My name is Dongqi Yang from china, I am horror to be here today and I am very happy to receive this award.
As you can imagine, as international students in Australia, the biggest challenge is English,
I remembered that when I come here first time, there is a party in the house of my home stay. During the time, they played jokes and they laughed all the time, do you know how embarrassed that is, everyone laughed except you. So I pretend to understand the joke in another party, I saw everyone laugh and I laugh too in 5 seconds later. My home stay was surprised about that and asked me “do you understand?”，and I answered “no”，“So why do you laugh?” ”because I do not want to be embarrassed”!
But as I receive this award today, I want to thank to them, because they encourage me to be involved with the committee rather than staying in at home, play computer and speak Chinese.
When I came to Wantirna College first time, I met liz collar who is international student coordinator. She is very kind to me, and she encourage me join SRC, I went to SRC meetings regularly all the time, but I didn’t even know what SRC was! That is the reason why I told her, I don’t want to go to SRC anymore. But she said “why not? You should go and you have to go!”I asked” why?” she said:” because I said so!”
But as ii receive this award today, I want to thank her. She helps me a lot.
Truth be told, I am not the best student in Wantirna College, but I appreciate this award and I will try my best in future.

文化品格是指对中外文化的理解和对优秀文化的认同，是学生在全球化背景下表现出的文化意识、人文修养和行为取向。文化品格体现英语学科核心素养的价值取向。文化品格的培育有助于学生树立世界眼光，增强国家认同感和家国情怀，学会做人做事，成长为有文化修养和社会责任感的人。
落实立德树人根本任务，培养学生英语学科核心素养。教师应当充分把握教材的编写理念、设计思路应突出英语学科的育人价值，有机融入社会主义核心价值观，将立德树人的根本任务落到实处。要紧密围绕、依据学科核心素养来确立教材内容，无论是语篇和主题的选择还是相应的教学活动设计，都要体现对学科核心素养的培养价值，有利于学生发展语言能力，形成良好的文化品格和思维品质，学会学*，树立正确的价值观和审美观，提高学生的文化品格。

I have been through the depths of poverty and sickness. When people ask me what has kept me going through the troubles that come to all of us, I always re***：＂I stood yesterday. I can stand today. And I will not permit myself to think about what might happen tomorrow.＂
I have known want and struggle and anxiety and despair. I have always had to work beyond the limit of my strength. As I look back upon my life, I see it as a battlefield strewn3）with the wrecks of dead dreams and broken hopes and shattered illusions-a battle in which I always fought with the odds tremendously4）against me, and which has left me scarred and bruised5）and maimed6）and old before my time. Yet I have no pity for myself；no tears to shed over the past and gone sorrows；no envy for the women who have been spared all I have gone through. For I have lived. They only existed. I have drunk the cup of life down to its very dregs7）. They have only sipped the bubbles on top of it. I know things they will never know. I see things to which they are blind. It is only the women whose eyes have been washed clear with tears who get the broad vision that makes them little sisters to all the world. I have learned in the great University of Hard Knocks a philosophy that no woman who has had an easy life ever acquires. I have learned to live each day as it comes and not to borrow trouble by dreading the morrow8）. It is the dark menace of the future that makes cowards of us. 四、掌握正确的记忆方法。英语是一门记忆很强的学科，要大量积累词汇。很多同学最烦记单词，总是抱怨记不住，以致于丧失了信心。这是因为你没有了解到记忆的规律，没有掌握记单词的技巧。现在我给大家介绍几种方法。
1、及时记忆法，要求上课时认真听讲，争取趁热打铁，当堂记住。

3、分类记忆法，把单词分门别类，如动物、植物类。

6、情景记忆法，把某个单词放在一个句子或者一段话中去记忆。
7、比较记忆法，反义词、同义词、同音词。
8、拼读记忆法，读准单词的发音是记住单词的前提，拼读记忆首先要求把单词读准确，充分认识单词的读音与拼写之间的关系。如nthusiastic

