喜。她禁不住摘下了一个盒子，今天虽然不是她的生日，可她还是想要一份礼物。她欣喜地打开了盒子，发现里面有一条暖融融的红围巾。“这正是我想要的。”她高兴地说。于是，她让周围的每个邻居都来从树上摘一件礼物。大家纷纷议论：这一定是个神奇的东西！人们刚摘下一个礼物，原来的位置上似乎又长出了一个新的礼物来。大家都喜欢这棵植物，但每个人只摘一个，谁也不多摘。国王的女儿听到这个消息后，也赶来观看。她从树上摘下了最大的盒子。打开一看，是一匹漂亮的瓷马，瓷马周身金黄，尾巴雪白。公主说：“不太好看，我要再摘一个。”“噢，公主！从来没人摘过两件的。”老妇人劝道。 “我是公主，我想摘多少就摘多少！”公主叼蛮地答道。公主摘了一件又一件，她的怀里抱满了盒子，已经忙得无暇打开看了。“瞧，老妇人，没事吧，礼物依旧在生长。”公主得意地说。“等着瞧吧，这么贪婪可不好。”老妇人无奈地摇了摇头。
没想到，公主打开礼物时，奇怪的事情发生了。那些神奇的礼物全部都不见了，取而代之的是几朵干枯的花，而且这些干花也在风中消失了。只剩下了那匹漂亮的瓷马，它是公主选择的第一件礼物。公主小心翼翼地抱着那匹瓷马一路沉默着回到了皇宫。
那棵神奇的植物依旧生长在老妇人的花园里，但没有任何人可以从它身上多得到一件礼物。它似乎在告诫人们：无论*民还是公主，在上帝面前，任何人都是*等的。
各位评委、各位同行姐妹们：
大家好！
有位名人曾说过这样一句话：我终生选择的职业它应该是这样的------首先，它是我所喜欢的；其次，它是我所擅长的：最后，它是能维持我生计的。
对照一下，权衡之后，我忽然发现竟然更倾向于第一条，原来我是这样爱幼儿教师这份职业，一种久久以来压抑的情绪在心底激荡起来。我发现，我的心境纯净如白云，我的笑容明朗如晴空。但是一个月之前我的笑容并不晴朗，内心充满了阴霾。
还记得那是一次教研活动，为了尽快的完成教研活动任务，我把教研活动中的七个环节“机智”的缩了水，省去了学课、说课环节，并胸有成竹地请园领导、教务主任和其她组的教师来听我们的课，谁知道她们一听就听出了毛病，马园长说：“你们的教学活动没有围绕问题进行。”岳主任说：“你们没有认真的分析教材，才导致活动搞成这样。”大家你一句我一句，我坐在那里，心里像打翻了五味瓶，不是个滋味。活动之后，我进行了深刻的反思：是的，七个环节环环相扣，缺一不可，如果省去了其中的任何一个环节，教研活动就是不完整的，说严重一点我这个教研组长是不负责任的。想到这里我自惭形秽，这样不完整的七个环节不扎实，徒有虚名，我怎么带领组内的教师成长？她们的进步又在哪里呢？作为一名教研组长，我事先没有认真研究方案，没有透彻地分析教材，没有认真地组织说课和议课活动，才导致这次教研活动的失败。教研活动就像是一行人在雪地里走路，如果教研组长头带的好，那么留在雪地的每一串脚印都是扎实的、清晰的，而我身后的这一串串脚印却没有留下任何印迹。
就这样，在这一次失败的打击中我很长时间都喘不过气来，我害怕听到“教研”这两个字，我害怕看到岳主任期待的目光，我害怕星期三的到来。在我驻足不前的时候岳主任问我：“舒辉丽，明天就是星期三了，你怎么还没有动静？方案呢？怎么组织？”我说：“岳主任，不瞒你说，我真的怕搞教研活动了，我心里实在没底，我真的不知道该迈右脚还是左脚。”岳主任莞尔一笑：“没事，我来带你走一遍，下次你就知道该怎么办了！”于是，在接下来的专题研究中，岳主任带我先理清思路并设计好方案，从*时活动中发现的问题开展研讨，在选课环节中我们以班级为小组去选材，之后再一起交流，认真解读、分析每个小组的教材。教师们各抒己见，积极表达自己的看法。让我吃惊的是，这次教研活动，气氛相当的热烈，与第一次教研活动的冷清截然相反。这一次，我终于开心的笑了，我知道我走过教研活动的“瓶颈”了，我带领我的组员们在雪地上已经留下了一串串浅浅的脚印，这些脚印对我是鼓励，是支持，给了我坚定不移地继续进行教研活动的决心！我一定要坚强的走下去！
教研活动的成功如一束心灵的阳光，点燃我心中的火焰，每个人都渴望成功，可成功彼岸隔着湍急的河流，需要我们以不屈不挠的精神，在河流上搭建信念与毅力，执着与拼搏的桥梁，即便在失败前进路上依然有美丽和精彩。失败是沮丧的，但失败之后的成功却让失败变得更加美丽和精彩。失败是一种财富，痛苦是一份辉煌，经历痛苦挫折的人生才能称得上辉煌的人生，所以，失败不必沮丧，经历是成就美丽和精彩的基石，经历风雨后的花朵定会更加美丽，不是一番寒彻骨，怎的梅花扑鼻香。
从失败中我收获了对校本研修的点滴经验，收获了园领导对我的信任和支持。站在雪后的空地上，我万分地珍视这久违的激动，我对自己说：“让失败再来得多一些吧，只有在失败
中我才能站得更稳，走得更坚实，只有启程才能达到理想的目的地；只有拼搏，才会获得辉煌的成功；只有播种，才能有收获；只有奋斗，才能品味幸福人生，让我们在失败经历中品味更多美丽和精彩，换发生命光彩。彰显事业的辉煌。失败不是灰暗的，它是美丽的`，失败也有美丽和精彩。”
