一、活动目的：
1、为了弘扬孙中山先生“博爱”精神，让中山学子懂得劳动最光荣，迎接一个不一样的“五一”节。学校将通过让学生自愿捐助个人物品(如：文具、玩具、 书籍，或其他生活用品)或动手制作手工艺品、盆栽、装饰品(不可以义卖食品)等，在“五一节”前，初定第十周20XX年4月28日周四下午 2：30-5：00在学校进行义卖、义买等活动，使学生从小树立热爱劳动勤动手意识、理财意识、节约意识、热心公益、团结互助意识，引导学生诚信交易，培 养学生诚信意识。
2、使每个学生在实践中大胆创新、提升动手能力，加深亲子及师生感情，提高理财能力、养成学生乐于助人、乐于奉献、懂得感恩的良好品质
3、本次活动各班级所得款项由家长委员会统筹，全用于扶贫济困和为学校“书香漂流”图书角购买图书。(先由各班亲会统计，之后上交到学校家长委员会财务处，由家长委员会成员监督下使用。)

五、活动准备：
1、活动前做好会场布置。时间:当天12：30-2：30(师生家长共同完成)
2、活动前各班提前准备义卖物品，建议由班亲会牵头组织筹备，每一个学生捐献1～2件义卖物品(以自愿为原则)，义卖物品需家长同意。
3、每位学生要准备好零用钱，积极参加本次活动。
4、各班根据活动内容和形式安排好班级售货员、推销员、环保员等。
5、各班按照商品价值合理标价(最好是商品价格不超过20元)
6、各班摊位由学校统一安排，综合科组负责大体布置及出示意图。
六、活动要求：
1、各班组织一支销售队伍。人数不限(可以安排轮换)。如：售货员、推销员、环保员、保安员、会计等，(各班可佩带自己设计的统一标记，如服务卡、头饰、帽子等)。(家长也可以过来帮忙，但要以学生为主。)
2、物品要求：学生自己多余的学*用品，看过的图书，用过的玩具，以及一些多余的小摆设、小工艺品 ，捐献物品要求健康、卫生、质量完好。班主任老师、班亲会家长要对物品进行验收，合格物品才能进入义卖市场。鼓励学生积极动手，自主制作或寻求家长协作亦可。
七、其他：
1、收银台人员认真清点钞票，并记好账，未售出的物品归还原主。
2、各班摊位由学校统一划分(到时出示意图)，各班可根据本班特色加以装饰，由班亲会成员及正副主任负责组织学生布置。
3、在活动中，教育指导学生自觉排队购买，自觉保持校园卫生，各摊位、展台活动结束后搞好场地卫生。
4、请各班统计好义卖所得款，活动结束后交到学校财务室(安排家长委员会财务负责清点统计，结果将及时公告)。

主题二：一、活动主题
全面贯彻落实科学发展观，以"新工人、新市民"和推动深圳文化大发展大繁荣为主线，以"面对面、心贴心、实打实服务职工在基层"为重点，在全区范围内开展以"劳动光荣，共建共享，快乐罗湖，幸福罗湖"为主题的庆祝"五一"系列活动。通过多种文化手段和生动活泼的活动形式，唱响时代主旋律，展示当代职工奋发有为、昂扬向上、与时俱进、开拓创新的时代风采，激发劳动者建功立业的工作热情，为把罗湖建设成更繁荣、更文明、更幸福的城区努力奋斗。
二、亮点活动情况
1.罗湖区庆"五一"暨第六届劳模表彰大会。以"劳动光荣，共建共享"为主题，通过先模表彰大会、先模典型事迹短片宣传、原创编排的文艺演出和代表罗湖产业特色的职工方阵参与的互动方式，为我区职工群众送出一份独特的精神文化大餐，表达区委区**对职工群众的节日问候和殷切期望，发挥工会组织在组织职工、教育职工、引导职工的重要作用。
4月26日下午，20xx年罗湖区庆"五一"和三年一度的劳模表彰大会在罗湖会堂隆重举行。罗湖区五套班子主要领导出*了大会，并在会前和区20xx年市、区劳动模范和先进工作者以及市、区先进单位(集体)获得者代表合影留念。表彰大会上除了播放精心制作的先进典型人物或单位的电视短片外，还穿插罗湖区总工会精心编排的一系列原创节目，有歌颂劳模的配乐诗朗诵《你们是幸福罗湖的楷模》，有反映工会为职工服务的快板舞蹈《工会是我家》，也有展现新时代职工风采的大型歌舞《我们是新时代的工人》《自豪的建设者》。另外，由400多名罗湖特色产业职工群众代表组成的方阵参加了大会，共享节日的喜悦和欢乐，展现了区广大职工积极向上的精神风貌。此次大会受到了区领导、职工朋友和先模人物的热烈欢迎和一致好评，营造了劳动光荣的浓厚氛围，表达了全区劳模和广大职工以实际行动建功立业的决心和信心。
2.社康中心义诊活动。邀请社康中心专家举办"关爱职工"的社康中心义诊活动，主要向职工讲解有关职业病及预防职业病的方法等内容，让职工了解职业病等相关知识和预防方法，有效地减少职业病的发生率，努力营造健康向上、奋发有为的社会氛围。
3.庆"五一"趣味运动会。以"五一"劳动节为契机，组织开展趣味运动会，比赛项目有跳大绳、夹气球接力、盲人足球射门等;广泛发动步行街商家、基层工会和职工积极参与，通过活动的开展，广泛吸引和凝聚街区企业、职工，进一步推动基层工会建设。
4.庆"五一"迎"五四"企业联欢会活动。通过整台汇演的形式，强化企业文化建设，丰富职工文化生活，展示新时期广大企业的时代风貌。
5."活力笋岗.幸福笋岗"系列职工文体活动。活动包括登山比赛、羽毛球比赛、三人篮球比赛、跳绳比赛、乒乓球比赛和拔河比赛等等，活动目的主要是加强企业间的横向交流、增进友谊、活跃职工的文体生活、激发员工爱岗敬业的热情、增强街道工会的凝聚力和影响力，为促进罗湖德育、经济全面发展作贡献。
6.服务职工在基层活动。通过聘请律师现场解答职工疑问的形式，举办职工**宣传，让职工学*相关法律知识，提高职工的**意识，进一步推动我区工会权益保障工作。
7.爱心献血活动。通过无偿献血这种有意义的活动，体现职工关心他人，关心社会，共建和谐的精神风貌。
8、送电影到基层。为活跃社区工人文化，丰富工会生活，陶冶工会会员情操，促进社区和谐氛围。由清水河街道总工会安排慰问辖区企业电影专场晚会陆续送进银湖社区新陆通工业区、草埔西社区鹤围广场和玉龙社区阳光广场，让广大职工感受到了工会的暖暖情意和深切关怀。

