1月1日又称元旦,“元”是开始,第一之意;“旦”是早晨,一天之意。“元旦”就是一年的开始,一年的第一天。从字面上看,“旦”字下面的一横代表着波涛澎湃的海面,一轮红日正从海上喷薄而出放射着灿烂辉煌的光芒,这个象形字生动地反映了旭日东升的形象。把“元旦”合在一起,就是要人们以蓬勃的朝气和奋发的斗志来迎接崭新的一年。
同学们,时光老人的脚步在悄悄挪移,我们不是都有光阴似箭、日月如梭的感觉吗?东晋诗人陶渊明曾有过这样的感叹:“盛年不重来,一日难再晨,及时当勉励,岁月不待人”。我们也不乏这种紧迫感。我们是青少年,青少年是生命中的春天,是早晨九点钟的太阳。我们是跨世纪的一代,成学业于本世纪,成事业于新纪元, 我们将成为时代洪流中搏击风浪的勇士。生逢此时,荣幸又艰巨。读书,是一切成大事者的必由之路,是一切创造的基础。认真读书是时代的要求。我们要用勤奋和汗水夯实学业大厦的地基,用拼搏向时光索取价值,用双手为鲜艳的*添彩。只有这样,才无愧于华夏子孙,才能肩负起承前启后,继往开来的历史使命。

今天是XX年12月31日，今天不是一个*凡的星期五，是XX年最后的一天，明天就是新的一年了。这是和同学们在一起过的最后一个元旦，是我们初中生涯中第一个也是最后一个联欢会。同学们一同努力走过这三年，一同为我们的四班创造着欢声笑语。虽说天下没有不散的宴*，但既然我们有幸走到一起参加这场宴*，那就让我们吃好这顿饭。这场宴*，可能有酸甜、有苦辣。马上我们就要离开这餐桌，赶赴下一场宴*，没人知道自己下一场宴*在哪，可这饭我们不得不吃。今后同学们可能品尝着不同的食品，有鲍鱼燕窝、也有白菜清汤。
人生就像是一场淘汰赛，总有人会被刷掉，学*也是如此。再过六个月，我们将迎来我们人生的第一座大山——中考。虽然俗话说车到山前必有路，可是面临这座大山，我们可能很难寻到其他捷径，有些同学怀着愚公移山的精神挖这座山挖了三年，他们可能会很轻松地就跨了过这去，也有些同学可能会选择其他的人生路线。可无论你是跨过这座山、还是选择了绕开，我们都会在人生的路上继续走下去。无论怎样，我都希望同学们能有一个理想、有一个目标，有这么一个目标，我们就有一个奔头，就有不懈努力的动力。在未来我们步入这个人心隔肚皮的社会后，一定会很怀念现在无忧无虑的中学生活、怀念和同学们在一起的欢声笑语。到那时，你要记得，你在初中时有过一个梦想，无论这个梦想是如此的高远还是非常的现实，最起码你梦想过。现在社会上很多的创业者，因为工作上遭受了挫折，就不再坚持自己曾经拥有过的梦想，而是一味地抱怨没有遇到合适机会、没有遇到自己的伯乐，这些人早已忘记自己坚持过的梦想，一直是朝钱看，随命走，他们过着枯燥的每一天、浪费着*凡的每一年。成功不会去寻找任何人，天上不会掉下大披萨，只有不懈的努力，不放弃的精神才能将我们引向成功，而对梦想的执着更使我们加快了迈向成功的步伐。今后人生的路上，大家不一定都能顺心如意地做自己喜欢的工作，可能你现在的梦想是以后坐宝马，可说不准以后你只能卖宝马，这时怎么办？如果真有这一天，你也不应气馁，你应该看到的是宝马就在你面前，努力的多少决定了你什么时候能开上这宝马，所以说，对工作的热爱是必不可少的。这就和为什么法国人能酿出甘甜的葡萄酒、而美国人能做出好吃的曲奇饼是一个道理。美国的曲奇饼之所以那么受人喜爱，只因为其倾注了点心师的感情。点心师把曲奇饼当成他们的孩子一样，对它们细心呵护，丝毫不敢马虎，所以做出来的曲奇饼是如此美味。工作也是这样，热爱你所从事的工作，你不仅会感到其中的乐趣、也会使你朝着成功迈进了一步。
讲了这么多，就是希望同学们今后无论做了怎样的选择，都能坚持着自己的理想，坚持努力不放弃，并且要热爱自己的生活、热爱自己的事业、热爱自己的家庭。在高校扩招后，大学生已不算什么了，所以有些同学不要认为不能上一所好大学就一定没有好人生，坚持梦想、热爱生活才是拥有幸福人生的关键。希望在十年后，能看到一张张朝气蓬勃的面孔、在为自己的梦想而奋斗，更希望他们，不要忘记我们的四班，不要忘记这个让我们引以为傲的地方！

