Ladies and Gentlemen
I'm only going to talk to you just for a minute or so this evening because I have some -- some very sad news for all of you -- Could you lower those signs please? -- I have some very sad news for all of you and I think sad news for all of our fellow citizens and people who love peace all over the world; and that is that Martin Luther King was shot and was killed tonight in Memphis Tennessee.
Martin Luther King dedicated his life to love and to justice between fellow human beings. He died in the cause of that effort. In this difficult day in this difficult time for the United States it's perhaps well to ask what kind of a nation we are and what direction we want to move in. For those of you who are black -- considering the evidence evidently is that there were white people who were responsible -- you can be filled with bitterness and with hatred and a desire for revenge.
We can move in that direction as a country in greater polarization -- black people amongst blacks and white amongst whites filled with hatred toward one another. Or we can make an effort as Martin Luther King did to understand and to comprehend and replace that violence that stain of bloodshed that has spread across our land with an effort to understand compassion and love.
For those of you who are black and are tempted to fill with -- be filled with hatred and mistrust of the injustice of such an act against all white people I would only say that I can also feel in my own heart the same kind of feeling. I had a member of my family killed but he was killed by a white man.
But we have to make an effort in the United States. We have to make an effort to understand to get beyond or go beyond these rather difficult times.
My favorite poem my -- my favorite poet was Aeschylus. And he once wrote:
Even in our sleep pain which cannot forget
falls drop by drop upon the heart
until in our own despair
against our will
comes wisdom
through the awful grace of God.
What we need in the United States is not division; what we need in the United States is not hatred; what we need in the United States is not violence and lawlessness but is love and wisdom and compassion toward one another and a feeling of justice toward those who still suffer within our country whether they be white or whether they be black.
So I ask you tonight to return home to say a prayer for the family of Martin Luther King -- yeah it's true -- but more importantly to say a prayer for our own country which all of us love -- a prayer for understanding and that compassion of which I spoke.
We can do well in this country. We will have difficult times. We've had difficult times in the past but we -- and we will have difficult times in the future. It is not the end of violence; it is not the end of lawlessness; and it's not the end of disorder.
But the vast majority of white people and the vast majority of black people in this country want to live together want to improve the quality of our life and want justice for all human beings that abide in our land.
And let's dedicate ourselves to what the Greeks wrote so many years ago: to tame the savageness of man and make gentle the life of this world. Let us dedicate ourselves to that and say a prayer for our country and for our people.

If there is no money, I can’t use this microphone to speak to you and we can’t have such a room to hold such a competition. Without money, we can’t study in such a schoolyard. Without money, we can’t live in such a hometown. Without money, we can’t have such a motherland. On the other hand, If there is no money, you don’t need to bear my speech about money now.
Most of us have dreams about the future, dreams of having a good job and ma-ki-ng much money. Surely someone has thought at times “If only I had a lot of money, I could be the happiest person in the world.” In fact it’s the main mistake that people make about money.
However, is money the road to happiness? Not really! Many people work every day, work overtime, work weekends to make a lot of money. Are they happy? No. They are too busy ma-ki-ng money. Meanwhile, their personal lives, if they have any, fall apart. They have no time to form or to maintain friendship. They even lose the abilities to relax and to enjoy themselves. Enjoying means taking things, taking time to see, to hear, to taste, to smell, to feel. They do not take time to do this. They say: “I’ll do it when I have enough money to retire” then they find that it is too late.
Why we usually make such a mistake and even more mistakes? Activists say it is because of money itself. They think money has changed many things. For example, they think money has changed our way to measure someone’s value in the society. They even regard money as the source of evil. Also, they hate money, but they are wrong, completely wrong.
In my opinion, it is unfair to money. Money is a tool. Well, there’s no denying that we do something harmful with money. But we can’t say money is the source of evil. Just like a hammer, we can use a hammer to kill someone, but can we say a hammer is a devil? It is the same with money.
Money is neither good nor bad itself. It is a mirror, a perfect and important mirror, and a mirror that reflects both the darkneand the brilliance of humanity. In other words, all depend on us.
So, my fellow students, ladies and gentlemen in the future, ask not what we can do for money, ask what money can do for us, ask what money can do to show the brilliance of humanity. Because, we have the future; we are the future

I love English. English language is now used everywhere in the world. It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. Learning English makes me confident and brings me great pleasure.
When I was seven, my mother sent me to an English school. At there, I played games and sang English songs with other children . Then I discovered the beauty of the language, and began my colorful dream in the English world.
Everyday, I read English following the tapes. Sometimes, I watch English cartoons.

second, about learning english, i think laying a strong foundation is the first and most important step. in other words, you should read and speak english every day. memorizing new words and phrases is also helpful. of course, learning english takes some time, so don’t be impatient. remember, rome wasn’t built in a day. and then since english is not our native tongue, we must develop the muscles of your speech organs to produce unfamiliar sounds. when you read, read as loudly as possible, as clearly as possible and as quickly as possible. tongue muscles’ training is of importance in learning any foreign language.
third, if you want to speak good english, please don’t care how poorly well you speak, only care about catching the chances to speak. you must enjoy losing face, just forget about your face. the more you speak, the better your english will become. the more mistakes you make, the more progreyou will make. you must enjoy speaking poor english, because speaking is the only thing that will lead you towards success. don’t give up. just try your best. every time you move your mouth, your memory will deepen, your muscles will strengthen. you can make it.
i have made a considerable amounts of public english speaking in my life, i am often asked why the crazy english method is better than other methods or if the crazy english method will help all english learners. my answer is, the method will help the english learners because it is a perfect match with the chinese principles of diligence, self-help and determination. mere exposure to english will not enable you to speak english. if you want to drive you have to get in the car and drive, if you want to dance you have to turn on the music and dance, if you want to swim you have to jump in the water and swim. in fact, swimming is the perfect comparison to learning english. you can’t learn to swim by sitting in a room and reading books about swimming skills. in order to be a swimmer you’ve got to conquer you fear, you’ve got to survive and suck in water, yell for help, you’ve got to lose face many times before you can make it. but, to be a good swimmer you’ve got to practice again and again. to be a great swimmer you have to practice for years until you can harmonize every part of your body and mind.
THE first time I saw Bao was in 20xx the year when Thomas and Uber Cup was held. At that time he was playing against Li zongwei who is also a good player from Malaysia. Bao beat him. To tell the truth at first the reason why I liked him was just because I thought he was pretty.xxxxmaybe it is not a suitable word but I think no better word can describe him he is really pretty!xxx From that time I have focused on him. Then gradually I found that he not only has good appearance but also has a talent for badminton.
He is very tall about 1.90 meters. He is the tallest one among all the players in the Chinese Badminton Team. In fact his techniques are comprehensive but he is lack of passion the desire to win is not so strong. So he always has misplays. Due to this he seldom wins the gold medal. I think this is related to his character. He is easygoing and couth; he looks as if he will never get angry with anybody. So this affects him while he is playing badminton. In a period of time critical voice has come towards him. He is under great pressure. He was not in the best state. But recently he cheers up again. Several days ago the Chinese Badminton Championship 20xx was held in Guangzhou. I went to see him on Saturday. I was very excited and I shouted loudly hoping he could hear me. There is no doubt that he won the game. Before he went away he waved hand to us how excited I was at that time! The next day he beat Li zongwei again and he won the man’s single gold medal. All of us are very happy. After 7 years which could be a long time for an athlete he proved himself again in Guangzhou which is considered as his lucky place.
I think this will be the energy of his advancing. And I hope he can keep this fighting will and win the gold medal in the 29th Olympic Games held in Beijing!

有些报表在他看来纯属浪费时间，毫无一点用处。比如有一个报表要求每个学校每年报送一次校舍的面积，自从伯明罕来到这个乡村学校，校舍面积从来就没有过一*方米的增减。伯明罕有一次负气地拒送这张表格，没过多久，教育部门就派人光顾了这所几乎被人遗忘的学校，警告伯明罕说，如果再不按时报送他们所要求的各种报表，他们就将关闭这所学校。从那以后，伯明罕虽然心中充满不满，但再也不敢怠慢。 前几年，伯明罕都是如实地填写那个不变的数字，表格送上去后就如同石沉大海，再无任何反应。这一年，伯明罕突发奇想，决定变化一下数字，他将校舍面积乘二以后得出的数字填在了报表上，报上去后仍然没有得到任何反馈。第二年，他将数字在上年的基础上又增加了一倍，仍然是没人理睬。此后数年，他都如法炮制，一次增加一倍，不断膨胀的数字丝毫没有引起教育部门的注意。直到有一年，伯明罕望着自己填写的数字，决定计算一下，如果自己的学校真有这么大面积校舍的话，那究竟有多大。计算出的结果令他大吃一惊，他上报的“学校”太大了，不仅远远大于圣保罗大教堂，而且远大于爱尔兰的任何一所学校，甚至还大于剑桥大学和牛津大学。 伯明罕暗自猜测，校舍面积不断扩大符合教育官员的要求，所以虽然没有任何反馈，但也没人来学校找事。
如果将校舍面积缩小，教育部门会不会派人来查访呢？伯明罕将大得惊人的校舍面积缩小了一半报了上去，几个月过去了，仍然没人理睬。以后几年，伯明罕都成倍缩小数字，直到他告别学校，都没有见到教育官员的影子。 伯明罕最终明白，他所上报的大大小小的数字，其实根本没有一个人会哪怕是心不在焉地瞄上一眼，没有人需要这个数字，他们需要的只是那张报表，不，他们连报表也不需要，需要报表的是流于形式的所谓的条款、规章、规定或制度。

大导演史蒂文·斯皮尔伯格决定回到加州大学修完当年还没有读完的电影系学分。
1965年，史蒂文·斯皮尔伯格在加大电影系二年级时拍了一部22分钟的短片，参加亚特兰大电影节，好莱坞的投资者看了，马上与他签约，斯皮尔伯格因此辍学，到好莱坞发展。事实证明这一步是对的，如果他当年不把握机会，坚持要完成学业，他或许成不了大师。

We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.
So we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of now.
This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism.
Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice.
Now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of Gods children.
Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.

