各位老师下午好，我叫xxx,来自xxx大学xxx学院xxx专业。从进入大学开始我就把能进入北航深造作为自己梦想。所以我今天能在这里参加面试，我感到很高兴，也很激动。因为我离我的梦想很*。
刚入学的时候，我听说有几个学长学姐保研到了北航，从那以后我就以他们为榜样，希望自己也能像他们一样。
大一的时候，我学*很努力，天天穿梭于教室和图书馆之间，大一结束后我的成绩是专业第一名。
大二的时候，我参加了学院学生工作，负责组织和协调整个学院寒暑假社会实践活动。这一年我也参加了学校学院的各种活动，结交了许多好朋友，在和老师同学的交流过程中，我也成长了许多，学会了很多做人做事的道理。当然，在这个过程中，我的积极表现也受到了老师和同学的好评，获得了一些奖项，包括"优秀共青团干部""社会实践先进个人"等，而且我也积极向党组织靠拢，于去年的十月份成为**预备党员。
大三的时候，我主要任务是学*专业知识参加一些学术活动，所以我辞去了学生工作，专心学*专业知识，这一年我主要学*了自动控制、嵌入式系统开发等知识，完成了相应的`课程设计，通过这些专业知识的学*，我更加确定了自己在自动化专业的发展方向。由于大三成绩是专业第一，最*我已经取得了国家奖学金的推荐名额。
在科学研究方面，我主要参加了三个项目：
第一个是北京市科研创新项目，在这个项目中，我们设计并制作了一个无线供电系统，并将其应用在无线鼠标上，使现在广泛应用的无线鼠标抛弃了使用电池的烦恼，从电路设计焊接，到应用测试，我收获的不仅是硬件方面的专业知识，还有团队合作和解决困难的能力等等。
第二个项目是大三结束后，我去了大连东软软件集团实*，在这次实*中，我作为团队的负责人和技术员，带领团队完成了linux下局域网聊天软件的开发，从需求分析，到设计编码，再到测试，我了解了一个商业软件的开发流程，也学会了如何做好一个项目的负责人。
第三个是网站现在正在做的嵌入式说话人识别系统开发，目前已经实现pc机环境下的识别，正在制作ui以及向目标板移植。
在个人技能方面，我一次性通过了英语四六级，听说读写都还ok,计算机方面，初步掌握了c语言，c++,能熟练应用办公软件和多媒体处理软件，通过了计算机基础综合技能认证。
如果能如愿以偿的进入北航，我打算在硕士阶段有以下规划：首先，进一步了解我的研究方向，认真补充专业知识；同时希望能够跟着老师接触一些项目，用项目驱动学*。希望自己到最后能够自己带项目。另外如果有机会的话，希望能够在北航继续深造，攻读博士学位。

再次，我来介绍一下我的毕业之后的工作情况，我大致工作了两年的时间，第一年是在福建迪特工业设计公司，担任工业设计师，主要从事产品设计工作，曾在设计总监的带领下为参加多个设计项目—泉州佳乐集团开发的可视门铃设计和辉煌水暖20xx年的新产品开发设计。其中为辉煌水暖开发命名为龙的水龙头已投入生产并获得了好评。第二年是在福建文创太阳能有限公司工作，担任设计师，主要的工作为太阳能灯具和音响的产品设计，公司画册的设计；为公司的设计的多款太阳能灯具已投入生产，并受到了客户的好评，在工业设计小组共同努力下设计的太阳能音响已进入了产品的测试阶段，在公司的期间曾多次到车间深入了解材料工艺模具加工和产品生产过程，多次到广交会顺德工业设计博览会了解市场的产品信息。
最后，我想谈一下，我考研的原因和研究的方向，我喜欢做设计，当看着自己的创意和产品得到别人认可的时候是一件无比兴奋的事情；还有就是两年的工作经验让我认识到我专业知识的局限，感觉在设计方面还有很多东西要学，自己的知识和能力还远远不够，特别是在经济快速发展的今天，更需要通过系统的复*来提高自己的能力，来最大化地实现自我价值，想通过3年的学*来对工业设计有个更加深入的了解，我很喜欢学校的感觉和体现出来的学*氛围，到处充满着青春活力，有很多的机会让你去实践和尝试，让人可以深入思考和进行学术的研究。如果我有机会在这所学校学*，我计划把自己的研究方向定为工业设计，因为我发现设计在社会的发展中发挥了越来越重要的作用，特别在国家由制造业大国转变为创新型国家的时候更是如此，虽然现在*整个社会对设计的认可还不是很高，特别是在一些中小型企业中，但是纵观一些发达国家的发展过程，不难发现，工业设计将会在社会发展起到不可替代的作用。