新的`一年要用一个新的态度去学*，新的一年也代表着我们又长大了一岁，应该要懂事了，也应该要知道我们应该要做的事情是什么了。对于处在现在这个阶段的我们来说，学*自然是最重要的事情。是不是有很多的同学认为时间还有很多，之后再努力也来得及。但你每天都是这样的一个想法，每天都觉得还来得及，等到你发现已经没有时间的时候已经是来不及的了。所以在新的一年我希望同学们能够去改变自己对学*的态度，我们应该着眼于当下，而不是总觉得之后还有时间。
我们是有很多的知识要学的，现在的知识就应该要利用好现在的时间去学，之后的时间是有其它要做的事情的，所以我想我们应该要在新的一年去改变自己的学*态度。在新的一年开始之前给自己树立好一个目标，在这一年的学*中努力的去完成自己设定的这个目标，我相信只要自己努力的去做了是一定能够完成这一个目标的。

二、有待提高的方面
1、自我管理的意识和能力较差，东西丢三落四，积木、油画棒、图书随手乱扔，不能做到东西用完后放回原处，做事不善始善终，不注意收拾，留乱摊子，需老师多次提醒才能摆放整齐。我们对孩子也进行了这方面的教育,同时也要求家长时时提醒自己的孩子，保管好自己的物品，学会整理书包，让孩子知道，自己长大了要慢慢学会生存、生活、和劳动的能力。
2、个别孩子自控能力比较差，集体活动时注意力时间短，需要老师不断的提醒。
3、个别孩子做事不专注、拖拖拉拉、磨磨蹭蹭。对这方面我们也做出相应的教育,比如:按时完成作业或按时完成老师所给的任务的给予一定的表扬和奖励、效果还是很明显的,大部分孩子都能牢记老师的话,第一时间完成了老师所给的任务、不再拖拉、
三、教育教学活动

To me, the movie not only presents an unforgettable scene but also acts as a 6) timeless reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the cost of our ecoenvironment.
Today, we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so many new problems. On the one hand, tourism, as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century, provides people with the great opportunity to see everything there is to see and to go any place there is to go. It has become a lifestyle for some people, and has turned out to be the driving force in GDP growth. It has the magic to turn a backward town into a wonderland of prosperity. But on the other hand, many problems can occur---natural scenes aren't natural anymore. Deforestation to heat lodges is devastating Nepal. Oil spills from tourist boats are polluting Antarctica. Tribal people are forsaking their native music and dress to listen to U2 on Walkman and wear Nike and Reeboks.
All these 7) appalling(令人震惊的) facts have brought us to the realization that we can no longer stand by and do nothing, because the very thought of it has been 8) eroding(侵蚀) our resources.
Encouragingly, the explosive growth of global travel has put tourism again in the spotlight, which is why the United Nations has made 20xx the year of ecotourism, for the first time to bring to the world's attention the benefits of tourism, but also its capacity to destroy our ecoenvironment.

