It has already been one year. This year, we have been through happiness, pain, confusion and impressive. 首先我们真心感谢桅子花开、海星以及马来吸呀等几位网友给我们所提的意见，今年在*论坛上有两封公开批评我们的帖子，说实在的，刚刚看到的时候，心里确实是堵得慌的，不高兴的，总觉得目前国内旅游市场大环境就是这个样子，大社不强，小社散差，从业人员服务意识、技能普遍不强等等，刚开始，我们确实给自己找了一些自我安慰的借口。
现在再认真思考这个问题，我们觉得，做为从业人员有责任、有义务，也必须为游客提供更为轻松、快乐的旅游时光。坦诚的说，今年7、8两个暑期月份下来，在我们质检回访过程中，所发现存在质量问题的，游客投诉到公司的也绝不仅此两例。
我们总结分析下来，存在质量问题的主要是散客出游群体，暑期质量问题一般容易出现在车辆空调不好，某些导游态度存在问题，以及住房条件较差等方面。目前旅行社的存在方式大体上分为三类，一类是组团旅行社，我们**就是这样类型的旅行社，面向终端客户收取客源;一类是地接旅行社，主要接待外地游客来本地旅游;第三类是同行批发旅行社，如扬州苏之旅旅行社，仪征旅行社同行受制于客源量问题，收到游客报名后，无法独立发团，只能交给这样的批发旅行社统一发团。这种现状就导至了组团旅行社对散客质量的掌控从很大程度上受制于同行批发旅行社，从某种程度上来说，仪征散客出游，选择哪家旅行社报名的差别是不大的，唯一的区别所在是旅行社经营者的思路，以及遇质量投诉后，规模大一些的旅行社对批发旅行社的牵制能力会更强一些，仅此两点而已。
关乎旅游质量还有一个很重要的点，就是导游，景点美不美，全靠导游一张嘴。好的导游除了在讲解上会更为精彩外，对于游客心理的把握能力通常也会很强，会有较强的协调沟通能力，而目前导游的'生存状态基本上都是以兼职为主，这种生存状态，也从很大程度上导致了其责任心的下降，因其兼职故而也缺少有效的服务技能培训。旅行社不是不想有自己的全职导游，而是因为旅游业的季节性特别强，旺季再多导游也不够用，进入12月份以后的3个月淡季对于小旅行社而言，可能1个导游都嫌多，这个微利行业人力成本应该是最大的成本了，所以这种季节性的特点也导致旅行社不敢、不能用过多的全职导游。我们公司目前全职导游有16名，在扬州地区算得上是规模庞大的一支导游队伍了，但也只能应对*常季节的客流量，遇上旺季，也只能望洋兴叹，比如贴子中所提到的西安团队，就是一个主要由兼职导游带队的团队。

首先我们真心感谢桅子花开、海星以及马来吸呀等几位网友给我们所提的意见，今年在**论坛上有两封公开批评我们的帖子，说实在的，刚刚看到的时候，心里确实是堵得慌的，不高兴的，总觉得目前国内旅游市场大环境就是这个样子，大社不强，小社散差，从业人员服务意识、技能普遍不强等等，刚开始，我们确实给自己找了一些自我安慰的借口。
现在再认真思考这个问题，我们觉得，做为从业人员有责任、有义务，也必须为游客提供更为轻松、快乐的旅游时光。坦诚的说，今年7、8两个暑期月份下来，在我们质检回访过程中，所发现存在质量问题的，游客投诉到公司的也绝不仅此两例。
我们总结分析下来，存在质量问题的主要是散客出游群体，暑期质量问题一般容易出现在车辆空调不好，某些导游态度存在问题，以及住房条件较差等方面。目前旅行社的存在方式大体上分为三类，一类是组团旅行社，我们**就是这样类型的`旅行社，面向终端客户收取客源;一类是地接旅行社，主要接待外地游客来本地旅游;第三类是同行批发旅行社，如扬州苏之旅旅行社，仪征旅行社同行受制于客源量问题，收到游客报名后，无法独立发团，只能交给这样的批发旅行社统一发团。这种现状就导至了组团旅行社对散客质量的掌控从很大程度上受制于同行批发旅行社，从某种程度上来说，仪征散客出游，选择哪家旅行社报名的差别是不大的，唯一的区别所在是旅行社经营者的思路，以及遇质量投诉后，规模大一些的旅行社对批发旅行社的牵制能力会更强一些，仅此两点而已。
关乎旅游质量还有一个很重要的点，就是导游，景点美不美，全靠导游一张嘴。好的导游除了在讲解上会更为精彩外，对于游客心理的把握能力通常也会很强，会有较强的协调沟通能力，而目前导游的生存状态基本上都是以兼职为主，这种生存状态，也从很大程度上导致了其责任心的下降，因其兼职故而也缺少有效的服务技能培训。旅行社不是不想有自己的全职导游，而是因为旅游业的季节性特别强，旺季再多导游也不够用，进入12月份以后的3个月淡季对于小旅行社而言，可能1个导游都嫌多，这个微利行业人力成本应该是最大的成本了，所以这种季节性的特点也导致旅行社不敢、不能用过多的全职导游。我们公司目前全职导游有16名，在扬州地区算得上是规模庞大的一支导游队伍了，但也只能应对*常季节的客流量，遇上旺季，也只能望洋兴叹，比如贴子中所提到的西安团队，就是一个主要由兼职导游带队的团队。

