The first memorable moment for me was thecompany activity held in May by our human resources Department. We played games together and had a great time. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story. chuzhongchusan 65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon.
He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure. In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon’s mouth. He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older.
Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome. When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was dee*** touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error.

I always feel tired after eight classes a day, so my dream school starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m. There are three lessons in the morning and two in the afternoon. We can choose our favorite lessons to learn. We can spend more time doing some outside reading. The students do after-school activities for one and a half hours every day. My topic is Honesty. As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story. chuzhongchusan 65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon.
He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure. In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon’s mouth. He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older.
Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome. When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was dee*** touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error.

The title of my speech is Protect the Environment, Protect Ourselves. I hope you will like it. Everybody knows waste paper and used coke cans are discarded everywhere. You might have seen plastic bags flying in the sky and getting caught in the trees when the wind blows or maybe you have seen old cans floating in the rivers and polluting the water. Our environment is the place in which we live, but it is being ruined by us. There is a story about house and trees. It is said that a man’s house was surrounded by a lot of trees. Though the wind was strong, that man could have a good rest under the trees. How comfortable the life was! One day, that man wanted to enlarge his house, so he cut down all the trees. Then the autumn came without the protection.
The strong wind blew the roof of the house into the sky. The whole house was gone with the wind. What a pity! But that’s the price people have to pay for destroying in the ecology balance. People shouldn’t be short-sighted. Protecting the environment is everyone’s task. As you know, there are four kinds of pollution. They are air pollution, water pollution, waste pollution and noise pollution. But what can we do to solve the pollution? I think, firstly, we can make cars that don’t pollute the environment. We can ask companies to use modern clean technology. In some big cities, we can limit the number of cars. Secondly, we can try to use less water and make sure that we do not pollute the water. We can tell factories that they are not allowed to pour waste water into the lakes and rivers. Thirdly, we should not throw rubbish in parks and cities. We can pick up rubbish if we see it. Other than those， there are even more good effects brought to us by the Olympic Games that cannot be seen directly. For example， more and more people will get to know China. I’m sure the mysterious Chinese culture will attract them strongly.
And the games will also do good to the economy and environment， for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness of environmental protection is being strengthened. 请带着梦想飞，或许它很小，或许它薄如蝉翼，可是它却能给予我们力量，它代表着我们的成熟，想梦是我们坚实的后盾，它引领我们飞翔，它鼓励我们飞翔，它让我们飞翔在蓝天上，它让我们越来越接*成功。
请带着梦想飞，经过风雨的洗礼，越过痛苦的悬崖，熬过苦难的大海，去见证风雨后美丽的彩虹，去看望县崖底下的美景，去欣赏蔚蓝的天空……

各位领导，各位同仁：
大家好！
不知道大家有没有看过最*一部很火的电影——《致我们终将逝去的青春》，这部电影取景在南京的几所高校，看的时候感觉十分亲切。去到电影院的时候，我发现观众里，有正值青春二三十多岁的人，还有缅怀青春的四十多岁的人，为什么这些人，都会被这部以青春为名的电影所吸引？我想，这正是因为，青春，是我们每个人的梦想的起点，梦之船从每个人的青年时代起航。今年的“五四”青年节刚刚过去，今天，我的'演讲题目是“青春梦想曲”。
在我眼里，青春就像一幅画，就像一首歌，更像多个乐章交织起来的交响乐，这第一乐章就是“心中有梦”。
生而为人，与其他动物的不同之处，就在于我们会让做梦，我们爱做梦，我们无法抑制自己不去做梦，这个梦，就是理想，就是人生目标。中国梦，是国家的、民族的，也是每一个中国人的；是在座所有出版人的，更是我们青年员工的，编出一本好书，卖出一本好书，宣传一本好书，这就是我们青年员工该有的理想。
青春梦想曲的第二乐章就是“敢于追梦”。中国载人航天工程和探月工程设计师*均年龄只有30多岁，***翻译室的*均年龄只有31岁，百度员工*均年龄只有26岁，这些青年人不仅心中充满梦想，而且敢于追求梦想，做出了令人赞叹的成绩，青年兴则国家兴，青年强则国家强，我们应该以他们为榜样，在自己的工作岗位上勇敢追梦。
青春梦想曲的第三乐章就是“勤于圆梦”。停留于脑中的梦想是空想，只有脚踏实地地实干，才能实现梦想。实干就是闻鸡起舞，埋头苦干。就是你追我赶，争先创优。就是加强专业学*的同时，拓宽各类学科的知识面。青春只有一次，时间不等人。
我自己是一名青年编辑，来自江苏人民出版社第一编辑室，我们编辑室自从xx年以来，每年都得到了江苏省团工委授予的“青年文明号”的光荣称号，我们在工作间隙自由而热烈地交流思想，讨论选题，个人有困难时同事之间彼此无私帮助，可以说我们编辑室每天都在勇敢地追梦，勤奋地圆梦，每天都在奏响着青春梦想曲。
个人的力量是有限的，集体的智慧是无限的，把个人的梦想融汇到集体的梦想当中去，梦想才能成为现实。借这次演讲的机会，我想向各位领导提出一个建议，可不可以在集团和各单位团委的领导下，组织青年员工，定期召开沙龙会，集团下各个单位的青年员工完全自愿出*，每期主持人轮流设立，每期主题可以涉及时政热点、出版业的新闻，还可专门讨论一本书、一个电影、一个选题。这样的沙龙会，可以促进集团内部青年员工之间的互相了解，激发创意灵感，让我们彼此交流梦想，共同圆梦，一同奏响青春的梦想曲。

大家好!
春雨淅淅沥沥地飘着，屋檐上挂着的水帘垂落到刚解冻的泥土上。突然，我发现在这块黑黝黝、湿滚滚的泥土中，冒出了一个鲜嫩的小绿帽。这是一棵新发芽的小草!它那盎然的绿意昭示着勃勃的生机，它贪婪地吮吸着雨露，使劲地钻呀，成为点缀世界的一员!
看着这幕情景，我不禁评然心动：我们难道不正像春天里的小草吗?吮吸着知识的甘露，正努力地茁壮成长!春天，是扎根吸收养料的季节，倘若小草不能在这时克服泥土的羁绊，汲取生长的养份，那么它必将被夏季的繁花湮没，被秋季的风霜打萎而不能在来年化作春泥维护下一代。同样，倘若我们这一代年轻人，不能抓住青春，多吸收养料，就会被21世纪的`浪潮淹没，伴随着傻悔度过碌碌无为的一生。
给自己一个播种的春天吧!我们应该抓住这弥足珍贵的时时刻刻，孜孜不倦地学*，为迎接知识经济的挑战打下坚实的基础。我有过不少同学，小学的，初中的，高中的。他们有三种不同的度过青春的方式：有的已过早地走向了社会;有的虽然仍坐在教室，可心早已飞向了外面的花花世界，还有的则专心致志地沉浸在学*知识的欢乐中，保持着少年人浓厚的求知欲和上进心。前两种同学在极大的浪费着自己的年华，却全然不知。
我不禁想替他们设想一下将来：若干年后，当感到自己跟不上时代的节拍，面临淘汰的时候，他们悔恨地呐喊着：“老天呀!还我韶华履我一定不会虚度年华了。再给我一个春天吧!”然而，一切都是徒然。与此相反的是，那些当初坚定不移走上求知道路的同学，他们在春天付出了不少，在秋天收获得更多，成为了祖国现代化建设的中流砥柱。他们无愧于自己，天愧于后代!
我想，倘若每一位同学都能如此穿越一下时空，就会像这棵成长的小草一样，懂得春天的珍贵了，便会在还不至于悔恨的时候，为自己创造一个美好的春天。

