Good morning boys and girls, It’s a great pleasure for me.It’s nice to to give you a speech here. Nowadays mastering a foreign language is very helpful in our daily life. I feel it a great honor to share my opinions about English learning with you. Firstly, I believe it is useful to remember as many sentence patterns as possible. Blue has always been my favorite color， and I think it will always continue to be so。
I have several reasons for liking this color best。 First， it is a very soothing color and makes people happy。 How do people feel when they wake up to day when the sky is a dirty grey？ Sad and gloomy。 But when the sky is a deep blue， good cheer and joy enters our hearts。
Another reason why I am most partial to blue is that it is the color of oceans and rivers and lakes on a sunny day。 Whenever I go swimming， I feel as though I were reborn。
In my estimation， blue is a very refined a noble color。 I have several suits of clothes of different colors， but somehow blue seems to be most becoming to me。 At the same time， all my friends say that I tend to look slim and taller whenever I’m dressed in blue。
I have also heard that in English， the term “true blue” means to be faithful。 As I have a great respect for the quality of faithfulness， this is one more reason for my liking blue so much。

I received a devastating blow to my self'confidence in the first interview of my college years. I applied to be a host in our Student Acting Troupe and felt confident that I would be accepted. But one of the panel members told me: “You seem inadequate and you are a little vertically'challenged.” My life has never been the same since. I used bigger heels to complement my height and psychological maneuvers and tricks to hide my lack of confidence. But no matter how hard I tried to look the part, there was still something missing. As president of English Club, I organized the rehearsal of Snow White for an English party. Unfortunately, we could not find an actor to be the last dwarf. It had to be someone who was humorous by nature and fluent in English. Suddenly, all eyes turned to me, and I knew I would have to be the dwarf. To my great surprise and delight, once on stage, I was totally absorbed in the performance and my humorous nature was put to full use. As the dwarf, I was a big hit.
Yes, each of us is only one among millions of others, but each of us is an individual and each of us is unique. Cultivating our individuality will transform our lives, making of them a kaleidoscope of new colors and textures.

震也是7.8级，一夜之间，仿佛四百枚广岛原子弹在距地面十六公里处的地壳中猛然爆炸，将整个唐山夷为*地，24万人失亡，16万人受伤，直接经济损失在100亿元以上。这是多么久远的记忆了，而现在历史用9219条生命， 50余万间坍塌的房屋告诉我们，这样的悲剧还在上演。 这*万条的生命里，有老人、小孩，还有很多如我们一样的在书堆里每日的生活的人。他们鲜活的生命在顷刻间不仅仅是凋谢那么简单，甚至于粉碎，留给我们的土地一片难以言说的血色，难以言说的荒芜。
在自然面前，我们对于人类生命的歌颂，突然间变成了一曲哀歌，生命是一个如此脆弱的东西，是的，也许就在三天前我们安静的坐着的这一刻，在四川汶川的大学生们，就是这样的，被天花板压成粉碎。
毕淑敏说“人生是没有意义的，但是你要为之确定一个意义”。在这场地震中，让我们忽略其他的纷纷扰扰来思考，生命，一如我们一般年轻的鲜活的生命有什么的意义。
世界上有许多人在追寻幸福，可寻找到幸福的人却寥寥无 几，这是因为他们忘了两个最重要的问题: 第一，幸福是什么？第二，幸福在哪里现在，
我有这样一个故事。
一个20出头的年轻小伙子急匆匆地走在路上，对路边的景 色与过往行人全然不顾。一个人拦住了他，问: 小伙子，你为何这样行色匆匆啊小伙

