这个问题的答案首先与各个学*阶段的特点有关：小学阶段以赏识教育为主，要在很小的时候培养学生的自信心，试卷内容大多与课本有关，因此考试分数自然会很高。初中则是以普及教育为主，考试会照顾到大部分学生，因此分数也较高。但是，高中教育，特别是在以高考为最终目标的大背景下，就是以选拔为目的了，所以，考试难度与深度会有很大的提升，得分率自然就会下降，孩子们的考试分数自然会低一些。所以拿初中甚至小学的分数来衡量孩子们高中的学*，是不科学的。
其次，与学生自身的学*方式和学**惯有关：高中阶段学*科目多而且难，要求学生必须学会自主学*(自觉主动地去学*)，即变“要我学”为“我要学”，再也不能像初中甚至小学那样靠老师和家长盯着学，那样成绩自然会下降。

1)早读课容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同学比较多，导致早上精神状态不好。
2)部分学生的学*方式仍然停留在初中甚至小学阶段，从不自觉主动地去学*(从他们对作业的认识和处理方式上就可以看出来)
3)部分学生抄袭作业，少数学生作业拖拉甚至不交作业

二、其次，想跟大家交流四个问题
1.首先和大家交流一个问题：孩子上了高中以后，总有一部分家长很纳闷：我家的孩子在小学能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，为什么到了高中，成绩不令人满意，甚至有些失望呢?
这个问题的答案首先与各个学*阶段的特点有关：小学阶段以赏识教育为主，要在很小的时候培养学生的自信心，试卷内容大多与课本有关，因此考试分数自然会很高。初中则是以普及教育为主，考试会照顾到大部分学生，因此分数也较高。但是，高中教育，特别是在以高考为最终目标的大背景下，就是以选拔为目的了，所以，考试难度与深度会有很大的提升，得分率自然就会下降，孩子们的考试分数自然会低一些。所以拿初中甚至小学的分数来衡量孩子们高中的学*，是不科学的。
其次，与学生自身的学*方式和学**惯有关：高中阶段学*科目多而且难，要求学生必须学会自主学*(自觉主动地去学*)，即变“要我学”为“我要学”，再也不能像初中甚至小学那样靠老师和家长盯着学，那样成绩自然会下降。
2.第二个问题，为什么同一个班级的孩子三年后成绩差别那么大?成绩进步大的一定是那些学**惯和个性好的孩子。孩子为什么会这样，其实因素很多，这不仅仅与学*基础有关，最主要的是与孩子的心态、学*方式及学**惯密切相关。学生的学*方式及*惯是极其重要的，直接影响和决定学生的成绩。不要到高三时才感慨，现在我们不是不想学，而是在高一、高二时没有养成良好的学**惯，没能改变自己的学*方式以适应高中的学*，现在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，现在必须努力学*。
在此，我希望家长们要时时关注孩子的学**惯和个性，也就是情商问题。大量的实例证明了一个人的成功主要取决于情商，其次才是智商，两者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英语学科举足轻重，就必须爱英语，以十足的干劲学好英语。
3.第二个问题，请家长们正确看待孩子在班级的考试名次，当孩子名次退步时，原因是多方面的，首先帮助他树立信心，然后一起帮助分析原因，而不要盲目地批评甚至打骂孩子。“望子成龙，望女成凤”是我们共同的心愿，但在高一更应注重孩子学**惯的培养、学*方式的转变，让孩子快乐的成长进步，严格遵循教育教学规律。
4.有些孩子还没有适应高中的学*，还不知道高中阶段怎么学，希望家长们高度关注。高中学*科目多而难，时间紧，主要靠学生自主和自觉地学*，老师主要是引导和辅导、检查和督促，而不像初中那样盯着你学*。说明学生在学*目的、学*兴趣上还需培养。
订正的*惯，督促学生建立错题集，当堂发现的问题，当堂订正，不拖拉，不滞留，将问题解决在发现之处，从而保证知识点的连接，为建立学科知识体系做保障。这些*惯，会让学生真正的乐学、好学，在成功中追求快乐，在快乐中追求成功!
三、我想对在座的各位家长提出几点温馨提示。

