my hometown is lhasa, the largest city on the roof of the world. it is the heart and soul of tibet. i think lhasa is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. it is surrounded by towering mountains and rarely a day goes by when you don' t see the deep blue sky. lhasa river is flowing quietly around the city. lhasa is the mixture of tradition and fashion.
firstly, lhasa has a long history. it is the political, cultural and economic center of tibet. it has lots of famous sights to offer. the potala palace is the most famous, a magnificent and wonderful place to look at. in my opinion it is a unique artistic achievement of the tibetan people. likewise, the architecture, carvings and paintings throughout the city show hard work, wisdom and bravery of our people. secondly, led by the reforming and opening policy of china, lhasa has
changed a lot. many new things have arrived up here, changing the face of the city. the old and new lie side by side in lhasa.
many new buildings, schools and roads have been built here. furthermore, the qing-zang railway leading to lhasa is being built. many shopping centers have been opened, and modern technology like telecommunications is spreading. the whole city looks prosperous, and our tibetan people take on a new look. every festival, people walk around freely on the new, wide and smooth streets, wearing the beautiful traditional costumes.
right now, i am looking forward to a festival called shodün which comes in june for eating yoghurt. at this time, all my family and i gather for a picnic together at the norbulinka, a famous garden. in the garden, we sing tibetan songs, dance “guo zhuang” on the grass; eat zanba, drink butter tea and barley beer on the beautiful carpet as well. we enjoy our life. i think that this festival exhibits the open-minded and optimistic character of the tibetan people.

A friend of mine named Paul received an automobile from his brother as a Christmas present. 65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure.
He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. Whatever one does, one should do it with confidence. If one has no confidence, there is little possibility that one would ever achieve anything, especially when one

一看信念。信念是我们进步并取得成功的动力。要完成高考所需要的知识储备、技能储备、心态与情感准备，必然要经过一个枯燥、寂寞的过程。设定一个目标，是人人都会的事，但要达成一个目标，就不是人人都能坚持得住的。没有在高二年级的有目的打拼和磨炼，是不可想象的事。高二，是一个心态极易松懈的时期。打拼出一种高三阶段所需要的坚持，没有人会教给你怎么做，一切依靠自己。一个高二学生的聪明所在，就是他会不会、善于不善于创设这样的环境。成功者*惯坚持，失败者*惯放弃。影星成龙曾经说过：“面对挑战，只要全力以赴，荣誉自然随后而来”。他拍《红番区》，脚骨开裂，脚趾骨头插穿表皮;拍《一个好人》，从高空堕下撞伤鼻骨、颈骨;拍《飞龙再生》，眼部受创，当场血流满面他的信念是“我宁可为电影而死，而不愿老死。”
二看心态。常言道：自卑生灰心，灰心生失望，失望生动摇，动摇生失败。要培养良好的心态，关键要力戒浮躁。暴露在试卷上的书写了草、会而不对;作业中的敷衍了事;思考上的浅尝辄止;学*过程中的丢三拉四，反映出的是思想上的浮躁，心态上的浮躁。做学问，坐不下去不行，钻不进去不行。考场要自己去上，做学问也没人代替得了。嘈杂的教室、乱七八糟的物品摆放、地面上的废纸、墙上的脚印，给人的印象都是杂乱与无序，这种不良信号的不断输入，必然导致心态的浮躁。钱学森大家都熟悉，他回国时险阻重重，资料全留在美国，只身回来。光明日报曾披露：93年我国派专人到美国加州理工学院取钱学森手稿。从中只取回了80多磅，是其中极小部分。待打开一看，人们惊呆了，人们很难将这工整的书写、严谨的推理、细心的演算与“手稿”联系起来。正是这工整、认真，反映着一代大师做学问时超凡脱俗的心态。人在动力不足时，找出个准备拖延、懒惰的理由总是很容易。同学们，虽然我们处在高二，但是我们应该放远目光，早点具有高三意识，早点纳入高三的快车道，早点用高三精神鼓舞起斗志。让浮躁、拖拉、得过且过离我们远去。

记得上幼儿园的时候，有一天，我看到爸爸妈妈在下棋，一会儿爸爸赢了，一会儿妈妈又赢了。我感到很好奇，就问他们在玩什么。爸爸告诉我，这叫五子棋，哪一方最先有五颗棋子连成一条直线就算获胜。于是，我就请求爸爸教我下棋。从最开始的一直输，到偶尔的赢一两局，我慢慢掌握了下五子棋的诀窍。现在，我和妈妈下棋已经难分伯仲，经常是棋子都下完了还不能决出胜负，爸爸直夸我是“下棋高手”呢!

