因为要参加体能运动会，而我的成绩不理想，爸爸就天天督促我加紧练*。每天吃好晚饭，我们就带着那又硬又重的实心球、充满气的排球、和一根细细的跳绳出发去锻炼。
这一天，我们又来到家门口的小公园开始练*。先练实心球，我摆好姿势，用力往前一投，投了6米，还是没有达标！我只好继续练*，可是投了一遍又一遍，都没有超过7米，我感到很气馁！这时爸爸马上奔过来，对我说：“手要放在头顶的正上方，身体要摆正，不能向前弯，做准备时，不能向前向后摇摆得太多，只要摇两下就可以投出去了。”同时，爸爸还给我做示范。于是，我按照爸爸讲的去做，用力一投，竟然投了6。5米！这对我来说可是个进步。我一遍一遍地练，爸爸一遍一遍地帮我纠正姿势，在我和爸爸的共同努力下，我一点一点进步了！
在运动会上，我取得了不错的成绩，排球垫了32个，实心球投了7米，跳绳跳了145个，这些都和爸爸的帮助分不开。
爸爸不但关心我的身体，对我的学*也很关心，每天检查作业，每周送我去上英语补*班，还经常带我去参观科教馆、博物馆等，增长我的知识。
我爱我的爸爸，爸爸也爱我。他为我付出了很多：时间、汗水和金钱，我爱我的爸爸！
父爱是永恒的，不管风雨如何肆虐，他总是完美无损、永不褪色；母爱是质朴的，不管冰霜怎样打磨，她总是心清如水、原汁原味；父爱是执着的，不管命运如何苦涩，他总是掏心吐哺、从不打折；母爱是坚强的，不管生活多么困苦，她总是默默承受、决不退缩，所以我们要学会感恩。感恩从古至今都是一种文明的礼仪，更是一种健康的心态，所以学会感恩非常重要。世界上有许多人都值得我们感恩，父母、老师、同学……但是，世界上真正值得我们感恩的应该是生我们，养我们，教我们的父母。
父亲好似把他全部的爱都倾注在我的身上，从小到大只要是我喜欢的父亲都会尽量满足我，对我无微不至的关怀，努力的为我建造着温暖的`小窝，让我时时刻刻感受到幸福的滋味，体会到如山的父爱是那样的*凡又伟大。一只小小的笔难以记载父爱的全部，却只能刻画岀点点滳滳。
记得六岁那年，我因为滑轮滑右胳膊严重骨折，打上石膏后医生要求胳膊只能立着，不能动，不然骨头错位了就要二次手术相当痛苦，为了不让我二次受罪，父亲只好整夜整夜守在我的床前，扶着我的胳膊，就这样日复一日，父亲的脸庞消瘦了，眼睛布满了血丝，七八天后，到医院复查医生说很好，一点也没动，手臂可以*放下了父亲悬着的心也终于放下大半了。
可几天后又出现新情况了，石膏包着的地方奇痒难忍，父亲只好用一根竹签不时地给我挠，就这样一个多月熬过去了，我的胳膊好了，父亲的身体瘦了一圈，眼睛也像只大熊猫，每每想到这些，我的眼眶总是湿湿的。使我深深地感到父爱的伟大，我只有把它铭刻在心，使我永怀一颗感恩的心。
父母的爱是无私的，与天地同在，与日月同辉；父母的爱崇高，比山高与海齐，愿天下儿女都有一颗颗感恩的心，让天下父母健康到永远。
一说起父母对你们的爱，大家一定纷纷说母亲对我的爱是多么伟大，多么无私。可父爱呢?大家一定冷漠了父爱，虽然父爱没有比母爱伟大、无私，但父爱却不像母爱那么“骄傲”，它非常“谦虚”。你发现了吗?