1、从听力训练开始，在听力方面，一是听课文录音带，去感知模仿形成正确的语音、语调，二是听英语广播、电视节目及原声电影等，三是认真对待我们*时的听力训练，要沉着、冷静、细心，抓关键词，瞄准下一个句子和题目。
2、朗读、背诵是培养语感的捷径。主要是多读课文及听力教材，要将一个单词读准，一个句子读顺，一篇文章读烂，*时朝读时要最大声、最快速、最清晰地读。通过诵读，同学们可对文章的语意、语法、语气、语调、节奏、重音了然于心。
3、要进行广泛阅读。阅读是吸收语言材料的最好途径，实践证明，学生阅读面越宽，语言实践越大，阅读理解能力便越强。只有通过读，才能够获得最大的实践量，才能享受到学*外语的真正甜头和学*的乐趣。阅读的数量多了，一些常用词汇、句式结构自然在脑子中形成了印象，也就逐渐形成了语感。现在我们每天至少应阅读一两篇文章。
4、多积累多写作是培养语感的必经之路。在*时写日记、周记，考试时尽量使用通过积累的高级词汇和句型，这样才能有效地提高写作水*。
六、要注重课本，排查要点，各个击破。这几年高考中都有课文中的原句子，同学们要善于发现隐藏在课文中的命题胚胎。
七、要持之以恒，孜孜不倦。俗话说“一日学，一日功”，“一日不学，十日空”。也就是要讲究一个“勤”字，做到天天读，天天背，天天练，天天总结，养成一种好*惯，这样你就离成功不远了。
八、要提高自已的应试素质，把*时的考试当作高考，把高考当作*时的考试。
九、相信自己，强烈的自信心和必胜的信念是我们最大限度地发挥水*的致胜法宝。我们每个人身上都有巨大的潜力有待开发，一定要珍惜时光，找准人生的奋斗目标，不断努力，最大限度开发你的潜力，你是最优秀的。

Everybody knows waste paper and used coke cans are discarded everywhere.You might have seen plastic bags flying in the sky and getting caught in the trees when the wind blows or maybe you have seen old cans floating in the rivers and polluting the water.Our environment is the place in which we live,but it is being ruined by us.
There is a story about house and trees.It is said that a man’s house was surrounded by a lot of trees.Though the wind was strong,that man could have a good rest under the trees.How comfortable the life was!One day,that man wanted to enlarge his house,so he cut down all the trees.Then the autumn came without the protection.The strong wind blew the roof of the house into the sky.The whole house was gone with the wind.What a pity!But that’s the price people have to pay for destroying in the ecology balance.People shouldn’t be short-sighted.Protecting the environment is everyone’s task.
As you know,there are four kinds of pollution.They are air pollution,water pollution,waste pollution and noise pollution.But what can we do to solve the pollution？I think,firstly,we can make cars that don’t pollute the environment.We can ask companies to use modern clean technology.In some big cities,we can limit the number of cars.Secondly,we can try to use less water and make sure that we do not pollute the water.We can tell factories that they are not allowed to pour waste water into the lakes and rivers.Thirdly,we should not throw rubbish in parks and cities.We can pick up rubbish if we see it.We can put more rubbish bins in our parks and cities.Fourthly,we can live far from the noise and make the laws to limit the noise.
The air,water and the whole atmosphere directly influenced our lives,such as the air,people may cough and it will lead to cancer.So we must try our best to keep the world clean and tidy.To reach it,I want to put forward three points to everybody---Point 1： don’t spit and liter；Point 2： don’t draw on the wall；Point 3： clean the streets every day.

英语是当今世界广泛使用的语言，是国际交流与合作的重要沟通工具，是思想与文化的重要载体。学*和使用英语对吸取人类优秀文明成果、借鉴外国先进科学技术、传播中华文化、增进中国与其他国家的相互理解具有重要的意义和作用。为了促进英语的高效教学，新课程标准提出英语核心素养的先进理念。
英语学科核心素养是学生在接受相应学段英语课程教育的过程中，逐步形成和提升的适应个人终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键能力，综合表现为四大素养，由语言能力、文化品格、思维品质和学*能力组成。就其关系而言，语言能力是基础要素，文化品格是价值取向，思维品质是心智表征，学*能力是发展条件。英语学科核心素养涵盖了知识、能力和态度，四大核心素养相互渗透，融合互动，协调发展，是所有学生应具有的、学以致用的基础性综合素养。
为了更好提高落实新课标，提高学生的核心素养，我结合核心素养的四个方面谈一下自己的体会和建议。
一、探究课程内容，提升语言能力
语言能力是指在社会情境中，以听、说、读、看、写等方式理解和表达意义、意图和情感态度的能力。英语语言能力构成英语学科核心素养的基础，是学生发展文化品格、思维品质和学*能力的依托。英语语言能力的提高有助于学生拓宽文化视野，丰富思维方式，在全球化背景下开展跨文化交流。
教师要深入研读语篇，把握教学核心内容。研读语篇就是读者对语篇的主题、内容、文体结构、语言特点、作者观点等做深入的解读。教师要积极研究如何在教学中落实培养学生学科核心素养的目标，探索有效的教与学的方式，努力实践以主题意义为引领的英语学*活动观，实施深度教学。教师必须深入研究课程内容，提炼重点，设计有效的教学活动，通过听说读写训练，提高学生的语言能力。
二、发掘优秀文化思想，培养文化品格
文化品格是指对中外文化的理解和对优秀文化的认同，是学生在全球化背景下表现出的文化意识、人文修养和行为取向。文化品格体现英语学科核心素养的价值取向。文化品格的培育有助于学生树立世界眼光，增强国家认同感和家国情怀，学会做人做事，成长为有文化修养和社会责任感的人。
落实立德树人根本任务，培养学生英语学科核心素养。教师应当充分把握教材的编写理念、设计思路应突出英语学科的育人价值，有机融入社会主义核心价值观，将立德树人的根本任务落到实处。要紧密围绕、依据学科核心素养来确立教材内容，无论是语篇和主题的选择还是相应的教学活动设计，都要体现对学科核心素养的培养价值，有利于学生发展语言能力，形成良好的文化品格和思维品质，学会学*，树立正确的价值观和审美观，提高学生的文化品格。
三、创设丰富多彩活动，促进思维品质升华