1.学术背景

2.科研经历
我于xx年下半年度报名参加了全国大学生创新实践活动，采用的是学生自拟课题“超临界二氧化碳发泡环氧树脂及表征”，该课题申请到了上海市级资助，目前我们小组已经完成了实验中环氧树脂的溶胀实验，正在通过调整溶解时间、溶解压力、固化时间、固化温度等参数来筛选合适的发泡条件。在xx年的`“华东理工大学-亚什兰”杯化工创新实践大赛中，我们小组抽到了“乙醇-乙醇钠溶液制备”的任务书，经过详细的实验规划和实验操作，我们小组采用精馏塔，对乙醇和水的混合蒸汽通过外回流并利用3A分子筛通过选择性吸附除去反应中水分的实验最终获得了一等奖。在化工设计领域，参加了xx年“中石化-三井杯”化工设计大赛，虽然在比赛中没有获得较好的名次但是通过这次比赛学到了很多有关化工设计方面的知识，比如利用软件模拟工厂流程、绘制PID和PFD图、精馏塔的详细计算和安全性能校核等。除了以上的内容，作为卓越班的学生，班级还组织过很多工厂的参观活动，对一些化工厂的布置、企业文化有基础的了解。另外，在2012年底的科训活动中，我在金山的一个专科学校学*了一些工厂工人的基本技能如法兰的连接、泵的调整等。
3.研究生阶段的打算
研究生阶段，我想首先是要把一开始的基础课程知识都学好，建立合理的知识结构，尽量广泛的涉猎学科知识，深入的了解所学领域的历史，掌握独立的研究方法和技能，学*更多的研究方法，并且要强化自己的规范意识，训练自己写论文的表达能力。其次研究生阶段必不可少的就是要做一些研究，跟导师做也好，自己做也好，把知识应用于实际，最后要有总结自己所做研究的能力，写好自己的毕业论文，为以后的博士生阶段做好准备。
无论是本科生还是研究生，外语的能力都是很重要的，所以研究生阶段也不能放弃英语的学*，学好英语，提高自己的四六级成绩或是考一下托福等语言等级测试，有机会的话可以选择出国进行一段研究工作，了解一些国际前沿的化工知识，回国后有更多发挥所学知识的余地。我对于煤化工、石油裂解、反应器等方面比较感兴趣，希望能够从事相关领域的研究工作。研究生阶段除了学*之外，还要培养自己的外语能力、团队合作意识、领导意识等相关社会技能，在将来进入企业工作之后能够做到独当一面，带领科研小组完成科研任务。
研究生也是人生的一个重要阶段，如果能够顺利的成为华东理工大学研究生院的一员，我一定会努力好好把握这几年的时间，让自己的能力更上一层楼，将来成为一个对社会有用的人才!

您们好，我是来自自动化0801班的xx，非常感谢各位老师从百忙中抽出时间来面试我们。
08年入校进来时，我对大学怀揣着美好的梦想，我以为大学毕业后，即使现在此时此刻我们必将有过人的专业本领。然而大一读完后仍让我感觉还是像在读高中一样，每天背英语单词，每天上课听讲下课写作业，努力学好高数和英语。我时常想去知道我们自动化以后具体该做什么，我们现在该如何早点准备，于是我留心我身边动手能力强的同学，其中有两个同学对我影响比较大，他们在大一接触单片机，并且十分精通电脑，于是，我便视他们为我学*榜样，大二上学期有了自己电脑后首先专攻电脑，尝试电脑的各种操作和解决电脑的各类问题。电脑用的比较熟练后，我又感觉电脑不会是我们专业的终点。
大二下有幸进了电工电子实验室，并且同贺义方开始做我们的第一个项目——智能移动机械手。我们从项目实践中去不断的弥补自己的不足，提高自己的单片机C语言的软件编写能力和硬件设计能力。在其中学到不少经验，并且感觉十分快乐。
自从进实验室，我们的目标就是参加全国大学生电子竞赛，我们也一直朝这个方向不断去做东西，参加各类比赛，我们在机器人比赛中获得最佳创意奖，在全国大学生节能减排大赛中获得国家三等奖，在第四届电工电子竞赛复赛中我们获得校特等奖并取得参加国赛资格。每次比赛都让我们更加知道自己在哪个方向的不足，还有哪些地方做的不够好，我们也从实践中不断获得经验，争做更好，更稳定，更准确。在今年这个暑假，我们三人定下严格的计划和作息时间表，明确分配任务，在自己的方向方面加强技能培训，做各种控制类比赛题目，从赛题中体会比赛要点，经过暑假两个月的历练，国赛来临时，我们认真对待努力做好，最终在国赛中取得较好的成绩，获得晋级国赛资格。也算圆满实现了自己在大学期间的一个目标。在这个过KidsNorthFaceDownJackets程当中指导老师和李老师对我们帮助很大，每当我们遇到难题时，老师都会细心帮我们解答和指明思路。
比赛完后，我感觉个人能力特别欠缺，最初我给自己定的方向是汽车电子，自己以前做的东西都不是很专业，面太宽泛，所以我希望通过此次保研机会争取读上研究生，在汽车电子方向上学得更多专业技能。