二万五千里长征，一次改变中国命运的征程已在人们的评说中过去了大半个世纪。长征是人类战争史上的奇迹，它特有的魅力就像是一部最完美的神话，突破时代和国界，在世界上广为传扬。

可能是时间过得太快了，我们都已不再是那童真的孩子。那时光已然不存在，亦不可能重来，但是我会好好的记住着美好时光，我现在唯一觉得最纯真的时光。
那年我来到了这个世上，“哇哇哇…”在一阵痛哭当中，我来到了这个世上，现在的我可能只迷迷糊糊的记得护士抱着自己走出了手术室。那一刻，我好像很激动，迫不及待的想看一看外面精彩的世界。天真无暇的我在这个世上静静的活着，迎接新的时光。
那年我学会了走路，时间过得很快，我也在渐渐的长大，大约在两三岁那年，我学会了走路，什么也不懂的我，一摇一摆的踏上了不归路。在这段不归路中难免会摔倒、会受伤，可我还是爬起来继续走。人人都说我勇敢，可是我还是有一颗会受伤的心，被老师骂会伤心，被家长骂会伤心，被冤枉会伤心……我多么想当一个不会伤心，只会笑的人啊!这样我就不会留念，不会回忆了!
那年我升到了三年级，小学三年级的负担虽然不是很重，但比起一二年级的负担真是重多了，每天做作业五个小时，读书八个小时，真是受不了。大家都说我学*好，不能退步，这下可给我很大的压力，所以我只好坚持做一个好榜样。可就是因为这样，我整整瘦了5斤，从此我就不再是以前那个回打会闹的小孩了，现在的我，乖巧、懂事，争取留给我自己一个不被骂的童年印象。
那年你回来了，20xx年，我11岁，那时的我已经是一个亭亭玉立的大女孩了，而我的晴晴姐姐和艺枫姐姐也都长大了。时间过的真快，当时我才读三年级现在却已经五年级了。但值得我兴奋的是：晴晴姐姐从莆田回来了，她带着很大的变化回来了，她原来是短头发，可现在是长的，她原来才1米55，这次回来却变成了1米62呢!她的回来给我们带来了惊讶和高兴。
那年我们一起喝奶茶，20xx年，你再一次回来了，这次你好像成熟了许多，懂得了一些重要的礼仪和规矩，而我却迷迷糊糊的爱上了香飘飘。一大早我就拉着你去奶茶店，在那里有我们美好的回忆。午后的阳光洒在你的脸上，你在休闲的喝着奶茶，而我却在咕噜咕噜的喝着奶茶，两者有着很大的差别。不久，你小声的说：“我明天就要走了，你有送我吗?”我没有回答，只是微微的点了点头。
现在只剩下我一人在喝奶茶了。其实人生的时光隧道是可以停止的，只不过停止了，你就不能实现梦想了。我美好的时光已被风带走了，折翼的我还在幻想着什么时候还能和你共舞……
自信是成功的第一秘诀，它不仅是对自己能力的信任，更是对自己所追求目标的坚定信念。有了它，才能驶向胜利的彼岸。当中国革命处于低潮时，***坚信 “星星之火，可以燎原”;当敌人日搜夜捕，**“屡不得脱”时，他满怀自信，高唱“血雨腥风应有涯”，“人间开遍自由花”!**的《梅岭三章》就是撼人心魄的自信之歌、胜利之歌!著名科学家门捷列夫说得好：“只有自信，才能让人在最佳的心理状态下工作，而不致被怀疑吞食你的想象力”。苏格拉底也说：“一个人是否有成就，只要看他是否具有自尊和自信。”总之，自信是指向胜利的导航塔，是前进的`不竭动力。

自负者与自信者也格格不入。自负与自卑都是极端心理，自负者在取得一些成绩后沾沾自喜，甚至目空一切，妄自尊大。这些人就算是先前取得一些成就，也只是昙花一现。历史上的教训值得我们记取。楚汉相争时，项羽在推翻暴秦的残酷统治的斗争中起了不可低估的作用，但暂时的军事优势使他盲目自负，自封“霸王”，结果被刘邦打败，昔日不可一视的英雄，落得自刎乌江的下场。三国时的曹孟德折戟沉沙，覆军于赤壁，又是一个自负导致失败的教训。由此可见，正确估价自己的长处和成绩，正视自己的短处和不足，划清自信与自负的界限，对一个成功者来说真的很重要。
怎样看待自信、自卑、自负，其中充满辩证法。我们要相信自己，却不自负;要正视不足，却不自卑。选择自信，战胜自卑，远离自负，这是新世纪的要求，是追求完美人格的要求。“数风流人物，还看今朝”，***充满自信的名言，将永远激励我们前进。。

