一、创设意境，导入主题。全球几大环境污染事件- -
1、马斯河谷烟雾事件 1930年
比利时马斯河谷工业区。在这个狭窄的河谷里有炼油厂、金属厂、玻璃厂等许多工厂。12月1日到5日的几天里，河谷上空出现了很强的逆温层，致使13个烟囱排出的烟尘无法扩散，大量有害气体积累在*地大气层，对人体造成严重伤害。一周内有60多人丧生，其中心脏病、肺病患者死亡率最高，许多牲畜死亡。这是本世纪最早记录的公害事件。
2、洛杉矶光化学烟雾事件 1943年
夏季，美 国西海岸的洛杉矶市。该市250万辆汽车每天燃烧掉1100吨汽油。汽油燃烧后产生的碳氢化合物等在太阳紫外光线照射下引起化学反应，形成浅蓝色烟雾，使该市大多市民患了眼红、头疼病。后来人们称这种污染为光化学烟雾。1955年和1970年洛杉矶又两度发生光化学烟雾事件，前者有400多人因五官中毒、呼吸衰竭而死，后者使全市四分之三的人患病。
3、多诺拉烟雾事件 1948年
美国的宾夕法尼亚州多诺拉城有许多大型炼铁厂、炼锌厂和硫酸厂。1948年10月26日清晨，大雾弥漫，受反气旋和逆温控制，工厂排出的有害气体扩散不出去，全城14000人中有6000人眼痛、喉咙痛、头痛胸闷、呕吐、腹泻。17人死亡。
4、伦敦烟雾事件 1952年
自1952年以来，伦敦发生过12次大的烟雾事件，祸首是燃煤排放的粉尘和二氧化硫。 烟雾逼迫所有飞机停飞，汽车白天开灯行驶，行人走路都困难，烟雾事件使呼吸疾病患者猛增。1952年12月那一次，5天内有4000多人死亡，两个月内又有8000多人死去。

