1)早读课容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同学比较多，导致早上精神状态不好。
2)部分学生的学*方式仍然停留在初中甚至小学阶段，从不自觉主动地去学*(从他们对作业的认识和处理方式上就可以看出来)
3)部分学生抄袭作业，少数学生作业拖拉甚至不交作业

二、其次，想跟大家交流四个问题
1.首先和大家交流一个问题：孩子上了高中以后，总有一部分家长很纳闷：我家的孩子在小学能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，为什么到了高中，成绩不令人满意，甚至有些失望呢?
这个问题的答案首先与各个学*阶段的特点有关：小学阶段以赏识教育为主，要在很小的时候培养学生的自信心，试卷内容大多与课本有关，因此考试分数自然会很高。初中则是以普及教育为主，考试会照顾到大部分学生，因此分数也较高。但是，高中教育，特别是在以高考为最终目标的大背景下，就是以选拔为目的'了，所以，考试难度与深度会有很大的提升，得分率自然就会下降，孩子们的考试分数自然会低一些。所以拿初中甚至小学的分数来衡量孩子们高中的学*，是不科学的。
其次，与学生自身的学*方式和学**惯有关：高中阶段学*科目多而且难，要求学生必须学会自主学*(自觉主动地去学*)，即变“要我学”为“我要学”，再也不能像初中甚至小学那样靠老师和家长盯着学，那样成绩自然会下降。
2.第二个问题，为什么同一个班级的孩子三年后成绩差别那么大?成绩进步大的一定是那些学**惯和个性好的孩子。孩子为什么会这样，其实因素很多，这不仅仅与学*基础有关，最主要的是与孩子的心态、学*方式及学**惯密切相关。学生的学*方式及*惯是极其重要的，直接影响和决定学生的成绩。不要到高三时才感慨，现在我们不是不想学，而是在高一、高二时没有养成良好的学**惯，没能改变自己的学*方式以适应高中的学*，现在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，现在必须努力学*。
在此，我希望家长们要时时关注孩子的学**惯和个性，也就是情商问题。大量的实例证明了一个人的成功主要取决于情商，其次才是智商，两者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英语学科举足轻重，就必须爱英语，以十足的干劲学好英语。
3.第二个问题，请家长们正确看待孩子在班级的考试名次，当孩子名次退步时，原因是多方面的，首先帮助他树立信心，然后一起帮助分析原因，而不要盲目地批评甚至打骂孩子。“望子成龙，望女成凤”是我们共同的心愿，但在高一更应注重孩子学**惯的培养、学*方式的转变，让孩子快乐的成长进步，严格遵循教育教学规律。
4.有些孩子还没有适应高中的学*，还不知道高中阶段怎么学，希望家长们高度关注。高中学*科目多而难，时间紧，主要靠学生自主和自觉地学*，老师主要是引导和辅导、检查和督促，而不像初中那样盯着你学*。说明学生在学*目的、学*兴趣上还需培养。
订正的*惯，督促学生建立错题集，当堂发现的问题，当堂订正，不拖拉，不滞留，将问题解决在发现之处，从而保证知识点的连接，为建立学科知识体系做保障。这些*惯，会让学生真正的乐学、好学，在成功中追求快乐，在快乐中追求成功!
三、我想对在座的各位家长提出几点温馨提示。

(1)帮助孩子确定适当目标
和孩子一起确定一个他能够达到的目标——家长适度的期望值。
孩子是家长的希望，教育好孩子是老师的希望。父母对孩子期望值的高低直接影响孩子将来所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好处。
期望值过高：孩子拼命按家长的意愿生活、学*，也许父母感到满足，但孩子生活得较为压抑，甚至影响心理健康。尽力后仍达不到家长的要求，双方均失望，可能导致孩子自暴自弃;
期望值过低或没有：家长对尚不自觉的孩子期望值过低或没有，孩子会缺少外在精神支持，认为不重视、无所谓。
适度的期望值：在原有基础上适当拔高，不操之过急，不高不攀，否则可能大家都失望。
(2)帮助孩子增强自信心
(3)关注孩子成绩的变化(即名次的升降)而不是绝对名次
(4)沟通---多倾听孩子的诉说
(5)多和老师尤其是班主任联系，及时了解情况，积极配合班主任和老师做好孩子的思想工作
只有有效的家校联动(沟通与合作)，才能教育好学生。
(6)注重学生学**惯和学*能力的培养，使学生养成良好的学**惯

but father made this all different!he works very hard on his own business, now we have our own 2 housese,surly,i have my own room.and he take our family so much happiness, richer and richer.
when i was little, i did everything with my dad. you could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him. every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character.