90后的我们当中大多数是，独生子女，但是我们并不是娇生惯养。我们也常常帮父母做一些力所能及的事情。
金无足赤，人无完人.每个人都有自己的优点和缺点，我们90后也不例外。90后的我们爱看上网。许多90后甚至迷恋上了它，学*成绩下降，造成了严重的后果。他们享受着优越的物质条件，但他们的内心却是空虚寂寞的，他们不懂得珍惜生命，感恩社会，却整天沉迷在游戏中无法自拔，浪费大好青春。
我们90后是幸福的，是快乐的，是时代的健儿，是祖国未来的希望。在这样一个先进的时代，我们应该更加努力，奋发向上，为祖国的繁荣昌盛添砖加瓦

俗话说：“笑一笑，十年少”。其实，微笑不仅能让你年轻，还是一座沟通人际关系的桥梁，一剂化解人们矛盾的良药。
你听说过关于日本原一*先生的故事吗？
原一*本是一位极其普通*凡的保险推销员，他相貌**，身高只有158厘米，但是，他为什么能成为日本家喻户晓，妇孺皆知的名人呢？正是因为他有事没事就研究微笑，对着一面随身携带的小镜子练*，并把这些微笑应用到工作中去，才走向了成功，成为鼎鼎有名的人。
原一*在工作中，在生活中，一共研究出了39种微笑，并且自己也将这39种微笑练得非常自然。有的微笑能让人感到温暖，有的微笑能让人感到亲切，有的微笑能带给人们力量，有的微笑能让烦躁不安的人立刻安静下来，有的微笑能让你不由自主地去聆听。
正是他的微笑，才让人乐意购买他推销的保险，认为他推销的保险有百利而无一害；
正是他的微笑，让客户与他成为无话不谈、无事不说的知心朋友。
的确，微笑能沟通人的心灵，把彼此间的距离拉*，甚至帮助你走向成功。
记得一次去医院看病，我坐在椅子上排队等待，一个男的对着护士说：“你们这是怎么搞的？医生约了我上午9点整来，你自己看看都已经9点40分了。”我本以为护士肯定会以牙还牙，然后两人会大动干戈，谁知，护士却微笑着对那个男的说：“先生，实在很抱歉，人太多了，我进去帮您看看，也催一下。请您稍等。”过了一会儿，只看见那个护土微笑着说：“先生，到您了，请进去。”我不禁佩服起这个护士来，过了一会儿，那个男的出来了，他找到刚才一直对他微笑的护土，诚恳地说：“刚才实在对不起，请原谅。”护士依旧微笑着说：“没关系的。”
可见，微笑有时候还能化干戈为玉帛。
每天你给别人一个真诚的微笑，别人也会给你一个微笑。
微笑能让别人对你所怀的顾虑在一瞬间消失；
微笑能让你与别人的关系融洽；
微笑是沟通彼此心灵的无声语言。既然如此，那么，朋友，就请大方起来，请别吝啬你的微笑。

大家早上好！
像往常一样，课前三分钟轮到我做励志演讲。我演讲的题目是乐观的生活态度。
我曾经看过这样一段话：小鸟说：我飞过天空，但是天空中没有我的踪迹。泰戈尔说，天空中没有我的踪迹，但我已飞过。同样的情况，有两种不同的态度。相信后者的态度能赢得大家的认可。其实生活就是一面镜子。如果你对他微笑，他也会对你微笑。如果你为此哭泣，你只会心情沮丧。
有些人可能会抱怨上帝太不公*了。我努力了很多年，现在还是经理助理。寒窗苦读十二年，没能考上理想的大学。但是，这些抱怨并不能改变现实，只能加重他们的烦恼。为什么不以积极乐观的态度看待他们？
相反，众所周知，林肯先生24岁时遭遇商业失败，26岁时爱人去世，27岁时精神崩溃。他中年时曾多次竞选参议员和副总统，但都以失败告终。然而，面对如此多的打击和磨难，他从未放弃梦想，而是以积极的生活态度回应这些失望，最终成为美国第16任总统。正是这种积极乐观的生活态度，让林肯最终实现了自己的理想。
我相信，如果没有积极乐观的生活态度，没有四肢骨折的桑兰，没有高位截肢的张海迪，没有生活中光明与黑暗的海伦凯勒，他们也不会有辉煌的人生，不会赢得世界的尊重与赞誉。
亲爱的朋友们，虽然我们无法预测下一秒会发生什么，但我们相信，只要我们对生活抱着积极乐观的态度，我们的生活就会永远幸福。所以，即使有1000个哭的理由，也要给自己找10000个笑的理由，这样我们的生活才会充满更多的阳光和快乐。