6、骨痛病事件 1955 1972年
镉是人体不需要的元素。日本富山县一些铅锌矿在采矿和冶炼中排放废水，废水在河流中积累了重金属镉。人长期饮用这样的水，食用浇灌含镉河水生产的稻谷，就会得骨痛病。病人骨骼严重畸形、剧痛，身长缩短，骨脆易折。
7、日本米糠油事件 1968年
先是几十万只鸡吃了有毒饲料后死亡。人们没深究毒的来源，继而在北九州一带有13000多人受害。这些鸡和人都是吃了含有多氯联苯的米糠油而遭难的。病人开始眼皮发肿，手掌出汗，全身起红疙瘩，接着肝功能下降，全身肌肉疼痛，咳嗽不止。这次事件曾使整个西日本陷入恐慌中。
8、印度博帕尔事件 1984年
12月3日，美国联合碳化公司在印度博帕尔市的农药厂因管理混乱，操作不当，致使地下储罐内剧毒的甲基异氰酸脂因压力升高而爆炸外泄。45吨毒气形成 一股浓密的烟雾，以每小时5000米的速度袭击了博帕尔市区。死亡*两万人，受害20多万人，5万人失明，孕妇流产或产下死婴，受害面积40*方公里，数千头牲畜被毒死。
二、当今的环境问题主要有哪些？
1、大气污染： 大气污染的危害主要有以下几个方面：
（1）对人体健康的危害：人需要呼吸空气以维持生命。一个成年人每天呼吸大约2
万多次，吸入空气达15～20立方米。因此，被污染了的空气对人体健康有直接的影响。
大气污染物对人体的危害是多方面的，主要表现是呼吸道疾病与生理机能障碍，
以及眼鼻等粘膜组织受到刺激而患病。 大气中污染物的浓度很高时，会造成急性污染中毒，或使病状恶化，甚至在几天内夺去几千人的生命。其实，即使大气中污染物浓度不高，但人体成年累月呼吸这种污染了的空气，也会引起慢性支气管炎、支气管哮喘、肺气肿及肺癌等疾病。
（2）对植物的危害：大气污染物，尤其是二氧化硫、氟化物等对植物的危害是十分
严重的。当污染物浓度很高时，会对植物产生急性危害，使植物叶表面产生伤斑，或者直接使叶枯萎脱落；当污染物浓度不高时，会对植物产生慢性危害，使植物叶
2片褪绿，或者表面上看不见什么危害症状，但植物的生理机能已受到了影响，造成植物产量下降，品质变坏。
（3）对天气和气候的影响：大气污染物对天气和气候的影响是十分显著的，可以从
以下几个方面加以说明：
① 减少到达地面的太阳辐射量：从工厂、发电站、汽车、家庭取暖设备向大气中排
放的大量烟尘微粒，使空气变得非常浑浊，遮挡了阳光，使得到达地面的太阳辐射量减少。据观测统计，在大工业城市烟雾不散的日子里，太阳光直接照射到地面的量比没有烟雾的日子减少*40％。大气污染严重的城市，天天如此，就会导致人和动植物因缺乏阳光而生长发育不好。
② 增加大气降水量：从大工业城市排出来的微粒，其中有很多具有水气凝结核的作
用。因此，当大气中有其他一些降水条件与之配合的时候，就会出现降水天气。在大工业城市的下风地区，降水量更多。
③ 下酸雨：有时候，从天空落下的雨水中含有硫酸。这种酸雨是大气中的污染物二
氧化硫经过氧化形成硫酸，随自然界的降水下落形成的。硫酸雨能使大片森林和农作物毁坏，能使纸品、纺织品、皮革制品等腐蚀破碎，能使金属的防锈涂料变质而降低保护作用，还会腐蚀、污染建筑物。
④ 增高大气温度：在大工业城市上空，由于有大量废热排放到空中，因此，*地面
空气的温度比四周郊区要高一些。这种现象在气象学中称做"热岛效应"。
⑤ 对全球气候的影响：*年来，人们逐渐注意到大气污染对全球气候变化的影响问
题。经过研究，人们认为在有可能引起气候变化的各种大气污染物质中，二氧化碳具有重大的作用。从地球上无数烟囱和其他种种废气管道排放到大气中的大量二氧化碳，约有50％留在大气里。二氧化碳能吸收来自地面的长波辐射，使*地面层空气温度增高，这叫做"温室效应"。经粗略估算，如果大气中二氧化碳含量增加25％，*地面气温可以增加0.5～2℃。如果增加100％，*地面温度可以增高1.5～6℃。有的专家认为，大气中的二氧化碳含量照现在的速度增加下去，若干年后会使得南北极的冰熔化，导致全球的气候异常。
据新加坡《联合早报》报道，世界43个小岛国家3日指出，地球气温上升促使海*面上涨，这会导致这些国家从地图上消失。为了对抗全球气候变暖，这些岛国呼吁制定更为严格的废气减排目标，这一目标应比联合国气候会议所考虑的更严苛。
马尔代夫的阿卜杜勒说：“我的国家正受到影响”，很多当地人的家早就遭水淹了。 菲律宾代表米勒认为，气温升高2度，会使菲律宾三分之一的国土消失；而且从孟加拉到美国的佛罗里达州，低洼沿海地区也会被上涨的海水吞噬掉。
联合国气候委员会说，本世纪海洋会升高18至59厘米，未来几个世纪还会持续上升。但有些科学家说，研究显示到2100年海洋会升高1.55米，2300年时升高1.5至3.5米。 德国气候科学家拉姆斯多夫指出：“海*面到2100年的时候*均上涨不到1米仍然是可能的，但是，也不能排除比这还高的可能性。”他说，如果北极冰层全部融化，全球的.海*面将会上升57米。

