两年前，我从xx英语教育院校毕业，踌躇满志地从大学校门里走出来，满怀信心地踏进了这满是孩子们的天堂。在我开始接任四年级二班的英语教程那一刻，我的心情忐忑不安，不知能否把课上好，当我真正走上工作岗位，走上四二班教室的讲台时，面对一个个鲜活可爱的面孔，面对一双双求知的眼睛，我总是一次次默默的告诉自己，要努力，要加油，要成为深受学生欢迎的好老师。

时光匆匆，转眼间我已走过了四年的从教生涯。虽然在大家看来这段时间有些短暂。但细数往昔岁月的点点滴滴，我还是要长叹：生活原来给了我们那么多感动。为了这真情付出后得到的感动，我一直在追求着。刚刚参加工作时，信心百倍。记得第一次以教师的身份走进课堂，感觉一切都是那样美好。然而，醉酒方知酒味浓，为师才知为师难。一段时间之后，我先前良好的自我感觉早就一扫而空，面对一群求知欲渴的孩子们，我才真正意识到教师职业是何等的艰辛和琐碎，三尺讲台站上去容易，要站好可真难啊！
每个人都希望自己的人生风和日丽，莺歌燕舞。但月有阴晴圆缺，人有旦夕祸福，挫折和失败总是不断地踩痛我们的心。我们是把失意的怨气撒在孩子身上，还是收起此时内心的苦楚用微笑面对纯真可爱的孩子？我想没有人愿意选择前者，因为你的心中有爱！鲁迅先生有句话“教育是植根与爱的”。是的，爱是教育的源泉，教师有了爱，才会用伯乐的眼光去发现孩子们的闪光点，才会对自己的教育对象充满了信心和爱心，才会有追求卓越的精神和创新的精神。

Ibelieve everyone has experienced a lot . We have done good things and also bad things. When we do the bad things, we should not feel sad. We should learn from failure ,learn from every mistake and learn how to be a good loser. That’s what I'll be talking about today. That's our lesson to learn. Let me tell you why.
First, losing is a part of life. It is unavoidable. It is something we all must face. Everybody loses sometimes. Every great person knows this truth. So don't be ashamed of losing. Losing doesn't mean you're a loser.
Second, don’t escape from it, just accept it. Losing is beneficial and can be helpful to you. We just view it as a learning experience. Losing is a chance to learn. You can learn how to try again and improve.
Third, practice makes perfect. Create challenges for yourself. Never be afraid of failure. Lose as much as you can. Losing only makes you better. That is a great secret of success.
In conclusion, remember these. You will be a good loser. It might be painful at first. But it will get easier as you go along. You'll be respected and admired. You'll feel so achievement to learn so much. You are not the real failure ,you will be a winner in future.

If a person inherits his father's millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. The term "success", to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. But as I understand it, the true meaning of success entails a combination of both the process and the satisfactory result of an endeavor. To clarify my view, let me give another ***ogy.

I could have stayed away and had an easy time of it by not entering the university level contest.But I chose to accept the challenge and to face the difficulties. Now here I am. If I come out first, it will be a great success for me. If I come out last-I hope this will not be the case-but if I come out last, I will not call my attempt a failure, but will also celebrate it as a true success, because part of my goal is my own character training-to do more assertive, to be brave in face of difficulties. “咬定青山不放松，立根原在破岩中。千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东西南北风。”如果把岩石看成竹子成长的障碍，那么也可以说就是这个挫折成就了竹子坚定顽强的精神，成就了竹子冲破岩石，战胜挫折的美丽。
人生中，挫折无处不在，有的人面对挫折选择了退缩，那只能使痛苦变得更大;有的人却直面挫折，化痛苦为收获。的确，挫折成就众多文人雅士啊!如果不是因为科举落榜，怎会有张继“月落乌啼霜满天，江枫渔火对愁眠”的千古绝唱?如果不是因为官场失利而退隐山林，怎会出现陶渊明“衣沾不足惜，但使原无违”淳朴自然的田园诗?如果不是因为那怀才不遇的孤独，怎会有柳宗元“孤舟蓑笠翁，独钓寒江雪”的脱俗悠远之举?如果不是因为多次参加科举而不顺利，又怎会使吴承恩对封建科举制理解加深，又怎会出现这部光怪陆离的著名神话小说呢!挫折没有毁灭他们，反而使他们在*文学史上熠熠生辉，名垂千古。他们的永恒，是他们与挫折相随，不放弃，不沉沦的选择和努力。

亲爱的新东方人，20xx年伊始，我代表新东方祝福大家，祝大家在新的一年里心情愉快，万事如意，全家安康幸福！
新的一年开始了，新年总要有新的起点、新的想法、新的计划和新的生活。一年365天，我们数着日子一天天过去，到每年年底，我们总是会有一些收获，也会有一些遗憾；我们总是希望下一年会过得更好。日子有两种过法，可以随随便便过一天算一天，也可以把每一天都筹划好，前一种日子过得像一堆散乱的砖头，后一种日子就像把砖头砌成了房子。我们当然愿意要房子，但要房子需要两个条件：第一是把要什么样的房子先想好，第二是知道每一块砖应该放在什么地方。希望新东方人在新的一年里，都为自己留下一座时间砌成的房子，里面充满了20xx年美好的回忆。
一个好的身体是做成事情的重要条件，身体好意味着可以承载更大的压力，工作效率更高，心情也会更加愉快！在新的一年里，大家要多多安排体育活动，实在不行要多走路，多爬楼梯，在工作的时候要多站起来伸伸懒腰、动动脖子。在新的一年里，我会要求各新东方机构多多安排户外活动，让大家多见一些阳光，多看一些蓝天，多一些海阔天高的心情，也多一些团队精神和大家庭的温暖。
还有，一个人的归宿不是工作，你真正安心的地方是你的家，真正关心你的人是你的家人，他们同时也需要你的关心；在新的一年里，别忘了多多问候你的父母，当然如果你已经结婚，千万别忘了问候你的`公公婆婆或岳父岳母；另外，你很累，你的另一半也很累，所以你们之间需要的不是纠正和指责，任何一个人心底最需要的都是温柔的眼神和理解的拥抱，然后大家一起手牵手度过生活。如果你已经有了孩子，一定要把尽可能多的时间留给孩子，孩子不需要玩具，孩子最需要的是你和你的时间。不要把时间都交给工作，工作可以慢慢做，但生活失去了就不会再回来了。
最后，大家确实需要努力工作，才能使生活更好。工作中最重要的是成长，有成长就会有成就，就会有更好的收入保障，就会有更好的生活。在这点上，我需要比大家更加努力，更加不懈怠。因为大家能否在新东方有一份安定的工作，重要的关键是我及新东方管理层能否做出正确的决策，能否领导大家向着正确的方向前进，能否把新东方越做越好。过去的新东方有了一定的成就，未来的新东方，我们希望为大家提供更好的*台和更大的发展空间。让我们祝愿新东方越来越好，因为这意味着在新东方的每一个人会越来越好。我会全力以赴，和大家一起努力！