大家好!
每个人，都有大大小小的梦想。可有些人没有想过，你的梦想是不是真的能够实现?你是否真的能为此努力?
有个人，他家境比较困难，但他从小有一个梦想，就是能考上今年的文科状元。在溪流的另一边，也有一个人，也有一个“状元梦”，可他与前一个人的`家境完全不同，他家里十分富裕，他的父亲也是县令，大概是个贪官吧!
他们有着共同的梦想，可却做了不同的行动。穷的孩子，学*非常的刻苦：三更眠，五更起，把精力全都又在了学*上，尽管如此，他还觉得自己有很多问题需要学*。而溪的另一边，富的孩子，天天好吃懒做，他说，就算自己考得分数再低，他父亲大人也会托人让他考中状元，所以，今年的状元非他莫属。如此，穷的孩子的知识越来越渊博;富的孩子，惰性越来越强了，成天游手好闲。
到了考试那天，他们到了考场。穷的孩子很快做完了试题，并认真的检查了几遍。富的孩子一看到试题，觉得很难，于是趴在桌子上睡着了。
穷的孩子终于考上了状元，而富孩子连名字都没写到卷子上，所以即使托人也没用。
我从中明白了：为之，则难者亦易矣;不为，则易者亦难矣。什么事，只要去努力，你一定能成功。
所以，为了你的梦想，你一定要努力。加油!加油!加油!我一定行!

大家上午好！
今天，我来谈一谈理想二字。
理想，简简单单的两个字，包含的内涵却太多太多。有人说：有理想并为之奋斗的人一定是坚强的人，有理想并陶醉其中的人一定是浪漫的人。而我想说的是：理想，真的很美，拥有理想并为之奋斗的人，更美。
我昨天认认真真地看完了《开学第一课》，给了我很大的感触。小时候，理想真的很简单。那时候我们不管理想是否现实，科学家，艺术家，老师，医生，等等一切美好的职业都能成为我们理想中最美好的点缀。也正是因为这些美好的理想伴随着我们一步步地成长，到如今，我们已经学会为着自己的'理想而努力奋斗，我们已经懂得追逐自己的理想，并且不放弃。
理想最珍贵的是什么？贵在坚持。寻梦的旅途是坎坷的，理想的终点是遥远的，但是未来却是光明的。当一个身体残缺的人为着理想不懈地努力，当刘伟用那双人人都拥有的*凡的脚弹奏出一首首不*凡的钢琴曲时，你有没有想过自己对于理想的态度，是否真的坚持过？当孟衡在水中起伏的时候，当他因理想失败而愤怒地嘶喊的时候，他父亲告诉他，这只是理想的第一步，跌倒了，再站起来。一个成功背后至少有一千个错误，我们永远都只能是倒下了再站起来。
理想最珍贵的是什么？贵在脚踏实地。马云说的几句话让我记忆犹新。他说：其实理想不必要很大，只需要觉得你能做得到。理想永远跟眼泪和汗水是在一起的。假如理想离开了眼泪和汗水那就变成乱想和空想。每个人都有理想，每个阶段都有不同的理想，我不例外，你也不例外。但是，你是否真的有努力地去追求过？
当然，理想是可以传递的，XX的理想是做一名教师，可是他却已经无法实现了。而如今，我站在这里，追求着我的理想，也是做一名教师的理想。说实话在这之前，我从没真正地意识到将来我要做一名人民教师。可是就从现在开始，就从演讲开始，因为这是为成为一名合格教师所做的铺垫，这也是我寻梦途中的一块基石。
对于这个理想的未来我还缺少点信心，因为就目前的我而言，距离成为一位合格教师的资格还差很远。但是我想借章子怡最后的那句话与大家共勉：“为理想，做一个坚强勇敢的人。”

人生如一场新雪，你的每一步都会留下印痕。
青春，需要的是猛烈的摹画而非阳春白雪的点染。年轻人的天空，等候一声闷雷来惊醒涉世未深的心灵。
青春需要昂扬的斗志来雕琢。麻木不仁只需一声轻浮的哀叹，一簇无端聚起的眉梢——看破红尘是容易的，艰难之处是命中挣扎。风起云涌的造化的激流中，不妨做一次**，奋起将灰暗的雨幕击穿。纵使“破帽遮颜过闹市”，纵使“漏船载酒泛中流”，也要横眉冷对命运的严苛。
青春需要不懈的拼搏来雕琢。有人说虽败犹荣，我以为这些字眼不应出此刻年轻人的字典。青春，意味着应对一个全新的世界，意味着将来仍有无数种可能。杰克.伦敦将青春喻为阿喀琉斯，喻为毁灭之神，青春是一股永无休止的力量。人生是一场只能胜利的远征，失败者湮灭于茫茫的黑夜，凝固在无风的混沌之中。唯有凭屹立不倒的精神，方能于时光无情的碾压中，浓墨重彩地挥洒自我的篇章。
青春需要信仰来雕琢。《牛虻》一书为世人呈现了这样一群年轻人：他们闪烁着梦想主义的光芒，在这个喧闹而永恒的世界中他们无所畏惧，即使光阴荏苒，他们沸腾的热血却永未熄灭。我时常想，人在生死往复之中，总要坚守什么信仰，才能跳出西西弗神话那荒谬的.陷坑。
“彻底的革命者是无所畏惧的。”年轻人也应无所畏惧。正如革命者牛虻，他炽烈的人文主义情怀令他无畏感情的怆痛，无畏屈辱与磨难，微笑着应对死亡，甚至嘲讽而不屑地在天国的黄铜宝座前说出狂语。不敢想象那些没有梦想与信念支撑的人，他们的眼中世界怕是一片令人绝望的铅灰?抑或是陷入虚无主义与荒谬主义的层层迷雾，痛苦地聆听时光颓然逝去的声音?
“青春”二字，必然是进取的、乐观的，必然要挣脱一切枷锁，如同安塞腰鼓般壮烈激昂。他如同借以太之翼，径直迎接呼啸的罡风。
雕琢青春的事物，必须如千年的云松，苍劲、刚强，容不下哀婉的旋律，容不下凄凉的乐章。青春之字典，决无消极二字。

我有一个梦想，深深地埋在我的心里，我用希望浇灌着它，使它生根、发芽;我有一个梦想，它载着我爱国的情怀，让我对祖国念念不忘、无比期待;我有一个梦想，它不仅是我的梦想，也是所有中华儿女的梦想。这个梦想就是——报效祖国!