first please allow me to introduce myself briefly. my name is xie tianyuan. i am 17 years old. my birthday is jan. 1st . it’s just new year’s day. i come from id 13, grade 2 of junan no. 1 senior high school. i am a cheerful teenager，so my hobbies is extensive. in my spare time i like playing table tennis and soccer.after school, i like to surf the internet or listen to music. i also will put into the reading to enrich my knowledge, in order to understand the world. i like reading and i often borrow books from the school library. i enjoy reading books because the books can make me happy and sunny every day. then i will say sth. about my family. there are three people in my family，my mother，father and me. my father is a strict but kind man. he always puts his own heart on his business. my mother is a teacher. she does pretty well. no matter what they do, or how busy they are, they always give me their deep love. i love them, too. as long as you work hard，there will be a harvest. this is my motto. i’ll follow this path and study hard. that’s all. thank you.
I have been through the depths of poverty and sickness. When people ask me what has kept me going through the troubles that come to all of us, I always re*：＂I stood yesterday. I can stand today. And I will not permit myself to think about what might happen tomorrow.＂
I have known want and struggle and anxiety and despair. I have always had to work beyond the limit of my strength. How well are we in tune with the rhythm of life? In our busy day to day existence, we don’t often stop to ask ourselves this question. At least I don’t. And it wasn’t until I joined a competitive sporting event that I learned a most important lesson – we must place our mind in harmony with the natural order of things to be successful.
Let me tell you what happened.
I decided to take part in an International Marathon in my hometown last year. Being an ambitious person, I hoped to finish it within 5 hours, accompanied by my friend with whom I had trained.
The big day finally arrived. "Ready...set...bang" And we were off.
At first, we kept a rapid pace and ran nonstop. At this pace, we finished the first 20 kilometers in 2 hours and I thought running a marathon was a piece of cake. Then my running mate began to slow down. I urged him to keep running at the same pace but he said no, he wanted to conserve his energy. I felt I had partnered with the wrong person, therefore, I sprinted on and left him behind in the dust.
A few kilometers later, I began to understand his strategy as my pace slowed to a jog then a walk. After that I was incapable of moving another step. I was humiliated as more and more people ran passed me. More than once I thought "Maybe I should quit." I started to doubt my ability to finish this race.
At this moment, my running mate caught up with me and slapped me on the back. “Follow me,” he shouted. He had balanced his marathon pace and was encouraged me to do the same. For the rest of this grueling contest, we walked, jogged, ran a few miles, and walked again. Slowly, painfully but hopefully this time, we established the most suitable pace within the natural flow of our physical capabilities.
Eventually we accomplished our first Marathon of 42 kilometers in 4 and half hours. I asked myself, what did this marathon mean to me? My Marathon experience became an influential metaphor for my life about how we must learn to pace ourselves in everything, by being in tune with the rhythm of life.
Like the tide that ebbs and flows, we must listen to advice but make our own decisions. Like the show at dawn and dusk, we must learn to balance pride and modesty. And from the way the wind can both shout and whisper, we must learn when to be strong and when to be gentle, for everything moves in its own rhythm and its own yin and yang elements. It is the interaction of these complementary extremes that produces harmony, as Laozi said, extremes meet. Since the marathon, this notion of two opposite forces working together has been my running partner, so to speak. Yin and yang exist everywhere, constantly interacting, and never existing in an absolute condition.
Ladies and Gentlemen, life is like running a marathon, let us discover, define and develop a natural rhythm of life, in order to achieve both harmony and success.

