Plans for My Seven-Day Journey abroad.
This time, the main destination is Australia, a country which is in the Southern Hemisphere. I want to feel the opposite climate, see never-seen scenery and experience the land and its people and live a quite new life for 7 days.
So I have chosen a travel agent to help me with my journey. They offer Qantas flights the entire journey with free meals and three-star or four-star hotels for accommodation.
The first day:
I will take the Qantas Airways non-stop international flight (QF106) to Sydney, the capital of South Wales and Australia’s oldest largest city and port, to star the trip to Australia, overnight on board.
The second day:
Upon arrival, I will take a bus to visit St. Mary’s Church, Hyde Park and other interests. Then, I will visit the world-famous, Australia’s most beautiful building----the Sydney Opera House. There will be professionals conducting a detailed explanation in the House. By the
evening, I can visit the well-known Darling Harbor; enjoy the Sydney Bridge and a western-style dinner on board.
The third day:

The forth day:
I will take a flight to Cairns, a city which is rounded by palm trees. It’s a tourist city, where there are magnificent mountains, dense rain forests. The forests are the world’s oldest, largest tropical rain forest. I can novel amphibious vehicles traveling around the forests, experience exotic enjoyment. What’s more, I can watch the indigenous people’s wonderful dance performance.
The fifth day:
Take a bus to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Terminal and take a ship to the world-famous Reef. When I was a primary school student, my family and I took a trip to five cities which were in the south of China.
First, we came to Nanjing by plane. That was the first time I had taken the plane and it took us an hour and a half to get there. We arrived in Nanjing in the morning. At 11:30 we went to a restaurant to have lunch. The food tasted delicious. In the afternoon we went to “Zhongshanling”. It was the place that preserve the tomb of Mr. Sugshan.

The last place that wevisited was Shanghai. It was one of the biggest city is China. The night view in Shanghai was more beautiful than Beijing. Wevisited the TV tower of “东方明珠”. It was the third tallest tower in the world. Standing in the tower you could see the whole city. In the evening, we lived in a hotel with 25 floors. I was very excited that evening.
This trip took us seven days and we went back to Beijing by plane. The plane was very very big. There were three engine rooms. I felt happy and I would never forget the trip.

我和哥哥在舟山玩了冲浪，看见黄色的大海，乘了轮船，玩了沙子，看了沙雕……
最有趣的是玩沙子。我们乘车到了南海沙滩，冲到沙滩上，滚烫的沙子钻进了我的鞋子，使我感觉脚底痒痒的。我和哥哥选了个离海岸比较远的地方，兴致勃勃地用沙子堆起“小山”来。我们一开始以为海水不会冲倒我们的“小山”。可是等我们搭起来后，海水一冲，我们刚搭好的“小山”被冲垮了。我说：“我们辛辛苦苦搭起来的‘小山’就这样冲倒了，真可惜！”哥哥说：“别泄气，我们还可以再来一次。”说着，我们就又干了起来。我搭“围墙”，哥哥在海水要冲过来的地方挖深洞，再把挖出了的沙子搭成“围墙”。很快海水就又来了，这次海水没有把我们搭起来的“小山”冲倒，而是流到哥哥挖好的洞里。凉凉的海水冲到我脚上，非常爽。看着自己的“杰作”，我们非常开心。
舟山还有很多好吃的、好玩的东西，比如说，海鲜、桃花岛……但我还是最喜欢那片黄色的海和软软的沙滩。

四、活动安排
1、全校各班分组开展活动。小学部以年级或2——3个班、中学部以2——3个班为单位分组开展活动。
2、活动地点、活动形式及任务由各组认真商定之后，在四月五日之前将活动方案一同报团委办公室备案，最后由团委少先队统筹安排和详细部署。
五、活动要求
1、教育学生文明活动，带适量食物，注意饮食卫生，不随地乱扔纸屑等杂物。保管好自身财物，防止丢失。
2、随班领导和带班老师要时刻了解和关注学生的安全，碰到问题及时处置，带好常用药品。

15：20时出发，15：50分到神州荒漠野生动物园，观赏国家一级保护动物金丝猴、普氏野马、赛加羚羊等。
16：40分出发，到沙产业室，观赏珍稀花卉；
17：00时出发，17：10分到沙漠公园，随车绕园参观一周后到公园接待处停车。组织游客参观沙生植物园；
18：00时到餐厅吃晚餐，举办以“”为主题的冷餐酒会。
20：00时出发返回市区宾馆。
五、责任单位
此项活动由区旅游局、劳动局、财政局、长城乡、沙漠公园及沿线乡镇和旅游景点负责，其中：旅游局、财政局、长城乡和沙漠公园负责做好沙海特色文化旅游活动策划、组织实施工作；劳动局、长城乡负责长城饮食文化活动策划、组织实施工作；沿线乡镇做好沿线环境整治、标示牌设置等工作；旅游景点负责内部导游示意图、指示牌的制作和环境卫生整治工作。

