本人有良好道德素养，并有坚定政治方向，积极拥护党组织领导。大一时候我向党组织递交了入党申请书，并在各方面严格要求自己，以党员标准严格要求自己，在20xx年1月10日成为了一名正式党员。
本人刻苦学*，专业知识扎实。在三年综合测评中，我居于年级前列，并多次获得校级奖学金。此外，我还注重教师技能培养，积极参加各种教学实践活动。在大一和大二暑假我先后参加了2次社会实践服务活动，在大三期间，我参加了湛江市开发区第一中学教学实践活动，在大四第一学期，我到湛江师范学院附属中学见*了十周；此外，在大学四年里，我还利用课余时间兼职了家教。通过实践，我不但对中小学教材和中小学生心理特征有了一定了解，而且从中学到了不少教师技能，如怎样掌控课堂，如何合理安排一节课内容等。
另外，多年干部经历让我练就了良好工作能力。在大学四年里，我曾担任了一年副班长，2年舍长，1年英语教师技能协会副会长，1年新生助理班主任和1年学生党支部副**。因工作突出，曾被评为“优秀学生干部”和“优秀舍长”。
经过四年学*与实践，我相信自己能够胜任英语教师这个岗位。
刚进入校园，就被优雅的学*环境和良好的学*风气深深的吸引住。每一个学生都那么纯真可爱。初到班级里来自学生热情的欢迎掌声，我真的有一种说不出的幸福感。老师职业的神圣，是站在三尺讲台向学生们传授知识。在进行了*xx月的实*后，我感受到更多的是做老师的不易。实*的经历虽已经过去，可我还会回头去看一下我在那里留下的脚印，非常感谢我的学校和实*单位给我这样一次宝贵的机会。让我在实践中得到锻炼，在实践中学会成长。
向老教师学*：我在听指导老师的课的时候，每一幕，每一个瞬间，哪怕是一个小小的细节，我都非常认证，这些课对我来说都是那样的深刻，至今还记忆犹新。指导老师非常关心我，细心指导，每次师范讲课之前都要认真备课，上课前把她课上的重点，特点还有需要注意的地方都提示让我牢记。应该用怎样的语言对学生说话，如果与学生沟通，真是面面俱到，着实让我学到不少东西。
教学实*中，总的来说，我能认真备课，所设计的教案及课件规范，内容准确。课堂教学中，教学效果好，教学内容能当堂消化、巩固。教学语言表达清楚、流畅，课外辅导耐心细致，对不同程度的学生都能区别情况，因材施教，答疑解惑正确而有启发性，批改作业仔细正确。一名优秀的教师除了要有强烈的责任感，扎实的基本功，更应是一名很好的课堂组织者。对于英语初学者来说，老师如何组织课堂教学，调动课堂气氛，使学生对英语产生兴趣就显得尤为重要。记得有一次学生们朗读课文，个个都像蔫了的白菜，有气无力。
这时我就问他们有没有听说过疯狂英语，见他们好奇的表情，我就讲了讲什么是疯狂英语，以及李阳的一些英语学*方法，比如三最口腔肌肉练*法。最后我鼓励他们用疯狂英语的方法来朗读课文，没想到学生们一下子来了精神头儿，嘴也张开了，声音也大了。一堂课下来，觉得自己好有成就感，第一次体会到了作为一名老师的满足与快乐。在以后的教学中，我就不断运用多种灵活多变的教学方法，比如游戏，比赛，鼓励，幽默等都取得了不错的效果，从中我深深体会到老师的满足与自豪。
总之，我觉得教育是一个互动的过程，不单老师要认真投入教学，还需要学生的积极配合，才能达到做老师的目的―把知识真正传给学生。这就是我的教育实*自我鉴定和深深的体会。非常感谢学校给了我这次宝贵的实*机会，让我切实体会到了当一名教师所应具备的基本素质，让我在短短的xx几天中锻炼了自己。而作为一个师范生，作为一位未来教师，我要学*的，还有很多很多。