伙计，你在忙什么呀中年人不耐烦的说：别拦我，我在寻求幸福。 又是20年过去了，这个中年人已成了一个面色憔悴，老眼昏花的老头，还在路上挣扎着
向前挪。一个人拦住他:老头子，还在寻找你的幸福吗？是啊。老头无力的说道。当老头回答完别人的问话，猛地一惊醒，一行眼泪掉了下来。原来刚才问他问题的那个
人，就是幸福之神啊，他寻找了一辈子，可幸福之神实际上就在他旁边。 有谁来说说这则故事阐述了一个什么样的道理？ 是的，其实每一个人都可以寻找到幸福，只需不要给自己制定一个虚无缥缈的终极目标，
这样你就可以感觉到幸福与快乐其实就在你手头上的每一件小事里，幸福其实就在你的身边！
一辈子忙忙碌碌的，为了什么？为了吃饱，为了穿暖？为了生存，为了理想？从懂事起，就有人告诉你这辈子该有个东西，叫理想，它是你一生忙不完的追逐。于是乎，我们这辈子算是交代了，然后忙于各种不同的追逐，拼命追，拼命追。
这是一个艰辛而又痛苦的过程，大家都在经历着，包括我自己，都还没头没尾的追着。有时候会停下来，东瞅西望一番，或稍做休息，或有所改变。才发现，每个人被不同的事物所困扰着，事业啊，爱情啊，亲情啊，友情啊，各种情，各种酸涩。
在经历了短暂的小甜蜜过后，依旧不停的继续追逐，追逐那些个还没有想清楚为什么要去追的东西。然后有些人就开始感叹了，活着真累啊，有些人就开始赞叹生活的美好和和谐。的确，怎样的情绪就有怎样的一个世界观。以前总听到说，世界观是大同的，只是大家价值观不一样。
那为什么会不一样呢？还不是因为被其他的思维左右了自己。于是乎出现了很多形容人的词语，什么'凤凰男’‘孔雀女’‘拜金女’‘猥琐男’人类的创造性是可怕的，一直在领教着。就像‘up’这个词，我一直以为是个介词，没想到它也可以被当成动词而且用的如此生猛。
“no love no up”
怎样，是否生猛？同意的请举手！为了能给人以更好的人生导向，于是出现了很多给人指出方向的东西，于是就有了作家，导演，演员，编剧，制作人等这些个职业。
往往人们会在其中找到自己或者别人的某些个影子，然后对号入座感叹一番，合上书，关上电视，继续赶路，继续追逐。
有的时候，我们总会被别人的事迹和其他东西给刺激到，然后开始抱怨，憎恨通过其他途径变相的来满足自己，从另一些侧面来窥望自己所追逐的，那些个所谓的海市蜃楼。什么是海市蜃楼？就是那些一辈子也够不到的虚无缥缈的东西。也许它真实存在，但你总发现不了它存在于何处，于是，更有人开始死命的去抓，去够~*乎于疯狂~直至癫痫而死去~
听到别人的成功，该抱以微笑，因为他们的成功暗示他们已经够到了所追逐的。听到别人的失败，也该抱以微笑，因为他们的失败在暗示他们将与你同在，有人陪伴的路上才有乐趣。我们不要去责怪和怨恨曾经伤人的人，毕竟，他们做了我们不敢做的事。我们不忍心做的，人家可以狠下心去做也是需要很大的勇气的，不是么？
当然，我不是在说我们懦弱，只是……我们更脆弱，好好生活吧。时间总是一如既往，我们的日子也是如此~不要总停留在过往里，时间久了真的会无法自拔，我们追逐的总在前方~后面的更多的是我们历尽坎坷的样子。拍拍身上的灰尘，继续往前吧。不奢求能当个好人，只要尽量的不去伤害其他人，我们就很优秀了。毕竟，我们只需对自己负责的。

大家知道世界上最厉害的炸弹是什么吗？毫无疑问，氢弹就是炸弹之王，而且，氢弹并不是庞然大物，最大，也不过汽车那么大，但是爆炸起来威力却很大，这是为什么？ 其实，氢弹与普通炸弹的爆炸原理并不同，它并不是靠火药来产生爆炸的，而是细菌在高温之下发生了突变，导致细菌产生了变化，就在这短短几秒的突变下爆发出了巨大的威力。所以，氢弹不但破坏力很强，而且会使土地受到辐射的干扰导致长期在氢弹所爆发的居民生病。所以，国际上声明了，不准制造核武器（原子弹，氢弹），也不准使用核武器。