(1)帮助孩子确定适当目标
和孩子一起确定一个他能够达到的目标——家长适度的期望值。
孩子是家长的希望，教育好孩子是老师的希望。父母对孩子期望值的高低直接影响孩子将来所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好处。
期望值过高：孩子拼命按家长的意愿生活、学*，也许父母感到满足，但孩子生活得较为压抑，甚至影响心理健康。尽力后仍达不到家长的要求，双方均失望，可能导致孩子自暴自弃;
期望值过低或没有：家长对尚不自觉的孩子期望值过低或没有，孩子会缺少外在精神支持，认为不重视、无所谓。
适度的期望值：在原有基础上适当拔高，不操之过急，不高不攀，否则可能大家都失望。
(2)帮助孩子增强自信心
(3)关注孩子成绩的变化(即名次的升降)而不是绝对名次
(4)沟通---多倾听孩子的诉说
(5)多和老师尤其是班主任联系，及时了解情况，积极配合班主任和老师做好孩子的思想工作
只有有效的家校联动(沟通与合作)，才能教育好学生。

我确信：英语要学好和智商无关，学不好英语的人都是懒惰的人。所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补*英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。
2.作业一定要按时独立完成，不要成为学*上的“寄生虫”。作业是老师检查了解学生知识掌握情况的一个有效途径，要求同学们能如实客观地对待作业。知之为知之，不知为不知，宁愿独立完成的空几题的作业，也比完全不经过自己大脑思考抄袭来的作业质量高得多。许多同学自觉性差，*时空空两手回家，早上早早赶来抄，每天我都布置了一定的英语作业，因此请各位家长能关注一下你的子女有没有将作业带回家来做，并督促子女认真复*。

