Today is my two months and two days celebration of working in suntrans. This is my first job, and I am very glad tohave it, and to stand here sharing my feelings with all of you.
Today my topic is a little bit long, it is,the happy days of my dear little young fellows and me spent together in our companySuntrans. We had numerous happy days together, and every day is memorable. Itis so long that if I share every moment with you, this meeting may last three days or even longer. So in order to give us time to work, to eat, to go homeand to sleep, I will only share three most memorable moments we had together.
The first memorable moment for me was thecompany activity held in May by our human resources Department. We played games together and had a great time. That day was my 25th birthday, but that is not the most important reason whyI remember it so well. Firstly, I learned our company’s history, and felt thatit is very difficult to start a business, and thought that everyone in ourcompany is very hard working. Secondly, I joined Maple’s team that day,although we almost lost all of the competitions, everyone was so happy andfriendly and my team made me understood the meaning of the phrase– “team spirit”。I began to understand and like our company after that day’s activity.
The second memorable moment for me was the birthday party held in May. I never had such a birthday party before, what’s more, my birthday is the same month as our General Manager Lu, and I felt very honored and grateful. I received a lot of warm celebration words from all of you and a lovely birthday card. I was so moved that day and had the feeling that I am a part of this big family. When I blew off the candles, I made three wishes, firstly, make progress in English, secondly, make progress in Japanese,Thirdly, do my best to become a good translator in Suntrans. The third memorable mmoment for me was The Second Experience Exchanging Forum of Mining Investment 20xx. This is the first time I took part in such a big conference, and I was very excited and willing to do something for it. We did work very hard for this conference, and even asked the Dragon Boat Festival to contribute. This conference gave me a great workexperience and taught me many things: for example how to do advertising and marketing, and a great knowledge in mining industry. The most important is, our young fellows’team work is very brilliant, and I love our company more thanever after this conference.

My topic is Honesty. As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story. chuzhongchusan 65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon.
He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure. In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon’s mouth. He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older.
Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome. When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was dee*** touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error.
Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I would like to say to all of my friends: Let’s be honest people of good moral character. Thank you.

With so many choices one day, people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life. In my opinion, the following part is of much more importance than the choice. There is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life, which the process makes the difference.
Life is a box of chocolate,you never know what you will get. Forrest Gump made no decision by and for himself but he accomplished great success with his strong will in the process. The process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ,the caution, courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles.

Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.
My vacation was very interesting. I did my homework on first day. I played table tennis on second day. I watched TV on the third day. I went shopping on the fourth day. I… But I liked my going shopping best.
On Sunday, I went to a shopping center with my mother. The shopping center wasn’t far from my home. It took us about ten minutes to get there on foot. The shopping center was very big. There were all kinds of things. Every day a lot of people go there to buy things. It opens at eight in the morning and closes at nine at night. Now, I was helping my mother buying things. I had a shopping list in my hand. We were looking for things on the shopping list. After staying in the shopping center for about two hours, we got all the things and walked home.

什么是奋斗?奋斗就是为自己的人生勾勒出美好的蓝图，并坚持为之奋斗，为着自己的理想而付出汗水，成就自己的一生，这样才算不虚此行。陶行知曾说过：“奋斗是万物之父。”由此可见，奋斗是多么可贵，但是许多人却没有奋斗的精神，他们好吃懒做，整日花天酒地，不思进取，遇事总依附于他人的帮助。
这让我想到了一个人物――《明朝那些事》中的申时行。申实行的生父丁和一位女子一见钟情，生出了申时行。那时候，私生子在当时是十分见不得人的，所以申时行被送给了当地的知府，知府见申时行很机灵，便收下了他。
小时候的申时行生活的衣枕无忧，十几岁就考上了贡士，考进士时，他的养父告诉他，其实你并不是我的儿子，你是我收养的，申时行明白自己的道路是未知的，以后谁都帮不了他，他只能靠自己。从此以后，申时行便努力读书，悬梁刺股，寒窗苦读了三年，终于金榜题名，一举中状，20多年后成为内阁首辅。
这个故事让我们明白：只有努力奋斗，命运才能掌握在自己手里。
爱默生也曾说过：“凡事欲其成功，必须付出代价――奋斗。”是的，我们要在最好的光阴里尽情奔跑，尽情的奋斗，向着光辉的人生不断奋斗。