With the development of technology more and more people are fond of using Internet. It is particularly popular among young people. Just like the coin has two sides internet also has its own advantages and disadvantages.
First of all the Internet has brought people great convenience in getting information entertainment and contact with each other. As for our students it is a useful tool when we meet problems. When we are tired a piece of light music will help us relax. If we have free time we can enjoy movies or interesting cartoons. But there is also bad influence. Some of the young teenagers are addicted to com*r games and some even play games all night. Because of lacking in sleep those students can not focus on in the class . The most serious harm of com*r games come from their contents which affects teenagers mental health. Many games involve violence such as fighting and killing. When they enjoy the pleasure of success a violent turn of mind is developed and rooted in them which may induce future violent behaviour in their life.
So when com*rs entertaining function is highly spoken of such a problem does deserve our serious concern.
In addition long times working before com*r also does harm to health. The radiation from the com*r can arose many uncomfortable feelings. like a headache poor eyesight.
At last people who are fond of making friends on line should also be careful. Many convicts use Internet as a way to cheat. Although it has many disadvantages Internet has become an indispensable part of peoples life in recent years. In my point of view it’s wrong to blame Internet itself it’s all depend on the way we use it. If we use it in a right way it can be one of the best friends in our life.

我一辈子幸福感最强烈的时候，是什么时候?主要是两段时光。一段是谈恋爱的时候。
我在上初中的时候，就暗恋一个女生，她坐在我后面三四排的样子。上课的时候我就老是回头去看她，后来慢慢地我就想让她知道我在看她，老去盯着她看，她也知道了。只要我回头看她，她就脸红了。我现在还记得她的样子，圆脸，经常穿一件绿色的衣服，那时候脑子里面老是在打腹稿，写情书，怎么样给她写情书。初三的时候，她坐在我旁边，那时候我就特别幸福。
然后我十七岁进了北京大学，那个真正是进入了青春期了。有一天我突然发现，世界上有这么多漂亮的姑娘，顿时觉得这个世界美好极了，人生美好极了。那个时候我写了很多很多诗，都是爱情诗，但是没有对象的。或者说看见一个可爱的女孩，就来写一首，其实我不认识她。她盯我一眼，我心跳半天，回去写一首诗。
爱情确实是人生幸福的，一个非常重要的内容。两个人相爱，不管爱了多久，可能后来分手了，但是你们在一起相爱的那段时间，都是美好的。如果说最后分手了，你们不要互相埋怨，都要感恩，感谢对方给了你一段美好的日子。现在很多人往往是怨，互相埋怨，我觉得没有必要。那有的人就说了，他说当然爱是美好的，但是他对我不是爱，他是骗了我。那我说，你也不要埋怨，你应该怎么样?你应该蔑视他，他不值得你爱，也不值得你怨。怨也是一种很重的感情，你要节省感情，不要浪费在他身上。