怎样帮助孩子学好英语呢？我们老师自然是最直接的知识传授者，有着不可推卸的责任。在此，我们只是真诚地呼吁我们的家长配合学校，配合老师，靠我们共同的努力来帮助孩子学好英语。用一句时髦的话说：我们要和孩子共同成长。
重视良好的学**惯的培养
（1）让孩子多听录音在少儿英语教学中，首先是加强听力训练和说话训练，然后才是读写能力的培养。听说能力差，用英语进行交际的能力差，为此，家长一定要配合学校来要求孩子，要创造条件让孩子多听，多听纯正的录音，听几遍、听清楚了以后，跟着说。按照眼前利益来看，我们的升学考试也一年比一年注重听力、阅读等需要综合能力的部分。
（2）让孩子大声说英语。家长要每天留出15分钟左右时间让孩子读读英语，不管当天有无英语课。我们要鼓励孩子大声地朗读、对话、问答，大声说，不害羞，这样有利于清楚地表达自己，也有利于他人纠正自己的错误。
（3）督促学生识记单词。分散记忆、根据读音记忆单词都是可取的方法。有时，我们回家布置抄写单词，其目的`不在于抄，而在于提醒学生记忆这些单词。但是在日常学*中，学生不重视这项作业，认为只是抄抄而已，不做也没什么关系，其实他连抄写都不做，根本别说是去背了，结果几次下来，他负债累累，应付不过来，学*处于被动状态，从而影响了以后的学*，出现退步现象。因此，请大家在家里督促孩子保质保量地完成英语作业，该读的读、该说的说、该写的写、该记的记，及时巩固，养成良好的*惯。父母亲的良好榜样起着很大作用。孩子一般还没有明确的学*目的，这时，父母亲对学*的态度，特别是行为，会极大地影响孩子。在默写单词的时候，有时会需要父母帮忙，我知道许多家长不懂英语，但你可以读中文。我*时给孩子们听写也是读中文。家长们千万不能纵容自己的孩子第一次说：英语好难，我默写不出来，就任由他去。你让你的孩子知道：今天，你花大时间去养成好*惯，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懒了一会，你明天的作业就会更多。累积下来，你就是欠债最多的人。孩子是每个家庭的重心和希望，有一位家长说过：“要把培养孩子当作自己的事业来做。”是啊，只要你多投入一点，相信你的孩子会给予你更多的回报！
最后，送给家长朋友们两句话，与大家一起共勉：
一、教育孩子要言传身教。孩子是家长的镜子。没有教不好的孩子，只有不好的教育方法。
二、细节决定教育的成败。教育孩子要从细节做起。谁关注孩子细节越多，孩子进步越大。
同时，我向家长提一个希望——多和孩子沟通，多和别的家长沟通，多和老师沟通。现在通讯非常方便，你们可以来学校和老师谈谈，也可以给我们打电话、发短信，以便我们教师有针对性的对您的孩子展开教学。我相信，在我们的共同努力下，我们的孩子一定会茁壮成长。

