With the rapid development of high technology, more and more people are access to com*rs. Different people have different purposes on using the Internet. But they have a common purposemake friends. When it comes to make friends online, some people think it has great advantages, while others consider it is harm to human beings. In my opinion, everything has two sides. I agree with both of them. The reasons are as follow.
First of all, making friends online can broaden our vision. People on the Internet are from different places or even different countries. Making friends with various people helps you learn different culture, customs, and living style and so on. Its such a great thing that making friends can make someone becomes more knowledgeable. So why not? However, its disadvantage still exists. Some people focus too much attention on net friends, ignoring the real world. As a result, they may have fewer and fewer friends in their reality life. Gradually they will feel being isolated or depressed. That is not good for peoples mental health. After all, reality is the most important one.
To sum up, being the outcome of intelligence, it is a great progress of society. But every coin has two sides. We need to control ourselves appropriately. Do not overwhelm. In other words, we can make friends on line but can not indulge in it. Using the Internet properly can make benefit for all people.
I was only nine years old when I learnt how to use a com*r. My mother is my first teacher. I know how to type, how to copy a file, and how to visit a web site on the internet. One day, mom was not at home.
I turned on the com*r and began to learn how to chat on net. The first one I met there was a boy called tom. He greeted me politely. When he knew that I was only a 9-year-old girl, and almost knew nothing about chatting on net, he started showing me how to use the chatting tools, how to download, and how to send e-mails. I learnt a lot from him.
Recently, the topic if students ought to make friends on the internet result in hot discussion in society.
On the one hand,more and more students don't have sister and brother at present. So some people think that students make friends on the internet is helpful to make more friends . In addition,it's good for opening their horizons and learn more.
On the other hand,it's easy for students to be cheated. What's more ,they don't have enough time to stay with their family.
From my point of view, I agree with the former opinion. However students had better arrange their time reasonably. So that they can make a balance between the internet and their family.
It is not very easy to nurture a friendship with someone you cannot see or feel. This is the main issue that internet friendship faces. Without the physical presence of the person, it is very difficult to form a friendship that would last forever. Yet some people argue that not being able to see each other is an advantage. Some people are not quite confident about their looks and some are afraid to speak up in public or a group. Online friendship is very helpful for such people.
However, the chances of deception are very high in an internet friendship. Any anonymous person with a com*r can log onto such a site and make friends with wrong intentions. Thus, while making friends over the internet, one has to be extremely careful and follow certain precautions. There are certain guidelines that are to be religiously followed if you are going for online friendship. Also, remember that online friendship can’t remain online forever, because after some time it becomes mandatory to meet a person to take the relationship to the next level.
When it comes to making friends online, different people hold different attitudes. Some people believe that it’s wise choice to make friends online since internet has enlarge their circle of friends. However, the rest of them argue that it is indiscreet to make net friends because internet friendship is not reliable. As far as I concerned, I agree with the former because there are more advantages than disadvantages to make net friends.
In the first place, we can make good friends with the same interest online. Especially to the social elite, when they graduate from school and go to work, it is hard to find someone who shares the same interest with them, which make them hard to find a new good friend in the workplace. Internet provides an easy access to make new friends.
In the second place, we can speak our mind freely with our online friends. For instance, when we fall into depression, we would like to go for our net friends because we are afraid of becoming a source of worries to our real-life friends if we do otherwise. In addition, net friends provide us with wider horizons to know the world in which we live, we can learn from them all kinds of information and knowledge from all walks of life.
Therefore, a natural conclusion can be drawn that making friends online is beneficial to people’s communication and growth of knowledge, it is unwise that someone do not making friends online because fear of taking risks, in that case, we should only be careful of making net friends, and choose them wisely.