无论你多么忙，都要和自己的家人一起吃晚饭，餐桌上一定要有笑声欢语，这个比有车有房有钱重要得多。一个人钱再多，他的车、他的房再豪华，如果没有这些，我说他是很可怜的，他在这个世界上是个孤魂野鬼。所以这是我讲的第一个观点，要珍惜*凡的生活。
你要享受生命，享受生命单纯的快乐。你要享受你的智力，享受老天给人的这些得天独厚的禀赋，这是做人的幸福。
我认为最重要的智力品质是什么?一个就是好奇心，对事物、对世界、对知识充满了兴趣。其实我在我女儿身上就看得很清楚，她小时候好奇心非常强烈。我的女儿啾啾，她四岁五岁的时候，她问她妈妈，她说：“妈妈，云的上面是什么?”妈妈说：“云的上面是星星。”她问：“星星的上面是什么?”妈妈说：“星星的上面还是星星吧。”她说：“我问的是最后的最后是什么?”妈妈说：“没有最后吧。”她奇怪了，她回过头来就问我，她说：“爸爸，这怎么会呢?”她指指我们家的天花板，她的意思说天也应该有个天花板吧?也应该有个最后吧?这个问的是什么问题?就是世界在空间上是有限还是无限的。
她又问她妈妈，她说：“妈妈，有一个问题你肯定回答不了。”妈妈说：“什么问题?”她说：“你告诉我世界的一辈子有多长?”这是世界在时间上有限和无限的问题。她又问，她说：“妈妈，世界上第一个人是从哪儿来的?”妈妈说：“中国神话里面说是女娲造的。”她马上问：“女娲是谁造的?”对生命、对人类的起源追根究底，这是典型的哲学性的追问。
那么又过了几天，她问我一个问题，她说：“爸爸，在世界的另一个地方，会不会还有另一个我?”我一听这个问题，我汗毛竖起来了。我说：“可能吧，说不定你还会遇到她呢。”她马上非常生气地打断我，她说：“不会的。”然后转过头去跟她妈妈说：“妈妈，有一天当你老了的时候。”实际上她是委婉地说，当你死了的时候。她说：“当你老了的时候，在世界的另一个地方，又会生存一个人来，那个人长得跟你完全不一样，但她就是你。”老天，她讲的是轮回，我的汗毛又竖起来了。
真的，孩子真不能小看，你们小时候一定也想过这种问题，提过这个问题，可能当时家长叫你不要胡思乱想。这哪是胡思乱想，这是最重要的问题，最根本的问题，想把人生的大问题弄清楚，要不生活得不踏实。有这种感觉的人，你就是有哲学天分的，看来我的女儿是有哲学天分的。但是自从进了小学以后，这样的问题就越来越少了，问的都是作业怎么做的问题了，一个哲学家就这样被扼杀了。
那么我们怎么样让孩子的聪明保持下来?教育到底要达到什么目的?现在的教育，它的目标太狭隘了，太可怜了。
英国有个哲学家叫怀特海，他说过一句话，他说什么是教育?教育就是等你把你在课堂上学的东西都忘记了，把你为考试而背诵的东西都忘记了，那剩下的东西就是教育。
所以，我经常也跟家长们谈，今天在坐的可能也有家长。做家长的应该怎么办?一条就是为素质教育加分，家庭里面最重要的教育就是熏陶。家长自己是一个爱生活的人，爱读书，爱思考问题，然后经常和孩子交流，在这样一个环境里面，孩子自然而然就会往那个方向发展，他的素质就会提高。
还有一点就是给应试教育减负，我的女儿啾啾，因为她在小学的时候基本上在班上都是第一第二，然后到了初中，排名就往下了一点，基本上是第四第五吧。我就说第四第五非常好，比第一第二好多了。我说：“你就保持这个，很好，爸爸非常满意。”然后有一次期末考试，不小心考了一个全年级第一，我就批评她了，我说：“你怎么考的?我们不是已经约定好了吗?你怎么就考了个第一，下不为例。”我是不想让她因为考了第一，然后就有压力了，以后还要争这个第一。
其实所有的家长都是爱孩子的，但是我觉得有些家长爱的方法不对，从幼儿园、小学、中学、大学直至以后那个工作，恨不得给他全部都安排好，他以为他这样做，就给了孩子一个美好的未来。我告诉你才不是呢!孩子的未来绝对不掌握在你的手里面，掌握在谁的手里面?掌握在孩子自己的手里。你要把孩子培养出一个好的素质、好的心态，让他既能自己去追求幸福、创造幸福，又能承受人生必不可免的苦难，这样你的教育就成功了。
这个时代我们谈幸福谈的很多，但是为什么感到自己幸福的人其实不多?你没有弄清楚人生什么东西是最重要的最宝贵的，往往把那些次要的不太宝贵的东西看得太重要了，把你的全部力量都使在那里，结果呢?得不到，你痛苦;得到了，你也并不幸福。
老天给了我们每个人一条命一颗心，把这条命照看好，把这颗心安顿好，人生就是圆满的，就是幸福的，我讲完了。
他生长在爱尔兰的都柏林，刚出生时四肢健全，但严重瘫痪，让他无法移动。他患了非常严重的脑性麻痹，发音不准，全身上下只有左脚能动。7岁那年，他坐着轮椅，和家人来到公园玩。几个小朋友正在比赛画画，他用羡慕的眼光盯着他们，“啊啊”地叫着，不肯离开。一个小朋友似乎看懂了他的意思，大声笑道：“你连话都说不清楚，量你也画不出好东西来。不要吵着我们啦!”
他伤心地离开了，回到家，为了让姐姐了解他的意思，他用左脚从她那里抓来一支粉笔，试着画呀画，可是他就是画不好。姐姐陪在他身边，鼓励他说：“我相信你能画好，上帝只不过暂时解除了你的武装，让你不能像其他孩子一样画画，但只要肯花工夫练*，一定可以画出精彩的画来。只要有梦想，什么都做得到。”
他渐渐长大了，一直很勤奋地学*用左脚画画、写字。他的家人坚信他的智力没有障碍，只是无法与人沟通。家人下定决心要让他尽可能过正常的生活，于是把他放在推车里，拉着他到处跑，让他多认识外面的世界。他的左脚被他练得越来越灵活，他竟然学会了游泳。在家时，他总是全神贯注地练*画画，他也开始学写作。他的脚趾常常被磨破，但他忍着疼痛继续练;他写的稿子退稿很多，但他没有灰心。他从一个失败又前进到另一个失败，他的热情不减。他告诉自己再多撑一天、一个星期、一个月，再多撑一年吧。慢慢地他发现，他又有了极大的热情。当他的画作在全市获奖，处女作《我的左脚》经过多次修改也得以发表时，他感觉眼界被打开了，原来，人生充满了可能性，他相信，前方一定会有更美好的日子。
他品尝到了写作和画画的乐趣，从此一发不可收拾。虽然每画一幅画，每写一篇文章，他都很吃力，脚被磨出了血泡不说，他还常常收到退稿，但他从来不肯放弃，他要拥抱每一个机会。
他的妈妈通过一位医生的协助，将他送到约翰·霍普金斯医院，他获得了很好的治疗。他特别尊敬这位了不起的医生，这位医生后来不仅为他和其他脑性麻痹人士创办了一家医院，而且把他介绍给文坛。几位爱尔兰知名作家鼓励他创作，他受到了很大的鼓舞。27岁时，他花了很多心血写了小说《那些低潮的日子》。令人兴奋的是，小说一经发表就荣登畅销小说榜第一名，并被改编成电影，由丹尼尔·戴·路易斯主演，戴·路易斯也因该片获得奥斯卡最佳男主角奖。他后来又出版了6本书，另外，他也是一位积极创作的画家。
他叫克利斯帝·布朗，成了知名作家、诗人和画家，很多人非常惊讶。克利斯帝在日记中写道：“正像姐姐曾教我的那样，只要功夫深，没有什么事是做不到的!在风雨中，要勇敢坚定;在黑暗中，要咬紧牙关前行;面对沙漠，心中要充满绿洲。只有像蝉一样，经历苦痛，决不放弃，一定能一飞冲天!轮椅上的孩子都应该去尝试每一件事。”
路，在一个瘫痪姑娘的脚下延伸……
张海迪1955年出生在山东半岛文登县的一个知识分子家庭里。5岁的时候，胸部以下完全失去了知觉，生活不能自理。医生们一致认为，象这种高位截瘫病人，一般很难活过27岁。在死神的威胁下，张海迪意识到自己的生命也许不会长久了，她为没有更多的时间工作而难过，更加珍惜自己的分分秒秒，用勤奋的学*和工作去延长生命。
她在日记中写到：“我不能碌碌无为地活着，活着就要学*，就要多为群众做些事情。既然是颗流星，就要把光留给人间，把一切奉献给人民。”
1970年，她随带领知识青年下乡的父母到莘县尚楼大队插队落户，看到当地群众缺医少药带来的痛苦，便萌生了学*医术解除群众病痛的念头。她用自己的零用钱买来了医学书籍、体温表、听诊器、人体模型和药物，努力研读了《针灸学》、《人体解剖学》、《内科学》、《实用儿科学》等书。为了认清内脏，她把小动物的心肺肝肾切开观察，为了熟悉针灸穴位，她在自己身上画上了红红蓝蓝的点儿，在自己的身上练针体会针感。功夫不负有心人，她终于掌握了一定的医术，能够治疗一些常见病和多发病，在十几年中，为群众治病达1万多人次。
后来，她随父母迁到县城居住，一度没有安排工作。她从保尔・柯察金和吴运铎的事迹中受到鼓舞，从高玉宝写书的经历中得到启示，决定走文学创作的路子，用自己的笔去塑造美好的形象，去启迪人们的心灵。她读了许多中外名著，写日记、读小说、背诗歌、抄录华章警句，还在读书写作之余练素描、学写生、临摹名画、学会了识简谱和五线谱，并能用手风琴、琵琶、吉他等乐器弹奏歌曲。现在她已是山东省文联的专业创作人员，她的作品《轮椅上的梦》问世，又一次在社会上引起了强烈反响。认准了目标，不管面前横隔着多少艰难险阻，都要跨越过去，到达成功的彼岸，这便是张海迪的性格。有一次，一位老同志拿来一瓶进口药，请她帮助翻译文字说明，看着这位同志失望地走了，张海迪便决心学*英语，掌握更多的知识。从此，她的墙上、桌上、灯上、镜子上、乃至手上、胳膊上都写上了英语单词，还给自己规定每天晚上不记10个单词就不睡觉。家里来了客人，只要会点英语的，都成了她的老师。经过7、8个年头的努力，她不仅能够阅读英文版的报刊和文学作品，还翻译了英国长篇小说《海边诊所》，当她把这部书的译稿交给某出版社的总编时，这位年过半百的老同志感动得流下了热泪，并热情地为该书写了序言：《路，在一个瘫痪姑娘的脚下延伸》。
以后，张海迪又不断进取，学*了日语、德语和世界语。海迪还尽力帮助周围的青年，鼓励他们热爱生活、珍惜青春，努力学*为人民服务的本领，为祖国的兴旺发达献出自己的光和热。不少青少年在她的辅导下考取了中学、中专和大学，不少迷惘者在与她的接触中受到启发和教育变得充实和高尚起来。张海迪在轮椅上唱出了高昂激越的生命之歌，这支歌的主旋律是：一个人生命的价值在于为祖国富强、人民幸福而勇敢开拓、无私奉献.

海伦·凯勒双目失明、两耳失聪，却努力的从一个让人同情默默无闻的小女孩变成让全世界尊敬的女强人。如果生活真的不公*，那么，生活对她的不公*可谓到了极致。她完全可以放弃她的梦想躲在阴暗的角落里放声痛哭，没有人会责怪她，她也完全可以躺在床上或坐在轮椅上，像一个植物人一样由人服侍。可是这一切，她都没有做，她只是吃力的在老师的帮助下学*盲语，触摸着事物，仅仅凭着她永不言弃的信念和坚持不懈的.意志。
她把她理想的天空涂上了人生最亮的色彩。

拿起手中的笔，任不着边际的思想在脑海中激荡，多少次满怀希望，不厌其烦地重复着这个动作，又有多少次两手空空地过完整个学期。说实话，以前的文章都只是为应付作业，因此即使是用遍了好词好句，但它依旧是毫无感情的，就像穿了华丽外衣而毫无内涵的人一样，虚无内容。同时，我不是作家，不懂得用键盘敲出心中的波澜：我不是画家，不懂得用手下的笔描绘出心中的色彩;我更不是舞蹈家，不懂得用婀娜的身姿舞出心中的喜悦。或许，我只是一个空想家，空想着《天亮从自家天窗开始》，空想着《每天都有彩虹》，空想着《最美好的时刻》便是在人生最失意的时候《怀揣两块糖》和《半瓶阳光》。
端详着这本前进道路上的指路明灯，尽情遨游在励志与哲理的海洋中。
在《一路阳光》面前，用心底的善和爱铺出的路，让这个没人陪伴的孕妇在做产检的路上成了世界上最幸福的人。