大家下午好！
首先感谢区教研室的领导给我一次与大家交流的机会。在座的各位毕业班英语老师都是经验非常丰富的，在大家面前来谈英语教学的经验实在是惭愧。为了提高英语教学质量，我的确是想了很多的办法，这里面有成功带来的喜悦，也有失败带来的反思。这些谈不上经验，现简单地做个介绍，如有不当之处，敬请各位批评指正。
记得刚刚走上工作岗位的我曾经信心百倍，认为小学英语教学应该是很简单的事情，不就是听、说、读、写嘛，没什么难的，但真正开始教学，真正开始接触学生之后，我才感觉到：小学英语教学尤其是我们农村学生的英语教学真是坎坷难行。教学一开始我就遇到了种种问题。有一大部分学生在潜意识里根本没有把英语当一回事，有些学生甚至有抵触的情绪。从家庭上看，我们的学生家庭大部分属于农村家庭，英语没有被受到重视，再加上家长能听懂英语的少之又少，更别说辅导了。从环境上来看，学生除了课堂上短短的40分钟外，基本上就没有使用英语的环境了，放学后听英语磁带的作业也有大部分学生不能自觉完成，再加上英语课课时较少，因此我的英语教学开展得并不顺畅。面对如此多的问题，我决定从学生的学*兴趣、学*方法和学**惯方面去入手解决。现想从我的切身体会谈几点做法及建议：
一、要从自身找原因，培养学生学*英语的兴趣。
自己先要想办法，持有一份乐观的态度，勤思考，乐奉献。给学生一份爱，让学生喜欢你，从而喜欢上你的英语课。因为兴趣是最好的老师，当学生喜欢上你的课了，专心地听讲了，那课堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了吗？在培养学生学*兴趣方面，我做了如下工作：
（一）、用爱去灌溉学生。
首先用心地给学生一份爱。因为爱可以融化人与人之间的隔阂，给学生一份爱，同时你也会收获到他们对您的爱。我们要在日常生活接触中体现爱，例如下课后，我大多时间都会逗留在班里，跟他们谈谈学*上的问题、说说家常话或开个玩笑逗逗他们，他们会不亦乐乎。时间长了，他们就把我当朋友了。记得20xx年那届我班有个顽皮又聪明的学生叫黄永樟，各门功课成绩极差，经常不及格甚至低分，是让语文数学老师头疼的学生。可英语科他却十分感兴趣，能拿八、九十分，为什么他英语成绩那么高呢，原因是他被我“俘虏”了，很爱上英语课，也很喜欢给我拉家常。有一次，下课了，他走到我跟前，兴奋地告诉我，他家大母狗生了5条小狗，可爱极了。
（二）、注重课前、课堂中气氛的调和。
每次上课走来，总能从楼下听到我班朗朗的英语读书声，当我站在讲台上的第一句话便是及时地、微笑着表扬他们：“Youhadagoodjob，children。”在楼下我已经能听到你们朗朗的读书声了，老师真开心啊，你们读得那么好，或很自豪的或说：“哇，你们读书真棒，所有老师听了也对你们竖起了大拇指”，这样小小的表扬就充分树立他们的自信心，他们会很高兴，下次他们会读得更好。别以为这样的方法六年级不适用了，恰好这些方法我都是一年级，六年级通用的，课堂上也注重学生的学*状态，随时调整课堂气氛，使学生在一个良好的'氛围里不知不觉地学到了知识。记得去年的六（1）班下午第一节英语，由于3月份天气原因，学生总有一种“春眼不觉晓，处处闻啼鸟”的倦态，那节课学生的精神状态很差，学*积极性不高，我想：如果这样讲下去效果肯定不好，于是我临时利用我班的搞笑大王叶宝彬同学做着火点，从他入手，我说：“Hello宝彬，howoldareyoutoday？”他被我突如其来的问题吓愣了，我顺势说：“我猜你有30岁了”全班同学一听，哈的一声笑起来，眼神都看着宝彬，我说：“看你今天上课的心态有30岁了吧？好，老师决定今天帮你时光倒流，把你变成3岁的小孩子，好吗？”这时宝彬不好意思的笑了，全班同学也来起了精神，他们倒要看看我怎样把宝彬同学变成一个3岁的小孩子。也许有的老师会说，这样每天浪费时间在与学*无关的事上，不就事倍功半了吗？我觉得恰恰相反，每节课恰当的气氛调节，是课堂上良好的调料，把他们的学*注意力集中到课堂上，那效果不就事半功倍了吗，总比罗罗嗦嗦讲纪律强多了，而实践证时，我也收到了较好的教学效果
二、抓好课堂教学掌握良好的学*方法。
不管是哪一门学科，要想有好成绩，课堂教学的质量是最重要的，课后炒冷饭，补的效果当然也有，那肯定会费时费力。在课堂教学方面，要注意方法，尤其是一些无味枯燥的内容，要找易于学生理解的切入点，要想方设法吸引学生。对于自己今天所上的内容自己一定要有个清晰的思路，课后及时反思。例如反思一下你今天教的开心吗？学生学得开心吗？学生学到了什么，遗漏了什么等等。同时对于一些后进生，课堂上千万不要丢掉他们，不理他们，不给他们发言、练说的机会。相反，要像警察一样时常盯着他们，与他们进行目光的交流。因为他们后进，可能有更多的听不懂的地方，而容易开小差，教师的目光以及点名回答，一是提醒他认真听课，同时也是在给他练*的机会。
三、培养良好的学**惯。
（一）、全面实行“一帮一”，充分发挥学生的作用。
为了提高英语教学质量，提高学生的英语学*成绩，我还注意培养学生的互助学**惯，分小组学*，小组成员结成一帮一的互助对子，充分发挥学生的作用，例如做有关语法和时态得练*题时，让他们同桌或小组讨论：这题为什么这样做，原因是什么，让他们用语法或时态等说出理由，说服对方。这样既让基础好的学生所学的知识得到了巩固，又帮助了其他的同学共同进步，不再出现很严重的“两极分化”，可以说是一举两得。
（二）、课后补差工作。
班里总会出现一些个别的差生，不是学**惯差就是基础差，教师一定要课后花工夫，进行辅导。例如我就我校实际情况，请示校长，同时得到校领导的大力支持，每天利用早读前20分钟，到三楼电教室给他们补课。让他们把遗忘的知识都温故而知新。我觉得这样做效果还是挺大的，原来不及格的学生都追赶上来了，消灭了不及格率。
作为一名小学英语老师，我们肩负的担子是沉重的，我们的任务是艰巨的，古语说的好，教有法，但无定法，重在用法，贵在创法。希望我们全体英语老师共同努力，创造更多的教学方法，更有效地提高英语教学质量。以上是我对小学英语教学的一些浅谈，说得不好请批评指教。谢谢大家！

