The study, which appears in the Journal of Applied Social Psychology, first involved 72 people being videotaped as job applicants. While non-narcissistic people eased up on their self-promotion when challenged by expert interviewers, the narcissists actually increased their attempts to promote themselves, the researchers found.
In the second part of the study, 222 expert interviewers rated videos of applicants with similar job skills and varying degrees of narcissism. The self-promoters -- those who spoke quickly and at length and used such "ingratiation tactics" as smiling, gesturing and complimenting others -- received far more positive evaluations than equally qualified applicants who used tactical modesty, the researchers reported.
"This shows that what is getting (narcissists) the win is the delivery," Harms said. "These results show just how hard it is to effectively interview, and how fallible we can be when making interview judgments. We don't necessarily want to hire narcissists, but might end up doing so because they come off as being self-confident and capable."
The findings also suggest that interviewers need to be aware of the tactics used by narcissists, Harms said.
"On the whole, we find very little evidence that narcissists are more or less effective workers. But what we do know is that they can be very disruptive and destructive when dealing with other people on a regular basis," he said.
And, he added, "If everything else is equal, it probably is best to avoid hiring them."

本学期我担任初二的英语教学工作。经过一个学期的努力，获取了很多宝贵的教学经验。以下是我在本学期的教学工作汇报。
1、努力建立融洽的师生关系。
相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学*的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。

2、因材施教，掌握难度
在这方面，我根据学校老师的建议和我自己的摸索，坚持“备课的同时要备学生”，立足学生，有意识的把教材的难度降低，比如听力在本套教材中难度比较大，我就把听力的形式进行适当的改良，让学生更容易听懂，不断提高学生的积极性。
同时根据学生性格特点，我采取了相应的措施。班级部分学生比较活泼，尖子生也比较稳定，但差生较多。为了保持良好的课堂纪律，提高教学成绩，我采取小组互帮形式，好中差搭配，以优生带差生。在分配任务时，根据学生接受能力，分配不同的任务，使每个学生都能体会到成功的喜悦，效果很好。
3、激发学生学*兴趣。
英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。为此，我采取了一些方法，就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化，生活故事，开展丰富多彩的课外活动，课堂上为学生创设情境进行英语对话表演，让他们更了解英语，更喜欢学*英语，才能提高英语水*。
