一、指导思想
本学期，我镇英语教学将以市教研工作精神为指导，以“回归语言学*本质”为主题，在课堂教学实效，教师语言教学素养的提升及“杜郎口教学模式”等方面加大研究力度，以促进我镇小学英语课向纵深发展。
二、总体思路
1、教研工作主题：回归语言学*本质（课堂教学活动、教学研究、教师素质提高）
2、教学研究重点：
①高年级阅读教学策略：以阅读课为突破口，确定“阅读教学试点学校”，深入开展课堂教学过程中游戏活动有效性的研究（即课堂游戏活动要回归语言学*的本质，游戏活动为教学服务），并初步形成评价量表。
②结合“杜郎口的教学模式”，以科组为单位开展小学英语有效评价和单元的整体设计活动，实现“以科研促教研，以教研促教学”的目标。

三、具体工作
1、召开新学期教研工作会议，统一思想，明确方向，落实工作
组织全镇公民办学校科组长及骨干老师召开镇的教研工作会议，对上学期的质量抽查进行一个全方位、多角度的质量分析（包括试题分析及说明、基本数据、获得的信息、存在的问题、教学建议和措施等），将普遍问题提取出来，作为本学期教研重点研究，以切实解决问题，提高教学质量。同时讨论关于复*的`有关事项及有关工作，按照市教研室的要求，本学期我镇要面向山区片展示一节复*课。
2、开展“两赛一研”活动，促进教师积极提升自身的语言素养，帮助教师理解复*课的教学特点和技巧。
①开展小学英语单元整体设计评比活动（五年级的单元整体设计）
根据目前的实际，课堂教学形式化，不少教师教材思路根深蒂固，课程思想淡薄，开发课程能力较低，教师以教材为圣经，被教材牵着鼻子走的现象很普遍，本学期在五年级开展单元整体设计，就A、B、C三个部分6节课的内容，先个人收集相关资料，然后在小组分享、学*、交流收集整理的资料，通过对同一内容的探讨达到举一反三的迁移效果。同时了解教师备课时对教材的理解，老师对问题分析的深度广度及课堂的扩展和延伸。
②“小学英语教师基本功竞赛”活动
根据市教研室的工作布置，举办小学英语教师英语基本功竞赛，以此鼓励老师积极提升自身的语言素养

教学内容分析
冀教版教材是以话题——功能——结构——运用这一思路编写的。其目的是以话题为纲领，以交际功能为主线，兼顾语言结构，逐步实现有意义的语言学*活动。本册教学内容围绕李明、丹尼、詹妮三个孩子去北京这一话题，以准备旅行，在北京，回忆旅行完成了教材的构成。其中涉及到了祈使句、一般现在时、现在进行时、一般过去时等语法要点。出现了篇章阅读教学，教材逐步向学生提供相对完整的、有语境的文章，教学内容较之于中年级段有了大幅度增加。
教学设计分析
遵从以前的教学经验，本学期教学依旧先从单词教学入手。在学生初步接触单词学*之后，开展单元教学。教学设计遵循“三位一体”教学模式，从单词到句型到篇章，逐一展开。从而照顾到所有层面的所有学生。
实施策略分析
课堂教学以小组合作学*为主，设定组长和值日组长，划分学*伙伴。要求每个学生在完成自己我学*“学”的任务的同时都承担着“教”的任务。学*评价以小组评价为主，充分发挥合作的力量。
经常及时跟家长沟通，让家长了解教学进度和教学目标。指导家长有效开展家庭辅导，形成家校合力，帮助孩子们从优秀走向优胜，从学困走向学优。

本学期我们英语教研组将面向全体学生，以学生的发展为宗旨，因材施教，分层教学，始终把激发学生的学*兴趣放在首位，引导学生端正学*态度，掌握良好的学*方法，培养学生良好的学**惯。
二。教材分析
本教材的设计体现了“以人为本”的教育思想，形式多样活泼，很符合该年龄阶段的儿童。教材以话题为纲，以交际功能和语言结构为主线，逐步引导学生运用英语完成有实际意义的语言任务。体现了交际教学思想，注重学生语言应用能力的培养。在整体构思、内容安排、活动设计和教学方法选用上都紧密联系学生的生活实际、贯彻了语言的交际功能和语言应用的基本原则。

