As community volunteers, my classmates and I go to the drop-in centre to help with things of which we are capable every or every other Saturday afternoon.There are many old people and children who are not able to return home temporarily. 草地里的垃圾不像马路上的垃圾，它们可狡猾啦，常常跟我玩躲猫猫的游戏，还好我的眼神敏锐，不管那些可恶的垃圾躲在哪个旮旯堆里，都一眼发现了它们，一夹子就把它们夹了出来，用妈妈的话说是大扫荡。不过，有一两个顽固垃圾，简直是要我跟它们玩“拔萝卜”的游戏，才费劲地把它们从土里***，妈妈说我们简直是“挖地三尺”。
时间不知不觉地过去，我们的战果辉煌，满满两大袋的垃圾，够多吧!虽然我的手脚给蚊子叮得满是包包，身上满是汗臭味，望着胸前的志愿者标志，我发誓：当一名光荣的小志愿者，一定保护环境！

4月29日，我光荣的作为一名沙排志愿者来到了城市沙滩，初到，我感觉这里和我想象的完全不一样，就连我们坐的地方也只是长板凳罢了。可慢慢的，我沉浸在当志愿者的乐趣之中。
一开始，我们都是新生，递球捡球的动作都很生疏，每捡完一场都恨不得多休息几场，就怕在国际友人面前出丑。
第一次在这里吃午饭时，我就在想：我们学校的食堂多好啊，在这边吃饭连桌子都没有吃的也只是客饭罢了。来到这里的第一天，我就对这里开始有点抱怨了。

第一次进入主赛场内，我的心情异常激动，但同时也有点紧张——毕竟要电视转播的呀，比赛开始了，我看着看着变入了迷，和之前的实力毕竟不同，说到底也是进入决赛的队伍啊，一会儿这边分数高，一会儿这边又追了上去，一局比赛就打了很长时间，看着就让人感到紧张，不知该为哪边加油。我不由得犯了几次错误，受到了裁判的提醒。
最后几天，都是早出晚归，但我想：给国际友人服务，值了！

As community volunteers, my classmates and I go to the drop-in centre to help with things of which we are capable every or every other Saturday afternoon.There are many old people and children who are not able to return home temporarily.