Honourable judges, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, good morning. Humanism, by which I mean the will to give people love and care, is the most joyful and meaningful part of being human. From the old days to technologically advanced world, humanism is always telling ordinary but moving stories.
Let me tell you what touched my heart this winter break, one morning when I visited my grandmother in the hospital. Walking down the cold, tiled corridor, I noticed an old man, with his granddaughter �C maybe 10 years old �C sitting by his side. I was lured there by her voice �C light and playful �C and after I'd seen them together, I could barely take my eyes away. Delicately draped over this old man's beeping cardiograph was a silk sheet with an ancient, cheerful Chinese poem beautifully written on it �C and now, this little girl's entrancing voice lovingly brought these words to life. I stood there transfixed; no longer did I see the family members swimming in nervousness; no longer did I feel the hospital's tense cloud of anxiety; no longer did I hear mortality's soft whispers in the corridors; instead, I saw a startling marriage of juxtaposing images and emotions. I was beholding, I realized, a bewilderingly simple yet overwhelmingly powerful metaphor �C one that shows that no matter how cold an environment technology can conjure, humanity is always there. In the forefront or the fringes, it is always there.
For here it was, illustrated vividly before me �C the coldness of technology embodied in the hospital walls, while the soulful words of the little girl danced around them in defiance.
This experience opened my eyes in many ways �C ever since, I have been acutely aware of, and wonderfully conscious of, the warm heart of humanity surrounding us, whether we choose to recognise it or not. As one psychological theory states, "We see what we want to see". After my experience that day at the hospital, I have chosen to recognize, day by day, the warmth of humanism everywhere I can.
I refuse to accept the negative, narrow-minded, caustic opinions that technology is eroding our souls. I say to them, let the machines continue their monotonous cacophony, for just one smiling face is infinitely more valuable than a thousand churners of binary code; let technological progress develop and develop until it poetically devours itself, because one heartfelt "hello" to a fellow traveller can speak libraries of warmth; let the powermongers and oil barons puff their last cigars, because the love and care, and warmth of humanism will always shine like beacon, reaching out to each and every heart on this small planet.
Although I'll probably never see that little girl or her grandfather again, I'll never forget seeing them there in the hospital that day �C and if I did, I'd thank them for showing me how vivid yet subtle, how firm yet fragile, and how invisible yet omnipresent the human spirit is in our world today. 1.首先和大家交流一个问题：孩子上了高中以后，总有一部分家长很纳闷：我家的孩子在小学能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，为什么到了高中，成绩不令人满意，甚至有些失望呢?
这个问题的答案首先与各个学*阶段的特点有关：小学阶段以赏识教育为主，要在很小的时候培养学生的自信心，试卷内容大多与课本有关，因此考试分数自然会很高。初中则是以普及教育为主，考试会照顾到大部分学生，因此分数也较高。但是，高中教育，特别是在以高考为最终目标的大背景下，就是以选拔为目的了，所以，考试难度与深度会有很大的提升，得分率自然就会下降，孩子们的考试分数自然会低一些。所以拿初中甚至小学的分数来衡量孩子们高中的学*，是不科学的。
其次，与学生自身的学*方式和学**惯有关：高中阶段学*科目多而且难，要求学生必须学会自主学*(自觉主动地去学*)，即变“要我学”为“我要学”，再也不能像初中甚至小学那样靠老师和家长盯着学，那样成绩自然会下降。
2.第二个问题，为什么同一个班级的孩子三年后成绩差别那么大?成绩进步大的一定是那些学**惯和个性好的孩子。孩子为什么会这样，其实因素很多，这不仅仅与学*基础有关，最主要的是与孩子的心态、学*方式及学**惯密切相关。学生的学*方式及*惯是极其重要的，直接影响和决定学生的成绩。不要到高三时才感慨，现在我们不是不想学，而是在高一、高二时没有养成良好的学**惯，没能改变自己的学*方式以适应高中的学*，现在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，现在必须努力学*。
在此，我希望家长们要时时关注孩子的学**惯和个性，也就是情商问题。大量的`实例证明了一个人的成功主要取决于情商，其次才是智商，两者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英语学科举足轻重，就必须爱英语，以十足的干劲学好英语。
3.第二个问题，请家长们正确看待孩子在班级的考试名次，当孩子名次退步时，原因是多方面的，首先帮助他树立信心，然后一起帮助分析原因，而不要盲目地批评甚至打骂孩子。“望子成龙，望女成凤”是我们共同的心愿，但在高一更应注重孩子学**惯的培养、学*方式的转变，让孩子快乐的成长进步，严格遵循教育教学规律。
4.有些孩子还没有适应高中的学*，还不知道高中阶段怎么学，希望家长们高度关注。高中学*科目多而难，时间紧，主要靠学生自主和自觉地学*，老师主要是引导和辅导、检查和督促，而不像初中那样盯着你学*。说明学生在学*目的、学*兴趣上还需培养。
订正的*惯，督促学生建立错题集，当堂发现的问题，当堂订正，不拖拉，不滞留，将问题解决在发现之处，从而保证知识点的连接，为建立学科知识体系做保障。这些*惯，会让学生真正的乐学、好学，在成功中追求快乐，在快乐中追求成功!
三、我想对在座的各位家长提出几点温馨提示。

(1)帮助孩子确定适当目标
和孩子一起确定一个他能够达到的目标——家长适度的期望值。
孩子是家长的希望，教育好孩子是老师的希望。父母对孩子期望值的高低直接影响孩子将来所取得成就的大小。期望值一定要有，而且要恰到好处。
期望值过高：孩子拼命按家长的意愿生活、学*，也许父母感到满足，但孩子生活得较为压抑，甚至影响心理健康。尽力后仍达不到家长的要求，双方均失望，可能导致孩子自暴自弃;
期望值过低或没有：家长对尚不自觉的孩子期望值过低或没有，孩子会缺少外在精神支持，认为不重视、无所谓。
适度的期望值：在原有基础上适当拔高，不操之过急，不高不攀，否则可能大家都失望。
(2)帮助孩子增强自信心
(3)关注孩子成绩的变化(即名次的升降)而不是绝对名次
(4)沟通---多倾听孩子的诉说
(5)多和老师尤其是班主任联系，及时了解情况，积极配合班主任和老师做好孩子的思想工作
只有有效的家校联动(沟通与合作)，才能教育好学生。

