After reading this wonderful story, I can feel love, brave, deep friendship and some other good spirits in the people.

The Scarecrow wanted some brains, but on the way to the Emerald City, he thought out of a way to cross the river. The Cowardly Lion wanted to be brave, but when they met the river, he carried other friends to jump across it. And the Tin Man wanted a heart, he said he couldn’t love, but he didn’t want to hurt any animal.

In fact, they all have the things they want: the Scarecrow is clever, the Cowardly Lion is brave and the Tin Man is kind-hearted.

Chinese people are now face to a serious problem--pollution. And this problem is a little bit different from others--the goverment can not solve it by themselves. We need everyone to protect our environment.

But we also know that it is very hard to call everyone to join us to protect the environment. But it seems that they have found the way to let everybody know it. In a report, Anhui Daily called on residents to help protect the river against pollution. I am so glad about it. And i believe that somewhere the pollution must stop.

Think of the ugly duckling, we must be sure to shed tears for its suffering life. Ugly duckling it is a strong duckling, after going through a lot of hardships and finally become a white swan. It was the ideal in its heart to support it, let it fight against fate, and death to the end. At home, in the reeds, in the thickets, in the swamps, in the farmyard... It was laughed at everywhere, bullied, but it did not lose heart, always indomitable struggle, and finally rely on their own powerful wings to fly to their best future. Ugly duckling became a beautiful swan, isn't it by their own efforts?

Come on, what problems, what annoyance, what sadness, what despair, put them aside, let us spread our wings to fly!

There will be many flowers in spring, but if I had to choose, I would choose winter jasmine. Because it's the first flower that blooms in the spring and the first flower of the year.

It's yellow all over. The flower is very small, the middle has a few stamens, the upper part of the stamens has a few millet like small yellow dot.

The jasmine is like a messenger of spring, reporting that spring is coming. As soon as it blooms, it brings the message of spring to everyone.

The fragrance of winter jasmine is light, if the winter jasmine more, the fragrance will be very strong.

If there is a large area of winter jasmine, your eyes will see a piece of gold. This is, you will be captivated by the fragrance, can let you forget the sadness, forget the sorrow.

  Do you like winter jasmine?

How can such a little boy who had already suffered oppressive affliction remain pure in body and mind? The reason is the nature of goodness. I think it is the most important information implied in the novel by Dickens-he believed that goodness could conquer every difficulty. Although I don’t think goodness is omnipotent, yet I do believe that those who are kind-hearted live more happily than those who are evil-minded.

For me, the nature of goodness is one of the most necessary character for a person. Goodness is to humans what water is to fish. He who is without goodness is an utterly worthless person. On the contrary, as the famous saying goes, The fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose’, he who is with goodness undoubtedly is a happy and useful person. People receiving his help are grateful to him and he also gets gratified from what he has done, and thus he can do good to both the people he has helped and himself.

To my disappointment, nowadays some people seem to doubt the existence of the goodness in humanity. They look down on people’s honesty and kindness, thinking it foolish of people to be warm-hearted. As a result, they show no sympathy to those who are in trouble and seldom offer to help others. On the other hand, they attach importance to money and benefit. In their opinion, money is the only real object while emotions and morality are nihility. If they cannot get profit from showing their ‘kindness’, they draw back when others are faced with trouble and even hit a man when he is down. They are one of the sorts that I really detest.

Francis Bacon said in his essay, ‘Goodness, of all virtues and dignities of the mind, is the greatest, being the character of the Deity, and without it, man is a busy, mischievous, wretched thing, no better than a kind of vermin.’

Dickens makes considerable use of symbolism. The many symbols Oliver faces are primarily good versus evil, with evil continually trying to corrupt and exploit good, but good winning out in the end. The "merry old gentleman" Fagin, for example, has satanic characteristics: he is a veteran corrupter of young boys who presides over his own corner of the criminal world; he makes his first appearance standing over a fire holding a toasting-fork; and he refuses to pray on the night before his

execution. The London slums, too, have a suffocating, infernal aspect; the dark deeds and dark passions are concretely characterised by dim rooms, and pitch-black nights, while the governing mood of terror and brutality may be identified with uncommonly cold weather. In contrast, the countryside where the Maylies take Oliver is a pastoral heaven.

