(一)认识校园欺凌
1、部分学生对校园暴力这一词语还很陌生，或理解不准，所以利用多媒体展示校园欺凌的定义，首先让学生明确何为校园欺凌。
发生在学校校园内、学生上学或放学途中、学校的教育活动中，由老师、同学或校外人员，蓄意滥用语言、躯体力量、网络、器械等，针对师生的生理、心理、名誉、权利、财产等实施的达到某种程度的侵害行为，都算作校园暴力。其主要表现是身体强壮的学生欺负弱小的学生，令其在心灵及肉体上感到痛苦。校园欺凌通常都是重复发生，而不是单一的偶发事件。有时是一人欺负一人；有时集体欺负一人。通常欺负者不觉得自己不对，而且受害者怕事，默默承受而不敢反抗和告发欺凌者。因此，恶性循环导致受害者的身心深受煎熬。 围绕“什么是欺凌？为什么要反欺凌？”与学生进行了面对面的分享：所谓欺凌，简单来说就是以大欺小，以强凌弱，以多欺少。欺凌不但对“受伤者”造成伤害外，而且对“欺凌者”和“旁观者”同样造成伤害。“欺凌者”由于长期欺负别人，内心得到极大满足，以自我中心，对同学缺少同情心，而“旁观者”会因为帮不到受害者而感到内疚、不安，甚至惶恐。“校园欺凌”对受害者的伤害也不可小视，受欺凌的学生通常在身体上和心灵上受到双重创伤，并且容易留下阴影长期难以*复。同时“校园欺凌”也会影响到学校的整体纪律和风气。所以，学校要严厉制止和预防欺凌事件的发生。

此环节设置三个问题，这三个问题分别是：
1、同学间发生矛盾时，作为当事人，我们应该如何解决？

3、一旦发生校园欺凌事件，如何应对？
这三个问题，分别是从学生间出现矛盾时、校园欺凌发生前、校园欺凌发生中三个不同阶段提出的，能够让学生思考在不同情况下如何处理矛盾，并尽可能的避免校园暴力的发生，一旦发生校园欺凌，也能够及时采取措施避免伤害。最后师生共同总结出避免校园欺凌的做法：

