一是反思教学设计。为避免自我过分地依靠已有的教学经验，或照搬现成的教案，在授课前的备课阶段，我经常结合此刻学生的实际，反思原有的教学设计，因为我感觉“照本宣科”的教学是教师的“一厢情愿”，学生不会有太多的兴趣。在教学用英语“表达提推荐的方式”时，我有这样的设计：问学生假如出去旅行要带什么？要学生用推荐的方式组织答句。开始学生很兴奋，几句之后，学生便冷落下来，似乎眼高手低，无法表达。我反思？？活动虽有交际性，但必须要尊重学生已有的知识与经验、任务设计必须要真实，要能够完成。于是再教设计时，我不是直接要学生回答所带物品，而是给学生列出了许多可供选取的物品的英文名称，其中有学生熟练的，也有学生不会说的，要学生选取，并说明这样选取的理由。结果交流起来学生兴趣更浓，教学目标也完成得很好。
二是反思教学过程。即在教学过程中，常有不可预料状况发生，这时教师要进行及时的反思：根据学生的学*效果反馈，对教学计划进行适当的调整。虽然在备课时，教师已预设了种种教学方案，但在实际教学中还是会遇到一些意想不到的问题，如学生不能按计划的时光回答问题，学生的回答没有办法切中教师预设答题的关键，或者师生互动交往开展不顺，学生对教师预期的解释有歧义等。这时需要教师根据学生的反馈信息，抓住有利于教学计划实施的因素，因势利导，对计划快速、灵活地作适当修改与调整。不断地总结和调整教学过程，发扬有效的教学过程。如在复*教学七年级下册， 谈论过去经历时，要学生介绍自我的周末活动。我先给学生一个表格，透过小组合作完成，列出一些动词及动词短语如：read， write， skate， sing songs， play basketball， play the piano…等等，能做的打（√），不能做的打（×），然后根据合作学*后的状况用英语口头表述：My friend is…。When…was ten ，…could …and…，but …couldn’t…or…。一路下来大部分学生都能够完成得十分好，我先给学生一个表格，透过小组合作完成What could you do on weekends？ 我立刻想到这样的任务，对学生太简单了，学生没有了“跳一跳才摘到果子吃”的感觉，必须不会满足。我立刻要学生回忆儿童时的一次难忘经历，用３－５句话表达出来，限时5分钟。这样一调整就把说与写结合在了一齐，增加了深度，说得出写不出的同学就体会了还需再努力背记单词，有了进一步学*的需要，而且锻炼了学生的写作表达潜力。
三是反思教学心得。在课后对整个课堂教学过程进行思考性的概括，对教师自身的教学观念、教学行为和学生的表现，以及教学的成败进行梳理，并以教学后记的形式来完成。我认为这也是最值得我坚持做的。常常在课后，我会对教学的整个过程进行反思、分析、总结，并及时地作下记录。我回忆教学过程怎样？是否到达预期的效果？教学计划如何？是否有所改变？改变计划的原因是什么？改变的方法是否有效？有没有更有效的策略？学生已顺利地完成了任务吗？学生是否有所得？是否帮忙学生构建了知识体系？是否对培养解题潜力有所帮忙？教师本身的教学思想可有存在问题？等等。

第一篇
英语教学反思周记 紧张忙禄的一周过去了，本周本人已经按备课设想完成预定的教学任务。学生整体掌握效果一般。在教法方面，在3+4英语教学模式的指导下，教法灵活有效，学生学*热情高涨。但是学生在口语方面略显薄弱，还需下大力气训练。在学法指导方面，我在学生预*、复*方法指导上到位，但学生帮扶互助小组的作用发挥还不够，还需加强组织引导，使其发挥更大更有效的作用。从本周日常教学工作中的点点滴滴，总结以下几点反思： 反思一、应靠持续不断的语言知识，而不是靠"玩"来培养学生持久的学*兴趣。 小学英语教学是要重视培养兴趣，但单靠唱歌游戏不能培养学生持久的兴趣。新鲜劲儿一过，孩子们就会厌倦。所以，唱歌游戏应该作为小学生学*英语语言知识、技能的一些手段，而不是培养兴趣的手段。我们可以采用多种手段帮助小学生在记忆力强的时期多记单词，多学*语言规则，并尽可能多创造模仿的机会，提高学生的语音和语调。在英语学*中，听、说、读、写、译五种能力是可以互补的。真正做到听说先行，读写跟上。光听说不读写，很难收到高效。只靠模仿不培养学*能力，也难减轻学*负担。所以小学生还是应当认真进行语言学*。 反思二、作为小学英语教师的我们应有发展意识，不应固步自封，要加强学*，要用更新更好更有效的教法来组织教学。 随着时代的进步，社会的发展，同样英语作为人们最广泛的`交际用语之一，更是随着高科技的迅猛发展而日新月异地变化着。如果我们的英语教师故步自封，不求进取，那么不但自己的语言知识很快陈旧落伍，而且会误人子弟，被时代所淘汰。我们一定要加强学*研究、不能单拼经验教学。