大家下午好!我今天演讲的题目是《再“坏”一点，希望就会降临》。
克劳德・艾金斯，从小智力低下，学*成绩一塌糊涂，但总算凑合上了高中。父母眼见得儿子上大学无望，希望他能在体育上有所发展，便托人把儿子弄到学校篮球队。但克劳德・艾金斯低能的智商很让教练失望，动作总是不得要领，一个简单的罚球动作，就够他无休无止地练*了，他因此被大家送了个绰号“出色的罚球手”。
那是一次很重要的比赛，克劳德・艾金斯所在的球队被对手打得落花流水，队员和教练已无心再战，但比赛还是要打完的，有队员建议教练，反正也打不赢，就让从未上过场的克劳德・艾金斯去露露脸。
克劳德・艾金斯兴奋无比地披挂上阵了，一有罚球，队员便把球传给他，他虽然信心百倍，但每次总是把球投丢，如此反复，他却乐此不疲。以至后来，对方队员竟和他开玩笑，把自己队的罚球也传给他，但他不管不顾，依然专心投篮，球仍屡投不进。尽管如此，观众还是以热烈的掌声鼓励他，这让克劳德・艾金斯更加兴奋。就在离终场最后3秒钟时，奇迹出现了，克劳德・艾金斯又接到一个传球，他不慌不忙，微笑着把球投了出去，只见那球在空中划过一个漂亮的弧线，然后稳稳当当地落进了篮筐内。顿时全场沸腾了，观众起立为克劳德・艾金斯欢呼鼓掌，他也为自己有生以来投进的第一个球欣喜若狂，激动得脱掉了上衣，一边高喊挥舞，一边满场狂奔。

大家好!
我是李娜，打网球的，我想大家应该很好奇，从我9月19日宣布退役，然后到现在已经有一周的时间了，这一周的时间是怎么过的。19日发布的微博，其实那个时候我很惊讶，就是我没有想到自己，就是作为一名职业球员退役，这件事情会有那么大反应。其实第一次大家有看到，刚才短片在第一次开新闻发布会的时候，在上场之前，我是特别特别的紧张，虽然经历过很多新闻发布会。但是这一次是完全完全不一样的。原来可能是有时候不管是赢球啊还是输球，会带有一点点情绪在里面，但这一次的情绪是很紧张的，在我没上场之前，我还跟我的团队说，完了，我怎么那么紧张啊。就是那种手脚发凉，就感觉那心跳如果嘴巴张开，心就跳出来的那种感觉。然后他们就觉得奇怪说，上过那么多次新闻发布会，为什么会这么紧张。我想可能是第一次吧，有这样的机会跟所有的媒体说再见的时候，因为就像刚才说的，所有的运动员不管你在任何一个档次，或者说不管是任何一个项目，只要是球员，都会有面临退役的一天，只是这一天，是来得早还是来得晚而已。其实这个礼拜的心情，怎么说呢，可能对以前来说会相对比较轻松。因为不用每天起床以后去顾忌我今天的时间表是什么样的，但是心里还是会不舍。因为毕竟网球陪伴了我这么多年，可是当你要跟它说再见的时候，你会觉得，我有问过自己，说我这决定是正确的还是错误的。
其实在做过这个决定之前，我想过差不多4到6个礼拜，才做了退役的决定。因为我是7月底的时候，我做了左边膝盖的手术，我也曾想过再次回到球场上，可是忘记了自己已经三十二岁了。因为上一次的手术是我在28岁的时候做的，相隔4年以后，我一直还以为自己，李娜还是原来的李娜，康复的时间还跟以前一样。可是这一次可能做不到了，我想也是最好的时间可以跟大家说再见。但是呢因为是自己热爱的事业，所以我的未来会计划就是可以拥有自己的网球学校，然后帮助到更多的小朋友们。就是希望打网球可是很多人没有这样的环境或者机会的。我希望能够为他们提供这样的机会，所以这也是我个人的一个想法。当然了，家庭生活是必不可少的一部分，也很感谢网球让我认得了姜山，可以跟他一起拥有了一个家庭。所以非常期待可以有做妈妈的一天，然后希望他的成长之路跟我是不一样的，他可以完全自由选择，我们不会去强迫他们不愿意做的事情，希望他们可以自由，然后可以让他们自由发挥。
在来这之前想过要讲什么呢，不知道要讲什么，因为自己一直觉得做的事情很简单，就是拿着拍子打球而已，在打球的时候不知道自己有什么影响力。可是当退役之后，收到那么多祝福之后，我觉得我做人还可以，不是很失败嘛，最起码还有这么多人愿意记得你。但是我要澄清一点啊，李娜心理没有问题。所以我是觉得，真的，请某些人可以给球员更宽松的环境，让他们更自由地发挥，不要因为一两场球的失利，而做很坚决的判断，因为我觉得一个是没有资格去评论另一个人的，因为每个人的生活方式不一样，成长经历不一样，而且他所经历的东西你并没有亲眼见到或者是亲自体会到，你凭什么去说别人，还说你比他做得更好。所以我想说的是，体育圈真的不容易，因为体育圈是靠成绩说话的，大家只是看到球员光鲜的一面，夺得冠军之后怎么样怎么样，可是并没有看到，在为了拿到好成绩上的这条路上他们艰难的付出。可能大家觉得暑假就应该在家玩啊，写写作业，可是对于体育圈的人来说，我们没有寒暑假，我们没有节假日，包括在大家所谓的春节的时候，我们也没有。所以这是作为一个体育运动员恳请大家可以给我们一个更宽松的环境，让我们更好的为国争光。
我从打网球到慢慢的喜欢上网球，中间用了20xx年的时间，这20xx年的时间，大家可能觉得，哎，你既然不喜欢，为什么还要坚持。因为自己自认为是一个很孝顺的女儿。所以在父母帮我选择了以后，我不愿去辜负他们对我的心愿，或者他们的心意。然后这么一直走下去，一直到我第一次退役，在读书两年以后，我才慢慢慢慢地喜欢上网球这个事业。一直到*两年，我才慢慢地了解到我自己这个人，了解到网球这个项目。
我是想这么说，大家觉得自己最好的好朋友是谁?你们都会说一个名字吧。但是很少想过自己，因为自己是最了解自己的。但是有时候可能一些内心深处的东西大家不愿意去勇敢地面对，因为其实很简单，作为个人项目来说，如果我们输球了，我们找理由的话，是最好的一种原谅自己的方式，我可以说今天的天气不好，今天我的感觉不好，今天对手打得比较好，可是真正输球的原因是什么呢?在这两年，其实，我都会感谢带过我的教练或者我的体能师，但是在跟卡洛斯合作以前，我一直都没有太明白，网球对我的意义是什么，当我跟他合作这两年以来，我跟他第一次见面的时候，他就问我一句话，他说其实你不是一个心理很脆弱的人，他说因为你是一个心理太强大，你不愿意去分担你的想法，所以当你出现问题的时候，你的团队你的朋友不知道你当时是一个什么样的想法，当时他说完以后，我觉得，嗯，他说得不对，他根本就不了解我。怎么会在我们第一次见面的时候就会说到这样的问题，可是慢慢慢慢地我学会了释放自己，学会了去包容自己，因为原来会觉得赢了球是应该的，输了球怎么会输球呢。因为可能从小的一些经历让我对自己没有那么大的信心，包括在我进到所谓的职业圈子以后，因为那时候排名可能才5、60左右，然后有个教练说，你肯定可以打进前二十。那是我在从事了网球差不多20xx年到20xx年左右的时间以后，我是听到第一位教练说，我可以打进世界前20，可是那时候我说不可能，我说前20多难啊，因为那时候对自己完全没有信心，没有人给我灌输说，李娜是一位很优秀的.球员，你一定可以做到你期待做到的。可是那时候完完全全地否认自己。
我不知道大家是否跟我一样，在我第一次为自己设定目标的时候，大家刚刚看的那个短片，在我十五岁的时候我说过，我希望可以打进世界前十。其实目标在那边，可是我不知道怎么去走，就像青蛙在玻璃杯里，前途是光明的，但是没有出路。这是我当时的感觉，然后到后来还是很感谢就是，可能随着年龄越来越成熟，所谓的成熟，也就是在圈子里面，待的时间比较长，然后包括一些我愿意去分享自己内心很深的想法时候，我觉得，噢，原来李娜你真的可以做到，而且特别这两年，我是从内心深处有特别感谢年轻时的李娜，因为相信如果没有小时候李娜像傻子一样坚持的话，肯定也不会有今天的李娜在这边。
我想最后再跟大家说一点，我相信每个人都有自己的梦想，不管将来你是想当律师、医生，还是幼儿园的老师，其实只要你们能坚持自己的目标，虽然过程很艰辛，肯定会遇到各种各样的困难或者不顺，但是请大家为了自己的梦想一定要坚持下去，要相信你们自己，可以做到心目中的自己，或者做得更好，所以在这里希望大家可以实现自己的梦想，让我们的以后更美好!