订正的*惯，督促学生建立错题集，当堂发现的问题，当堂订正，不拖拉，不滞留，将问题解决在发现之处，从而保证知识点的连接，为建立学科知识体系做保障。这些*惯，会让学生真正的乐学、好学，在成功中追求快乐，在快乐中追求成功!
三、我想对在座的各位家长提出几点温馨提示。

I really think that this lie that we've been sold about disability is the greatest injustice. It makes life hard for us. And that quote, "The only disability in life is a bad attitude," the reason that that's bullshit is because it's just not true, because of the social model of disability. Smiling at a television screen isn't going to make closed captions appear for people who are deaf. No amount of standing in the middle of a bookshop and radiating a positive attitude is going to turn all those books into braille. It's just not going to happen.

Hans Andersen, a life-long fisherman, had a dream. He wanted to sail around the world. And he did it. He got several sponsors who subsidized his trip. He bought a beautiful 40-foot yacht, with all the latest technical and safety gear, and had a pleasant voyage. Well, except for almost sinking while going around the tips of South America and Africa.
The voyage went so smoothly that, looking back on it, he felt it was too easy. He needed a new challenge. He decided to build his own boat. But that was nothing new. Several people had built their own boats and sailed them around the world. No, he needed a unique boat. Watching TV commercials one day, he got it—ice cream sticks! He would be the first man to sail around the world in a boat built exclusively of ice cream sticks.
He put out the word. Within three years, school children from all over Holland had sent Hans 15 million ice cream sticks. He used these sticks to build a 45-foot replica of a Viking ship. After all the sticks were glued together, Hans took his new boat out to sea on a one-week voyage. “It’s magnificent, and totally sea-worthy,” he proclaimed.

它是一只普通的苍蝇，在垃圾堆里化蛹成蝇。
垃圾堆是城市代谢废料的集合体，然而对于苍蝇来说，这里却是天堂。
这里有着丰富的食物，它们每天不费吹灰之力便可填饱肚子，剩余的时间便是彼此追来逐去，嬉戏玩耍。
那是一个再普通不过的日子，一辆垃圾车像往常一样，将满满一车垃圾倒在地上。
苍蝇们争先恐后地围拢过去，想从中发现更新鲜的美味。
它夹杂在大伙中间，然而在落到垃圾堆上的刹那，某样东西突然令它眼睛一亮。
那是一幅旧画，画上，一只蜜蜂在花丛中飞来飞去。
那美丽的肤色、纤细的腰肢和轻盈的舞姿，都让这只苍蝇羡慕不已。
还有蜜蜂的工作环境，总是那么花香四溢，馥郁芬芳。
它再瞅瞅自己，生活的这片天地总是乱糟糟、臭烘烘的。
更让它恼火的是，几乎所有的生灵都对蜜蜂大加赞赏，而对苍蝇却鄙夷不屑甚至怒骂唾弃。
这只苍蝇不服，它觉得命运太不公*了。
于是，它找到造物主，要求他把自己变成一只蜜蜂。
造物主见这只苍蝇如此勇敢，对它的行为大加赞赏，然后真的把它变成了一只蜜蜂。
看着自己一夜之间变成另外一个样子，它大喜过望，哼着歌儿，轻快地飞进了花丛。
“大家好!”它快乐地和其他的蜜蜂打着招呼。
“你好，欢迎你加入我们的队伍。”蜜蜂友善地冲它摆了摆触须，却并没有停下飞舞的脚步。
此时它才发现，原来这些蜜蜂在花丛中飞舞并不是玩耍，而是在采集花粉。
接下来的日子，它像一只真正的蜜蜂那样，每天早出晚归，采集一囊花粉，送回蜂房，放下，然后再飞出来，马不停蹄地飞向另一朵花。
工作单调乏味不说，每天累个半死，却只能得到一点点食物。
一天两天，它还觉得新鲜，可到了第三天，它就受不了了。
趁大家都在忙碌地工作，它悄悄地溜开，飞回到了垃圾堆里。
它以为一切还可以重新再来，不料，落在垃圾堆上它才发现，那里早已不再适合它：那些曾经在它是只苍蝇时的遍地食物，根本无法与它身上这套蜜蜂的消化系统相兼容。
最终，它饿死在了垃圾堆上。
当它的灵魂重新来到造物主身边时，造物主问它：下一世，想做蜜蜂还是苍蝇?
“苍蝇!”它毫不犹豫地回答。

踏着金色的阳光，我们迈进了xx的大门，荣幸地成为了xx的初一新生，能在这样一所环境美丽、设施齐全、文化气息浓厚的学校开始新的初中生活，我们倍感自豪。我是初x班的xx。今天，我有幸代表所有初一新生在此发言，内心激动的更是不能自已。