Food is another important symbol; Oliver's odyssey begins with a simple request for more gruel, and Mr. Bumble's shocked exclamation, represents he may be after more than just gruel.

The novel is also shot through with a related motif, obesity, which calls attention to the stark injustice of Oliver's world. When the half-starved child dares to ask for more, the men who punish him are fat. It is interesting to observe the large number of characters who are overweight. Toward the end of the novel, the gaze of knowing eyes becomes a potent symbol. For years, Fagin avoids daylight, crowds, and open spaces, concealing himself in a dark lair most of the time.

Here I am sitting on a couch alone, thinking about what I have just finished reading with tears of sadness filling my eyes and fire of indignation filling my heart, which revived my exhausted soul that has already been covered by the cruelty and the selfishness of the secular world for a long time. It is truly what I felt after reading Oliver Twist, written by the prominent British author Charles Dickens.

The resonance between me and the book makes me feel not only the kindness and the wickedness of all the characters in the novel, but what this aloof society lacks, and what I lack deep inside. These supreme resources I’m talking about right now are somewhat different from minerals, oil that we usually mention. They’re abstract like feelings, and some kinds of spiritual stimulation that all of us desire anxiously from one another love and care.

Those charitable figures whom Dickens created in the novel are really what we need in life. They showed love and care to others, just as the gentle rain from the sky fell upon the earth, which was carved into my heart dee***.

Mr. Brownlow is one such person.

The other day he had one of his elaborate watches stolen by two skilled teenage thieves, Artful Dodger and Charley Bates, and thought naturally it was Oliver, who was an orphan and forced to live with a gang of thieves, that had done it because he was the only one near by after the theft had taken place. Being wrathful, he caught Oliver, and sent him to the police station where the ill-tempered, unfair magistrates worked. Fortunately for him, Oliver was proved innocent by one onlooker afterwards. With sympathy, Mr. Brownlow took the injured, poor Oliver to his own home. There Oliver lived freely and gleefully for some months as if he were Mr. Brownlow’s own son. One day, however, Mr. Brownlow asked Oliver to return some books to the bookseller and to send some money for the new books that he had already collected. The thief Oliver once stayed with kidnapped him. After that he disappeared in Mr. Brownlow’s life. Searching for a while, Mr. Brownlow had to believe the fact that he had run away with his money. But dramatically, they came across each other again a few years later. Without hesitation, Mr. Brownlow took Oliver home for the second time not caring if he had done something evil.

Perhaps most of us would feel confused about Mr. Brownlow’s reaction. But as a matter of fact, this is just the lesson we should learn from him. Jesus said in the Bible. “Forgive not seven times, but seventy-times seven.” Why is that Because forgiveness is our ability to remove negative thoughts and neutralize them so our energy may be spent on doing what we came here for. We cannot move forward in our future if past issues cloud our thinking. ()Stop put Mr. Brownlow into the list of your models. Always give people a second chance no matter what they might have done. That’s also a substantial part of loving and caring others.

Then there are Mrs. Maylie and Rose, Oliver’s other benefactors. Maybe the reason they loved and cared Oliver was not because of forgiveness. In my point of view, it was trust. They had faith in Oliver when he was considered to be a filthy burglar who tried to break the front door of Maylie’s at midnight. But this wasn’t how these two ladies saw the whole thing. They denied Oliver’s crime immediately and listened attentively to Oliver’s own description of his miserable life. They were dee*** touched by Oliver’s strong perseverance and astonishing vitality. Accordingly, they remedied Oliver’s body and heart and turned him into a different boy. He began to wear appropriate and clean suits which were tailor-made for him and receive education.

As far as we can see, it is trust that helps us all live together without precaution. Sometimes trust can even lead us to miracles, which we often expect to come about, so why not trust Trust yourself, trust others, and you’ll salute miracles every single day.