非常感谢大家的欢迎，但我得实事求是地说，我很不情愿地站在这，因为我很怕来到这里，又被贴上一个标签叫青年导师，我身上标签够多的了，用得最多的叫学术超男，我真的不想再贴上一个标签叫青年导师。我今天来只是想和我们的青年朋友们在一起探讨、交流、分享，如果说有导师的话，我希望你们也同时是我的导师，我们互为导师。
请问十八岁的时候，你们在想什么，干什么?高考? 都在高考!我十八岁的时候干了什么呢?我十八岁的时候做了一个勇敢的决定，参加新疆生产建设兵团，那么我为什么做这样一个勇敢的决定呢?读了这本书，这本书是苏联作家维拉凯斯特林卡亚写的，它的名字叫――《勇敢》，它描述的呢是莫斯科和列宁格勒的一批***到西伯利亚，就是苏联的远东去建设一座共青城，我读了这本书以后热血沸腾，我说我也去，我也写一本中国的《勇敢》，我要成为中国的维拉凯斯特林卡亚，坚决去了。而且还非常幸运的是到了乌鲁木齐以后分单位，就把我分到了农八师共青团农场，我马上就想起了一首歌，而且我就是唱着这个歌去的，这首歌叫《***之歌》，有会唱的吗?我们告别了亲爱的妈妈，请你吻别你的儿子吧，再见吧妈妈，别难过，莫悲伤，祝福我们一路*安吧……走了，根本没有考虑妈妈的感受，后来我爸才告诉我，我妈每天晚上哭，就是要去。
要实现自己的目标，实现自己的理想，但是去了以后，才发现，那个被诗意地描述过的地方，证明了生活不是诗，等待着我们的是无法形容的寂寞，单调、劳累、纠结，我就住进了牛棚跟牛住在一块，第一天干活干什么?挤牛奶!我就上去挤，根本挤不出来。名人励志演讲稿――易中天：这是我的选择。老职工就跟我说，不是这样挤的，你得先让小牛吃一口，把它奶胀出来，我说这小牛怎么弄呢?他说你把这小牛放了让它吃吧，小牛栓在旁边，我把小牛解开了，小牛冲过去，一口咬住了，就吃奶，我在旁边看着。老职工说，你怎么还看着?它都吃完了，你还挤什么?我说这怎么弄呢? 你拽过来啊!好吧，我去拽那牛，根本拽不动!出生牛犊不怕虎，它还怕我吗?好不容易拽过来，又把它拴上，它又挣脱了。挤了大概这么多，母牛发现了，很愤怒地一脚就把奶桶踢翻了，然后顺便也给了我一脚，这老职工说你怎么这么笨!
后来班长过来说，要不你去放牛吧，班长给了我一根棍，这么长，很结实的棍，我说拿棍干嘛呢?打狼啊?他说狼倒是没有，打牛，牛不听话你就打它，我没管这个，我就带了本书，装在口袋里，赶着牛出去了，出去以后牛在那吃草，我就看书，看了一会，一看，牛没了!只有一头牛还在跟前，正准备往前冲，我赶快拎着棍子过去我就，你站住!你上哪去?牛看了我一眼，然后走了，最后我的跟前，一头牛都没有，然后只好拎着棍子一个一个去赶牛，然后就很快把我从畜牧班调出来，我到了大田班，然后在兵团干完了所有的，几乎所有的脏活、累活、苦活、比方说有一种活叫脱裤腿，就是棉花苗长到这么高的时候，要把棉花苗下面的两片叶子把它打掉，因为它苗只有这么高，你这样是够不着的，得跪下来，跪下来以后两只手去弄，然后膝行，一爬就是一天，兵团的田叫条田，那个条田叫一望无际，根本看不到头，你每天必须从这一头爬到那一头，然后把另外两行的叶子打完，再爬回来，这一天的活就算干完了，你要是速度不够，你回不了家，你根本回不来。那个时候我看着那一望无际的条田，我就想，我的希望在哪里，现在很多年轻人说，我看不到希望，看不到希望，你到条田去看看!
后悔吗?不后悔!因为那是我自己的决定，我不后悔，我到现在都认为，当我服从自己的内心最强烈的冲动的时候，不管它的结局是怎么样，不管将来我会吃多少苦，我无怨无悔。选择即负责!人生能有几回“二”，何不潇洒“二”一回。所以我到今天还很“二”，我的“二”劲一直保留下来，就是在那么艰苦的环境下，我想我既然是做了这个梦，虽然生活不是诗，虽然生活没有像我想想象的那样，可以给我提供那么多素材，让我成为一位伟大的作家，但是我的梦我得继续做下去。所以我当时读了很多的书，而且正是由于这样一个积累，最后让我考上了武汉大学。我毕业以后，住过办公室，住过筒子楼，一直很艰苦很艰苦地过来，我现在很清楚的记得1998年，厦门大学房改，学校分给我一套房子，因为那时候我已经是教授了，112*方，七打折，八打折，折下来，你们猜多少钱?三万!不是每*方啊，总价!我买不起!
我后来为什么要去做电视呢?我为什么要去上《百家讲坛》呢?不是那些媒体猜测的，说什么你上了《百家讲坛》，你就大红大紫，你就能出名，你就能挣很多钱!根本不是这样，那时候谁上《百家讲坛》挣钱啊?做一期节目，1000块钱，扣掉税，960，我算了一个很简单的账，一个月播四期，是4000块钱，一年做下来48000，就这么简单的动机就去了。我觉得我这一生好像很多事情我是没有想过的，我真的没有想很多很多，我也没什么纠结，轻轻松松就去了，但总是有得有失，我就想明白，我既然是有得有失，我为什么不“二”一把,我绝不想我做成能有什么好处，那么我只考虑一个问题，一旦做砸了，我要承担的那个代价。我是担得起，还是担不起。如果这个代价我是负担得起，做!
20xx年我上《百家讲坛》，20xx年《品三国》，我也不想谦虚了，装谦虚，确实出名了!两件事告诉我，我出名了!第一件事情，我在香港遇到一对老夫妇，过来说，你是不是易中天，第二件事情就是20xx年，八月份，《品三国》在北京首发，当时西单图书大厦，被排队来签名的读者团团围住，把西单图书大厦围了一个圈以后，还排不过来，从地下车库穿过去，一直穿到居民区，然后居民打110报警，北京市西城区**分局来了一个副局长，17辆警车，100个警员维持秩序，这大概就是世俗眼睛里的成功吧，同样按照世俗的眼光，我易中天好歹也算是功成名就，同样按照这样的眼光，我应该含饴弄孙，安享晚年，但是我突然有一种冲动，我决定要写一部三十六卷史的《易中天中华史》。。就是像这样的一本书，要写36本，又是什么概念呢?两个月写一本，得6年，而两个月是写不了一本的，因此得8年，到8年，就接*李昌钰的年龄了，我不知道到那时候能不能像李昌钰一样，把小撒放翻了。当时消息发布以后，就有人表态说，这事如果不是易老师疯了，就是我疯了。可是我就是想做啊，我就是内心有一种强烈的冲动，我就是想写这么一部东西，我现在可以告诉诸位的是，已经出到第八本了，我还会写下去，一直到无能为力为止。
非常巧的是，前不久参加中央电视台的一档纪录片的拍摄，纪录片叫《客从何处来》，到了湖北省图书馆，拍这个纪录片我才知道，图书馆里放着我曾祖父的一套书，叫《太*草木萌芽录》，而且最神奇的是，我发现这本书里面，我曾祖父给他的子孙有一条遗训，自叙*生志愿，荣华富贵皆在所后，惟望子孙留心正学，他年蔚为名儒，则真使吾九原含笑矣，群孙勉乎哉!我这个时候我才神奇地知道，我居然是在完成曾祖父的遗愿，通过这次拍摄我也才知道，我身上的这股劲，这个力量，被《客从何处来》剧组称之为血脉遗产!
各位同学、各位领导：
大家上午好!
非常荣幸我能这里和大家一起谈谈北大。
可以说，北大是改变了我一生的地方，是提升了我自己的地方，使我从一个农村孩子最后走向了世界的地方。毫不夸张地说，没有北大，肯定就没有我的今天。北大给我留下了一连串美好的回忆，大概也留下了一连串的痛苦。正是在美好和痛苦中间，在挫折、挣扎和进步中间，最后找到了自我，开始为自己、为家庭、为社会能做一点事情。
学生生活是非常美好的，有很多美好的回忆。我还记得我们班有一个男生，每天都在女生的宿舍楼下拉小提琴，希望能够引起女生的注意，结果后来被女生扔了水瓶子。我还记得我自己为了吸引女生的注意，每到寒假和暑假都帮着女生扛包。后来我发现那个女生有男朋友，我就问她为什么还要让我扛包，她说为了让男朋友休息一下。我也记得刚进北大的时候我不会讲普通话，全班同学第一次开班会的时候互相介绍，我站起来自我介绍了一番，结果我们的班长站起来跟我说：“俞敏洪你能不能不讲日语?”我后来用了整整一年时间，拿着收音机在北大的树林中模仿广播台的播音，但是到今天普通话还依然讲得不好。
人的进步可能是一辈子的事情。在北大是我们生活的一个开始，而不是结束。有很多事情特别让人感动。比如说，我们很有幸见过朱光潜教授。在他最后的日子里，是我们班的同学每天轮流推着轮椅在北大里陪他一起散步。每当我推着轮椅的时候，我心中就充满了对朱光潜教授的崇拜，一种神圣感油然而生。所以，我在大学看书最多的领域是美学。因为他写了一本《西方美学史》，是我进大学以后读的第二本书。
为什么是第二本呢?因为第一本是这样来的，我进北大以后走进宿舍，我有个同学已经在宿舍。那个同学躺在床上看一本书，叫做《第三帝国的兴亡》。所以我就问了他一句话，我说：“在大学还要读这种书吗?”他把书从眼睛上拿开，看了我一眼，没理我，继续读他的书。这一眼一直留在我心中。我知道进了北大不仅仅是来学专业的，要读大量大量的书。你才能够有资格把自己叫做北大的学生。所以我在北大读的第一本书就是《第三帝国的兴亡》，而且读了三遍。后来我就去找这个同学，我说：“咱们聊聊《第三帝国的兴亡》”，他说：“我已经忘了。”
我也记得我的导师李赋宁教授，原来是北大英语系的主任，他给我们上《新概念英语》第四册的时候，每次都把板书写得非常的完整，非常的美丽。永远都是从黑板的左上角写起，等到下课铃响起的时候，刚好写到右下角结束。我还记得我的英国文学史的老师罗经国教授，我在北大最后一年由于心情不好，导致考试不及格。我找到罗教授说：“这门课如果我不及格就毕不了业。”，罗教授说：“我可以给你一个及格的分数，但是请你记住了，未来你一定要做出值得我给你分数的事业。”所以，北大老师的宽容、学识、奔放、自由，让我们真正能够成为北大的学生，真正能够得到北大的精神。当我听说许智宏校长对学生唱《隐形的翅膀》的时候，我打开视频，感动得热泪盈眶。因为我觉得北大的校长就应该是这样的。
我记得自己在北大的时候有很多的苦闷。一是普通话不好，第二英语水*一塌糊涂。尽管我高考经过三年的努力考到了北大――因为我落榜了两次，最后一次很意外地考进了北大。我从来没有想过北大是我能够上学的地方，她是我心中一块圣地，觉得永远够不着。但是那一年，第三年考试时我的高考分数超过了北大录取分数线七分，我终于下定决心咬牙切齿填了“北京大学”四个字。我知道一定会有很多人比我分数高，我认为自己是不会被录取的。没想到北大的招生老师非常富有眼光，料到了三十年后我的今天。但是实际上我的英语水*很差，在农村既不会听也不会说，只会背语法和单词。我们班分班的时候，五十个同学分成三个班，因为我的英语考试分数不错，就被分到了A班，但是一个月以后，我就被调到了C班。C班叫做“语音语调及听力障碍班”。我也记得自己进北大以前连《红楼梦》都没有读过，所以看到同学们一本一本书在读，我拼命地追赶。结果我在大学差不多读了八百多本书，用了五年时间。但是依然没有赶超上我那些同学。我记得我的班长王强是一个书癖，现在他也在新东方，是新东方教育研究院的院长。他每次买书我就跟着他去，当时北大给我们每个月发二十多块钱生活费，王强有个癖好就是把生活费一分为二，一半用来买书，一半用来买饭菜票。买书的钱绝不动用来买饭票。如果他没有饭菜票了就到处借，借不到就到处偷。后来我发现他这个*惯很好，我也把我的生活费一份为二，一半用来买书，一半用来买饭菜票，饭票吃完了我就偷他的。