现在再认真思考这个问题，我们觉得，做为从业人员有责任、有义务，也必须为游客提供更为轻松、快乐的旅游时光。坦诚的说，今年7、8两个暑期月份下来，在我们质检回访过程中，所发现存在质量问题的，游客投诉到公司的也绝不仅此两例。
我们总结分析下来，存在质量问题的主要是散客出游群体，暑期质量问题一般容易出现在车辆空调不好，某些导游态度存在问题，以及住房条件较差等方面。目前旅行社的存在方式大体上分为三类，一类是组团旅行社，我们**就是这样类型的旅行社，面向终端客户收取客源;一类是地接旅行社，主要接待外地游客来本地旅游;第三类是同行批发旅行社，如扬州苏之旅旅行社，仪征旅行社同行受制于客源量问题，收到游客报名后，无法独立发团，只能交给这样的批发旅行社统一发团。这种现状就导至了组团旅行社对散客质量的掌控从很大程度上受制于同行批发旅行社，从某种程度上来说，仪征散客出游，选择哪家旅行社报名的差别是不大的，唯一的区别所在是旅行社经营者的思路，以及遇质量投诉后，规模大一些的旅行社对批发旅行社的牵制能力会更强一些，仅此两点而已。

天，我怀着愧疚和懊悔给您写下这份检讨书，以想您表示我对逃课这种不良行为的深刻认识以及我决定再也不逃课的决心。
在我进入大学之初，我就坚定了好好学*，努力成才的决心，但是我却辜负了老师、家长以及同学的关心，我逃课了。虽然我逃课是由于许久不曾回家，又因“五・一”放假三天而我回家在路途上就需要消耗两天的时间，故而我逃了一天的课，但我真的不是存心不想上课的，我错过了老师为我们精心准备的无比生动的课，错过了一次老师呕心沥血给我们制作的知识大餐，这莫过于人生的一大损失。
课后，我满怀愧疚之情，在家里呆了两天也是惴惴不安的，一方面觉得对不住老师的谆谆教诲，另一方面还要对父母谎称放了4天假而无比的羞愧，这4天的“假”我是在良心的一次次谴责中度过的，我觉得自己“上对不起天，下对不起地，中间对不起自己的良心”。
对不起，导员！这次我犯的是一个严重的原则性错误。错误已经发生，我却不知如何挽回，只好告诫自己要努力把握好今后的每一分钟，时时刻刻铭记导员的教导，努力学*，争创辉煌。最起码也要学会立足社会的知识，掌握自力更生的能力。
员的反复教导犹言在耳，严肃认真的表情仍旧在眼前，我深深为之震撼，也深刻地认识到事已至此的严重性。
我返校的前几天里，我一直期待您来找我训话，惩罚我，借以减轻我心中的'负罪感，我有好几次甚至想主动去找您坦诚错误，但我终究还是没有跨越那道线，我退缩了，我是真的不知该对您说什么，“我错了”这句话对您来说显得太苍白无力了，“我下次不敢了”。似乎也不能打动您的心，但这真的是我内心的真实写照，我也许并不太会用语言表达我想要表达的意思，但我真心希望您能从我的文字中读出深深地悔意和我要表达的痛改前非的决心。
如今大错已成，我深深懊悔不已，深刻检讨，认为我在思想中已深藏了致命的错误，思想觉悟也不高，更没有很好地掌控自己的情感反而让情感掌控了我，我的定力还是不够的坚定。
员，虽然我的言语不多，写字也很潦草，但这正是我急切想表明我真的知道我错了的迫切心情。

您好！我是，在这里给您写下这份检讨书，以向您表示我对旷课迟到这种不良行为的深刻认识以及以后也不旷课迟到的决心。
早在我踏进校门，老师就已三申五令，一再强调，全校同学不得旷课迟到。但是我还是无故旷课迟到。关于旷课迟到的事情，我觉得有必要说一说。事情的经过是这样的：每次放学放假我就想提前出去所以，我选择了旷课这种行为。虽然我知道这种行为是不对的，但是我还是做了，所以，我觉得有必要而且也是应该向老师做出这份书面检讨，让我自己深深的反省一下自己的.错误。
对不起，领导和老师！我犯的是一个严重的原则性的问题。我知道，领导和老师对于我的无故旷课也非常的生气。我也知道，对于学生，保证每堂课按时上课，不早退，不旷课是一项最基本的责任，也是最基本的义务。但是我却连最基本的都没有做到。事后，我冷静的想了很久，我渐渐的认识到自己将要为自己的冲动付出代价了。
几经深思，我决定以以下的行为向老师表达自己认错的决心：
1、向老师认错，写检查书。既然自己已经犯了错，我就应该去面对，要认识到自己的错误，避免以后犯同样的错误。
2、提高纪律性。我应该认真学*学校的校规校纪，并且做到自觉遵守。不迟到，不早退，不旷课。有事应该先向老师请假。
3。提高自己的思想觉悟。对各门课程都应该引起重视，并且要养成良好的学*和生活作风。
4。制定学*计划，认真克服生活懒散、粗心大意的缺点，努力学*，以好成绩来弥补我的过错。