我演讲的题目是《珍惜自己》。
一个生长在孤儿院的小男孩，悲观地问院长，像我这样没人要的孩子，活着究竟有什么意思？院长笑而不答，却交给孩子一块石头，让他拿到市场上去卖，但不是‘真卖’，无论别人出多少钱，绝对不能卖。第二天，孩子惊奇地发现，不少人对他的石头感兴趣，而且价钱越出越高。第三天，在黄金市场上，石头的价钱高了10倍。最后，当石头被拿到宝石市场上时，石头的身价又涨了10倍，更由于小男孩怎么都不卖，竟被传扬为？稀世珍宝。
一块不起眼的石头，由于特殊的珍惜而提升了它的价值，竟被视为稀世珍宝。有时候，我们也就是这块石头。
也许，在我们中间，也许你的父母长年在外，没有时间照顾自己；
也许你是家徒四壁，无所依靠，孤苦伶仃；
也许你也曾经因为自己是一个农村来的孩子而感到自卑跟不安。但是，这一切都不重要，重要的是你是否能做到珍惜自己，能否树立百倍的信心，付出千倍的努力来改变这一切。不论个人的情况如何，你都应当庆幸：你是独一无二的存在，这世上再没有任何人会跟你一模一样了！你有自己的同学，有自己的老师，还有自己的朋友，许多人在关心着你，注视着你，爱护着你，珍惜自己，他们都是你前进的力量。是的，生活当中，也许我们每个人就是一块石头，但只要看重自己，学会珍惜自己，生命就有了意义、有了价值。
珍惜自己，这世上只有一个自己；
珍惜自己，你将在珍惜中体会到快乐。学会珍惜，你会发现，生活中有很多美好的东西真是让人留恋。
也许你没有过人的才智，也许你的努力尚未被人们发现或认可，但请珍惜自己，勇敢地伸出你的双手，为自己鼓掌，为自己喝彩！
也许人生的路途艰难险阻，布满荆棘，但请昂首挺胸，继续走下去。

这篇文章主要写了：居里夫人和她的丈夫皮埃尔弄到了一吨可能含镭的矿渣，然后在化验室里一锅一锅地进行提炼，经过三年零九个月，他们终于在成吨的矿渣找到0.1克镭，而居里夫人的丈夫皮埃尔不幸早逝，居里夫人美丽的容貌也在渐渐的隐退，而且，居里夫人一生也得到了10项奖金、16种奖章、107个名誉头衔，特别是获得了两次诺贝尔奖，居里夫人看这些财势如粪土，是唯一一个没有被盛名宠坏的人。

亲爱的同学们，当你踏着晨光走进我们花园般的校园时，当你坐在干净整洁的教室里学*时，你是否想到老师、同学们为此的辛勤付出？
我们都渴望校园中能有郁郁葱葱的草地，都期盼在整洁干净的环境中学*、玩耍，都希望在舒适温馨的宿舍里进入梦乡。

塑料袋、包装盒、果皮纸屑扔得满地都是，在其他同学午晚休的时候，宿舍楼内外高声的喧哗，打破了这一片宁静。这些现象与我们美丽、文明、和谐的校园多么不协调！
我们崇尚文明，我们都需要生活在干净、整洁、美丽的环境中，然而，为什么我们总把打扫、维护的希望寄托在别人身上？为什么总是毫不怜惜的践踏这片宁静与美丽？为什么总是逃脱作为X中一份子的责任？
同学们，立即行动起来吧！一片纸，我们捡起；
一滴水，我们节约；
一堆垃圾，我们打扫，爱一棵小树苗，保护一只小青蛙。为了我们的校园，做我们能够做的一切。“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之”。为此我向X中全体同学呼吁：创建清洁、文明的校园，需要你，需要我，需要我们大家共同的'努力。让我们积极行动起来！让我们从现在做起，从身边的小事做起，加强自我约束，相互监督，争做保护校园环境的小卫士。