在爱迪生发明灯泡的时候他失败了很多次，当他用到一千多种材料做灯丝的时候，助手对他说：“你已经失败了一千多次了，成功已经变得渺茫，还是放弃吧！”但爱迪生却说：“到现在我的收获还不错，起码我发现有一千多种材料不能做灯丝。”最后，他经过六千多次的实验终于成功了。
我可以试想，如果爱迪生在助手劝他停止实验的时候放弃了，我们现在会怎么样呢？可能我们还要点只有豆粒般大小的油灯在夜里照明。其实爱迪生的.每次试验失败都可以看作是挫折。这么一算，爱迪生发明电灯也就是遇上了六千多次的挫折，这是一个多么惊人的数目啊！

大家好！人的生命是短暂的，让短暂的生命放出宝贵的光彩，这是生命的需要，也是社会的需要，更是自我价值得到体现的需要。
人是不断进化的，社会是不断发展的，整个人类文化遗产和物质财富可以代代相传，但生命却无法永恒。任何一个新生命的诞生，也是一个新生命零的开始。一个人不仅要积累科学知识、积累工作技能。财富固然要积累，但经验、朋友、友谊的`积累更重要。因此，每个人都要努力塑造自我，使自己的思维、智慧、知识技能结构日益丰满，综合素质日益完善，思想更趋成熟化，行为更趋理性化，不断否定自我并超越自我。人生活在社会大环境中，既要获得维持生命延续的物质资源，又要获得对个人价值承认的精神鼓励。每个独立的人组成一个团队、组成了社会、大家都需要得到，这就注定大家都必须付出！如果每个人都想得到而不付出，得到就会成为自私和贪婪，就成了无源之，无本之本。因此，朋友们，不能以自我为中心而忽略他人的存在，要善待他人，尊重他人的存在，承认他人的利益实现。
每个人都在纷繁复杂的大家庭中扮演着不同的角色，发挥着不同的作用，有的是泰山，有的是尘埃；有的是大树，有的是小草；有的是太阳，有的是星星……。每个人都有自己的思想，自己的追求，自己的价值观念和行为规范，但社会有它的完整性、社会性和利益性，因此，明确认识自己的社会角色，规范履行自己的行为，合理确定奋斗目标，才能实现自身的价值。每一个人都要给自己定好位，把握好自己的角色，生活与社会合拍，思想与社会合拍，行为与社会合拍，少走一些弯路，少一些挫折，与社会多一份和谐与默契，充分发挥自己所在团队的作用。
感谢而且佩服日本朋友们，为论坛选择了这么一个丰满的议题。人类社会闹闹哄哄，乱七八糟，灯红酒绿，声色犬马，看上去无比的复杂，但认真一想，也不过是贫困者追求富贵，富贵者追求享乐和刺激――基本上就是这么一点事儿。
中国古代有个大贤人司马迁说过：“天下熙熙，皆为利来;天下攘攘，皆为利往。”中国的圣人孔夫子说过：“富与贵，人之所欲也;贫与贱，人之所恶也。”中国的老百姓说：“穷在大街无人问，富在深山有远亲。”无论是圣人还是百姓，无论是知识分子还是文盲，都对贫困和富贵的关系有清醒的认识。
为什么人们厌恶贫困?因为贫困者不能尽情地满足自己的欲望。无论是食欲还是**，无论是虚荣心还是爱美之心，无论是去医院看病不排队，还是坐飞机头等舱，都必须用金钱来满足，用金钱来实现，当然，如果出生在皇室，或者担任了**，要满足上述欲望，大概也不需要金钱。富是因为有钱，贵是因为出身、门第和权力。当然，有了钱，也就不愁贵，而有了权力以后似乎也不愁没钱(经典之言)。因为富与贵是密不可分的，可以合并为一个范畴。
贫困者羡慕并希望得到富贵，这是人之常情，也是正当的欲望，这一点孔夫子也给予肯定，但孔夫子说：尽管希望富贵是人的正当欲望，但不用正当的方法得到的富贵是不应该享受的。贫困是人人厌恶的，但不用正当的手段摆脱贫困是不可取的。时至今日，圣人二千多年前的教导，早已变成了老百姓的常识，但现实生活中，用不正当的方式脱贫致富的人比比皆是,用不正当的方式脱贫致富但没受到惩罚的人比比皆是,虽然痛骂着那些用不正当的'方式脱贫致富了的人,但只要自己有了机会也会那样做的人更是比比皆是,这就是所谓的世风日下,人心不古。
古之仁人君子，多有不羡钱财，不慕富贵者。像孔夫子的首*弟子颜回：“一箪食，一瓢饮，在陋巷，人不堪其忧，回也不改其乐”。三国时高人管宁，锄地见金，挥锄不顾。同锄者华歆，捡而视之，复掷于地，虽心生欲望，但能因为面子而掷之，已属不易。庄子垂钓于濮水，楚王派两个使臣请他去做官，他对两个使臣说：楚国有神龟，死后被楚王取其甲，用锦缎包裹，供于庙堂之下，对神龟来说，是被供在庙堂之上好呢?还是活着在烂泥塘中摇尾巴好呢?使臣说，那当然还是活着在烂泥塘中摇尾巴好。庄子的这则寓言，包含着退让避祸的机心。共3页: 上一页123下一页