I'm learning not that I am luckier than them, though. I am learning that it's a genius idea to use a pair of barbecue tongs to pick up things that you dropped. We are learning from each others' strength and endurance, not against our bodies and our diagnoses, but against a world that exceptionalizes and objectifies us. I really think that this lie that we've been sold about disability is the greatest injustice. It makes life hard for us. And that quote, "The only disability in life is a bad attitude," the reason that that's bullshit is because it's just not true, because of the social model of disability. No amount of smiling at a flight of stairs has ever made it turn into a ramp. Never.
Smiling at a television screen isn't going to make closed captions appear for people who are deaf. No amount of standing in the middle of a bookshop and radiating a positive attitude is going to turn all those books into braille. It's just not going to happen.

1)早读课容易瞌睡，每天晚上加夜班的同学比较多，导致早上精神状态不好。

3)部分学生抄袭作业，少数学生作业拖拉甚至不交作业

二、其次，想跟大家交流四个问题
1.首先和大家交流一个问题：孩子上了高中以后，总有一部分家长很纳闷：我家的孩子在小学能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，为什么到了高中，成绩不令人满意，甚至有些失望呢?
这个问题的答案首先与各个学*阶段的特点有关：小学阶段以赏识教育为主，要在很小的时候培养学生的自信心，试卷内容大多与课本有关，因此考试分数自然会很高。初中则是以普及教育为主，考试会照顾到大部分学生，因此分数也较高。但是，高中教育，特别是在以高考为最终目标的大背景下，就是以选拔为目的了，所以，考试难度与深度会有很大的提升，得分率自然就会下降，孩子们的考试分数自然会低一些。所以拿初中甚至小学的分数来衡量孩子们高中的学*，是不科学的。
其次，与学生自身的学*方式和学**惯有关：高中阶段学*科目多而且难，要求学生必须学会自主学*(自觉主动地去学*)，即变“要我学”为“我要学”，再也不能像初中甚至小学那样靠老师和家长盯着学，那样成绩自然会下降。
2.第二个问题，为什么同一个班级的孩子三年后成绩差别那么大?成绩进步大的一定是那些学**惯和个性好的孩子。孩子为什么会这样，其实因素很多，这不仅仅与学*基础有关，最主要的是与孩子的心态、学*方式及学**惯密切相关。学生的学*方式及*惯是极其重要的，直接影响和决定学生的成绩。不要到高三时才感慨，现在我们不是不想学，而是在高一、高二时没有养成良好的学**惯，没能改变自己的学*方式以适应高中的学*，现在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，现在必须努力学*。
在此，我希望家长们要时时关注孩子的学**惯和个性，也就是情商问题。大量的实例证明了一个人的成功主要取决于情商，其次才是智商，两者的比例大概是7:3。既然知道英语学科举足轻重，就必须爱英语，以十足的干劲学好英语。
3.第二个问题，请家长们正确看待孩子在班级的考试名次，当孩子名次退步时，原因是多方面的，首先帮助他树立信心，然后一起帮助分析原因，而不要盲目地批评甚至打骂孩子。“望子成龙，望女成凤”是我们共同的心愿，但在高一更应注重孩子学**惯的培养、学*方式的转变，让孩子快乐的成长进步，严格遵循教育教学规律。

1.首先和大家交流一个问题：孩子上了高中以后，总有一部分家长很纳闷：我家的孩子在小学能考到八九十分，初中也能考到七八十分，为什么到了高中，成绩不令人满意，甚至有些失望呢?
这个问题的答案首先与各个学*阶段的特点有关：小学阶段以赏识教育为主，要在很小的时候培养学生的自信心，试卷内容大多与课本有关，因此考试分数自然会很高。初中则是以普及教育为主，考试会照顾到大部分学生，因此分数也较高。但是，高中教育，特别是在以高考为最终目标的大背景下，就是以选拔为目的了，所以，考试难度与深度会有很大的提升，得分率自然就会下降，孩子们的考试分数自然会低一些。所以拿初中甚至小学的分数来衡量孩子们高中的学*，是不科学的。
其次，与学生自身的学*方式和学**惯有关：高中阶段学*科目多而且难，要求学生必须学会自主学*(自觉主动地去学*)，即变“要我学”为“我要学”，再也不能像初中甚至小学那样靠老师和家长盯着学，那样成绩自然会下降。
2.第二个问题，为什么同一个班级的孩子三年后成绩差别那么大?成绩进步大的一定是那些学**惯和个性好的孩子。孩子为什么会这样，其实因素很多，这不仅仅与学*基础有关，最主要的是与孩子的心态、学*方式及学**惯密切相关。学生的学*方式及*惯是极其重要的，直接影响和决定学生的成绩。不要到高三时才感慨，现在我们不是不想学，而是在高一、高二时没有养成良好的学**惯，没能改变自己的学*方式以适应高中的学*，现在只能是心有余而力不足。因此，现在必须努力学*。