俗话说“铁打的学校，流水的学生”，我对这句话的认识是这样的：教师传授的知识体系可能没有根本性的变化，可是学生是一届一届有自我的特点的。所以，要在教育教学过程中，不能用一套方式对待不一样的学生，要坚持教学的新鲜感，教师的教学要为学生的学*服好务，引好路。在新的学期里感激领导为我的研究，同时根据学校工作需要，我服从了领导的安排，我又新接手了一个初二年级两个班级的英语教学工作。虽然最*几年来，我一向在教初二和初三的英语课，对于课本有必须程度上的熟悉，对学生心理特点有必须的掌握，但我觉得“岁岁年年花相似，年年岁岁人不一样”。所以我在教育教学过程中依然认真学*，研究教法。正因为有了以上的认识，对本期的教学我有了如下的作法，可归纳为三个分析与三个提高：
1、分析教材，提高课堂效益。
虽然几年来我校一向采用仁爱教材，在教学中积累了必须的经验，可是每年该教材中也有相当的一部分会做出调整和变化。这种调整往好了说是适应新形势，往不好了说是没有个稳定性。所以，在拿到新教材之后，我就着手比较新教材与前两年我教初二时教材的不一样之处。我认真地分析与思考对待新教材的教学方法上的改变，在对具体的课文操作上，哪个部分必须详讲，哪个部分能够略讲，哪些部分能够整合，哪些部分能够调整教学顺序，对这些资料我作到了心中有数，并在教学中得以体现与实施，并不断根据学生的特点予以改善。下头我谈一下我对于这些学生特点的认识。
2、分析学生，提高学生本事。
根据以往的经验，我认为初二这个年级对于学生来说是一个比较重要的阶段，由于身心的急聚发展变化，带来了种种发展的可能性，既是发展的危险期，也是英语学*的低谷期，同时也不可避免的成为教育的关键期。面临着学**惯的进一步养成，而学*难度进一步加大，可是还没有初三的物理与化学的压力，同时，逆反心理也渐渐变强的阶段。所以，我们所看到的初二学生常常是学*状态不好，而把教师的批评与教育当成了对他们的不尊重，容易受到不良风气影响等等，但同时，他们的身上又有很多优点值得我们去发现与激励。过去种种的经验与教训反复在告诫我们，初二的是学生的成长发展的转折点。所以，我不断的分析学生的特点，改变我的教学方式与方法，吸引学生的课堂注意力、激励学生的提高。
刚刚得知接手这个班级的消息时，学生还没有上学，我到班主任的那里借来了两个班级的同学上学期期末成绩单。经过比较成绩单，我就发现了，并在本学期的教学过程中，和两个班的同学接触中逐渐清晰地认识到了两个班的差异和特点。这届初二的学生由于在初一的时候由两个教师来教，不一样的教师，塑造了不一样的对于英语的学*方式，可是在新学期里，对于新的教师，新的学*方式调整理解的还不到位。同时，我还有一点的体会，学生的对于学*的方式和学**惯在第一时间已经养成，如果想要对其有所调整，真的是很难的。
二年一班的学生整体不错，中等生差距不大，可塑性很大，有提高的可能性。学生比较活跃，学*进取性比较高，认真听讲的过程中，经常问一些问题，这样教师的教学思路也很流畅，在解决问题中，师生都得到了提高。
二年二班的学生两极分化明显，成绩好的学生表现异常突出，成绩不好的学生在学*目标、课堂纪律、完成作业方面也不是很好，另外，经常有几个学生有自我的听课思路，经常不恰当的提出几个问题，影响教学。整体上来看，不善于提出问题。可是，好的学生有吃不饱的现象。
综合了两个班的不一样特点，我作了这样的调整，将一班的讲课进度排在二班之前，这样，在一班学生提出了知识上的问题，我们共同解决了问题之后，到二班我就能够避免在教学中出现一些不必要的问题，讲得更深入，更好提高课堂教学效果。
在对待每一个学生的问题上，我开学初试着帮他们拟定学*上的目标，并在教学中经常介绍学*上的方法，介绍初二与初一不一样的学*方式与做题技巧，同时，也举例说明学*上成功的例子与失败的教训。这样学生对英语学*有了认识了，对教师有了认可。
