杨典夺位失利，就坐在座位上生气，值日生叫他回去吃饭他也不去，最后还是我打了一碗饭给他。这是我又转变观点想让杨典上去给我们舀饭了，因为那个姓刘的就只给我舀了两块萝卜和汤汤水水，还有8块莲藕。
这时一直在一旁看戏的王老师说话了：“想为大家舀饭是好事。杨典啊，你舀了那么久了也不写篇心得体会，下次舀的时候要写一下哦，你看人家何语嫣，舀一次饭，写的心得体会写得多好！”
有一天，小花猫在一棵大树下玩。突然，小花猫听“呜呜呜”的哭泣声。是谁在哭泣？小花猫到处找。小花猫抬头一看，原来是大树伯伯在伤心地哭了。
小花猫奇怪地问：“大树伯伯，您为什么哭了？”
大树伯伯伤心地说：“我生病了，难受得很。小花猫，你能请啄木鸟医生来帮我看看病吗？”小花猫答应了大树伯伯。

她不但是个热心帮助人的人，而且还是一个善于调解的人。在一次课间活动中，有两位同学因为抢沙包而发生矛盾，争着争着竟动起了手。周围的同学围着看热闹，有的甚至叫起好来。这时，张晓雪不知从哪儿跑了过来，她往中间一站说：“别打了，都停下手，什么大事至于动手吗?”其中一人大声说道：“他和我抢包，是我先拿的。”另一人说：“是我拿的。”他们各执己见，谁也不肯认输，这时张晓雪却镇定地说：“你们还在一起玩，好吗?大家都是一个班的，这样吵来吵去别的班会笑话咱们的。”两个同学听了她的话，都羞愧地低下了头。看着她远去的背影，心中不由得升起敬佩之感。
她乐于助人、关心集体的品质，为我树立了榜样，她将是我今后要学*的楷模。
在我们小区，谁都知道方爷爷爱助人为乐是出了名的。方爷爷很“健忘”，不管别人以前怎么对待他，在他们遇到困难的时候，方爷爷总是不计前嫌，伸出援助之手去帮助;方爷爷一视同仁，不管认识或不认识的人，方爷爷总是热心去帮助。
记得有一次，我正在楼上玩游戏，忽然从窗外听见“咯咯吱吱”的响声，我好奇地往窗外望下去，只见方爷爷正为一个小男孩修自行车。我心想:那小男孩是谁?怎么从没见过?我带着疑问，下楼去。刚下去，便见小男孩带着微笑向方爷爷致谢，转眼瞧瞧方爷爷，他双手都弄黑了，嘴角上露出一丝微笑，说:“别客气，别客气!”我跑过去问方爷爷:“那小孩您认识吗?”方爷爷笑着回答:
“不认识，他的车坏了，帮忙修修，应该的!”说着便转身离开。望着方爷爷离去的身影，我打心底里佩服他。
方爷爷助人为乐的事情太多太多了，但最令我难忘的却是那件事。
那天晚上，天下着倾盆大雨，方爷爷正发着高烧。恰巧，他隔壁邻居林阿姨3岁的小儿子也突发急病，在这危急时刻，林阿姨却不知去哪儿了，只是叫她10岁的女儿照顾小儿子。小儿子由于发高烧，身体难受，“哇哇”直哭，哭声惊动了正在休息的方爷爷。方爷爷急忙起身，跑过去询问。只见林阿姨10岁的女儿正急得团团转，不知道该怎么办。方爷爷二话没说，背起小儿子，冒着大雨跑向医院。经过医生的诊治，小儿子慢慢康复了，但方爷爷病情却加重了。
方爷爷助人为乐的精神让全小区的人都对他尊敬有加，我们都该向他学*，将这种精神发扬光大。
在我的童年里，有许多帮助我的人，其中一位阿姨给我留下的印象最深。
记得那时候我还在上小学三年级，妈妈就已经让我自己打车去上学了。那天早晨，太阳已经爬上树梢了，我才从睡梦中醒来，拿起我心爱的宝贝----闹钟一看，“啊！八点了，糟了，要迟到了”。我顾不上吃早饭，拎着书包就打车去上学了。一路上，心里老是念叨“快点，快点”，学校终于到了，下车时因为我太急，险些跌倒，幸亏是一位阿姨扶住了我，要不然，我非得摔个大跟头不可，这是我打心底里感谢这位阿姨，急忙向阿姨深深地鞠了一躬，连声说：“谢谢，谢谢”，阿姨抚摸着我的头微笑着说：“孩子，慢点”。
一天的学*终于结束了，傍晚我早早的回到家。妈妈正在做饭，要炒菜了这时才发现家里没有盐了，妈妈叫我替她到超市买盐，并且还多给我一元钱让我买零食，一想到零食我口水都快流出来了，于是我想快乐的小鸟一样奔向超市，超市到了，可超市的那扇大门我怎么也推不开，正当我为推不开大门而着急时，一双手伸了过来，帮我推开了大门，我不禁仔细打量这位好心人，“嗯，这不是上午在公共汽车上帮助我的那位阿姨吗？”这时，我不由自主的说了声“谢谢”，阿姨微笑着又一次摸了摸我的头说“别客气，孩子”。
