中考英语作文对考生的要求有四点：1、内容要完整。 2、语句流畅。3、没有语法错误。4、书写规范。能达到上述要求的作文，都会得到相应的高分。
一：先看一下扣分点：
1.内容方面：要点缺失，可酌情扣分。比如中考作文“I want to do something for my school”，若没有写一件具体的事情，是要扣3分以上的;若写的事情太过于虚幻，没有实际内容，也会扣1-2分。
2.字数：少于60字的作文要酌情扣分。
中考英语作文要求60字以上，标点符号不算，少了就要扣分。但是60字的作文能不能得高分?从我们拿到的实例作文来看，16分以上的作文，没有少于75字的，甚至少于80字的也少之又少。当然，也极少有超过100字的，因为中考试卷的短线格一共80个，在格子下面大约还有2行的空间，可以加20字左右，再多阅卷人就很难看清了，也会影响卷面的美观。所以，同学们如果想让作文得到高分，最好是让字数在75-100字之间。
3. 语法和拼写错误：每个扣0.5，重复错误不计;
4. 标点错误：每4个扣0.5.
二：加分点
除了这些扣分点，还有一些得分点：比如说作文的'组织结构分，就是根据学生使用复杂句型、单词和谚语、俗语的情况来加分。
只要文章中有1个亮点，基本就可以争取到1分(3分的文采分是很难全部拿到的)。而这1分的亮点，是可以提前准备的。例如，有一些“万金油”式的复杂句型，例如强调句型、only相关的倒装句等，只要同学们多操练几次，几乎是一定能用到作文当中，从而为自己争取到这1分。
其次就是卷面分
很多家长和同学，尤其是部分书法并不是十分整洁的同学，都会关心是否真的有“卷面分”的存在。虽然在阅卷标准里面并没有卷面分这一项，但是这个分数却真切地反映在了同学们的分数里面。
据阅卷老师的经验，在阅卷的时候并不是按这3个部分逐项打分的，而是在第一遍读完全文之后，心里已经形成了一个“印象分”，然后再细读第二、三遍，把印象分分配到各个打分部分。因此，这个“印象分”就非常重要，而同学们的书法，也正是在这个环节，影响到了自己的分数。所以初三的考生，如果书法不好，一定要注意。所谓的书法并不需要写的很漂亮，符合3个简单的标准即可：没有斜体、没有连笔、涂改较少。

这是考生作文给阅卷者的第一感觉。中考阅卷时间紧，任务重，适值酷暑，潦草的卷面难以赢得评卷者的好感。书写规范，文面整洁，本身就是对阅卷者的尊重。为此，考生既要写快，又要写好。即使字体不十分美观，也要尽最大的努力，做到字体匀称，字不能太小，也不能占满全格，更不能出格。同时，标点符号的使用要 规范、正确，不能全文只有两个标点符号（即一个逗号加一个句号）。
三、一个明确的中心
“文以载道”。考生应从所给的材料中，提炼出正确、新颖、深刻的观点，让此观点统摄全文。在文中，文章的中心要明确而突出，表现出正面、积极向上、有教育意义的主题。不应表现消极情绪，比如：以尽情玩耍为欢乐；以学校、家长对学生的学*质量要求高为苦恼等等。其次内容要有主次，要突出重点。
四、一个精彩的题目
“题好一半文”。话题作文既然允许自拟题目，考生就不应放弃展示自己写作功力的机会。题目角度宁小勿大，语言努力做到凝练、含蓄、优美，力求让阅卷者“一见钟情”。
1、用修辞方法拟题，如以“假日”为话题，可用比喻拟题，拟为《假日——爱的桥梁》，将桥梁比喻成爱的桥梁，在父母离婚后，“我”被判 给爸爸，于是利用假日与妈妈构筑了一条情感的纽带。又如以“感受生活”为话题，可拟为《苦咖啡》，这便运用了双关，既实指咖啡，又暗指生活，通过叙述自己 在校独自锻炼的.苦，折射出其中的甜。