如果让我进行教学重建，我想实施以下几点更好的策略：
1、加强感知训练。让学生根据音乐、录音、动画、电影等感知模仿训练。

这周英语课最重要的内容就是定于从句。说实话，我自己在高中的时候这一部分学得也是一知半解，稀里糊涂的。可这回我得给学生讲啊，自己要是还搞不明白，必定把学生也搞迷糊了。所以，在上一周我就已经开始准备第四单元的语法项目了。我看了血多语法书、练*册，总算彻底搞明白了。接下来更重要的就是如何用简明易懂的方式传授给学生，让他们也能明白。我在网上下载了很多可见，把多个课件里我认为有价值的部分摘出来，制作了一个属于我的语法教学可见。我利用图表、箭头、图片等形式将定于从句的要点呈现出来，给出了练*和例句直贴学生生活。例如：Lady Gaga is a singer. She wears strange clothes.转变成定于从句机就是Lady Gaga who wears strange clothes is a singer. 同时还在旁边配上一张她穿着奇装异服的照片，让学生更加直观地体会句子。学生经过前面的学*，能够很流利地说出这个句子。这样枯燥的语法项目，由于触碰到了学生的兴趣点，就变得有趣起来了。兴趣是最好的老师，有了兴趣，再难的entire也能攻克，再复杂的知识也能掌握。
我还深刻地记得我的高中老师是怎么讲定语从句的：解释语法规则、无数例句、无数练*、睡到无数、最后我们脑子里还是没数，弄不明白定于从句到底是怎么回事。所以我觉得我讲决不能像他一样。事实上，我也做到了。这几节语法课没人睡觉，大家精神都和集中，甚至比*常还要认真、活跃，记忆也很深刻。所以说，教无定法，学无定法，只要用心就会有更好的办法。
第三篇
一周很快又过去了。这周三个班的教学进度一样，教学的内容是从21课到24课。与以前相比本周的新授内容比较多，讲四课的内容是在计划之外。但是一星期过去感觉学生学*的效果还不错。在教学中又发现了一下需要注意的几点。
一、保证课堂纪律是保证课进度的前提
以前也注意过课堂纪律的重要性，本以为自己维持的课堂秩序已经很不错，但是周二下午的第三节课，指导老师去听我的课并帮我管了一下课堂的纪律。在老师余威的震慑下，第四节课也非常顺利，本来比其他两个半慢一个课时的三班，一下子也赶上了进度。通过这件事我仔细思考了一下，我不能用自己的固有的心态去看学生。老师要用发展的眼光看待学生。当然也要不断地努力让课堂纪律变得越来越好，去挖掘学生更多的潜能。
二、采用多种方式灵活教学
四年级的学生处于活泼好动的年纪而且注意力集中地时间较短，作为老师就要想办法吸引学生的注意力。在学*24课story time这一部分时，学生表现出厌倦的状态。此时看着学生们厌倦中带着的疲惫，作为刘老师真是不狠心把知识继续灌输给她们。于是想其它的办法解决，很快我又想到了新的方法，分小组来学*。学完后表演这个故事，最后由大家选出演的好的组，奖励自制的折纸。已宣布这种方式大家都积极学*，而那些不想学*的同学也由其他的带着学起来，同样经过两课时的学*，同学们在快乐中掌握了这个故事和许多知识。甚至有一部分同学已经把自己的角色的句子背了下来。通过这次教学设计，我发现老师也需要具有创新精神，要往自己的教学中注入一些鲜活的东西来抓住同学们的注意力。
三、小学教学中的被动学*
这星期在学*新知识时带同学们回忆旧知识。发现大部分同学已经把前两个单元的单词忘记了。小学生的学*多事被动的在学校需要老师的监督，在家需要家长的监督。他们一般不会自己去复*前面学过的知识，更不会自己制定一个复*计划，这星期四年级英语结课了。通过这周的观察我更加认识到了制定一个详细的复*计划的重要性。接下来的两周让他们进一步巩固先前学的知识。
这周我们结课了，看着这本书和就好像在看着自己这学期教学之路。有失意，也有收获。接下啊来的两周希望通过复*让孩子们的英语能有所进步。