（三）校园欺凌案列分析

案例一：事件发生在涞源县职教中心高一（102）班。这是一个星期天。8名同学正在教室里看书学*，同学们正在赶写周一就要交的作业。突然，几个手持铁链、砍刀、钢管的学生，冲进教室，“见人就打，逢人便砍，教室里顿时血肉模糊，打声哭声一片。”结果，8名学生中，除了1名同学趁人不注意跑了出去，才避免了被砍的灾难外，其他7名学生均被不同程度砍伤。伤势最重的李同学身上有三处伤，左肩胛骨骨折、韧带被砍断、左胯骨裂缝性骨折，手术后一度昏迷不醒。
案例二：饶阳县某镇一中学发生学生斗殴事件，一名初三学生已经在该起事件中死亡，另有三名学生身上多处中刀，住院治疗。
案例三：初中生为“情”挥刀**：秦皇岛一名年仅16岁的初中生张某，因与班中一名漂亮女生很要好，遭到了已毕业学生戴某的一帮朋友的殴打，张一怒之下，将其中一人连捅数刀致其当场死亡。
案例四：西安南郊某中专学校的.一名16岁女生，被两名女同学在宿舍内脱光衣服殴打两个小时，受伤女孩至今躺在宿舍内不能下地。被打原因很简单，只是被打人者怀疑与其喜欢的男孩关系好。
案例四：今年4月4日，深圳宝安沙井职业中学**高中的高二的一名男生，将另一名男生打倒在地，用手中的木棒对着倒地男生的头部等部位猛打，其动作极为粗暴……
案例五：19岁的尚某去年进入高考复读班上课。2002年9月28日，尚某在学校操场和几名男女同学一起打篮球。同学苏某嫌尚某有犯规动作，几次说他不会打球，尚某感觉在女同学面前丢了脸，心中很不舒服。当苏某又一次说尚某打手犯规时，二人发生了争吵，尚某挥手打了苏某一个耳光，猝不及防的苏某倒在地上死亡。
（二）为什么校园暴力频频发生呢？中学生正处于青春期，在心理上独立感增强，经常会尝试一些冒险行为。在这个年龄阶段，他们纵向疏远家长和老师，而横向发展加强，主要表现在爱做“大哥”、易抱团，但因涉世浅，容易走向暴力的歧途。
第一、青少年思潮泛滥，社会不良风气影响严重，学生在家养尊处优，家长骄生贯养，学生的年龄决定他们遇事冲动、争强好胜，学生日常发生口角，动手打架，已经成为必然。
第二，学生对学校和老师在处理这方面的能力的不信任。许多学生认为学校并不能恰当的处理这些事情。他们认为如果告之学校这些事情，通常换来的处分或者批评。再者，即使告诉学校，学校也无法为他们提供安全的保护措施，比如放学后。而如果他们把这些矛盾告诉学校的话，他们也怕受到更大的报复。
第三，错误的面子观。很多学生认为如果这些事情自己摆不*的话在学生面前很丢脸，以后在自己班级或者是群体中就会被其他同伴所不耻。因此他们通常会选择自己解决这些问题。
第四，学生中的暴力现象与他们在同学中互相传阅的暴力视频有很大的关系。现在学生们基本是人手一部手机，手机可以上网，有同学先发现那些暴力视频，内容大部分是同学打架以及学流氓耍横，于是就互相流传，大家都觉的很好奇，就用手机上网看这些东西！而在看完这些视频之后，有些学生就会开始模仿视频里的行为去欺负同学，而遭殃的往往都是老实的学生！
（三）当我们遭遇校园暴力时，要采取的应对措施：
第一，要学法、守法、懂法、用法。
第二，要有及时报告的意识。特别是个子矮小，体力单薄的学生遇欺时，要及时报告家长、老师，请求其出面解决。有些同学认为告诉老师也没用，于是就用打架、斗殴等方式来解决。在自己和他人受伤害之后，事情最终还是交由学校解决。
第三，要有机警的报警意识，即遇危急时临危不惧，寻找脱身之遇，求助于**帮助。
第四．要洁身自好，即正确处理好人际关系，交友要谨慎，少去情况复杂的公共场所，放学后要结伴早回家；
第五，遇到小矛盾不能太冲动或意气用事；
第六，有少数学生认为遇到校园暴力时应保持沉默，忍气吞声。而学生发生矛盾都是事发有因的，有的是经过多日的摩擦，有的是多日的积怨。因此学生之间一旦发生矛盾，应立即告诉老师，让老师把产生矛盾的双方往正确方向引导。
小结：同学们，人无完人，别人可能会有令你不满的地方。当你生气的时候，先做深呼吸，让心情*静；做错事，主动说“对不起”，别人错了，宽容他（她）；相信自己，去参加你喜欢的有益的各项活动；帮助别人，也接受他人的帮助；向好朋友倾诉，与她分享开心。这样一来，我们的生活才会更快乐，我们的校园才会更和谐！