2、可移用诗词名句、歌词等来拟题目，如以“灯”为话题，可拟为《一晌贪欢》，引用了李煜的词 《浪淘沙》中的“不知梦里身是客，一晌贪欢”，写“我”是李煜书桌上的油灯，突出了悲凉、伤感之情。以“我”为话题，可用《真我风采》、《最*比较烦》、 《我想唱歌可不敢唱》……
3、可以用扩展法，就是在话题的前或后加上适当而生动的词语，从而拟出适合自己写的题目，这样在规定的范围内，使话题变小，更有针对性。如以“掌声”为话题，拟为《她的掌声，给我一个天堂》；以“变”为话题，拟为《风中不变的承诺》。此外，还有可以反弹琵琶， 题目体现新颖创新；设置悬念，让题目引人入胜等等。
五、一个亮丽的开头
古人行文讲究“凤头”，也就是说文章的开头要写得精彩。可采用的方式有：开门见山，直接切题；写景状物，渲染气氛；设置悬念，引出下文；抒情议论，奠定感情基调等等。切忌开头洋洋洒洒几百字后，仍不见内容与话题有关。
六、一个新颖的结构形式
考场作文，形式和内容同等重要。一个匠心独具的形式，也会让阅卷者眼睛一亮，对眼前的作文增添几分好感，无形中就给作文打了高分。比如：：
1、可以采用题记，揭示文章的主旨。以“相信自己”为话题，题记定为“不要抱怨自己的命运，我们都是上帝的宠儿；不要畏惧山外的山，人外的人。相信自己：你就是山外之山，人外之人”（选自《写给昨日自卑的我》）。又如以“自然”为话题，题记定为“我愿做只井底之蛙，那儿清凉又舒爽，那儿隐蔽又安全。 来，来，来，请跟我来，跳到井底，远离人类”（选自《一只井底蛙的劝世格言》）。
2、可以使用小标题，使内容简洁醒目。比如《种太阳》一文用了三个小标题：“童年”、“我的大学”、“在人间”，巧妙地运用高尔基的小说三部曲的名字，很有层次感，使文章新颖独特。再如《江雪》一文中既 有题记，又有小标题，它的题记是“希望一切都只有因为是雪，因为它会很快地融化，但一切都只因为是雪吗？”四个小标题却又是《江雪》一诗的四句话。再如《成长中的酸甜苦辣》一文分四个小标题：1酸如醋酸的幼年；2甜如蜜糖的童年；3苦如黄莲的花季；4辣如辣椒的雨季。
3、可以抒写书信，以情动人；还可以镜头回放，再现生活；还可以采用小说、童话、寓言等等。如《爱无止境》以日记体的形式，用“妈妈的日记”、“女儿的日记”的形式，从不同角度写情、写爱、写人生，新颖活泼，富有创意。
形式创新，贵在“得体”。考生要选用自己最娴熟的一种形式，切不可滥用，否则文不对体，会弄巧成拙的。
此外，在结构形式的安排上，还要注意段落的安排，尽量将文章的段落分细些，张弛有致，灵活多变，从而避免“三段文”。
七、一个优美的片断
集中笔力，写好一个片断，向阅卷者展示自己的的文学功底。写记叙文的片断，可运用多种描写手法，如景物烘托，白描、语言、动作等手法，同时灵活运用修辞方法；写议论文片断，可用典型的论证方法层层论证，环环相扣；写散文片断，可旁征博引，让思维纵横驰骋，使自己个性得到淋漓尽致的发挥。这样就使文章增添 了文采，获得阅卷者的首肯，给打了高分。比如：
感动好像暖暖的春风，“二月春风似剪刀”，给大地带来春的消息，让世界充满生机和活力。
感动仿佛隐隐的春雷，驱散了人们心中的阴霾，使沉睡者苏醒，使懒散者振奋。
感动犹如沥沥的春雨，滋润了干涸的心田，“好雨知时节，润物细无声”。
这是《感动》一文中的语句，比喻恰当、贴切，再加上诗句的引用、排比的形式更增添了文句的韵味。当然，作文中还可引用歌词、名句、警句、歇后语等。
八、一个完美的结尾
古人写文章讲究“凤头、猪肚、豹尾”。所谓“豹尾”，是指文章结尾要有力，耐人寻味。这样会给阅卷者留下最好的印象。简便易行的结尾有以下几种：照应开头，凸现主题；总结全文，画龙点睛；含蓄蕴藉，耐人寻味等等。一个漂亮精彩的结尾能使中考作文锦上添花，大为增色，给评了高分。