我要为祖国出一份力!在我有这个小小的梦想的时候，我就从小事开始实践。首先，我自己要做好每一件事。如：学*、做家务、帮助别人……其次，我还倡导别人也做好每一件事，努力成为有用之才，以后为祖国出力。
我还要保护祖国的环境，爱护每一棵草，每一朵花，不乱扔垃圾，让天更蓝、水更清、草更绿，让中国成为“绿色天堂”!我对科学发明很感兴趣，以后我会一直研究科学，争取长大后研制出新的东西，发现出新的定律，探究出更多奥秘，为中国科学界做出贡献!
报效祖国，不仅仅是我一个人的事，也是所有中华儿女的事!我还要倡导人们一起来报效祖国，保护家园!从现在开始，从小事做起，从一点一滴做起!

早上好！
经学校研究决定，利用今天早上举行升旗仪式。当***冉冉升起的时候，当嘹亮的**响起的时候，相信大家的内心深处是激情澎湃的。这是我们重返校园后举行的第一次升旗仪式。
重返校园的机会来之不易，希望大家要懂得珍惜。在这个被新冠疫情感染了的冬季和春季，停工停产停学，影响着社会的发展和人们的生活，新冠病毒的阴云笼罩在神州大地的上空。
在***的正确领导下，在全国人民的共同努力下，众志成城，同心抗疫，最终击退了新冠病毒的侵袭，取得了决定性的胜利，疫情防控形势向好发展，为大家重返校园、备战高考提供了有力保障。
在这次升旗仪式上，我代表学校向同学们提出几点希望和要求。概括起来有这么几组关键词：感恩、规范、惜时、务实、责任。
第一个关键词“感恩”：
我们能*安回到校园备战高考，首先要感恩的是党和国家的英明领导和精准施策；其次要感恩的是你们的老师们。是他们精心备课、认真施教，给你们上好每一节网课，督促你们完成作业；是他们为你们整理好教室，把书籍装好送到你们的座位跟前；是他们为你们整理好宿舍，叠放好被褥；是他们承担着超额的授课工作量，帮助你们备战高考；是他们夜以继日，守护在你们身边，陪着你们学*，陪着你们就餐，看着你们入睡，他们是除父母之外对你们最关心的群体。
希望你们对老师们的辛勤付出，要懂得感恩。对你们来说，认真备考、发奋学*就是感恩老师最好的表现。
第二个关键词“规范”：
规范管理非常重要，先谈*惯，再谈成绩。规范的*惯是提高成绩的前提条件。一个不讲规范，自由散漫的人很难取得好成绩。美国的疫情形势非常严峻，新冠肺炎确诊病例已经逼*100万了，美国民众过度追求民主和自由就是导致美国疫情急剧攀升的一个重要因素。不戴口罩，不接受居家隔离，认为限制了自己的自由，结果呢，因为自由散漫使得疫情变得无法收拾。
大家重返校园以后，整体表现还是不错的，与大家入学的第一天相比较，在各方面还是比较规范的。刚开学的那一天，有些学生不戴口罩，在宿舍里聚堆，在校园里勾肩搭背，嬉戏打闹。经过学校各层面的要求以后，这种不好的行为*惯得到了纠正：无论是教室里、宿舍里还是校园里，口罩戴得规范，路线走的整齐，间隔距离保持的好。
或许有些同学认为，这些*惯不足挂齿。其实这种认识是错误的。有句话说得好：细节决定成败，规范赢得成功。不要小看一个小小的口罩，也不要小看教学楼内外的排队行进，它能反映出你规范的意识和严谨的态度，这种意识和态度就能决定着你的学*成绩。希望你们养成规范的*惯，并能好好地保持。
第三个关键词“惜时”：
关于惜时的名言警句和诗词文章有很多，相信同学们也耳熟能详。珍惜时间，道理都懂，关键是能否落实到位、坚持到底。
开学这段时间，根据观察多数学生做得很好，在教室里发奋学*，在走向餐厅的路上，在买饭的.间隙，在吃完饭后，在回到宿舍后，都能拿出知识卡片进行复*巩固。
在我看来，勤于攻读的学生才是校园里最美丽的风景。当然，也有极少数的学生在课堂上仍然打瞌睡、开小差，在课间饭空在教室里、走廊里甚至厕所里大声喧哗，忘记了入楼静、入室学的要求；还有极个别的学生偷偷玩手机、看小说、谈恋爱，忘记了十条红线的雷池不可逾越。
希望这部分学生要悬崖勒马、及时刹车、迷途知返，全身心地投入到高考备考当中。或许由于基础太差，失去了信心，感到老虎吃天无从下手，不要心焦，不要悲观，静下心来，从你感到最容易的地方开始突破，说不定就会产生豁然开朗、醍醐灌顶的感觉，从而达到山重水复疑无路、柳暗花明又一村的境界。
第四个关键词“务实”：
学*知识来不得半点虚假，必须要务实才能取得好成绩。学*不是堵眼色，老师来了装模作样的读书学*，老师走了又开始原形毕露，交头接耳、心不在焉。
同学们，请你们记住一个道理：学*不是做表面文章，学*也不是给老师学的，也不是给家长学的，归根到底是给你自己学的。
当你考上重点大学的时候，别人不可能代替你去读大学；当你获取一份理想职业的时候，别人也不可能代替你去感受尊贵和光鲜；当你因为虚度年华、一事无成的时候，别人也不会代替你品味生活的艰辛。也就是说，前行的路要靠自己去走，主动地走，好好地去走，才能到达成功的目的地。
希望接下来的时间里，你们一定要发扬务实的学*作风，老师在与不在一个样，真正把要我学变成我要学，千方百计把学*成绩提上去。
第五个关键词是“责任”：
如果没有这场疫情的话，我们会在每年的春季举行18岁**宣誓仪式。在场的所有学生应该都年满18周岁了，按照我国法律规定，18岁以上的公民都属于成年人。也就是说，18岁的你们需要告别昨天的单纯和任性，你们已经步入了成年人的行列，成为共和国的成年公民，需要承担应该承担的责任。
对你们来说，你们步入**行列后的第一份厚礼，就是70天以后献给老师，献给学校，献给家长的高考成绩。“养兵千日，用兵一时”，相信你们在接下来的70天的时间里牢记责任、厉兵秣马、精心备考，书写属于自己的美丽的青春诗篇。
时不我待，只争朝夕，加油吧，同学们！