20xx年9月30日下午3时50分，西安市81中初一学生于某与同班同学李某在教室因琐事发生打架，于某用随身携带的一把不锈钢单刃匕首捅入李某左肋部，李某经抢救无效死亡。
20xx年10月24日下午4时20分，高陵县原后小学三年级学生巨某与五年级学生唐某放学回家途中，戏耍发生口角，打闹中唐某用随身携带的小水果刀划破巨某的颈部，巨某因流血过多，经医院抢救无效死亡。
20xx年11月2日晚10时40分，西安桃李旅游烹饪专修学院中专学生甄某与同学史某等打斗，被史某用雕刻小刀刺伤，经医院抢救无效死亡。
3、活动二：分析校园暴力产生的原因
校园暴力的产生原因比较复杂，受多方面的影响。有家庭原因，有社会因素，也与教育工作者和学校管理有关。调查中发现，仅从施暴者自身来看，主要原因有以下几个方面：
第一、学*压力大，无法通过正常渠道排解。
第二、心理不健康，精神空虚。
第三、传媒渲染（网络、电视、电影、广播、报刊等），社会暴力文化的影响。
4、活动三：校园暴力带来的危害
这一环节让学生就常见的校园暴力进行深入的分析，经过学生分析总结后让学生自己先说出校园暴力带来的危害。之后，教师进行总结。从个人、家庭、学校、社会四方面来看校园暴力危害。
校园暴力在很多人的心里都留下很深的烙印。这种不良影响，不仅仅体现在受害者，也使施暴者的心灵成长和社会前途中增添了大量的阻力。
对于施暴者而言：
给他人带来伤害，要承担治疗甚至赔偿费用，要受到学校老师严肃批评教育，甚至无法继续完成学业。他们的行为很难获得社会（主要是学校和家庭）的认可，那些常在中小学打架，特别是加入到暴力帮派的学生，很多最终都走上犯罪道路。
对于受害者而言：
带来肉体损伤甚至残疾；易造成性格懦弱、自卑，缺乏信心和勇气；造成心灵的阴影和伤害；厌学甚至辍学。
5、活动四：如何预防校园暴力？
校园暴力常见情形：1.是索要钱物，不给就拳脚相加；2.是以大欺小，以众欺寡；3.是为了一点小事，大打出手；4.是同学之间因“义气”之争；5.是不堪长期**，以暴制暴。
第一，不能“怕”字当头。在遇到勒索、敲诈和殴打时不害怕，要敢于抗争。因为这些拦截的不良少年大多和受害者同龄，他们所实行的第一次拦截往往都是一种试探。如果此时在心理上就被对方所压倒，任其欺压，那么这样的第一次妥协其实就纵容、鼓励了拦截者，就会带来了更不良的后果。因而，有效防范校园暴力的第一要诀就是“不怕”。但是要注意避免激发对方暴力升级，导致眼前吃亏。
第二、要及时报告。我们也要认识到勒索、敲诈经常是同暴力紧密联系的，我们提倡在“不怕”的前提下与之抗争，但不意味着逞一时之勇，反而造成不必要的伤害。因此，在遇到勒索、敲诈后要及时向学校、家长报告。第一次遇到拦截后的表现是十分重要的。无论对方的目的是否得逞，如果一味害怕而忍气吞声，或是不想宣扬，相反的会在无形中助长了对方的气焰，使得对方以为你软弱可欺，往往会导致新的勒索、敲诈和殴打事件的发生。
第三、要搞好人际关系，强化自我保护意识。这也是防范校园暴力的一条途径。一个有广泛、良好人际关系的学生，就不容易成为勒索、敲诈和殴打的对象。
第四、要慎重择友。要对学生的交友进行教育，鼓励多交品德好的朋友，多交“益友”，不交“损友”，对已经受到暴力侵害的朋友要多安慰，但不宜鼓动或煽动其找人来报复，以免引起更大的争端。

2、向校园欺凌说“不”，不崇拜暴力文化，要形成正确的价值观。不参与校园暴力。树立正确的`是非观念，坚决不充当校园暴力行为中的帮凶。注重心理的健康发展。要保持乐观的心态，主动与他人沟通，解决各种困难和问题。加强自身的法律意识和法制观念。
3、保护自己，关注他人
与同学友好相处。有的同学遇到矛盾时，不愿意吃亏，认为忍让就是没了面子失了尊严，最终只能使得矛盾不断升级，不断激化。学校僻静的角落、厕所或楼道拐角都是校园暴力的多发地带，我们在这些地方活动时尤其要注意，最好结伴而行。养成善于观察的好*惯。