在教学过程中，我充分认识到了“独木难成林”的意义，在教学过程中，我得到了两位班主任，各位科任和家长的信任与支持，也使我的教学工作取得了必须的成绩，减轻了一部分压力。例如，在对高雪的教育过程就体现了这一点，高雪的成绩处于中游，讲课过程中我也异常的给这部分学生机会，在课上关注的也多一点，由于她的学**惯不好，虽然我可能没有对她进行提问，可是对她的小动作关注的较多，这样一来，给别人的印象就是教师总批评高雪，而批评了两次之后，高雪就有不一样意见了，说教师没有给她留面子。我觉得她的学生会**的身份没有让她变得更优秀，而是更顾及她在大家眼中的形象。为此，我没有在课上再当面批评她了。而是，课后找她谈了几次，讲明白了“形象不是靠别人给的，而是自我得来的，靠学*，靠表现得来的”，但效果不明显。之后，在班主任的协助下，我又找她谈了一次。之后，她稳定了一些日子，但在这些日子里，也是老毛病不断，总是借故和他人说话，上课不认真，总爱趴在桌子上，以她为中心，影响了一批人，为此，我当机立断，找到高雪家长的电话，请他到学校来，协助教育。我和班主任袁刚向家长通报了高雪的表现及我的想法，得到了家长的支持与帮忙，高雪上课的状态进一步好转。期望她有
更大的提高。可是，回想此事，我也有别的想法，像高雪家长这样负责的还好，像高雪还能听家长的话的还好，我所教的初二学生中有一部分学生家长根本不在身边，有的由爷爷奶奶等岁数很大的长辈管理，有的在人家住宿，这样的学生的管理成为了我们所应对的一大难题。还有学生不服从管教之后，我们有什么相应的措施吗？我们都应当进取的寻求突破和教育的新方式。
虽然教学上，根据不一样的班级用了不一样的教学方式与方法，但也有许多的相似之处，我总觉得，班级中的中等生是最值得教师投入精力的。因为，他们提高了，优生能够更加的提高，而也能给比他们差一点的学生以鼓舞，带动全班的学生提高。在中等学生的培优方面我做了很多的工作，准备课时的重点在他们，讲课的重点在他们，提问最多的是他们，找谈话最多的是他们。
3、分析自我，提高教学水*
仅有清楚的认识了自我，才能进一步的寻求突破和成功。我教了多年的初二、初三教材，研究过中考的试题，对于考试的.方向，讲课的方式构成了必须的套路，可是有些该成形的没有成形，不需要墨守成规的没有变化。所以，我在教学过程中注意了调整和改变。这些也所以成为了我教学中的亮点与应当发扬的地方。
在英语的课堂上知识信息量大，本事要求高，英语课堂光凭耳朵听和眼睛看是远远不够的。作为英语教师，应当科学地指导学生做好英语笔记，培养学生成为能够自主学*的学*者，增强持之以恒、终身学*的本事与意识。那么，如何指导学生做好英语笔记，高效地学*英语呢
我在英语教学实践中做出了一些有益的尝试，认识在提高，经验在逐渐的积累，开始教学的几年里，我也要求学生记笔记，记录教师讲课的重点，学生记得零散，不系统，同时并没有加强检查，最终有一部分学生根本没有记笔记。为此，我接下来的学期中就要求每位学生要有笔记本，同时，加强了检查，这样，人人教有了笔记本，可是，检查后发现学生的学*本事不一样，有时笔记的准确性都受到影响。学生笔记记的不准确，那么记忆起来会有负作用的。对此，我又进一步的调整了要求与作法，学生必须与我的板书一致。这样做的好处是加强了知识的准确性，学生的注意力也集中了，但有一点问题，就是效率太低。
在本学期中，我继续的在探索英语笔记的好记法。结合以前对于此事的思考，我尝试了一个新的操作方法。我将笔记当中的知识点进行了排序，选出了必须要记住的知识点，我发挥了自我打字比较快的长处，将第一课的重点知识点打印出了一份，减少了学生在课堂中背诵笔记过程中出现的错误之处。这样，每一课的笔记都延续前一课的知识点的次序，提问起来很有效率。学生也能够结合我的统一笔记整理自我的个性化的笔记。这是因为每个人的英语基础、学*环境、学**惯、学*经历都不一样，对英语学*的认识也不一样，学生的笔记也不可能在形式上千人一面，资料上千篇一律，我对学生的要求是在记笔记时也应充分体现个性，将英语学*所具有的个人意义融进课堂笔记，记录在补充笔记当中。经过自主的学*、整理和丰富课堂笔记，让英语课堂笔记成为他们自我英语知识的百科全书，这样课堂笔记才能实用、有效。打印笔记的准备工作及打印的过程，虽费时费力，可是为了学生的提高，付出也是值得的。