*慕容曾说过：青春的美丽与珍贵，在于它的无邪与无暇，在于它的可遇而不可求，在于它的永不重回。然而，我认为，青春的美丽与珍贵，在于那时的我们是年轻的，有年轻的外表，年轻的心境，年轻的干劲，有对未来的期许，对梦想的执着。更重要的是，年轻的'我们不怕失败，我们勇于奋斗。我对奋斗的解释是：为自己想要获得的事物或人努力打拼，不断努力。
在*凡的生活中，我常常迷惘。在求学的独木桥上不知所措，害怕会一不小心就摔下去。当越过一座时，我已经满身创伤，我该不该继续奋斗下去呢？看过《奋斗》首我得到了一个答案：青春注定会因奋斗会精彩，而不奋斗的青春必然失去光彩！青春会因奋斗而精彩。面对社会上的一些不良现象，只知愤世嫉俗，青春就将黯淡失色。
面对困难，面对艰苦的生活条件、恶劣的工作环境，只知忧郁、退缩、畏惧，必会失去青春的风采。投身火热的实践，用自己的双手去创造生活，用不懈的奋斗去绘就未来，用青春的激情去谱就生命的欢歌，我们的青春之歌才会更加壮美豪迈。这就是奋斗的快乐！青春会因奋斗而精彩。
一个人活在世上总要为许多目标去奔波去奋斗。比如：学*，你要不断努力进步，超越。不求最好，但要自己更好。然后，还有梦想，学*就是为了梦想，实现它后，就还有梦想进行时的梦想，许许多多的东西都要你付出代价去完成，为它奔波奋斗。但是好好想想那时的你，该是多么的伟大啊！它使你走向成熟，走向成功。这就是奋斗的幸福！青春会因奋斗而精彩。
一个人活在世上也难免要遇到许多困难。而人就是要在困难所形成的陷坑中去努力奋斗，不断地奋斗爬出这个陷坑。要么就无所行动，呆在坑底让自己越陷越深也不回头。奋斗的人就可以爬出陷坑，享受成功的喜悦接受阳光的洗礼，让喜悦带走疲劳与满身的尘土，去创造属于自己的成功事业。
无所行动的人只会被失败的阴影所笼罩，见不到今天我们正值花季，天是晴的，雨是美的，一切都是美好的，明天我们正努力结果，天一样可以是晴的，雨也一样可以是美的。现实是我们都所预测不到的，但是梦是由我们去幻想的，也是由我们自己去努力实现的，梦都不敢做大的人，怎么为自己编织美好的明天。

古人云：“滴水之恩，当涌泉相报。“感恩是一种生活态度，只有拥有了一颗感恩的心，你才会觉得这个社会，这个世界是充满希望，充满爱的。羔羊跪乳，乌鸦反哺，就是在动物界尚且知道感恩，更何况我们作为万物之灵的人类呢？常怀感恩之心，我们便会更加感激和怀念那些有恩于我们却不言回报的每一个人。正是因为他们的存在，我们才有了今天的幸福和喜悦。常怀感恩之心，便会以给予别人更多的帮助和鼓励为最大的快乐，便能对落难或者绝处求生的人们爱心融融地伸出援助之手，而且不求回报。常怀感恩之心，对别人对环境就会少一分挑剔，多一分欣赏。学会感恩是培养具有良好思想品质和道德修养的前提。
感恩不仅仅是美德，感恩是一个人之所以为人的基本条件！我敢说，一个不会感恩，不会心怀感恩的人，一定不是一个健全的人！每次自己陷入困境，都会有一双手来拉自己一把。手多了我也模糊了，只记的人们的脸上都有一个共性，那就是无私和博大。感恩是生活中最大的智慧，时常拥有感恩之情，我们便会时刻有报恩之心。有了报恩之心，就会把成就归功于大家，失误归过于自己；就会把组织的优点告诉大家，把组织的不足告诉领导。而牺牲精神便会凝聚在我们体内，当需要舍弃个人英雄主义时，甘愿正直而坦然地面对；组织困难的时候，甘愿做出自我利益的牺牲；当他人困难的时候，甘愿不讲利益提供帮助。有了生命，我们才有可能拥有一切；心存感恩，方能感知生活施予我们的恩泽，方能感知这个世界充满爱心。
学会感恩，这是社会对我们的要求，这也是将有助于我们好的品格的形成，学会感恩，将会使我们一生受益。

但，用时，用天，用月，甚至用年来计算。高考，真的离我们很远吗？如果你不想再重演中考后的失落与无奈的话，那么，就攥紧你们的双手，立定决心——发奋图强。那我们要怎么做，请记住这句话：我没有能奉献的东西，唯有热血、辛劳、泪水和汗水。这是二战时期，英国首相丘吉尔在面对纳粹德国铁蹄时，所说的话。
是的，怎么样未来，由现在的你决定。因为未来不是固定在那里等你趋*的，而是要靠你创造。未来的路不会静待被发现，而是需要开拓，开路的过程，便同时改变了你和未来。因此，放弃于否，又你决定。如果我们坚持，那我们要走的路，是一条漫长的，曲折的路。
但请坚信，吃得苦中苦，方为人上人。即使失败，至少，我们曾经努力过。我们是活着的，为了命运而奋斗过的`人，而不是行尸走肉。但如果我们放弃了，那就连机会都没有了。成功者与失败者并没有多大的区别，只不过是失败者走了九十九步，而成功者多走了一步。现在的我们，正是做抉择的时候满是荆棘的玫瑰花呵！苦难与幸福共存。
播下行为的种子，可以收成*惯之果；播下*惯的种子，可以收成性格之果；播下性格的种子，可以收成命运之果。那么，高三，你打算播下什么样的种子呢？

以前有位同事得到的年终评语是：业务出色，态度认真。以后在表达上需要再接再厉。
原来他什么都好，就是终日寡言少语，再加上一脸严肃表情，给人1种捉摸不透的感觉。既然摸不透，就要多加防范。因此，只要他在场，空气就格外凝重。
话太少，会吃大亏。进公司三年，眼看着其他同事纷纷升职，惟有他原地踏步。原因其实很简单，所有人都以为它是空气。如果不是想到他正在操办的事项，老板根本就想不起还有个这人。开会的时候，吃饭的时候，上班的时候，闲暇的时候，所有人都在七嘴八舌的闲话，惟独他在角落里沉默，最绝的一次是公司***活动，老板数来数去发现少了1个人。这一次他发话了：还有我。

不要理会别人的观念!有些人是中了一点魔道，迷信那辉煌的虚名，而不注意每个人独特的专长。劝你不要紧张!这些日子，你灰心失望，是必然的现象。你需要时间，让自己恢复神智和体力。放轻松一些。过些时，再去重新找一个正确的方向，再去努力。最*这些天，你不妨找点自己喜欢的事情做做，把烦恼写在日记上。等过一阵之后，你会发现，那失败的痛楚已经逐渐痊愈，那时你会有新的勇气和力量去为自己开拓新的前程。