如果今天不走快点，那么明天可能就要用跑的了，后天也许就要看不清前进的方向了。何必去管梦想会不会实现呢，向前走向前奔跑就是了。有的时候梦想会比较*，有的时候梦想会很远，但是它们总会实现的。
坦白说，自己只是不想在这短短的一生中留下太多的遗憾，可是我似乎总是在等待，把梦想留在将来，把努力留在明天，拿来一本书翻了几页想等到下次有空的时候再看，那些本该今天要完成的事情，总是想到等等再做，然后经这么一放下，就再没有然后了。
这段时间情绪并不是很好，总是回想着自己，回想着昨天，踏上社会的这些年，发生了很多事，见过各式的人。可是这一切，就这样无声息的过去了。
四年有多长，放在一个时间刻度里，似乎没有十年来的那么刻苦铭心，却也足以让一个人的生活发生天翻地覆。在这么一个不长不短的时间里，到底是经历了一些什么呢?四年前踏上离开家乡的客车的时候，反复告诉自己这是我决定的路，无论如何都不能放弃，你有你的梦你有你的路，拼了命也要走下去。大概正是应了那句话吧：青春免不了一场颠沛流离。
其实仔细想想，为什么自己要从一个城市奔向另一个城市，投靠一个尔虞我诈的暴风港?没有人逼你为了投递一张简历四处奔波，也没有人逼你拖着行李离开自己的故乡。自己之所以会站在这个地方，是因为当初自己的决定，可是为什么我居然忘记我站在这里的原因了。
以前我还觉得自己心智算成熟，可不知道为什么总是会被一些莫名其妙的情绪充斥着，莫名的觉得孤单，难过，甚至觉得被整个世界遗弃了。
为什么自己会那么义无反顾，为什么自己总能在遭受打击之后还能找到自己的信仰，然后继续向前走。是因为自己想要这个世界因为有自己的存在而有一点改变，变得更好，变得更不冷漠，变得更热情，变得更正义。因为想要自己的生活能够更加丰富多彩。因为不甘心，想要自己的青春不那么的无趣。因为自己想要在现在做一些将来不会后悔的事情。因为不是每一次醒来都可以是一场梦。
也许有些路好走是条捷径，也许有些路可以让你风光无限，也许有些路安稳又有后路，可是那些路的主角，都不是我。至少我会觉得，那些路不是自己想要的。
仔细看看周围的人，始终有那么一些人，坚定地在向前走着，他们变成闪闪发光的存在，总觉得他们就像是神似的存在这世界上，可是自己却不知道他们到底用了多少努力，才换来了这样的一个他们想要的人生。
但是不管怎样，生活还是要继续向前走去。有的时候伤害和失败不见得是一件坏事，它会让你变得更好，孤单和失落亦是如此。每件事到最后一定会变成一件好事，只要你能够走到最后。
在别人肆意说你的时候，问问自己，到底怕不怕，输不输的起。不必害怕，不要后退，不须犹豫，难过的时候就一个人去看看这世界。多问问自己，你是不是已经为了梦想而竭尽全力了?

大家上午好!
我是，今天，我演讲的题目是《丢弃惰性，奋斗梦想》!
说实话，当初报名参加这个演讲比赛的初衷只是为了锻炼一下自己的能力，根本就没有考究这次比赛该讲什么?而当我真正知道演讲的题目是“放飞梦想，畅响自强”的时候，我茫然了。因为我根本就记不起自己的梦想是什么?
回忆当初，高考失利后无奈只能选择一所三本学校就读的时候，我就暗暗发誓，我必须在大学里好好努力，一定要把高考留下的遗憾给补回来，一定要创出属于自己的一片天地。
可是上了大学后的我却在大学宽松自由的环境中变得堕落颓废，早上赖床睡懒觉，晚上卧谈到深夜，一有空余时间就往网吧里钻，学*对于我来说似乎成了一件奢侈品，现在的我也早已*惯了自由懒散，我的内心也已经麻木了，根本不知道理想是怎么回事了。
然而这次演讲的主题深深地触动了我，也深深的把我给激醒，在准备这次演讲的过程中，我似乎明白了许多，成长了许多。人的一生很短暂，如果一个人活在世上的目的就是*庸地活下去，那么这个人就是在世上流浪了一辈子。一个人只有树立远大的理想，并且为了这个理想而不为挫折，坚持不懈得奋斗下去，才能完成一个人应该完成的事。
有些人或许在怀疑自己是否有这个能力，质疑自己的资质。而我想说的就是发光并不是太阳的专利，我们同样可以，要想别人看的起自己，首先得自己看的起自己。每个人都有自己潜在的能量，只是很容易就被*惯所掩盖，被时间所迷离，被惰性所消磨。所以我们必须树立起自己的梦想一步一步的往前走，终究会触及梦想的边缘的。河大工商学院曾和我一样落魄迷茫的朋友们站起来吧!梦想总是为愿意奋斗的人准备的，让我们都从一个微不足道的开始而为自己的梦想而努力吧!
也许在这过程中，我们会遇到许多坎坷，但我们都得明白“天将降大任于是人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为。”挫折是必定会有的，但我们不应该有所畏惧，因为我们的梦想在前方，我们有着一双可以为梦想而努力的双脚，就算倒下了，我们也要毫不犹豫的站起来继续走下去，用《亮剑》里面李云龙的一句话就是“死，也要死在冲锋的路上”。我们都要“是人当自强”，说到“自强”这个词，我曾刻意地查过它的含义，字典上的解释就是：自己努力向上。
不要在乎自己站在哪个位置，只要坚持自己梦想的方向，自强不息，时刻鞭策自己激励自己，那么最后我们也同样会站在辉煌的至高点，并且有可能我们会比别人站得更高，因为我们一直在努力向上。没有比脚更长的路，没有比人更高的山，我们只要积极努力向上，不断地超越自己，我们就可以骄傲的对着天空说我的未来不是梦，因为我们一直在做一个努力向上，不断超越的自强之人。
同学们，虽然我们现在的起点会比别人低，虽然我们看起来不如别人，但是，我坚信，总有一天我们会爬上高峰，跟起点高的人同一高度，因为，只要有梦想，只要有一个为梦想而发愤图强的心，我们的未来都不是梦。那么，同学们，让我们玩起手来，让我们从今天开始告别昨日的堕落，让我们为自己的梦想而努力奋斗吧!

