本学期即将结束，我镇小学科学教研工作在各级领导的关心帮助下，全体科学教师严格按照学期初制定的工作计划，团结协作，真抓实干，兢兢业业。从规范入手，有目的，有计划，有步骤地加强课堂教学改革研究，以全面提高教师教学水*，全面提高学生的科学素养为目的，教育教学工作有了一些起色，基本完成了学期初预定的目标。现将这一学期来的工作总结如下：
一、加强理论学*，抓实教研活动
我镇科学教师都是兼职任教，并且新任科学教师数人，课业负担繁重。但大家都能认真钻研科学教材，组内教师互相学*，互相探讨。
从对科学教材的正确把握和教学方法的应用，到学生学法的研讨，点点滴滴，一丝不苟，精益求精。时常洋溢着团结互助，群策群力的氛围。有的老师遇到上课过程中突发的教学或学生方面亟待解决的问题，组内所有老师出谋划策，一起帮助解决。教师们认真阅读《课程标准》，订阅《科学课》、《小学科技活动》等杂志，自学研讨，交流心得，成了我们更新教育教学观念、完善自身知识结构的主要通道。利用教研活动的时间，组织了切实有效的学*研讨活动。
二、加强教学常规管理，提高课堂教学效率
全镇教师严格遵守学校的各项规章制度，认真落实科学常规教学各项任务，落实重点和难点，统一进度和内容，认真备课、上课，做好课后反思工作。
本学期教研室组织送教到校活动，提高了教师的课堂教学水*，并认识到了自己的不足。*时我们注重培养学生善于倾听的能力和进行科学实验的能力，向学生提供充分的科学探究机会，使他们在探究的过程中，体验学*科学的乐趣，培养了科学探究能力。学校领导也都非常重视科学教学水*的提高，大力支持教师积极参与教研室组织的每一次科学教研活动。
充分利用教学仪器推动课堂教学本学期，上级领导为学校配备了一些科学教学仪器，缓解了我镇教学仪器缺乏的困难。我镇教师也充分挖掘和利用教学仪器的功能，推动了课堂教学。
三、辅导科学小课题研究，提高学生探究能力本学期，在学校领导大力支持下，大部分科学教师能结合课题研究的经验和教训，继续开展科学小课题研究，并且学生研究兴趣非常浓厚，能做到持之以恒。为丰富学生的课余生活，提高学生的科技创新意识，指导学生撰写科学小论文，辅导学生进行科技小制作和小发明的实践，也是我们这学期辅导学生的重点。并取得了一定的成绩。
虽然我们这学期基本上完成了学期初的预定目标，但我镇科学教师整体教学水*还有待提高，我们不会辜负上级领导和学校领导的期望，我们会团结一致，精诚合作，不断探索，不断进步。是我镇科学教学成绩再上新台阶。
今年11月份学院成立了教学督导团，本人很荣幸被推为成员之一。在这期末之际，就本学期的教学督导工作作一个全面的总结。
一、指导思想
贯彻教育部16号文件精神，坚持以"导"为主、以"督"为辅的工作方针，本着规范教学过程、稳定教学秩序、提高教学质量的基本思想开展教学督导工作。
二、主要工作与成绩
1、深入教学一线，做好听课工作。坚持每周听课是教学督导员的常规工作。自教学督导团成立以来，本人做到每周听课2次以上，听课范围尽可能覆盖到每一门课程及教师。累计听课19节次，每次听课都认真评课，并与上课教师交流，探讨教学心得，异常注意对新进教师的指导。
2、做好巡视工作。对于系部的教学秩序进行有效监控，不定时巡视各个课堂，杜绝教学事故的发生。
3、参与期中学院进行的教学检查工作。学院对期中教学检查工作十分重视，本人协助倪督导以及系部领导认真检查了部分教师的教学资料，包括教案、课件、点名册、作业批改情景等，及时发现问题并总结经验、教训，肯定了数字艺术系的教学改革成果。
4、配合教务处参与组织本系的"讲课比赛"，关注参加比赛的教师和授课情景。
5、参与组织期系部"教学反馈"工作。期中，在系部学工的协助下组织学生就教学情景填写调查问卷，及时掌握学生对教学、管理方面的反馈信息。
6、就教学管理方面的工作经常与系部领导进行探讨，并提出一些提议。提议完善具有本系特色的学*激励机制，如；建立学生留校作品库，将部分优秀的学生作品收藏在系部，并授予作者"收藏证"。这样既能够树立良好的学*榜样，也为学生就业增加更多的"资本"。
三、心得体会
1、做督导工作首先要严格要求自我，在教学上要起到带头作用，这样才能树立威信。
2、工作要注意方式方法，主要是要善于"导"。四、存在的问题
1、由于自身还比较年轻，经验不足，工作中对一些问题研究不周到，应变本事有待提高。