同学们好，看到这样子的一个舞台，我就很紧张，因为做导演，永远是在那个摄影机背后的人，在镜头前面你就会紧张，好像突然你的角色不对了，有点语无伦次，请大家原谅。
在我小学四年级的时候，不再有机会上学了。我14岁那年，就自己拎了一个包，当兵去了，这完全是一件不能想象的事情。从14岁到23岁这个年龄段里面，我都是在部队，在锻炼，好像在准备着有一天重新再去上学的这一天。这一天是1978年来到的，而那一年我已经23岁了，那一年不考大学的话，按照规定，就不能再上大学了，所以我就下了一个决心，不管我学什么，我一定要上这个大学。我一开始没有想到去考电影学院，我觉得我可能是去学医比较现实，但是突然有一天，我们一个同事给我拿了一个《人民日报》的报纸，上面有一个广告上写的：北京电影学院招生，有一条它的规定打动我了，它说艺术院线考试是在高考之前，当时给我一感觉是，我可能可以获得两次机会，如果要是艺术院校考不上，我还可以再接着考医学院。这个小小的原因吧，我就先去考了电影学院。
大家当时都在开着一个玩笑，说长得好看的肯定去考表演系，会拍照片的去考摄影系，会画画的人考美术系，拉点小提琴或者弹钢琴的人可以考录音系，前面那几个系我肯定考不了，就问说：“导演系需要什么才能?”他们说只要两片嘴就能考导演系，我就去了。
我们毕业的时候，当时我们班28个人打成了一片，都在争取自己最好的机会，那时候就想怎么能进单位，怎么能进电影制片厂。当时进电影制片厂特别特别的难。北影厂只有两个指标，可能第一是田壮壮，第二就可能是陈凯歌，我觉得再排十个人也轮不着我。当时我觉得，我要是能分在北京电影制片厂，我觉得我的理想可能就建筑到一半了。通过了两个月的努力，毕业的时候，我真正拿到了北京电影制片厂的报道证，这个报道证我到现在还留在我自己家里面。我觉得那是我走上社会的第一步，非常非常珍贵的第一步。
人生的路可能十年是一步，可能在你的有生之年，分成五十年吧，最有效的五十年，实际上我们走五步就把这一生走完了。所以你想想这一生，其实每十年就是你的一个进程。这十年的进程怎么规划它，是非常重要的一件事情。所以我就给自己走出校园的这十年做了一个规划，当时想，我要用三年的时间跟拍四部戏，这四部戏我就当副导演，那么这四部戏的副导演做完了之后，我觉得我还要完成的一件事情，就是第一部作品，我自己的孩子。因为不管怎么样，我是一个女性，我怎么处理好我的感情生活，我的家庭，还有我做女人的责任，做导演之前是要做出一个选择。所以我自己定了一个计划，就是前三年一定，全部的精力放在我自己的孩子身上，然后等到她上幼儿园以后，我再出来拍戏。
讲这个过程呢，实际上其实告诉每一个我们毕业、走向社会的时候，你的事业和你的生活是要同时考虑的，而在考虑的过程中间，你要有一个规划，你可能会任性，你可能会觉得我不闯一下，我可能就不甘心，你可能会觉得我必须要试一下，我才能够觉得我能不能干。其实我觉得这是一个最好的时机，但是你要把这个时机放在前十年，你有三次犯错误的机会。犯一次错误，可能你要付出两到三年，你要重新再来整理和规划，再重新往前走，三次机会就是九年的时间，在这个九年的时间，你可以尽情的去闯、去创业、去跟社会碰撞。
其实你碰撞的所有这些东西，实际上是你在认识你自己。这十年可能是最浪漫的十年，这十年是因为你自己要去认识你自己，你要跟你自己谈一次恋爱，然后知道什么是你最爱的东西，什么是你这一生中，你觉得丢掉它，你活不下去，你一说到它你就会很激动，你就会有激情，你就会为它付出所有一切。你要建立你一个梦想，你要触摸到它，有时候你觉得你触摸到它，这个梦就破碎了，那可能就不是你的梦，你触摸到它之后，你非常舍弃不掉，再难你都觉得你放不下它，这个梦可能才是你人生的一个梦。
所以在这十年当中，你们有任何挫折，我都觉得不可怕，都是你人生必要的经历。比方说，我自己真正拍了第一部戏的时候，我才知道我确实是对电影有一种感情，而这种感情已经是别的任何东西取代不了的。你看我1982年进的北影，我到1987年开始才拍第一部戏，你可想而知我当时对那部戏的那个心情，那种渴望的程度。结果刚刚开机第七天，贾宏声刚拍了第一场戏，就把腿给摔断了，然后好不容易把他腿的问题解决了，我没有停拍，我婆婆又突然抢救。所以这部戏对我来讲，真的是一个极大的磨炼。但是这部戏之后，我是觉得我的梦想在电影中，我觉得我会一生为电影来付出我自己最大的`努力。
在这十年当中，你们又可能会和我一样经历你们的感情生活、家庭生活，还有你的孩子。其实这些东西我都觉得尽量在前十年解决，为什么说生孩子一定要在这之前?你可以算一个非常简单的帐，你二十五岁生孩子的话，你三十五岁你孩子就十岁了，那时候你的父母实际上还不到六十岁，这样子的话，你生活的负担和你的精力相对都要充沛。所以这个账一算吧，我觉得早生孩子，对于你的事业发展，和你的梦想的实现，可能有时候是一件好事。
我觉得一般对于人生最挑战的坎坷，实际上是在第二个十年，就是三十岁到四十岁的这十年，因为这十年是你精力最好、你特别有欲望和激情去创造的十年。这十年，少犯一次错误，可能就会给你赢得一次机会，赢得一次成功的可能性。所以在这十年当中，我只给自己规定了只能犯两次错误的机会。因为这个时候我们要犯一次错误，可能会付出的代价比前面那十年要大，所以这十年是我们一定要牢牢抓住的十年，这是你成功的起步。但是也可能就在这种时候，你可能会犯下你自己一生都不愿意原谅的错误。你可能会迷茫，可能会在这个时候变得不确定，面临很多选择，你对自己的评估可能会过高，也可能会过低。而在这个十年当中，我自己的体会，我是放慢了自己的脚步。
1996年我做了两件事情，第一就是办了自己的公司，第二件事情就是选择了去拍电视剧。1995年我们拍了《雷雨》，1998年我们拍了《大明宫词》，20xx年我们拍了《橘子红了》。其实我觉得某种程度上来讲，当大家都觉得我好像放弃了电影理想，但是我觉得恰恰是这几年帮了我很大的忙。电视这十年，对我是一个极大的锻炼，是一个很大的推动的十年。
从四十岁再到五十岁的时候，我觉得是我人生的一次升华。你只能犯一次错误，你没有机会再犯第二次错误。我现在人生恰恰走在这个十字路口上，我觉得这个十年是回报社会的十年的开始，可能你的生活会发生一次改变，你不但为你活着，你可能会要为更多的人，为整个社会去建设的一个十年。
名和利上，你也是可以做加减法的。在我人生当中，如果要是说，最举棋不定在做加减法的时候，就是大家都知道的，对《红楼梦》的拍摄。对于我的名利上来讲，我其实不需要这次机会。但是对于一个搞创作的人来讲，你一生太难得有一个机会，去面对一个名著，面对这样的一个挑战。这一次我选择了加法。
接过来的那一天，我也非常清楚，我所面对的是什么样的困难，我可能面对的是什么样的结果，但是是什么让我有了这个力量，让我坚持下来呢?我觉得就是《红楼梦》本身的魅力。而且我觉得对我一个学*电影，和对电影有梦想的人，我觉得这个机会是我一生中非常难得的，它能让我不去想这些名和利上的损失，我觉得这三年的创作可能对我来讲是非常享受的三年。这次选择，就我自己*心而论，我收获比我失去的要多。
为什么今天我要跟同学们讲这个“人生加减法”。可能是因为走到这个年龄段，我觉得人生真的是很短暂，我觉得不规划好自己的人生，你会对人生留下很多遗憾，我觉得人生只有规划好你自己的这个五十年，你的人生才会最精彩。当然我觉得每一个十年当中都有你自己和别人可能不一样的故事，因为我是走过了这三十年过来的人，我愿意跟大家分享我自己的经验，我愿意奉献我自己的一些经历，希望能够对你们的人生有一些帮助，我想把更多的时间留给同学们。谢谢!

清晨温柔的阳光透过绿色的叶子洒向大地，年轮中曾经青涩的时光向未来讲述着美丽的传说。记得奥斯特洛夫斯基的《钢铁是怎样炼成的》这部名著中有这么一段话：生活赋予我们一种巨大的和无限高贵的礼品，这就是青春。充满着力量，充满着期待的志愿，充满着求知和斗争的志向，充满着希望和信心的青春。的确如此，青春是人生最美好的季节，是人生最铿锵的篇章，是摧枯拉朽的豪情，是旭日东升力量。青春的我们意气风发，青春的我们敢为人先，青春的我们斗志昂扬。
青春的拼搏是人生一副洒满阳光的风景，是一道转瞬即逝的彩虹，是一首用热情奏响的乐章。所谓高堂明镜悲白发，朝如青丝暮成雪，说的就是青春。青春既是一个极具诱惑力的话题，又是一种感觉。于是，诗情画意的梦，天真纯洁的幻想、无忧无虑的日子，构成了一幅美丽的青春画卷。但蓦然回首，你发现在天蓝风轻的春光中，一切都像是透明的，从而感到一种超然的力量在心底爆发，时刻提醒着我们要永远向前。生命易老，时光飞逝，无论失败或是成功，青春的痕迹告诉我们永远努力奋斗。
作为刚踏出校门不久的年轻人，我们双手握着梦想，怀揣着美好的明天，带着年轻人无比的朝气和敢为人先的激情，就这样开始了我们人生的旅途跋涉。不过很幸运，我们成为了热电公司的一分子，在这里我们成长了，将理论知识与实际工作得到了融会贯通，将个人的
能力和特点在这个大舞台上得到了充分的展现；在这里我们更加深刻的了解了什么是大家庭，什么是团结协作，什么是自我奉献。来到这里，我们默默地为即墨的热电事业贡献着自己的一点点微薄之力，为即墨的广大老百姓在寒冷的冬天中送去一份温暖和关怀，让自己的一点点光和热去温暖每个人的心灵。
人过留名，雁过留声，我们每一个年轻人都非常努力的在自己*凡的岗位上拼搏着，青春就是我们前进的脚印，汗水就是我们奋斗的希望，老百姓的微笑就是我们劳动的成果和工作的动力。作为热电部门的一份子，我们很骄傲，很自豪，但我们不高傲，不狂妄。我们知道自己的渺小和*凡，我们会继续将自己的青春、汗水和智慧在*凡的岗位上奉献着，挥洒着，创新着......至少让别人知道我们曾经在这里流过汗，出过力，作为新世纪的'年轻人我们要让这短暂的青春化作永恒的记忆，让这寒冷了冬天也有一分暖意在心中，让即墨热电，情暖万家！

