However, as the consequence of this kind of "leadership" , now the "master" seems to be confronted with problems that are far beyond his control. Facts are really very ample. The green house effect leaves islands and cities along the coast, such as this oriental pearl-Shanghai, in danger of the disaster of being drowned; the holes of the ozone layer make the earth less suitable to live for some creatures including human beings; the phenomena of EL Nino and La Nina leave the land with serious flood and drought, and the diseases, caused by pollution, are increasing at an incredible speed... Seeing all these facts, can we still ignore the counterattack of nature? We are not the masters of nature. Facing all the disasters made by ourselves, we, mankind as a whole should realize that we are just a normal member of the big family of nature. Any mistreatment towards nature will meet only with the revenge from her.
By saying so, I do not mean we should give a sudden stop to any development. Because that will result in a threat to the existence of human society. I mean we should treat nature equally, leaving the chance of existence and development to nature as we are obtaining the same thing, and thus we will get the situation of win-win.

人生和机遇，就像是一种博弈，对手就是自己。把握住自己，对机遇的把握则有就有相对的可控性，因为不把握住了自己，等于你已经为其做好了准备。对待机遇的到来，每个人的敏感性都不样。在机遇面前，世上的人分为几种：一种是为机遇时刻准备好的，随时可把握住机遇的人;一种是虽然对机遇有一定的敏感度，但在实际把握时往往半途而废;还有一种人则是在机遇面前熟视无睹，根本没有感觉它的到来。

“两个黄鹂鸣翠柳，一行白鹭上青天。窗含西岭千秋雪，门泊东吴万里船。”这是唐代大诗人杜甫为我们描绘的一幅大自然与人和谐相处的画卷，这幅画卷是多么美好，多么令人神往!可是，如今在很多地方别说白鹭，就连麻雀的踪影都难以寻觅!听父辈们说，十年前在乡下，麻雀以田地为家，以庄稼为伍，虽然它们也有吃稻谷的劣迹，但它们为消灭四害功不可灭。不知何时，人们急功*利，为提高单位面积产量，大量施用农药灭害虫，结果无辜的麻雀身受其害，死的死，逃的逃，从此就很难寻到麻雀的踪影!昔日那种人与鸟共处，鸟声啾啾的的美好景象成为一种记忆!取而代之的是寂寥的田野，及使用农药后带来的种种后遗症!
记得，在课文中我们读到南朝梁代文学家吴均的《与朱元思书》，在这篇文章中作者以简练的笔墨为我们描绘了富春江的水之美：“水皆漂碧，千丈见底，游鱼细石，直视无碍。急湍甚箭，猛浪若奔。……”富春江的水是这样令人心旌摇荡，长江的水又何尝不是这样：“春冬之时，则素湍绿潭，回清倒影。绝谳多生怪柏，悬泉瀑布，飞漱其间”。星转斗移，如今的长江还是这样靓丽吗?“一江黄水向东流”是当今长江水的真实写照。在重庆一带，长江的水就是蜡黄蜡黄的，含有大量泥沙。上海长江入海口的地方，能看到的只是一江浊水。目前长江的实际排污量，已经远远超过了黄河和淮河。有些河流的江面，用垃圾池来形容恐怕也不为过。仅三峡库区的生活垃圾堆存总量就达到了380万吨，工业废物堆存更超过了3000万吨!汛期来临的时候，后果不堪设想!由此可见，以牺牲自然环境为代价来发展经济，是多么可怕!七年前的长江洪水泛滥，*年来的沙尘暴，局部地区不断出现的旱灾、水灾、泥石流，无不是大自然向人类发出的一张张黄牌警告。如果我们还置若罔闻，人类将招致灭顶之灾!还谈什么奔小康，还讲什么生活美好!亡羊补牢，为时未晚。
针对生态遭到严重破坏的种种情形，***及时提出了可持性发展的战略方针，果断采取各种措施：封山育林，退耕还林，退牧还草，绿化荒山，治理污水，推广沼气池，清理河道、江道垃圾，关闭一个个污染严重的生产点。如：个旧市北郊的某有色金属冶炼业厂，不仅是这个区的“摇钱树”，也是个旧市领导心目中的宝贝。但因其污染的顽症难以根治，去年，个旧市下了道“死命令”：所有冶炼企业先停产，谁先排污达标准谁先开工。据红河州环保局部门的报告说，我州仅去年就关闭、勒令停产整顿30多家高能耗、高污染企业，且有十多个此类项目拒之门外，年减少GPD在一亿以上。这些数据透露出一个信息：我州各级领导干部的发展观念，已从过分追求GPD增长转到了以民为本，可持续发展上。经过多方面的长期治理，已初见成效：山绿了，水青了，江河之上又重新出现了百舸争流的景象。昔日被污染的河流、湖泊正在返老还童，找回它们美丽的从前;“天苍苍，野茫茫，风吹草地见牛羊”的美景，正走进人们的视野!由此可见，只有人与自然和谐相处，生活才能真正美好!让我们像爱护我们生命那样去爱护大自然的一草一木，大自然才会善待我们!
我们想看到到青山绵亘、林壑尤美;我们还想看到高山之上，皆生寒树，负势竟上，互相轩邈;我们还想听到泉水激石，泠泠作响，流水淙淙，清脆悦耳。多么希望