大家好！
今天轮到我来做这一个课前三分钟的演讲，我今天演讲的主题是大学生要如何去规划好自己的课余生活。我们的课余时间是非常的充足的，但现在很多的同学都会把时间花费在对我们自身的发展没有帮助的事情上，比如看小说，比如打游戏，比如看电视剧。我并不是让同学们不要去做这一类的事情，而是我们应该要有一个规划，要给自己留一些学*的时间，这样我们才能够在大学中学到一些东西，而不是等到大学毕业的时候还是什么都没有学到的状态。
我们是应该让自己在大学中去学到一些东西的，这样我们在毕业之后才会更好的找到适合自己的工作，才能够在自己的工作岗位上有所发展。我们的课余时间是很多的，每天只要能够花一小部分的时间在学*上，在丰富我们自己上，等到大学毕业的时候我们是一定会变得更加的优秀的，所以我想我们是应该要学会控制自己的行为的，规划好自己的时间，这应该是我们每一个大学生的必修课。我们不应该在学校里面虚度时间，这对我们自己的发展是没有一点帮助的，还会害了我们自己。
在你羡慕身边的人都有所长、有着很不错的能力的时候，你有没有想过要去改变自己。其实我们每一个人都是能够成为一个优秀的人的，能够有多优秀就要看我们自己付出了多少了。所以我们应该要规划好自己的时间，规定好每一个时间段自己应该要做的事情，这样才能够合理的去利用好自己的时间，让自己能够去学到一些东西。在大学中我们是能够考很多的证书的，我们可以选择自己感兴趣的去报考，多拿一个证书自己毕业之后就会多一条职业发展的道路。所以其实我们是有很多的事情是可以做的。
我们应该要制定好一个计划，安排好自己每一天的时间，安排好自己在这一个时间段之内应该要完成一个怎样的目标，在完成之后再制定下一个目标。这样一个目标一个目标的去完成，等到了大学毕业的时候你就会发现在这四年的时间中你是做了很多的事情的，而不是在以后回忆起自己的大学生活时除了打游戏还是打游戏。
同学们，让我们规划好自己的课余时间吧，让我们在大学中能够去提高自己，能够学到更多的技能。

早上好！
今天我讲话的题目是《成功在于坚持》。
首先我想与大家分享一个有趣的故事：这个故事发生在古希腊。开学第一天，大哲学家苏格拉底对学生说：“今天咱们只学一件最简单
也是最容易做的事。每人把胳膊尽量往前甩。”说着，苏格拉底示范了一遍，并要求学生们从今天开始，每天做300下，学生们都笑了，这么简单的事，有什么做不到的！可过了一个月，苏格拉底再问学生们，能够坚持下来还有90%。又过了一个月，坚持下来的学生只剩下八成。一年后，苏格拉底再一次问大家，这时，整个教室里，只有一人举起了手。这个学生就是后来成为古希腊另一位大哲学家的柏拉图。
这个小故事所蕴含的深刻含意是显而易见的，的确，我们干什么事，要取得成功，坚持不懈的毅力和持之以恒的精神都是必不可少的。成功之路，贵在坚持。谁能坚持到底，谁应能获得成功，众所周知，贝尔发明了电话，可他所做的仅仅是将电话中一个螺母转动了4。1周，而之前的大量工作是由爱迪生等科学家完成的。双方为此走上了法庭，法庭最终将发明权判给贝尔。原因是爱迪生等科学家虽然做了大量工作，但还是放弃了对电话的研究。可贝尔没有放弃，正是那4。1周，使电话有了实际用途，爱迪生等科学家并非没有那个能力，只是在发明电话时缺少了一份坚持，才会与成功擦身而过，有许多伟大成就都正在于一份坚持。
九十九度加一度水就开了。开水与温水的在于这一度之差。有些事之所以天壤之别，往往也正因为这一度之差。同学们，当困难拌住你成功脚步的时候；当失败挫伤你进取雄心的时候；当负担压得你喘不过气的时候，不要退缩，不要放弃，一定要坚持下去，因为只有坚持不懈，才能走向成功！