一切的酸、甜、苦、辣，一切的艰难痛苦，一切的风风雨雨，一切的成败得失，对于我们来讲，从来就不是痛苦和失败，而是失败中的成功，是快乐的享受。不错，我们应该把一切艰辛和失败的痛苦当作一种享受，独一无二的享受！我们的生命将上一个新的阶段，从此就没有所谓的＂苦＂和＂痛＂，＂得失＂和＂成败＂。这也许就是真正的＂不以物喜，不以己悲＂的圣人心境吧！
我们没有必要羡慕别人，没有必要自艾自怨，更没有必要娇媃造作的装算，也许别人的幸福快乐只是一种虚伪的外表，虚伪不仅是一种负担，更是一种痛苦！放开了，你同样快乐。幸福只是一种生活的感受，生活就是一种真实的感受，只要我们向往明天的美好，热爱生活的点滴，珍惜今天的拥有，你将属于幸福、快乐永恒！
时光轮回，万物更新。一个既漫长而又短暂的初一学年已然过去，经过一个暑假的休养，我们共同打开了新学期的扉页。***先生曾经说过：人生最有趣味的事情，就是送旧迎新，因为人类最高的欲求，就是时时创造生活。那么，你们是否已经勾画好了新学期的蓝图呢，是否已经作好了充足的心理准备去迎接新学期的到来呢？
路还是昨天的路，但里程碑已是新的；歌还是昨天的歌，但今天唱出的更动听；太阳还是昨天的太阳，但它放射出的却是全新的光芒。当我们看着东方的第一抹朝阳时，是否应该检查一下自己：我的梦是否依然，我的心是否依旧飞扬？我们曾经拥有过辉煌，但那已成为枕边一段甜美的回忆；也许，我们也曾经遭受过挫折，但那已成为几滴苦涩的泪痕。忘记曾经的成功与失败，我们只需把经验和教训铭刻于心，让曾经的辉煌激励我们，过去的失败只是为了衬托未来的成功。
我们是奥班的学生，“没有最好，只有更好”是我们的口号，“更高、更快、更强”是我们的宗旨。在教室里，可以轻易地看见同学们埋头苦干的身影，也能听见为一个问题争论不休的声音……但是，“没有最好，只有更好”，在知识的海洋里，我们永不满足。在这里，不得不提一下偏科的问题。当然，有这个问题的同学应该只是小部分，但这个问题较其他班更容易在奥班发生。众所周知，这是一个不好的现象，但个别同学因为其他科目在小学没打好扎实的基础，学起来并不那么得心应手。于是，他们把全部心思都放在了数学这一科身上，力争在这一领域创出自己的一片天地，因而放弃了其他的科目。在这里，我想介绍一个故事给大家，内容绝对真实，可能有部分同学会看过，因为，它就刊登在8月27号的广州日报上。讲述的是一个高中生，高二下学期考试全班排名29（并非失手），而经过一年的奋斗，在高三最后一次模拟考试与高考当中，都夺得了全班第一名。化学他一直学得不好，但下定决心努力后，仅两个月的时间他就取得了全年级第一，事实突破了他的想象空间，他的梦想开始远大。他说，心理学上有一个名词，叫“自我实现的预言”，意思是，如果相信自己行，你最后就能行；如果怀疑自己不行，你就会退步。他还说，“要相信你的最好成绩，因为那是你抵达过的境界，如果你相信它，那么你一定会重新抵达那里”，还有“不必在意某一次偶然的失败，因为如果你在乎这次失常，就是相信了它，它将会成为你消极的预言，让你重演。”
还要说一个问题，就是特色班的评选。我们的特色是：活泼自律，但由于我们做的还不够，所以一直没有申报。活泼我们是做到了，似乎还过分了些，但自律呢？纪律一直是我们的老问题，总是死灰复燃。其实，我也不想再次提起，因为我知道，大家已经听烦了，听腻了，并且都知道应该怎么做，但就是做不到。同学们有没有想过，课堂上你无心发出的一句与课堂无关的话，自*课上你不自然发出的一声笑声，影响的可不止你自己，还有全班的同学。如果因为你一个人的过错而波及到了全班，你不觉得内疚吗？大道理我不多说，大家心里都明白应该怎么做，但为什么做不到呢，只因为一时的贪玩、一时的失控吗？我希望，这个学期，我们可以申报特色班。不管是否评得上，只要我们递交材料时能够做到问心无愧，就已经是我们的进步了。

困难与挫折是每个人的成长中最重要的`一部分。虽然它有时候会阻挡你的成功，但是当你跨过挫折时，你的成功会变成的更加稳固，更加长久。
困难和挫折就像一条冰冷的小河，面对它，你没有船，也没有桥，更没有捷径，你有的，只是自己。在这时，你可以选择逃避它，但这样做，你将没有机会成功；你可以选择自己造一条船，但这样做，你将花费大量的时间，因为你要去寻找工具和木材；还有一种办法，当然，也是最简单的办法，那就是踏入那冰冷刺骨的水中，这样做你也许会成功，但是这仅仅是也许，因为你并不知道这条河有多深，也不知道这条河里是否有会要你命的东西，聪明的人，也许会先找一个长木棍测量一下水深，往水里扔几块儿石头，看看水底是否有东西。当你认为万无一失时，你需要的便是自己的信心与勇气，当你真正从那冰冷的小河中淌过时，你的心情是多么兴奋、激动呀！当你真正淌过那冰冷的小河，走上岸时，你会发现世界是多么美好；当你向对岸那些还没有过河来的人招手告别时，你会觉得自己是多么自豪！困难与挫折就是这样，只要你有足够的信心和勇气去面对它，那在你看来，它也不过如此。