3、教师小结：通过同学们的交流反映，看来校园里值得注意的环保问题还真不少：乱扔垃圾、乱倒饭菜、乱扔纸屑、乱写乱画等。特别严重的是，很多同学乱踩草坪，*以为常，至今已有几片绿草如茵的草坪变成了寸草不长的黄土地，校园是教育盲人的圣洁地方，不少人却在厕所墙壁上、通道墙壁上、甚至课桌上乱写乱画，在校园内起哄怪叫，不仅造成了环境污染，也造成了精神污染，所以校园环境形势不容乐观。要是每人人都放纵这种破坏环保的行为，用不了多久，绿草坪就会变成灰尘滚滚的黄土地，整洁的校园就会变成肮脏腻人的污浊地。
四、保护校园和我们周边美丽、整洁的环境，我们有哪些工作要做。
1、师：要保护好校园环境，我们需要迫切做好哪些工作呢？
2、学生代表上台发言。
3、教师小结：通过刚才同学上台发言，我们看到，我们在校园环境保护方面需要做的
事情还很多，上台发言的同学提出了不少很好的意见。我想可以这样概括：爱护校园，人人有责；环保问题，人人重视，从我做起。
目前我们迫切需要做而且能做好的几件事是：
1、废纸不要随意扔掉当垃圾，应该用一人废纸箱(或废纸袋)把它们集中起来，期末拿去卖，变废为宝；
2、要全校行动，把乱写乱画在墙壁上的脏话秽语、下流漫画清除，禁止在校园内起哄怪叫，清除精神垃圾；
3、各班负责把本班卫生区域的草地圈围好，自己*时不践踏草地，也制止别人乱踏草地行为。

(一)出示：遵照环保健康简单生活二十五条来行动。
1.少用塑料袋，购物用布袋，买菜用菜篮，提垃圾采用垃圾桶。

9.节约用水，节约用电。节约用纸。
10.过简单生活，不大吃大喝，不浪费食品。
11.不过度消费，少购物，少买衣服。不买印染质量不合格的，掉色的、有较深气味的`衣服。
12.简化装修，采用环保健康装修。
13.保护海洋，不采珊瑚礁。
14.守护神山，不乱砍乱伐。
15.守护圣湖，不向美舍河、东西湖、南丽湖、南渡江等自然水体排放污水。
16.住简单一点，以适度为宜，少占有土地。钱是自己的，资源是大家的。
17.适当减少旅游和出行，若要出行，或旅游，尽量用环保健康的交通工具，如以步代车、骑单车、坐大巴车、火车。尽量不要一个人开一部车。
18.旅游时，采用环保健康简单方式，吃住简单一点，带上牙刷、筷子、梳子等，不用一次性物品，不每天更换床上用品，在景区，尽量徒步，不惊扰动物，损害植物。行前，多背一公斤，带给当地孩子或困难家庭。
19.不使用过度包装产品。
20.尽量用本地产品，减少运输所带来的资源消耗。
21.减少燥声污染。
22.把旧物捐出去，支持环保，同时帮助弱势。
23.多利用旧物，多去二手店，多与人互换或共享物品。
24.不做占用较多土地森林河流海洋资源、污染和破坏自然环境、排放超标、杀鸡取卯的经营和生产。
25.多做与当地合作的使当地人受益的开发、经营和生产，多做;公益性和慈善性开发、经营和生产。
从“关闭电器的同时拔掉插销、将灯泡换成节能灯泡、减少使用塑料袋、将空调调高至夏季26℃冬季16℃、使用节水马桶”五个生活细节做起!我们的家园，我们世世代代永远保护她，让我们生活在这片土地上，世代永远和谐幸福安康。

七、活动流程
(一)前期准备
1.信息收集：
为了使此次班会成功开展，首先我们征求了班主任的意见并得到其指导，即要求班会内容要结合现实、接*学生生活，学生参与性强，并要求有所成效的。其次，按照老师的指导性原则，我们课后听取了部分学生的意见，学生普遍要求能气氛轻松而活跃的。最后，我们小组三人各自搜集信息，然后综合讨论，最终定出了环保这一主题。
2.讨论与分工：
我们小组三人通过经验交流和信息整合，综合了大家的讨论意见，将班会程分了若干部分，即环保短片欣赏与讨论、小品表演、情景模拟、知识竞赛、合唱环保歌曲等。定了主题和基本流程后，我们进行了分工，对各部分进行具体资料的搜集。
3.方案整合
综合各部分资料，我们进行了方案整合，并对各部分的前后顺序进行流程安排。
4.听取老师意见和将方案交给班长及宣传委员负责
方案整合，我们得到了老师的大力支持，认为我们的方案可以进行。
在得到班主任的同意后，我们找了班长和宣传委员解释了此次活动的情况，并将任务落到他们身上，让学生组织这次班会。在班干部的配合下，分工精细，小品组的、情景组的都进行了积极的训练，并叫我们见*老师放心交给他们，他们会用心排得很好的。

