when I first read this line by England’s Poet Laureate, it startled me. What did Masefield mean? Without thinking about it much, I had always assumed that the opposite was true.
But his sober assurance was arresting. I could not forget it.
Finally, I seemed to grasp his meaning and realized that here was a profound observation. The wisdom that happiness makes possible lies in clear perception, not fogged by anxiety nor dimmed by despair and boredom, and without the blind spots caused by fear.
Active happiness——not mere satisfaction or contentment ---often comes suddenly, like an April shower or the unfolding of a bud.
Then you discover what kind of wisdom has accompanied it. The grass is greener; bird songs are sweeter; the shortcomings of your friends are more understandable and more forgivable.
Happiness is like a pair of eyeglasses correcting your spiritual vision.
Nor are the insights of happiness limited to what is near around you. Unhappy, with your thoughts turned in upon your emotional woes, your vision is cut short as though by a wall.
Happy, the wall crumbles.
The long vista is there for the seeing. The ground at your feet, the world about you----people, thoughts, emotions, pressures---are now fitted into the larger scene.

When I was small, I was taught that we should help others, though it was not our duty, we should take no hesitation to do it. 空气中弥漫着大地的余温，连风扇吹出来的气体都是暖的，此刻的我正在谱写着自序，这是一本怎么样的书其实我也不好评判，但我确实想着要努力的去完成它。
早些年的我并不知道所谓的好文章与差文章的表现究竟相差在哪里，也不知道选择的背后是成功还是失败，但是正是因为我们不知道，所以有了想要尝试的想法，未知是最令人着迷的开始，于是我们开始挑灯前行，去实践探索未知的领域。
不去尝试一件事情，我们并不会知道结果如何！
做了可能会后悔，不做连后悔的机会都没有。
曾经我们做着许许多多的计划与梦想，但是当真的走在路上的时候，会发现实际上的路途比计划中的更难以跃步，我们的大脑开始左右我们的行为，面对难题的时候我们会作何选择？是选择迎面而上，还是止步退缩。
每个人都会经历过迷茫的阶段，也正是因为迷茫，所以给了我们每个人成长的机会，我们有机会去选择我们没经历过的生活与工作，我们可以去尝试一种新的技能与蜕变，到后来沉淀下来的终会让迷茫走向成长。