阿姨急匆匆的走了，望着阿姨远去的背影，我不禁暗下决心，“我以后，一定要像这位阿姨一样去关心别人，帮助别人，做一个助人为乐的人”。
一个星期天下午，我姐姐和我在街上的公园里捉迷藏。
突然，我姐姐被一块石头绊倒了，右膝张开了嘴。我急忙把我妹妹从地上抱了起来，看到她的手断了，还沾满了石渣和几小块玻璃。现在我很着急。我不知道该怎么办。砰，一只硬底皮鞋的脚步声从远到*。一位二十多岁的姑姑来到我们跟前，穿着笔直的西式连衣裙和时髦的卷发。姐姐，你怎么了？一个温柔的声音传到我的耳朵里。我怀疑地看着她。当我回来的时候，她带着她的妹妹去了医院。我赶紧追上来。然后我发现她美丽的衣服被她姐姐腿上的血弄脏了。当她到达医院时，她注册并找到了另一位医生。当她姐姐的伤口被包扎时，她带我们去药店取药。当她忙的时候，她拿出一个白色的手帕，擦去她脸上的汗水。
我不知道我妈妈什么时候去医院。当母亲知道发生了什么事时，她感激地看着她不认识的姑姑说，谢谢你。姨妈微微一笑，递给她妈妈说再见，转身走了。看着姑姑的远方，我默默地想：姑姑不仅美丽，而且更美丽。她真是个好姨妈。

人家说助人为乐，乐在其中。我想是的，一个人帮助另外一个人永远不需要如何理由，哪怕要帮助的那个人是你的敌人。话虽如此，但生性胆小的我却一次次地与“助人为乐”这个话题擦身而过。
小时候的道理，长大了我都不曾忘。助人为乐我想是一个学生最基本的道理。看到老人过马路，上前扶一扶，坐公交车，给老人让让座，帮助同学辅导功课等，这些我常常在书中看到。也在班上的手抄报中看到。但转过头来想一想，他们都跟我一样，知道助人为乐的道理，却永远没能实行。
八成都跟我一样害怕吧。有些比我胆小的人可谓说比上课举手还怕。偶然一次在书中，我看到了这么一段话：“人的生命只有一次，但人生的色彩远远不止一种。在你的生命期限中，完成应有的色彩效果，也许你的人生就会不同。帮助别人一下，相信自己一下，你就会发现，人生中的色彩永远比单色的效果好得多。”看完之后，我的感触很大，我现在的人生是彩色还是单色呢？我的人生会改变吗？我想，我的人生色彩既不是单色，也不是彩色。我觉得它还没有色彩，不去做些有色彩的事，哪里会有色彩呢？人生可能在你的一念之间，自己的选择是否正确，全靠这一念之间啊。要想改变，虽说可能会很难很辛苦，但只要真正地有“要想改变”这个决心，我想就跟学*一样不服输吧。
这次的教育真的对我影响很大。助人为乐，可以说是一件小事，也可以说是一件大事。从小事做起，然后迈向大事的旅程吧。学会助人为乐吧，让你的人生像云霄飞车那样永远充满了色彩刺激，让你的人生像大海一样波澜起伏，我相信，总有一天，社会上会充满了助人为乐的局面，但问题是，会不会有那一天呢？
“帮助别人，快乐自己”这句公益广告语，相信大家是不会陌生的。赠人玫瑰手留余香，我们去帮助别人，别人得到了快乐，自己也会因为别人的快乐而有快乐的感觉。
想必大家小时候，都有听过《快乐王子》的故事。开始的时候我认为王子是幸运的，因为他几乎得到了所有人的赞美，而且他的塑像站在高高的圆柱上，俯视着城市，他的眼睛是蓝宝石做的，佩剑上镶嵌着一颗红宝石，身上贴满了纯金的箔片，散发着金色的光芒。可后来，王子为了帮助贫苦的人民度过困难，在一只小燕子的帮助下，把自己的宝石和箔片都送给了需要帮助的人，最后，自己变得破烂不堪，还被人驱除了，小燕子也被冻死了，但他们始终是快乐的，因为他们用博大的爱去帮助别人，别人快乐的时候也就是他们快乐的时候。
在我们的生活中，我们喜欢被别人关心，都希望得到别人的理解和支持，在困难的时候更希望得到别人的帮助，雪中送炭，雨中送伞，难能可贵。况且很多时候我们帮别人等于帮自己。我们处于一个大集体中，每个人都不可能孤立的存在着，有时候我们也需要别人的帮助，而在这个时候站出来帮我们的往往就是我们曾经帮助过的人。