母亲节快到了。我和妈妈商量给她买什么样的礼物。“妈妈，你能带我去商店吗？”我想给你买份礼物。”我妈被我烦了，捂着耳朵说：“好了好了，别烦我了，给我放一天假，让我一个人呆着。这是最好的母亲节礼物。"
不，真正的礼物还是要有的，不然就不是母亲节了。我继续想象母亲节的礼物。
我和我的朋友讨论了母亲节的礼物。
玲玲说她给妈妈的礼物很别致。她自己做了三张礼券：
第一个礼券：照顾两岁弟弟一天。
第二张礼券：免费演唱会和钢琴独奏：玲玲本人。
第三个礼券：不要和妈妈顶嘴，整天事事顺从。
玲玲说，这三张礼券妈妈可以在任何一天使用，不一定是母亲节。如果她现在不需要，可以留着以后用。比如玲玲噘嘴，妈妈就受不了。她可以立即撕下第三张礼券，说：“请不要顶嘴，就今天！”
我听说玲玲的妈妈收到这个“珍贵的礼物”时笑了，用手指敲了两下女儿的头。玲玲很骄傲。她知道她妈妈最需要什么。她的礼物很有创意，不花一分钱。
莉莉的母亲节礼物出了意外。她哭了很多，一夜没睡好。故事是这样的：
莉莉花了两个星期做了一个漂亮的首饰盒，五颜六色，画了各种图案，还贴了彩色的珠子。金光闪闪，莉莉说真的像女王的东西。
莉莉为了做这个珍贵的母亲节礼物，把她的房间弄脏了。妈妈用烧手指的方式骂了她几声，叫她马上清理干净。她告诉妈妈，这是一项重要的学校作业，需要很多时间和精力。然后就抿着嘴笑了。
母亲节礼物是一个大秘密。莉莉一定不能提前让她妈妈知道。
看到莉莉的房间这么脏，她妈妈很生气：“像个垃圾桶。我受不了！”
上周四，莉莉不在家的时候，妈妈走进莉莉的房间，坐在地毯上开始“清理垃圾”，把莉莉铺在地板上的东西一件一件扔进垃圾桶。
当莉莉回家时，她妈妈高兴地告诉她去看看她的房间。莉莉跑进她的房间，立刻大哭起来。听起来像打雷，吓了我妈一跳。
原来莉莉花了两周时间做了一份母亲节礼物，被妈妈当成垃圾扔掉了。刚好是每周收垃圾的`日子，一大早垃圾就被卡车运走了。
莉莉辛辛苦苦做出来的首饰盒，再也找不回来，真是天大的悲剧！
妈妈怎么能不问一声就把女儿的东西扔掉？太没礼貌了！
母亲节早上，我还没有机会给妈妈买礼物，自己动手也来不及。我觉得很难过。每天强迫我做数学题弹钢琴都是我妈的错。我没有自己的时间。
突然，我想出了一个绝妙的计划：给妈妈做一份早餐！
我煎蛋，烤了点面包，准备了小碟草莓酱，倒了一杯牛奶，一杯橙汁，干了半个小时！
“母亲节快乐！”手里拿着早餐，我踢开妈妈卧室的门。我妈吓了一跳，从床上坐起来，看到我的早餐，然后松了一口气。她笑了。
“别起来，别起来！”我想让妈妈像电影里的人一样，在床上享受孩子做的早餐。
“真不方便！真的……”妈妈的话突然被警报声打断了。
我有麻烦了。我刚才忘记关炉子了。厨房烟雾弥漫，差点着火！
妈妈慌慌张张跑到厨房，关了炉子，然后皱着眉头说：“母亲节，我只想安静一下！”
“真的对不起，对不起！”我哭丧着脸连连道歉。还好我妈没有像往常一样生气。
早餐桌上，我当着妈妈的面，用鲜红色的草莓酱在面包上画了三个字母“妈妈”。然后，张开嘴，把面包放进一口。
“妈，你看，我吃了你！”我扮了个鬼脸，说。
我妈扑哧一声笑了：“我的味道很甜吗？”
我冲过去，搂住妈妈的脖子。“妈妈，你真好！”
我亲了我妈，粘在我妈脸上的草莓酱是我妈的母亲节礼物！

企业的发展壮大，需要资金的积累和不断的投入。也许，你们的付出并不总是得到自己所满意的回报；但是，我们要相信，只要企业发展了，我们个人才能得到发展的空间。也许，你们从事的未必是自己最喜欢的工作；但是，我们要知道，企业是一个相互配合的有机整体。企业需要你们的敬业爱岗、无私奉献！

大家好。
今天我在**下讲话的题目是《让理想扬帆远航》。
理想，有人说，理想是大海中航行的灯塔;也有人说，理想是蜜蜂日夜寻找的花蜜;我觉得，理想是我们每个人一生中最有价值的追求，饱含了这世界上每一个人内心深处一个全新的世界，一个散发出千万缕光芒的充满希望的美好世界!
托尔斯泰将人生的理想分成一辈子的理想，一个阶段的理想，一年的理想，一个月的理想，甚至一天、一小时、一分钟的理想。当你听到这里，同学们，你是否想到了自己的理想?你可曾为自己的年少而深思，可曾为自己稍纵即逝的青春年华勾勒出一幅无悔的人生?
古人曾有这样一段精辟论述：“期乎其上，方能及其中;期乎其中，方能及其下;期乎其下，则不及矣。”意思是说：对自己要求愈严，期望愈高，所能达到的程度就愈高。只有立下远大目标的人，才有成能成为对社会有用的人才。
拿破仑曾经说：“不想当元帅的士兵不是好士兵。”这句话固然有些绝对，但也充分说明，有较高理想的人才能在各方面对自己提出严格要求，并努力去做，以强于自己的人为榜样，不断进步，最终达到较高目标，实现自己的志向。就如那山鹰，从生下来，它们就向往蓝天，因此他们苦练飞行本领，艰苦锻炼。它终于能翱翔空中。然而，同样有翅膀的鸡，却满足于躲在屋檐下，过着安逸的生活，没有对天空的向往它再也飞不起来，最终只能在地上找到食物填饱肚子即可。
没有鸿鹄之志，陈涉怎能在大泽乡一声怒吼，揭竿而起，燃起*历史上第一次伟大的农民起义的熊熊烈火;没有对科学执着追求的志向，居里夫人又怎能在极其艰苦的条件下以极强的毅力，从八吨沥青铀矿渣中提炼出0.12克氯化镭;没有伟大理想，马克思又怎能四十年如一日地查阅资料，写成光辉的著作《资本论》。
举不胜举的例子告诉我们，志向是人们的灵魂，有了志向，人才有了奋斗的动力，才有成功的可能，才会实现自己的人生价值。一个没有理想的人，生活就没有了方向，从此将在碌碌无为，空虚无聊中度过他的人生。相反，一个具有远大抱负的人，高尚的品质在他们身上体现，无尽的力量将从他们的身上迸发，理想的光芒将在他们身上闪耀!
可是，当我们确立了理想和目标之后，等待我们的一定会是成功吗?答案当然是否定的，没有肥沃的土地，没有精心的照料，种子不一定会萌发，更不用提开花结果了。有一位哲人说过：“梦里走了许多路，醒来还是在床上。”它形象地告诉我们一个道理：人不能躺在梦幻式的理想中生活。是的，人不仅要有理想，更要努力去实现自己的理想。在理想中躺着等待奇迹，不仅会使得理想变成天方夜谭，甚至我们已经拥有的很多东西也会失去。同学们，你们是否也正在梦幻的理想中彷徨呢?
在我们实现理想的道路上，自身的努力是不可或缺的，就如那滋养植物生长的肥料，有了不懈的努力，不论道路如何曲折坎坷，穿越它们都只是一个时间的问题。同学们，理想是绚丽的花朵，需要你用心去呵护，在经历春的细雨，夏的骄阳，秋的霜打，冬的冰雪的重重考验后，理想之花才会绽放得更美丽。
努力吧，同学们，你们处于人生的花季，一定要为自己树立一个理想，在人生的航程中乘风破浪，扬帆远航。当你离开了这里，离开了养育你的这片土地，离开了我们美丽的校园和可爱的老师、同学、朋友后，当你踏进理想的高一级学校、踏入高等学府、以致多年后你踏入工作岗位的那一刻，希望你能骄傲的说一声“在我上中学的时候，我就有着一个坚定的理想，我为之付出了所有的努力!”