【活动主旨】
端午节作为中华民族的传统节日，蕴涵着我们民族独特的精神价值观，体现
了正直、忠诚、坚定等优秀的精神品质。在这个传统节日到来的时刻，为了不落入“过节就是吃吃喝喝，发点礼品”的俗套，特组织全体同事一起到海岛上用最纯朴、最简单的方式渡过一天。由于海岛上各项生活设施都严重匮乏，只有所有参与者都秉持团队精神，协同一致、分工合作才能保证在岛上生活的基本需要。在这个过程中，既是对传统美德的一种宣导和传承，增强了个人对集体的认同感和自豪感，同时，更是一种促进彼此间的了解与交流的有效渠道。我们希望这种同乐活动，能让大家暂时忘记办公室的繁忙与紧张，拉*彼此的距离，让“我们在一起”渡过一个难忘的节日！

【岛况简介】
(网载资料):喜洲岛——位于深圳东部海域，当地人称南丫岛，螃蟹、海参、大的贝壳很多。在这里你完全可以卸下*日沉重的盔甲，抛却城市的的喧器和纷扰沉浸在山水之中，享受纯粹的自然和清新。各种植物遍布全岛，岛上每处的风景都是自然天成，来的这里就等于置身在天然森林植物园，整个人都会觉得神清气爽。
【线路简介】
从杨梅坑坐大飞约30分钟上岛，岛上一户人家，码头下船后，面对小岛，着手那里扎营，
好处离那口淡水井*，水井前是破损的房子，比较方便，但此处露营海滩水草特多，不适合下水，得向右走一点，那里还好，环岛行，有处要爬山绕，所以要带好装备，否则过不去。岛上两个沙滩:
小沙滩脏，水下多石，不便游泳，有淡水
大沙滩:干净，水下也干净，离淡水远，最好带大桶淡水(我们的目的地)
岛上盛产:青口，沙白，牡蛎，螃蟹喜欢吃海鲜的是不错的选择！但得自己抓！
【安全系数】
不用担心风浪和鲨鱼因素。适合海礁布网，海边垂钓。
【公共装备】
帐篷、水桶，大锅，等煮食用具以及大的垃圾袋若干。

3桶20升的矿泉水和粽子(另备一些简单易熟的食品)。
【个人重要装备】

在大巴上由彭璐璐担任活动领队，组织大巴上活跃气氛的车内活动:
(1)以小组为单位推选代表轮流来说出一个跟端午节有关的各地风俗，设立奖惩制度，
说的风俗最多最全的予以奖励(例如粽子一个、鸡腿一只、玉米一根等)；风俗最少
风俗重复、错误，甚至无风俗可说的要接受惩罚(帮赢的小组做一些打杂下手的工作等)
(2)跟过节有关的成语接龙
(3)普及安全知识，岛上的注意事项等；介绍活动的主要流程，强调集体活动的纪律性。10:00到达杨梅坑码头
按小组为单位乘坐飞艇，各组长负责清点携带物资。同时在码头补充最后遗忘的、准备不充分的物资；强调乘坐快艇安全，先到达小岛的同事必须原地等待其他同事全部到达后统一行动，到达后再次由组长清点人数及物资。
11:00到达露营地
到达露营地后选择露营地点进行扎营，(选择离淡水井*的地方)由组为单位进行分配帐篷和扎营，(帐篷的搭建由刘爽向大家示范)帐篷搭建完毕后统计帐篷数量及人员分配情况。把携带物资安放好之后，带领大家熟悉一下周围环境。
11:20-13:00午餐
以组为单位进行分工，(捡柴火、搭建灶台、主厨、烧火员等分配)男同志要负责比较体力方面的工作，合理分配。准备捕鱼捞蟹、一展身手的建议勘察好地形，为海鲜晚餐做准备。
13:00-16:00自由活动
环岛行、捕鱼、打牌、沙雕、睡觉、捡柴火(禁止单独行动，保持手机通畅)
16:00-18:00营地集合，点名，准备晚餐
准时在营地集合，把大部分食物解决掉。各组可以各显厨艺，进行美味大比拼，用时最短、味道最好、外观最诱人的团队可以获得奖励。(评审团成员为组织者和各组组长)
18:00-18:30饭后运动:拔河比赛
大家按组为单位进行拔河比赛，比赛分资格赛、挑战赛、和决赛。第一轮为资格赛，由6
个小组进行抽签比赛，胜出者进入下一轮挑战赛；挑战赛在3组之间两两比拼中诞生2组进入到最后一轮；最后一轮决赛在2组中产生一个冠军。要对冠军队伍进行颁奖(制作野花花环，奖品为粽子或其他食品若干)，对冠军队伍进行采访，发表获奖感言。(感谢MTV CCTV)
18:30-21:30篝火晚会
准备木材，点燃篝火进行“篝火晚会”
1.架口大锅，把粽子煮熟分食
2.发放许愿的孔明灯，宣讲孔明灯的由来和后人赋予放孔明灯的意义。每个人在孔明灯上写好在节日到来的时候对自己、对家人的美好祝愿，放飞天外。
3.由×总经理带头发表对此行的一些感想，以及从白天的安营扎寨、生火做饭、拔河的日常细节中悟出的一些感受或体会(比如比赛为什么我们会赢，或为什么我们会输)
4.分组玩“天黑请闭眼”的游戏(该游戏源于MBA的训练课程，是课堂上训练团队精神的一种心理游戏)。
5.寻宝游戏。各组按照线索提示，找到由组织者埋藏在各处的“宝藏”，比赛时间到第二天清晨结束，找到最多者为胜方。(训练大家的细节意识)