在坚持中，我也有懈怠的时候，当笔记打到200多条的时候，那个工作中有很多的事情要忙，最累了，正是那时我得到了组内其他人的鼓励，所以坚持了下来。当打完后一算，整个三个单元的笔记就有300多条，还不算单词，排除重复的资料，估计可能到达20xx左右吧。可见中学四年，学生要在英语上记多少资料，投入多少的时间。
对于学生学*效果的检测除了考试外，主要还有两个方面，课后作业的完成情景和提问的情景。对于课后的作业，我布置了比较个性化的作业与练*，能够在单词提问中全对的学生免写全部单词，对于不对的学生则要求抄写必须的数量。这样节省了学的好的学生的时间，也对学得不好的学生有促进。后期在操作中改为能听写对哪个词，免写哪个词。这样所有学生有关于记单词的进取性都被调动起来了。每一天都有至少30多的学生来到办公室里听写和提问，他们更有时间将机会去巩固其它的知识，提高自我的本事。
由于对于学生的留作业与练*的尺度有些单一，有部分学生完不成练*，这样给人一种每一天他的练*多的印象，今后还得进一步改善，对下学期留练*的方式的改变方式我此刻已经有了一些思路了。
从前我对于课堂提问环节运用的不好，没有起到督促学生复*的作用。为此，我想了一些操作办法，经过实践，得到了必须的成效，也有待于今后的改善和提高。具体作法如下：
我将班级分为八个小组，然后，我写了1到8个数字在8张小纸片上，上课前，我抽出一张小纸片，按纸片上数字提问对应的组。这样，学生们在课堂都能够认真的准备，防止被抽到。因为被抽到的可能性大，组内的同学为了小组的荣誉进取背诵，互相督促，学*气氛较从前有了较大的改善，学生的热情很高。经过这样的操作学生的记忆知识点的进取性更高了。
4、分析成绩，提高课堂实效
每一次考试之后，在陶续龙的组织下，我们几位任课教师都坐下来研究学生的成绩起伏变化，同时，改变了以往教师分析完就结束了的作法，变成了趁热打铁，立即找到重点的学生来谈学*上的要求。这样，学生在一次次的谈话中得到了提高，也有了点滴的变化，上课的状态进一步变好。
这学期的教学任务对我来说，真的很重，由于前面的教学按部就班的进行，中间又有外出听课、出课等事情的冲击，感觉后期教学时间不足，导致复*时间很短，唯一让人庆幸的是我们*日里的工作是扎实的。针对这种情景，我下学期的工作要提高效率，注重效益，及时的测试以掌握学生真实水*并提出对策。
5、其它工作方面
在学期中，我还带了一位徐爽这个实*生两个星期，徐爽听课时的状态让我再次体会到了自我当实*生时的热情，这两个星期里，徐爽几乎听了我这个期间的全部的课，我还和她共同听课别的教师的一些课，在每节课后，我们都会进行交流，分析对讲课过程的想法。在最终的几天里，我还给了她讲课的机会。让她以她备课的方式在初二讲了课。带实*生是我的荣幸，也感激领导的信任。我也相信在这段时间当中，我不仅仅再次体验了当学生的完美，也学到了许多的东西。
本学期的几次外出听课，我也进取参加，因为同时农村中学，听课中取得的经验更有推广意义。所以，对这样的机会我十分的珍惜。听课后，我将他们的讲课方式借鉴到我的课堂教学当中，取得了较好的效果。但学了很多之后，我也体会到不能“画虎不成反类犬”，不能让自我的课堂成了“四不像”，谁的都像，但什么也不是。必须要有借鉴，但也必须要有自我的特色，在很多方面都是这样的，这是我的认识。
回顾自我教学工作，还存在着一些不足，如本学期和学业生的沟通时间少，多数的工作尽是在写材料了，占用了很多的课前准备和课后辅导的时间，也由于我没有很好的处理好写材料与课后辅导学生的关系。自我的情绪还是易受到班级内学*状态不好的学生的影响，今后要注意克服，尽量调动学生的学*进取性，对影响教学的学生尽量尽快处理，或警告后课后去处理，免得占用课上时间。