清晨温柔的阳光透过绿色的叶子洒向大地，年轮中曾经青涩的时光向未来讲述着美丽的传说。记得奥斯特洛夫斯基的《钢铁是怎样炼成的》这部名著中有这么一段话：“生活赋予我们一种巨大的和无限高贵的礼品，这就是青春。充满着力量，充满着期待的志愿，充满着求知和斗争的志向，充满着希望和信心的青春。”的确如此，青春是人生最美好的季节，是人生最铿锵的篇章，是摧枯拉朽的豪情，是旭日东升力量。青春的我们意气风发，青春的我们敢为人先，青春的我们斗志昂扬。
青春的拼搏是人生一副洒满阳光的风景，是一道转瞬即逝的彩虹，是一首用热情奏响的乐章。所谓“高堂明镜悲白发，朝如青丝暮成雪”，说的就是青春。青春既是一个极具诱惑力的话题，又是一种感觉。于是，诗情画意的梦，天真纯洁的幻想、无忧无虑的日子，构成了一幅美丽的青春画卷。但蓦然回首，你发现在天蓝风轻的春光中，一切都像是透明的，从而感到一种超然的力量在心底爆发，时刻提醒着我们要永远向前。生命易老，时光飞逝，无论失败或是成功，青春的痕迹告诉我们永远努力奋斗。我们拥有青春，就如朝阳蓬勃向上；我们拥有青春，就如山溪不羁奔流；我们拥有青春，就如幼蚕破茧而出……
作为刚踏出校门不久的年轻人，我们双手握着梦想，怀揣着美好的明天，带着年轻人无比的朝气和敢为人先的激情，就这样开始了我们人生的旅途跋涉。不过很幸运，我们成为了热电公司的一分子，在这里我们成长了，将理论知识与实际工作得到了融会贯通，将个人的能力和特点在这个大舞台上得到了充分的展现；在这里我们更加深刻的了解了什么是大家庭，什么是团结协作，什么是自我奉献。来到这里，我们默默地为即墨的热电事业贡献着自己的一点点微薄之力，为即墨的广大老百姓在寒冷的冬天中送去一份温暖和关怀，让自己的一点点光和热去温暖每个人的心灵。也许我们年轻人的工作做的不是很好，也许我们在工作中有过过错和失误，也许在前进的道路中有许多的坎坷和阻挠，但是我们从不气馁，从不妥协，因为我们年轻，因为我们拥有青春，因为我们拥有远大的理想和报复。跌倒了可以再爬起来继续前进，在风雨雷电的洗礼中，只会让我们更加成熟，更加勇敢，更加努力拼搏，为以后能更好的为即墨的热电事业贡献自己的青春和人生而奋斗着。
“人过留名，雁过留声”，我们每一个年轻人都非常努力的在自己*凡的岗位上拼搏着，青春就是我们前进的脚印，汗水就是我们奋斗的希望，老百姓的微笑就是我们劳动的成果和工作的动力。作为热电部门的一份子，我们很骄傲，很自豪，但我们不高傲，不狂妄。我们知道自己的渺小和*凡，我们会继续将自己的青春、汗水和智慧在*凡的岗位上奉献着，挥洒着，创新着……至少让别人知道我们曾经在这里流过汗，出过力，作为新世纪的年轻人我们要让这短暂的青春化作永恒的记忆，让这寒冷了冬天也有一分暖意在心中，让即墨热电，情暖万家！

巴金在自己的随想录中说过：“人不是点缀太*的，而是工作的，正因为有了荆棘，才需要我们在荆棘中开辟道路。”
一个人来到世界上，**坦坦过完一生是毫无意义的。要建立自己的天地，让成为主宰自己的主人。这一切都不可以空想，要靠实际行动、勇气、智慧、毅力才能实现。可是这条路不好走。放眼望去它若隐若现，只有一条荆棘丛生、弯弯曲曲、坑坑洼洼的小路。为了自己的目标，为了磨练自己的意志，我们必须果断的选择这条路。从我们降生到世上那一刻起，注定要经历一翻彻骨寒。有人要逃避磨难，导致被小小的寒气所封杀。我走在这条路上，永不后悔。我赤着双脚。用双手扒着荆棘，荆棘的锋芒和我的肌肤一次次零距离接触，伤痛让我一次次动摇决心，但我固守阵地，决不动摇！强忍伤痛依然义无反顾的朝目的地前进。虽说伤痛时常让我疼痛难忍。我却从中总结了不少经验，伤痕弥合留下了不少疤痕，每一个伤疤都是一次挫折，都是一次经验的积累，都是一次成长的标志，所以我不悲伤，坚定的走下去。
只有在这样的道路上我才能充分挖掘自己的潜能。荆棘并不可怕，可怕的是没有信心、没有勇气走下去，半途而废。没有荆棘的道路，没有挑战的人生，没有意义；没有意义的人生，生不如死！荆棘的道路上成就有勇气、有自信、有智慧、有梦想的人！荆棘的道路上锤炼了人的意志，荆棘的道路上打磨了人的梦想。走在荆棘的道路上，用古人仁的经验告诫世人，成功的人必须有成功的路，成功路上必定坎坎坷坷、荆棘丛生，荆棘丛生必定能苦其心志。只要我们有坚定的信心和勇气，荆棘便不会阻碍我们通向成功。相反，荆棘是我们成功的垫脚石，磨难使我们越挫越勇。在荆棘丛中开辟道路！我要在荆棘中开辟道路！这就是我的人生，像滔滔江河一泻千里，奔腾向前，不论山高路远，将咆哮着、冲刷着、呼啸着、激越着，卷起千层波浪，无所畏惧不怕征途艰险冲向波澜壮阔的蔚蓝色大海。