8:00准备早餐
早餐由个人自行解决，可以吃自带干粮，也可以自己烹饪美味的海鲜粥、螃蟹面等。
9:00离岛返深圳
最后收拾和清点帐篷及携带的物品，清理干净留下的各类垃圾，准备返航。由组长最后清点人数和物资后，乘快艇离开小岛，返回深圳公司，再自行解散。(活动结束)
注意事项:
1、所有参与活动的同事必须遵循和认可本活动内容，服从组织者安排。
2、必须有环保意识与团队协作精神
3、本次户外活外有不可预见的危险(如跌倒、摔伤、中暑等)；各位同事应对自己的身体和本次活动的路线及危险程度有清楚的认识和了解。
4、领队有权因天气情况或者不可抗拒因素进行行程的适当调整。参与人员须服从领队的安排；如个人不遵守活动规定和领队的指挥，或活动场地的安全规定，地方*俗、自行其事而造成的后果，除自负其责之外，还应对应此给他人造成的损失。
5、违反行程安排，造**员及其他意外，个人负全部责任，公司保留其追究法律责任的权利。
其它:饮食:岛上有淡水，不能直接饮用，只能用来洗澡；守岛人要收一定的水费，也要讲价，否则很贵！岛上无食物供应，只能自带或自己生产。特别提示:小岛海域含剧毒的河豚鱼很多，如得到全身短而圆，受刺激时会澎涨的鱼，请勿食用！住宿:岛上虽有部分建筑，但不提供住宿，只能自带帐篷；沙滩旁有高大乔木，如不怕蚊叮虫咬，也可挂上吊床过夜。游泳:小岛礁石众多，由于贝类太多而锋利无比，小心划伤。也发现有些水母，小心被蜇。攀岩:岸边石头看似易攀爬，但风化严重，硬度很低，易碎，小心！爬山:该岛有现成山路，曾发现有蛇，上山时“请勿”打草。

寒假我与妈妈去了桂林，那里的风景可美了！我和妈妈在河边散步，河边的杨柳在微风中摆动着自己那轻盈的身子，好像在跳舞似的。小鸟在榕树上唱着迷人的歌曲，小花也露出了自己的笑脸。旁边的河水清澈见底，好像一块透明的镜子，在水底下还可以看见一条条小鱼，在水中游动着，有金鱼，有鲤鱼，有鲈鱼……哇！那边的山有各种各样的形状，有的像小兔，有的像大象，有的像乌龟，有趣极了。山下环绕着悠长的`小河，隐隐约约好像还能听见叮叮咚咚的流水声了！这时一条木筏划过，它在水上飘过来飘过去，为流水增添了一份光彩——木筏划过一条条波纹。我和妈妈也乘着木筏飘啊飘啊！那迎面而来的轻风轻抚着我们的身体，河水又一次荡漾起波纹。
柔和的风，清澈的流水，耸立的高山，河边的柳树，清脆的鸟鸣，朴素的风光，划过的木筏，这些景色构成了一幅美丽的桂林山水画。