大家下午好!我今天演讲的题目是《不肯放弃的林肯》。
坚持到底的最佳实例可能就是亚伯拉罕?林肯。如果你想知道有谁从末放弃，那就不必再寻寻觅觅了!
生下来就一贫如洗的林肯，终其一生都在面对挫败，八次竞选八次落败，两次经商失败，甚至还精神崩溃过一次。好多次，他本可以放弃，但他并没有如此，也正因为他没有放弃，才成为美国历史上最伟大的总统之一。
以下是林肯进驻白宫前的简历：
1816年，家人被赶出了居住的地方，他必须工作以抚养他们;1818年，母亲去世;1831年，经商失败;1832年，竞选州议员但落选了;1832年，工作也丢了，想就读法学院，但进不去;1833年，向朋友借钱经商，但年底就破产了，接下来他花了十六年，才把债还清;1834年，再次竞选州议员，赢了!1835年，订婚后即将结婚时，末婚妻却死了，因此他的心也碎了;1836年，精神完全崩溃，卧病在床六个月;1838年，争取成为州议员的发言人，没有成功;1840年，争取成为选举人了，失败了;1843年，参加国会大选落选了;1846年，再次参加国会大选 这次当选了!前往华盛顿特区，表现可圈可点;1848年，寻求国会议员连任失败了!
1849年，想在自己的州内担任土地局长的工作，被拒绝了!1854年，竞选美国参议员，落选了;1856年，在共和党的全国代表大会上争取副总统的提名，得票不到一百张;1858年，再度竞选美国参议员一一再度落败;1860年，当选美国总统。
此路艰辛而泥泞。我一只脚滑了一下，另一只脚也因而站不稳;但我缓口气，告诉自己，“这不过是滑一跤，并不是死去而爬不起来。” --林肯在竞选参议员落败后如是说。

大家好！我是初一（12）班的万嫣然。今天我演讲的题目是《求知若饥，虚心若愚》。 众所周知，乔布斯是一位it行业的天才。他设计方面虽然不如他的一些朋友，并且还是一个完美主义者，性格暴躁——这在他在创立了next公司后，更加体现出来。但是，他在商业上却有很大的天赋。在乔布斯中学时，他的朋友沃兹设计出一些电子产品，但他从未想过也卖，而乔布斯，往往能把它们推销出去。
在这里想和大家分享一下乔布斯的故事。
我就说三个乔布斯印象最深的故事吧。 第一个故事，是这样的：乔布斯从来没从大学毕业。他在里德学院待了六个月就办休学了。这得从他的出生前讲起。他的亲生母亲当时是个未毕业的未婚妈妈，她觉得应该让有大学毕业的人收养他，因为她想将他送人。可是，几经周折，最终乔布斯的养父母都没有上过大学。十七年后，乔布斯上大学时，他的养父母花光了所有积蓄来供他上里德学院——一所和斯坦福学费一样贵的学校。可是在大学里乔布斯觉得课程太没有价值了，父母的钱花的没有用处。那时候，他不知道这辈子要干什么，也不知道念大学能对他有什么帮助，所以他决定休学，相信船到桥头自然直。我相信绝大多数人都不会这样去做，可是乔布斯后来说，那是他这辈子做过最好的决定之一。当他休学之后，他便把时间拿去听那些他有兴趣的课。他所学过的东西在后来都起了作用。举例来说：当时里德学院有着大概是全国最好的书法指导。乔布斯学了serif与sanserif字体，学到在不同字母组合间变更字间距，学到活版印刷伟大的地方。他没预期过学的这些东西能在他生活中起些什么实际作用，不过十年后，当他在设计第一台mac电脑时，他把这些东西都设计进了mac里，这是第一台能印刷出漂亮东西的计算机。乔布斯认为windows抄袭了麦金塔的使用方式，如果乔布斯没沉溺于那样一门课里，我们所用的电脑可能就不会有多重字体跟变间距字体了。在一次演讲中，乔布斯说：“当然，当我还在大学里时，不可能把这些点点滴滴预先串在一起，但是这在十年后回顾，就显得非常清楚。我再说一次，你不能预先把点点滴滴串在一起；唯有未来回顾时，你才会明白那些点点滴滴是如何串在一起的。所以你得相信，你现在所体会的东西，将来多少会连接在一块。你得信任某个东西，直觉也好，命运也好，生命也好，或者能力。这种作法从来没让我失望，也让我的人生整个不同起来。”是的，你现在所做的、所学的或许在十几年后有很大作用。
第二个故事发生在乔布斯30岁时。年轻时，乔布斯拼命工作，使苹果在十年间从一间车库里的两个小伙子扩展成了一家员工超过四千人、市价二十亿美金的公司，而他才刚迈入人生的第三十个年头，就被炒了鱿鱼。曾经是乔布斯整个生活重心的东西不见了，令他不知所措。有几个月，他实在不知道要干什么好，他甚至想要离开硅谷。但是渐渐的，他发现，他还是喜爱着他做过的事情，所以他决定从头来过。接下来五年，乔布斯开了一家叫做next的公司，又开一家叫做pixar的公司。pixar接着制作了世界上第一部全计算机动画电影，玩具总动员，现在是世界上最成功的动画制作公司。后来，苹果计算机买下了next，乔布斯回到了苹果， next发展的技术成了苹果后来复兴的核心。多年后乔布斯回忆说：“我很确定，如果当年苹果没开除我，就不会发生这些事情。这帖药很苦口，可是我想我需要这帖药。有时候，人生会用砖头打你的头。不要丧失信心。我确信，我爱我所做的事情，这就是这些年来让我继续走下去的唯一理由。你得找出你爱的，工作上是如此，对情人也是如此。
“你的工作将填满你的一大块人生，唯一获得真正满足的方法就是做你相信是伟大的工作，而唯一做伟大工作的方法是爱你所做的事。如果你还没找到这些事，继续找，别停顿。尽你全力，你知道你一定会找到。而且，事情只会随着时间越来越好。所以，在你找到之前，继续找，别停顿。” 当乔布斯十七岁时读到一则格言，是「把每一天都当成生命中的最后一天，你就会轻松自在。」这对他影响深远，他每天早上都会自问：「如果今天是此生最后一日，我今天要干些什么？」每当他连续太多天都得到一个「没事做。」的答案时，他便知道知道自己必须有所变革了。提醒自己快死了，是乔布斯在人生中下重大决定时，所用过最重要的工具。因为几乎每件事在面对死亡时，都消失了，只有最重要的东西才会留下。人生不带来，死不带去，诊断没什么道理不顺心而为。一年前，乔布斯被出癌症。医生告诉他，那几乎可以确定是一种不治之症。医生建议他回家，好好跟亲人们聚一聚。乔布斯整天想着那个诊断结果，那天晚上做了一次切片，发现那是非常少见的一种胰脏癌，可以用手术治好。
我是被绑架来的，因为这并不在这次我南昌计划中，前天晚上易建东教授恳请我替学生加这一站，不仅仅我们是很好的朋友，财大这个位置蛮特殊的，我6点05的飞机要飞，他强调这离机场很*。此刻站在这里，原本不可能站在的地方。既来之，则安之。
在大学里一定要去珍惜维系和发展一辈子很难再遇到的集体友情
书萍曾有一句话：人到中年，友情之树和头发的多少成正比，友情之树日渐凋零，但是在大学结下的情谊最深。以后你们大多在一个行当，一生当中有许多交集，没有很多利益纠葛，为什么这么强调集体友情，我既不反对也不同意大学谈恋爱，但不要提前谈恋爱走入两人世界而丢掉一生难得的集体友情。
在大学期间锻炼自己的心理素质
让自己的心脏更大，学会面对失败，同样面对成功也是很严峻的考验。对于心理素质不强的人几乎演变成自卑压抑，对于心理素质强的人愈挫愈奋。让我衡量一个人专业素养心理素养很多层面，心理素质是我照顾的优先方面。
在大学期间用自己的脑子思维
在座的同学也许发现刚进大学和高中同学没什么差异，也许你们高中45个同学，有的去了清华复旦，有的去了南昌大学，有的去了财大，是什么让你们4年后发生如此大的变化：第一个学校的专业设置，用你们的专业思维方式看世界。但是你们有没有用你们的眼光看待世界?人的成功也取决于思维方式的成功，一个思维方式不断学*变化的人会更强，一个人云亦云的跟随者则不强，一个人的收入和社会地位和你的不可替代性成正比，一定要让自己成为不可替代性更高的人。独立的人格和独立的思维方式不可替代。我们总是想做到和别人一样，但是你能做到别人无法和你一样吗?这点比如我们干新闻的，每天围绕不超过5个的网站找选题，新闻不再具有垄断性，拼的是你在传播发布新闻中你是否具有独特的吸引力，这就是挑战，这就是竞争。
学*和工作与未来的关系
曾经我见到一个年纪很小的孩子实*，我问：校友?校友，广播学院的几年级?一年级从明天开始本单位不接受你实*，回去上课。因为我当时还是有点小权利的，把他撵走了，我不能接受刚上一年级的孩子实*。你连自己要什么，填充什么都不知道，不能拥有一个系统的专业训练，知识训练，实践对你没有意义。因为你不知道缺什么。大学实践是一面镜子，大学相当一部分实*心猿意马，许多大学实*形同虚设。如果我们大学无法向社会提供需要的成品而是残次品，社会怎能接纳。没有必要在专业知识不充分**况下实践，工作恋爱和婚姻都相似：求之，不得，可遇不可求，是一个自然的结果，过程做的好必有好结果。让自己安静下来必有好结果，相当一部分不好结果的人却是心猿意马，所以有的时候上来就功利性地去追求往往求之不得。要让自己安静下来必有好结果，不做就是去赌博，有人会赢，概率很低。为何不去用做好一个过程的方式去求得一定的结果?
大学校园中你终将面向社会
社会需要的不是成品，我需要的是看到你不断可成长进步的人，我屡次招聘，我从不看他现在的水准，看他有没有很大生长空间。你不会电视我可以教你，而你仅仅会电视而不会其他，我又如何教你?我的选择不要求你立刻为我师傅。于是，我招聘进来的有新华社的，报纸的，各行各业的，现在成为我们那的中间力量。我用人是得知道这哥们抗打击能力强不强?抗表扬能力强不强?很大一部分人折在第一二次成功上，厄止了原本相当不错的生长空间。另外我格外看重人格，这是一种直觉，无法衡量人格人性，相当不错的人才能赢得别人的合作，所以做人是一个人永远无法改变的行业。时代不管怎样变迁，终极权衡人的标准变化不大，120xx年前坚信有人和我这般讲过，50年后也这般。93年我问过一位上海哲学家：为什么我们的科技医学进步如此之快，为什么现代人需要一两百年前的人的音乐抚慰心灵，他说：人性的进化是很缓慢的。
很多人问我：你真的是手写的书?真的不会打电脑，发邮件?那你怎么知道犀利哥呢?我当时很同情这位朋友，这是怎样的一种思维方式呢?对，相当多的中国人的思维方式：非黑即白，非对即错，非好即坏，说到思维方式，很多下意识的*惯是不对的，比如考试的时候上大学的时候，连工作的时候也有很多人记笔记，我劝他们：该记的不记你也会记得，不该记的记了也记不住，100个计笔记的99个都没有再翻过。有了电脑我一定要会吗?会了固然可以，对于我来说，已经*惯了手写和思维之间的同步速度，我不打电脑是因为我等不及我的脑子，因为它更快。朋友相处恋人相处，都是因为优点而走进，但是因为接纳对方缺点而相*，没有觉得的对错，生活都是如此。
我们带着什么离开大学
70%女的结婚理想有房，我觉得太浪漫了，应该是100%。现实生活中不会100%26到30岁的男人有房，中国女性都单身了吗?人们总是因为别的因素选择结合，就像我和我的太太那时居无定所，前景不明朗，但是那是我们最快乐幸福的时光，非常简单的想就能把简单做到不*淡来了解生活是这样的，你走向社会才能适应。我们绝大多数的时间是*淡的，只有做好迎接*淡的准备，才能创造属于你自己的辉煌。冯友兰说过人生三个成功标志。