今天我演讲的题目是《在教育行走中追逐梦想》。
许多年前我曾经在自己的一篇文章中这样写道：我是一个永远在路上的苦行僧，我要为自己的梦想筚路蓝缕，一路前行。现在，为了这个梦，一个教育的梦，我从黄土高原一个贫穷闭塞的山沟沟——山西吕梁来到了风景秀美的伟人故里湘潭，度过了我人生中最宝贵最充实的大学四年，然后又满怀憧憬从“莲城”来到素有“小温州”之称的邵东，一路走来，一路梦想，一路坎坷，一路欢歌，我用自己坚定的步伐在教书育人这条漫漫征程上迈开了自己的第一步。
来到邵东一中，从踏上三尺讲台的第一刻起，我就告诉自己，我的梦想要在这里点燃，我的生命之帆要在这里启航，我的精彩人生要在这里演绎!在有些人眼里，做一名教师是职业，可在我看来，教师就是我值得为之奋斗终身的事业，我要为这份我所深爱的事业探索不息，奋斗不止。
从教一年来，我一直用三句话激励自己，鞭策自己。完善自己。
第一句话是著名教育家欧阳代娜说的：“教育是爱的事业，用爱才能点燃学生的心灵”。我深深地爱着我的每一个学生，从踏上讲台的第一天起，在与学生们一双双渴求知识的眼神相碰撞的那一刻起，我就从心底产生了对这些小弟弟小妹妹的爱，我告诉我的学生，老师愿意成为你们的朋友，成为你们成长道路上的知心大哥。学生上课玩手机，我没有当面进行批评，而是在课后动之以情，晓之以理，以一个朋友的身份真诚地与他交流;一个学生与妈妈闹情绪，上课不好好听讲，我找到他，用自己苦难的身世告诉他及时行孝是多么的可贵，每天醒来能够叫一声妈妈是多么的幸福;学生早恋了，我以一个大哥哥的身份倾听学生对感情的看法，耐心地引导他们在感情的道路上要慢慢走，小心走;每次考试结束后，我都会找到相关的学生谈心，帮助他们分析考试失败的原因，点燃他们的希望。就这样，我真诚的爱我的每一个学生，也换来了学生对我的爱，20xx年2月19日，是我在邵东一中过的第一个生日，学生们给我送来了一份特殊的礼物，一个写满全班同学祝福的小册子，里面满是真诚的话语，他们说，老师，是您真诚的爱，让我们感受到作为您的学生的幸福。可是，我却要说：能够爱我的学生，我也很幸福!
第二句话是语文特级教师李镇西说的：“你不能够把课上得精彩，但至少你要把教案背下来”，就是这句话指导我在教学业务上如何步步为营，扎扎实实。是的，不登上讲台，永远不知道做老师的难，作为一个年轻的教师，我深知自己还有许多的不足，要想把课上好，必须花上比别人多得多的功夫。在*时的备课中，我研读教材，勤查资料，尽力做到一丝不苟，精益求精。“把教案背下来”，用自信的姿态面对学生，让学生在我的从容自信的讲授中享受知识的润泽。为了培养学生良好的学**惯，我精心组织教学环节，我的“三分钟课前演讲+两分钟成语接龙”的教学组织形式得到了学生的普遍欢迎，极大地提高了学生学*语文的兴趣，学生的考试成绩更是稳居前三。
第三句话是我自己写给自己的话：“做一个科研型的教师，做一个专家型的教师”。一位哲人曾经说过，当你选择了天空，你就会成为翱翔天空的雄鹰;当你选择了大海，你就会成为乘风破浪的帆船。教书匠——教师——教育家，是一个教师成长的三种不同境界，而我，要选择天空和大海!用我一生的努力去书写自己无悔的青春。在从教的日子里，我不断思索着自己的教学，在不断思索中总结，在思索与总结中书写，针对高中生作文难的问题，我结合自己多年来的写作经验，总结了一套简单易行又符合教育规律的作文方法“赋、比、兴、绘”四步作文法，并在作文教学中进行实践，文章在华中师范大学主办的《文学教育》杂志上发表;针对诗词教学困境，我摸索出“意象”教学的方法，论文《意象在诗歌教学中的作用》一文在广西师范大学《阅读与写作》杂志发表;针对散文教学，我的论文《浅谈如何运用散文形象美对学生进行感染》在《教育研究与评论》杂志发表;不仅如此，我还广泛阅读，勤写教研心得，论文《浅论传播致效理论对语文教学效果评价体系的启示》和《易中天口才艺术对课堂语言艺术的启示》两篇文章分别在《教书育人》和《语文教学通讯》杂志发表，并收到了读者的来信，信中对我的文章给予了高度的评价。繁忙的教学之余，我没有忘记读书充电，我深深的知道，一个好老师，一个优秀的语文教师，只有不断的读书学*才能成长进步，才能为自己的未来发展搭建好坚实的*台，我在读书和写作中寻找灵感，不断为自己的教学补充新鲜的血液，在广泛的涉略中启示自己的教学，在广泛的爱好中充实自己的生活，书法之路迄今走过了20xx年，目前正在筹备纪念建国六十周年个人书法展;我也热爱写作，一直笔耕不辍，第二本个人作品集即将付梓，另外我还荣幸地担任了我校文学社的常任指导教师。
教育之路，是百年树人的事业，漫漫长路，我始终心怀感恩，我要感谢我苦难的父母给了我生命，给了我踏实做人，自强奋斗的品质;我要感谢一路走来鼓励和支持我的恩师们;我更要感谢一中的领导和老师们，在我遭受人生重大打击的时候给予我的温暖和关怀。我的内心始终充盈着一种感动，千言万语只能汇成一句话：谢谢你们，我的亲人，我的朋友，我的领导，我的学生们!
我坚信，有了你们的爱，我的脚步迈得更加有力，我的人生之路越走越宽阔!

