根据我们学校现在的教学现状以及学生的学*特点，我们的学生缺乏一个良好的学*环境,缺乏英语的输入量和大量的接触、使用的机会,在我所示教的五年级他们每次都可以快速背诵单词和课文，但是经过一段时间后就自动忘记了，或者在初学时就不能很好的掌握，我一直不明白是什么原因，通过今次课的事例----展示不同环境下学*效果的差异，让我联想到自己的实际情况，心理学叫“环境决定论”我们的学生并没有那种“天然的优势”去学*外语，在他们的周围缺少这种学*的机会，那我们作为英语老师，要想帮助学生有效的记忆，成功的教学，那就需要我们去创造环境，在我们英语教学中应该叫“情境教学”。外语的学*是需要一个良好的环境,一个真实的情境，需要师生共同创造一个有利的学*氛围以提高学生的'学*效率。当我再次以新的方法走入课堂，每节课都设计一种情景，学生们不仅感兴趣，而且记忆深刻。我们不能决定环境，但我们能改造环境，创设情景！
另一方面，在小学英语教学活动中,我一直认为学单词、句子、课文这些内容很重要,而歌曲、押韵诗、歌谣这些内容有些重要,有些不重要,我会有选择性地教,有时也会因为部分内容难教、难唱而简单处理。在我以前的意识里,我认为歌曲、押韵诗、歌谣最重要的作用是巩固单词或句子,还有是调节课堂气氛,愉悦学生。在教学方法上,有时我会根据相关内容创设情景让学生学唱,有时会因为内容的枯燥、难度大就只是简单而又笼统地教他们,例如首先听几遍录音,然后跟录音唱,跟老师唱,最后全班、小组或个人表演一下就算了。但在这次学*中，我如梦惊醒，是我的教学方法存在问题，导致我的教学意识存在偏差，我应该用TPR教学来激发学生的兴趣，尤其是低年级的学生，在我教的一年级学生中，我发现只要是方法运用合理，他们很快就会接受，不再枯燥无味，有助于达到教学目的，让我明白英语歌曲、押韵诗和歌谣在英语教学中占据着同样重要的位置,小学生对其有着深厚的兴趣，在英语教学中只要合理地运用它们,将有助于解决儿童的学*动机问题,使儿童在特定的情景中理解语言、“拾得”语言、运用语言，增加对学英语浓厚的兴趣。
在故事教学法方面,我重新认识故事这一概念，了解到了故事的特点和儿童学*外语的关系，怎样选择和改编故事的标准以及讲故事的技巧,这对我在课堂教学中如何运用故事来发展儿童的语言,丰富儿童的情感和想象力提供了一个良好的参考样本。不同的教学方法通过实践以后我感觉并不完全适合所有年龄段的学生，然而故事教学法，却适合大多数学生，在我所教的一，四，五年级中都起到了激发学生学*兴趣，增强学生学*动机的作用，同时又能起到提高学生的语言应用能力。
通过这次教学培训的学*，使我课堂的教学观念得以转变,教学手段得以灵活运用,教学技能得以适当发挥使用,理论联系实际，让我以前觉得越高年级越没趣的课堂教学变得乐趣无穷,只要用上了我们的课堂教学技能,根据班级实际情况,学生的实际特点，灵活运用,适当处理,将会收到意想不到的好效果。
为期一周的小学英语90学时的培训活动已落幕，回顾过去的这一周，总体的感觉就是——“收获”，实践课的4节听课，自己1节上课，为期2天的优质课，让我收获颇多。忙着记笔记，忙着听课、评课，忙着写感受。确实，在这短短的一周当中，自己真的从中的看到许多，听到许多，学到、感悟到更多，也深深的体会到自己的不足之处，以及明白自己今后努力的方向和具体的行动。现将自己的这几天的培训活动做如下的总结：
特别是为期两天的温州市优质课听课，学到了很多，也知道了自己的不足之处。在听的过程中不断的感悟，反思：语篇意识在英语教学中的重要性，从教学各个环节渗透语篇教学的案例中，了解到我们在*常的教学中需要渗透语篇意识的问题进行细致的阐述，我们要落实课堂的教学常规，培养学生自主教学能力，提高教学的有效性，从而切实了解了规范课堂的重要性。
同时，通过对其他学员的听课，评课过程中，我有以下一些疑问：“如何让理论来引领我们青年教师?如何检测自己的教育行为和教育艺术?或青年教师该如何规范课堂?希望通过了解学*，自我剖析和反思，对自己的教育、教学行为的随时反思，及时总结，随时记录自己的点点滴滴，在学*中进步，在反思中成长。”
作为一名英语老师，过硬的专业素质是所必需的，也是教育的需要。那么，如何才能使自己更快的成长呢?我想就是善于实践课堂吧。这次的实践活动让我体会到了优秀教师的风采，也让我了解到自己与他人之间的差距。因此，我们青年教师应该在自己的专业上下工夫，运用自己所学的薪金理论，并加以思考，结合自己的实际情况，善于实践。在实践的时候，首先可以进行模仿式的学*，然后再自己“加工”，根据自己课堂实际的本身需要，形成自己的风格。
通过这次培训，我看到了自己的不足，认识到了自己的局限，也深切地体会到了紧迫感。在以后的教学中，我还需要不断努力、不断实践、向名师学*。培训虽已结束，我将一如既往地学*、积累和反思。
今年我参加了学校的校本培训。学校全体教师聆听了校长的讲话，认识到当前教育的新形势，必须掌握现代教育教学理论、方法和手段，才能适应今后的教学要求。利用暑期加紧学*，是大势所趋。在培训中，杨校长为我们解读了《教学六认真》，各学科的教导主任也就本学科提出了备课、上课、作业设计与批改的要求。对我来说，这是一次前所未有的讲座，我的头脑得到了一次空前的洗礼，心灵受到了一次强烈的震撼，讲座中值得我学*的东西很多很多。