主持人甲：人类的生存，离不开空气，离不开海洋，离不开江河，离不开山岗，离不开森林，离不开草原，离不开土地，离不开矿藏。环境是一切自然资源的宝库，是人类赖以生存和发展的基础。今天，让我们通过“呼唤明天的绿色”的主题班会，来认识保护环境的重要性。下面请看一短剧。
扮演噪音、废渣、废气、废水的同学上场。
噪音（大声地先学各种声音，如喇叭声等）：朋友们，*年来我们噪音的队伍日益壮大，汽车的喇叭声、工厂的机器声、人们的喧哗声……好哇！这地球已经是我们噪音的世界。哈哈！多开心，多开心！我们想唱就唱，想喊就喊，想叫就叫，多么自在。我们能伤害人的听力，影响人的神经，妨碍人的消化系统和血液循环系统的正常工作，哈哈，多开心。
废渣（对噪音）：老弟，比起我来，你差远了！我占的地盘比你大。你看，大街小巷，旮旮旯旯，哪里没有我的同胞？我们从工厂、农场、人们的居住区源源不断地产生出来，要不了多少年，更多的土地、山川都将是我们废渣家族的天下。我可以污染环境，传播疾病，释放毒气，等到我们把城市变成“废渣城”后，人类就没有安身之地了。
废气（对噪音，废渣）：哼！我废气比你们更有能耐。我升上天空，污染空气，人吸了会得呼吸道疾病、肺癌、心血管疾病等。我在天上与灰尘等结合变成酸雨，落在地面后，破坏庄稼的生长，使树木死亡。经酸雨侵蚀后，连山都要崩塌。至于人嘛，哼哼！那就更敌不过我，一旦他们饮用了这种含酸雨的水后，就会得胃癌、肠癌等疾病，严重的还会引起死亡。看，我多能！哼！
废水（对废气）：老兄，你的能耐比起我来，那真是小巫见大巫。只要有我废水流过的地方，鱼虾会死亡，庄稼不能长，人们不要说饮用我，连看见我就要怕三分。人饮用的水只要有我掺杂点儿进去，就会得肠胃疾病、癌症等。我甚至能够施展魔法，让好端端的人变成畸形。哈哈！哈哈！
噪音（得意志形地）：弟兄们，走啊！
主持人甲:如果四害处处与我们相伴，我们的生活会怎样呢？请各组讨论一下。 主持人乙：同学们，你们知道吗?四月二十二日是世界地球日，六月五日是世界环境日。在我们中国，三月十二日是植树节。这些节日都是为保护地球而设立的。

在古巴比伦时期，有一个强大的国家，国土上有大片的草原和森林。人们生活在地肥水美、鸟语花香的环境中，过着幸福的生活。国王下令：每砍一棵树，都要栽下新的树苗!有一天，王子在树林里玩耍，不小心损坏了一株小树苗。国王知道后，狠狠地处罚了王子，王子很不服气。王子当上国王后，下令砍下所有的'树木，为他建造高大华丽的宫殿，让全世界都知道他至高无上的尊严!于是一片片森林被毁坏，国王的宫殿建成了。那宏大的规模，华丽的装饰在当时是独一无二的，他陶醉在豪华的生活中。可万万没想到，由于森林被破坏，引来了风沙，造成了大量的水土流失。这片美丽的土地，终于被风沙吞没，变成了一片大沙漠，这个强大的国家从地球上永远地消失了。
主持人乙：故事听完，留给了我们深深的思考,大家想想森林对保护地球到底有那些好处？