大家都说：教师太*凡了，是的，教师的人是*凡的，但是事业却是伟大的，因为他们所从事的事业是默默的奉献和无私的牺牲。

我教的是小学三和六年级英语，通过读教材我深切感悟到教师必须学*“英语新课标”才能适应教材改革的需要，才能适应新教材新教法的需要。能适应当今素质的需要，才能把握新知识体系和学生实际，提高课堂效益达到“英语新课标”设计理念的基本要求。一句话，顺应教育改革发展潮流，当一名合格的小学英语教师。达到教书育人的目的。
反复学*新课程标准理念，深刻领会英语课程的要求。我们要学*把握新课程标准的理念，目标和内容。小学英语教学属于英语启蒙教育，学生通过听、说、动唱、玩具备一定的语言基础。并获得初步的听说能力和一定的语感。基于小学生的心理特点，以及新课标的要求，小学英语教学应该以提高兴趣为主。
一、激发学生学*英语的兴趣
兴趣是最好的老师，学生只有对英语有浓厚的兴趣才会愿意学，要让学生有兴趣，我们首先得让学生感到英语易学，其次让学生乐学，最后培养学生的自学能力，培养他们对英语学*的积极态度。使他们建立初步的学*英语的自信心。
二、教学方式
依据新课标的要求，新教材的教学必须根据小学生的学*特点，创建以活动课为主的教学模式。重点培养学生用语言进行交流的能力。采用听、说、唱、玩、演的方式。鼓励学生积极参与，大胆表达使学生从动脑、动口、积极思维参与教学活动。如低年级学生可灵活处理教材内容，将其编成儿歌、童谣。课堂中多采用游戏教学法，加上教师灵活亲切的身体语言，使得课堂丰富多彩、轻松活跃。培养学生能在图片、手势的帮助下，听懂语速较慢的`话语或录音材料。
三、创设情景
用自己充满激情的表情和动作去感染学生，让学生积极的参与到学*中来。变被动学*为主动学*，创设情景，相互交流，启发学*动机，树立学*信心。直观情景教学是小学英语教学之中一种很重要的教学技巧。教师要充分利用教科书中的课文来创设情景，如打电话、购物、生日聚会、旅游、问路等。为学生提供使用英语进行交流的机会。
通过新教材的学*，我们迎接了新理念新考验新挑战。我们只要大胆运用新理念、新方法到课堂实践中。努力落实新课标。就回探出一条用好新教材的新路子