说道去桂林，想到几天前我要去桂林市那样的兴奋，我们在去桂林的火车上日夜追逐，也造就了我对桂林的'期盼。
20元上的风景 我们的第一站是20元上的风景线。哈，大家都猜到了吧，那就是漓江。我们乘着机动竹筏漂在漓江之上。虽然书上说的确把桂林的特点，都描写出了它的又绿又静，还又甜又凉。我们涉水上岸，脚一伸进水里，夏天的酷暑一下减去了许多，这就是20元上的景。 遇龙河上的水战 游玩了漓江，我们来到了第二个漓江，也就是有小漓江之称的“遇龙河”。
嘻嘻，其实我是来打水仗的。当我们准备好时，左侧飞来了一个水柱，打得我们措手不及，瞬间从气势凌人的“战士”变成了落汤鸡。我只感觉我心中的怒气飙升，举起水枪用力射，当时只恨自己少长了一双手，对方也不甘示弱，也朝我们射，我们屡战屡败，最后逃亡了，虽然我们败了，但依然很开心。 这次桂林行使我收获很多，虽然有些是从前就有，比如打水仗，但新的可以发现，旧的可以积累！
俗话说“桂林山水甲天下”，于是我和爸爸、妈妈、姥姥利用“十一国庆”长假到桂林旅游。
今天已是四天旅程之二，早上9：30，妈妈和姥姥、我和爸爸分别坐上了由一名渔夫划的双人小木筏。在木筏上，渔夫划动了船桨，让我们迎着微风在波澜不惊的江面上荡漾，开始了号称“小漓江”的——遇龙河之旅。
渔夫悠然地划着木筏，我们坐在木筏凉棚下，一点也不会觉得晒，而且还不时吹来的阵阵凉风。划着划着，我们已陶醉在这美丽动人的遇龙河景色里了。
遇龙河的水真绿啊！绿得就像那无暇的翡翠。渔夫划桨荡起的波纹正是这翡翠精美的图案，二物合一，感觉很是精致。
遇龙河的水真清啊！清得能看到江底的沙石，还能看见一些小鱼怡然自得的游来游去江面漂浮着一些鲜绿的水草，那些水草簇拥在一起，就像千万条丝绸浮在水面，这不知不觉又成为了一幅美丽的'画卷。
“马上要冲一个下坡了，很刺激的，而且下面还有一个拍照点，把你们冲下坡的样子拍下来，如果要，付钱就可以拿的！”渔夫对我们说。当时我还真以为很刺激呢，心里不免有些紧张，紧紧的抓住了爸爸的胳膊。当到了下坡时，我一看高兴了，因为这个坡只是一个高度不到两米的小坡，一点也不刺激。我们利用木筏从坡上冲下来，虽然一点也不刺激，但是我们还是装出很刺激的样子，可能仅仅是为了拍照吧。
“三月三”期间，黄老师带我们小记者团从柳州玩到桂林。桂林的名气很大，我却没去过，非常向往。
第二天早上，我们从柳州来到阳朔。在西街的尽头，我们见到了漓江。眼前的风景跟书上描述的美景完全不一样，同学们都露出了失望的眼神，有的同学还发出阵阵嘘声。肖老师说：“这可不是漓江全部的景色，只是一小部分而已，下午徒步漓江时就会让你们见识漓江真正的美。”
终于盼到了下午，黄老师带着我们徒步漓江。
我们的徒步在兴坪古镇开始，刚走上一座水泥桥，眼前的漓江景色就让大家目不转睛了。漓江的水好美呀，微波荡漾；漓江的水好绿啊！仿佛那是一片巨大的绿宝石浮在江面上。看着这漂亮的风景，我脑海里浮现一首古代诗人李白赞美漓江的`诗句：漓江山水不相离，水自多情水自痴。啊，这里我们才看到了漓江真正的美。真是名不虚传啊！可惜了，江水很满，无法亲自玩一玩漓江的水，太遗憾了。
很快，我们走到了20元人民币上面的图画景点。大家纷纷在这里拍照留念，很有纪念价值哦。
最后一天早上，我们的早餐是正宗的桂林米粉。开吃之前，我先仔细闻一闻——哇！太香了，我的口水就要流得成了大海。我吃一口——好吃！我真想一口就全部吞下去，太美味了！
风景美如画，美食太馋人。这样的桂林，比我想象中还要吸引人。
我喜欢去桂林游玩，因为那里是一个风景优美的地方。
来到了漓江，那里山清水秀、鸟语花香，到处都是花草树木。最多的，当然是水了。漓江的水清得能看见水里的细沙和石子，绿得像一块巨大的碧玉。水流慢得你几乎感受不到它在流动，只有从船只驶过的水面上的波纹才能发现它的流动。漓江边种满了树木，树木就像一个个卫士，一年四季都挺拔地保卫着漓江。漓江边的花儿就像一个个可爱的小姑娘站在江边，对着人们微笑，它们还招引来许多蜜蜂采蜜。
来到了阳朔，那里的街市灯火辉煌，到处洋溢着幸福、快乐的气氛。每当夜幕光降临，阳朔就成了灯的海洋、光的世界，马路上一串串的车灯，如同闪光的银河，掉落人间。高楼大厦的彩灯，像五颜六色的焰火。阳朔的商品应有尽有、琳琅满目，而且物美价廉。美食一应俱全，川菜、粤菜、俄罗斯菜、美国、法国等国的佳肴全部都可以在阳朔的饭店里找到，让游客们大饱口福。
桂林是个可爱的地方，我爱桂林。
