我印象最深的有两项，一项是跳龙门，一项是800米。
首先是跳龙门比赛。“嘘——！”一声清脆的哨音，划破了场上仿佛凝固了的空气，比赛开始了。各个班甩绳的同学立即使劲的挥动手臂，甩动了绳子。只见带头的同学像一颗出膛的炮弹，“嗖”的一下穿过绳圈，我们也紧跟其后，一个个跃过了绳圈。绳子由慢到快地转动起来，擦过地面，发出“嗒嗒嗒”的响声，扬起一阵阵灰尘，留下一道道白痕。我们像一只只小蜜蜂，在绳圈内外跳起了“8”字舞。
“嗒”的一声，绳子突然不转了，原来是排尾的陈慧被绳子绊倒了，说时迟，那时快，她赶紧跑出绳圈，绳子又转起来了。在我们的努力下，得到了70下的成绩。虽然这个成绩不是很好，但是我们已经尽力了。
接下来是800米。“嘣”枪声响了，只见站在起跑线的运动员们，像脱缰的马，似离弦的箭，向前冲去。“加油，加油！”各班的啦啦队一下沸腾了，有的挥动着胳膊，有的摇动着啦啦棒，为运动员们加油助威。跑在最前面的是一班的沈凯，他的双臂有力的摆动着，脚下生了风，白色背心前面的号码布在人们面前一闪而过。我们班的吴广也不甘示弱，紧跟在后面。
两圈，三圈，吴广仍然精神抖擞，速度丝毫没有减慢，反而越来越快。接*终点的时候，他使出最后的力气进行冲刺，终于超过了沈凯，第一个冲过终点。“耶——！”我们班的同学发出了震耳欲聋欢呼声。
热闹紧张的'运动会结束了，我们班取得了第一名的好成绩。我真希望以后能在多几次这样的运动会。
十一月，我们满载希望，迎来了兴华小学的冬季运动会。
在校园里，每个人都是快乐阳光的；每个人都是自信勇敢的；每个人都是求实创新的。首先，我们开始检阅。主持人用婉转动听的声音“唱”道：“现在向我们走来的是一、一班，80名小天使汇成了……”时间如风，很快就轮到了我们班。“六、三，六、三，一——二，”当老师刚说到“二”时，全班同学的头像刀，像剑般“刷”的一下，整齐的转向右方，喊出了口号。检阅完毕，微风抚摸我们的头发，小草柔软我们的脚丫，小花舒适我们的心灵，就连小鸟、大树这些生机勃勃的“小小孩”也在欢呼跳跃，为我们助威呢！突然，“嘟”的一声传进了我的耳朵，原来是跳绳比赛开始了？。选手们的脸通红通红的，越跳就越使不上劲，可他们一直尽自己最大努力去跳。“嘟”哨声又响了，选手们不管跳得怎么样，都兴高采烈。“六、三——加油，六、三——加油”咦？这是什么声音，原来是拔河比赛呀！看！拔河运动员们一个个咬着牙，脸憋得通红，手都磨出泡来了。绳子中间的小红绳，一会儿往这边倾，一会儿往那边斜，两班不分上下。“何百圣——进一个，邱安康——进一个”这又是在干什么呀？告诉你们吧，这是正在进行中的篮球比赛。篮球运动员们都不愿输给其他的班级，一会儿这个班进了一个两分球，一会儿那个班进了一个三分球。这时，何百圣投进了一个球，我们都欢呼起来，把手拍得都痛了，有人还蹦起来，大声地“哦——耶”了一声。运动员们都累得气喘吁吁，但都是那么顽强，不肯罢休。可我们班最后还是输了。但我们毫不气馁。因为，我们班的口号是——“六、三，六、三，非同一般。快乐阳光，自信勇敢！”。

一年一度的田径运动会到来了，我非常激动。
看！开幕式开始了，我走在队伍的最前面，激动万分，在我们的展示队伍经过**台的时候，我昂首挺胸，声音响亮地喊着口号“一六零六，争先恐后，齐心协力，勇创佳绩”，我希望我们班是最棒的，能得到开幕式的优秀奖状。
运动会的第一天是田径比赛，我报名参加的项目是沙包投远。看！轮到我来投沙包了，我按照郭老师教导的方法，左手手臂伸直，指向60°上前方的位置，这帮助我确定了投远的方向，然后，我右手拿着沙包的一角，把它举过右肩，用尽全身的力气，全力一投，沙包在空中画出了一道美丽的弧线，落在了远方。我此刻的心情十分紧张，担心投的不远，因为我是多么的希望可以为班级争得宝贵的一分呀！