题海长啸
古有岳飞破金军，今日我入题海云。
废寝忘食拼搏苦，题名金榜千古流。
大家好，今天我演讲的题目是《坚定信念，超越自我》。
海伦・凯勒有这样一句非常形象而生动的话：“当一个人感觉到有高飞的冲动时，他将再也不会满足于在地上爬。”正是有了远大的理想，正是有一种信念，她接受了生命的挑战，创造了生命的奇迹。
她，盲聋哑集于一身的弱女子竟然毕业于哈佛大学，并用生命的全部力量奔走呼告，建起了一家家慈善机构，为残疾人造福，被评选为20世纪美国十大英雄偶像。理想和信念像熊熊燃烧的`烈火使她才走出黑暗，走出死寂，理想和信念像巨大的羽翼，帮助她飞上云天。
从某种意义上说，人不是活在物质世界里，而是活在精神世界里，活在理想与信念之中。对于人的生命而言，要存活，只要一碗饭，一杯水就可以了;但是要想活得精彩，就要有精神，就要有远大的理想和坚定的信念。
理想信念使贫困的人变成富翁，使黑暗中的人看见光明，使绝境中的人看到希望，使梦想变成现实。
下面我给大家讲一个故事：
浩瀚的沙漠中，一支探险队在艰难地跋涉。头顶骄阳似火，烤得探险队员们口干舌燥，挥汗如雨。最糟糕的是，他们没有水了。水就是他们赖以生存的信念，信念破灭了，一个个像塌了架，丢了魂，不约而同地将目光投向队长。这可怎么办?
队长从腰间取出一个水壶，两手举起来，用力晃了晃，惊喜地喊道：“哦，我这里还有一壶水!但穿越沙漠前，谁也不能喝。”
沉甸甸的水壶从队员们的手中依次传递，原来那种濒临绝望的脸上又显露出坚定的神色，一定要走出沙漠的信念支撑他们踉跄着，一步一步地向前挪动。看着那水壶，他们抿抿干裂的嘴唇，陡然增添了力量。
终于，他们死里逃生，走出茫茫无垠的沙漠，大家喜极而泣之时，久久凝视着那个给了他们信念支撑的水壶。
队长小心翼翼地拧开水壶盖，缓缓流出的却是一缕缕沙子。他诚挚地说：“只要心里有坚定的信念，干枯的沙子有时也可以变成清冽的泉水。”
黑人领袖马钉路德金有句名言：“这个世界上，没有人能够使你倒下。如果你自己的信念还站立着的话。”是的，即使在最困难的时候，也不要熄灭心中信念的火把。
同学们，不管你现在的成绩怎么样，不管你现在的基础怎么样，只要坚定信念，超越自我，你就有了努力的方向，你就有了奋斗的目标，你就有了生活的动力，你就有了成功的希望!
谁要是游戏人生，他就一事无成;谁不能主宰自己，永远是一个奴隶。

你们好!
一条路无论是死路或是活路，你从那个方向走进去就必须有个出口，可是你的脚步要懂得转弯、你的心态要愿意告诉自我得转弯了;不是看到前方已经有墙壁、有阻碍，你还一向不愿意放弃这条路，到达目的地的路不会剩下这一条，可是当你在一条死胡同上，眼睛不该也不许仅有看见死胡同的尽头;请记得转转头看看四周，眼睛动一动，其实四周到处还有风景跟彩虹。
被阻碍、被墙壁挡住，可是别忘记你的脚步能够转弯、能够前进跟后退，别让前方的困境、险恶将自我的脚步绑死在原地，前进目标的路线不会也不可能仅有一条，但你的眼睛不要独独只看见放在前方的困境;找寻新的方向、路线，或许新的期望就会又再次出现，不要认为自我没别的路可走，这是自我给自我的泥沼，要懂后退跟重新寻找。
我们可能被环境困住、被路线绑住，这些都不要紧，因为人必须或多或少都会遇上如此的困境，可是你有选择的地步，你能控制自我的脚步，要继续陷下去吗?还是立刻抽回脚步，找寻新的路线跟方向，或许会比原本的路线要慢，可是不一样的路线总会有不一样的美丽还有际遇，你都还没看见其他的风景，怎如何断言自我的路线才最完美呢?
别因为自我的主观而让自我的脚步被困在一条死路上，毕竟有时候我们自我的选择并非最好、最正确的，甚至也因自我的选择而常常碰上阻碍跟高墙，只是你要愿意看见自我的错，错的选择、错的方向;错误并非是多么可耻或见不得光的事情，只是我们的本性：不愿意认错!常常会将我们绑死在自我的死路里。
你要愿意看见前方的阻碍跟高墙，才有停下脚步跟转弯的机会，不要明明前方就死路，自我还不愿意看见，一向往里面钻，毕竟前方的路是死是活自我最清楚，也仅有自我的心态才能让自我后退重新找出路或转弯找寻下个出口，千万不要变成自我把自我钉死的死胡同上，那样你也将失去转弯的资格。
没有望断天涯路的迷惘，没有为伊消得人憔悴的辛苦付出，怎么会有蓦然回首，那人却在灯火阑珊处的顿悟?成长需要挫折!

