一、每大周回家时，让孩子大声读读课文给家长听，我们要鼓励孩子大声的朗读课文。
二、请大家在家里督促孩子保质保量的完成英语作业。养成良好的学**惯，不要总是到学校老师检查过了，再去补作业，这样你就比其他学生慢一步，那么一步慢你就会步步慢，结果你就会陷入总是在追赶别人的恶性循环中。所以在家中父母亲的良好榜样起着很大的作用。孩子一般自控力都相对较差，这时父母亲对学*的态度，特别是行为，会极大的影响孩子，千万不能纵容自己的孩子说不会，就任由他去，你让孩子知道：今天，你花大时间去养成好*惯，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懒一会，你明天的作业就会更多。累计下来，你就是欠债最多的人。孩子是每个家庭的重心和希望，有一位家长说过“要把培养孩子当作自己的事业来做”是啊，只要你多投入一点，相信你的孩子会给予你更多的回报！谢谢大家！

一、英语的重要性
为什么要把这块内容放在第一位呢？我认为，不管是学生还是家长，如果没有意识到一门学科的重要性，那么他就不会去重视这门学科的学*，结果可以相信，学好这门学科的概率就很小。英语学科，以前在小学是不做要求。但是去年开始，英语学科已经成为了主科，小学主科包括语文数学英语三门学科，而且小升初考试英语也是要考的。那么意味着什么，英语应该得到各位家长的`重视，以后上了初中、高中、大学，英语都是非常重要的。就拿大学来讲，不管你的子女以后学的是什么专业，英语都是必须考级的。所以我想说的是，小学阶段的英语正是打基础的时候，基础打好了，以后学起来才能轻松。
二、学*英语的方法
在此，我首先把英语书的各个部分以及要求说明一下。*英语离不开听说读写四个方面。听，上课听老师，回家听录音。每次作业我基本上都会布置听录音跟读的任务，也要求各位家长签字，请大家积极配合。英语课一个星期才3节，光靠上课的时间是远远不够的，我们英语老师每个人5个班，想要每个学生去检查去督促显然是不可能的，所以还请各位家长在家里积极配合。说，在小学阶段还是有一定的难度的。所以小学阶段主要强调背诵，背的多了，英语自然会脱口而出的。我布置背诵的作业，也请家长在家里积极配合，我在课堂上也会进行全班背诵、分组背诵以及个别背诵的方式检查。读，在小学阶段我认为是最重要的。多听多读，英语才能学好。每天不管有没有英语课，都应该让自己的子女坚持每天读15至30分钟的英语。写，课本里要求书写的单词句子要掌握。
三、存在的问题
1、上课纪律问题（点名3次惩罚）
2、作业问题（校讯通，监督子女作业的人一定要知道作业。
3次以上考试扣分，请家长配合检查）
3、错题订正问题（错题一定要订正好，尊重老师，也尊重自己的学*）
4、考试*惯问题
5、*惯不好（作业忘带、忘做、错题不订正、考试题目做漏、不认真、考试名字不写……）
四、对家长的要求
1、重视英语，一起努力。
2、该签字的一定要签字。
3、尽量做到每天都读英语十几分钟。
4、作业问题（检查作业是否完成、前面错题是不是订正好、字迹清楚否、有没有装进书包里……）

经过两个多月的学*，学生与学生之间也产生了一定的差距。一些学生学*兴趣浓，学*尽头足，课堂上积极思考，踊跃发言，课后及时巩固，形成了良性的循环的好势头。我在此为他们感到欣慰。其实还有部分学生处于中间层次，老师所教的，所布置的作业能够基本完成，但学*的效率有因人而异，存在着个体差别。尽管他们*时不需要老师操太多的心，费太大的力，但是我更希望你们能够再上一个太阶。
当然，作为直接的知识传授者，老师有着不可推卸的责任。在此我只是真诚的呼吁我们的家长配合学校，配合老师，让我们共同努力来帮助孩子学好英语。用一句时髦的话说：我们要和孩子共同成长，那么重视良好的学**惯的培养是帮助孩子进步的一个好方法。
在此我给家长的一些建议；
一、每大周回家时，让孩子大声读读课文给家长听，我们要鼓励孩子大声的朗读课文。
二、请大家在家里督促孩子保质保量的完成英语作业。养成良好的学**惯，不要总是到学校老师检查过了，再去补作业，这样你就比其他学生慢一步，那么一步慢你就会步步慢，结果你就会陷入总是在追赶别人的恶性循环中。所以在家中父母亲的良好榜样起着很大的作用。孩子一般自控力都相对较差，这时父母亲对学*的态度，特别是行为，会极大的影响孩子，千万不能纵容自己的孩子说不会，就任由他去，你让孩子知道：今天，你花大时间去养成好*惯，明天，你就可以更好。今天，你偷懒一会，你明天的作业就会更多。累计下来，你就是欠债最多的人。孩子是每个家庭的重心和希望，有一位家长说过“要把培养孩子当作自己的事业来做”是啊，只要你多投入一点，相信你的孩子会给予你更多的回报！谢谢大家！
接下来的三年将由我带领大家一起学*英语。首先自我介绍一下，我姓张，弓长张，我高中也就读于这所学校，可以说是你们的师姐吧，学校的学*氛围是很不错的，希望大家能够努力学*，实现自己的梦想。我这个人呢比较随和，*时比较喜欢听听音乐，旅游之类的，我和大家的年龄差距也不是很大，课下呢大家可以一起多运动运动，毕竟身体才是革命的本钱嘛。

在此，我首先把英语书的各个部分以及要求说明一下。*英语离不开听说读写四个方面。听，上课听老师，回家听录音。每次作业我基本上都会布置听录音跟读的任务，也要求各位家长签字，请大家积极配合。英语课一个星期才3节，光靠上课的时间是远远不够的，我们英语老师每个人5个班，想要每个学生去检查去督促显然是不可能的，所以还请各位家长在家里积极配合。说，在小学阶段还是有一定的难度的。所以小学阶段主要强调背诵，背的多了，英语自然会脱口而出的。我布置背诵的作业，也请家长在家里积极配合，我在课堂上也会进行全班背诵、分组背诵以及个别背诵的方式检查。读，在小学阶段我认为是最重要的。多听多读，英语才能学好。每天不管有没有英语课，都应该让自己的子女坚持每天读15至30分钟的英语。写，课本里要求书写的.单词句子要掌握。
三、存在的问题
1、上课纪律问题（点名3次惩罚）
2、作业问题（校讯通，监督子女作业的人一定要知道作业。
3次以上考试扣分，请家长配合检查）
3、错题订正问题（错题一定要订正好，尊重老师，也尊重自己的学*）