以上虽为老生常谈，但中考作文评卷分数的差异又让我们感觉到这决非小事一桩。想挑战自我，超越自我，就让我们以积极认真的态度，交上一份让阅卷老师怦然心动的答卷！
一种体裁
只写记叙文，好好把记叙文复*好。
两个原则
1、真实才能动情。真正能打动读者的，还是那些你亲身经历有真情实感的身边小事；
2、妙语才能煽情。只有风趣幽默，生动活泼的语言才能让读者眼前一亮，读之使人不断点头默叹。
三字要求
1、稳：写好事，力求能够按照记叙文的六要素把事情交代清楚，开头结尾注意点题，结尾处要点明中心，稳定的发挥好自己的写作水*。特别是写作能力较好的同学，不要强求自己必须写出“惊世之作”来，考试作文能够发挥自己80%的写作水*就很了不起了。
2、细：不要像电视剧情介绍那样的简单叙述，中间要加入环境描写、人物外貌、动作、语言、心理描写，能力好的同学再来些远*相衬、动静相映、侧面烘托、环境渲染、五觉描写，是文章细腻、动人。
3、精： 对于一般的同学来说，“精”体现在：（1）选择自己最拿手的内容；（2）写出自己最好的字；（3）采用自己最顺手的结构（总分结构或顺叙方式），力求发挥好自己的水*。 对于写作能力较好的同学来说，“精”应体现在：（1）选择较有新意的、又是自己有把握写好的内容；（2）有漂亮的书写；（3）精心的安排好开头和结尾，适 当的采用倒叙、衬托、联想、象征、描写、抒情、以小见大、欲扬先抑、渲染气氛、借景抒情、托物喻志、以物喻人的方法方式结构文章；（4）采用适当的修辞手 法，特别是运用比喻、反复、排比、反问等手法，恰当的运用成语、引用格言名句，增添文采。
四个流程（保住基本分）
1、审清题意：千万注意，题意审不好，来个文不对题，哪就……应该先花2－3分钟看看作文题，然后在开始答基础知识题目。
2、立好中心：至少指导自己想说什么，是喜欢、是厌恶？是感动、是反对？是快乐，是痛苦？是哲理、是深情？是赞扬、是批评？…………用一句话把它写在草稿纸上。
3、选好材料：符合题目要求的、自己最熟悉的、能够写好的事。
4、写好提纲：（1）用一句话写出中心内容和主题；（2）分清开头、中间、结尾各写什么？（3）打好开头、结尾的细稿，以及每段的开头句。
接下来就是在试卷里写作文啦，要力求一气呵成，只要提纲和开头、结尾、段落开头的稿子打得好，一气呵成事不难做到的，思路顺畅了20分钟就可以把作文写好。
五项技巧（赢得感情分）
1、有一个灵活的头脑：造句法、筛选法、换题法。
2、有一张可爱的脸蛋：书写要工整，自己的字能够写多好就必须写多好，不得使用涂改液，不得随意修改，特别是开头、结尾和段落的开头句，不能修改。
3、有一双闪亮的眼睛：好的文题等于成功了一半。参见《话题作文的拟题方法》
4、有一身漂亮的衣装：（1）一个最拿手的题材（适合自己）；（2）一个好故事（好布料）；（3）一个好结构（好设计）；（4）一口流畅、优美的语言（好花纹、好色彩）。
5、有几件精美的饰品：（1）倒叙、描写、引用开头（好发型）（2）结尾：议论反问式、含蓄余味式、赞美抒情式、哲理深思式、名言点睛式、联想做梦式、决心号召式（名鞋）；（3）名言名句名作的恰好点缀（钻石哟）；（4）用景物描写渲染气氛（如梦的纱巾）。
六个大忌（莫丢冤枉分）
一忌潦草涂改：书写要端正，千万别连文题都改，只改明显的错别字，将错就错，能够不改的就不改。
二忌过短过长：字数一定要足，字数不足，写得再好也很难及格；字数不能太多，不要超出试卷中的作文纸，万般无奈之下，也只能在2行以内。
三忌开头议论：还不如开门见山、直接点题开头的好，能来点环境描写，就先来点描写。