Oliver Lester, a little boy, grew up in a poor-house, and oliver twist, an orphan, read notes. At the age of nine, he was apprenticed to a coffin shop, and hunger and humiliation escaped him.On the street, he was found by the pickpocket, and he pulled the thief closer.Later, he was taken in by the kind Mr. Brown luo, but unfortunately he was robbed by the pickpockets and was forced to take part in the robbery. But the relief was that oliver had suffered, but he was reunited with his family, and the bad people were punished.

This is the main content of oliver twist. The great writer dickens used this work to show us the light and ugliness, justice and evil of the 19th century British society. At the same time, it tells people a truth: justice will prevail over evil!

At the beginning, I felt a kind of "cold humor" in the article, and in many cases, the article used a humorous way to satirize the darkness of society. In addition to this way, every character in the novel, dickens does not describe them in the most distinctive language. The good, brave, strong oliver, the kind and beautiful maiden, the amiable old gentleman, the malicious thief, the fierce bandit, the description of each character is vivid.

The author also arranges coincidences. For example, oliver went to the streets with the thief for the first time. The stolen object happened to be the friend of his savior and his deceased father. When he was forced to steal, the thief was exactly his aunt. These things that are unlikely to happen in the real world are cleverly and reasonably ed into the articles to make the plot twists and turns vividly.

After reading this novel, my heart only has two words: moved.Although oliver's childhood was difficult and difficult, he was also lucky because so many good people were helping him. Many of the kind-hearted people in this article did not abandon oliver to the den of thieves, but believed him and helped him from the beginning to the end.

Oliver entered the den several times and was forced to take part in thefts and robberies, but his heart had been good, and he had not been infected by that bad climate.I thought that oliver's self-rejection and "silt and undying" had to do with the help of good samaritans.Their sincere care and care made oliver feel the warmth and love of the world, which led him to fight bravely and resolutely against evil.

Throughout the whole novel, the power of love, the warmth of the world, the message that justice will triumph over evil.It tells people to distinguish between good and evil, to tell people to understand love, to love others, to tell people that there is love, justice and kindness, and to read the book of "oliver twist".

I think I don't have to praise the book earlier, I just want to say that it has taught me a lot of things.

Oliver Twist, one of the most famous works of Charles Dickens’, is a novel reflecting the tragic fact of the life in Britain in 18th century.

The author who himself was born in a poor family wrote this novel in his twenties with a view to reveal the ugly masks of those cruel criminals and to expose the horror and violence hidden underneath the narrow and dirty streets in London.

The hero of this novel was Oliver Twist, an orphan, who was thrown into a world full of poverty and crime. He suffered enormous pain, such as hunger, thirst, beating and abuse. While reading the tragic experiences of the little Oliver, I was shocked by his sufferings. I felt for the poor boy, but at the same time I detested the evil Fagin and the brutal Bill. To my relief, as was written in all the best stories, the goodness eventually conquered devil and Oliver lived a happy life in the end. One of the plots that attracted me most is that after the theft, little Oliver was allowed to recover in the kind care of Mrs. Maylie and Rose and began a new life. He went for walks with them, or Rose read to him, and he worked hard at his lessons. He felt as if he had left behind forever the world of crime and hardship and poverty.

That is to say a person without goodness is destined to lose everything. Therefore, I, a kind person, want to tell those ‘vermin-to-be’ to learn from the kind Oliver and regain the nature of goodness.

Oliver Twist is written by Charles Dickens.

Charles Dickens is one of the greatest writers in the England. He was born in a poor family, but later he became famous and rich. The famous novel --A Tale of Two Cities is written by him, too.

This novel shows us the cruelty and crime of London. Oliver Twist, the hero, is a poor orphan. He lived in a life filled with taunts. Nobody loved him. With visions of his future, he decided to go to London. He thought a new life was coming, but he was wrong, a group of thieves were waiting for him.

The author created a group of bad men.

Fagin, an old man, with a horribly ugly face and red hair, was the head of those thieves. He tried to make Oliver be a criminal.

Bill Sikes was a cruel and evil man in the group. He had a bad temper.

Monks, Oliver’s brother, did bad things to hurt Oliver. He wanted to get the legacies left by his father alone. He paid Fagin to trap Oliver into a life of crime. In fact, they were all afraid of being put into prison and being hanged. They can’t live happily.