当一只只美丽的蝴蝶迎风飞翔，那婀娜多姿的身影，那翩翩起舞的风姿，那展翅翱翔的精神，是什么给了他动力，是什么让他在成长中如此坚强。我在树叶的罅隙中苦苦寻找答案，最终却发现并非是同类赞赏和他们的天资，是那冲破茧时的痛苦，是那巨大的挫折给了他振翅翱翔的力量，让他无比坚强。
原来，成长中的坚强，需要经历挫折!
圆月之下，李白独饮独酌，发挥想象，笔尖一动泻下了”举杯邀明月，对影成三人“的千古绝句。我徜徉在诗海中冥思遐想，李白虽未在朝廷中施展抱负，但他并没有失败。因为一次次挫折，没有让他倒下，反而让他更有信心，让他坚信”长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海“。”将登太行雪满山，欲渡黄河冰塞川“未让他消沉，为让他颓废，而他更有信心，更有勇气去实现自己的梦想，这难道不是成功么?
原来，成长中的信心，需要经历挫折!
渐渐的，成长中的坚强和挫折演变成了成功，而挫折也变成了一种经历，一段回忆，一次警示，此时我们也许更离不开挫折，所以成长需要挫折!

各位老师，各位同学，大家好!我是x年级x班的xxx。我今天竞选的职务是学生会的副部长。
能够成为那一个班中，仅有的两个人的其中一员，入选加入学生会，我深感荣幸。而对于一个刚刚上任没几天的学生会委员来说，能有这么一个竞选副**的机会，更加难得。所以，我今天就站在了这里，希望与各位同仁一起竞选这副**的职务。
我之所以来竞选，除了刚才所说的机会难得之外，首先是因为在刚上学那会儿，当我看见那些学长们一个个都带着红袖标，既帅气又威风，于是我励志进入学生会。如今好梦成真，在我加入了大家的工作以后，我才发现，原来我梦寐以求的工作，除了威风、帅气以外，还是非常神圣的。这是一个帮助同学们养成良好的生活*惯的工作，它可以监督同学们，也可以带给同学们既丰富又有意义的.学*生活，给本来单一的学校生活增添几分光彩。因此我更加喜欢它了，因为我想带给大家快乐、多彩的生活。
如果我荣幸登选，我会更加努力的把我的热情投入到我的工作和学*中去，做到按时到岗，并认真地去履行我应有的责任，认真完成检察工作，并且做到公正，决不包庇任何人。并且努力做好同学的表率，起到模范带头作用。除此之外，我还会努力帮助部长以及其他各位同仁，帮助他们更好地完成工作，并帮助他们把工作干到最好。
对于我对现在学生会的，我的建议就是：
一、 我想应该加强一个班内的同学的*等，使每个同学都感到老师同学给予自己的关怀，发掘每个同学的各方面潜力，而不是单纯的用考试的成绩来决定大家对同学的态度，并尝试一下在班里开一下这方面的主题队会。我想这样也许就能让同学们更上一层楼了吧。
二、 我想也可以加强各年级之间的合作。毕竟高年级都是“过来人”，比较知道各方面重点、难点，组织学*经验交流。这样既可以提高低年级的成绩，也能加深高年级对知识的印象。
不管我今天是否入选，我都不会放弃，我会继续努力，努力争取下次机会。
如果今天我没有站在这，我就会给我的人生留下了遗憾。因此我要谢谢大家，谢谢大家坐在这里认真听我我的演讲，我很高兴。

青春是美好的，没有使命感的青春便是贫血的青春。青年是祖国的未来，是民族的希望。在任何一个时代，青年都是社会上最富有朝气最富有创造性，最富有生命力的群体。我们要怎样才能实践自己肩负的历史使命，怎么样才能使自己的青春光彩照人呢
放眼看吧，在我们社会主义现代化建设的征途中，涌现出许多新时代青年的楷模。从伟大的***战士雷锋到以服务祖国需要为乐的王杰，从自学成才的张海迪到科技创新的秦**……他们在*凡的岗位上，用五四精神诠释了青春的使命！演绎了一幕幕惊天动地的话剧！谱写了一曲曲壮丽雄浑的青春赞歌！

