  本学期我担任初二(3/4)英语教学工作,经过上学期我的不懈努力,大部分学生学*目的明确,态度端正,掌握了英语学*的一些基本方法,能够积极主动认真地学*,学*成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学*目的,缺少学*的热情和主动性,自觉性较差,相应的学**惯也差。主要原因是没有激发学生学*英语的兴趣,学生觉得英语学*是一种负担,一部分学生没有掌握记忆单词的方法,连基本的单词听不懂,学不会,但是学生整体的惰性还是很强,自觉性很差。

  七、教学辅导计划:

  学校教育既要“面向全体”,又要“因材施教”,在坚持学生全面发展的同时,更要注重对优生的培养,对学生个性的发展。这里所讲的优生,既指各方面或多方面优秀的学生,又可以是仅某一方面比较优秀的学生。根据学生学*特点,结合我班实际,特总结出培养优生的几点思考:

  1、提高认识,转变观念

  教师要明确“人才”的真正含义,明确优生对一个学校所产生的各种效应,使教师重视优生,主动自觉地培养优生。俗话说:“七十二行,行行出状元。”社会不仅需要各行各业的专业人才,还需要一专多能、全面发展的“通才”。我们要相信,每个学生都想成才,绝大多数学生都能成才。学校教育就是要努力实践“三让一树”,即“让学生成才,让家长放心,让社会满意,树文明校风”。

  2、抓好课堂教学,发展优生优势

  在课堂教学中,教师要善于启用优生,让优生在学*中起好带头、组织、示范作用和其他学生的主导作用,以充分锻炼和提高优生的能力,发展他们的优势。

  3、开展课外活动,开发优生潜能

  学校开展了课外兴趣小组活动每天40分钟,老师对兴趣小组的学生要进行系统训练,并持之以恒地坚持做好,在保证大多数学生有兴趣学*的前提下,更要格外关注尖子生的培养,好让这部分学生早日脱颖而出,成为其他学生学*的榜样和不断进取的精神动力。

  4、广辟途径,锻炼优生

  学校要积极为优生提供“用武之地”,好让他们不断得到锻炼、提高。

  在一个班级当中,总相对存在着好、中、差各类学生,影响着大面积提高教学质量。如何走出一条转化后进生的希望之路,是每一位教师倾力追求的目标,也是全面提高民族素质的需要。后进生的转化是一项十分复杂的系统工程,教师必须努力实践与研究,务必取得显著的成效。

  1、明确做好后进生转化工作的意义,认识转变一个后进生跟培养一个优秀生同样重要。在学生的生活、思想情感上,全方位的关怀学生、激励学生奋发向上,老师炽热的情感使过去备受教师冷落、同学歧视、家长打骂的“后进生”建立自尊、自信,恢复求知的欲望。

  2、坚持正面教育,爱护学生,替后进学生着想,课后多和后进生交谈,态度要和蔼,使后进生愿意接*老师,经常和老师说说心里话,有利于老师对学生的了解,有利于做好后进生的转化工作。

  做到满腔热情地关怀,循循善诱地疏导,热心帮助他们解决实际困难,燃起后进生成功的希望之光。

  3、制订班级常规工作计划的同时,制订好周密可行的转化工作计划,遵循“小步目标,及时反馈”的原则,合理实施。

  4、建立后进生档案,跟踪转化效果,并从实际出发有的放矢的进行转化教育工作。

  5、重视环境的作用和集体的力量,精心设计营造后进生转化氛围,汇聚集体力量,调动班集体的积极性,尤其是利用其他学生的影响力去转化后进生,开展“语文兴趣小组”活动,*均分配差生,优差生同组,坚持“兵”教“兵”,以达到良性互助,共同收益。

  6、持之以恒,巩固*惯。

  “十年树木,百年树人”,我相信在后进生的转化过程中,只要遵循教育规律,了解学生心理,从他们的年龄特点出发,持之以恒,就一定会有所收获。

  七、教研教改:

  认真参加学校的教研教改活动,积极主动承担教改课题,仔细研究,结合345优质高效课堂教学模式,进行课堂改革,实行教与学的互动,提高教学效率,向45分钟要质量,争取取得优异成果。

  二、学生基本情况分析:

  大多数学生已能听懂有关熟悉话题的语段和简短的故事。能与教师或同学就熟悉的话题交换信息。能读懂短篇故事,能写便条和简单的书信。但由于各种因素的影响,学生发展参差不齐。有少数学生因为基础不够好,学*很吃力而自暴自弃,有的因此扰乱课堂次序,这给教学带来不少困难。十来个学生根本没有学*目标,完全放弃学*,但学生的纪律总体还是不错,这样为学生的学*打下良好的基础。另外,学生在情感态度学*策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不能明确学*英语的目的,没有真正认识到学*英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学*中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学**惯,不能做好课前预*、课后复*,学*没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律,不留意知识的巩固和积累。

  三、教材分析

  人教版《新目标英语》初二(上册),本套初二教材共分十个单元,每单元分sectiona和sectionb以及self-check三部分。