大家好！你不奔跑，没有人会停下来等你，甚至连风景也不会。
乞力马扎罗山上的雪冠消失了，珠穆朗玛峰变矮了，南极冰川也在悄悄融化，我们以为一成不变的风景却在悄悄改变，它们也不肯停在原地等我们。这世上不变的就只有改变，无论我们相不相信，无论我们接不接受，无论我们希不希望，我们所熟悉的都在变，慢慢地、悄悄地，渐渐变成我们不再熟悉的样子。
改变自己方能适应这世界的不停变化，改变自己方能朝着自己期望的方向发展，改变自己方能在这个社会中生存。改变自己，是我们生存的必要手段。如果一成不变，我们就会因为无法适应这个社会而被慢慢淘汰，就会因为不停逃避而陷入绝境之中。改变自己，因为我们必须改变自己。改变自己，从一无是处变成无可挑剔，从无能变成无所不能，从*凡无奇变成独一无二。改变自己，就要不停奔跑，朝着希望奔跑，朝着梦想奔跑，朝着成功奔跑。
成功的路一定不会一帆风顺，一定会有波澜坎坷，但我们不能慌、不能乱。只有经历风雨才能看到彩虹，只有越过高山才能眺望碧海蓝天，只有战胜艰难险阻才能享受成功的甘甜。面对困难，可以激动，但不能慌乱；可以犹豫，但不能后退；可以暂停，但不能放弃。唯有百折不挠的意志力和坚定不移的信念才可以化作利剑，披荆斩棘，劈风破浪。
总有那么几座山让我们想放弃，但是我们不能。我们可以短暂的停留，但不能就此扎营。休憩不等于休止，暂停不等于停止，沉默不等于沉寂。火山沉默是为了下一次更汹涌的喷发，短暂的休憩是为了更远的旅行，稍事休息以后我们才有力气继续接下来的旅行，才有力气迎接接下来的挑战。
经过休整，我们可以总结我们一路走来的收获：之前的失败里受到教训、之前的成功里学到的经验，这些都是我们人生路上的珍宝，都是我们前行的助力。但是我们不能贪图眼前的享受，不能因为眼前的一枝春而放弃了远方的繁花似锦。你不奔跑，没有人会停下来等着你，即使是远方的风景也会慢慢改变，让你再也看不见。

大家好！我演讲的题目是“小事求大善，小节立大德”。
这天的这方舞台只给了我百秒的时间，但是，大家必须都注意到了，刚才，我用了将*10秒的时间整理了我的衣装，并十分郑重地向大家鞠了一个躬。的确，我害怕超时带走我的得分，但我更害怕不甚整齐的衣领带走我给大家的好印象。超时影响的是我的成绩，但有失礼节的表现则会影响我作为一名中学生的形象。我从来自信是一个雄辩的人，但这天，我选取了首先用行动来证明——小事也要求大善，小节也能立大德。
我们都曾让苦思冥想寻觅到的解法葬身在计算过程中写错的一个符号上，我们也都曾将煞费苦心铺排出的作文断送在仓促而就的一个错别字上，常常地，我们学会了*远瞩，学会了从全局出发，却不能够做到对每一件小事都精益求精，何谓真正的“大善”那就是挖掘小事中的小事，用全部的热情和努力填补那些尚未完善的空缺，把小事的完美演绎到更好。就比如，下一次当你和我一样走上这方舞台的时候，请你必须记得翻好你的衣领。
我们铭记着那些真正的伟人，只因仰头给人一个微笑，抬手放好一张座椅，就让人们对他的敬意油然而生；我们也叹息着那些一时的英雄，只因甩手一次扬长而去，下笔一段过激之词，就让昔日仰望的目光骤然消散。常常地，我们学会了忠孝仁爱礼义信，却不能够做到时刻记挂着每一个小节。何谓真正的“大德”那就是讲究小节中的小节，用全部的自律和自觉把握那些不被注意的细处，把小节的优雅诠释到完全。就比如，一会儿，当这场比赛结束的时候，请你必须记得谦让周围的人，有序地离开。
刚才，我的同学提醒我时间快要到了，那么，就让我做好这最后大善的小事，成就这最后小节中的大德——