有一次，姐姐放学回家，把脚踏车一“打”，安放在门口，便入门了。过不久，爸爸也回家，一看见姐姐的脚踏车，顿时想起了让我学脚踏车。当时，我已经十二岁了，还不会骑脚踏车，每次妈妈或姑姑让我去帮她们送东西，我总是推三阻四，总说：“让姐姐去吧!路远，她会骑脚踏车!”唉!就是这样。如果要是我去送，可能要送上半个小时，回来便满头大汗、气喘吁吁。让姐姐去送，不到一刻，就回来了。爸爸马上跑进门，对我说：“快来桂敏!爸爸教你骑脚踏车!”我一听见学脚踏车，便兴奋不已，欢呼大叫。这是我最害怕不让的妈妈说：“不行，我坚持不行，孩子摔了怎么办!”“都已经十二岁了还不会骑，你不觉得丢人吗?我的孩子可不能输给别人!”爸爸说。终于，妈妈还是压抑不住我，便放下心来让我学。我迫不及待地坐上脚踏车，眼睛一闭，享受着会骑脚踏车的感受，太棒了!爸爸上前握住我的手，对我说：“爸爸在你的后面，你不要害怕，眼睛向前望，学着在把脚放在踏板上。”说完，把手放在后车座上，用力的支撑着。我按照爸爸教我的方法把脚放在踏板上，用力的踩。咦!我尽然会踩两圈，我高兴极了!可爸爸说：“只会踩两圈，真笨!”我当然不服输，让爸爸放开手，让我自己来。爸爸一放开手，我就像一个还不会走路的小孩，踩一步，就摔一步。最后摔得全身淤青。那一刻，我总想要放弃，可爸爸就对我说：“这样就要放弃，你也太丢你女孩的面子了吧!”当然，我不会。我继续学，最后就摔成了全身淤青，叫苦不迭。学到了下午两点，我终于学会了，我跳起来欢呼，而没有对爸爸说声谢谢，爸爸自己进去房间，当然她的心里也很为我高兴。我反复多次练*，每一次要到马路上去练，爸爸就说：“不可以，马路上危险，车多，要是被撞了怎么办!在小巷里练就行了。”我也只好按照爸爸的话去做。过不久，我就成了骑脚踏车能手，也能在马路上骑了。
从爸爸的这些话、这些动作我深深的感受到父爱很伟大、无私。在这里我当然也要谢谢爸爸，谢谢你教我学骑脚踏车。
我看了很多关于母爱的故事，而关于父爱的却很少，可能是因为妈妈带孩子多些，而父亲忙于工作，和父亲接触的时间要少些，感受的爱就少些吧。在我的生活中，有很多次我体会到了不一样的父爱。
有一次，我们全家去爬山，一进山里就听见小溪的声音，我们沿着声音一路上山去。走到山崖边的一条小路，父亲说：“我走外边，你走里边。”这时山风很大，但是我心中被这句话所温暖。我们终于来到了小溪边，听着溪水带来的音乐，闻着植物带来的清香，我忍不住走进溪水边抚摸它。
啊，好清的水呀，连水底的落叶都看得一清二楚，我尽情地享受大自然给我们的礼物，把所有事忘得九霄云外，一会儿打水、一会儿把纸船放入水中、一会儿捧起一口尝尝它的甘甜，等我玩够了，回头一看，父亲就站在我身后，原来他一直站在我身后守护着我。
我们又向山顶出发，终于我的脚受不了了，打起了泡。父亲把身上的包给了妈妈，二话不说，把我背了起来。我可是有80多斤呀，我记得在我上幼儿园大班时，父亲就抱不动我了。就这样，他一直把我背到了山顶。
一句句轻描淡写的话，一个个不经意的动作，让我感受父爱无边。
有一种爱似汩汩清泉，滋润了我的心田；有一种爱似深夜里的点点繁星，闪烁着金色的光芒；有一种爱似绿叶，*凡却又生机盎然。这种爱叫父爱，弥足珍贵。
“阿嚏，阿嚏……”自从搬到新家，好像对这里的环境过敏，喷嚏一天到晚打个不停，鼻子像被别人打肿了一样，又红又大。爸爸请来了检测队，他们说家具不合格，但无法明确是哪个家具，最好种些植物调节空气，常通风……
不久之后，家里果然来了一位“新成员”，爸爸说这种植物可以吸收有害气体。可实际却不然，我的症状越发严重了，家中的面巾纸一天就被我用掉了一包，鼻子被堵得一点呼吸的作用也没有了，那植物似乎要把我的鼻子也收走。我对父亲发起脾气：看你找的什么烂植物，一点用也没有……任凭我的大吼大叫，爸爸无语……那天晚上，新成员被请出了家门。