今天我演讲的.主题是“青春-信念与责任”。
当世俗的洒脱代替幼稚在我们脸上浮现时，当脑海中七彩斑斓的泡泡被一幅幅美丽的蓝图挤走时，时光在我们身上烙上青春，昔日背着小书包和小伙伴玩丢手帕的我们跨进了大学的圣店。
是征程之后胜利的喜悦，是面对渺宇浩瀚的感慨，是漫漫旅途开始的困惑!我们开始学着如何去驾驭青春带给我们的悸动，如何在我们青春的画卷上添上一笔，面对现实的生活，你准备好了吗?
你可以浑浑噩噩的挥霍时间，不学无术，因为你拥有青春赋予的美好时光。你可以恣情洒意的浪费感情。放荡不羁，因为你拥有青春带给的纯洁躁动。
你可以漫无目的的东闯西荡，游戏人生因为你拥有青春赐给的浮世尘化。然而终究有一天，青春会离我们而去，留下我们独自守望。愚蠢的人总是抱憾生命太短，所以生命在他们脸上刻下丑陋的疤痕。*庸的人总是埋怨青春太短，所以青春在他们心中埋下深深的忏悔。
聪明的人总是在给自己树立信念，信念回报他们的是对生活的向往。我们想得到不仅是考试之后刚及格的幸运，不仅是情感上孤独寄托的异，也不仅是陪你畅谈理想的朋友，青春是你人生展示自己的舞台，是你人生澎湃的海洋，是你人生信念升华的容器，是你人生责任萌发的沃土。
青春是我们整个人生旅程中最绚丽的一站，最奇妙的一站，最灿烂的一站。青春孕育着无穷无尽的能量等者我们去开采，去挖掘，去释放。人生的根本目的就是对于人生价值的认识，诠释乃至于去实现，而青春是我们实现人生价值的黄金时间。
我们不需要在大街上给每一位身手乞讨的人施舍，只要有一颗同情弱者的心。我们不需要征战沙场，同仇敌忾，只要记得我们伟大的民族遭受过轮番的。
我们不需要志向远大，志在四方，只要我们用自己的信念去承载我们应尽的责任。现在请大家闭上眼睛想一想：不管现实中你是个什么样的人，在你内心深处肯定承受着某种信念。具体的，模糊的。信念的召唤让我们不断改进自己，为了自己，也为了别的更多。
可能我们会活的失败，但我们不能活的苍白!拿出我们的勇气，拿出我们青春的热情，让我们再回首时，没有*淡，遗憾的青春，让我们青春飞扬吧!
如果说青春是一朵鲜花，信念就是阳光和雨露，而花儿的根叫作责任!云淡风轻，浮云瓢逝，青春无悔，只为托起心中的朝阳。春意昂然，欣欣向荣，意气风发，老来笑颜仍在，今天拥有青春，坚持心中的信念，于是肩负重任，编织未来而传下不朽的嘉话。
青春是首波谰壮阔的诗，孕育着鹰击长空的气适又如鱼儿嬉戏般从容，我们的眉宇之间洋溢着当今天下舍我其谁的傲气，到中流击水，发出苍茫大地谁主沉浮的质问。
信念是什么?是黎明前一盏明灯，如鲁迅手持的火把，照亮人们灰暗的前进道路，又好似军队在沙漠的征途中亚历山大的挥臂一呼，使全军走出沙漠冲向目标，是信念让我们在充满荆棘的道路上得到安慰，即使伤痕累累，依然不低下高昂的头颅，穿越那烈烈的炽热黄沙。
有了信念，便有了责任，责任是信念的原动，是信念的支撑，责任让我们用青春浇灌信念，让我们为之失之不渝，无怨无悔，而我们的责任就是爱我中华，建我中华。为了这一伟大目标无数英雄竟折腰!苏武忠于祖国，把青春献给祖国。这是源于他对祖国热爱的这一信念，他于北海牧羊十三年，忍辱偷生，他认为不叛离祖国就是他的责任，于是他便成了后世道德上的楷模，***一句“为中华之崛起而读书”把青春全部压在对祖国复兴的建设上，这是他的责任，同样也是他认为的每一个炎黄子孙应当肩负的责任。
一个国家和民族无论道德素质的提升还是科技文化的发展，无不依赖着前仆后继的有青春，有信念，有责任的一代又一代的仁人志士，而这些先驱者们便是我们这些时代的弄潮儿，如果把青春比作壮丽的长城，那么长城上的砖块便是每一个时代的青年们用青春的新年筑成的。
滚滚长江，东逝水，卷起千堆雪，不舍昼夜，信念是那遥远的海洋，翻山越岭，无怨言，上善若水，利万物而不争，这是我们中华儿女的品质，当外国人惊叹我们的成就时，就看到了海纳百川的波澜，那时我们集体的力量，摧枯拉朽势不可挡。陈旧的将被吞没，先进的会像雨后春笋，方兴未艾，满山遍野，青春是财富，信念是原动，责任是利剑，让我们在这如画的江山中用我们的利剑舞动最华美的乐章，用我们的热血铸就祖国最新时代的辉煌吧!

在*凡的生活中，我常常迷惘。在求学的独木桥上不知所措，害怕会一不小心就摔下去。当越过一座时，我已经满身创伤，我该不该继续奋斗下去呢？看过《奋斗》首我得到了一个答案：青春注定会因奋斗会精彩，而不奋斗的'青春必然失去光彩！青春会因奋斗而精彩。面对社会上的一些不良现象，只知愤世嫉俗，青春就将黯淡失色。
面对困难，面对艰苦的生活条件、恶劣的工作环境，只知忧郁、退缩、畏惧，必会失去青春的风采。投身火热的实践，用自己的双手去创造生活，用不懈的奋斗去绘就未来，用青春的激情去谱就生命的欢歌，我们的青春之歌才会更加壮美豪迈。这就是奋斗的快乐！青春会因奋斗而精彩。
一个人活在世上总要为许多目标去奔波去奋斗。比如：学*，你要不断努力进步，超越。不求最好，但要自己更好。然后，还有梦想，学*就是为了梦想，实现它后，就还有梦想进行时的梦想，许许多多的东西都要你付出代价去完成，为它奔波奋斗。但是好好想想那时的你，该是多么的伟大啊！它使你走向成熟，走向成功。这就是奋斗的幸福！青春会因奋斗而精彩。
一个人活在世上也难免要遇到许多困难。而人就是要在困难所形成的陷坑中去努力奋斗，不断地奋斗爬出这个陷坑。要么就无所行动，呆在坑底让自己越陷越深也不回头。奋斗的人就可以爬出陷坑，享受成功的喜悦接受阳光的洗礼，让喜悦带走疲劳与满身的尘土，去创造属于自己的成功事业。
无所行动的人只会被失败的阴影所笼罩，见不到今天我们正值花季，天是晴的，雨是美的，一切都是美好的，明天我们正努力结果，天一样可以是晴的，雨也一样可以是美的。现实是我们都所预测不到的，但是梦是由我们去幻想的，也是由我们自己去努力实现的，梦都不敢做大的人，怎么为自己编织美好的明天。

青春是夹着雷雨的风，是掺着泥土的水。我愿意踩踏泥泞，迎接狂风骤雨，拥抱热烈的青春。
相信自己，重用自己，用自己的思想为自己打造一片崭新的天地，我们每个人都这样呼唤自己的心智。而实际上，能真正做到以上几点又有几人?自信是画家笔下的一幅画，有几处妙笔请你来描画，又有几处败笔请你来勾画，同样是一幅画，有人认为妙笔无处不在，有人认为败笔处处皆是。画家的实验证明：自信是是一朵孤芳自赏的花。如果富有哲理的话还不能使你变得自信，那就试试学会藐视。
人生在世，你总得藐视点什么东西。否则，看什么都伟大，见什么都敬畏，处处低眉顺眼，事实谨小慎微，那就活的可怜巴巴了，说一句狠话，你白活了!藐视就是轻视、小看。据说牛的眼睛看东西是放大的，所以在比自己小得多的牧童面前也俯首帖耳;鹅的眼睛看东西是缩小的，因而敢于向比自己大得多的人发起进攻。我不敢提倡大家都用像鹅那样看东西，但时不时藐视点什么是否可以提高你的自信心。
曾经有一句话：一个人16岁没有理想，一个人60岁还有理想，都是可怕的事情。后半句未必对，60岁的人为什么不可以拥有理想?但前半句一定正确，缺少理想的烛照，生命一定暗淡无光。对许多人而言，理想是青少年时代的办生物。随着年龄的增长，阅历的增加，理想慢慢风化了，剥蚀了，或者被实际的、实在的、实惠的欲望所替代。当现实的闷棍不由分说地打来，最乖巧的应对或许就是放弃吧——放弃曾经的追索，放弃曾经的执着。
在灰暗的天空下沮丧的低头，说“我认输了”，或者说，我答应用手中的钻石“交换你递过来的玻璃。”在我看来，理想好比一件可以用来御寒的衣服。人生拥有了这件衣服，就不至于在凄风苦雨中瑟瑟发抖。如果说成长是一辈子的事，那么，理想也应该相伴人生每一天。理想活着，痛苦就有了慷慨的分担者。好的理想像爱情，温暖寒苦的人生;像信仰，烛照暗淡的青春。
一个人，只要每天肯花一个小时来做点有意义的事，不管是否与工作有关，他们都可以造就辉煌，时间不必太多，每天一小时就够了。请问，一个青春中有多少个一小时?答案我想你心中自有数。