“大学梦”让我明白：“不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹”。的确，没有*时的刻苦努力，辛酸苦楚，怎能踏入大学殿堂？ “大学梦”让我再次明白：“梅花香自苦寒来”的道理。安丘四中从一所不知名的学校变成了一所重点高中，变成了一所圆大学梦的学校，这其中究竟隐藏着什么秘密？ 现在“安丘四中之谜”已被解出。自信是他们成功的前提，努力是他们成功的法宝，*惯是他们成功的法则，时间是他们一生的“定时炸弹”。 安丘四中学生潜力无穷！正是由于这响亮的口号，激发了四中学生的潜意识，潜能由此诞生，“大学梦”由此得以实现，并创造了高考神话。
我相信每个人都有无穷的潜能，只是有些人的潜能开发的的早，有些人的潜能开发的相对较慢较晚一些。所以我相信，我并不比他们差，别人能办到的我也能办到，甚至办的比别人更好，四中学生能圆“大学梦”，我也一定可以！ 李阳曾说过：“No one can achieve anything without effort。”没有人能不劳而获。的确，没有付出，就一定没有收获。“If you want to succeed，always force yourself to do more”如果你想成功，总要强迫自己多做一点。只有这样才能使人进步。李阳老师的这两句话使我铭记在心，久久在耳边回荡。 “大学梦”一直在激励着我前进，在激励着我奋斗。
同学们！我们是祖国的未来，我们是祖国的希望，国家的建设需要我们，国家的兴旺富裕也需要我们。让我们共同努力，圆了我们的“大学梦”！

我今天**下讲话的主题是“奋斗成就梦想”。
梦想，一个多么美好的字眼，让人听后感到激情澎湃、热血沸腾。青春年少的我们，谁不曾有过梦想啊?谁又不曾捍卫过自己的梦想呢?可是，我们又深知，要实现自己的梦想又非得经过一番艰辛和磨难才能实现，因为“惟其艰难，方显勇毅;惟其磨砺，始得玉成。”年轻就是我们的资本，我们可能会被打趴下，但我们绝不会当逃兵;我们可能会失败，但绝不会做失败者。这正如苹果CEO杜克在一次演讲中所说，“宁可做拼搏的失败者，也不做安于现状的*凡人。”
现实生活总是不缺奋斗者的典型。励志大片《摔跤吧，爸爸》就是根据印度国家摔跤冠军马哈维亚?辛格的真人真事改编而成的，他通过艰苦的训练让自己的女儿实现了自己争夺金牌的梦想，而电影的主演阿米尔汗为了演好这一角色也是尝尽了艰辛。第三季中国诗词大会的总决赛冠军雷海为，他只是一名普普通通的快递小哥，却凭借自己对诗词的执着和热爱，利用自己零碎的空隙时间背诵诗词，最终击败北大才子彭敏而登顶冠军宝座。他们都用自己的默默奋斗给梦想做了的注解。
其实，奋斗者的榜样并不总是在远方，我们常外就是典型。
xx是一所年轻的学校，却能在不到7年的时间内迅速成为xx教育的一张名片，靠的就是“奋斗”两字。当天还蒙蒙亮的时候，早有朱校长和值班行政早早地在守候在校门口;当第一缕晨曦照耀教学楼时，xx学子的激情晨读早已响彻xx湖的上空;当下课铃响起之后，教师办公室又开辟了培优扶弱的“第二课堂”;当自主学*的声音响过之后，教室走廊上又是“生生互助”的靓丽风景线;当晚五的铃声响过之后，高三的教室里依然是灯火通明;而当楚材居湘绣阁的最后一盏灯熄灭后，校道上映现的是各位班主任查完寝后悠长的身影。
老师们，同学们，这一切的一切都是为了什么呢?都是为了一个大梦想――弯道超车的“常外梦”，都是为了实现每一个常外人的梦想。老师们，同学们，我们真的应该赞赞这新常外，赞赞这常外梦!
有位哲人说，“梦里走了许多路，醒来还是在床上。”是的，梦想是梦不出来也想不出来的，而是奋斗出来的。一位诗人说，“要输就输给追求，要嫁就嫁给梦想。”当下，我们三考年级的同学正在进行最后的冲刺阶段，希望大家能咬紧牙关，攻坚克难，坚持到底，走好最后一公里。相信xx的六月必定是火红的六月，胜利的六月。
最后，我愿大家能以梦为马，不负韶华，更能以奋斗为鞭，策马前行，早日实现自己的梦想。