四忌分段太少：4－6段为好，千万别少于3段。
五忌文不对题：不说也知道会有什么后果。
六忌选材太俗：别总是玩呀、救落水儿童呀、猫啊狗啊……
话题作文，是以“特定”的话题为契机，引出自己心中想说的话。这种“说话”的内容是自由的，是自在的，是自选的。
由于存在“话题”，人们就得谈话，这种谈话没有规定的题目，人们可以围绕“话题”自由自在地“侃”，海阔天空地“侃”，人人都想谈得中听，人人都在想法谈出点新意。让人们的谈话自由而又广泛，这就是“话题”的作用。由此可知，“话题作文”的作用是用一个“话题”来引出内容广泛、形式自由、带有自己创见、带有自己思想与情感特点的作文，这种作文形式与我们*惯了的命题作文、半命题作文相比，已经发生巨大的变化。
话题作文的产生，不是凭空而来，不是人们臆想的产物，它是多年来作文题型发展的结果，是人们探索与创造的结果。目前，“话题”作文有五种主要的表达形式。
第一种
是最为嫩稚的，就是“命题”式的“话题”，出题者直接指定一个“话题”，要求考生围绕此“话题”作文。如：
1、语文课是同学们在初中上过最多的一门课，请你以“语文课”（包含“语文活动课”）为作文内容的范围，把你想讲的故事、想提的意见、想抒发的情感写下来。
要求：
①题目自拟。
②除诗歌外，文体不限。
2、以“音乐”为话题，写一篇文章。
要求：
①可用“哆来咪”为题目，也可依据自己文章的.内容，自拟题目，如能拟出新颖、独到的题目，可适当加分。②贴*自己的生活实际，选取某一角度，就音乐这一话题写下自己想讲的故事，想表达的感受，或陈述的见解。全文应在500字以上，800字以下。
第二种
是“导语”式或者说是“引语”式“话题”，出题者往往要铺叙一段话，这一段话不是材料，它的作用是把考生引到“话题”之上。与那种直接亮出话题的作法相比，这种话题多了一些情味。如：
1、梦是睡眠时体内外各种刺激或残留在大脑里的外界刺激引起的想象活动。人们常常做梦，有美梦，也有噩梦；有完整的梦，也有支离破碎的梦……人们也常常用梦比喻虚幻或者希望，如梦幻、梦想等。
请以“梦”作为写作的内容，写一篇作文，或说明有关梦的知识，或记叙有关梦的人或事，或议论梦的有关问题，或在梦中驰骋想象的翅膀……
要求：
①内容只要与梦有关就行。
②除诗歌外，文体不限。
③题目自拟。
④不少于600字。
2、游戏是孩子的天性，游戏有益于身体健康，有利于增长见识……
在游戏中，你也许有与伙伴吵嘴的经历，也许有与伙伴合作的经历……
请你以“游戏”为话题，写一篇文章，文体不限，题目自拟，字数不少于600字。
3、大自然的色彩是绚丽的，红的花，绿的叶，蓝色的天空与海洋……生活的色彩是丰富的，红的热血，绿的生命，蓝色的梦幻与安宁……不同的人对色彩有不同的理解。请你以“色彩”为话题写一篇600字左右的作文。题目自拟，文体不限。
世界上任何事物都存在着主体与部分的关系，主体是重点，是决定成功的主要因素，做事，往往要抓住事物的主体，不要被“部分”所干扰，抓住主体府带来更方便，更快捷的成功，抓不住主体，那通往成功会走很多弯路。

武进星辰实验学校 芮亚芬 “话题作文”又一次被确定为今年中考的应试作文。基于它在中考中的第二次出现，所以，毕业班的教师对此或多或少都有自己的思考，笔者在此就话题作文中的提示语选取和话题的走向谈一些个人的想法：
一、坚持开放。
这是作文命题的大方向，而话题作文的命题形式也有效的体现了这一点。因为，话题作文不仅题目自拟，文体自选，而且立意自定，表达自由，甚至连设置的提示语的材料也会越来越开放。《语文课程标准》也强调要“为学生的自主写作提供有利条件和广阔空间，减少对学生写作的束缚，鼓励自由表达和有创意的表达”。