第二天是亲子游戏，爸爸特意请假陪我一起参加游戏项目，我们参加的项目是定向越野。
游戏开始前，爸爸带我一起侦察了每一个踩点的位置，这样在正式比赛的时候，我们就可以做到心中有数，更快的找到对应的'地点了。
比赛开始了！我和爸爸立刻像兔子一样冲出了起点，飞快的奔跑着。爸爸左手拿着地图，快速的找到了对应的地点，右手指向地点，口中喊着：“就是这里”，之后我迅速的跟上爸爸，在这个地点的椅子上刷了一次卡……，就这样，我们最终以2分44秒的优异成绩完成了这次比赛。
在最后颁奖的时候，我们班荣获了开幕式第一名、游戏项目第一名，田径总分第三名的优异成绩，我超级开心，因为这是我们全班同学和家长一起共同努力的结果。
星期四，我们学校举行了运动会。
今年的运动会跟往年一样，需要自己把椅子搬下去，顿时，整个学校都发出“砰砰”的声音，到了大厅又变成了一阵“滋啦”的声音。
当主持人说运动会正式开始的`时候，全场一阵热烈的掌声。
运动会开始了，按照秩序表一样，程序一个接着一个进行着，先是报幕，然后运动员到检阅处检阅，最后比赛拉开了序幕。
今年，我仍然报了女子400米的比赛，虽然知道自己会失败，但是，我还是要去试一试，结果还是得了个第四名，同班的王晨曦也好不到哪去，最后一名，不过我们尽力了，不会留下遗憾。
比赛继续进行着，我们班的运动员也都纷纷获了奖，跳远、跳高、60米、100米、400米……
在比赛的过程中，颁奖也在进行中，我们班的跳绳比赛破了全校的吉尼斯纪录，得到了全年级的冠军；广播操比赛只获得了第二名。
比赛分为上午和下午，下午，我们班的孙润和、游奕林、张浩……都进了总决赛。
孙润和拿到了两个银牌，游奕林拿到了两个铜牌，张浩拿到了一个金牌和一个银牌，我真为我们班有这些为班级争光的人感到自豪。
运动会过后，老师也奖励那些获奖的同学，我很羡慕他们，希望，下一年能像他们一样也获得奖项！
这次运动会虽然已经结束了，但是在我的脑子里是依然没有忘记运动会上的点点滴滴，分分秒秒都给我留下了深刻的印象。
运动会在大家眼里是很重视的，运动员们比我们更重视，他们知道比赛第二，友谊第一，比赛就等于友谊赛，看你*时练*的好不好，在场上的发挥好不好，再就是友谊和坚持。老师们的心里想的我猜着有个概念就是：冲过去，不管你是什么项目都得赢，我们觉得要坚持。在女子400米跑步比赛中，我们班的同学周锡悦一开始就是倒数第一，但是她使劲得往前跑，这样你们也许会觉得没希望了，可是她不是放弃，而是狂奔，看到了我们的班主任，就拼命往前冲，最后得了倒数第二。看，这就叫坚持，有的人都会半途而废，可她却全力以赴为了班级的荣誉，她永不放弃，她的精神多么可贵，我们要向她学*。我们班的另一位同学徐鹿童在400米跑步比赛中一直遥遥领先，打破了年级的记录呢！
如果下次我们学校再举行运动会，我争取要当运动员，如果没被选上，不要紧，我还是会静静地坐在那里为大家服务，呐喊助威，加油，尽我的全力。
运动员们的努力为我们班获得了4×100接力的男女两张奖状，我们班级同时又获得了“精神文明奖”和“团体总分第三名”的双丰收，已经是一个不错的成绩了，只要努力就会有收获，我永远相信这句话的含义。
这次成绩是我们班级所有人的`共同努力争取来的，是运动员拼搏争取来的，是我们积极争取来的，我们互相帮助，团结友爱，体现了我们班的良好风貌。