回首这一学期的教学工作，感触颇多。
一、认识教材，了解学生。
面对新教材，有时会感到束手无策，但我深知这是一个挑战，也是一个机遇。这套是外研社出版的新标准英语，理念新颖，针对的是有一定英语基础的学生。它起点较高，单词呈现较多，而且难度接递不明显，提倡交际，提倡"用到即学"。这对于这里的学生的实际情况而言，教学难度都比较大。因为这里的学生大部分没接触过英语，有的是在暑假刚接触了一点。
二、因材施教，掌握难度。
教学就是教与学，两者相辅相成，不可分割。教学必须以学生为主体，教师为主导。初到此校，把学生估计太高，而且认为他们的智力超常，接受能力强，记忆力也很好，所以，一开始上课的时候，总是不敢重复内容，怕他们嫌烦，后来经过测试发现，学生对知识掌握的不是太牢固，知识面也限在课本上，这特别不利于考试，也不利于其学*，甚至导致课堂活跃，课后糊涂，做题一知半解。看似精通，实则一巧不通。为使学生能真正上课听懂，课后会用，我便改变了教学方式。针对不同学生的性格特点，我在备课时开始注重不同的教法。课后也采取了不同的策略。对于尖子生，我给他们渗透一些语言文化，吸引他们在课的注意力，并提高他们对语言的兴趣；对于没有基础，接爱能力不是很理想的学生，我用传统的主试教授，让他们多读，多跟；对于上课不是很积极的学生，我通过各种各样的小组活动，让他们讨论合作，鼓励他们积极发言，以好带差。总之一句话，为了提高学生的学*兴趣及成绩，我一直坚持备课时既备教法也备学生的做法，效果不错。
三、调动气氛，鼓励参与。
在课堂教学开展过程中，我感觉大部分学生不愿意起来发言：一是教材有难度，怕说错；二是来自农村的学生胆子小。针对这样的情况，我采用表扬和鼓励及各种调动其开口说话的方式。
四、精神饱满，积极参与。
老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛，这样，授课就事半功倍。绝对不能把不愉快带到课堂上去，使正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水*，以致影响教学效果。记得有一次，因为家里的一些事情，引起我心情极不愉快，当时我是含泪走出办公室，面带笑容走进几步之隔的教室。尽管我极力掩饰，也没逃过学生的几十双慧眼，那节课同学们死气沉沉，一双双眼睛盯着我，我想尽了办法，也没能调动起课堂气氛。突然，有一位男同学站起来问："老师，你怎么了 "我说："是你们不积极发言，老师生气了。"同学们齐声说："从现在开始，我们都听您的。"就这样，后半节课还算可以，不管怎么说，一半的时间没有利用好，这实际上就是因情绪不好而浪费了同学们的时间，同时，老师积极参与学生的活动，也能加强同学之间以及师生之间的凝聚力。
五、加强巩固，分批对待。
因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学*中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学*风气。每次教授了新单词以后，我都及时抽时间给他们听写，并认真批改。有时候，课文里出现的精彩实用的句子，我也要求学生背下来，本来是一个小组一个小组长，这样的模式一段时间下来，感觉效果不是特别理想，尤其是对差生的牵制不够，于是我把3个同学分成一个小组，让成绩相对比较好的同学担任小组长，这样想偷懒就比较难了。对于听写背书不理想的学生，我一般会在课后把他们留下来重新听写。或者是根据实际掌握情况，重新教授单词。直到合格为止。
而对不同基础的学生，我给他们的底线也不一样。一开始我都是统一要求所有的学生，后来我感觉这样不符合实际。有些学生对语言的感知能力本身比较差，越是统一要求，他就开始抵制，其实到最后什么也没有学到。因此，我就把学生分开，一般的，大部分同学的要求是统一的，而小部分接受能力比较差的同学，我就用相对低一点的标准给他们，这样做以后，逐渐提高标准，学生学到的明显多了。
在课堂教学之余，我还积极参加教研活动，进行了教，互研组的听课，备课和说课，通过这样的活动，有效的提高了自己对教材的理解和对教学方法的技巧。
在这一个学期的工作中，感觉自己还是很慌而又忙乱，尚存在很多的缺点：对教材的把握不够，上课的逻辑性不够强，课堂的衔接还不够自然流畅等等。很多优秀的老师的优点都没有完全学到，听课的次数还可以，但跟其他老师的交流还太少，希望在下个学期能多向其他老师前辈学*，不断提高教学水*。
很多人都认为七年级英语应该很简单，课程浅显，学生好管理，所以老师当然要轻松一些。其实不然。七年级正是打基础的阶段，培养学生良好的听、说、读、写的能力对以后初中英语学*很重要。因此，教师自己肩上的任务重大，教学上也不能有一丝的懈怠。现将我对七年级英语教学的一些认识总结如下：
一、关于音标
不同的英语老师对音标的出现时机看法不同。我想只要适合班级学生特点和自己教学风格的，都是可行的。尽管如此，我个人认为在七年级下学期再逐步渗透音标教学，可能更为合理。因为经过七年级上学期的英语学*之后，每个学生各自都会自觉不自觉的形成一套适合自己的英语学*方法与方式，随后我们增加音标的教学，以促进他们进一步自学英语的效果，可以说是水到渠成，一气呵成了。
二、关于单词教学