Nancy, a poor girl, loved a bad man. She had to help Bill Sikes perpetrate, because she loved him. She had to be loyal to the criminal group, because she loved him. Actually, she was kind. She helped Oliver at the risk of her life. If she hadn’t fell in love with Sikes, she would have a happy ending.

The author showed these ugly things to us, he described an ugly world. But there are more kind people in the novel.

Mr. Brownlow, an old friend of Oliver’s father, took good care of Oliver.

Mrs. Maylie, Harry Maylie’s mother, saved Oliver of his life.

Miss Rose is the aunt of Oliver, in fact.

They all protect Oliver from hurt.

Oliver was unlucky to meet so many evil people, but he was luckier to get help from so many kind people.

In the end of the novel, all the evil people were punished. Oliver got what he should get. Rose married Harry Maylie and they lived happily. All the kind people have a happy ending.

Righteousness can always beat evil. I think this is what the author wants to tell. Although there are many ugly things in the world, we must believe that righteousness can always beat evil.

We must store kindness even though we are in ugly situation. One is poor if he doesn’t have kindness. One is rich if he has kindness. So please store your kindness in your mind.

What’s more, the novel also tells us to be brave. Oliver was brave enough to overcome all the problems he had met. No matter how difficult the problem is, we can’t give up, we must try our best to solve it.

From Oliver Twist , I have learnt a lot .It’s really a good novel.

On the contrary, as the famous saying goes, ‘The fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose’, he who is with goodness undoubtedly is a happy and useful person. Francis Bacon said in his essay, ‘Goodness, of all virtues and dignities of the mind, is the greatest, being the character of the Deity, and without it, man is a busy, mischievous, wretched thing, no better than a kind of vermin.’   That is to say a person without goodness is destined to lose everything. Therefore, I,a kind person, want to tell those ‘vermin-to-be’ to learn from the kind Oliver and regain the nature of goodness.

Recently, I read the book "secret garden", the plot and content of the book dee*** attracted me.

There is no gorgeous statements, no excitement, with great eloquence of the plot, only those simple and understandable language, ordinary yet touching story. But after reading this book, I seem to have gone through life again, a deeper understanding of the value and significance of life.

The book tells of a spoiled India girl, Marie, who came to a mysterious manor in England for some unexpected changes. There, she spent many interesting, new, exciting days, and experienced a lot of strange and mysterious things. A lot of personalities have been made... Finally, she opened was not only has long been the "secret garden", and cure the owner of the estate of Mr. Craven, master Colin serious heart disease, while Marie himself was the experience of cure their bad habits, arrogant, arrogant, egoistic, not any human heart.

The book takes Marie and the "secret garden" as the center to fully explain what human nature is and what life is. Life, its meaning and value is alive; after all, a person's success again, cause in the large, do not know the real value of life, everything is futile; on the contrary, a person can see through life, see the true meaning of life, open heart, no worries, so success large or small property or failure, what are the clouds. Just like Craven and Colin in books, they can only immerse themselves in the past, unable to, or dare not to face reality. Is that the meaning of life?

But at the end of the book, an old garden, full of dust, solved everything. Why? The "magic", "magic" can, in fact, the "secret garden" is the key that unlocks the lock key people.

Nobody seems to care about Mary. She was born in India, but she lived with her parents in England. Mary never thought of other people, but only of herself. In fact, she was a very selfish, disagreeable, bad-tempered little girl. The city which they lived broke out a terrible plague. The disease had already killed many people in the city, and in all the houses people were dying. Over night, Mary’s parents were died. The few servants who had not died had run away in the night. No one had remembered little Miss Mary. She was all alone in a big empty house. Several days ago, little Mary was taken to her uncle- Mr. Archibald Craven. Mr. Craven was a bad-tempered man and had no friends. He lived in a big lonely old house. There’s a big park round the house, and all kinds of gardens. In her uncle’s home, a little girl named Martha as her servant to help her. Martha was an enthusiasm and helpful girl. The servant girl has a little brother who named Dickon. Brother and sister are so simple and honest. Their warmth made Mary fell relax and happy. Gradually, Mary has made a little change. One day, from Martha, she heard a story. So she requested Colin to the secret garden. In this discard garden, Mary, Colin and Dickon had good time. They helped the garden come alive again. What’s more, sunshine, fresh air, flowers and grasses made Colin healthy. In the secret garden, where the roses were at their best, and the butterflies were flying from to flower in the summer sunshine, his head held high and a smile on his lips, walk young Colin.