4.有些孩子还没有适应高中的学*，还不知道高中阶段怎么学，希望家长们高度关注。高中学*科目多而难，时间紧，主要靠学生自主和自觉地学*，老师主要是引导和辅导、检查和督促，而不像初中那样盯着你学*。说明学生在学*目的、学*兴趣上还需培养。
订正的*惯，督促学生建立错题集，当堂发现的问题，当堂订正，不拖拉，不滞留，将问题解决在发现之处，从而保证知识点的'连接，为建立学科知识体系做保障。这些*惯，会让学生真正的乐学、好学，在成功中追求快乐，在快乐中追求成功!
三、我想对在座的各位家长提出几点温馨提示。

大家上午好!
我是本学期担任126班英语教学的杨老师，很多家长也许是第一次见到我，大家彼此间可能比较陌生。希望今后有更多的机会与您携手交流。今天在家长会上能与家长们就学生的学*与发展开展研讨，我觉得机会非常宝贵!
我们学生学*英语的机会应该说非常有限的和非常之少的，一方面孩子们有许多功课要学，另一方面许多学生英语课堂效率低下。下面我就以下5点谈谈学*英语要注意的方面。
1.英语课堂学*应该注重课堂学*效果，45分钟非常宝贵且有限，我们力争要在这短短的时间内掌握所有的英语知识。英语当天学*的内容应该当天消化，如果不能及时消化就会积食，造成听课越听越不懂，形成恶性循环!英语学*重在*时，每天做好预*与复*工作。想要靠临时突击，临时抱佛脚的做法不可取也不可行。
我确信：英语要学好和智商无关，学不好英语的人都是懒惰的人。所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补*英语。学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫。
2.作业一定要按时独立完成，不要成为学*上的`“寄生虫”。作业是老师检查了解学生知识掌握情况的一个有效途径，要求同学们能如实客观地对待作业。知之为知之，不知为不知，宁愿独立完成的空几题的作业，也比完全不经过自己大脑思考抄袭来的作业质量高得多。许多同学自觉性差，*时空空两手回家，早上早早赶来抄，每天我都布置了一定的英语作业，因此请各位家长能关注一下你的子女有没有将作业带回家来做，并督促子女认真复*。
3.学**惯是第一生产力。许多同学英语学*好，并不是他(她)比别人聪明，而是学**惯比较好。良好的学**惯可以大大提高你的学*效果，我们班的刘里杰，姜艳芳，李辉龙，李柯欧等同学，她们学*态度端正，上课认真，书写工整，正因为如此，无论什么考试都能取得很好的成绩，这与她*时良好的学**惯是分不开的!而有些同学你看似认真，却是身在心不在，学*重在表象，完全不扎实，综合素质却没有真正提高。课外也不下功夫，一堂课几个单词，一两个重点句型下节课过来提问一问三不知，又何谈课外扩展与素质提升?这样的现象很普遍，说到底，还是好的*惯没有养成，不够勤奋。另外还有几个同学，他们的潜力很大，但因为还不够认真刻苦，所以没有发挥出自己最好的水*，希望家长能够配合老师，把孩子的成绩抓上去。我坚信：如果您的孩子在您的支持和我的指导下能够及时完成老师布置的任务，那么一定能学好。要教导您的孩子一开始就要有吃苦耐劳的精神。坚持严谨的学*作风，成绩马上就会见效。
1).勤于思考、敢于攻关的*惯。
2)、养成不懂就问的好*惯。
3)、养成复*旧课和预*新课的*惯。
4)、养成做完作业细心检查的*惯。
4.英语学*贵在坚持!就好像跑步运动，英语学*之初大家都从同一个起跑线出发，但随着难度加深与词汇量加大，一些同学慢慢对英语失去新鲜感续而厌烦最后掉队。希望我们家长对子女多一份关爱，督促子女奋发图强，初一大有提高的余地!英语偏科是历史原因造成的，但并不是不可根治的，想要证明自己真正有实力那就从偏科的英语入手，重点突破!
5.树立正确的英语学*观与知识观!许多学生和家长认为英语学*了没有多大用处，我又不会出国，学两句皮毛可以炫耀就好了，何必学精通?且不说英语作为一种工具，它对于我们升学、工作、求职有重大意义，同时我认为学*英语的过程也是一个吸收别人长处，观念更新的过程!知识是无价的，知识可以改变命运。
我们今天所有的努力都是为了让我们的学生，你的孩子在学*有更大提高，做一个全面发展的人才!让我们相信明天会更好!谢谢!