二、关注生活。
紧扣生活出题是一种时尚，也是一种方向，更符合新课改的精神。《语文课程标准》指出：“写作教学应贴*学生实际，让学生易于动笔， 乐于表达，应引导学生关注现实，热爱生活，表达真情实感。”因此，命题者对今年作文中“话题”的选取和“提示语”的设置，将会更多的引导学生关注社会生活、社会问题，体现时代精神和公众人文素养。如：2002年初三期中、期末试卷上就曾分别以“合作”和 “拒绝”为话题，这两个貌似水火不相容的话题，在提示语的设置上却折射出许多共同的东西：即能立足于了学生的生活实际，诱发学生去回忆、思考、捕捉自己熟悉而又难忘的真切感受和体验。同时，又十分注重在精神上塑造学生，引导他们学会学*，学会合作，学会生存。所以，今年话题作文的走向有以下几种可能：
1、人文类：关注自我、亲情、健康、爱心、宽容、社会文明素质、公民道德建设等。
2、政治类：西部大开发、打击恐怖势力、反腐倡廉、和*与恐怖、南水北调工程等。
3、科技类：网络、文化与网络道德、环保、高科技与生命等。
三、张扬个性。
像2002年话题作文就体现了这一精神。虽说试题要求所有考生谈自己的“改变”，但它没有对“改变”的话题作过多的限制，而是在提示语中启发学生学会多角度的选择写作方向，如有环境、*惯、学*方式、生活态度、人际关系等方向，选择的余地很宽泛，能让学生在广阔的思维空间里，畅谈自身对“改变”的独特感悟，展示对“改变”的个性化体验。今年，在新课程标准下的话题作文会更加注重学生对生活、对社会的个性化体验，所选择的话题会更贴*学生生活。因为，要命出能体现学生个性思维和创造力的好题，就必须把握课程标准中提出的“多角度观察生活，发现生活的丰富多采，捕捉事物的特征，力求有创意的表达”这一原则，立足于学生熟悉或正经历的学*生活，同时，又注重引导学生将观察与思考的焦点转向广阔而火热的社会生活。 总之，2003年中考话题作文，立意更开放，表达更自由，人文性更浓郁，情感更真实，是展示学生语文素养的大舞台。

初三中考在即。师生的复*应该进入一个非常专题化的时期。如何写好一篇60字的作文，争取18分的最大值，显然已经引起了师生极大的重视。原因很明显，本年度是中考有史以来作文分值最高的一年，要求也是最高、最细的一年，所以分差增大，原来最多不差三四分的作文，弄不好很可能差十分以上，十分!对于中考来说这可是个了不起的数字!那么如何提高作文得高分的能力?当然可以只回答一个字练。目标有了，最重要的就是方法了。至少我们应该注意作文的基本要求和基本技巧。
60字的作文，非常有限的文字里要说明白说清楚一件事或一个人物或者一个观点，并不是一件很容易的事情。所以更要注意结构、要求和技巧。
60字的作文最好先从结构上练起，一般要分这样五个层次：
1)开始句2)向主体过度句 3)主体叙述 4)向结尾过度 5)结尾。
第一层开始句起着点题的作用，60字的作文一定要开门见山。也就是第一句就能让人感觉到你将要写什么。但是往往是概括性地笼统地指出。所以往往是一句话就解决问题。第二层往往是在第一层的基础上具体指出某人或某事。第三层就这个某人或某事进行详细的叙述或议论或描写。但一般以3至4句为宜。因为中考作文的字数是60至80字之间。不足和超过都要扣分。所以应该及时向结尾过渡，完成第四层，多半以谈感觉为主。在主体叙述和结尾之间起着承上启下的作用。但也应该一句话解决问题。过渡的梯子搭好了，也就能够圆滑地圆满地结尾了。结尾的一句话往往是感慨、感想、感叹之类的句子。这样6至8句的作文，每句*均10字左右 (每个句子的字数根据含义的需要调整)，最后写好的作文就应该是在60至80字之间了。