4、多表扬，鼓励，唤起他们的自信心

在过去一学期的英语教学中，有得有失，为了以后的教学工作能更加完善，现总结如下：
这学期我通过教学实践得出以下几点心得：
1、注意知识的衔接过渡
继续上学期的做法，及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。可利用上半学期的时间从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复*。根据中考要求，从开始就需要培养学生的阅读、提能力，教会学生一些阅读技巧，养成良好的阅读*惯。
2、多鼓励，少批评。
为了使学生更爱开口，在练*中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。
3、养学生的自学能力
只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学*方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学*积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括：培养学生的预*能力、各种方法掌握英语基本知识的.能力、学生自己整理所学知识的能力。
4、激发学生学*英语的兴趣
在教学中培养学生的学*兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学*中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。但是尽管如此，我所教授的班仍有一部分学生对英语无法提起兴趣。他们基础叫薄弱，学*起来难度大，又缺乏学*耐心，不愿坚持学*。这部分学生的落后或多或少会对整个教学及班上其他学生的学*产生不良影响，因此必须想方设法使这部分学生愿意学，至少愿意试着去听课，这就将成为我以后教学的重点。
作为一个老师，教学则是非常重要的环节，在教学中，我除了严格依照初中英语《英语教学大纲》的要求，认真备课，上好每一节课，做好配套练*之外，还根据学生的实际情况，在教授新课的过程中穿插所学过的基础知识，帮助学生更好地学*新的知识。
我教授的学生对于英语的学*信心不足，老说自己的英语差，听不懂，在开学初，我就强调学*英语的重要性，强调高一是学*的新阶段，强调努力的作用，在教学过程中，我反复研究教材，尽量降低教材难度，采用中英双语教法，初中的英语强调的是阅读，但是我所面对的学生单词量不足，完整地阅读一篇课文对于他们来说是很困难的，如果仍旧按照一贯的高中教学来要求他们，那么很可能打击这些学生本来就薄弱的学*英语的信心和兴趣，因此，在正课中，我重点讲述语法点，语言点，单词及固定搭配，辅与阅读课文的整体理解。这样一方面把课文浓缩成一个个语言点和固定搭配，减轻学生记忆的难度，另一方面又使学生掌握一定数量的词汇，初步建立学生学*的自信心；同时又为以后的英语学*做了铺垫。
总之，在这个学期中，我基本完成了一个初中教师的教学和教育学生的工作，但是也存在种种的不足之处，在往后的教学中我将更虚心的向经验丰富的老教师学*，并要结合自己的教学经验逐步摸索出适合我们学校的教学方法。
实行高效课堂以来，我从期盼——质疑——探索——赞同，觉得高效课堂是给学生一个自己的舞台，给老师一种新的希望，给学校一个更美好的未来。从自己的内心到对英语教学有以下几点反思：
一、走出教师心里屏障
十三年的教学工作，我已经*惯了以往的的课堂教学形式，实施了高效课堂就意味着这一切将发生翻天覆地的变化，对于高校课堂我抱有过怀疑的态度，但听了刘老师的一节英语课之后，我发现：同样一节课，老师上下来很轻松，学生兴趣很高，课堂气氛也很活跃。我*时也在不断反思，在高效课堂的教学中要尽快转换角色，逐步摸索，使自己能熟练驾驭、掌控高效课堂。
二、学生的自主学*很重要
以学生的自*课时间和其他时间内通过学生的主动学*、提前预*，来提高我们的课堂效率，导学案起到非常明显的作用。我们的英语课堂正是通过：基础知识填空的完善、典型例题的学*、课堂同步练*的训练、帮助学生预*新课、解决新课中的大部分简单单词，句型，把以往学生在课堂上的任务放在课下课前提前解决，让学生带着问题听课，经过这么长时间的的推行，觉得效率还是不错得。
三、课堂展示，展出自信和魅力
1、课前展示：应该在上课之前安排某一个同学根据本节课的需要，有针对性的安排学生进行激情展示。若需要激趣，可安排学生进行英语演讲、角色扮演对话等；若学生有能力可说突破难点，可安排学生有梯度的复*需要的知识等。
2、学生课堂激情研讨：让学生明确学*目标，带着问题对课文进行预*，培养学生的自学能力。课前学生的自主学*是“学案教学”的重要环节，而问题设计的好坏也直接关系到教学目标完成的状况。上课学生对问题的激烈讨论，更能知识能条理化、系统化和整体化，同学间互相帮助，增进学生间的感情，与此同时，在讲题中，学生更能找到自信。