几天后的一个夜晚，爸爸迟迟没有回家，时间一分一秒地流逝，却始终不见爸爸的身影，心中不禁变得忐忑不安——怎么还不回家？爸爸最怕夏天了，应该会早早回家吹空调的呀！种种猜测后，我猛地摇头打断了想法，仔细聆听楼道间是否有爸爸的脚步声……渐渐的，一阵沉重的脚步声传入耳中。多么像爸爸的脚步，可为什么这么缓慢，这么沉重？还未想完，就传来一阵敲门声。我来不及穿鞋就跳下床，飞奔去开门——爸爸弓着腰，费力地将一大盆植物搬到家中，鼻子时时地喘着粗气，豆大的汗珠流过脸颊，滴到了那盆植物上。爸爸用手抹抹汗水，“我咨询过了，这个对人体无害，对清洁环境却又很大帮助，”说着，又从兜里掏出几盒药“这些是抗过敏的中药，副作用小，吃吃试一试，应该比较管用！”我微微点着头，泪水却早已模糊了双眼。在爸爸面前，我如此无知又若珍珠被父亲捧在手心。想起过去的那一幕，一阵阵酸楚使我无地自容。爸爸啊，你像绿叶一样抹抹衬托着女儿花一样的生命，女儿是多么需要你的爱呀！
每当看到那盆栽，心中便涌上一阵暖流，片片绿叶在阳光的映照下是如此灿烂。它们在阳光下舞蹈着，向我诠释了父爱的真正含义。也许绿叶不如鲜花夺目，不如月亮璀璨，不如大海壮阔，但它生机勃勃，是我生活的动力，是我一生的财富！
我幸福，因为我拥有那像绿叶一样的父爱！
静静的仓库外，白雪皑皑。一个身穿破旧大衣，脸色苍白的男人，依靠在墙边，已停止了呼吸。在他的怀里，依偎着的——是他的'九岁大的女儿。
3月2日，日本北海道遭受暴风雪。白雪覆盖的道路上，留下的——是深深浅浅，一大一小并排的脚印。
女儿还沉浸在梦中，自己到了久违的家中。在自己面前的是一桌好菜，自己，爸爸妈妈，哥哥姐姐围坐一圈，一起谈天说笑。
父亲牵着女儿的手，说：“等会儿到了，可要静静的，有礼貌哦。”

这一天，是她们约好，一年一次大家见面的日子。一大早，女儿兴奋地就从床上爬了起来，跑到爸爸床边，摇醒了正在睡梦中的爸爸。
“爸爸，爸爸，怎么还没到啊！快到了没有？”走了一天的路，女儿渐渐开始焦虑起来，“爸爸，我们走快点吧。”
望着渐渐日落的夕阳，父亲安慰女儿道：“嗯，就快到了。嗯，快到了。”可心中，那渐渐变大的暴风雪，也开始有了点不安。
黑夜的降临，为风雪增添了几分诡异。要不是这风雪，一家人早已欢聚。
他们的脚步渐渐慢了下来，饥饿和寒冷已不能让他们再前进一步。可这风雪，依旧残忍地侵蚀着。
父亲牵着女儿的手，看着脸色发青的女儿，不由开始伤心起来，可这不能流露。女儿感受到父亲，随后睁大双眼看着，“我，我还可以……”父亲慌忙蹲下，女儿深深地倒在了父亲的怀里。
父亲抱起女儿，看看四周，眼前，只有一间堆放货物的仓库。父亲用尽*身力气，想打开那间仓库大门，可这门，却纹丝不动。黑夜静静的，显得格外冷清。
女儿冻得发抖，渐渐苏醒过来。“爸爸，好冷……”女儿渐渐哭出了声音，“爸爸，我要见妈妈。”
父亲解开大衣，露出袖子，把女儿紧紧搂在怀里。“不哭，好好睡吧，明天一早我们就能见到妈妈了。嗯，一睁眼就能看到。”夜，渐渐深了下来，父亲背顶着愈来愈大的风雪，把女儿抱得更紧……
天空渐渐变得清晰，当人们发现他们的的时候，梦中的女儿还不曾明了父亲的远去。

客厅里，挂着一张父亲年轻时的照片，他一身西装革履，一双大大的，明亮的眼睛，和一头乌黑的秀发，那是何等英姿飒爽。
而如今的父亲，仍是那番模样，但总让人觉得少了些什么，直到有一天
那是一个与*常无异的夜晚，漆黑的夜空闪烁着点点星光，一轮明月高高悬挂在空中，绽放着银色的光芒。
而在卧室中的我正刚刚洗漱完毕，拿起了一本书，躺在床上翻着。
儿子，时间不早了，快睡觉吧。父亲温和的声音响起，我将书放下，嗯了一声，正当父亲转身，准备关灯离去的刹那，我骤然看到父亲的脑后有着一抹灰白，当我准备细看时，父亲早已伴着一声轻微的关门声，离去了。