自己或发现他人遭遇紧急情况时，一定要在第一时间向家长、老师或警察求助，采取最有效的救助措施。

It is believed in common that beauty exists everywhere on the campus as long as you have an eye for it. Some people hold that natural scenes, especially at dawn, are the most beautiful on the campus while others believe that it is in the afternoon when the playgrounds are flooded with students taking part in sports.In my opinion, the best scene on the campus is during the rush hour when thousands of students rush towards the canteen.
At precisely the same time as the bell rings, some students dash from the chairs, rushing to the canteen. They set the prelude to the most attractive scene of the whole day.
Within a few minutes, all the classrooms become empty and everyone starts their journey for lunch, on foot or by bike. It gives people the impression that lunch is the most important thing in the world. Most of the students move at the same speed,with the exception of several excellent cyclists. They shuttle smoothly in the crowds just like fish swimming freely in the sea.
On the way to the canteen, everyone looks anxious. But once inside, a look of pride and triumph takes over. Sometimes,it bubbles up in my mind that the rush hour hustle and bustle is the epitome of the intense competition in real life. If you want to realize your expectations, you must be armed with skills and knowledge, use time and resources efficiently and the most importantly, have a healthy body.
Everyone should go to school,But there are many diffierent school,Here is my drean school. In that school,there is no teacher.Many robots can teach you about your lessons,YOU neednt take books with you ,you can use your puter.My school had better have an amusement park.because if we are tired ,we can have a good time here.IN the future ,students will have a more wonderful time than now.