Due to exercise everyday outside, Mary run out of the thin and weak. People could hear her laughing loudly. Now Mary was an agreeable girl. As for Colin, his great change was Mary and Dickon’s contribution. Happiness can infect from one to the other. If we can spare no effect to transmit happiness to everybody surround us, the society will become more harmonious.

I read the book "The Secret Garden" this summer. It is a magical book about the magic of nature and the beautiful soul of mankind.

The story mainly tells: in a ruthless cholera pandemic, the poor little protagonist Mary lost her parents and had to be sent to Mr. Cravens home in the UK. Mr. Craven became very indifferent because of the death of Sad Lady. There are hundreds of locked rooms on his manor, and a secret garden that no one has been in for ten years. Little Mary found the key to the garden, and with the help of her friends Dicon and Colin, the secret garden shrouded in clouds and the indifferent Mr. Craven were reborn.

The protagonist Mary turned out to be a grumpy, stubborn, and unpleasant little girl. When she came to the manor, she changed completely. Later it became generous, polite and tolerant. What made her change so fast? It is the magic of nature, the friendship of partners.

After reading this story, I admire not only the magical change of Mary, but also the unbreakable friendship between her and her friends!

In the book "Little Prince", my favorite is the last two chapters. The last second chapters wrote comforting, and the little prince told him that my planet was too small to show you. For you, my planet is just one of many stars. So you see all the stars like it... I like this paragraph very much. After that, I will see stars at night, and I will think of this magical book of little prince. The last chapter was written for six years. He was very sad. He was the most unique star in the sky. The sky was still smiling and twinkling in the night sky.

Before leaving, the little prince finally told me that he had to go back to his own planet because he had left 1st anniversary, and he was very worried about that flower. Shes so fragile! So naive. She has only four thorns, which can be used to protect herself. Im responsible for her! The little princes attitude towards floret made me know that I should be conscientious and responsible for anything and get more harvest and happiness.

I was in grade four in primary school. This semester the teacher asked us to read the little prince, and my mother gave me a sound reading of the little prince. I took a week to finish it. Of course, when I was in school, I would read the book as soon as I had time. I think the book "Little Prince" is right to me. It is a great inspiration.

The little prince, the protagonist of the book, is a child. He is called the little prince. He comes up from a very small planet and meets a pilot who is repairing his ship. The little prince lets the pilot help him to draw a lamb. Finally, they become a good friend. At that time, the little prince knew nothing about the outside world. The pilot advised him to come back to every planet and learn something. The little prince accepted the pilots advice. He came to the kings planet, the wine planet, the planet of the merchant, the planet of the light husband, the planet and the earth of the learned man, the little prince. He came to every planet hard and learned knowledge conscientiously. He learned a lot of knowledge, too.

After reading this book, I was dee*** attracted by the story of the little prince. At the same time, I was moved by the spirit of the little princes perseverance and learning. I think I would also be a good student who persevered and loved learning.

Little PrinceThis is a fairytale whose distribution volume is only second to The Bible. It’s been translated to versions of many other languages. And I gather there must be something special, something really great about it. It’s this conviction that drove me to read it at the first beginning. Well, with due respect to the author, I failed to see how this fairytale be worthy of our attention, despite the fact that many readers claimed this book to be designed for adults.Anyway, as a well-acknowledged book, it must possess unique feature to maintain it’s position. And it’s reputation and popularity will by no means be destroyed by what an unknown man says. I will talk about the main contents of the book, and the inspiration it renders as usual.