次日清晨，父亲吃早饭时，我又看到了那么灰白，这次看到的更加真切，那是一簇头发，一簇灰白的头发。
刹那间，曾经对父亲的不满抱怨，全部化为了感动充斥在心间。曾经父亲的一举一动，在我眼中，全部充满了爱。
父爱，不需要表达。因为，那灯光下摇曳的灰白，是对父爱，最完美的诠释。
那天，是在大年初三――一个本应该享受休息的日子。而在这一天，一个不过五岁的小女孩和她父亲闪耀着最质朴的光芒。
她那一双被冻得通红的小手，死死地攥住几张破旧的钱。她站那里一动也不动，只是用眼睛看着她父亲，呆呆的。她的眼睛里仿佛流淌着小溪，这是我见过最美的眼睛，里面好像装着星辰大海。她父亲，一个年纪并不大，但却被生活打击的两鬓斑白的人。
他们的生活几乎全指望着一个锈迹遍布的破三轮车。她父亲在给工地搬运石灰。他扛着一袋袋沉重的石灰袋，极其小心地放在三轮车上面。即使他这样的谨慎，却还是不能阻止灰尘漫天飞舞。父亲的颈上、额头上、腰上全是灰的一片。有些已经干硬的附着在他的肉上。
女孩站在离她父亲很*的地方，一动不动。她父亲可能认为女儿很傻，但女孩一定认为自己做出了最聪明的举动。因为他知道有家的地方最好，而父亲在的地方就是她的家。
临*中午，这时阳光已经洒满大地，树叶被照的金黄。这温暖的阳光似乎没有给父女俩带来温暖。女孩跳过去，准备扛起一袋无比沉重石灰。以此来替父亲减轻工作量。她双脚分开站着，大吸了一口气，弯着腰，使出了全身的气力。可她毕竟还年幼，更何况还是一个女孩子。面对这几十来斤的袋子，根本无能为力。她试了所有的她能想到的办法，可都无济于事。
小女孩哭了，不是因为她累了或受伤了，而是因为恨自己没有帮上忙。父亲安慰她，并不是像在安慰一个五岁小孩一样。父亲没有替她擦去眼泪，因为他舍不得在女儿稚嫩的脸上留下任何一丝污秽。
他们坐了下来，女孩用她那小手揉着父亲宽厚的肩。这时小女孩笑了，笑的是那样的甜，那样的真。树叶来自大树，吸收着大树的营养，它们也会去回报，去报答大树。最美的感情莫过于此。
与其去抱怨还不如去改变，安于现状只会更加糟糕，尽力去改变结果总会好点。与其在心里感恩还不如用行动来感恩。生活、别人都不能打败你，只有你自己能够战胜你。这对父女就是个好例子。
他们教会了我许多。慢慢地，我懂得了这些……

一直以来我都想为父亲母亲写些文字。可每次提起笔才发现自己的文字竟是如此的苍白与无力。
每次我们给自己或朋友过生日时，都是大把大把的花钱。可我们却没有想到，那些所谓的生日热闹却是我们爸妈的`血汗钱啊！！我们又有多少人记得自己的父母的生日呢？纵然是记得，你又何从给他们过过呢？可我们在学校干了些什么？谈恋爱，打架整天泡吧，去超市狠很的购物……
写到这里我有在心里把自己狠很的BS了上万次！身为人子，在求学的道路上我们做了些什么啊！！每当给家人打电话时，他们总是千叮万嘱的说："孩子在外面要吃好点。身体要紧，家里就算再没钱，也不会让你饿着动着。你要长身体，我和妈妈都是大人，没关系的"此时此刻你又是怎么样的感受呢？
我们全都欠他们的债，是无止期的债，可爸妈不需要我们为他们付出什么，他们只懂焚香拜神为子女们祈福，只懂得举起电话问长问短，只懂得准备好吃的等待我们回家 .试问今生是不是欠下了他们的情呢？这一场情债你我都无法去偿还，我们只能用心去感悟。
俗话说“母爱无言，母爱无垠”，父爱又何尝不是这样呢？
记得有一次，下午放学时，忽然狂风大作，而我却忘记带伞了，同学们都走了，我一个人孤零零地在学校等待雨停。我等了许久，可雨不但没停，反而越下越大，正当我感觉很无助的时候，一个身体结实、健壮的人来到我的面前，他全身湿淋淋的，一手打着把青色的雨伞，一手拿着把小红伞，我呆住了，这不是我的爸爸吗？那个从来不和我笑，不和我玩耍的爸爸。