很多时候我们不得不承认，学生的英语考试成绩是和学生的单词量完全成正比的。新目标英语这套教材的单词量大是众所周知的。为了让学生从识记单词拼写这个繁重的负担中解脱出来，我想我们应该在第一时间向全班学生讲述正确的识记单词拼写的方法，同时帮助其摒弃他们在小学阶段可能业已形成的死记硬背的方法。在教学过程中，我坚决要求学生依据单词发音来识记单词的拼写。所以在单词教学方面，我一般遵循三步走的顺序。
1、跟读。让学生先学会读单词，做到看到单词，读音能够脱口而出。
2、记住汉语意思。可以由老师报中文解释，学生读出英文单词；在课堂句型操练中，进一步巩固单词的读音和中文意思的联合掌握和运用。
3、最后才要求学生开始识记单词的拼写。事实上，此时由于学生对很多单词的过目率非常的高，他们可能已经在不知不觉中掌握了本单元里为数不少的新单词的拼写了。
三、关于朗读
英语作为一门语言，让学生在基础学*阶段养成大声朗读，敢于开口是非常必要的。在日常教学中，我最害怕不开口的学生。我认为只要他（她）开口读、说英语了，那么他（她）这一生学*英语都将不会存在任何的障碍了。所以在开学最初的几个星期阶段，我特别提醒我的学生们，一定要开口出声且大声的朗读英语。针对个别性格内向、羞于开口的学生，则要将其列为重点关注对象，致力于先张口，再出声，最后大声朗读。一天之计在于晨，这句名言对于英语学*来说，更是如此。早自*上，我想尽办法让学生们去读，以不同的形式，朗读不同的内容，充分挖掘学生们读的潜能，让学生们都能开口说英语。
四、关于课堂活动模式
英语课堂上的同桌对话模式，我想应该一直被提倡。因此，在七在教学过程编排上，也尽量多的编排对话操练，以争取让学生有尽量多的机会展示，尤其是每个单元的SectionA（包括SectionB的前半部分）句型，更是有必要以两人或四人一组等模式充分操练。而此时，教材后面的听力材料则完全可以作为早自修朗读内容，其中个别超纲单词，不妨也加以解释，以作为扩展学生单词量的一个辅助手段。
五、关于课件制作
如今利用网络资源共享，我们可以获得丰富的教案设计、课件素材、课本录音、教材图片甚至完整的flash或video等教学资料。即使如此，我认为依然不应该全部照搬挪用，而应该利用所获得的教学资源进行二次整理与加工，使之更适合自己的教学风格与班级学生学*特点。同时，针对自己的课堂模式及教学程序，我们还可以专门为自己制作一个课件模板，这将为我们日常烦琐的课件制作带来很大的便利。
六、关于后进生控制与转化
众所周知，英语学*的两极分化现象，是令我们英语老师最头痛的。我们甚至可以发现，即使在小学毕业生中，就已经存在一定程度上的两极分化了。为此，在七年级开学阶段，根据初步的观察、调查与测试，尽快掌握班级中英语学*后进生的情况，并且在教学过程中给予更多的关注与关心，持续地给予他们精神上的鼓励，积极帮助他们重树学好英语的信心，在课堂设计上更多的倾向后进生。
综上所述，七年级阶段只要我们英语老师用心去教，只要我们学生用心去学，相信我们就能圆满的完成初中三年的英语教学工作，为学生之后的更高层次的英语学*奠定扎实的基础。
初中是学生养成良好的英语学**惯和学*兴趣的重要阶段。因此,我们有必要从初一开始就帮助学生养成良好的学**惯,培养学*兴趣。
一、关于英文书写*惯。
英文的书写规范是初学阶段必须要抓好的教学环节。尽管现在的学生在小学里至少已学过四年英语，但因为在小学里英语学生不重视，家长不重视，教师所教授的班级多，指导学生力不从心。因此从新生入学在英语四线三格上落笔写英文字母开始时,教师就应要求每一位学生都必须书写规范。同时,对书写端正的学生给予鼓励。
二、关于英语朗读*惯。
教师要让学生在基础学*阶段就养成大声朗读的*惯。在日常教学中,教师最害怕那些不开口的学生。因此,在开学最初的几周,要特别提醒学生一定要开口大声地朗读英语。对于个别性格内向、羞于开口的学生,要将其列为重点关注对象,设法引导他们先开口,再出声,最后大声朗读。
三、关于课堂发言*惯。
学生进入初中阶段，由于个性差异和小学基础的不同，有的学生在课堂上属于旁观派，从不主动举手发言，如果被点名，也会怯懦，说不出话来。对于这样的学生，一定要及时加以鼓励，即使是丁点的优点，也要加以表扬，毕竟谁不愿意喜欢听好听的呢？
七年级正是打基础的阶段，培养学生良好的听、说、读、写的能力。
一、课堂设趣，寓教于乐。
“兴趣是最好的老师”。只有不断地激发学生的兴趣，调动其积极性，才能持之以恒地学好英语。
教师在教学中要善于运用丰富多采的教学方法和手段，让学生做到听、说、读、写并举，眼、耳、口、鼻、脑并用。单词教学中，可以采用实物、彩图、卡片、简笔画等教学手段来加强教学的取见性，激发学生兴趣，或者在课前进行词汇、听写接力赛；句型教学中常用的方法有表演法、竞赛法和游戏法。七年级学生表现欲强，可以让学生利用每课前五分钟的表演来巩固已学句子，如购物、就医等。>同桌表演对话，会什么，说什么。巩固单词和词组时，采用“竞赛法”，以小组为单位，拼写单词或翻译词组，评出“the best team”，培养他们的合作精神，激发学*的热情。
英语学*切不可盲目，一定要制定一个切实可行、周密有效的计划。同时老师要给学生明确各阶段的学*目标，并制定相应的措施来保证目标的实施，要加大督促检查的力度，并在此基础上进行总结。在教学过程中，应注意思想教育与知识教学互相渗透，寓思想>素质教育于知识教育之中，如：向学生讲述中国经济的迅猛发展急需大量的外语人才、北京奥运会的举办更需要更多的人会讲英语等，让学生认识到学英语的重要性，鼓励学生树立远大的理想，努力学好英语。