This book mainly tells us the experience of a prince from a tiny planet, who traveled to many other planets and finally came to the earth and met the pilot in a desert. The prince and the pilot became good friends, and the pilot gradually got to know the feeling and experience of his friend. Before he came to the earth, little prince had been to other 6 little planets where he made acquaintance with some strange people. The first man he met was a king on a little planet, yet he claimed to be the king of the space and ridiculously justified his unshakable governance over all. The second person was a man of vanity, who enjoyed compliments of any form without considering whether it’s sincere or not. The third person was an alcoholic who tried to forget the fact that he’s addicted to acohol by drinking like a fish. The fourth person was an abosolute money-oriented businessman, who cared nothing but his fortune. Next came the lamp-lighter who performed his duty blindly. The last one was a geographer who knew too much about geography to solve a real problem related to it. These six people each represented one kind of person like us. The author satirized people’s conceit, emptiness, fakeness, innocence and blindness through the tone of a child.I see eye to eye with the author in that the cause of people’s loneliness can be concluded to the negligence of the bonds that connects them. People are supposed to care about each other, cherish what’s really important for them, and be grateful for the happiness that they’ve gained. We all believe knowledge and experience enable us to see clearly and make right judgements all the time. But we may sometimes lose the right to speak straighforwardly, think creatively or love courageously resulting from what we’ve experienced. That why in our middle school textbooks, it’s the little kid that breaks the illusion of the emperor by saying ”but mum, he ain’t were anything”.

When I was a child, I was definitely a good boy who went home on time after school and did his homework and never tried anything without mom’s permission. And now I am a grown-up, and still I am a good man, at least, that’s what I heard. Sometimes when I was lonely and I began to think about my childhood, then all the happiness and care-freelife came back to me as it were yesterday. Kids that once accompanied me during my childhood now become fathers and mothers of their kids and I myself am a child no more. Thinking about all these things have made me moody. There’re changes happening in our lives whether we are happy about it or not.People told me life is a journey which will never stop once it’s started. What’s left behind are happiness and sorrow, pride and shame, success and regret. There’s good old time to reminisce and there’s sad hours that reminds us of the pain. Your feeling makes them real, and you know you lived.I want to conclude by saying some positive words that each yestersday used to be today, and each today is the future of yesterday, so making the most of today is the best way to cherish your lives. Our mortal beings are doomed to die. It’s not sad, instead, death it’s just a process of our lives.

After all, we’ve lived our lives and it’s what we do and how we think that determine who we are.(when you look at the above passages, don’t regard it as a composition or an article, because if you do, you will be puzzled at the structure. It’s just a few words that come to my mind at the moment and I type them.)Have a nice day!

During the winter vacation, I read French writer Su St. Erik Perrys works, "the little prince". The main story of this book is that a pilot used to be terribly troubled by adults who did not understand their dreams when they were young, but when he grew up, he met a little prince in the desert and rediscovered and recovered the innocence of his childhood. Originally, the little prince came from a small planet. After he quarrelled with roses, he began to travel in the universe.

The little prince began to travel on the planet. In addition to the earth, some of the planets he had gone to were very small. Like the little princes planet, they could see a lot of sunrise and sunrise. Each planet had only one person, and they were different. The important thing is that the inhabitants of those planets are already adults. Their world -- in the words of little prince -- is very peculiar. The last planet is the earth, which is familiar and strange to us. The little prince met a fox. At the point of the fox, he realized how precious the love between himself and the rose was. When he left, the fox gave the little prince a word: the essence of the thing was seen with the mind, and the real important thing was the unvisible sight of the naked eye. Because you put your time on your roses, thats why she is so important. Then he returned to the rose.

The story of the little prince makes us understand that some of the best things in life are often invisible to the naked eye, and have to be aware of it; it takes patience and effort to be a friend, and in addition, to be responsible for what you have domesticated.

In this world, there are few friends who can really find the knowledge, and in our childhood, the ignorant adults always use their self righteous cleverness to erase the talent we may have, and in many children, Mr. Levon is a member of the unfortunate person.

When he was a young man, he gave up his childhood and gave up the pleasure of his childhood because of his ignorant adults. He chose everything the big men gave him, but didnt he think that he was happy?

When he grew up, he was lucky to know the little prince, a lovely and simple little prince. With his innocence and his heart, Mr. Levon had a new understanding of his life.