大家早上好，我发言的题目是：青春的呐喊。
春回大地，万物吐露生机。高考的脚步和春天一齐悄悄地想我们走来，在这明媚的春光里，我们已经进入高考冲刺阶段。
"逝者如斯夫，不舍昼夜。"的确，时光如流水般，一泻而过，转眼间，三年高中只剩下的不足百日。但是此刻还有大部分人耽于玩乐，沉溺于网吧，私心杂念丛生，精神恍恍惚惚，生命只剩下了躯壳。浪掷青春虚度*三年。而不一样的是另一部分同学勤奋拼搏*三年。前后两种的不一样的高中生活，能折射出不一样的人生前途。玩弄人生的人会被人生所戏弄。也许是被所谓的儿女私情/花前月下/出身贵贱/基础好坏等等因素所影响。同学们:所谓的花前月下，只是短暂的潇洒，迅速来临的失败，回让你在成功者面前沮丧。不要悲叹较低的的人生起点，不要悲感出生的贫贱，不要抱怨过去的基础不好。往前看吧，人生的道路能够逆转，时光的脚步只能向前。请你相信未来/相信自我/相信一分耕耘一分收获/相信皇天不负有心人/相信改变命运的只有自我。
十年铸剑，只为炉火纯青。一朝出鞘，定当倚天长鸣。其中定有铸剑的艰难与寂寞，然而他们承受了。所以他们能铸成绝世好剑。十年寒窗寂寞伴，一朝成名幸福随。这也能说明，不付出何来回报。含笑播种的人，必须会含笑收获。也正是如此。
问苍忙大地，谁主沉浮?我们应当主宰我们自我的世界，我们的地盘我们做主。我们的人生我们自我走。风华正茂，书生义气。有谁能阻挡我们青春的脚步。鲁迅曾说："真的猛士，是敢于直面惨淡的.人生，敢于正视淋漓的鲜血。我们要向青春呐喊，不做艰难的奴隶，要做青春的主人/真的猛士。我们年轻，我们怕什么/怕就怕自我甘心忍受现存的生活。不敢拼，不敢做。这不是我们现代青年应有的。百日冲刺应一"两耳不闻窗外事，一心只读圣贤书。"为准则。努力搞好自我的学*任务。我们要以最饱满的热情，最昂扬的斗志，为三高创造奇迹，为三高树立一面大旗，为学弟学妹们树立一个奋斗的方向。
壮怀激烈，批荆斩棘。敢叫日月换新天，意气风发，批波斩浪，直挂云帆济沧海。十载寒窗，百日苦练，何等英才夺桂冠。一腔热血，万丈豪情。我辈健步登金榜。呕心沥血。卧薪尝胆，定将折桂涉蟾宫。百练成钢，十年一剑。宝剑今朝试锋芒。百日拼搏一战成功，少年自有少年狂，战舰扬帆，雄鹰展翅。誓圆大学梦!此新不改此行无撼!
历史的使命已经把年轻的我们推向时间的最前言，高考成功舍我其谁。我们应以十足的信心，百倍的决心，万分的恒心，将具有人生转折好处的高考进行到底，让我们年轻的生命在火热的六月尽情的燃烧吧!
曾经，我因高考志愿出现差错错失了皖南医学院的录取，放弃了去池州学院就读的机会，只为了那份年少气盛的不甘和骄傲；曾经，我因在高考考场上帮助老师的女儿作弊而被推入绝望的边缘，为自己的无知和幼稚付出了高昂的代价······而今，三年的大学生活让我坚信了一个道理：生活中固然有很多的无可奈何，但更多的是出人意料的精彩，给自己一个机会，试着对生活充满信心，你或许会有意想不到的收获。
收拾好行囊，20xx年9月，我带着梦想来到了铜陵学院，来创造我人生的另一片天空！经历了一次人生低谷，我愈发得渴望锻炼自己，挑战自己，超越自己！所以入学之初，我便加入了学生会，同时成为了一名学生记者。我忙碌而丰富多彩的大学生活也就此拉开了序幕。身为一名学生干部，我参加、参与组织了各种各样的活动，从女篮“新生杯”，运动会，到后来的各类演讲、讲座，文娱活动，志愿服务，自强之星，数学竞赛等等。身为一名学生记者，基本上哪里有活动，我就会现身在哪里，采访、摄影、写稿、发稿、忙至深更半夜早已是家常便饭。我同学经常说我像个陀螺，永不停息的在转。我笑笑，其实我并不觉得有多辛苦，反而觉得这样的.生活才充实，丰富多彩，有滋有味！因为每一场活动，每一项比赛，每一次经历都会让我收获很多东西。有“”把爱带回家活动系一等奖、院三等奖““先进个人”“自强之星优胜奖”“优秀学生干部”、“院三好学生”等荣誉；有身居幕后策划指导的经验和能力，更有面对赛场成败宠辱不惊的态度·······正是这些让我不断地成长。
生活的无奈，让我很早就认识到了自己肩上的责任。我们姐弟的学费，父亲的医药费早已使我们这个普通的农村家庭捉襟见肘。从高中我就一直在做兼职，希望能够帮父母分担生活的重担。20xx年暑假，我在合肥的康佳公司打工，虽然只有短短的两个月时间，但正是着短短的两个月，不仅让我积累了社会实践经验，更培养了我做事兢兢业业、认真负责的态度，同时也受到了公司的好评。因此我大学期间的很多个节假日都在铜陵的国美电器、合肥的鼓楼商厦、商之都做康佳彩电的临时促销员。20xx年暑假，我和同学在家乡合办了“创奇暑期辅导班”，略有收益外，还为我参加教师资格证的试讲积累了经验，奠定了基础。20xx年的暑假，我留在铜陵做家教工作，身在异乡，更锻炼了我自立自强的能力。
虽然我在工作实践方面拖入了很多精力，但是对于学*，我从未放松。因为我忘不了，我忘不了父亲满头的白发和目前鬓角的银丝；我忘不了父母布满老茧，青筋突起的双手；我忘不了他们在田间辛勤劳作的佝偻背影······他们是我前进的动力！我更加忘不了，忘不了当他们得知我拿到了国家励志奖学金时的激动，那激动让我明白女儿的小小成功在他们眼里都是辉煌的战绩；忘不了，每学期我告诉他们我拿到了学校得奖学金，不管是特等、一等还是二等，他们脸上总是充满笑容，那笑容让我明白女儿永远是他们的骄傲；忘不了当我告诉他们我可以用我的奖学金支付学费时他们脸上的欣喜，那欣喜让我明白女儿的努力给了他们魔道的安慰；忘不了，当我用打工赚来的钱买来的梦寐以求的电脑却愿意拱手让给刚上大一的弟弟，他们脸上的欣慰，那欣慰让我明白女儿的懂事是他们最大的幸福。
年少时的雄心壮志对未来美好的憧憬，在心中从来就没有殒灭过，而是一直在努力的奋斗着，心血与汗水换来金秋的收获，而这一切仅是一个开始，一个雄浑瑰丽乐章的序曲。作为当代大学生，我们坚守着崇高的理想，把自己的命运和祖国人民的命运结合在一起并为之不懈努力。而且我们身边有很多自立自强，励志成才的事例在感动着我们，激励着我们，促动着我们不断成长。
医药经济管理学院05级应用心理专业的姜敬国同学来自一个煤矿工人家庭，家庭生活并不宽裕，生活学*环境较差。但在这种情况下，他自小立志，依靠自己坚忍不拔的努力，排除外部种种干扰，勤学苦读，考取了安徽中医学院。

你们好!
大家晚上好!我是来自__系__班的___，这天我想把这篇演讲稿送给在场的每位同学，我演讲的题目是：自立自强、立志成才。
当今社会，如果你想要成功，想要在社会中占有一*之地，那你就不要再拿着手机、看着小说、玩着游戏了，想想如何靠自己的双手和汗水去努力、去拼搏。不要相信潜规则，潜规则是留给那些没有实力的人。现如今的社会是我们年轻人的天下，我们要有朝气、要自强，要打拼出属于我们自己的天空。《周易》中有这样一句话——天行健，君子以自强不息。作为21世纪的大学生、新青年，我们更应自立自强、报效祖国，继承和发扬老一辈人的立志精神。这不仅仅是我们的职责，更就应是我们现代大学生的追求，因为我们年轻、我们有激情、我们有活力、我们有足够的潜力和勇气去承担祖国的明天。
“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能”。每一位成功人士耀眼的光坏下都有一段背后的心酸和苦难，正所谓台上一分钟，台下十年功，苦难挫折，这些并不算什么，它就如同彩虹之前的风雨，经历过才能绚丽。举个大家都明白的例子，现代大学生“洪战辉”，他“携妹求学十二载”。父亲患有精神病，母亲不堪重负离家出走，年幼的妹妹，又遭厄运。十三岁起，贫困和苦难将他推入了黑暗的深渊，所有的担子落在他那单薄的肩膀上，是坚持还是放弃，是坚强还是软弱他选取了抗争，选取了决不妥协的自立自强!他就如一只负重的蜗牛，怀揣梦想，穿越风雨，从无望中创造出期望，他的行为让人可钦可佩，看到他的经历，请问在座的同学们，你还能一如既往的淡定下去吗同学们，我们能够行动起来了。
此刻想想，以前的我们是多么地年少气盛。高考之前，我们一齐商量着进哪所大学，但是高考之后，不得不应对现实，现实总是很残酷。但是我明白了一个道理：生活中固然有很多的无可奈何，但更多的却是出人意料的精彩。

俗话说：知识改变命运。但是请你们仔细看看周围，有多少人在认真学*，我们能看到的只有那些在课堂上拿着手机、听着音乐、发着信息、登着扣扣、玩着游戏的。想想我们每一天得到了什么、学到了什么难道我们的父母拿他们辛苦赚来的钱只是让我们来玩的吗此刻的社会是一个竞争的社会，没有过硬的本领，没有丰富的知识是无法再社会上立足的。同学们，想想吧!是该想的时候了，“罗马并非一日建成，成功也并非一蹴而就”。为了自己，为了在毕业以后找到一份好的工作，我们是时候冷静下来好好相信了。
古人云：“有志者，事竟成”。同学们，我们每个人的未来都是精彩的、无法预料的，它不受别人的掌控，而是掌握在我们自己的手中。自己选取的路，爬着也要把它爬完!