黑板上的这幅图是中国环境保护徽。xxxx年3月27日，***环委会举行专门会议研究审议环保徽。经环委会主任宋健批准予以公布使用。它是中国环境保护的标志。它启示人们：地球是人类赖以生存的大环境；环境状况日益恶化，环境保护工作已迫在眉睫。人们应当行动起来，通过对污染的监督与治理，使天长蓝，山长绿，水长青，让人们永远生活在美好环境之中。
主持人甲：是啊，地球需要树。今年3月9日，再过两天就是植树节了，我们每人种一棵树，让它和我们一起成长。

活动过程
一、创设意境，导入主题。全球几大环境污染事件- -
1、马斯河谷烟雾事件 1930年
比利时马斯河谷工业区。在这个狭窄的河谷里有炼油厂、金属厂、玻璃厂等许多工厂。12月1日到5日的几天里，河谷上空出现了很强的逆温层，致使13个烟囱排出的烟尘无法扩散，大量有害气体积累在*地大气层，对人体造成严重伤害。一周内有60多人丧生，其中心脏病、肺病患者死亡率最高，许多牲畜死亡。这是本世纪最早记录的公害事件。
2、洛杉矶光化学烟雾事件 1943年
夏季，美 国西海岸的洛杉矶市。该市250万辆汽车每天燃烧掉1100吨汽油。汽油燃烧后产生的碳氢化合物等在太阳紫外光线照射下引起化学反应，形成浅蓝色烟雾，使该市大多市民患了眼红、头疼病。后来人们称这种污染为光化学烟雾。1955年和1970年洛杉矶又两度发生光化学烟雾事件，前者有400多人因五官中毒、呼吸衰竭而死，后者使全市四分之三的人患病。
3、多诺拉烟雾事件 1948年
美国的宾夕法尼亚州多诺拉城有许多大型炼铁厂、炼锌厂和硫酸厂。1948年10月26日清晨，大雾弥漫，受反气旋和逆温控制，工厂排出的有害气体扩散不出去，全城14000人中有6000人眼痛、喉咙痛、头痛胸闷、呕吐、腹泻。17人死亡。
4、伦敦烟雾事件 1952年
自1952年以来，伦敦发生过12次大的烟雾事件，祸首是燃煤排放的粉尘和二氧化硫。 烟雾逼迫所有飞机停飞，汽车白天开灯行驶，行人走路都困难，烟雾事件使呼吸疾病患者猛增。1952年12月那一次，5天内有4000多人死亡，两个月内又有8000多人死去。
5、水俣病事件 1953 1956年
日本熊本县水俣镇一家氮肥公司排放的废水中含有汞，这些废水排入海湾后经过某些生物的转化，形成甲基汞。这些汞在海水、底泥和鱼类中富集，又经过食物链使人中毒。 当时，最先发病的是爱吃鱼的猫。中毒后的猫发疯痉挛，纷纷跳海自杀。没有几年，水俣地区连猫的踪影都不见了。1956年，出现了与猫的症状相似的病人。因为开始病因不清，所以用当地地名命名。1991年，日本环境厅公布的中毒病人仍有2248人，其中1004人死亡。
6、骨痛病事件 1955 1972年
镉是人体不需要的元素。日本富山县一些铅锌矿在采矿和冶炼中排放废水，废水在河流中积累了重金属镉。人长期饮用这样的水，食用浇灌含镉河水生产的稻谷，就会得骨痛病。病人骨骼严重畸形、剧痛，身长缩短，骨脆易折。
7、日本米糠油事件 1968年
先是几十万只鸡吃了有毒饲料后死亡。人们没深究毒的来源，继而在北九州一带有13000多人受害。这些鸡和人都是吃了含有多氯联苯的米糠油而遭难的。病人开始眼皮发肿，手掌出汗，全身起红疙瘩，接着肝功能下降，全身肌肉疼痛，咳嗽不止。这次事件曾使整个西日本陷入恐慌中。
8、印度博帕尔事件 1984年

二、当今的环境问题主要有哪些？
1、大气污染： 大气污染的危害主要有以下几个方面：
（1）对人体健康的危害：人需要呼吸空气以维持生命。一个成年人每天呼吸大约2
万多次，吸入空气达15～20立方米。因此，被污染了的空气对人体健康有直接的影响。
大气污染物对人体的危害是多方面的，主要表现是呼吸道疾病与生理机能障碍，
