会计专业出身的我被聘为三级一档职员，被XX公司任命为总公司财务部出纳员。因为是老本行，所以对这个很有有比较深刻的感悟，对繁杂的工作也有了充分的认识。回顾总结整整一年的工作，我重点汇报一下自己的心得体会，做个年度工作鉴定。
在工作上踏踏实实，做好基础工作。出纳工作首先要认真细心，不能出任何差错，多一分少一分都不可以。所以，在每次报账的时候，每笔钱我都会算两遍点两遍。每日做好结帐盘库工作，做好现金盘点表，每月末做好银行对帐工作，做好月结，银行余额调节表。做好和会计账的对帐工作，努力做到不出差错。工资的发放更是需要细心谨慎。这直接关系到每个人的利益。因为出纳工作量大，所以，每次做工资的时候，我都要加几个夜班，争取按时将工资发放到每个人的工资存折里。

3、学*上，自从参加工作以来，本人从没有放弃学*理论知识和业务知识。由于本人毕业财校属于中专，刚工作本人就利用业余时间自学大专，并于xx年毕业，但本人没有满足于现状，又于xx年自修东北大学金融本科，由于学*勤奋刻苦，成绩优良，学*中受到老师充分肯定，目前正在积极准备论文答辩。不但掌握和提高了金融知识，也有了一定的理论水*，完全达到了本科生所具有的水准。学*理论的同时，更加钻研业务，把学到的金融知识融会到工作中去，使业务水*不断提高，并于xx年参加全国中级经济师资格考试，顺利通过同时被行里聘为中级师。在多年的业务知识考核当中，每次会计业务资格考试都达到1级水*。
但是本人也还存在一些缺点和不足，主要是学*不够深入，政治敏锐性不够强，工作方式方法欠妥，文字功底不够扎实，有待在今后的工作中进一步完善和提高。