3、课堂展示，让学生在有限的黑板空间，使学生能很好的'表现出书写功底和概括能力。
4 、激情点评，最好是脱稿，此环节让学生有了对题相应的知识点有了更深刻的印象，在讲的过程中做到条理清晰，环节明确，达到对题的方法的总结和对知识点的归纳。锻炼了学生的语言表达能力，概括能力。增强学生得自信心和勇气，使学生对学*有兴趣。 总之，对于高校课堂我虽然曾经也抱有过怀疑的态度，也怕学生虽然上课讨论的很积极，不知道他们是否真正能融入到新课堂中，是否真正的讨论过导学案中的问题。但是经过实践，我如释重负，学生的整体水*不但没有下降，还稍有提高。这也是让我最为高兴和欣慰的地方。另外，改革就难免有这样或者那样的问题，比如导学案的编写我自己还有很多困惑的地方；课堂上一些新课、*题课、复*课、具体操作还有很多瑕疵和不足；一些学生学*的积极性还没有提高上来；怎么能让那些爱学*的学生更加喜爱学*并帮助那些积极性不高的同学等等很多问题。但是我相信，既然有了好的开端，我就会一如既往的努力下去，只要有努力就有收获
转瞬之间20xx年的脚步即将远走，马上要迎来崭新的20xx。作为一名普通的初中英语教师，回顾这一年的工作，同以往一样有过辛酸，有过欢乐；有过彷徨，但更多的是收获。繁忙的工作紧张而充实，在偶尔的牢骚满腹中仍体味着收获的快乐。同事们戏称我是工作狂，我坦然接受，因为只有在工作中我才能体现自身的价值。
一、自身的业务提高：
1、取得的成绩：上学期我有幸报名参加了我县十佳教师的评选，经过认真精心的准备和同组同事的大力支持，我又重新成为我县的一名英语学科十佳教师，本学期我又参加了明星教师的评选，最终仍榜上有名。本想就到此为止，但是当要求专家评选报名时，佟校长为我鼓劲：都到这个阶段了，一定要坚持。当时退缩的一个原因是因为自身身体的缘故，另一个原因是因为我觉得自己不很擅长演讲，怎么也比不上语文老师啊。那么既然报了名就要尽最大的努力，演讲稿的精心准备及最后的背诵我确实花了一番的心思。整个专家评选演讲过程我全程参与，各位老师演讲的不同风格我都有着不同的体会，但是真正是从教学教研的角度出发而写成的演讲稿的为数不多，很大一部分还是属于抒情的成分，所以这应该是偏离了此次评选的初衷，所以我又赢了，成为我县新一轮的一名英语学科专家教师。英语教学工作总结
2、课题的完成：在我校的学案导学课题方面，除了坚持利用业余时间将各位教师编写的学案打成电子稿，同时还积极进行各个阶段的教学情况总结。另外，从三月份开始我参加了我县英语教师口语技能提高项目课题的研究，从课题的开题会发言的准备，到各个阶段过程材料的总结，在整个一年中我一直是忙的不可开交：初中英语语音知识的归纳整理完全是我一个人在负责，最后由两位教师进行录制；课堂用语、话题等都是由课题组成员进行归纳，然后由我进行最终的整理。从字体的设置、标点符号的使用等最简单的地方都要重新进行修改，确实耗费很多的时间；美文部分因为要进行英语教师的口语大赛，所以又由我在网上重新选择了50篇带有音频的美文，花了将*一周的时间下载，然后进行重新修改设计，最后将所有材料上传到群里。而音频的开头有美文之外的东西，于是还要进行处理，因此我又学会了音频的剪切、添加及重组等技能，当时尽管累的晕头转向但是确实又高兴了一阵子。总之，只要能学到东西，累也快乐！
3、学*培训方面：认真参加县级及市级组织的学科培训并积极发挥自身的作用同时及时进行培训总结。让我收获最大是本学期的两次听课，第一次是在98中学进行的三省四市微型课，真正感受了参选教师的风采。对微型课的结构、设置，阅读课和写作课的课堂教学从不同教师的风格中我有了更深的体会，对我的教学起着关键性的作用。第二次是省二实验三省四市青年教师的'教学展示，长春、大连、辽宁、哈尔滨的四位教师的精彩展示更是给了我极大的震撼，在他们身上我看到了外语人的魅力，从口语到课堂教学活动的设计让我望尘莫及，这些让我有了一定继续学*的动力。
另外，除了认真研究课标以便完成各项相关的工作，我还不断地对《英语课堂教学模式》《英语课堂的情境教学》等书进行学*，反复思考，对教学及导学案的设计都给了我很大的启发。
4、网络教研方面：本年度仍然认真坚持在我的吉林省教育社区的个人教学空间及新浪博客上进行网络教学活动：学案的编写、教学阶段反思、英语教学知识等及时在空间上传并整理；同时我还认真管理我县教育区域化西南片区初中区的博认真进行各学科知识的上传，为我们西南片区各个学校的教师整理了大量的学科知识，得到很多教师的好评。另外我还参加了百度的文库的教学认证活动，并有幸成为一名会员，这样我们以后的学科教学在网上可以下载更多好的资料，同时在学*过程中我更加感受到了网络的无限的力量，有效地利用网络将对我们的教学有着更多的帮助。
二、教育教学工作方面