外语毕竟不是我们的母语，如果不注重培养学生热情，往往会使学生觉得寸步难行，从而使学生产生畏难情绪。教师应充分利用英语教材内容浅显易懂，贴*生活，富有情趣的特点，创设课堂学*情境，激发学生学*热情。在热烈兴奋、轻松自由的课堂氛围中，在自由地教与学的活动中培养学生的创新能力。通过改变教师“满堂灌”、学生被动接受的单一的教学信息传递方式，有讲有练，精讲精练；有动有静，动静结合；有起伏、有节奏，使课堂上充满生机、挑战与激情。促成情感互动、师生互动的局面，激发他们的情感欲望，学*求知欲，点燃他们心灵火花，让英语成为他们人生成长的维生素，新的英语教学应让学生学*英语的过程中体验到学*的乐趣，成功感。
创设各种情景，鼓励学生大胆地使用英语，对他们在学*过程中的失误和错误采取宽容的态度。为学生提供自主学*和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能力。创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学*中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学*的活动，促进学生互相学*，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。
三、教师要富有机智。
教学机智在当今课改新课堂中扮演的角色越来越重要。教师要自如地驾驭课堂。课堂偶**况的发生，无疑是对教师的一种严峻挑战。把握得好，也可有利于正常教学，即经过教师及时、巧妙、灵活的处理，能够对教学起到烘托、补充、增效的作用。课堂总是以理服人，以志激人、以情动人的。
四、指导学生学*方法的创新。
加强对学生学*策略的指导，让他们在学*和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学*。
1、积极创造条件，让学生参与制定阶段性学*目标，并掌握实现目标的方法。
2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学*。
3、引导学生在学*过程中，进行自我评价，并根据需要调整自己的学*目标和学*策略。
4、找出不足，查缺补漏。
查缺补漏主要体现在语音、词汇、日常交际用语上。语音和词汇的补漏工作应穿插在学*单词的时候进行。在学新词的过程中及时归纳所学过的单词；在复*时要善于触类旁通，形成语音类、单词串，力争使没有掌握的语音、词汇逐一巩固。日常交际用语的补漏要融汇于“四会”的语言运用中。指导学生要努力使基础知识转化为技能，要不断提高英语的日常交际能力，力争做到听得懂、说得准、读得畅、写得神。
五、丰富课外活动，注重课外延伸。
要学好英语光靠每周几节英语课是不够的，所以教师可以利用空余时间开展课外教学活动，鼓励学生大胆地用英语交流，根据不同班级、不同层次进行组织，加强课外辅导和个别辅导。如，充分利用早读课的时间检测学生的知识掌握情况，听、说、读、写训练皆可。再如，培养“小助手”，把班级分为八个小组，每组一名组长，要求他们主动帮助基础差的学生，不要嘲笑他们的错误，耐心地教他们读和说，以此带动班上落后学生。成绩进步者及时奖励，在班级内营造良好的学*气氛。