在这次运动会上，我感悟极多，尤其是在我跑步的时候，我才知道毅力与自信是如此的'重要，在我参加比赛的过程中，我总坚信自己能行，不知对自己说过多少次，坚持就是胜利，尽管眼前情势对自己不利，但我始终相信有付出就有收获。特别是在跑1500米的时候，我曾想过要放弃，因为它是那么的难跑，介是我的毅力告诉自己，不级放弃，要跑到终点，就这样我凭这毅力坚持到了最后，虽然我只取得了第五名，但是我已经对此感到满意了，这是我凭着自己的毅力和努力取得的成绩，为此我感到骄傲。
今年我们的成绩非常不理想，是我们让老师和校长失望了！但是我们已经尽力了！希望老师不要怪我们！而有的人正如老师所说的一样！来到青田比赛太兴奋了！晚上睡不着、在那玩，结果导致比赛时没有精神在那比！后来拿了个不理想的成绩！但是我们船寮镇中学拿了个精神文明奖，还是不错的！希望下次的县运动会是无们船寮镇中学的运动员能拿个让教师和校长满意的成绩，到时候好好努力吧！加油、加油、再加油。
终于迎来了期盼已久的运动会，为了在运动会得到名次我特意每天跑600米来运动，同时让我的身体更健康。
运动会在万众期待中开始了。首先是接力赛，一开始我们班就落后了，我是第二棒一眨眼棒就到了我的手中，我像一支离弦的箭一样把棒送到另一边，因为我冲的太快，根本停不下来，所以那个人根本没接住。当我回过神来的时候居然还在我手中，我心急如焚的把棒扔给了那个人。只见他像飞起来了一样跑过去。当我们还剩一个人没跑的时候二班已经一马当先冲破终点。其次陆续是三班、一班、四班。我们班居然是最后！
有二班的.还说：“你们好烂！”我顿时被气的七窍生烟。立刻给他来了个“佛山无影腿。”我恶狠狠的走进班里。
马上就是跳绳了，我的紧张的双腿发抖，摔了个马大哈。终于听见了声响，我飞快的甩起绳子，鞋带松了也不管我此时此刻脑子只浮现出一句话：跳多点，何智超。终于结束了比赛我一共调了128下。我得了第六名！我骄傲的就像在千万朵荷花中唯一绽放的一朵。第一天就这样在人群的欢呼声渡过了。
运动会的第二天，也是最后一天就这样拉开了序幕。我有一项绝对可以拿名次的200米，比赛马上要开始了。我清楚的听见我们班的喊声：“何智超，加油！”这让我变得不再紧张了。我听到一声枪响就拼着小命向前冲，一开始我还保持着领先，在50米冲刺时被一个叫朱正清的人给超了。我和他的距离僵持不下。最后他还是比我先冲过终点线。我很期待自己的成绩，成绩出来了我取得第四名的成绩，我高兴的心花怒放。这都是因为我在跑步过程中认真的像一直在跑步不停留的跑过1亿米一样。
我以后一定要多跑步。
秋日的风吹得日益猛烈，使得那飘零的树叶也加快频率的舞动着，似乎也是确凿它们也通了人性，为我们欢悦的心鼓舞。看台上的人们为场上拼搏着的运动健将鼓舞着，也祝福着。那短短几分钟，又或者是几秒钟的力争上游，也许并不炫目也没有得到荣誉，可在那黄昏的夕阳西下时，那挥汗如雨的身影却永远铭刻在你我的脑海中，那整整齐齐的队列中，也许并不豪华，没有什么创新，可那队伍中站得笔挺的俊姿。
将时时刻刻回荡在你我心中，正当大家把目光锁定在激烈的角逐中，每一位幕后工作者忙碌的身影穿梭在你我中间：台上，学生会的干部正在挑选稿件，全校交来的叠叠稿件，一篇篇翻阅，一张张登记；台下，学生会的同学们在记分员四周徘徊，奔跑于各个角落，为大家报来喜讯；跑道旁，医务室的老师正在为受伤的运动员医治。一幕幕，那感觉，无法用语言描述，无法用泪水表达，也无法把它执笔保存。那感动留在你我心中，就这样一生不忘。

在之前的学校，每一年都有两届运动会，分别是夏运会和秋运会，我更喜欢夏运会一些，因为夏运会有拔河比赛。