既然如此，就让我们好好地掌握希望吧！ 为了希望而活着，这就是人生的真谛，也是乐观的源泉，更是充实的保证。
一个屡屡失意的年轻人千里迢迢来到一偏僻小镇，幕名寻访一位备受尊敬的老先生。闲聊中谈起了命运，年轻人追问：“这个世界到底有没有命运？”老先生说：“当然有啊。”年轻人再问：“命运究竟是怎么回事？既然命中注定，那奋斗又有什么用?”老先生没有回答他的问题,只是笑着抓起年轻人的左手,说不妨先看看手相,给你算算命.他先给年轻人讲了一番生命线、爱情线、事业线等诸如此类的话，突然对年轻人说:“把手伸好，照我的样子做一个动作.”
老先生的动作就是:举起左手，慢慢地且越来越紧地抓起拳头。老先生问:“抓紧了没有?”年轻人有些迷惑,答道：“抓紧了。”老先生又问：“那些生命线在哪里？”年轻人机械的回答：“在我手里呀。”老先生紧紧追问：“请问，命运在哪里？”年轻人如当头一棒喝，恍然大悟：命运也在自己手里呀！
“不管别人怎么跟你说，不管那些‘算命先生们’如何给你算，记住，命运在自己的手里，而不是在别人的嘴里！”老先生*静地继续说道：“再看看你自己的拳头，你会发现你的生命线与一部分还留在外面，没有被抓住，它又能给你什么启示？命运大部分掌握在自己的手了，但还有一部分掌握在‘上天’的手里。古往今来，凡成大业者，‘奋斗’的意义就在于用其一生的努力，去换取在‘上天’手里的那一部分‘命运’

早上好！今天利用演讲的时间，我给大家讲一个真实的故事，一个关于大自然的故事：在美国西部，晴朗的午后，牛仔们将牛群赶到开阔丰美的草地上。一如寻常，牛儿们一边悠闲地嚼着青草，一边晒着太阳。然而天有不测风云，罕见的暴风夹裹着乌云疯狂袭来，转眼间大自然将恩赐无情收回，取而代之的是它暴虐的一面。
风越来越猛烈，吹折了树木，卷起了沙石。在一望无际的*原上它更加肆无忌惮，牛群本能地聚在一起，但无济于事，由于巨大的受风面，它们渐渐被吹到牧场的边缘，被栅栏挡住了去路。狂风并没有停止的意思，开始有牛被挤死，而后越来越多……不知过了多久，风小了。牛仔们出来一看，不禁惊呆了——大部分牛都被吹到了栅栏边，那里尸横遍地；有一小部分牛却截然不同，它们低着头朝着风吹来的方向站立着，最终活了下来。
我惊讶于生命面对逆境的脆弱与顽强，大自然创造逆境的同时也创造了应对逆境的方法。若是屈服于它，它不会怜悯你，会更为放肆，让你一败涂地；若认识到“逆境像弹簧，你强他就弱，你弱他就强”的道理，那么最终会战胜它。
你有过在狂风暴雨的街头撑伞行走的经历吧，你的伞应该是逆着风向的吧？你有过考试“偏科”的经历吧，之后你的精力是不是大都集中在了这门课上？你也曾遇上过令你非常头痛的事吧，那你应该是解决了问题重新振作了吧？逆境是个欺软怕硬的家伙，关键在于你是被它的血盆大口吓倒，还是冲上去揭下它狰狞的面具。

生活的一切原本就是由细节构成的，然而细节往往最容易被人忽视。古英格兰有一首著名的民谣："少了一枚铁钉，掉了一只马掌，掉了一只马掌，丢了一匹战马，丢了一匹战马，败了一场战役，败了一场战役，丢了一个国家。"

做作业的认真程度，上课的专心与否，甚至于做考卷的是否细心，都很大程度地在最后的分数上得到证明。成与败，决定于日积月累的每一个细节。荀子在《劝学》中讲到："不积跬步，无以至千里;不积小流，无以成江海"如果我们不重视细节，千里大堤，狂风巨浪未能移其毫厘，可谓牢不可破。然而蝼蚁入侵，日削月割，大堤最终倒塌。百年巨树，雷击山崩不能毁其生命，可谓顽强不屈，但是小小甲虫却能咬破树皮，吃空树干。
正因为这些常常被忽略掉的蝼蚁、甲虫，才使得看似牢不可破的大堤、巨树变得脆弱不堪，因此，细节性的问题往往会成为致命的问题，对待事物不能忽视细节，微小的事物一旦被忽略就会由小引大，终会造成无可挽回的后果。
这就是细节，如果注意不到这个小细节，那么原本应该是"100-1=99"的等式就会变成"100-1=0"，我们所做的都将功亏一篑，1%的错误导致的100%的失败。同学们，责任铸就辉煌，而细节却决定成败!
每每提起健康，大家首先想到的'就是身体健康。
诚然，我们不能否定身体健康的重要性，我们也无法避免会看到那些因为疾病而远离我们的亲人朋友。但是大家有没有想过，身体健康的丧失难道与心理健康的失调没有一点关系吗?你一定会反驳道：我觉得我的心理很健康，但为什么还经常得病呢?就让我们随便举几个生活中的例子吧。