1、导学案的编写：本学年我们继续坚持着学科导学案的编写工作，学年的每位教师都有教材各个单元、该单元*题及检测试卷的备课任务，在他们完成之后，由我再打印出来，每个单元四课时，每册教材都是10到12个单元，那么我的工作量可想而知。幸好本学年后期有两位新来的老师为我分担一些，他们先打成word文档的形式，然后由我填入表格，我的担子减轻了许多。但是尽管如此，我还是会对学案进行一定的修改或补充。比如学案的预*导学部分，作为一份学案要更多地体现学生自主学*的过程，自学过程中他们主要做什么，教师要有一定的指导，所以我会再次认真看教材，结合每课时的内容及学生的实际情况进行重新编排。如3a我会认真为他们设置一些问题，让学生有目的的自学短文，比如语法部分我会给学生设置一些简单的任务让他们自行总结等；比如新知探究部分我会为尖子生添加一些拓展知识，有初中阶段以后要学到的或者高中阶段比较简单的知识等，这样为他们以后的学*奠定了一定的基础。
2、课堂教学及思想教育方面：
（1）在课堂教学方面我一直坚持着真正运用导学案的教学，而不是简单的*题的堆积和知识点的重复。通过预*导学任务的检查，将知识点渗透其中，让学生自行总结新知，这是我在实施导学案教学的一贯的做法。但是受中考指挥棒的影响和同年级班级及学生成绩的竞争，我还是不敢放手完全让学生去做，还会在学生总结完知识之后对知识点进行重复，这样可能便浪费很多的时间，但是我想这样对我们的中等或者偏下的学生来说还是有好处的，因为他们的惰性使他们不爱真正的预*或者根本不预*，这样如果老师再不重复，他们便不能真正学到知识，两极分化的现象将会更加严重。
（2）思想教育方面：当然我不是指自身的思想教育情况，我是想说学生的思想教育，这一直是我困惑不愿想但是不得不一直思考的问题。一年多的时间里我一直是教一个班，我的时间和精力更多的放在我的学生身上，但是经过我一直的努力，我不知道该如何对待他们。我自身的感受是我没有了以往在我的学生身上的那种激情，或者说不是我没有激情，而是我的学生根本不领我的情，讲道理、体罚都不起作用，现在的孩子到底怎么了？一次考试结束后，我在全班同学面前这样说：我在你们身上收获最大的是失望和伤心。因为我尽管是因为自己的儿子而降了一届，但是扪心自问，我花在学生身上的时间还是比我的儿子的多，那么我到底收获了什么？我给他们讲道理：你们是为当下的娱乐混混度日，还是为未来的理想而努力坚持，他们或者不理解，或者是三分钟热血；我告诉他们人不是万能的，每个人都有他的特长，学*不行他们会在其他的方面有所发展，但是不管怎样要堂堂正正做人，他们听了也是无动于衷……很多的孩子都是想做什么就做什么，无视你的存在。这都到底怎么了？是我跟他们之间真正存在着代沟？是孩子们真的缺乏心理健康的教育，还是我的方法已经过时？我真的需要好好反思了。当然我知道孩子的教育不是我一个人的力量所能够左右的，但是尽管如此我想我还是会尽我的最大努力做好我该做的，他们最终会懂的！
3、学校教学活动方面：本年度的两个学期我校分别进行了两次教研活动，备课组长的课堂教学展示和学案导学教学的课堂展示。尽管我都没有参加，但我是后卫，为大家进行充分的教学准备工作。课件完全是由我来完成，因此我也是跟着各位参加的老师忙的不可开交。累但是中间体现着同事之间的友情和团结，体现着我自身的价值，而我也在制作课件的过程中有着很多的收获：从各位教师身上学到了不同的课堂环节的设置，课堂教学情境的选择，课件制作中动画的制作以及音频、视频的插入等方面的收获都让我开心至极。
日复一日，年复一年，甚至每个假期开始到结束之前我总会对自己说，算了，不要这么累了，下学期一定不能这么忙了，图什么。但是每每在上班之后仍然是不断的忙啊忙，有时仍会发些牢骚，但是忙碌之后最大的感受就是我过得很充实，我又有了提高。也许在20xx年甚至以后的每一年我还会一直忙碌着，但我会继续忙碌、继续学*下去，不为别的，只想做最好的自己！
本学年，我担任七年级英语教学工作，在工作中从各方面严格要求自己，积极向老教师请教，结合初中七年级英语教学工作总结本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况，勤勤恳恳，兢兢业业，使教学工作有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。立足现在，放眼未来，为使今后的工作取得更大的进步，现对本学年教学工作做出总结，希望能发扬优点，克服不足，总结检验教训，继往开来，以促进教训工作更上一层楼。六、在这一学年的教学工作中，除了对一年级的学生进行兴趣的培养外，还培养他们自学的能力，而且对于优秀生还要求他们背诵课文，鼓励他们自己找阅
一、做到了认真备课。不但备学生而且备教材备教法，根据教材内容及学生的实际，针对一年级教学目标的不同：一年级在培养兴趣的基础上训练学生认读单词的能力，还让学生试着模仿教材书写单词；设计课的类型，拟定采用的教学方法，并对教学过程的程序及时间安排都作了详细的记录，认真写好教案。对每一课都做到“有备而来”，每堂课都在课前做好充分的.准备，并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的有趣教具，课后及时对该课做出总结，写好教学后记，并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点，归纳成集。
