面试环节进行过程中，有时面试老师会提一些challenging questions(具有挑战性的话题)，即一些比较难回答的问题，类似If you fail to pass this examination, how would you do?(如果你没考上怎么办?) 问类似问题，并不意味着你真考不上，而是面试官想要考查一下你的心理素质，看一下你的反应。我们千万不要以为自己前面表现的不好，千万不能出现慌乱的情绪，要take it easy. 也有的同学为了表决心，会这样回答，说：不成功便成仁。如果这样回答的话，其实没有哪个老师敢要你。因为做科研什么的，实验失败的概率太高了，动不动就成仁，这还了得，那该怎么答呢?
其实面试老师更愿意听到这样的答案，老师，我会再考一年，但失败后，我会主动去找各位老师谈一下，搞清楚与其他学生相比，我的弱势在哪儿?然后进行针对性查漏补缺，希望明年能考上。接到类似具有挑战性的话题，一定要想好该如何回答。再比如，如果问你，Did you pass the CET-6 during the college time? (在大学期间，你通过六级考试了吗?)如果没过，就一定要坦诚的说，没过。然后再加以补充说，但我已经认识到了英语的重要性，我会努力通过的。可千万不要说，我*时做实验很忙，没时间考之类的话。这是很明显在为自己找借口，老师一听就听出来了，一定要坦诚些。
另外，我们需要了解的是面试场合并不是只有一位面试官，通常会有多位面试老师。这些面试老师其实是有分工的。所谓的分工就是有黑脸，白脸之分。有人唱白脸，有人唱黑脸，负责唱黑脸的老师总是在疯狂地找你的茬，挑你的刺儿。遇到这样的情况，如果你觉得自己说的确实有道理，一定要据理力争，但要有礼貌，切不可顶撞老师。如果认为老师挑刺儿挑的对，就要勇于承认自己的不足之处。
除此之外，要注意面试过程中，问题的关联性。所谓关联性，就是提的问题前后有联系。很多面试老师在提问时，喜欢在你对上一个问题的回答中，搜索下一个问题的影子，相关性非常强。比如，面试官会问，Do you have any hobbies?(你有什么兴趣爱好吗?)有同学会说，I like reading books, especially celebrities biographies.(我喜欢阅读书刊，尤其是一些名人传记)。为了避免自己给自己挖坑儿，出现回答不上来的尴尬场面，那么回答每个问题时都需要小心谨慎，尽量提前把有可能问到的问题梳理一遍。

The next year，I er Department，responsible for developing and strengthening a good relationship beters and my company. Ters，Henan Provincipal Department of Transportation and Henan Provincial Department of Personnel，are under my University this June. I major in Chinese literature. I hope I could get the opportunity to finish my postgraduate courses in Peking University Xidian University in this coming July.

I am very glad to be here for this interview.My name is xxx,25 years old.I come from Weifang,a beautiful city of Shandong Province. I graduated from Commercial College in July,2001 and major in finance.Then, I was a teacher in xxx,When I was a senior school student,I am interested in thought and began to read a certain classic work of Marxism,especially I finished reading“the florilegium of Mao ZeDong”. From then on, I have dabbled in more and more theoretical works and accumulated great interests in theory study,especially in Marxism.I have a dream, a dream of my study. I wish devote my whole life and energy into the development of the Marxism. If I have the opportunity to study in abc University, I'll dabble in as much as document about the specialty as possible. If it is possible, I want to get the primary accomplishment in my major, at least, a stable basis.
Personally, for today's China, the first task to the development of Marxism is a process of construction. That's to say, we should understand Marxism mostly from the aspect of construction and development of social society. Only when our socialistic country has a more rapid and balance development than the capitalistic, we can enhance the attractiveness and persuasion of Marxism eventually.
