他是一个温柔的男生。记得上三年级时，老师把他调到我旁边。我讨厌他极了，因为他的脸上有一块烫疤，特别难看。所以一有不顺心的事就骂他。呵呵!但是他呢?一个男生，却总是被我骂的不知所措，还经常向我赔礼道歉。唉，我的这种坏脾气就是被他惯坏的。但是他经常帮助我。时间久了，我对他的看法变了——不能以貌取人嘛!实际上，他真的很爱帮助同学，是个好学生。
数学老师经常先把题目写在黑板上，再让我们把题目抄到本子上，最后算答案。那时我的视力不好，又没配眼镜，根本看不清黑板上的字。他总是把题目先抄在本子上，再给我抄，等我抄完题目后，他再把本子拿回去，我们各算个的答案。
在夏天天气炎热时，我总是买两袋冰镇的酸奶，喝时送给他一袋。他每次接牛奶的时候，都会朝我傻傻的微笑。他的笑容很友善，使人看了之后觉得很舒坦。
通过这些事情，我和他便成了关系最好的朋友——虽然他是一个男生。
但是他有点爱装：
有一次，我和他吵架，顺手捶了他几下，他立马板起脸，严肃的对我说："嗨，我想我活不长了!""为什么?"我问。他说："你刚才打我的时候，我感到特别的疼，而且嗓子里好像涌上来什么液体，黏黏的，还有点恶心，想吐的感觉。我怀疑是你把我身体的某一个器官打坏了，所以想吐出血来。"
我现在想起来真的`好想笑，血岂是随随便便吐的?他吹牛都不打草稿。但是在当时看来，他编的好像，我还傻傻的信了。还不停的安慰他，说"好好活下去"之类的话。
还有一天早上，他的数学作业写得不够认真，我说了他几句，他便拉了一早上的脸，作业题目也不借我看了。我也不是好惹的人，一直不理他。过了好长时间，他主动给我道歉。我到现在还记得他道歉时的场面：
当时正在上课，他传了一张纸条给我，上面写道：嗨，别和我较真了，昨天是我不好，我给你道歉，对不起，我不该和你僵持不下，作业没写好本来就是我的错，你不理我也很正常。所以请你原谅我。行不行?
我看到纸条后很高兴，变也传给他一张纸条，上面写道：其实我是赌气才不理你的，行，知错就改，向我认错就好，原谅你了!
他看到纸条后，给了我一个微笑，悄悄对我说："谢谢!"我说："谢什么，其实咱俩都有错!"
再后来嘛，你知道吗?他还来过我家，当时我家正好有一锅鱼肉，香香的，所以我以"好同学"的身份请他吃了鱼肉。他吃的很快。我很惊讶。他得意的冲我笑着，说："娃娃，这叫神速，没见过吧?"(在速度方面，我承认我是他的手下败将!)
虽然现在我们在同一个学校学*，但是却被分在不同的班级。两年了，只见过他几面，不知道现在他的学*成绩怎么样。只能祝他的成绩"芝麻开花——节节高"。

当店里出现问题的时候我埋怨过你们不动脑子，训斥过你们不长记性。可是冷静下来想一想，作为一个管理者，我是不是真的尽到了自己的责任?我有没有告诉你们正确的产品知识，我有没有教会你们正确的销售技巧?即便有，是不是已经足够?经过对自己的反问，我发现，我的员工们真的是很可爱。因为开店的速度太快，你们没有谁真正得到过系统的培训，就被分配到各个店去上班了，只凭着我写过的一点可怜的产品知识去开展自己的工作，甚至在自己还没有成长的时候就肩负起了带新员工的责任。

领导，在此我真的觉得很对不起。