我是来自二（6）班的贺靖，今天，演讲的题目是：理性面对网络诱惑。非洲原野上有一种花，它色彩斑斓，芳香扑鼻，路过的飞虫往往经不起这种诱惑，扑上去贪婪地吮吸，并不知道这它分沁的是一种毒液。很快，花的黏液将贪吃的飞虫牢牢地粘住，花瓣悄悄的合拢，把这些小虫都关闭起来，变成了腹中之物。学*、生活中，我们每个人都经历着大大小小的诱惑。迷茫时，网络中虚拟世界的五光十色是一种诱惑；疲惫时，网络游戏的惊险刺激也是一种诱惑。
互联网拓宽了我们的求知途径，为我们打开了认识世界的一扇窗，更为我们创造了一个展现自我个性的空间，当然也存在着传播不健康信息、提供不文明服务等严重危害社会的问题，对学生们身心健康的危害尤其严重。有调查显示，11.4%的学生有长时间玩电子游戏的*惯。随着学*阶段的上升，长时间玩电子游戏的比例呈上升趋势。网络既能造就人才，也能毒害人类，有的同学因沉迷网络，导致学*成绩一落千丈；更有同学因长时间玩游戏，视力严重下降；还有同学受不良信息的影响，走上犯罪的道路。
每次放假，父母在家里备好了饭菜，对我们的归来翘首以盼。有些同学却三五成群地在网吧污浊的空气里挥汗如雨，忘乎所以。虚拟世界在一步步隔断我们的亲情，减退我们的交流能力。更严重的是，许多同学沉迷于网络游戏，放假的时间全泡在网络游戏里，荒废了学业，浪费了青春。一旦上瘾，甚至会不顾一切翻高墙出校，最后被学校开除，留下终身的遗憾与忏悔。

1、利用自动关机软件或者闹钟来提示和控制自己的上网时间。让外力成为一副让人清醒的良药。
2、详细记录下自己每次上网所做的事，看看哪些是有益的，哪些是在浪费时间，从中改变自己的不良*惯，形成不看无用信息，抵制网络游戏的*惯。
3、在学校或在家里上网时，自觉遵守网络文明，上网时不使用侮辱、谩骂性的语言聊天。不轻易和网友约会，自觉遵守互联网规范，自觉抵制不良网络信息的侵害。
4、我们上网要做到“三上”和“三不上”。“三上”即不进营业性网吧，不进**、垃圾网站，不沉迷网络游戏。“三上”是健康上网，把网络作为获取知识的园地；文明上网，听听网络专家的视频课堂，拓宽我们的求知途径，正确利用这个展现自我个性的空间；绿色上网，熟悉上网的安全通道。

我演讲的题目是“网络安全，重于泰山”。
生命是地球上最美丽的东西，它就像镜子里的花朵一样动人，却容易枯萎，就像水中的月亮一样明亮，却容易破碎。生命离辉煌和破碎只有一步之遥，这进一步说明生命需要珍惜，安全是至关重要的。
现在，随着科学技术的发展，互联网作为一种新事物出现了。它给人类的生活带来了诸多方便，也给人类带来了无尽的麻烦。特别是青少网络成瘾问题已经引起了社会的广泛关注。多少青少因为沉迷网络而忽视学*，甚至晚上不回家，有人甚至因为过度劳累而猝死在网吧。沉迷网络不仅影响了很多学生的健康成长，也给无数家庭带来痛苦，影响社会的稳定。网络是一把双刃剑，我们应该重视网络安全，珍惜青春，远离网络危害。
网络的负面影响：它对青少三观形成潜在威胁，已经对青少人际关系和生活方式产生了很大的影响。在网络世界中，青少容易形成以自我为中心的生活方式，集体意识薄弱，个人主义泛滥。
网络垃圾会削弱青少思想道德意识，污染他们的思想，误导他们的行为。网络的隐蔽性导致青少年不道德行为和违法犯罪行为的增加。此外，网络法制不健全也给青少犯罪提供了机会。
其实，我们要树立的生命安全意识不仅仅是网络安全，还有防拐防骗等安全防范作弊。这些都提醒着我们：珍爱生命，安全第一。对生活的热爱，不能只是空洞的花言巧语。难道只有失去后大家才会醒悟?我们将来应该做什么?
《钢铁是怎样炼成的》的作者奥斯特洛夫斯基曾经说过：“人生最宝贵的东西是生命，生命属于我们只有一次”。同学们，让我们携起手来，树立和加强安全意识，珍爱自己的生命，珍惜他人的生命，让我们的身心健康成长，让我们的生活充满笑声，让我们的校园充满活力，让我们的未来充满希望!