二、增强上课技能，提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化，条理化，准确化，条理化，准确化，情感化，生动化，做到线索清晰，层次分明，言简意赅，深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生交流，充分体现学生的主作用，基本做到了让学生学得容易，学得轻松，学得愉快；注意精讲精练，在课堂上我讲得尽量少，让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会；同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学*需求和学*能力，让各个层次的学生都得到提高。现在学生普遍反映喜欢上英语课。
三、虚心请教其他老师。在教学上，有疑必问。在各个单元的学*上都积极与其他老师商讨，学*他们的方法，同时，多听其他老师的课，做到边听边讲，学*别人的优点，克服自己的不足。
四、认真批改作业：布置作业做到精读精练。有针对性，有层次性。对学生的作业批改及时、认真，分析并记录学生的作业情况，将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结，进行透彻的评讲，并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法，做到有的放矢。培养小组长帮助我检查其他学生朗读、背诵课文。
五、坚持用英语组织课堂教学，即用英语教英语（Teaching English throughEnglish），并注意所用语言的正确性、纯正性和流利性。教学改革在不断深入，新教材层出不穷，越来越注重语言的真实性、地道性和交际性。用英语组织课堂教学促使教师不仅把语言用作讲解知识、传达信息和传授技能的工具，更把它看作所要传授的知识和技能本身。目前，由于课堂仍是绝大部分学生学*英语、使用英语唯一的方式和场所，教师更应该注重传达知识和信息的形式，为学生营造良好的学*语言的环境。我在运用英语进行教学时较能注意所用英语语言的可接受性、简明性、阶段性和实用性。具体做法是：
1、用英语组织课堂教学。课堂教学用语尽管大部分相同，我注意不断适量增加新用语，逐步扩大用语量，使学生保持兴趣，经历挑战，从而日积月累，在不知不觉中得到提高。
2、用英语授课。不管上对话课还是课文课，我都坚持使用英语。尽量采用学生学过的词汇，但难免有不少学生不懂的词汇，如在用英语介绍课文背景知识时，这时辅之于实物、挂图、简笔画、表情、手势、表演等，或者借助板书形式加以说明。总之，注意所用的语言略高于学生现有水*。
3、力求自己的语音、语调、语言规范和准确，并根据不同年级的学生我就调整语速的快慢。
六、在这一学年的教学工作中，除了对一年级的学生进行兴趣的培养外，还培养他们自学的能力，而且对于优秀生还要求他们背诵课文，鼓励他们自己找阅读的材料，从而提高阅读能力，经过一个学期的努力，期末考试就是一种考验，无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学年的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在下个学年如何自我提高，如何共同提高所教年级的英语水*。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向前辈学*，争取进步。
本学期，我担任八年级（1）班的英语教学工作，根据本学期教学工作计划安排及学生的实际，目前教学工作已结束，现就本学期教学工作总结如下：
一、学生的基本状况：
因工作需要，我是今年中途接任的本班英语教学工作。经调查，有几个尖子生，其余大部分学生，基辞常差，有的学生连26个字母都写不齐，并且拼写不规范，学*不主动，对英语学*兴趣不浓，学*态度很被动。
二、采取的措施：
1、认真学*体现以素质教育为目标的新课程理念及学校工作计划，认真研究教材，制定了本学期教学工作计划，加强落实、反馈、总结计划的执行情况。
2、教学过程中，注意抓常规教学，以学生为主体，面向全体学生组织教学，注意培养学生的听说读写的能力，充分利用早读时间，要求学生大声朗读课文。
3、抓词汇和句型学*，经常进行听写训练，提高学生对记忆单词和句型的能力；另外从开学初就开始初狠抓英语课文背诵，并从李阳老师报告会后，利用李阳老师的教学理念“用零碎时间攻克英语”制定了利用课前读英语、背英语的计划并狠抓落实。
4、坚持英语周周赛，注重阶段性复*。