不知道大家是否听过盲人提灯的故事，这个故事讲述的是一个盲人行走时，总会提着一盏灯，路人感到非常奇怪，盲人明明看不到，为什么要提灯呢？有人说他是自我安慰，有的人说他精神可能有问题，但其实真的原因是他是为了给往来的行人车辆照明，同时，别人又可以注意到他，不会撞到他，这样既帮助了别人，又帮助了自己，这不就是所谓的一举两得吧。
其实，帮助别人，不一定轰轰烈烈，生活中的你我他谁没有这样或那样的难题？诚如科学家爱因斯坦说：我的生活在大多的程度上依赖他人的劳动，我知道，我欠他们多少。对这句话大家有什么感受？
开学不久，班里转来了一位新生，因为我是班长，自然需要带领她去领书本、买校服一类的事情，可那时，我与她刚刚相识，一路上基本上是零交流，我觉得气氛过于凝重，于是先向她介绍起了学校，而她也热情地向我介绍起她的情况。后来我得知她从外地来这里求学时，对她更是多了一份关心，晚上回宿舍的时候，我了解一下她的住宿情况，并嘱咐她的舍友多多照顾她。这对于我来说，只是微不足道的一件小事，可是对于她来说印象很深，后来我们成了很好的朋友。在聊天的时候，她告诉我，当时，一个人来这里人生地不熟，我对她却格外照顾，让她感到非常温暖，于是决定交我这个朋友。帮助别人，让我收获了一位无话不谈的知心朋友。
很多时候，我做的一些事情，我只是认为是微不足道的，甚至我认为是理所当然的。比如说，谁今天不舒服，我就为他们送上一杯热水，早晚为大家开门、锁门，或是为大家开窗通风，对于我来说我反认为这是一个班长应该做的。可是在我生病时，我才明白这些小事为我带来的是无尽的温暖。我生病没去上学，在输完液后，看到手机上竟然有30多个未接电话，20多条短信，有的同学问我去哪了？他们开玩笑说急的都要报警了，有人问我家里是不是有什么事？那一刻我心里感到无比温暖。原来我自己都不在意的小事，不仅温暖了他人，同时也温暖了我自己。
社会需要爱心，人类需要帮助，也许只是一颗小小的木桩，就可以救活一个溺水的人，也许只是一条薄薄的毯子就可以温暖一个冻僵的人，也许只是一句话，一双温暖的手，就可以燃起失望者的'希望，那么我们为什么不去做呢？一人**，二人成从，三人成众，战胜困难不正需要这种众志成城吗？让我们一起奉献爱心，收获快乐吧！请记住，帮助别人快乐自己！

在这个假期里，我相信同学们一定有过助人为乐吧？当然，我也不例外。
有一次，我到后院儿里的羽毛球场里玩。我刚坐在椅子上，一分钟不到，有一个小女孩也进来了。她眼睛有些大，头发长长的，穿着一件连衣裙，大概五六岁的样子。她进来之后，并没有休息，而是拿起我身边的一筐羽毛球，站在半个场地上，向另一个场地上仍羽毛球。看样子是在练仍羽毛球。
不一会儿，一筐羽毛球就被她扔到另一个场地上。她扔完后，正要去捡没想到她竟然把脚给崴了，她马上单脚跳坐在凳子上休息，可能到脚稍好一点的时候再去捡吧。于是我走过去对她说：“小妹妹，你的脚没事儿吧？我帮你去捡羽毛球吧，你休息一下。”“好，谢谢！”说干就干，我开始飞快的捡起球来，没过多久我就把羽毛球全部放进筐里了。
这时，我看见小女孩对我笑着说：“谢谢！”“不客气。”我也笑着对她说。看着她的笑脸，让我知道了助人为乐也会让人开心。
周末，妈妈在收拾鞋柜时侯，看到我的鞋小了，就说：“一会儿咱们出去逛逛吧，你的鞋小了，正好天也热了，去给你买双凉鞋吧。”我开心的举双手赞成。妈妈又说：“今天周末，路上车多，我们不开车了，为节能减排、绿色出行尽一份力吧，坐公交车去。”
于是，我们来到小区门口的公交车站等候公交车，不一会，车就来了，因为是星期天，车上的人还真不少，只剩下一个座位了，妈妈便让我坐过去。自己拉着扶手站在我身边，刚坐了一站路，上来一位老奶奶颤颤悠悠的抓着扶手站在妈妈前面，我看着这个白发苍苍的背影，突然想起电视里那个“公德比赛”的广告，不正是要我们小辈关心老年人吗？我便毫不犹豫地站起来把座位让给了她。我这个举动迎来了妈妈和四周投来赞许的目光。
这一刻我感到内心快乐极了，这不就是“助人为乐”四个字的.真正含义吗？以后我要多做好事，帮助别人，快乐自己。