很多人包括我讨论过一个问题，现在年轻人压力很大，我们对你们要关爱但不必溺爱。这一代因为有了互联网，可以把委屈拿出来说一说，把他们的压力和委屈展现在世人面前，我们这一代，包括上一代，哪一代敢拿出来说一说呢?现在蚁族很难，漂泊在北京确实不行就回老家，我们那一代连成为蚁族的资格都没有，因为我们解决不了户口，没有粮票，必须遣返回原籍。人不拥有自由，连痛苦的权利都没有，我不知道为什么中国的媒体和中国的环境居然给大家描绘了这么一个根本不可能实现的大饼，所以大家以为每个人都要有一套住房，丈母娘告诉他：没有住房不能娶我女儿!曾经我从一个校区的六层搬到另一栋的六层，我厚着脸皮说：搬在一个小区，可不可以便宜?他说：对不起，我们得加钱，我们不算路程只算楼层。季羡林老先生当年去德国，二战爆发十年回不了祖国，你说那一代容易吗?49年出生的新中国的同龄人，在61，62，63三年自然灾害，长身体的时候吃不着东西。决定去上大学了，66年_爆发这事取消了，谈恋爱吧男女不分，那时候男女特征一样，性别掩饰的越没越好。等我要结婚了，70年代中末期，突然面临残酷的选择：您是回城?还是高考?还是结婚?好不容易熬完了多生几个孩子天伦之乐了，计划生育了希望寄托在孩子身上的时代，却下岗了。等到有一天孩子千辛万苦毕业了，找工作困难了。你们苦还是这代苦?没有一带人的青春是容易的，青春固然好，因为在回忆中。青春好在于可以尝试可以花大把时间改正错误，人生中无数次第一次在考验我们，我们上大学有一首诗：21岁，我们走出青春的沼泽地。可见大家都还在沼泽地里，所以希望大家放大青春的最美好的日子，把*淡的日子过好。

When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir.
This note was a promise that all men would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned.
Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check which has come back marked "insufficient funds.
" But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt.
We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.
So we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of now.
This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism.
Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice.
Now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of Gods children.
Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.
It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the Negro.

For man holds in his mortal hands the power to abolish all forms of human poverty and all forms of human life.
And yet the same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought are still at issue around the globe -- the belief that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the state, but from the hand of God.
We dare not forget today that we are the heirs of that first revolution.
Let the word go forth from this time and place, to friend and foe alike, that the torch has been passed to a new generation of Americans -- born in this century, tempered by war, disciplined by a hard and bitter peace, proud of our ancient heritage, and unwilling to witness or permit the slow undoing of those human rights to which this nation has always been committed, and to which we are committed today at home and around the world.

All this will not be finished in the first one hundred days.
Nor will it be finished in the first one thousand days; nor in the life of this Administration; nor even perhaps in our lifetime on this planet.

Since this country was founded, each generation of Americans has been summoned to give testimony to its national loyalty.

可口可乐公司作为世界上最大的饮料公司进入中国市场到明年就有80年了。我们在中国的'产品到今天为止涵盖碳酸饮料、果汁饮料、茶饮料、瓶装水、咖啡和植物饮料等多种饮料门类。由于不同产品的生产工艺不同，其对包装材料的要求也各不相同。可口可乐公司有着全世界最严格的各种包装材料质量要求以及对包材供应商的认可制度。我们高兴的看到，今天在座的许多首批获证企业就是我们认可的包材供应商。

at least i don't.
and it wasn't until i joined a competitive sporting event that i learned a most important lesson – we must place our mind in harmony with the natural order of things to be successful.
Let me tell you what happened.
I decided to take part in an international marathon in my hometown last year.
being an ambitious person, i hoped to finish it within 5 hours, accompanied by my friend with whom i had trained.
The big day finally arrived.
“ready…set…bang” and we were off.
At first, we kept a rapid pace and ran nonstop.
at this pace, we finished the first 20 kilometers in 2 hours and i thought running a marathon was a piece of cake.
then my running mate began to slow down.
i urged him to keep running at the same pace but he said no, he wanted to conserve his energy.
i felt i had partnered with the wrong person, therefore, i sprinted on and left him behind in the dust.
A few kilometers later, i began to understand his strategy as my pace slowed to a jog then a walk.
after that i was incapable of moving another step.
i was humiliated as more and more people ran passed me.”
more than once i thought “maybe i should quit.
i started to doubt my ability to finish this race.
At this moment, my running mate caught up with me and slapped me on the back.
“follow me,” he shouted.
he had balanced his marathon pace and was encouraged me to do the same.
for the rest of this grueling contest, we walked, jogged, ran a few miles, and walked again.
slowly, painfully but hopefully this time, we established the most suitable pace within the natural flow of our physical capabilities.
Eventually we accomplished our first marathon of 42 kilometers in 4 and half hours.
i asked myself, what did this marathon mean to me? my marathon experience became an influential metaphor for my life about how we must learn to pace ourselves in everything, by being in tune with the rhythm of life.
Like the tide that ebbs and flows, we must listen to advice but make our own decisions.
like the show at dawn and dusk, we must learn to balance pride and modesty.
and from the way the wind can both shout and whisper, we must learn when to be strong and when to be gentle, for everything moves in its own rhythm and its own yin and yang elements.
it is the interaction of these complementary extremes that produces harmony, as laozi said, extremes meet.
since the marathon, this notion of two opposite forces working together has been my running partner, so to speak.
yin and yang exist everywhere, constantly interacting, and never existing in an absolute condition.
Ladies and gentlemen, life is like running a marathon, let us discover, define and develop a natural rhythm of life, in order to achieve both harmony and success.

And the games will also do good to the economy and environment, for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness of environmental protection is being strengthened.
What is more, Olympic Games give a unique opportunity to inspire and educate a new generation of Chinese youth with the Olympic values and the Olympic spirit.
Now that we have seen so many advances, could you even imagine us losing the holding rights?