大家好，我是汪涵。来自湖南电视台的一位节目主持人。我做主持人18年了，主持了18年的节目，像这样的舞台，这样的灯光，这样熟悉的摄像师，这样的观众，这样的氛围我应该特别的熟。但是今天，一个人站在这个舞台上的感觉非常的奇妙，甚至说奇怪，还好有你们，有现场诸位亲爱的观众朋友。所以我说主持人站在舞台上应该像春风一样，它能让舞台上所有的一切变的那么的自然，那么的妥帖。就像顾城的诗写得一样：草在结它的子，风在摇它的叶，我们站着，什么都不说，就十分美好。我有时候特别希望，我在舞台上站着，什么都不说，就十分美好。
美国有一位特别有名的艺术家叫约翰凯奇，他在一九五几年的时候写过一部钢琴曲，名字叫做《四分三十三秒》。作品是这样的。演奏家站上舞台，打开琴盖放上琴谱，端坐好了以后，四分三十三秒之内，有指头没有触碰一下琴键，一直静静地坐着。头十秒钟大家在等待，有可能这个钢琴师他在酝酿情感，慢慢地有一些躁动，慢慢地有人打哈欠了，慢慢地有各种各样的声音，到了四分三十三秒，钢琴师起来，收起琴谱然后盖上琴盖说，我的演出完毕，走了。全场莫名其妙，但是安静下来以后，所有的观众体会到，虽然那一刻什么声音都没有，但是他们听到了琴键以外的音乐，自己的心跳，呼吸，小声地议论，些许的烦躁，所有的这一切放佛变成了《四分三十三秒》当中的音乐的每一个组成部分。
其实，我在这里特别想和年轻朋友分享的就是，不要轻视行动的力量，也不要轻视个人的力量。用心的去做你认为该做的每一件事情。就像我最开始，我大概是96年中专毕业，我没有读过大学，湖南电视播音专科学校。我当时进到湖南电视台的节目叫做《男孩女孩》，我们当时就根本没有节目可做，就这么一个栏目，每天大家上午就开会，然后中午到食堂吃饭，下午又开会，然后在办公室睡觉，然后又开会。但是我觉得那样的生活对于一个刚刚从学校毕业的年轻人来说特别的新奇。但是后来打了很多次报告都没有留在湖南台。然后我就去了湖南经视，就是到目前为止，依然我的人事关系还在的哪个电视台，湖南的一个地面频道。我特别珍惜一个称谓，我想我作为一个最优秀的节目主持人后面没有之一的话，很难。但是我可以做湖南经视最忠诚的员工，我愿意在这里呆十年二十年，拿下这个称号。我在这个电视台，一进去开始做剧务，当时我们剧务组有两个，我们两个彼此认800为是最帅的剧务，我和李维嘉。做剧务的时候我们俩是最快乐的剧务，每天往这个演播厅扛椅子，扛椅子的时候我们俩就在想，今天我抗的椅子有可能会是毛宁做过的。维嘉说，那我这个还有可能是林依轮做的呢。
两个人每天有很多特别开心的事情。我们那个时候现场256个观众，每个观众来看节目的时候有个塑料袋，每一个塑料袋里有50多件礼品，我就负责每天录节目的时候往每个观众*放礼品，卤蛋粉，电灯泡，水龙头，面条，酱油，每天就做的特别快乐，因为我知道放不完的面条我可以带回家。然后后来我就当了现场导演，跟现场所有的观众朋友将一些笑话活跃现场的气氛，带领全场的朋友鼓掌。当然我们今天的现场的掌声全都是大家自发的，我们那时候要带领大家鼓掌。我那时候当现场导演的时候我是每期鼓掌鼓得最厉害的。我记得又一次我们的台长到现场来看节目。“哪儿来的现场导演，这小伙子，你过来。”我就过去了。“台长你好。”“把俩手伸出来。”我说：“啊?怎么做节目还带检查指甲盖洗没洗干净的。”一伸手，手拍得特别红。他说：“你们看，这个现场导演多么的投入，鼓掌鼓的多么的卖力。”我当时特别的快乐，因为所有的人靠去看当时的那个综艺节目要花很大的精力，求爷爷告奶奶得拿到一张票，我常常都在里面，特别的快乐。后来又当导演，可以让我特别欣赏的节目主持人按照我的想法去做节目，哇，还有什么比这更开心的。没过多久台里面做内部的晚会，说汪涵是学播音主持的，你让他去试试吧。哇，可是在全台同事的面前主持节目，开心得不得了。当时做了一个节目叫做《真情》，台长就问我们当时的一个节目主持人，“汪涵当搭档可以吗?”“可以。”然后还问了我们的一个灯光师。“小廖，你觉得汪涵可以吗?”“不错!暖场的时候全场的观众都乐成那样，让他去吧。”太开心了，我可以当主持人了。
所有的每件事情，都是我心里觉得我应该去这么做，而且这么做我特别特别地开心，不管是什么情况，我都接受。比如说今天的灯光，突然间没有往昔那么好了，今天的摄像不是你以往熟悉的，今天你化完妆之后总觉得你今天的黑眼袋比*常大很多，今天的嘉宾，今天的台本，今天所有的一切都那么不如意，赶快在内心鼓掌，因为你的机会来了。我一定要学会很好的忍耐，这样的一个特别尴尬或者是特别难堪的局面，我一定要扛下去，因为面对困难无非三点：第一，度过了这个困难，你有度过困难的智慧;你面对困难，你有了面对困难的勇气，你绕过困难，你有了绕过困难的狡猾。多好。你还要生命教你什么，你还要这个舞台教你什么。就像塞内加曾经说过这样的一句话：何必为部分生活而哭泣，君不见全部的人生都催人泪下。但是我想，他所呈现的应该是这样的一种情绪，既然我们都知道最终的结束是那样，我们为何不开开心心的、欢声雀跃的，一碰一跳的能够朝着那样一个归宿去。因为我们心里面充满了太多太多的对这个世界上认知的美好。叔本华好像也说过同样类型的话，如果你自己的眼神关注的是整体而非个人的一ffa的生命的话，那么你的行为举止看起来会更像是一个智者，而不是一个受难者。所以我特别在这里要花这么长的时间，跟我所有的的年轻的朋友分享的就是，不管怎么样，我们还这么健康，不管怎么样，我们还能够这么自由的呼吸也好，鼓掌也好，做你想做的任何事情也好，你什么都不会失去。即算你有一天经过了所有的东西，你会觉得，哇，生命太苦难了。恭喜你，你知道生命苦难了，很多哲学家穷其一生，就是为了告诉大家其实生命有多么的苦难，我们应该多么用微笑去面对它。
我今年40岁，当然我得到了太多太多，得到了我很多受之有愧的观众给我的掌声和喜爱。因为我个人觉得在电视台，主持人只是最后一个完成者，如果我们今天现场没有灯光师，没有摄像，没有化妆师，没有音频师，这个节目完全不可能呈现在大家面前。但是所有的鲜花掌声给了我们，所以我觉得受之有愧。舍得这个词我去查了一下，最开始阎王爷那时候好像在天上，有两个人说要投胎到人间去，有两种人生，一种是舍的人生，一种是得的人生。然后问两个人，你们两个人分别选什么样的人生。其中一个说，我要过得的人生。另一个人说，行吧，我就过舍的人生吧。于是乎两个人来到了人间。过得的那个人的人生，他最终成为了一个乞丐。因为所有的东西都是别人给他的，他得到别人的资助，得到别人的怜悯，得到这个，得到那个。而说要过舍的那个人的人生，成为了特别富有的人，他把自己的财富，自己的知识，自己所拥有的一切，一点一点的去给了别人。但是我想，我今天面对这么多年轻的朋友，80后90后，我们是不是一定要在脑子里建立这个舍和得的概念。我后来一想，不应该，与其在这里跟大家强调舍和得，还不如去考虑舍得背后的另外一个词，接受。上天地给你的东西，我们用双手去接着，捧在手心，当然也不必要高举过头顶，因为每个人都有可能接受到这样的馈赠，上天抛给你的东西，用自己的双肩去承受，不管抛多少，先扛着，扛着的目的是为了让自己的身体更加坚强，双臂更加有力，有一天他馈赠给你更大礼物的时候你能接得住。做你自己想做的任何让你快乐的事，前提不要把自己的幸福和快乐建立在别人痛苦的基础之上。除此之外，你可以一个人没看见，你可以一个人蹦着跳着回家，你可以怎么样都可以。