在校长庄严的声音中，我们开幕式的第一支队伍缓缓入场，他们踏着整齐的步伐，排在第一位的男同学手上，举着一只鲜艳的红旗，眼睛专注地盯着前方。每一名同学都大声呐喊着：“激情澎湃，一班不败，斗志昂扬，一班最强……”
开幕式结束之后，运动会就开始了。
运动会一开始所有人都一哄作鸟兽散，各自向比赛场地跑去，有的向操场中央的足球场跑去，有的向**台两旁的台阶走去，有的向跑道飞奔而去。跑步比赛开始了，一声哨响划破天际，“各就各位，预备……”“砰”一声枪响，参赛选手飞一般地向前跑去，像一只只离弦的箭一样飞驰而过。跑在最前面的人脖子暴起青筋，手在身体两侧飞快地摆动着。200米，100米，50米，10米，他冲过终点线，脸上洋溢着笑容，旁边的朋友跑过来为他庆祝：“恭喜你拿到第一名，你真是太棒了！”
到了运动会的尾声，拔河比赛开始了，我们五（5）班对五（6）班，轮到我们上场了，必胜的信念悄然爬上我们的心头。老师一声令下，他们拿着绳子就向后拽，我们也不堪示弱。小张同学站在最后面，身子向地上倒去，把全身的.力量放在绳子上去，手心都被麻绳磨的通红。绳子一点点被我们拽过来，胜利的天*已经向我们倾斜了。其他人站在一旁大声地喊着：“加油，五（5），加油，五（5）。”在一声声的加油声中，我们班获得了拔河比赛的胜利。
我多么盼望可以早点在新学校参加运动会啊！
一年一度的运动会在同学们的殷切期盼下如期而至，同学们以最大的热情和激情迎接它的到来。
随着“砰”的一声枪响，女子二百米跑开始了，运动员如离箭的玄飞射出去，大家你追我赶，争分夺秒，都想在短短几秒间留下矫健的永恒。“蒋于，加油！蒋于，加油！”！观看的同学为蒋于使劲喊着加油。小个子蒋于咬着牙，摆动着双臂拼命向终点线冲刺，*了*了，终点线已依稀在望了，最终蒋于以第二成绩冲过了终点。男子二百米紧接而上，赛上运动员个个如飞翔的雄鹰，又如一团团飞扬的火焰，自信而又有力地向终点奔去。不好，我们班的沈扬鞋子掉了，大家惊呼起来，沈扬也瞬间慌乱了，但他转眼克服了羞涩和紧张，赤着脚不顾一切地在风雨中奔跑起来。
“沈扬，加油！沈扬，加油”！同学们也被沈扬的士气鼓舞了，以更大的热情直着喉咙喊加油，加油声威震四周直冲云霄！迎风的彩旗也为沈扬欢呼着，呼呼的风声也为沈扬呐喊着。沈扬，你好样的，虽然你没有看到成功向你招手，但你已奋斗、拼搏过了，你用你勇敢的心跑出了你的力量，风雨见证了你的'激情，阳光看到了你的微笑，能驰骋赛场就是一种骄傲，能赤脚跑完全程就是一种胜利......

七都农村少年宫实践基地门口缓缓驶入几辆大巴士，车上载的不是别人，正是我们这些来进行实践活动的同学！
我怀揣着兴奋与激动的心情下了车，首先来到心肺复苏室，跟着老师学*急救知识，还现场体验了一下如何帮一个晕倒的人心肺复苏。
时间飞逝，很快就到了午饭时间，我给大家分配了任务后，便开始家政劳动野炊活动了。快速地吃完饭后，就是我本次实践活动最期待得户外扩展啦！
我迫不及待地跑入场内，抬头看了看，目光马上被一个高耸的”金字塔"吸引过去了。我站在"金字塔"下，犹豫了片刻，因为我之前在学校都不敢爬云梯，这回到底要不要爬呢？万一到时侯走上“不归路”爬不下来该怎么办？这时，我看见好几个同学都爬到顶端了，真得好想试一试！我咬了咬牙，既然想玩，那就勇敢地试一试，挑战自我吧！
我小心翼翼地往上爬，每一步都迈得十分谨慎，生怕哪一步踩空了，自己就会掉下去。很快，我就爬到塔腰这了，我慢慢向脚下望去，哇！我已经爬这么高啦！可就在我洋洋得意时候，不知哪个调皮鬼在用力地晃着绳索，我脚下的“金字塔”也开始剧烈地晃动着。我的身体开始哆嗦起来，我用手死死地抓住绳索，不敢迈动一步。