2、与其他督导员之间的交流不够，以后这方面还需加强。
五、工作展望
1、不断加强自身的学*，刻苦钻研业务，加强与其他系（院）督导员的交流，相互学*，取人之所长补己之短，提高工作本事。
2、工作中做到敢说敢管，履行好自我的职责。
3、进一步完善系部的教学监控机制，更全面、及时的掌握系部的教学动态。
前台是酒店服务的窗口。我的岗位是前台收银员，主要负责酒店房间、餐饮等账目的结算，在酒店运营中起着重要的作用。在这里，我想谈谈我这几年在出纳工作的经历。
首先，微笑着迎接顾客
客人进入酒店，看到我们温暖的笑脸，会觉得很友好，很有家的感觉。即使我们在结账服务中遇到一些不愉快的事情，如果我们仍然微笑着打招呼，我相信无论客人多么无理取闹，都没有理由发脾气。所谓“相逢一笑，百事必消”！
第二，“为客人着急，想想客人怎么想。”
每天前台工作人员都会接触到不同类型的客人。我们应该为不同类型的客人提供不同的服务，其服务宗旨是“把客人当成我们的上帝”。服务准则“让客人方便是服务的最高准则，客人的需求是服务的最高秩序，绝不说‘不’”。对于酒店的常客，我们提供礼貌周到的服务。首先要了解客人的*惯。比如客人一般退房的时候，我们可以提前整理账目，客人来了直接退房。这样，我们不仅可以为客人节省时间，还可以让客人感受到我们酒店的重视。相信下次客人来济南，还是会选择我们出名的。
第三，不要对客人做出不确定的承诺。
当客人的需求需要在其他部门或个人的协助下完成时，他们应该在做出决定之前咨询清楚，因为客人想要一个准确的答案。然而，这并不意味着你不想尽一切可能为客人解决问题。关键是要让客人知道他的问题不能马上独立解决，你是真的在尽力帮他。
很多客人要求前台多开发票，我们拒绝了，建议客人可以在其他营业点消费，计入房费项，既能让酒店受益，又能满足客人的需求，但为了支持客人，绝不违反原则。
第四，研究如何弥补同事和部门的失误，保证客人及时退房，让客人满意。
前台收银处是客人在离店前接触的最后一个部门，所以他们通常会在退房时向我们投诉酒店的各种服务，但这些问题并不是收银处的工作人员造成的。这时候最禁止推脱或指责造成困难的部门或个人，最不可取的是“高高挂起”，因为它不能弥补错误，反而使客人对整个酒店的管理产生怀疑，从而加深了他们的不信任。所以要心*气和的发挥中介作用，收银员要向其他个人或部门说明情况，寻求帮助。问题解决后，再去问客人的意见。这时，客人往往会被你的热情所影响，从而改变最初的不良印象，甚至在客人和我之间建立起亲密互信的关系。
五、不断学*，不断提高自己的道德修养，不断提高自己的服务技能。
“剑虽有利可图，却不能不断磨练”，“勤于学*，不知足”。只有学*才能磨砺自己的品格，提高道德修养，提高服务技能。让我们以矫健的步伐不断前进，让我们走上一片可以高飞的天空！尊贵的兄弟姐妹们，为我们的明天努力吧！

1830年11月，费列德利克·肖邦(波兰作曲家、钢琴家)决定到外国深造，为祖国争光。出发前，朋友们为他举行了一个送别晚会。肖邦满怀感激之情，接受了朋友们赠送的装满祖国泥土的银杯，表示永远不会忘记可爱的祖国。
肖邦辗转于维也纳、伦敦、巴黎等地，通过他的艺术活动，增进西欧人民对当时正在受难的波兰人民的同情和了解。可是，在辗转流离的生活中，他得了重病。
1849年秋天，肖邦临终时告诉从华沙赶来的姐姐，波兰****是不会允许把他的遗体运回华沙的，他要求至少把他的心脏带回去。
肖邦的心脏，按照他的遗愿被送到华沙，埋葬在曾哺育他成长的祖国大地中。

成功之前的林书豪，其实是个弱势的林书豪，当替补队员，坐冷板凳，拿可怜的低薪还要时时面对下岗的威胁，但千万不要以为，今日的林氏奇迹，是天上掉下个林哥哥，或者仅仅只是机遇的造化，让丑小鸭变成白天鹅。当那些与他同样的角色沉溺于迷茫、焦躁、抱怨、无所事事的时候，林书豪每天都在信心十足的训练体能，聚精会神的“阅读”比赛。7连冠的奇迹，不是上帝的赏赐，二十日日苦练，天天向上的必然结果。
1878年冬天，一个衰弱不堪、嘴唇冻得发青的乞丐在街上拦住了匆匆经过的屠格涅夫。乞丐伸出一只通红的、肿胀的、肮脏的手，向作家乞讨。作家掏遍了身上所有的口袋，但什么都没找到。他窘极了，便紧紧地握住乞丐颤抖的手：“别见怪，兄弟，我身上一无所有。”乞丐也“紧紧地握了握”作家的`手。“哪里的话，兄弟，”乞丐口齿不清地慢慢说道，“就这也该谢谢您啦。这也是周济啊，老弟。”