学校，本是一个令人向往、让人愉快，教人做人与学*的地方，是一个神圣、美好的地方，可是*年来却频繁地出现了校园欺凌的事件，而且有的甚至已经触碰到了法律的底线，今天我和同学们就观看了《守护明天》——欺凌同学的代价这个节目，让我感触良多。
节目中，小楠为主的其他几人一同欺凌同学、打同学、拍摄不雅视频，并且还威胁同学，严重触碰了法律的底线，而且在警察审询时，她们竟还满不在乎，互相推托责任，最后经过警察们的不懈努力，终于调查清楚，并给予小楠等其他几位女生应有的惩罚——三年有期徒刑，最终小楠也总算明白这是错误的，也自我反省了。
看完这个节目，我为小楠等同学的行为感到愤怒，同时也为她们几个感到难过。16、 17岁，正是花季的少女，不应该安分地学*吗?这除了她们自己的责任，其实还有学校、老师和家长的责任，在家里，家长应向我们灌输真诚待人、冷静处理的想法，在学校老师教同学们如何做人，加大校园欺凌的防控，除了这些，更重要的是我们自己，我们应该在少年时努力学*，争取以后为国家做贡献，也要学会冷静处理任何事，不用武力去处理，要真诚待人，用心待人，认真走好自己的每一步，让自己以后不后悔。
治理校园欺凌需要学校发挥主体作用，这是必须的，学校是担当学校安宁、和谐秩序的第一责任人，需要制定完善预防和处理校园欺凌的制度、措施，建立校园欺凌事件应急处置预案，明确相关岗位教职工预防和处理校园欺凌的职责；要加强校园欺凌治理的人防、物防和技防建设，充分利用心理咨询室开展学生心理健康咨询和疏导等。但是，治理校园欺凌不能只靠学校单打独斗，还需要全社会共同努力，需要建立“联合部队”。
这支联合部队包括三个内容，一是家长部队，孩子在学校欺负人，家长是责任担当人，对于暴力孩子的家长，我们要加强教育引导，帮助家长学会教育孩子，让孩子走出暴力阴影，家长部队很重要，直接关系暴力孩子的转化。二是社会司法部队，就是我们必须在校园建立校园警察，一方面，对校园欺凌现象形成震慑；一方面，及时对校园欺凌现象进行制止。同时，我们要建立司法教育强化培训班，对暴力孩子进行强制教育。三是铲除社会暴力***队。校园欺凌诞生的土壤来源于社会暴力文化，如暴力影视暴力文化，游戏暴力文化，暴力文学等，我们应该建立一支铲除社会暴力文化的。部队，对于有暴力文化的影视、游戏、视频、文字进行清除，铲除校园欺凌诞生的土壤。
校园欺凌现象诞生于家庭和社会，危害于学校，治理这种现象，必须从学校开始顺藤摸根，铲除根源。
今天，我观看了一部很有教育意义的公益讲座《面对校园欺凌，既保护自己也不做旁观者》，使我受益匪浅。
*年来，网络上频频爆出有关校园欺凌事件的视频和图片，这种以强欺弱、以多欺少的校园暴力行为让人触目惊心，使被欺凌者的身心遭受了极大的伤害，给现今这个社会主义法制社会带来了不和谐，整治校园欺凌成为亟待解决的问题。
通过讲座我学到了几点应该如何防范校园欺凌：
1、穿戴和学*用品要低调，不要过于招摇，不要炫耀；
2、不要挑逗霸道的同学，不要主动与同学发生冲突；
3、上下学尽量结伴而行，不走僻静的小路，不要在路上逗留玩耍，不要天黑才回家；
4、看到别人有好的东西，不要嫉妒，要养成坚定的自我价值感；
5、学*自卫能力，如果被欺凌，不要怕，要冷静面对，严重时要请问老师或家长的帮助。
面对同学之间正常的磕磕碰碰，小冲突小摩擦，我们应该用理解和包容的心态去处理，不要以强欺弱、拉帮结派，这样不但不能解决问题，还会使事态严重化，使我们的身心健康收到严重影响。
青少年是祖国的未来，是民族的希望，维护青少年的合法权益，为青少年的健康成长提供一份沃土，撑起一片蓝天，是社会的责任，也是我们共同的职责。我们青少年应该提高自身良好素质，团结同学，乐于助人，增强应对困难、对抗邪恶的勇气，形成抵制校园暴力的合力。
校园，是求知者的乐园，是探索者的天地，那里充满了我们快乐的身影，洒满了我们成功的泪水，到处洋溢着欢声笑语，校园生活虽然丰富多彩，但不良的安全隐患、同学之间的语言欺凌，依然存在······今天的《守护明天》——欺凌同学的代价，令我感触颇深，也增添了许多思考。
这个纪录片讲述了某学校在女生宿舍发生的一次欺凌事件，一名女生被其他几名女生轮流殴打，经过**的介入和调查取证，涉案的几名女生受到了法律的严惩，为她们的行为付出了惨痛的代价。
我认为，远离校园欺凌要学会宽容。同学在一起产生一些磨擦是正常的，矛盾发生后我们应该学会包容、忍让、体谅，不能斤斤计较，应该让矛盾迅速化解，所谓“退一步，海阔天空”。
当威胁与暴力来临之际，我们要勇敢地提醒对方，她们的所做所为是违法的，会受到法律严厉的制裁，会为此付出应有的代价，同时，要迅速找到电话报警或大声地求救。如果受到伤害，应及时向老师、警察报案，任何时候都要以保全生命为首要考虑。
让我们一起携手共同创建*安校园吧！让草儿不再枯萎，让花儿不再凋谢，让我们的笑声回荡在校园的每个角落，让*安校园永远伴随着我们健康茁壮成长！
校园，是我们学生学*的乐园那里充满了我们快乐的身影，洒满了我们成功的泪水，到处洋溢着我们欢乐的笑声，校园，就是我们青年学子的海洋，海洋虽然美丽，但其中依然存在那凶神恶煞的鲨鱼，校园生活虽然丰富多彩，但不良的安全隐患依然存在。
我们班里*几日就发生过类似的事情，比如说：拿着别人的笔盒扔来扔去、摔别人的水杯、说脏话......被称为校园欺凌。校园欺凌同时也体现出人际交往问题，人际交往需要风度，风度就是用温柔去对待倔强的人，用宽容去冰冻苛刻的人，用热情去融化冷酷的人。
儒家学说认为，人心固然有善端，但它一开始只是一个萌芽，而且它随时会遭到私心杂念和外界诱惑的摧残。这萌芽要成熟、长大，就需要特别的守护和滋养。提高德性是一个十分艰难的修养过程。游戏人生，看起来固然潇洒，可如此泛泛而过又能找到什么样的人生感觉？生命是单程线，没有回头的机会。
我们同学之间共同在一起学*，就应当互相帮助、互相谅解、互相包容。仇恨的种子，长不出和*的芽，单纯的冤冤相报不能解决任何问题。
校园欺凌问题引出一个问题，就是人生处处是选择。选择，一次生命的郑重承诺。人生是一次选择，选择犹如一条奔腾不息的河流，顺流的人生观、世界观、价值观的航船则能勇往直前，鹏程万里；选择，是一次对人性的不断完美。