XX年，来自欧洲的殖民者在美洲经历了一场恐慌：在如今美国田纳西地区东部，人们发现大量的蝉仿佛一夜之间从地底冒出，每公顷数百万只蝉、一棵树下约4万个孔，这实在让人害怕。几个星期过后，蝉儿销声匿迹。不过，令人诧异的是，XX年之后，这段历史又重新上演了一次;而再过了17年，“没有改写的剧本”重被搬出;直到XX年，正好是23次。由此得出一项结论，那里的蝉生命周期就是17年。
这一现象引起了科学家的注意，多年来大量的实际观测数据表明，蝉的生命周期大都为质数。比如，科学家发现，在北美洲北部地区其周期为17年，而在北美洲南部地区都是XX年，亚洲的蝉周期为5年、3年。为什么是17、13、5、3等质数，而不是偶数呢?
进化论给了这个问题一个比较合理的答案。
生物学家们认为，蝉最初可能具有各种不同的生命周期，如1、2、3、4、5、6、13、17年等。但对于不同生命周期的蝉而言，其遭遇天敌的几率是不同的。如果蝉的生命周期是偶数，如12年，那么它每次登陆地面的时候，都会不幸碰见那些生命周期为1年、2年、3年、4年、6年以及12年的天敌，使得种群生存受威胁，这些生命周期为偶数的蝉就会因为在生存竞争中处于劣势而被淘汰掉。
与此相反的是，生命周期是质数的蝉，则幸运多了，因为它们可以大大降低在地面与天敌遭遇的几率，从而一代一代顽强地生存下来。在漫长的进化过程中，剩下大量这些3、5、13、17年等质数周期的蝉就恰恰是“物竞天择，适者生存”的极好证明。
对此理论，在XX年，德国马普学会分子生理学研究所以及智利大学的科学家们通过实验，给予了合理的证明。他们建立了一个“猎人-猎物”的数学模型———即将蝉比作“猎物”，其天敌比作“猎人”———用数论证明了蝉选择质数作为生命周期可以稳定地保存种群数量。
蝉的生命质数现象，说到底是一种躲避天敌的策略，是进化过程中自然选择导致的结果，是一种极为普通的生物现象。在漫长的流年岁月中，一代一代的蝉儿在“知了知了”的叫声中逝去，它们不知道，神秘的大自然在为它们精确计算着各自的“天命”。这种“天命”运用到社会生活中，就是禅的哲学。
经商也好、科研也好、学*也好，必须注重“新、奇、特”。千人齐挤独木桥，必定会有大-片落水者;万人竞上羊肠道，必定会有许多掉崖者。只有“新、奇、特”，才会像那些生命周期是质数的蝉一样，在可能的情况下尽量减少“天敌”，才有可能更好地生存。
亲爱的同学们：
大家早上好！今天由我来为大家进行课前三分钟的演讲，我感到十分的荣幸。今天我演讲的主题就是自信。
不知道大家有没有听过这么一句话：“我宁愿选择骄傲也不选择自卑。因为骄傲需要资本，资本需要积累，积累需要汗水，而自卑却什么也不需要。”这句话是我在看乔松楼将军在复旦大学演讲视频时偶然间听到的。
每个人的人生都并非一帆风顺，并非永无波浪的湖面。而是一场充满艰辛，坎坷，曲折，充满挑战与挫折的旅途。属于我们的每一个新的一天都是一次挑战。在迎接每日的朝阳时，我们需要足够的自信来克服遇到的困难，不要一遇到一点困难就觉得是世界末日了，其实都会过去的，并没有那么困难。
爱因斯坦的“相对论”发表之后，有人曾炮制了一本《百人驳相对论》，网罗了一批所谓名流对这一理论进行声势浩大的挞伐。可是，爱因斯坦自信自己的理论必然胜利，对哒伐不屑一顾。他说：“假如我的理论是错的，一个人反驳就够了，一百个零加起来还是零。”
同学们，或许我们无法成为像爱因斯坦一样成为为社会做出极大贡献的人。但我们依旧应该向他一样自信的面对一切，面对困难，面对挫折，或许前面有很多的机会在等着我们。
居里夫人说过：“我们应该有恒心，尤其要有自信心！我们必须相信，我们的天赋是要用来做某种事情的，无论发生什么事情，活着的人总要照常工作。”正是自信，支持她在经受了失恋、丧夫、社会上的流言蜚语等打击之后，两次荣获了诺贝尔奖，为人类的科学事业做出了巨大的贡献。
我一直都坚信，自信是一种力量，一种引领我们坚持的力量。无论身处顺境，还是逆境，都应该微笑地，*静地面对人生，有了自信，生活便有了希望。“天生我材必有用”，哪怕命运之神一次次把我们捉弄，只要拥有自信，拥有一颗自强不息、积极向上的心，成功迟早会属于你的。
亲爱的同学们，从今天开始，从现在开始，我们都可以把汗水的积累转化为骄傲，自信的资本。以舍我其谁也的雄心壮志面对我们应该面对的每一次考验。让我们的学*生活成为人生光彩绚丽的回忆。