晚上好!我是孩子们的英语老师周老师，很荣幸能通过本次家长会与您一起交流我们的英语教学，看着在坐的家长朋友，绝大部分家长，我们还是第一次正式碰面，但是对于家长们的签名，我是再熟悉不过的了，我们每天的《家校联系本》基本上都有过每个家长的签名，在此，真诚地向家长朋友们说声谢谢，感谢您对我们这一门学科的支持与配合，借次机会我想和家长朋友们交流以下几方面的内容。
一、班级整体情况
在优秀班主任xxx的带领下，我们班比较优秀(进步较大)，上个学期期末我们英语学科是兰溪市统一测试的，我们取得了优异的成绩，但也有小部分学生明显落后与别人，主要表现在上课注意力不集中，不喜欢张口读书，动作偏慢，家庭作业没有按时上交或干脆不交等现象，久而久之，他的各种表现就落后了，不管是考试成绩，口语交流，还是书写。就不如其他学生。
二、英语学科的特点
本学期我们用的是PEP英语教材的升级版，它比原来的旧教版有了更高的要求，在学生听、说、读、写的基础上，强调语言的运用，注重能力的培养，培养学生自主学*的能力和独立运用所学语言去做事的能力。但教学内容紧密联系小学生的生活和学*实际，选择话题充分考虑到小学生的需求，涉及学校、家庭、饮食、玩具、动物、颜色、数字等。本学期还增加了机器人(Robin)角色，更富有童趣。因此，英语学科的学*本身趣味性比较强，成绩好的同学会越学越有趣，小部分同学基础没打好，兴趣也就减弱了，毕竟学*的过程是从易到难的。低段简单的没学会，到高段难的知识点学起来就感觉累了。英语课程每个单元的课型也比较清晰的，每单元有AB两部分重点内容，每部分有三中课型;单词教学，对话教学和阅读教学;还有C部分，也就是故事教学是选学内容，我们一般不作课堂授课，作为有兴趣的同学自己自学内容。
三、如何在家监督孩子的英语学*
1。关注家庭作业
每周有三节英语课，这三天里我都会布置家庭作业，并且我对家庭作业有具体的要求：若当天是新授单词课，那晚上的作业肯定是默写单词;若是对话课，那晚上的作业肯定是默写重点句，对预*作业的要求是：听录音，若预*单词，要在家校联系本上抄写单词，我没有规定抄写几遍，目的是培养学生主动学*的*惯，而不是每天机械地完成老师布置的作业。若对话课或阅读课，要求翻译汉语的意思，写在家校联系本上。第二天由四人小组长检查，发现很多孩子是来学校补的，可见听力作业也不会完成。所以，从今天以后，家长可以根据这几个要求去关自己孩子完成作业的情况，当然这之前也有做得很好的家长，不但关注孩子的学*还天天在家校联系本上签名。虽然我没有强制性要求学生每天让家长签名，目的是杜绝孩子造假，高段了有的孩子很聪明，自己签个名，每天签名的家长我是记忆很深刻的，你的孩子也很优秀，我也很感谢您对英语学科的支持和关注。
2。关注单元测试测试卷签名。其实测试卷上家长签名，是一个外在的形式，我的目的是，让家长知道孩子一个阶段的学*成果，看孩子的试卷，不光看分数的高低，更要关注孩子错误的原因，是因为粗心，还是因为本身就不会。一次考试，不仅仅只是分数上的收获，更是一种学*方法上的收获。也是鼓励和鞭策孩子，让孩子有学*的成就感，每次测试后我都以不同的方式给予学生奖励，有，优秀奖，进步奖，鼓励奖。考虑到有的学生存在报喜不报忧的情况，每次试卷下发后，我都会以短信的方式，通知给家长。
四、几点希望
1。家长要转变观念，要把语文，数学，英语放在同等位置。经常可以听到家长的议论，小学英语没关系，初中会重学的，其实这是一种错误的观念。初中七年级是有三个模块式复*内容的，但后面的内容跨度还是很大的，明年的中考英语难度系数又增加了，取消了选择题的题型，9月2日高考制度出台，高三考试分为英语、语文、数学，各科总分是150分。所以养成良好的学**惯要从小学开始，孩子的学*必须家校合作，因为时代在进步，再也不要和你那时自己的学*比较。希望家长再家多费点心，多关注自己孩子的英语学*情况。
2。多关注孩子的学*动态，别过早的放弃孩子对英语的学*，要意识到小学的知识相对来说是比较简单的，更多的是要让孩子有学英语的动力，多鼓励，不要一味的责骂，多和孩子交流，沟通。
3。让我们常联系，我一个人任教六个班的英语课，*时你的孩子出现什么问题我一般和班主任交流比较多，真的感到抱歉，所以家长朋友们您们若有什么问题，你可以写在家校联系本上，或打电话(------537934)，我会尽我所能帮助您的孩子。最后让我们共同努力，让孩子在英语学科上取得好成绩，养成好*惯，为今后的学*打下扎实的基础。我就聊这么多，有不当之处，望家长朋友们批评指正。我办公室就在隔壁，若有事我们也可以单独交流。

在校长的开场白后，我们的艺术节终于正式开始了!
首先是一年级同学入少先队的仪式。等三位高年级的同学把红艳艳的队旗升上去之后，就开始宣誓。在宣誓时，同学们个个都神情专注，十分认真。然后，在大队辅导员的领导下，我们唱起了少先队队歌。
这次艺术节的节目真可以说是五花八门，有唱歌的、跳舞的、朗诵的、合唱的、管乐的……看得我们目不暇接。节目一个比一个精彩，观众们大声鼓掌、喝彩。其中，我最喜欢的，就是管乐了。
管乐队的同学们演奏的是周杰伦的《菊花台》和《牛仔很忙》。同学们在演奏的时候专心，把这两首曲子吹得很好听。把他们*时练就的本事展显得淋漓尽致。