大家好！
去年有一件事深深地触动了我。有一天我感冒了，很严重。我嘶哑着嗓子去给学生上课，那天恰巧我穿了件新衣。刚走进教室，初中七年级的学生们就围了上来大呼小叫地说：“miss zhu beaitiful beaitiful，miss zhu！”我刚张开嘴让他们安静下来，突然有个声音大声地说：“不要吵了！老师的嗓子哑了！老师的嗓子都哑了！”顿时整个教室安静了下来，学生们都在自己的座位上端正地坐好，安静地看着我。
当我张开嘴让他们跟着我念单词时又有同学举手提议：“老师，我们今天学唱英文歌吧！我们能自己跟着磁带学，那样你的嗓子会好得快些，妈妈说嗓子哑了要少说话！”多懂事的孩子，只知他们*时爱惹我生气，不知他们竟也知道关心我！下课了，孩子们硬要把剥好的橘子塞进我的嘴里，说：“老师吃了它吧！吃了你的嗓子就会好了！”在那一刻我感受到了三十多颗幼小的心灵对我的抚慰，感受到了他们对我的理解和支持，作为一名幼儿教师我心甘情愿了！
去年十二月，我要教四个班的英语、要忙于迎接期末考试、要为教师文艺汇演紧张地排练、要为圣诞节英语晚会准备初中七年级的英语节目。初中生懂的英语比较少，我没法将台词写下来让他们自己去背，只能嘴对嘴的一字一词地教。紧张的排练和不定时的加班几乎压垮了我，我真想甩手不干了。
有一天几遍排练下来后孩子们已经练得气喘吁吁了，我说：“你们累了，就早点休息吧！”可是没有一个孩子离开我，他们围在我身边仰着小脸恳切地说：“老师，咱们再练一会儿吧！我们不累！真的，我们不怕累！”看着孩子们汗津津的小脸，我突然感到自己是那么的软弱。我说，你们不怕，老师也不怕，咱们一起练。排练结束后，我和孩子们一起笑着闹着，心里感受到一种从未有过的轻松，我知道是孩子们帮助了我，鼓舞了我。当我在台下看着他们成功的表演时，泪水再也忍不住地流了下来，作为一名人民教师爱的奉献是无尽的。

what is happiness? it is a feeling of inner peace and satisfaction. it is usually experienced when there are no worries, fears or obsessing thoughts, and this usually happens, when we do something we love to do or when we get, win, gain or achieve something that we value. it seems to be the outcome of positive events, but it actually comes from the inside, triggered by outer events.

They realize that one doesn't have to be labeled an “expert” to believe in one's own truths.
Self-confident people don’t undermine their own worth by comparing themselves with others, only to conclude that they aren’t “good enough”. They appreciate their strengths and accomplishments and can acknowledge, without embarrassment, their weaknesses. They don’t live in the “victim” position. Even if something really bad has occurred, they turn it into a challenge, remembering to be grateful for the little things in life.
Self-confident people let the world know who they are. If they want something badly enough, they know they have every right to “go for it.” Yet, they also know that the path will rarely be easy. Mistakes, blunders and failures are part of the learning process. They seek to learn from their mistakes and do not waste time torturing themselves over what “could have been”.
Self-confident people are not obstinate people. If they have an idea about something and it differs from the way another person is thinking about it, they will usually try to look at it from that person’s point of view, see why it makes sense to them. I don't have that kind of confidence, and, anyway, coveting your neighbor's ox or donkey is not the problem it used to be, so I thought I would use my few minutes today to make Ten Suggestions, or maybe just Ten Observations, about the world and your lives after Princeton. Please note, these points have nothing whatsoever to do with interest rates. My qualification for making such suggestions, or observations, besides having kindly been invited to speak today by President Tilghman, is the same as the reason that your obnoxious brother or sister got to go to bed later--I am older than you. 1. The poet Robert Burns once said something about the best-laid plans of mice and men ganging aft agley, whatever "agley" means. A more contemporary philosopher, Forrest Gump, said something similar about life and boxes of chocolates and not knowing what you are going to get. They were both right. Life is amazingly unpredictable; any 22-year-old who thinks he or she knows where they will be in 10 years, much less in 30, is sim*** lacking imagination. Look what happened to me: A dozen years ago I was minding my own business teaching Economics 101 in Alexander Hall and trying to think of good excuses for avoiding faculty meetings. Then I got a phone call... In case you are skeptical of Forrest Gump's insight, here's a concrete suggestion for each of the graduating seniors. Take a few minutes the first chance you get and talk to an alum participating in his or her 25th, or 30th, or 40th reunion--you know, somebody who was near the front of the P-rade. Ask them, back when they were graduating 25, 30, or 40 years ago, where they expected to be today. If you can get them to open up, they will tell you that today they are happy and satisfied in various measures, or not, and their personal stories will be filled with highs and lows and in-betweens. But, I am willing to bet, those life stories will in almost all cases be quite different, in large and small ways, from what they expected when they started out. This is a good thing, not a bad thing; who wants to know the end of a story that's only in its early chapters? 2. Does the fact that our lives are so influenced by chance and seemingly small decisions and actions mean that there is no point to planning, to striving? Not at all. Whatever life may have in store for you, each of you has a grand, lifelong project, and that is the development of yourself as a human being. Your family and friends and your time at Princeton have given you a good start. What will you do with it? Will you keep learning and thinking hard and critically about the most important questions? Will you become an emotionally stronger person, more generous, more loving, more ethical? Will you involve yourself actively and constructively in the world? Many things will happen in your lives, pleasant and not so pleasant, but, paraphrasing a Woodrow Wilson School adage from the time I was here, "Wherever you go, there you are." 3. The concept of success leads me to consider so-called meritocracies and their implications. We have been taught that meritocratic institutions and societies are fair. Putting aside the reality that no system, including our own, is really entirely meritocratic, meritocracies may be fairer and more efficient than some alternatives. But fair in an absolute sense? Think about it. A meritocracy is a system in which the people who are the luckiest in their health and genetic endowment; luckiest in terms of family support, encouragement, and, probably, income; luckiest in their educational and career opportunities; and luckiest in so many other ways difficult to enumerate--these are the folks who reap the largest rewards. The only way for even a putative meritocracy to hope to pass ethical muster, to be considered fair, is if those who are the luckiest in all of those respects also have the greatest responsibility to work hard, to contribute to the betterment of the world, and to share their luck with others. As the Gospel of Luke says (and I am sure my rabbi will forgive me for quoting the New Testament in a good cause): "From everyone to whom much has been given, much will be required; and from the one to whom much has been entrusted, even more will be demanded" (Luke 12:48, New Revised Standard Version Bible). 4. Who is worthy of admiration? The admonition from Luke--which is shared by most ethical and philosophical traditions, by the way--helps with this question as well. Those most worthy of admiration are those who have made the best use of their advantages or, alternatively, coped most courageously with their adversities. I think most of us would agree that people who have, say, little formal schooling but labor honestly and diligently to help feed, clothe, and educate their families are deserving of greater respect--and help, if necessary--than many people who are superficially more successful. 5. Since I have covered what I know about sociology, I might as well say something about political science as well. In regard to politics, I have always liked Lily Tomlin's line, in paraphrase: "I try to be cynical, but I just can't keep up." We all feel that way sometime. Actually, having been in Washington now for almost 11 years, as I mentioned, I feel that way quite a bit. Ultimately, though, cynicism is a poor substitute for critical thought and constructive action. Sure, interests and money and ideology all matter, as you learned in political science. But my experience is that most of our politicians and policymakers are trying to do the right thing, according to their own views and consciences, most of the time. If you think that the bad or indifferent results that too often come out of Washington are due to base motives and bad intentions, you are giving politicians and policymakers way too much credit for being effective. Honest error in the face of complex and possibly intractable problems is a far more important source of bad results than are bad motives. For these reasons, the greatest forces in Washington are ideas, and people prepared to act on those ideas. Public service isn't easy. 6. Having taken a stab at sociology and political science, let me wrap up economics while I'm at it. Economics is a highly sophisticated field of thought that is superb at explaining to policymakers precisely why the choices they made in the past were wrong. About the future, not so much. However, careful economic ***ysis does have one important benefit, which is that it can help kill ideas that are completely logically inconsistent or wildly at variance with the data. 9. I spoke earlier about definitions of personal success in an unpredictable world. I hope that as you develop your own definition of success, you will be able to do so, if you wish, with a close companion on your journey. In making that choice, remember that physical beauty is evolution's way of assuring us that the other person doesn't have too many intestinal parasites. Don't get me wrong, I am all for beauty, romance, and sexual attraction--where would Hollywood and Madison Avenue be without them? But while important, those are not the only things to look for in a partner. The two of you will have a long trip together, I hope, and you will need each other's support and sympathy more times than you can count. Eliminating or easing legal and cultural barriers so that more parents can make the choices that are right for their families is a core mission for our generation. We don’t label men “working men.” And it is my hope that by the time my daughter Arabella grows into a woman she will not be defined by whether she works inside or outside the home. breathing with dreams
I have a question for you. ‘do you know how to breathe?’ okay, i know what you are thinking now, “girl, are you kidding me? everybody knows how to breathe.” actually, if i were you sitting down in there one year ago, i would think, “how did she make it to the final?”
Alright, seriously speaking, what i am talking about is “the art of breathing”, and it’s about breathing in a yoga way: peacefully and always under control. what it reveals is the real essence of perseverance, “in order to achieve, sometimes, you need to wait.” and when it comes to things you really want in life, it is as hard as it could possibly be.
For me, singing is a life thing. when i am singing on the stage, i feel whole-heartedly involved, and the self-fulfillment it renders is inexplicably thrilling. but with all the realistic problems i need to face in life, all those i want seem too far to be true– so far that i am terrified that i will never ever be able to get there and that gradually i will be carried away by the currents and torrents of life. i’ve been drowned into this ambivalence for so long. now, with a refined perspective towards self-realization, i am waiting, in a graceful posture, and knowing that i am going to get there. and on this, i should say, i owe yoga a thank-you.
I still remember, about one year ago, i attended a yoga course for the very first time. and to tell you the truth, i went there for a nice figure. however, after practicing for some time, i discovered that there was an ineffable inner-strength burgeoning sneakily in me while i totally focused. in order not to let go this significant power, i started to picture all i wanted in my mind while i was fully concentrating, for i believe the wings of imagination could make things possible. i learned to breathe with my dreams, shaping the eagerness into this elegant gesture of persisting.
And now, if you ask me what exactly is “the art of breathing”, i would say it is indeed “the art of living”. it combines the search of balance, the grace of patience, and the awareness of appreciation.
So even though feelings are tied up with life routines, i could still hold onto that free ego which i have always adored: the girl who is singing under the spotlight, with all her heart and soul; the girl who is persevering with all she believes in and always feels grateful for what has been bestowed on her.
That girl is now standing right here in front of you, hoping that you are all as lucky as she is, living with dreams and love. no matter how tough things get, i tell myself, i tell myself that, every single thing i am doing now is every step closer to that very moment of my trajectory, just like every yoga breath to every blossom moment of my life.