一、学*生活方面：

从20xx年7月到此刻，我的现金会计工作已干了5个月了。五个月以来，从刚开始对这项工作的担心，到此刻把这份工作干的游刃有余。我经历了一个自我的不断突破和不断学*的过程。记得第一次理解现金会计工作时，我既是高兴同时又有些担心。高兴的是以*为一把手的党支部、村委会对我的信任和认可，担心的是怕自**不好。因为我大学是学法律的，自知对数字很不敏感，*日里电话号码都记不住，自我都不会理财。因为我不喜欢数字，上学时故意没有选修财务会计这门课程，想着今后也不会干会计（毕业时找工作，自我想着只要不干会计其他工作我都能理解）。所以，我一点儿财务知识都不懂。可*说：“你既然来了基层锻炼，就应当什么都得学！这对你今后也有好处。”我心想“是呀，不会就学呗。”于是，我向镇经管站借了相关财务会计书籍，利用晚上开始自学，*日里向村*和镇经管站的师父学*，学*如何及现金日记帐、如何报票、如何标编号、如何写申请、如何开支票和银钱收据。
一、现金日记帐
由于交接工作，大队的现金日记帐一段时间没有记录了，于是我去镇经管站抄数据开始重新记帐。还记得刚开始学及日记帐时，我不会记，*说他教我。我就看他添了一页，然后皱着眉头，说声不对，然后在那页写上“作废”二字，就这样，只见他记了一页，有作废，来回共作废了三张。我一下懵了。然后他叫来了老会计（9年前干过），他也试填了一页，*一看，说不对，想来想去说了声“我明白了”就又开始填，然后说“这就对了！”然后露出得意的笑容。然后对我说“小聂，你看，收入记借方，支出记贷方，记时字写小点儿，占方格的一半，记错了划了好改”我看看，说明白了。我清晰地记得那天午时从2点半“折腾”到6点，现金日记帐最终学会了。
二、原始票据
由于此刻村级财务统一由镇里托管中心托管，我村每个月都有3000元备用金，备用金就用于日常开支，于是我负责审核原始票据，有时，因为大队干部忙，一疏忽，拿回来的票据书写不全或有误或是只拿了收据，这我就得认真审核，看客户名称、看大小写是否正确、是否加盖公章、发现问题及时处理，审完确认无误后让*、主任和经手人签字理财小组盖章，然后我给这些发票编上号，并计入日记帐，快到3000元我就去镇里报一次票。年底，村里现金流动量大，几乎每一天都得去镇里报票。
三、银钱收据
银钱收据主要用于大队的各项收入，分三联，分别用于留底、做收据和入账。我村有个集贸市场，每次去集上收的市场管理费、大队出租房屋所得的房租费及镇、县里拨的各项专项款和补贴及各种商业活动收入都要填写银钱收据，几百、几千、几万、几十万不等。我定期拿着现金和银钱收据去镇托管中心入帐。
四、申请
大队今年首生态村建设，村里各项工程比较多，过年过节的海的给村民发米、油、肉、护林员、保洁员工资等也是一个不小的`数目，这些都需要单独写申请，写申请前先做好预算，让大队干部签上字——我再找理财小组签字——去镇里找主管领导签字——去托管中心领支票——去银行取钱。这个过程中最费时的是：找理财小组签字，因为他们有时不在家，我就得这儿找找，那儿找找；如果申请超过年初预算，还得找村民代表签字，我就只能一家家、一户户地找村民代表签字；最终还有去银行取钱，有时碰到村民赶集的日子，那队一排就是十几米。
五、现金支票
有的申请数额大点儿，镇托管中心会开转帐支票，这就需要我再开一张现金支票，记得刚开始时不会开支票，去了银行、工作人员指导我如何正确填写支票，年月日怎样写、大写尽量往前写，公章怎样盖会盖得更清楚、进帐单如何填写此刻，这些票据我都能一次填写正确无误。
六、付工程款
今年村里工程比较多，改厕款、水泥款、砂料款、路灯款、绿化款、大小工工资等等从3万、5万、9万、15万不等的现金一笔笔从我的手中支付出去。保洁员、护林员、管水员工资一份份从我手中领走。在发放工程款过程中，我做到认真仔细，需要几天才能发放完的工程款，我做到每一天结算一次。有些村民白天不在家，午时我就吃下班会儿给村民把工资发了。在发放工程款过程中，未发生一次差错。看着他们拿到自我应得的钱，我心里也简便了许多。
七、收现金
今年收现金，主要是配合*的养老保险和合作医疗工作。收的都是村民的钱，记得那次收了65000元的养老保险钱，拿着现金去镇社保所交，去了之后，工作人员说是停电了印钞机不能用，让我第二天再拿来。于是我把这些钱又拿回大队，点好数锁在保险柜后回家的。第二天一早我就拿着这些钱又来到社保所。工作人员一边用印钞机一边点数，说是少540元。我说不会啊，我都数过好多遍了。我当时一下懵了，心想，这一路，钱应当不会掉啊。而他们说待会儿还有事，要出去，让我先回去找找，是不是拉那儿了，紧张得我当时也没好好点钱，急急忙忙赶回大队，保险柜、柜子、连垃圾桶都翻遍了，那天中午我都没吃好饭，午时他们办公了，我又去了社保所，想着自我垫付呢。可这时，当我仔细一点钱。对啊，65000元不少。原先上午他们把60张10元，应当是600元记成60元了。当时我的心如释重任，以下简便了很多。紧之后，年底村民缴纳的合作医疗款很顺利缴纳给了医疗所。
八、我的日记帐
为了方便工作。我自我准备了一个日记帐，记好每一天的现金进出情景，每次去托管中心要办的事（报多少钱的票、写多少钱的申请、入多少钱的帐），重点是每项申请的支出情景，以便更清楚地对帐、查帐。除了以上这些工作，我坚持每月和托管中心对下帐，跟银行对一下银行存款，至今没有发现不对帐现象。
经过这几个月的现金工作，首先让我了解了更多的财务知识。其次，锻炼了我认真负责的态度，培养了我细心、谨慎的*惯。最终，让我更加坑定自我——因为我年轻，所以没有什么不能够！在今后的工作中，我会更加精益求精。
在最繁忙的时候，同时也是我心里最踏实的时候。因为在这一年的工作，我们会计出纳部的每一名员工都有自已的收获，都没有碌碌无为、荒度时间。尽管职位分工不同，但大家都在尽最大努力为行里的发展做出贡献。
在这一年里在不断改善工作方式方法的同时，我顺利完成如下工作：

2、软件记账：及时在财务软件上登记现金、银行存款账，收付准确，并与银行账户定期核对。
3、报表：按周出资金报表，按月根据需要编制余额调节表。
4、库存现金、票据、支票与证件管理：现金及票据管理妥当、完善，票据及证件领用及时登记，做到有据可循。
5、工资发放：每月工资发放及时、准确。
6、银行事项：日常银行业务办理，主要包括备用金支取，银行账户开户，理财产品购买，对公对私款项收付，月末回单及月初银行对账单的打印，批量办理工资卡、信用卡等等的与银行对接事项。
7、固定资产管理：做到软件卡片录入及时、准确，入账时实物盘点，并定期清查。
8、财务相关制度修改、排版，根据公司相关财务制度文件，制作财务费用报销流程（visio图）及相应PPT。
9、根据经营中心需要，领导要求，收集并整理财务分析报告所需数据、制作相应图表及格式排版。
10、及时、高效的完成领导交待的其他工作，协助部门其他人员做好相关财务工作。