如何转化英语后进生是每一位英语教师最头疼的问题。根据本班实际情况，我发现学困生占全班总人数的50%，其中基础差的是赵文宣、张国军、张军飞、魏玉琴。但张宝、张立东、马伟东和**是由于*时作业马虎，上课不专心，不能按时完成作业导致学*成绩差，还影响其他同学学*。怎样改变后进生这种怕学、厌学的状况呢？ 措施如下：
一、对症下药，改变*惯
一部分后进生学*差的原因主要是由不良的学**惯造成的，对于这部分学生，必须帮助他们形成理想的学**惯，有计划、有步骤地转变他们的行为*惯。大多数的后进生由于学*基础差，都会有一些懒惰心理，学*不够主动。例如，懒动脑，喜欢抄作业，在这个问题上，我的处理办法就是，先让他们抄，但是抄完后，必须对所抄的内容进行理解和掌握，既可以增强他们的记忆力，又能在一定的程序上改变他们的惰性。
二、指导预*，提前进入
后进生大多养成了等待=依赖的*惯，学*不主动，不会温故知新。因此，对后进生的预*不能只是泛泛而提，而要把它当作英语教学的一个重要环节，对其进行精心指导，逐步规范要求，使其达到预期目的。在预*方法上，先要求学生用英语词典查单词，自己解决生词；然后，指导学生按词、词组、句、文、疑难等进行分项，即对重要词组、有用短语等进行罗列，作好预*笔记，并且记录预*过程中遇到的问题和难点等，以便在上课的时候能够抓住教材的重点，把握听课的方向，跟上老师授课的进度。
三、分层教学，鼓励参与
后进生由于基础差、学*方法不恰当，在上课的过程中往往跟不上教学的进度，因此，在备课的时候就要充分考虑到不同层次的学生，如何更好地做到面向全体学生进行教学，特别要照顾到后进生，把教学内容设计得难易得当。在上课的过程中，对于较难的问题，先让成绩好的学生回答，然后再让后进生补充或者回答，两者都给予鼓励。对于相对简单的练*。
四、弥补欠缺，巩固基础
由于后进生的基础知识 ，在学*的过程中，他们往往抓不住学*的重点，不能一步到位。因此，在教学中调动学生达到理解和掌握的同时，为了强化后进生的'“感知—理解—记忆”的认识过程，必须对后进生进行易混淆是单词的区别、概念的区别，重点语句再理解。为了达到这一目标，除了在课堂上重视之外，课后，教师还应进一步做好辅导工作，给他们增加有关的练*。
五、合作学*，让后进生获得成功
新课改下的教学活动要求学生学会合作，使学生在合作学*实现师生互动，生生互动，教师的教学活动中关注学生的个体差异和不同需求，确保每个学生都受益。教师*常要和后进生多谈交流，更多地关注他们的学*生活、情绪变化。使他们意识到在班级这个大家庭里，不仅没被歧视、忽略，还被老师看重，从而树立学*的信心，激发他们的动力。组织小组合作学*，为后进生提供一个气氛融洽的空间，从同伴中获得帮助，缓解焦虑感。开展小组合作学*，能使每个个体均是学*主角，责任明确，参与意识强，后进生可以和同伴一起分享自己的学*经验，同时也能体验到一种被人接受、任信和认同的情感，更有机会拓展自由发展的空间。
让我们针对后进生这一群体，一起想办法攻克这一难关
时光飞逝，转眼间，20xx年悄悄溜走，20xx年静静走来。在过去的一年的教学中，本人踏踏实实、勤勤恳恳的努力工作，认认真真的做好老师的本职工作。这一年是充实的一年，收获的一年，在这一年里不仅教学经验有所提高，相关的理论知识，实践知识也有所提高，并认真的完成了上级所布置的任务，取得了优异的成绩。
我担任五年级的英语老师，这是我新接手的一个班级，经过一段时间的磨合，这些孩子们也渐渐适应了我的教学模式。五年级的学生处于人生长身体、长知识的阶段，他们好奇、热情、活泼、各方面都朝气蓬勃，但是他们的自制力却很差，注意力也不集中。掌握其规律教学，更应善于引导，使他们旺盛的精力，强烈的好奇化为强烈的求知欲望和认真学*的精神，变被动学*为主动自觉学*。我将谈谈我这一学年的工作：
一、思想认识
这一学年，在教育教学工作中，我认真阅读《新课标》的要求，面向全体学生备课，教书育人，为人师表，确立“以学生为主体”，“以培养学生主动发展”为中心的教学思想，重视学生的个性发展，重视激发学生的创造能力，培养学生德、智、体、美、劳全面发展。
二、教学工作
本学期我担任英语教师工作。在教学中，我认真学*、吃透教材，深入钻研教材，分析学生的基本情况，找准教学的重点，突破教学的难点。力求为学生的终身发展，做到因材施教。注重学生的'品质培养，能力培养和文化水*的培养并重。在教学中，我认真向有经验的老教师请教，时常翻阅教学辅导书，耐心钻研教学方式和方法，我的教学能力有了很大的提高。我也将本课阶段所学的理论，联系现在的教学实际中。因此，在教授单词时，我运用了整体语言教学法，将其融入到小学英语教学中。在教学中，我把单词放在句子中，使语言保持它的完整性。
培优补差一直是教学工作的重头，因为一个班级里面总存在尖子生、临界生和学困生。对于学困生，我总是给予特殊的照顾，首先是课堂上多提问，多巡视，多辅导。然后是在课堂上对他们的点滴进步给予大力的表扬，课后多找他们谈心、交朋友、辅导他们，使他们懂得老师没有把他们“看扁”，树立起他们的'信心和激发他们学*的兴趣。最后是让优生做他们的小老师，令我欣慰的是小老师们表现非常的积极，每次早读时你都可以看到师徒间的学*与背诵，小伙伴们的卖力读书。于是，我让他们组成“一帮一”小组，先让小老师们在单词，课文上先过关并签名，我在早读时抽查并宣读变现好的师徒组给予表扬。小老师们确实是非常尽责，而徒弟们时刻有个小老师在身旁指点，学起来也非常起劲。一段时间下来，学生都有进步，有的进步非常快。
在教育教学中我还存在很多缺点与不足：对于优生过于相信，检查的力度不够。对于后进行由于面过于大，力度不够。方法花样较少，学生没有新鲜感。今后，我要做到：
1、加紧学*大纲，贯彻大纲，进一步转变观念，实施素质教育，开展对教材的研究，解决问题，深化教学改革。
2、加强对学生的管理，尤其是后进生的转化。