今天，我演讲的题目是人与自然和谐相处。
人是自然的一部分，组成我们身体的肉血、头脑都是属于自然界和存在于自然界之中的，是很普通的物质和元素。人靠什么活着呢？以吃来说，取之动物或植物；以喝来说，取之天上地下的水；生命必须的氧取之于大气。食、水、气缺一不可的生命要素都来自于天地自然。
人离不开自然，自然界为包括我们人类在内的所有物种提供了生存、发展的空间。没有人类，自然照样存在；但是人类只有在一定的自然环境中才能生存。一直以来，人类都是和自然和谐相处的，人类取之于自然，回归于自然，这是一种非常和谐的关系。
人能改变自然。*代以来，由于科学技术水*的发展，人类在征服自然、利用自然取得巨大成果，我们不愁衣食，有房子车子。同时，对自然均衡状态的破坏也达到了相当严重的程度，环境污染、生态失衡已成为世界性公害 。人与自然的关系严重失衡。人类对自然*衡的干预已超过了自然界的再生能力和自我调节能力，使不同水*的自然*衡都已濒临自我修复的极限。
入冬以来，连续的雾霾天气，大家都深有感受，就是人类各种生产活动产生的。中国感受最早最深的生态灾难是水土流失、土地沙化、气候变坏、洪水泛滥、库坝被淤等。*年来，我国水域污染增多：网眼小了，鱼虾少了。科学家们预言：“生态危机将成为21世纪人类共同面临的最大危机。”这就告诉人们，随着工业化的发展和人口压力的加大，人类必须学会与大自然和谐相处。

朋友们，我是否可以冒昧地问您一句：您有道德吗？当然，我相信大家会不假思索的脱口而出：废话，怎会没有！是呀，谁没有“道德”呢！不过，我在这里所指的，并不是一般的伦理道德（我们通常所说的道德，往往仅涉及一定社会空间内人与人关系的规范和评价），而是一种全新的伦理观念——生态伦理道德。所谓生态伦理道德，就是规范人类对地球上的动物、植物、微生物以及自然界其它实体和过程的态度与行为的思想道德观念。
可是，我们人类为什么要树立生态伦理道德呢？
自从人类社会进入“刀耕火种”的时代以来，人类开始了利用和改造自然的活动。19～20世纪，随着科学技术的高度发展和广泛应用，人类创造的物质财富和精神财富高速增长，社会文明达到了前所未有的水*。可是，人类的思想意识从“图腾崇拜”向“人为中心”延伸，否定了人对大自然唇齿相依的依赖关系，认为人是驾驭和主宰自然的主人，而自然则是被征服和被统治的对象。也正是在这种谬误的伦理观念的支配下，人类盲目地排放有毒有害污染物，毁坏植被，过度放牧，滥杀动物，以致人类共同的家园——自然生态环境千疮百孔，维系人类生存的四大系统——耕地、牧场、森林和海洋生物都过度开发，自然资源日益枯竭，人居环境日渐恶化，人与自然的矛盾日趋激化，人类越来越多地受到了大自然的惩罚，全球性的生态危机频频发生。以中国为例，*年来，我国西北地区多次出现沙尘暴和沙尘天气，仅20xx年春，就有多次大规模的沙尘暴*卷北京并南下波及上海等地；19xx年，长江、松花江、嫩江发生历史罕见洪灾，造成沿岸居民流离失所，妻离子散，洪水过处一片荒凉……可见，自觉的运用生态伦理道德来规范我们人类的'态度与行为，其意义是深远的！
可遗憾的是，“生态伦理”仅仅成为少数专家学者的“口头禅”，没有得到人类广泛的认同与确立。长期以来，生态伦理只是在各种法规政策和行为规范中得以不健全的发展。然而在许多血淋淋的事实面前，法规政策、行为规范仍然显得那么软弱无力，不少与生态伦理相悖、专挖法律法规空子的案例频频在各种媒体上曝光。*年来，日本捕杀鲸鱼的活动日益猖獗，面对舆论的谴责，他们诡称之为“科学考察捕鲸活动”！这是为什么？是因为世界没有立法禁止吗？当然不是，肇事者不是受利益驱动就是为了每一天能在餐桌上排设一碟味道鲜美的鲸肉，他们的生态伦理泯灭了，把一已之欲凌驾在生态和谐之上了！
在我们的身边，也不乏这样的一幕幕活生生的现实：割松脂的人用割脂刀环割着树干，采割面几乎遍布整个树身，刻痕深达心材，树体汩汩的流出“血淋淋”的汁液；开荒者用工具垦挖着公路坎上坡度大于25°的造林地，地里没有一株活苗，只有绿油油的、茁壮的玉米，雨季来了，公路上溢满了泥石流，过往行人长吁短叹，而我们的人还在心安理得的向开荒人收缴“过价”（地租）；山上伐木工人端执的油锯狂吼着，天然林一片一片的倒下，而采伐迹地三年、五年长不出半根苗……如此可悲，如此可叹！我们的人常常这样“一次性”的使用自然资源、透支未来资源，把人与自然和谐相处的生态伦理道德弃之脑后。
人是从大自然中分化出来的，它有自然的属性，其物质生活和精神生活都不可能脱离大自然。马克思说过：人的肉、血和头脑是属于自然界的，是同自然界紧密相连的。人类为了自身的生存和发展，必然要改造自然界，消除不利于人类生存的因素，创造适宜人类生存的条件。但是这种创造并非是人与自然间的敌对斗争，人与自然的关系，也不是占有与被占有、掠夺与被掠夺、奴役与被奴役的关系，任何曲解人与自然关系的结果，最终只能导致生态危机。人类利用和改造自然，应该正确地理解为人与自然间的协调，即既索取自然（砍伐森林），又回报自然（植树造林）；既人化自然（兴建城市），又回归自然（城市绿化）。这便是生态伦理的中心思想。它要求人们热爱自然，视自然为友，尊重自然万物各自生存和发展的权利，利用自然资源与回报自然相结合，保持人与自然的协调发展，保持人与自然的和谐关系。当今人类必须从全球的观点出发，重新审视自己的自然观和价值观，严格遵循自然发展规律，积极履行生态义务，时时刻刻都要记住：
人是大自然利益共同体中的一员，人与自然必须作为一个完整的生态系统而存在。
如果，我们不能确立正确的生态伦理道德，并用以规范人类自己对自然的态度和行为，而是敌视自然，破坏生态*衡，那么，地球回报我们的将是干涸的河流、荒芜的沙漠、遍地的动物骸骨，我们人类将彻底的成为地球上“孤独的一族”，这实在是人类生存史上的一场悲剧！