“一年中考四年抓”，这句话我记在心中，落实在实践中，应对我所教学生初四时可能面临的严峻形式，我仅有用更加热情的工作来尽量提高他们的水*和成绩。
临*毕业的我， 在实*的时候选择了一所小学，在里面当英语实*老师，目前我的实*也要结束了。对自己这五个月的实*的工作也有了一定的认识和了解，我对此写了自己的实*鉴定，以坚定这几个月来的工作。
我的工作，在这几月里，我每天做的就是把要上的课的教案备好，每天保持愉快的心情进入教室教英语。从开始我面对这群学生的不自在和难为情，到现在我能够与他们相处极好，已经变成了朋友般了。上课是师生，下课是朋友。在课堂上，尽力的把英语知识教给他们，同时关注了一些对英语不怎么感兴趣的学生，争取在课下对他们进行补课，让他们逐渐的对英语产生兴趣，以及跟上其他同学的进度。我在这方面取得了很不错的成就，班上的同学都对我的英语课很配合。
我的学*，除了日常教学以外是对我这专业的温*，我自己也在网上购买课程学*，跟着其他老师学*英语其他方面的知识。每一次上为网课我都会那一个专门的笔记本记老师讲的重点。当然我也会跟着学校的英语老师学*，会向他们去请求去他们的课上听课，在我没有课的时候，我就会拿着我的备课本去到他们的课堂听讲，记录他们的教学方式和在课堂上的表现，回去后从里面学*经验，更是把一些很有用的方法与自己的方法融合到一起，组成新的方法，然后用到我的课堂里教学。
我的生活，在学校实*的时候，生活依旧保持热情向上，快乐积极，对他人保持礼貌，尊敬前辈，关心学生，与学校的人都可以很好的相处。在校内，我的穿着就是把一个老师的模样。除去工作时间，我在其他时间里也会出去玩耍的，会去看风景，欣赏大好的风光。我一颗真诚的心，诚实守信，生活中做事做人言而有信。
经过这几个月的实*，我从中能够深刻体会到做一个老师的不容易，也更能理解老师的难处了。因为体验过，所以珍惜作为学生的时候，虽然也快要真正的毕业，但是也不会有遗憾。实*让我明白更多工作和生活上的道理，这次实*经历很值得。这不管我未来选择什么样的工作，于我都是有用的经验。我对自己的未来也充满着希望，面向更美好的明天。
白驹过隙，岁月匆匆，为期两个月的第一中学实*生活转眼即逝。而让我感触良多的是：教育实*对每一位准教师来说,都是一步至关重要的棋，是我们师范类学生将理论付诸于实践的必需环节。我们可以通过实*，接触与专业相关的实际工作，综合运用所学的理论知识、基本技能和专业知识；把理论与实践相统一，这不仅仅提高了自己在教育工作中的实际操作能力,更扩展了自身非局限于书本的知识，训练多方面视角和思维。20xx年3月4日至4月26日，我在第一中学七(9)班进行了为期两个月的实*。实*的基本内容包括两部分：英语课程教学、班主任工作。在两位指导老师和实*小组成员的指导和支持下，我顺利进行本次教育实*，总计听课20节，上课40节，代课8节。实*期间，我策划组织了两次主题班会活动及一次团队户外扩展活动；同时，我还主动参与或协助学校的各项活动，如：师生帮扶、年级篮球比赛、年级手抄报比赛、校际合唱比赛、校级雷锋月活动等。
在第一中学实*的每一天，我努力地做好从学生到教师的角色转换。穿着外表大方得体，行为表现自然端庄，言行举止文明亲和，尽力给学生一种道德修养好，文化水*高的印象。
在教学工作方面，我认真独立备课、小组讨论、试讲修改、上课、反思总结，用心设计每一个教学步骤和活动细节，专注每一句课堂用语表达的清晰和艺术；以确保教学材料、教学课件规范、内容准确；确保教学重点难点突出，学生易于掌握学*；确保课堂形成互动性、高效性。同时，课外了解不同学生的学*情况，针对不同的特点进行辅导；批改作业仔细认真，采用可爱的简笔画对学生作业进行表扬和鼓励；更经常请教英语科组老师指出缺点和不足，虚心听取指导老师的意见，弥补自己在教学工作上的不足，以不断地提升自己。