此次庆祝"五一"活动系列，活动主办或协办的各单位度重视，开展了丰富多彩形式多样的庆祝活动。既面向一线职工群众，结合企业文化活动，不拘一格地创新形式，又丰富了职工文化业余生活，推进企业文化建设，增强基层工会活力。

各级工会在今年的庆祝"五一"活动中突出了以"劳动光荣，共建共享，快乐罗湖，幸福罗湖"为主题，创新活动载体，广泛宣传"尊重劳动，尊重创造"和"职工为本，基层为重"的理念，扩大工会组织在基层的影响力和凝聚力，收到企业和职工的一致好评。
(三)广泛宣传，扩大影响
各级工会在举办庆祝"五一"系列活动前，及时、深入地向职工和企业宣传、扩大影响。充分利用了各种宣传手段和渠道，借助网络、媒体等传播工具，共同营造浓厚的宣传舆论氛围。举办庆祝"五一"系列活动之后也认真总结做好后续宣传报道工作。

达·芬奇曾经说过：劳动一日可得一天的安眠，劳动一世可得幸福的长眠。的确，只有亲自参加劳动的人，才能尊重劳动人民，才会懂得珍惜别人的劳动成果，才会懂得幸福的生活要靠劳动来创造。劳动是中华民族的传统美德，作为二十一世纪的青年学生，更应该热爱公益劳动，珍惜劳动成果，弘扬“劳动光荣”的精神。
班会目的：
1、使学生进一步明确什么是公益劳动，怎样正确对待公益劳动，从而进一步培养学生为人民服务、热爱公益事业、团结协作、乐于助人的思想品质。
2、使学生进一步明确一切的劳动成果都是来之不易的，从而培养学生养成珍惜劳动成果的行为*惯，并体现在日常生活中。

活动过程：
1.幼儿在老师的帮助下在幼儿园制作好慰问礼物和心意卡。
2.节日父母带孩子外出的时候，帮助孩子发现在节日里正在工作的人。
3.幼儿将自己的慰问礼物送给节日里正在工作的人，请接受礼物的人填好心意卡交给孩子。（家长根据自己孩子的特点可以帮助孩子一起送，也可以让孩子自己主动去送－－这个环节是对孩子的一个挑战）
4.节日过后，孩子将心意卡带到幼儿园。大家互相交流自己向谁慰问了，是自己主动完成慰问任务的、还是父母帮助完成。
教学反思：
活动来源于中班的主题活动《四周的人》，教育活动从孩子最亲*的父母长辈开始关心四周人们的活动，了解常见社会成员的工作及与我们的关系，并尊重他们的劳动，体验社会成员之间的相互关心和友好交往，愿意向他们学*。

2.教师出示五月一日的日历，引导幼儿观察。

3.观看课件，认识劳动人民，说一说身边的劳动者。
“他们是谁？他们都是干什么的？他们为什么干这个？谁是最大的受益人？你还知道哪些劳动者？”

“他们是如何劳动的？你的父母是做什么工作的？”
4.幼儿讨论，帮助幼儿进一步理解劳动是件辛苦又快乐的事情。

（3）请小朋友们为自己的爸爸妈妈设计一张特别的奖状。
3、教师组织幼儿开始展开绘画，制作特制奖状。
（1）教师在黑板上讲解奖状的组成；

5、老师总结活动情况，表扬先进学生，引导学生写一份活动感言。
总之，通过开展这次主题班会同学们又一次受到了爱劳动、集体观念方面的思想教育，收获不小。