人和自然是和谐统一的整体，大自然是人类的朋友。千百年来，它养育了人类，让人类生生不息，不断发展。人类是如此依靠大自然。人类拥有自然，但决不等于人类能够违背自然的意志，否则人类将遭受自然惩罚，仅有遵循自然规律，人类才能绵延无尽，不然，会被一种更先进，更礼貌的生物所代替。
人类只可是是大自然中的一部分，动物也如此。可一些人却残害他的“兄弟”，不断把自我抬出自然圈，并自以为是自然的主宰者。其实，你想错了，大自然制造了多少生物，而人类，连一个简单的微生物都造不出来，只能坐在一旁看着罢了，然后反复研究，得到结论。
一些人类很多的残害自我的“兄弟”，使生态不*衡，不断受到大自然的惩罚。并把大自然“母亲”看作仇人，责备他的“母亲”，使得“母亲”如此狼狈。这样下去人类碧将遭受自然惩罚。
若人类的破坏更加严重时，人类可能就会像恐龙一样突然蒸发于世界。取而代之的是更礼貌，更具有智慧生物。那时，他们眼里的人类就如我们眼里的蚂蚁。
所以，我们应当好好保护大自然，制止那些非人类的做法，那就是保护我们自我。让我们更好的生活，享受大自然给予我们的`乐趣，并让兄弟姐妹更好的生活，享受母亲给予的乐趣。
我们都是大自然的产物，动物也是，植物还是。不能因为权、财而毁了我们生活的地方，毁了我们自我。
我们是大自然的一部分，并不卓越于其他生物。
要保护人类，就要保护其他兄弟姐妹，更要保护大自然。

In the second place, ambition can bring one’s potentials to the full. Ambition may well serve as a catalyst activating one’s dormant potentials. Without ambition one’s potentials will remain slumbering like a dormant volcano. A case in point is Ms Zhang Haidi, a Chinese Helen Keller. It was her ambition to be a useful person has turned the almost paralyzed Zhang Haidi into a well-accomplished figure whose achievements would dwarf those of some normal people aim at the sun, though, at worst, they may probably land on the moon.

To sum up, ambition can benefit us tremendously if wisely and correctly channeled, otherwise it may ruin others and ourselves. A poet says: life can be bad; life can be good; life can be dirty; life can be sad,; life can even be painful. In my mind’s eye, a person can make his life beautiful, meaningful and rewarding and stand out as a respectable personage if he is motivated by a well-orientated ambition.
Dreams are the best wishes of our hearts, we strive for the goal, is our motivation. A dream in life is bright, is wonderful.