Bosom friend is hard to find, you dont know who he is, he will be, what? The little prince is his understanding of his childhood because of the heart of the adults, in that moment, as if the sun shines in, driven the heart of the dark, warm heart, soothe the heart.

During the summer vacation, I read the book "the wizard of oz", which really benefited me.

"The wizard of oz", one of my favorite, is the tin man's axe to save the queen, which is mainly about: the tin woodman begged the queen of the voles, and the voles said that they would repay the help. The scarecrow asked the field-mouse to save the lion. The tin woodman built a cart with the big branches of the trees, and the voles gathered thousands of feet. Big, small, and each with a rope in his mouth. The scarecrow and the tin woodman connected them with the rope of the voles, and the other end of the rope tied to the car. The car is thousands of times larger than any other field rat. But when all the rats are set on, then they can pull the body very heavy lions, under everybody's work together, in a short time, they put the lion on the wizard, let the lion as far as possible a breath of fresh air. The lion was saved.

After reading this story, I feel really too deep, in real life, we also need to work together, for example: tug of war, remember once, the school held a tug of war, and elected by our class are all very short, and each of them is very high, so we have no confidence, can the teacher encourages us to say: "although we is small, but as long as we work together, you must can beat the other side." After listening to our teacher, we reworked our courage... When the cold began, the teacher led the man and shouted, "one, two, three, come on." We pulled together and pulled the rope to our side. Finally our class came first. At the time, I didn't understand that this was a concerted effort. It was the day I read the wizard of oz.

"The wizard of oz" is a great book, and she makes me understand that we need to work together to get things done.

This time, I read the book "the wizard of Oz". I was dee*** moved by the friendship between Dorothea, the iron man, the scarecrow, and the lion.

Dorothea is from Kansas, where she held toto play outside the room, was a powerful tornado blowing to a mysterious country -- the land of oz.

In order to return home, she met all sorts of thrills and troubles. At the same time, I know many good friends: a scarecrow who wants to have a smart head, a iron man who wants a heart, and a cowardly lion who desperately wants courage.

They experienced hardships, came to the Emerald City to see the great oz. She promised Dorothea that only the evil Western witches would be killed to realize their wishes.

So Dorothea used her clever and brave, killed the wicked witch of the west, rescued a lion, repaired the tin man, scarecrow. The great oz has finally realized the promise: The Scarecrow had a clever mind; the tin man has a good heart; the lion had the guts. But, this can get Dorothea out of a hurry! Because Oz is a little old change, he does not have the ability to help Dorothea return to Kansas! What about that?! After a while, they heard that the southern witch had this ability. So Dorothea recruited the flying monkeys, so that they could send Dorothea to the southern witch. Then, with the help of the southern witch, he returned to her home state, Kansas. Read the "Wizard of Oz", I feel the affection between friends is precious. Dorothea and the scarecrow, the iron man and the lion never met friends, shared difficulties and helped each other, and realized their wishes. We are friends, we should learn from each other and help each other, let the flowers of friendship is always in full bloom.

Before reading this novel, someone tells me it is very interesting, so I started to read this book with expectation and curiosity. And after Iwas through with it, I was full of respect to the author.

The novel described a girl, called Dorothy, was blew into an unfamiliar land which was far away from her hometown. Then she tried to find the way home and finally she made it. During her journey, she experienced a lot.