三、教学方面的经验、存在问题及今后的做法：
（1）教的方面：
积极使用“任务型”课堂教学模式进行教学。深入了解和分析学生情况，有针对地教学，由于对每单元的单词和词组进行了多次强化训练，所以词汇的得分率比以前高；因加强了书面表达的英语背诵，所以英语作文得分率有了长足的提高。另外因狠抓落实“学*法”，使学生学**惯得到进一步改善。虽然我们也进行了英语阅读训练，但学生阅读能力的提高不大。单选、完成句子的得分率还过得去，但综合知识未来得及操练其他项目得分率就较低。今后，应该加强完型填空、阅读理解和综合填空的训练。
（2）学的方面
一要培养学生对英语学*有兴趣，二要培养学生的责任心从小事从感恩开始，率先使用“积分制”并且要用班规来落实，坚持常年不断地、自觉得、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识，英语成绩就会不断提高。经过一学期努力，大部分学生都觉得英语有进步，以前不要说是背，读都读不顺，而现在还能背些英语文章了。
如果只是为了应付考试，临时抱佛脚地补*，即使可以应付一时，但掌握的知识都是不牢固的。新旧知识就会顾此失彼。
第一，确立与新课程相适应的教育观念。
学生是学*的主体，老师不能代替学生读书，代替学生感知，代替学生观察、分析、思考，代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书，自己感受事物，自己观察、分析、思考，从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”，把课堂还给学生，形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的.教学过程。
第二，使学生明白学*目的。
要学好英语，首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。众所周知，人类社会已经进入了21世纪，新的世界将是个充满竞争和多变的世纪，中国要在跨世纪的竞争中取得主动，中华民族要腾飞，要最终取决于优秀科技人才的涌现。如果我们不懂英语，怎么去了解世界？就拿我们海南来说，现在海南成为了国际旅游岛，每年都有许多外国游客来旅游。如果我们不会说英语，也听不懂他们说什么，就无法与他们交流，沟通，更谈不上有商业交易了。只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来，才会对英语学*真正感兴趣，这种兴趣也有可能转为学*英语的动力。因此我结合本地区学生的实际情况，通读和节选教材，围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学，使学生对英语产生兴趣，形成学*动机。
第三，努力建立融洽的师生关系。
相对来说，初中生比小学生独立性强，自尊心也逐渐增强，渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好关系，从而促进学生学*的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观，正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生，耐心细致地指导学生，沟通和学生的思想感情，使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师，循循善诱和激发学生学*的积极性，大胆求异创新；课后我却成为他们的大姐和好朋友，无话不谈，亮起心灵之光；生活上，我是他们的父母，关怀备至。
第四，严谨治学，保持良好的教态。教师的教风直接影响学生的学风。教师的一言一行，无时无刻不在影响着学生。所以我提高自己的思想认识和蔼觉悟程度水*，做到爱岗敬业，学而不厌，诲人不倦，为人师表，治学严谨，还要保持良好的教态。老师的教学语言和教态对学生的学*有直接的影响。老师的教态好，学生就喜欢，他们听课的兴趣就高，接受知识也快。反之，学生就不喜欢，甚至讨厌。特别是正处于青春期的初中生，看问题开始有可独立的见解，对他们更要注意教态和教学语言的使用。如我介绍新句型时，我利用语言的轻重，语调的高低，和一定的动作表情，尽量引起学生的注意和兴趣。当学生回答问题时，我的表情变得自然亲切，使促使感到老师对他们的信任，这样学生就增添了勇气，就能大胆地回答问题。
（3）其他方面
我*时一方面抓紧时间备好课时学案，另一方面尽可能在网上学*先进的教法和提高学生学*兴趣和积极性的各种各样的方法。
总之，一学期的教学工作自己付出了很多，收到的回报也不少：领导的信任，使我精力充沛；同事的帮助，使**劲十足；学生的渴求，使我信心倍增。我会努力填补自己在教学中的不足，不断改进教学方法。积极开发和有效利用课程资源，更好的为英语教学服务，力争在今后的英语教学工作中取得更好的成绩。我相信有耕耘总会有收获。