这一模块分为两个单元，第一单元主要教学生怎样谈论一个地方，例如一个景点，一个城市等等。学会用数字表达长度和人口数量等。

学情分析：
学生对本模块较熟悉，经过本节课，让学生通过卡片、图片的提示来进行口笔头操练

教学过程：
一、游戏热身
随音乐传递物品，音乐停该同学用there be句型说句子
二、导入
让学生先观察图片，猜猜都是*的什么地
三、课文教学
1、播放录音，让学生给所听到的录音图片排序。
2、接着让学生跟读
3、试着让学生用自己的语言描述图片上的内容。
4、现在可以变换练*方式。请学生两人一组.向对方介绍六张明信片中自己最喜欢的`一张。如果有必要，可以再放一遍录音，请学生逐句跟读，并试着抓住每张明信片最主要的特征.然后再向同伴讲述。鼓励学生根据图片进行更多描述，或是把自己对该事物的了解添加到描述中去。
5、重音的学*：请学生听SB unit 2活动3的录音，之后让学生试着跟读一遍。要求他们注意重读的地方。请学生把书翻到SB unit 2活动3，仔细看书上的句子以及每句话中用黑体标出的地方，比较一下自己刚才跟读时重读的位置与书上的标注是否一致。老师再放录音，学生边听边看书，认真体会。
四、应用
现在学生衣服上的图案很丰富。教师可让一个学生站在黑板前，让其他学生用“There胡屯镇联合校集备活页
五、学*歌曲
完成SB unit 2活动4，请学生欣赏并学*一首歌曲。放录音前，请学生们先试着通过文字和图片猜测歌曲的内容。
播放录音，请学生积极模仿录音中的语音语调。如果他们感到学*歌词有困难，老师可以先把领读带中歌曲前慢速朗读的歌词放一遍给学生听
六、课后作业
挑选一张风景的明信片，用英文进行简单的描写和介绍
教学内容：
本课以故事型教学为基础，在踢足球这种课余活动的话题中学*对他人能力的提问。能听懂并询问单复数物品。
教学目标：
1、在踢足球这个课余活动的话题中，掌握单词soccer ball, soccer shoes的'准确读音，及框架句型Can you…？Yes, I can、 No, I can’t的用法。
2、通过图片提示和动作辅助，学生能听懂并理解故事内容；通过师生互动，小组合作，能用正确使用的主体句式向他人询问能否做某事；通过听音模仿和情景表演等形式，能够准确表达课文中主体句式的情感。
3、能过学*踢足球这一语境，提高*的意识。
教学重点：
1、词汇：soccer ball，soccer shoes，play soccer.

本节课的不足之处，由于本节课的内容较简单，所以在各个任务环节的难度梯度不是很明显。这样没有为能力较强的同学提供战线的机会，而且本单元涉及的单词较多，学生不能完全的熟练掌握。所以在以后的教学中还应不断的探索，寻求更大的突破。