大家好！
一个人来到世界上，**坦坦过完一生是毫无意义的。要建立自己的天地，让成为主宰自己的主人。这一切都不可以空想，要靠实际行动、勇气、智慧、毅力才能实现。可是这条路不好走。放眼望去它若隐若现，只有一条荆棘丛生、弯弯曲曲、坑坑洼洼的小路。为了自己的目标，为了磨练自己的意志，我们必须果断的选择这条路。
从我们降生到世上那一刻起，注定要经历一翻彻骨寒。有人要逃避磨难，导致被小小的寒气所封杀。我走在这条路上，永不后悔。我赤着双脚。用双手扒着荆棘，荆棘的锋芒和我的肌肤一次次零距离接触，伤痛让我一次次动摇决心，但我固守阵地，决不动摇！强忍伤痛依然义无反顾的朝目的地前进。虽说伤痛时常让我疼痛难忍。我却从中总结了不少经验，伤痕弥合留下了不少疤痕，每一个伤疤都是一次挫折，都是一次经验的积累，都是一次成长的标志，所以我不悲伤，坚定的走下去。只有在这样的道路上我才能充分挖掘自己的潜能。
曾几何时，刘邦、项羽目睹秦始皇浩浩荡荡的出游队伍、富丽华美的车帐、八面凛凛的威风，随生雄心万丈的自信：“大丈夫当如此也”，“彼可取而代也”。于是，汉高祖立千秋帝王大业，楚霸王成万古悲壮英雄。诗人李白自信，他发出了“天生我才必有用，千金散尽还复来”、“仰天大笑出门去，我辈岂是蓬蒿人”的浩叹，便有壮丽辉煌的诗章千古流传。巴尔扎克自信，放弃家人为他选定的职业，毅然走上创作道路，终有惊天动地的《人间喜剧》彪炳千秋。
自信不是狂妄自大，也不是心血来潮，更不是“宁信度，勿自信也”形而上学的固执。它是理想进取中折射出的生命的灵光，是孜孜追求路途中永恒的生命潮汐，是成功碑塔下第一块灵活辩证的基石。

看着这幕情景，我不禁评然心动：我们难道不正像春天里的小草吗?吮吸着知识的甘露，正努力地茁壮成长!春天，是扎根吸收养料的季节，倘若小草不能在这时克服泥土的羁绊，汲取生长的养份，那么它必将被夏季的繁花湮没，被秋季的风霜打萎而不能在来年化作春泥维护下一代。同样，倘若我们这一代年轻人，不能抓住青春，多吸收养料，就会被21世纪的浪潮淹没，伴随着傻悔度过碌碌无为的一生。
给自己一个播种的春天吧!我们应该抓住这弥足珍贵的时时刻刻，孜孜不倦地学*，为迎接知识经济的挑战打下坚实的基础。我有过不少同学，小学的，初中的，高中的。他们有三种不同的度过青春的方式：有的已过早地走向了社会;有的虽然仍坐在教室，可心早已飞向了外面的花花世界，还有的则专心致志地沉浸在学*知识的欢乐中，保持着少年人浓厚的求知欲和上进心。前两种同学在极大的浪费着自己的年华，却全然不知。
我不禁想替他们设想一下将来：若干年后，当感到自己跟不上时代的节拍，面临淘汰的时候，他们悔恨地呐喊着：“老天呀!还我韶华履我一定不会虚度年华了。再给我一个春天吧!”然而，一切都是徒然。与此相反的是，那些当初坚定不移走上求知道路的同学，他们在春天付出了不少，在秋天收获得更多，成为了祖国现代化建设的中流砥柱。他们无愧于自己，天愧于后代!
我想，倘若每一位同学都能如此穿越一下时空，就会像这棵成长的小草一样，懂得春天的珍贵了，便会在还不至于悔恨的时候，为自己创造一个美好的春天。

时光轮回，万物更新。一个既漫长而又短暂的初一学年已然过去，经过一个暑假的休养，我们共同打开了新学期的扉页。***先生曾经说过：人生最有趣味的事情，就是送旧迎新，因为人类最高的欲求，就是时时创造生活。那么，你们是否已经勾画好了新学期的蓝图呢，是否已经作好了充足的心理准备去迎接新学期的到来呢?
路还是昨天的路，但里程碑已是新的;歌还是昨天的歌，但今天唱出的更动听;太阳还是昨天的太阳，但它放射出的却是全新的光芒。当我们看着东方的第一抹朝阳时，是否应该检查一下自己：我的梦是否依然，我的心是否依旧飞扬?我们曾经拥有过辉煌，但那已成为枕边一段甜美的回忆;也许，我们也曾经遭受过挫折，但那已成为几滴苦涩的泪痕。忘记曾经的成功与失败，我们只需把经验和教训铭刻于心，让曾经的辉煌激励我们，过去的失败只是为了衬托未来的成功。
我们是奥班的学生，“没有最好，只有更好”是我们的口号，“更高、更快、更强”是我们的宗旨。在教室里，可以轻易地看见同学们埋头苦干的身影，也能听见为一个问题争论不休的声音……但是，“没有最好，只有更好”，在知识的海洋里，我们永不满足。在这里，不得不提一下偏科的问题。当然，有这个问题的同学应该只是小部分，但这个问题较其他班更容易在奥班发生。众所周知，这是一个不好的现象，但个别同学因为其他科目在小学没打好扎实的基础，学起来并不那么得心应手。于是，他们把全部心思都放在了数学这一科身上，力争在这一领域创出自己的一片天地，因而放弃了其他的科目。在这里，我想介绍一个故事给大家，内容绝对真实，可能有部分同学会看过，因为，它就刊登在8月27号的广州日报上。讲述的是一个高中生，高二下学期考试全班排名29(并非失手)，而经过一年的奋斗，在高三最后一次模拟考试与高考当中，都夺得了全班第一名。化学他一直学得不好，但下定决心努力后，仅两个月的时间他就取得了全年级第一，事实突破了他的想象空间，他的梦想开始远大。他说，心理学上有一个名词，叫“自我实现的预言”，意思是，如果相信自己行，你最后就能行;如果怀疑自己不行，你就会退步。他还说，“要相信你的最好成绩，因为那是你抵达过的境界，如果你相信它，那么你一定会重新抵达那里”，还有“不必在意某一次偶然的失败，因为如果你在乎这次失常，就是相信了它，它将会成为你消极的预言，让你重演。”
还要说一个问题，就是特色班的评选。我们的特色是：活泼自律，但由于我们做的还不够，所以一直没有申报。活泼我们是做到了，似乎还过分了些，但自律呢?纪律一直是我们的老问题，总是死灰复燃。其实，我也不想再次提起，因为我知道，大家已经听烦了，听腻了，并且都知道应该怎么做，但就是做不到。同学们有没有想过，课堂上你无心发出的一句与课堂无关的话，自*课上你不自然发出的一声笑声，影响的可不止你自己，还有全班的同学。如果因为你一个人的过错而波及到了全班，你不觉得内疚吗?大道理我不多说，大家心里都明白应该怎么做，但为什么做不到呢，只因为一时的贪玩、一时的失控吗?我希望，这个学期，我们可以申报特色班。不管是否评得上，只要我们递交材料时能够做到问心无愧，就已经是我们的进步了。