一、转变思想观念
随着社会的飞速发展，老百姓的意识也逐步提高，街头巷尾都有老百姓在对学校的教学质量议论纷纷。所以作为教师的我们必须要转变思想观念，转变教育观念，改变教学方式，跟上时代的发展，做一个能适应社会并受到老百姓喜欢的人民教师。
二、加强学*
过去不代表未来，要转变观念靠的是学*，不断地学*，以学*来改变自己，以学*来充实自己。本次校本培训，我更强地意识到了自己知识的浅薄。在这些老师面前我多像一只井底之蛙，什么教研模式，什么新的备课理念，我都觉得很新鲜，有些以前真的连听都没听过，更别提去实践了，我有了一种很强的危机感，所以学*迫在眉睫!只有这样才能使危机有转机，所谓“鸟欲高飞先振翅，人求上进先读书。”相信自己能坚持。
三、学会反思
苏霍姆林斯基曾说过：“只有善于分析自己工作的教师，才能成为得力的有经验的教师。”波斯纳也说过：“没有反思的经验是狭隘的经验，至多只能成为肤浅的知识。如果教师仅仅满足于获得经验而不对经验进行深入的思考，那么他的教学水*的发展将大受限制，甚至有所滑坡。”在以前的工作中，我虽然有过反思，但从来没有很认真地正规地把它当成一项工作去执行，只是在头脑里想想就过了。在以后的工作中，我一定而且必须要学会总结反思，以逐步提高自己的教学水*。
四、做好班队工作
在班主任经验交流会中，我了解到了班主任工作的酸甜苦辣，班主任、班主任，最小的主任，却肩负着最大的责任。真的，教育孩子的责任真的是很沉、很沉……
机遇是降临在有所准备的人身上，作为教师的我，要努力成为一个有所准备的人。相信在金山小学这样的一个团体里，我会进步很快。虽然培训才短短的5天时间，但对我的影响是深远的。它重新梳理了我零乱的思维，点明了我茫然的内心世界，让我找到了人生事业的新坐标。学*努力而富有智慧的创造性工作，好读书读好书，用丰厚的知识影响一中的每一位学生，早日使自己成为一名“研究型”的老师。
小学英语培训心得体会等课程的学*，使我在思想上、业务理论上、工作实践上都受益匪浅，同时也看到了自己与他人的差距，明确了自己在教学上的奋斗目标，同时，也进一步了解和掌握了新课改的发展方向和目标，反思了以往工作中的不足。一些对教育教学工作很有见解的省、小学英语理论培训心得体会市教研员以鲜活的实例和丰富的知识内涵及精湛的理论阐述，使我的教育教学观念进一步得到更新。下面是我通过培训获得的几个方面的体会：
一、不断充实自己，扫除自己在英语知识方面的盲区，尤其要扎实课堂用语。教师除了要熟悉书本上的词汇、短语、句子外，还应结合生活实际，熟悉一些生活常用语，20_年暑期英语培训心得体会常用句子、短语，尤其是在课堂中要使用的句子，教师要达到熟练使用。比如说教室里的每个物件用英语怎么说，学生打报告应怎么说，教师应怎样回答等。俗话说："打铁先要自身硬"，只有教师达到在课堂上能无所顾忌地使用英语的情况下，才能进一步去谈教师课堂教学水*的提高。
二、结合学生实际，选择合适的教学方法，形成自己的教学风格。培训中，指导老师们提出了许多非常好的做法，有很多是经验之谈，但经过我在实际中的实践反思，我发现有些方法不一定就实用于我所教学的班级，因而，我觉得作为教师，应该根据实际情况，关于教师培训心得体会范文摸索适合自己和学生的教学方法，借鉴并变通使用别人成功的做法，要常反思，常调整，进而形成自己的教学风格，为提高课堂教学效率服务
三、合理使用直观教具，充分发挥教具作用，激发学生学*积极性，提高教学效率。提到直观教具，我们首先想到的将会是多媒体设备，但通过参加培训以及和老师们的交流，我觉得，多媒体设备的确有其先进的一面，但如何用好它，在什么时候用，是值得我们去研究的一个课题。老师们在培训中告诉我们，他们使用图片、简笔画、实物进行教学，同样取得了成功，由此可以说明，不管是什么教具只要用得合理，就会有它的效果，因而，在教学中，我们要深入地研究如何去用好各种直观教具。
四、营造学*英语的氛围，使英语学*成为教师和学生的共同爱好。培训中，老师们提出了一个问题，就是学生不喜欢学英语，学校里没有良好的英语学*氛围。问题提出来后，我就在思考，没有氛围，那我们就应该去营造氛围，就应该从自身做起，首先，教师要做好榜样，在*时教学中或和学生的交流中要尽量使用英语，至少在自己教学的班级是可以实现的，虽然这做起来的确有些难，就像普通话的推广一样，这么多年了，依然还存在一些不尽人意的地方，但我们要知难而上，我们还是应该努力去尝试，只要你做了，就总会有收获的，当你通过努力使一部分学生喜欢使用英语说话、交流，喜欢学*英语的时候，你会觉得你没有白付出。
总之，本次培训对我来说的确是受益匪浅，从中不但开阔了我的知识视野，同时也吸取了不少新的教育方法和理论，但是在我心中还有一点遗憾，就是自己所学远远不能满足教学的需要，在此我衷心的希望在今后的教学中多开展一些类似的培训活动，多给我们一些学*的机会。