I found myself humming softly, not to the music, but to some- thing else, someplace else. a place remembered, a place untouched, a field of grass where no one seem to have been except the deer.
And all those unforgettable scenes strengthened the feeling that it's lime for us to do something, for our own and our coming generation. Once again, I have come to think of Mrs. Dian Fossey be- cause it's with her spirit, passion, courage and strong sense of our ecoenvironment that we are taking our next step into the world.
And no matter who we are, what we do and where we go, in our mind, there's always a scene to remember, a scene worth our effort to protect it and fight for it.

Recently, ther is a heated debate in our society. The college students are the beneficiaries of a rare privilege, who receive exceptional education at extraordinary places. But will we be able to face the challenge and support ourselves against all odds? Will we be able to better the lives of others? Will we be able to accept the responsibility of building the future of our country?
The cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, which would cringe at the slightest discomfort. But the cynics are wrong. The college students I see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. We help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money.
The cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. But again, the cynics are wrong. We care dee*** for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. Last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.
As college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. We all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. I believe in all my fellow classmates. Never Lose the Vision of Reality
Talking about dreams and future, I would say, dreams should not be too far from reality. Detaching from reality, lacking solid and practical actions, any future plan, and dream project will be nothing short of daydreaming, or, at most, well-intentioned thinking.
Here I am reminded of the year 20xx, when 191 member states of the United Nations held a World Summit Conference, which made a declaration known as the Millennium [mi'leni?m] 千年期 Development Goals. Good afternoon
Ladies and gentlemen, today my topic is never losing the vision of reality. Talking about dreams and future, I would say, dreams should not be too far away from reality. Detaching from reality, looking solid or practical actions, any dream plan or dream project will be nothing short of daydreaming, or, at most well-intentioned thinking. Here I am remained the year of 20xx, when 191 member states of the United Nations held a world summit conference, which made a declaration known as the millennium development goals. The goals of 20xx, which every member state pledged to meet, were such as, elimination of hunger and poverty, drastic reduction in child mortality rates, reversing a spread of AIDS and other deadly disease, ect. Now, six years later, almost half way to the final year of 20xx, do we see any signs of realizing these goals? Today, half the world-about three billion people, still live under two U.S dollars a day; and about 279 million children have no access to safe water, 11 million children die before they reach the year of five each year. Do we come to harness the spread of the AIDS? The answer is also “no” and indeed AIDS is spreading faster and wider than ever before. What is even worse, with the weak of the Iraqi War, the nuclear crisis in Iran and unsettled situations
in many places, the vision of us young people today are often limited but the limited vision that we do have and care about every day cannot change the conviction that this world does not seem to promise a vary bright future before us. Who is blame for this? Of course, we can blame the government: how they disappoint all seem to be: in the moment they are pledging to build a better future for us, and the other moment they are igniting wars killing more innocent people. But don’t you think we ordinary folks should also take some responsibility for, say elimination of hunger and poverty? When we are quickly rushing to schools, works, or place of entertainment, how many times do we stop just to hand over some food to the deprived on the streets? When we are reading newspapers browsing for news about what is going on in this world, how often do we stop to think about actual ways that we can do to help the people who are suffering from various disastrous situations? In fact, how much have we done to help the people who are in need just around us. Dreams are certainly beautiful and indispensable in our life, for they give us inspiration and motivation. 第二：实际工作中要抓紧抓早。
我们以前站里基本上是一个月开一次会，我想我们站应该至少要开三次会，做到有什么事早让大家知道，明确自己和个人将要做什么，怎样才能把工作做好。
第三：抓好重点、难点。
对管辖区经常有违法乱纪的地点和人物、物种做好详细记录，做到心里有数，重点防范和打击违法人员。我们管护员不懂得林业法律法规我们怎样去执法，所以加强学*是我们管护员同志一个重点，我们站将制定一些基本的常用的林业行政执法知识、月考试制度，每个月检验我们管护员的执法水*是否有所提高。使我们的管护员个个能独立办案。
第四：发挥站里每个人的优势的特长
准备在科研和写作这两块做点力所能及的事，好比去年我个人就对兰花的观察和记录做了大量地工作，同时也发现了一个新品种，等到来年开花后，准备通过业务科报给上级林业部门审批和认定。
总之，我们目标是继续发扬我们××站的优良作风和传统。争当一流的管护站。当然人无完人，金无足赤，如果我还不够竞选该职位的资格，有幸竞选××站的副站长，也是一个很锻炼人的岗位，我也同样做好本职工作，发挥主观能动性，协助站长把站里的工作做好，争当优秀管护站和管护员。