我一直认为爸爸不会对我笑，可是现在我发现我错了，此时站在我面前的爸爸，不再是那个只会对我冷笑的爸爸，而是一个一脸慈爱、笑容满面的.爸爸。爸爸微笑着说：“小兰，走，回家吧！”我高兴地说“回家啦！回家啦！我爱爸爸，也爱妈妈”！我猛地扑到爸爸的怀里，久久不肯离开，我紧紧抱着爸爸，过了好一会儿，我才肯松开。
在回家的路上，我的眼泪缓缓地流了下来，我相信爸爸一定比我更激动千万倍，因为此时我已懂得了父亲的爱。

提到父爱，我们每一个人心里都会有一个父亲的形象出现。父亲的爱，可能没有母亲的爱那样的无微不至，那样的细腻，但是，我们不应该不去护士父亲的爱。人们都用慈祥来形容母亲，严厉来比喻父亲。可是在我的心里却从来没有感觉爸爸的严厉，在我的眼里爸爸是一个宽厚，爽朗的人。正因为他的宽容，有时候我还觉得爸爸是一个很好欺负的人，在妈妈那里行不通、办不到的事情，只要跟爸爸说总能得到满足。然而爸爸也有严厉的一面。那就是不放过我生活和学*中的各种毛病。
随着年级的增长，我的功课越来越重。由于没有注意坐姿，不经意间，眼睛离书本的距离越来越*。爸爸很快发现了我的这个坏*惯。他告诫了我保护视力重要性。虽然我保证一定注意坐姿，但是一写起功课来，就把爸爸的话忘得一干二净。原来坏的*惯一旦养成了，就真的很难克服掉。爸爸提醒另外我好几次，也没起什么效果。最后1次，爸爸真的生气了，我也很害怕，因为爸爸发起火来也很吓人的。我垂下头，等待迎接爸爸暴风骤雨般的呵斥。可是奇怪的事情发生了，爸爸并没有批评我，而是从我的书包里拿出一张白纸，打文具盒，拿起圆珠笔，然后他思考了一下，就写了起来，我走过去一看，原来，爸爸在纸上写写了一行苍劲有力的字：一尺，一寸，一拳。我问爸爸：“这是什么意思啊？”爸爸说：“眼离书本要一尺，手离笔尖要一寸，胸离桌子要一拳。”原来爸爸把坐姿歌谣缩减成了这六个字啊。爸爸说：“我小时候还总挨揍呐，你爷爷是最严厉的。只有长大以后，你才能体会到，这就是爸爸的爱啊
我非常感谢爸爸，爸爸的.爱是伟大的，是无私的，是永恒的，我会永远将这份浓浓的父爱珍藏于心
有些发白的发，有些苍老的容颜，有些浑浊的眼。他比我大20余年，很少笑，经常严肃着一张脸，表现出无比冷漠的表面。
他对我很严格。从开始到现在，从出生到如今，哪怕原本黑漆的头发已经变老，哪怕原本中年的容颜变得苍老，哪怕原本犀利的眼神变得浑浊。我从小的时候就再他的教导下成长。
小的时候，他总是让我呆在自己的房间，看着那些各种各样的世界名著以及各种各样的教科书和辅导书。小伙伴找我玩，我想要出去，他并没有答应我，或者说，很少有答应的时间。对于他来说，似乎这些书对于孩子来说才是最重要的，除此之外的东西再没有别的价值。
我不喜欢他。
他从来没有对自己好过，小时候学*骑自行车，跌到在地上的时候他从来没有扶起来我过，只是静静看着我，要求我自己站起来，继续学。游泳的时候，在游泳池里面，他让我一个从来没有学*过游泳的，不会拥有的小孩去游泳，没有给我游泳圈，只是要求我下去，控制着自己浮到水面上。游泳池水不算太深，但却也不算太浅，我很怕，父亲却没有给我别的选择，只是看着我，说着*乎冰冷的话。最后我学会了游泳。但也因而不喜欢他，甚至觉得他并不爱我，因为他不如中国其余的父母一般，不如同我同学的父母一般，帮助我。
但我却不知到在什么时候又喜欢上了他。
也许是在他抱着我，对着哭泣得眼泪哗啦啦流的我，对着考试失败成绩倒退得很后的我，说，你是个很棒的孩子，你会有更好的明天。
那是我第一次，可以说是在小时候到现在以来的第一次，发现自己的父亲对自己的支持。
他从来没有扶起过我，却让我懂得了坚强是什么，如何坚强，怎样去依靠着自己去生存生活。他从来都严厉的对待我，几乎没有慈祥的时候的样子，但他并不是真正不爱我，不是真正冷血。他抱住了我，在我最伤心的时候，在我本以为会被再一次的打骂的时候。
它不是一个好的，中国所谓的好父亲，却是我现在，已经长大的时候，最喜欢的父亲。