在抓好课堂质量的同时，作业的布置和批改亦不容忽视。作业的选择很重要，我们要注重练*的典型性，我多以考试中常出现的基础及易错题为主，一天几题，积少成多，及时巩固，做到精讲精练。作业的批改中，我不忘给学生评价，及时赞赏进步较大的学生，激发和保护他们的信心，对于退步的同学不忘写上几句鼓励或提醒的话。
新课程改革必须要与实践相结合，必须以知识技能的整合及人文精神的培育为基点，以人的和谐发展为目标，关注学生富有个性的学*，保证教学的新颖性、生动性、灵活性，是每个人得到充分的发展。
一、重视学期初的英语教育
在学期初，学生对初中英语课程、教师都充满了好奇与期待，因此，广大英语教师要充分做好课堂准备，仔细研究教学的方式和方法，让学生能够对英语学*产生期待，并及时根据课堂反馈调整教学进度，为学生留下生动、活泼的学科印象。
二、鼓励学生用英语进行交流
初中阶段的学生，在学*英语方面具有独特的年龄优势，特别是敏感的辨音能力、极强的模仿能力、发达的发音能力等，使很多学生能够奠定坚实的语言基础。在英语课上，教给学生一些日常的英语口语，鼓励他们用英语进行交流，可以增强学生的自豪感和自信心，从而激发学生学*英语的兴趣。
三、丰富课堂教学形式
与小学阶段相比，初中生在注意力、自控力上面都有了较大的进步，但是鉴于年龄特点，英语课堂仍然要运用多种教学方式，丰富课堂内容，使课堂教学做到多样化，如，可以创设丰富的故事情境、问题情境、生活情境，有效利用多媒体的教学方式，利用视频、图片丰富教学内容，吸引学生的注意力。
四、鼓励式的教学方式
作为一门外语，很多学生在学*的过程中难免出现差错，这时广大教师要用耐心进行指导，帮助学生树立学*英语的自信心，而过多的责备不仅会打消学生的学*信心，还会挫伤学生的学*热情。对于学生的进步，英语教师要特别提出表扬和鼓励，善于发现学生身上的闪光点，运用鼓励式的教学方式逐渐培养学生学*英语的能力和兴趣，并积极引导学生进行自主、愉快的学*。
五、建立*等的师生关系
在英语教学活动中，英语教师和学生是双边*等的关系，而在传统的教学理念中，往往忽视学生作为学*主体的地位，一味强调以老师为主的教学关系，这样会使学生与老师之间产生隔阂，无法及时进行沟通。*等的师生关系对培养学生的学*兴趣具有重要的影响，特别是初一的学生在经历学校、老师、学*环境、学*方式的转换之后，对新事物具有敏感、快速的接纳能力，广大英语教师要善于抓住时机，深入到学生的学*关系中去，在课堂上做老师，在课下做朋友，与学生建立一种民主、*等、融洽的师生关系，主动关心、爱护每一个学生，缩短师生之间的关系并消除隔阂，使学生从喜欢英语老师变成喜欢英语这门课程，从而激发他们学*英语的热情。
六、发展学生的个性与特点
一千个读者就有一千个哈姆雷特。每个学生都有自身独特的个性特点与性格差异，以往一刀切的填鸭式教学已经无法满足当今学生的具体需求，因此，广大教师要做到因材施教，根据不同学生的个性特点调整教学方式。例如，对于内向型的学生要鼓励学生表达自己的观点，在课堂上多给予他们回答问题的机会，而对于外向型的学生要充分发挥他们善于“说”的特点，以“说”带“写”，激发并保持他们学*英语的热情和兴趣。因此，摸清每一名学生的性格特点对于英语教学活动的开展具有促进意义。
总之，兴趣是学生进行自主学*的根本动力，初一的学生随着课业压力的增加，往往会迫于应试的压力而忽略对英语学*兴趣的培养，这样不仅违背了素质教育的初衷，还使英语教学活动无法取得应有的教学效果。因此，在初一的英语课堂教学活动中激发学生的学*兴趣就显得尤为重要。
