淘宝、支付宝、商家信誉、旺旺——这些词语如今是大学生的常用语，在校园里、在宿舍里，怎样买到物美价廉的好东西，也是每天都能听到的讨论。但是其中也分为了两派，一派人热衷于网络购物，而其他人则对网络购物有一定的顾虑。针对于这种现象的出现，我们进行了小范围的市场调查，并得出以下结论。
二、引言
从20xx年开始到20xx年，*网民数量在急剧的增长，而在网民数量急剧增长的同时，*网民的购物比例也随着上升。20xx年*的互联网用户数量已经突破三亿，而网购的用户群体也占到整个互联网用户群的三成。这就代表着*在09年已经有了1亿用户的网购市场，并且这个数字还在增大。
*网民的购物潜力仍未被完全释放。在欧美和韩国等互联网普及率较高的国家，网民中网络购物比例已经超过2/3。各大网络购物网站致力于打造更加简单易行的购物*台，网络购物的门槛越来越低，只要会上网就可以学会网络购物。*网络购物的潜力还远未被释放。随着*网民数量的增加和网络购物市场的成熟，网络购物市场必将展现出巨大的发展潜力。
统计数据显示（如下图），09年*网购市场交易规模达到了2483.5亿元，同比08年的1281.8亿元，继续大增93.7%.
在我国，受网络影响最深、最广的莫过于有较高文化层次的大学生，作为最先接受新技术的群体，大学生对电脑和互联网更是情有独钟。而从网络购物者的文化程度来分析，上网购物的大学生已经达到总数的49.3%。
作为“高触网”的大学生，随着网络和电子商务的发展，他们成为网络购物群体中的主体。他们往往扮演者引领社会消费趋势的角色，尽管在校期间没有收入来源，在消费能力上受到了限制，但大部分学生4年之后都会获得一份高于社会*均水*的收入。所以在校大学生一旦突破了资金的限制，将会成为社会主要的`消费群体，其在校期间的消费行为会代表未来几年的消费趋势。基于这样一种思考我们对在校大学生进行问卷调查以期了解当代大学生网络购物的主要特征。
三、调查报告正文
（一）大学生网络购物的现实情况简介
淘宝、支付宝、商家信誉、旺旺——这些词语如今是大学生的常用语，在校园里、在宿舍里，怎样买到物美价廉的好东西，也是每天都能听到的讨论，再看看那些快递公司每天中午就像开展销会一样，在宿舍楼下摆开一长串各式各样的邮件。但是还有许多同学不懈于或者不愿尝试网上购物，阻碍他们的原因是什么那些热衷于网上购物的学生，他们的购物动机、购买物品特点又是什么男女大学生在网上购物有什么样的区别
阻碍大学生进行网上购物的主要心理障碍因素是：产品的品牌、价格、质量、可靠性、保质期等方面，以及网站上同类产品的信息丰富程度、可筛选性、可对比性是否能够达到购买者的预期标准。此外，网上交易的安全性、方便与否也是影响因素。男生更多怀疑的是网站信息的可靠性，而女生则更多怀疑的是网上购买产品的质量。求乐、求廉、求方便是大学生网上购物的主要消费动机，男女消费动机存在显著差异。男生比较看重便捷，而女性更加重视价格。从网上买来一件商品自己是否满意，除了商品本身外，支付方式、商家信誉、运送满意度也是影响总体满意度的几个重要方面。因此，网上购物对于大学生而言的利弊是同时存在的，我们将就此类问题进行简述与分析。
（二）、调查方案
1、调查的背景：随着网络普及，电脑成本的不断下降，网上购物已经从当时雾里看花遥不可及的状态，变成了当今最火爆，最适合上班族、年轻族群购物口味的一种购物方式。网上购物已经慢慢地从一个新鲜的事物逐渐变**们日常生活的一部分，冲击着人们的传统消费*惯和思维、生活方式，以其特殊的优势而逐渐深入人心。大学生作为对网络最敏感的人群，他们对网上购物行为接受很快，是未来购物市场上的潜在用户。然而，*年来，根据消协统计，网购成为增长行最快的投诉热点之一。网络诈欺层出不穷，商品也不总是物美价廉，卖家中也出现了因一句差评而线下“追杀”买家的现象，服务质量差强人意。
2、调查目的：通过对大学生网络购物的调查，了解并寻求大学生购物的趋向以及大学生的购物标准等问题。这次大学生网上购物调查研究目的是为了研究大学生网上购物行为并对其进行分析，了解当代大学生对网络购物的消费态度，正确指导大学生网上购物消费行为，以及未来对网购发展潜力的期望。
3、调查方法与对象：为了了解大学生对网购问题的看法，我们小组以福州教育学院为试点，针对08级同学展开了调查。调查中，我们采取分层抽样的方法，共投放了100份调查问卷，还采访了20余名同学，收集同学们的看法和意见。

三、调查对象和方法
1、调查对象: 本次调查以一个班级为总体，为了能全面反映在校大学生的上网购物状况，使其更加接*大学生群体上网购物现象的真实情况。
2、资料收集方法: 采用问卷调查方法调查。向一个班级发放《大学生网上购物问卷调查》主要了学生关于上网购物基本情形和情况。
本次调查实际发放问卷43份，回收问卷36份，有效率84%。
四、调查的内容得出结论
1.大学生一般上网找资料和聊听、看新闻所占的比例比较多，对在网上的购物情况比较上，说明网上购物还没有真正的普及在大学生活中。
2.大学生网上购物的还不是很多,有过网上购物经历的才占36%,所以网上购物的问题的普及有待改变。、

4.网上购物在大学生中有很大的潜力，偶尔购物的人数居多，占62%超过很一半以上。
5.大学生对事物的神秘探究，他们大多是因为对网上购物新鲜感与方便所吸引，对价格也要求高，对于间不是要求太高
6.大学生大多数都是在淘宝上购物，当当网的人数也比较多，网易商城与新浪商城几乎没有人在里面购物。
7.在网上货真价实与物美价廉的商品在网上比较受大学生门欢迎，冒牌伪劣的商品在网上几乎没有人购买。说明要打击冒牌伪劣的商品，在网上出售。

9.大学生都有访问过购物网站，这说明他们都有在网上购物的想法，只是还没有行动。
10.大学生在网上买装饰品的服装之类的比较多，占了74%，图书与其他的产品所占的比例也挺多的，但娱乐产品比较少。

12.大多数大学生对网上货物的质量和售后服务持有怀疑与担心，对网络全性问题也比较关心，对于别的没有什么太大的捆扰。
13.网上购物越来越能被大家所接受，受大家所关注，具有很好发展情景。
五、调查报告总结与建议
通过上述的调查报告，说明大多数大学生在网上购物还不是很普及，但潜在很大的发展空间，现在大多数主要还是依靠传统的购买方式，有在网上购物的大都是追求新奇与有特性的产品，他们的需求具有差异性，追求购买过程的方便与享受，具有交叉性，一般是比较理性的消费，但阻碍他们的只要是网上售后服务的问题与货物的质量，与货物配送问题。
针对以上的总结我们也对厂商门提出一些的建议，要加强网络安全的服务，要监督好网上商品质量，保证消费者买到的是货真价实的商品，这样他们在购买后心里才不会与预期的落差相差很大。