在实*班主任工作方面，从每天早自*、跑操、眼保健操、课堂纪律、晚自*的监督，课后处理学生矛盾、做学生思想工作，到通知班级规定的日常事务等，都予以高度的责任，认真对待，细致入微，保证各项工作到位。两个月的朝夕相处，我与学生形成了良好的师生关系，热心真诚面对59位学生，理解体会正处于青春期的他们敏感、迷茫，给予更大的尊重和关爱，协助他们成长。期间，策划组织的第一次"感恩"主题班会活动，让学生懂得现在的物资条件和生活环境来之不易，应常怀感恩之心，珍惜生活、感恩万物！第二次"祈福雅安"主题班会活动，让学生感到当面临天灾人祸时，人类是脆弱而无助的，唯有团结的力量是巨大无穷的；我们赖以生存的自然资源更应该竭力保护。
这两个月的顶岗置换实*,站在教学一线，我接收到科学的、崭新的教学模式、教学理念等多元信息，探究到不同阶段、不同特质的学生应该如何进行因材施教，经历并感受到教师这一职业的多重角色和社会作用；我的"为师"能力和素质在逐步提高,我的教学经验在日益积累，也更深刻体会到作为一名教师的光荣与责任！
最后，我要向指导和勉励我的徐老师、周老师以及第一中学的全体老师们表示衷心的感谢和崇高的敬意！
岁月如梭，一学期的教育教学工作已经结束，留给我的将是新的思考和更大的努力。在这一学期的教学工作中，我注重自我思想水*的提高，努力把自我塑造好，提高自我的理性认知本事。我在教育教学的各个方面取得了必须的成绩，但也有许多不足之处，现对一学期以来在教育教学工作中的各个方面作一个全面的评价。
这学期，我继续担任九年级（2）班、六年级（2）班两个毕业班的英语教育教学工作，在这个学期的教学工作中，我感慨万千，这其中有苦有乐，有辛酸也有喜悦，失败与成功并存。在这一学期里，我觉得我自我是过得紧张又忙碌，愉快又充实的。特从以下几个方面做出本学期的工作评价。
一、政治思想方面：
自参加工作以来，我一向拥护***的领导，热爱社会主义国家。努力学*党的路线、方针和政策，我热爱教育事业，热爱学校，有良好的师德，遵纪守法，自觉遵守《中小学教师职业道德规范》，品德、品行堪为学生的表率。我关心爱护学生，教书育人，使学生在德、智、体、美、劳等方面得到全面发展。我努力做好本职工作，并在完成本职工作的前提下，结合工作需要，虚心请教，努力进取，不断提高自我的教育教学水*。在教学工作中，我不但注重团体的政治理论学*，还注意从书本中汲取营养，认真学*新的教育理论，及时更新教育理念，进取参加新课程培训，并做了很多的政治笔记与理论笔记。
二、教育教学工作方面：
教师是学生学*的促进者，学*本事的培养者，更是学生人生的引路人。教师的任务是教书育人，但不能只做一个“教书匠”，更要做个“教育者”，要充分了解每个学生各个时期的心理状态并进行及时适度的处理，让他们的综合素质得到全面发展。此刻，我就把我在这一学期所做的工作与体会进行评价，力求在以后的教学工作中取得更大的成绩和提高。
三、工作出勤方面：
我热爱自我的事业，从不因为个人的私事耽误工作的时间。并进取运用有效的工作时间做好自我份内的工作。在教育工作中，我进取参加教研组的教研活动和学校组织的例会，进取参加工会活动、升降旗仪式。在我工作的这一学期中，没有缺*、迟到、早退和病事假的发生，严格遵守了学校的各项规章制度。
四、取得的成绩在本学期的工作中，我取得了必须的成绩
从本学期的考试成绩来看，我所教班无论从*均分、及格人数和优生人数都在同年级中名列前茅。
五、存在的不足"金无足赤，人无完人"，在教学工作中难免有缺陷。
例如：对学生还不够了解；教学方法还不够成熟等，而这些问题，只能在以后的教学工作中不断地解决。
六、改善措施：