从选择教师这门职业的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受学生欢迎的好老师，为了这个心愿，我一直在不懈努力着。要求自己做到牢固掌握本学科的基本理论知识。
熟悉相关学科的文化知识，不断更新知识结构，精通业务，精心施教，把握好教学的难点重点，认真探索教学规律，钻研教学艺术，努力形成自己的教学特色。我的教学风格和教学效果普遍受到学生的认可和欢迎。

My Dream
Everyone has his own dream, which can be realized or not and which can be different from time to time. However, there must be a long –term one in one’s mind. In other words, it is not easy to be realized. I have a dream: to pass CET-6 before I graduate from the university. It’s maybe easy for most of my classmates, but to me it is as difficult as cracking the hardest nut in the world. I have been studying English for about 10 years. It should not be the No.1 task in my university agenda, but too many failures forced me to do so. I entered one of the most famous universities in China with the almost lowest English mark among all my students. I was really disappointed about ough I was not good at English when I was in the middle school, it was not at least about the average. I had no strength to face the frustration. After a semester’s study I was the lowest indeed. I have never cried for study before, but this time I shed tears. Since then I made up my mind to pass CET-6 before my graduation.
Glanced back to my English studying experience, I realized that interest is one of the key factors to grasp knowledge. I study English only for the examination before, but not the language itself. That is the weakest point of me. I must overcome it so as to realize my dream. I made a plan: read one story until I can recite it each day; listen to the tapes related to the books as well. English is not so disgusting for me now. I will persist in doing so even after I pass CET-6. I wish my English would be as good as my native language in the future.

i am now 35 years old, went to be the second half of his career, like some of the injured are also commonplace. once injured , you think the world stopped, regardless of knee injuries, shoulder injuries , and so on . i know a lot of people have ruined the whole career , and some people even depressed , can not even return to the stadium. when that moment happened, i would look at himself in the mirror , "said bryant , what would you ? if you experience such pain you what will happen ? 高中英语学科的高手历来都具备以下四大特征：

英语是一门工具学科，其重点不在于要从老师那里学到多少有关英语的知识，而在于在老师的指导和帮助下，练就一套扎实过硬的听说读写能力和探究英语语言规律的能力。作为刚跨进高中大门的一年级的新生，不宜仅停留和满足于初中英语学*中所形成的一些学*方式。过去的学*方式需要发展、改进和完善。英语学*是在一系列活动中完成的。这些活动应该组成一个完整的系统。在构建自己的英语学*系统中，一定要从听、说、读和写四大技能方面考虑。
能听懂他人比较纯正的英语，不仅是英语考试的需要，也是同学们未来步入社会，施展才能所必需的技能。我们*时的听力训练不仅仅是在训练你的英语听力，其实它也是一种语感培养，充足的英语听力训练同时也会极大的有助于提高学*者的口语能力。鉴于同学们不可能自己抽出多少时间去听英语歌曲、看英文电影或者直接用英语与人口头交流，那么，充分利用好本年级统一的听力训练时间就显得尤其重要。在听力训练中，既要学会抓关键词，也要学会听懂完整的句子；既要学会听懂不同语音语调对语意的影响，也要学会听懂有失去爆破和连读现象的句子。有难度的听力训练试题最好是能在过了一段时间后，等到忘记得差不多时，有再听一次的机会。所以在做听力训练试题时，我建议同学们一律用铅笔做记号，对完答案、看完录音文字材料后再把铅笔痕迹察掉。
英语的口头表达能力虽然不是我们考试的必备能力，但它却是同学们将来所需要的最重要的，最实用的英语技能。一口流利的英语是每一个英语学*者所梦想达到的理想水*。重视口语能力的训练不仅对未来有重要意义，对提高同学们高中阶段的英语水*也有非常重要的意义。说英语就是运用英语。语言能力和语言知识，同许多其它能力和知识一样，只有通过运用，并且经常运用才会真正地学到手，学到家。英语是一门语言。语言是听出来的，是经过不断模仿后才能说出来的。高中生的英语口语能力要求，除了一般日常交际应答以外，还应该具备能连续表达含五个以上的句子。练就一口流畅的英语口语需要同学们抓住三个机会：一是课堂上老师为同学们提供的开口机会。二是课前演讲或者值日报告的机会。三是早读是个好机会。早读不应该总是停留在背单词、背课文这样的简单劳动中。单词不是用来背诵的。朗读单词的目的是要把单词的发音读准，并且能上口，读起来不勉强，不绕口。课文也不是用来背诵的。熟读课文是为了加深理解，巩固词汇知识和语法知识。既然口语能力那么重要，同学们不妨把背诵或者复述课文当成是口语表达或者演讲的准备呢？换句话说，把课文材料准备得再熟悉不过以后，来一次演讲展示，那且不美哉！真正的高英语水*绝不是看书看出来的，也不是做*题能做出来的，更不是听老师讲课能听出来的。早读期间通过不断模仿，放声吼叫，反复实践，你一定能快速提高自己的口语表达能力。
英语短文阅读的重要性不仅表现在高中英语考试中它的份量最大，而且还表现在英语短文是英语词汇知识和语法知识的载体方面。词汇量的扩大、词汇知识的丰富和句子表达的多样性光靠死记硬背是无法也不可能实现的。扩大词汇量、丰富自己的词汇知识和地道完美的表达自己只有依靠优良的阅读*惯。教材课文是精读材料，需要同学们读熟读透，直至能开口娓娓道来为止。课外阅读又叫泛读。高中英语新课标教材对高中前八个模块的学*有一个要求：课外阅读要完成30万单词的阅读量。也就是说：同学们需要每天有500到700个单词量的阅读。课外阅读也是运用语言的一种必不可少的形式。课外阅读不能停留在完成几道阅读理解试题或者完形填空试题。关键在尽量弄懂文章中的每一句话含义、长难句的结构。留意你还不很熟悉的词汇、词汇知识和语法知识。还要去认真体会不同的英语句子在表达上的精确性。千万不要在一些你还不认识的，拼写怪诞，发音困难的生僻词汇上浪费时间和精力。
阅读能力，除词汇量大小以外，还包含阅读速度、长难句理解、和把握主题大意的能力。要会快速阅读，同学们必须学会一些阅读的技能：如：skimming(跳读)、scanning(扫读)和digesting(研读)。Skimming和scanning就是根据阅读任务在文中查找相关信息。Digesting主要是用来理解长难句、把握主题大意和作者意图以及猜测词义的技术。不仅要研读长难句结构，也还需要研读逻辑关系。
流畅的短文表达能力在很大程度上依赖于你的词汇量、词汇知识和句法知识。它们的积累在于*时的听、说和读的活动。写作表达能力中，你的英语句式的结构思维能力或者英语*惯思维能力会对表达能力有重要影响。这就需要同学们*时养成一个良好*惯：那就是总是试图用英语来表达出你眼睛所看到的，耳朵能听到的，身体能感受到的和你思想能想到的。除此之外，一篇优秀的短文还少不了三个要素：即结构，内容和语言。
一片结构完美的英文短文，尤其是说明文和议论文，往往有一个比较完优美的，诱人深入阅读的开头语。主题句是可从开头语中自然而然过度而来。你所程述的观点，一般都要用事实做论证，或者用具体方式方法来支持。巧妙的'结论句往往能使文章锦上添花。
内容需要真实，合乎情理，能让人信服。文中不要有与主题无关的内容。
语言要尽可能是地道的，去汉语化的英语。要经常套用自己在阅读中、在课堂上学来句子结构去表达自己。要敢于尝试用比较复杂的句子结构和比较高级的词汇来使文章进一步美化。
听所读写四大技能并不是各自孤立的，也是相互作用和相互制约的。如果*时，只注重某一项技能的学*和训练，那是不可能成为一位真正的英语强手的。
任何一门学科都需要踏实的学*作风。外语也不例外。学外语的实主要表现在以下几个方面：
一、落实词汇、词汇知识和特殊句式的积累。落实词汇和词汇知识并不是反复背记词汇表中的单词。落实词汇、词汇知识以及特殊句式的最好办法是先探究后运用。一个词汇在经过七到八次在不同时间和不同的语境中运用后，它就是你的了。词汇知识和特殊句式也是一样。写作是运用，造句是运用，阅读，倾听和与他人用英语交流也是运用。借助词典进行造句练*，在造句中运用新学的词汇不失为一种行之有效的简单易行的方式。
二、落实课外阅读。每天坚持花半小时阅读一两篇短文。一要真正读懂。二要留意词汇运用。
三、落实早自*精读。每次有硬指标，死任务。
四、落实课内课外书面作业。简单的完成老师布置的作业量并不是落实。书面作业质的落实必须是在真正懂了、记住了的基础上又快又好的独立的、闭卷式的完成书面作业。对发现的漏洞和缺陷要采取补救措施。
五、落实自主探究的学*能力培养。学*中缺乏自主探究，不善于利用团队合作和与老师沟通是很多高中生在学*中存在的一种普遍想象。老师不是保姆，老师不可能把英语的词汇知识和英语的四大能力烹制成一道道佳肴后，一口一口地喂进学生的口中。老师的探究代替不了学生的探究。学*能力的培养主要是探究能力的培养。学会了探究，你才会在知识的大海中畅游。学会了探究，你才会成为终身学*者。英语学科的探究应该表现在对某一特定词汇在文中、在句中的用法和含义的探究，对长难句结构和含义的探究，对相关知识关联的探究，对作者意图、主题大意的探究，当然也包含对学法的探究。要探究知识，要有工具（词典以及各种手册等）的帮助，更要有团队的合作，还要有老师的帮助。团队合作可以让你取他人之长补自己之短，还可以集思广益，产生思想火花。常与老师沟通是可以使你更容易发现前进的方向，少走弯路。
总而言之，英语学*需要同学们从听说读写四大技能方面养成良好的学**惯，坚持语言知识积累、精读、泛读、课内课外作业和自主探究五个方面的脚踏实地地勤奋努力，就能够比较轻松地完成高中英语的学*，为自己将来的远大理想奠定坚实的外语基础。