二是始终保持认真负责的工作态度
“上不愧党，下不负民”这句话时时敲打着我，使我在工作上不敢有丝毫懈怠。6月我下派到南水头坑源村担任驻村干部，当时正值第二次“三查”，由于该村的“三查”到位率一直低位徘徊，我看在眼里，急在心里，随后召集村两委进行分片包干，与他们一道下村入户，了解育龄妇女的情况，并建立详细台账，将家庭住址、工作单位、手机号码等信息输入电脑，并适时进行更新。通过努力，该村第二次“三查”到位率达到了93。5%，基本扭转了以往在低位上徘徊的局面。
三是始终保持善于做思想工作的老传统
我在部队当班长时，就经常给战士做思想工作，充分发挥思想工作的政治优势，化解战士的思想疙瘩。去年10月份，坑源村有13间民房因104国道拓宽拆建而不断信访，此事一直牵动我镇各级领导的心，面对信访户的无理要求，我顶着巨大的压力，先后22次进村入户做他们的思想工作，给他们讲清党和**的政策、给他们分析信访的利弊，思想上与他们沟通，感情上与他们融合，经过我的不懈努力，信访户最终表示要积极配合**解决问题，并主动罢访息访。
这次的竞争上岗，对我来说是一次机遇，更是一次挑战，之所以要参与，一是觉得自己有较好的自身素质；二是我想在这个领域的更大舞台上施展自己的才华。我希望自己有所作为，也希望在自己的人生道路上留下浓重的一笔，更希望在这个重要的岗位上体现自己的人生价值。假如我有幸竞岗上任镇经济服务中心副主任，我将从以下三个方面来做好工作：
1、加强学*，更新知识，不断提高知识素养。这是履行好副主任职责的首要任务。因此，一方面我将不断地加强理论知识学*，尽快掌握有关经济建设的各种知识，为今后开展工作打好基础。同时，我还将虚心地向领导学*、向同事学*，向工作学*，积累经验，不断丰富和充实自我。
2、心系企业，主动靠前，积极为企业排忧解难。经济建设服务中心工作的出发点和落脚点就是为企业服务。因此，要对镇域内的企业进行全面走访调查，了解企业发展动态，帮助企业解决土地、资金、人才等生产要素制约的现状，重点抓好骨干企业的培育和小企业的“成活率”。实实在在地为企业服务，真真切切地为企业着想，让经济建设服务中心成为企业的“管家婆”和“贴心人”。、扎实工作，埋头苦干，全力完成领导交办的各项任务。经济建设服务中心是镇委、镇**掌握经济形势，促进经济发展的操盘手，需要务实的工作作风、顽强的拼搏精神、强烈的责任意识。我将严格要求自己，摆正位置，率先垂范，不断激发工作的积极性、主动性和创造性。对领导交办的各项任务，我都毫无怨言、统筹兼顾、有条不紊地去完成。假如我是经济服务中心副主任，我还将高度重视团队建设，营造暖心留人、催人奋进的工作氛围，形成学*上能者为师，工作上你追我赶，生活上互相关心的生动场景。

竞争优势:

3.传达贯彻上级领导的指示和指示，并及时检查落实，做到上情下达，下情汇报。根据日常生产经营需要，发布相关调度文件，发布相关信息。