大家好！
何谓自信？顾名思义，简单点说就是自己相信自己。自信是成功的第一秘诀，它不仅是对自己能力的信任，更是对自己所追求目标的坚定信念。有了它，才能驶向胜利的彼岸。著名科学家门捷列夫说得好：“只有自信，才能让人在最佳的心理状态下工作，而不致被怀疑吞食你的想象力”。苏格拉底也说：“一个人是否有成就，只要看他是否具有自尊和自信。”总之，自信是指向胜利的导航塔，是前进的不竭动力。
与自信截然相反的是什么？自卑。自卑与自信是背道而驰的。自卑者的一个特点就是往往对别人的优点看得过多、过重，而对自己的长处认识不足，只觉得自己什么都不行，又不想去努力赶上，于是沉重的心理压力使这些人唯唯诺诺，裹足不前。自卑者的心理障碍限制了能力的发展，使他们坐失成功的良机，最终一事无成。而走出自卑阴影，前面必定是艳阳天！战胜自卑，培养自信，是我们必然的选择。
自负者与自信者也格格不入。自负与自卑都是两种极端心理，自负者在取得一些成绩后沾沾自喜，甚至目空一切，妄自尊大。这些人就算是先前取得一些成就，也只是昙花一现。历史上的教训值得我们记取。楚汉相争时，项羽在推翻暴秦的残酷统治的斗争中起了不可低估的作用，但暂时的军事优势使他盲目自负，自封“霸王”，结果被刘邦打败，昔日不可一视的英雄，落得自刎乌江的下场。三国时的曹孟德折戟沉沙，覆军于赤壁，又是一个自负导致失败的教训。由此可见，正确估价自己的长处和成绩，正视自己的短处和不足，划清自信与自负的界限，对一个成功者来说真的很重要。
到底该怎么样去怎样看待自信、自卑、自负，这其中其实充满辩证法。我们要相信自己，却不自负；要正视不足，却不自卑。选择自信，战胜自卑，远离自负，这是新世纪的要求，是追求完美人格的要求。“数风流人物，还看今朝”这一句至理名言，将永远激励我们前进。

大家早上好!今天我演讲的题目是《追求梦想，风雨兼程》。
有人说，梦想就是有钱、有权、有地位，住好房、开好车、享受生活。我不得不说，这是庸俗的!追求梦想难道只是为了钱吗?过着行尸走肉般的生活，什么事也不去做，这不是梦想。梦想是在追求物质生活的同时，为人类做出更多的贡献。如果你不能成为一棵参天大树，那么你可以做一棵路边的小草，但你要做路边最翠绿、最生机勃勃的小草;如果你不能做一条大河，那么你就做一条小溪，但你要做一条最清澈、最明亮的小溪。不论你的梦想多么渺小，不论你要做些什么，只要你尽力地做到最好，就是一种对梦想的追求，同样也可以诠释生命的价值!
树立了梦想，你就已经迈出了成功的第一步。记得曾经读到过这样的一篇文章：10岁时，他的梦想是成为歌手;20岁时，他的梦想是唱响全美;30岁时，他的梦想是成为全能的音乐家;40岁时，他的梦想是成为世界级的音乐大师。他就是西方*代音乐之父——昆西琼斯。是梦想召唤着他，鞭策着他，让他不断努力，不断进取，从一个无名小卒逐步成长起来，最后功成名就，成为大师。由此可见，梦想能够召唤行动，让人成功。因此，作为祖国未来的接班人的我们，是不是从现在起就应该树立自己的梦想呢?
然而，光有梦想是不够的，更重要的是要勤奋努力，需要我们去付诸行动，在《当幸福来敲门》这部影片中有这样一句台词：“you got adream,you gotta protect it.如果你有梦想，就要守护它。”梦想不是梦，虽然实现梦想会有种种困难与挫折，会给我们带来痛苦与失望。但是，我们不能因此放弃梦想。司马迁为了写出《史记》这部巨作，不辞辛苦地爬山涉水，走访四处，了解史实;李时珍冒着生命危险，住在悬崖边的破旧的草屋来采摘植物，最后完成了《本草纲目》这部经典著作。因此，为了追求梦想，即使世界是黑暗的，我们一点点摸索;有坎坷的路，我们从哪里跌倒就从哪里爬起来;有重重困难，我们一条条解决。“世界上最快乐的事，莫过于为梦想而奋斗。”那种克服了困难的成就感与喜悦感，不经历困难与挫折，怎能感受到呢?对于梦想，说了这么多。那么作为学生的我们，应该如何去追求并实现自己的梦想呢?
梦想很宏大，看似遥不可及，但组成它的却是*时一分一秒的努力。在*时，你是时间的管理者吗?你是否让时间悄悄的从指缝中溜走了呢?你是否还在为梦想中的大学努力着?是离它更*了一步，还是渐行渐远甚至放弃呢?你是否做到了入室即静，入座即学呢?你努力过吗?你的目标又实现了多少呢?遇到挫折是自暴自弃还是相信自己勇于挑战呢?如果你向曾子一样“吾日三省吾身”，每天反省这些问题，我相信你一定会实现自己的梦想。
追求梦想，怕的就是放弃。人的一生，不可能都是一帆风顺的，会遇到许许多多的困难和风雨，就看我们是要避而远之，还是风雨兼程。我们要用坚持去迎战人生中的暴风雨，直视生活中的困难，一步一步坚定的走下去。让梦想引领我们走向成功!

同学们，大家好。 今天十分荣幸可以由我来为大家进行课前三分钟的演讲。
首先，我要给大家分享一句话。“我宁愿选择骄傲也不选择自卑。因为骄傲需要资本，资本需要积累，积累需要汗水，而自卑却什么也不需要。”这句话是我在看乔松楼将军在复旦大学演讲视频时偶然间听到的。
是的，今天我演讲的主题就是自信。
每个人的人生都并非一帆风顺，并非永无波浪的湖面。而是一场充满艰辛，坎坷，曲折，充满挑战与挫折的旅途。属于我们的每一个新的一天都是一次挑战。在迎接每日的朝阳时，我们需要足够的自信来克服遇到的困难。
爱因斯坦的“相对论”发表之后，有人曾炮制了一本《百人驳相对论》，网罗了一批所谓名流对这一理论进行声势浩大的挞伐。可是，爱因斯坦自信自己的理论必然胜利，对哒伐不屑一顾。他说“假如我的理论是错的，一个人反驳就够了，一百个零加起来还是零。”他坚定了必胜的信念，坚持研究，终于使“相对论”成为20世纪的伟大理论，为世人所瞩目。
同学们，或许我们无法成为像爱因斯坦一样成为为社会做出极大贡献的人。但我们依旧应该向他一样自信的面对一切，面对困难，面对挫折。

As pupils，you played your part well，by taking your temperature daily and exercising responsibility to prevent the spread of the disease. Even our Primary 1 and 2 pupils learnt how to take their own temperatures with the guidance of their teachers.