Everyone has a beautiful dream and personal life on the way that we hunt for the keys of acheving our dreams,there are many difficulties appearing,thus,several timid men give in to them,one after another,some peaple lost their first dreams and even !Many characters and pretty or handsome stars around us,we are obesessed with some of those,and even ad occean of peaple volunteer to imitate those ver,as we turn back,we will find in surprise,the tree is still the old tree,the house is still, everything is still the didn`t change them a little.
The same as our competitions,teachers always say:"You`d better read more essays and memorize some perfect or wonderful sentenses,it`s helpful for your writing level."Well!I don`t think so! Personally,I feel we must keep on our styles and priciple,due to this,when readers read our essays,they might learn about us better,therefore we will become happier to make the life colorful and ,I support that we read more books,rather than recite more essays.
Being true to yourself implies if you are delighted,then you laugh,if you are sad,then you cry,don`t hide your mood,do not be on your dream which is deep in your hear. You can`t become the other like magic,because there is no such thing as magic in the wold,OK!Let`s stand in front of the mirror,carefully look at :Calm `t get anything to bother your heart,just be true to yourself.
大家好，我今天演讲的题目是“我的梦想”。
每个人都有梦想，而且很好，我也不例外。我有一个小小的梦想，当我达到目标时，我会实现更多的梦想。开始，我还是个婴儿，一心想变得很强壮，像少林寺里的孩子一样，武功高强。但是我觉得离开父母去很远的地方练武，辛苦，有点舍不得。小时候，我有一个梦想，我希望我有钱。大人问：小姑娘，有了钱你打算怎么办？我要去买泡泡糖"如果你有很多钱？
我打算买很多泡泡糖。"如果你有钱花的话？我会买泡泡糖工厂。"天真的童年我们的确有一颗善良的心，幸福和快乐是同一首曲子。
慢慢进入小学，课程越来越深，知识越来越多。会感受到压力。现在我有一个梦想。我希望我没有；我每天没有很多作业要做。玩的有点剥夺，而我们40%的日子都禁锢在教室里，很多时间都在学*。但是在学*面前，是一种模糊的知识。俗话说，一种罕见的困惑。对事物的理解，从封建主义到资本主义，越大越觉得自己的观点是正确的。每天放学回家后忙了一天一夜的课，他又困又累，吃不到深夜吃的食物。这样的生活很单调，可能有时候会想念我的很多小学同学，有时候会带着一节课或者一副朦胧的睡相。讨厌死板的校服，我从来不到处穿。周六，周日；时间很短，孩子很想磨炼，慢慢了解生活；太难了，努力吧，梦想好了，我会努力让每个人都生活起来，早起晚睡，把握住自己，不再松懈。我也想为他们的梦想而奋斗。

Good evening，ladies and gentlemen，distinguished guests and honorable judges:
I’m Li Dawei from Class 9, Grade 2. It is my great honour to share my viewpoints on Culture Smart and Science Intelligence with all of dear audience present.
As is known to us all that our contemporary lives and the society in current are undergoing profound changes with the promoting development of science and technology. However, have we realized the estrange and departure of our culture against the background on which the positive achievements have been brought by science and technology. Which course should we take in culture smart and science intelligence as the issue on social development is concerned in the process of ultrahigh-speeded urbanization? My viewpoint is clear an firm, that is the cultue smart.
It is generally accepted by the broad mass that science and technology take the supreme lead of the productivity. No achievements nurtured by civilization in our contemporary society can be created without the development of science and technology and the society will fall to its stagnant pace. Thanks to the progress made by the advancing science and technology, especially the development of intelligentization, schemed out by robots, unmanned driving and digital platform, offers great convienience to both the production and daily lives of human beings and promotes the social progress.
But under no circumstances should we admit that a series of problems on environment and social ethics concerning environment pollution, ozonocavity, greenhouse effect, colon human and nuclear deterrent occurred against the prosperity carried out by science and technology. So how can we spare no effort on keeping such problems from deterioration in all possibilities? What development pattern will be on science and technology in future?
The answer is that we need the guidance of culture smart. When we talk about culture, we may regard it as the tradition and history, but how can the intelligentization of science and technology be guided by the culture smart? Here I want to put it that culture is not like a pond filled with stagnant water, but a dynamic system. We can never draw a conclusion of culture as "the deposit of history", what’s more, we should make it clear that the culture defines our present and future. Modernization, of any kind or shape, shares no alteration on its starting point but the commencement of culture. If not the modernization will inevitably fall to the situation where the water has no source and the tree has no root. The development of science and technology takes no exception on this.
The ultrahigh speed of the development of contemporary science and technology contributes no efforts on science and technology itself, but the ideological motivation and the promotion spurred by the ideological power offerd by culture smart. Karl Poopper once said, the elimination of culture leads to the disappearance of civilization. It is obviously that if the promotion effect had been omitted, the science and technology could have been far-reached.
The culture smart guides our society into stability and prosperity. We need culture smart because on the one hand, culture provides ideological power to science and technology, on the other hand, culture prevents the tendency of extremity of science and technology. The current problem concerning colon human, outerspace utilitization and nuclear weapon byproducted by contemporary science and technology call for the development in a just course on the sphere of culture. The wisdom-vacanted culture and the extremized science and technology will throw a great threat to the survival of us human beings and the world peace.
So, ladies and gentlemen, I think that the culture wisdom is our "root" and we need the root that supports our belief, the negation of the root casts its reflections on history and the existence of us human beings. So only in the manner of settling on the basis of culture smart can we make it helpful to the development of science and technology in a just course, the continual progress of human society, the prosperity and peace.