一个年轻人正值人生巅峰时却被查出患了白血病，无边无际的绝望一下子笼罩了他的心，他觉得生活已经没有任何意义了，拒绝接受任何治疗。

It is a great honor and pleasure to be here on this beautiful Saturday morning to share with you my sentiments about life and passion for the English language.
About a year and a half ago, I took part in my very first English Speech Contest. When I stood before the microphone with all eyes starring directly at me, I could hardly speak. I stood there, embarrassed and helpless, struggling in vain for the right thing to say. My fears had paralyzed me.
While my passion for English has never changed, I lost my courage to speak in public. When my professor again encouraged me to take part in this Competition, I said “no.” I couldn’t endure yet another painful experience. He looked me straight in the eye and said something that pierced my heart. I will never forget his words. “Look,” he said, “We all have our fears, and you have yours. You could twist your ankle in a basketball game, but then be afraid to ever play again. Running away can never dispel your fears, but action will. A winner is not one who never fails，but one who never quits.”
I spent a whole day with his words twisting and turning in my mind. Then I made the bravest and wisest decision of my life: I would face my fears – and take part in the competition!
As it turned out, my dear old professor was right. Now, here I am, once again standing before a microphone. My heart is beating fast, and my mouth is dry, but most importantly, I have faced my fears -- and that makes all the difference!

Good morning. Today I will make a presentation on sincerity between volleyball game and me.
Volleyball that is a less popular sport than basketball and football, while more skillful is my favorite ball game. The game was invented in 1895 as a recreational pastime by American William G. Morgan, the physical education director of the Young Men's Christian Association chapter in Massachusetts. His game, which he originally called Mintonette, quickly became popular, not only in the United States but also around the world.
As everyone knows, in the indoor game, each team has six players and points are scored by successfully landing the ball in the court of the opponents without it being returned successfully. Life is a process of growing up. Saying goodbye to childhood, we step into another important time of life in the pace of young, facing new situations, dealing with different problems.....
人生是一个成长的过程。告别童年,我们步入人生的另一个重要的时间在年轻的步伐,面对新形势,.....处理不同的问题
However, who can really say what the youth is ? A period of time? A belief?An attitude to life? Or anything else? actually, everyone has his own understanding of young, it is a period of time of beauty and wonders, only after you have experienced the sour , sweet ,bitter and salty, can you really become a person of significance.
但是,谁能说青年是什么吗?一段时间吗?一个信念?一个生活态度?还是别的?实际上,每个人都有自己对青春的理解,这是一段时间的美丽和奇迹,只有在你经历了酸、甜、苦、咸，你才能成为一位举足轻重的人物。
Just like A famous poet said "youth is a lovely song ,where nothing is impossible ,youth is a meaningful book, you'll be never bored of it ;youth is a rapid river ,it keeps on flowing day and night ;youth is a cup of tea ,it shows you different kinds of tastes in your life."
就像一位著名的诗人说的“青春是一首可爱的歌曲,没有什么是不可能的,青春是一本有意义的书,你将永远不会无聊,青春是一个快速的河,它继续日夜流动;青春是一杯茶,它向您展示了不同的味道在你的生活中。”
As youth is so precious, of course, we must treasure it .Don't let the limited time pass by, grasping the young will means a better time is waiting for you in the near future.
青春是如此珍贵,当然,我们必须珍惜它。不要让有限的时间经过,抓住年轻将意味着一个更好的时间是在不远的将来等着你。
So,It's necessary for us to prepare ourselves well for the future to come. having a view on those great men in the history of hunman being, they all made full use of their youth time to do things that are useful to society, to the whole mankind, and as a consequence ,they are remembered by later generations, admired by everyone. so do something in the time of young, although you may not get achievements as these greatmen did ,though not for the whole world, just for youeself, for those around!
所以,对我们来说是必要的准备自己的未来。拥有一个对历史上的那些伟人,他们都充分利用他们的青春时间做对社会有用的事情,整个人类,作为一个结果,他们被后人铭记,欣赏每一个人。所以在年轻的时候做点什么,虽然你可能不会得到成就这些伟人一样,虽然不是整个世界,只是为了取个,周围的人!
So, what should we do when we are young? Here,I'll point out some tips to help equip ourselves.
所以,当我们年轻的时候我们应该做什么?在这里,我将指出一些提示,以帮助装备自己。
First of all,think of what you'd like to be some day. A teacher ? A doctor ? A writer? Don't afraid of dreaming of big and great .Since you are young , you can dream of doing anything and becoming anyone in the future.

What's more , never ignore the power of knowledge. Read more books and travel around. For one thing, it can increase your knowledge, for another, it'll broaden your horizon.

Last but not the least , stick to your dream. It easier said than done. After all, future is not all roses. young is just like blooming flowers, they are so beautiful when blooming, which make people feel happy, but with time passing by, after they withers ,most people think they are ugly. and so it is the same with young, we are enthusiastic when we are young, then we may lose our passion when getting older and older. So we should have enough courage and determination to overcome all the difficulties in struggling on the road.