To be honest, the author is really full of intelligence. His thought is so special that the plots are absolutely beyond my imagination. But it didn't surprise me when Dorothy killed a wicked witch by accident, because every novel could start a story with such unusual coincidence. However, the next happened were really out of my expectation. First of all, Dorothy's comrades were deadfully strange. For example, the scarecrow could speak ,walk and think, it is surprising, after all, his head was stuffed with straw, and just with eyes , nose as well as mouth painted on it to represent a face. It was even more surprising when changed new straws, he was still himself. He went to find the Great OZ because he wanted the Great OZ to give him some brain so that he wouldn't be laughed at by others and could do anying like a real man.The second was Tin Woodman, and his experiences were miserable. He fell in love with a beautiful girl and worked hard for their marriage, but the wicked with wanted to take them apart, so she cut off his legs ,arms head and heart one by one through using her magic. However, he was rescued by tinsmith, who made everything he lost out of tin but heart. So he was urgent to get a new heart. The third was a lion, and in our thought ,lions were expected to be brave and full of right, but this lion was as coward as a mouse, so he joined Dorothy to get some courage.who made everything he lost out of tin but heart. So he was urgent to get a new heart. The third was a lion, and in our thought ,lions were expected to be brave and full of right, but this lion was as coward as a mouse, so he joined Dorothy to get some courage.who made everything he lost out of tin but heart. So he was urgent to get a new heart. The third was a lion, and in our thought ,lions were expected to be brave and full of right, but this lion was as coward as a mouse, so he joined Dorothy to get some courage.

The most wonderful thing beyond my thought was the Great OZ. It was said he was so great that was capable of doing everything. But actually, he was a humbug. This really disappointed them, because their wishes might not be satisfied. However, the humbug managed it because he knew they have already got what they wanted during the journey. Here were some evidences. When every time they met trouble, it was scarecrow that came up with good ideas and helped them out; When every time they met monstrous beasts , it was the lion that stepped ahead and protected them. Besides, the Tin Woodman was the one who was always kind to small animals and was sure to cry when he saw others' misery. The only they didn't obtain was confidence. So the humbug gave them confidence by using tricks.

There are some sentences I want to share with you:"NO matter how dreary and gray our homes are, we people of flesh and blood would rather live there than in any other country,be it ever so beautiful. There is no place like home ." "Experience is the only thing that brings knowledge and the longer you are on earth the more experience you are sure to get." "There is no living thing that is not afraid when it faces danger. The true courage is in facing danger when you are afraid."

  This book really worth reading.

After reading this wonderful story, I can feel love, bra一ve, deep friendship and some other good spirits in the people.

The Scarecrow wanted some brains, but on the way to the Emerald City, he thought out of a way to cross the river. The Cowardly Lion wanted to be bra一ve, but when they met the river, he carried other friends to jump across it. And the Tin Man wanted a heart, he said he couldn’t love, but he didn’t want to hurt any animal.

In fact, they all ha一ve the things they want: the Scarecrow is clever, the Cowardly Lion is bra一ve and the Tin Man is kind-hearted.

This book tells us a story of how a little girl Dorothy goes back to her hometown when she is in another strange city. Dorothy is a little girl who lived with her aunt and uncle in Kansas. The weather there is very bad, sometimes there was a cyclone. When a cyclone came, people stayed under their houses. But one day a cyclone blows Dorothy’s house, with Dorothy and her dog Toto in it, to a country called Oz. In that city there are four witches and a very famous wizard—the Wizard of Oz. And Dorothy’s house just fell on the bad Witch of the East and killed her, so the people there were very happy. Dorothy took the witch’s red shoes and wore them. She wanted to go home to Kansas but she doesn’t know how to get there. So the Witch of North told her to go to the Emerald City to find the Wizard of Oz to help her. After they met the Wizard of Oz, the wizard ga一ve them another challenge—to kill the bad Witch of the West and they accept. During the way to the Witch of the West’s house, they were caught by the witch and Dorothy was requested to work for her. One day, when the witch tried to catch Dorothy’s red shoes, Dorothy threw some water on the witch by accident and the Witch of the West disappeared. Only water can kill her. So Dorothy went back to the Emerald City with her friends but they found the Wizard of Oz is not a real wizard, he is also a man came from Kansas, and he is just a conjurer. He wanted to go back to Kansas too. So he made a big balloon and prepared to go. But when the balloon is going to raise, Dorothy’s dog Toto jumped away to run after a cat, so Dorothy had to get Toto back and they were left in Oz. Then Dorothy and Toto went and find the Witch of the South and the witch told them they can just use the red shoes on Dorothy’s feet, they’re a pair of magic shoes, they could take anybody go back to their home as soon as she said‘East, west—home is the best!’After Dorothy said goodbye to her friends, she went back to her new home with her dog. It’s really a wonderful risk.