我开始想要打退堂鼓了，可望望塔顶，距离自己又那么*！心里有一个小人在说：”下去吧，爬一半已经很不错了！“又一个小人在叫：”既然成功离自己这么*，干嘛不试试去挑战自我的极限？我咬紧牙关，硬着头皮向上爬去，不知不觉，已爬到塔顶，我向塔底望去，地面上的人变成了蚂蚁般大，哈哈！心里好有成就感呀，仿佛自己正站在世界的颠峰！
塔底下有各种各样的攀岩活动，玩沙场，鱼塘，不远处就是我们的大本营了！
接着，往下爬，我觉得往下比往上轻松多了，爬到一半，索性向下滑去，然后，我又玩了其它的攀岩活动，玩得不宜乐乎。最后就是令我们跃跃欲试的木艺环节。首先我们先在两块木板上用铅笔画好线，然后在切割机上按照刚才画好的线进行切割、打磨，最后进行粘板、组装，啊哈！一个精美的小笔筒就这样做好啦！
我们带着满满的收获乘车回家，这次的七都之旅我永远也不会忘记。
极限，顾名思义，是一个人能力和耐力的最大限度。我向来都是一个很胆小的人，从来没想过去挑战极限，直到我和我同学一起去七彩云南欢乐世界游玩时，我看见里边的过山车异常可怕，但是胆大的同学还敢去玩。我连看都不敢看，我十分佩服他们，为什么他们就不怕呢？既然他们都敢坐，那我为什么不能试一试呢？
这个暑假，我终于鼓足勇气，想让我爸带我去挑战欢乐世界里的惊险项目，爸爸虽然踌躇了一会儿，但最终答应陪我挑战最惊险刺激的项目。爸爸说：我长这么大，也是第一次坐过山车，我们一起挑战极限吧！
刚进游乐场，爸爸就拉我去坐象戏游龙过山车。原以为敢坐的人很少，结果进去才发现人满为患。在排队的过程中，我看着过山车不停地在轨道中穿梭，越看越害怕，听着车上的惊叫声，越来越心慌，就连想放弃的念头都有了。老爸拉着我的手给我安慰和鼓励说：没事，过山车很安全，你只要想着不怕就不紧张了。有老爸在身边我也不那么害怕了。终于到我们了，爸爸帮我系好安全带，赶忙鼓励我。
叮过山车启动了，它转了一个弯，突然停下了。忽然趁人不备之时，即刻冲出去。我的心脏怦怦地跳，仿佛都快要从过山车上掉了下来。路程中有很多的绕圈以及把整个车给扭成一个麻花，看着就令人胆战心惊。我全程都闭着眼睛拼命尖叫，偶尔眨了一下眼睛，都感到自己猛的往下冲，就像用火箭的速度从太空中掉落到月球上，失重感剧增。终于，经过一连串的翻转穿梭，过山车在大家的尖叫声中缓缓地停了下来。
下了过山车，我感到莫名的兴奋，第一次挑战圆满成功。紧接着，我拉着老爸去挑战洪荒石锤。我看到洪荒石锤飞跃到180度，并且疯狂旋转着，前面的队伍陆续有人退出。我也想拉着老爸退出，可爸爸像个石头人一样拉也拉不动，怕啥，连过山车都坐了，还怕这个吗？可过山车我有点结巴。加油，我陪着你，你一定行！在爸爸的鼓励下，我俩一起坐上了石锤。在玩的过程中，我发现它一点也不可怕，反而有些悠闲，我全程在欣赏欢乐世界的景色。又一次挑战成功，我成功超越了自己。
有一句古话说的好：天下事有难易乎。为之，则难者亦易矣，不为，则易者亦难矣。生活中处处都隐藏着挑战，只有我们放开胆子去尝试，才知道极限只不过是心里的一道坎。只要我们奋勇向前，大胆尝试，就能有意外的收获。
我不是一个体育成绩很好的女生，但我挑战了我自己，而且，我成功了。
在一节体育课上，体育老师让我们与四年级的同学比赛跑50乘8。所谓50乘8，就是往返跑八次50米，一共200米。我第三个跑，心里很紧张。到我上场了，在准备的时候，我听见一名四年级的男生对他们班的同学说：“超过那个女生就好了，加油！”我立即就没了信心。