班级基本情况及现状分析：
为更好地促进英语教学工作，现就学生英语学*情况进行分析。
5年级学生已基本具有良好的语音语调和书写基础；养成良好的英语学**惯；他们乐于接受英语新知识；喜欢参与各种各样的教学游戏活动，英语学*已具有良好的氛围。而且更可喜的是5年级学生思想日渐成熟，能够认识到学*重要性，学*态度端正，而且能够克服学*困难，这些好的现象是我们非常愿意看见的。
同时我们也要看到学生学*存在的一些问题：学生阅读能力、拼写单词的能力以及运用英语交流的能力比较弱，学*英语的自觉性不是很高，部分学生对英语学*目的不明确，对英语学*的重要性认识不足，因此导致其学*积极性不高，畏难情绪严重，组织纪律涣散等。而且5年级英语教学存在一个比较严重的问题，那就是两极开始分化，优差距离拉大，班级与班级间的成绩距离也开始加大。针对以上现象，本期重点训练学生的拼写单词的能力和阅读能力，培养学生预*和及时复*的*惯。并且对学生进行良好的学**惯教育，培养学生克服困难，认真学*的态度，要多进行培优补差的研究，落实于行动，切实关爱学生。抓好这少部分同学的思想工作，整顿好班风、学风，调动这部分学生的积极性，认真学好英语。让所有学生在新的学期中在英语学*上都学有所获。
